💰 URGENT! 💰 Who says SILVER Price can be $5,000 · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
Every one ounce of physical silver, there are 250 ounces of
• 0:04
paper silver circulating in a myriad of different financial
• 0:09
products. Do you think the price of silver
• 0:15
should be 250 times higher? Yes, that's right.
• 0:20
This here, one ounce of silver worth 250 times more than where
• 0:27
the price sits right now. Today at $20, we have an article
• 0:32
from a gentleman named Laura Moore Wilson where he puts force
• 0:37
the argument, the thesis, the idea that maybe, just maybe,
• 0:42
silver should be substantially higher in price than where it is
• 0:47
right now. Let's dig into this article
• 0:50
together and see what we think he says this If the price of
• 0:58
silver were based directly on the real physical market,
• 1:01
Silver's price would be at $5000 an ounce.
• 1:06
Now, in his defense, he goes on to say I'm not saying the price
• 1:10
of silver will reach $5000 an ounce.
• 1:13
I'm just saying that the actual physical silver spot price is
• 1:18
not only extremely undervalued, but that it's an illusion
• 1:24
compared to the real value of an ounce of physical silver since
• 1:29
it is totally disconnected from reality.
• 1:33
Let's explain further, says physical verse paper market
• 1:37
difference. The actual spot price for silver
• 1:40
has no real value, and it's not legitimate when we seriously
• 1:44
compare the real physical silver market to the paper market and
• 1:50
  its myriad of financial derivatives.
• 1:53
So he cites some data from Bloomberg here, which says that
• 1:58
the size of the global annual silver market is equal to $5
• 2:04
trillion. And he also cites that the
• 2:08
silver mining industry and recycling efforts produce about
• 2:13
1 billion ounces of silver per year.
• 2:17
Remember those two numbers? Because at 1 billion ounces of
• 2:21
silver being supplied to the market every year, that means
• 2:25
about $20 billion worth of silver are available, he says.
• 2:32
Bloomberg's 5 trillion number represents the entirety of the
• 2:37
paper silver market, The Unicorn fart dust, the make believe
• 2:41
electronic made-up fake silver including all paper financial
• 2:47
  products, certificates, options, ETF's, etc.
• 2:50
Derived from the real physical market.
• 2:55
And remember that real physical market is about 1 billion oz a
• 3:00
year, about $20 billion total. At current spot prices, he
• 3:06
argues, this creates 250 to 1 leverage first.
• 3:13
Mining Gold is a development company advancing 2 of the
• 3:16
largest. Gold projects in Canada, Spring
• 3:19
Pole in Ontario and Duparquet located.
• 3:22
In Quebec, each. Already has 5 million ounces of
• 3:26
gold reserves, but. Exploration initiatives are
• 3:30
underway at both projects to find even more gold.
• 3:34
First, mining is well financed, has zero debt and owns an
• 3:38
interest in four additional Canadian gold development
• 3:42
projects. That's the ratio between the
• 3:44
paper market and the physical silver market, meaning that for
• 3:48
everyone ounce of physical silver, there are 250 ounces of
• 3:53
paper silver circulating in a myriad of different financial
• 3:58
products. In other words, only one
• 4:00
contract or certificate issued out of every 250 could be
• 4:06
  convertible into physical silver.
• 4:09
That creates this leverage of 250 to one.
• 4:15
If now, as regulation agencies are claiming, the world is going
• 4:19
to move back to a more physical market, the Eastern countries,
• 4:23
the BRICS countries, as you know, are arguing for that, that
• 4:27
could put real pressure on the electronic markets.
• 4:31
If people start to say, hey, you know what, this certificate I
• 4:34
have this option, I have this futures contract I have, all of
• 4:39
which are legally obligated to deliver physical metal.
• 4:44
If people said I actually want my metal, it could create a
• 4:48
massive, massive issue, we could say for the silver price, which
• 4:54
could only be corrected by a significantly higher price than
• 5:00
what we have right now, he says. Let's hypothesize what the
• 5:04
silver price would be directly based on the physical silver
• 5:09
  market. Today.
• 5:10
The actual size of the silver market again, is five trillion.
• 5:15
5 trillion divided by the 20 billion, which is the value of
• 5:20
the actual physical market, equals that 250 to 1 leverage if
• 5:26
you multiply that 250 to 1 leverage by the current spot
• 5:31
price of silver. That's how our friend Laura
• 5:34
Moore comes up with $5000, Silver says.
• 5:39
Every investor holding silver in the form of financial products
• 5:44
without the possibility of verifying that the physical
• 5:47
existence of their investment should ask the question as to
• 5:51
what will happen when more holders of those electronic
• 5:56
products, those derivative products, ask for physical
• 6:00
delivery, he says. In reality, we already know what
• 6:04
will happen because one of the large banks from the
• 6:06
Netherlands, A/B and Amro, already defaulted a little more
• 6:12
than a year ago on its gold certificates by settling
• 6:16
customers in cash. That will be the only option if
• 6:19
everybody that holds one of these 250 claims on each one
• 6:26
real physical ounce of silver were to claim their their silver
• 6:31
want delivery, they would have to settle in cash, but it would
• 6:35
be at a much, much higher silver price than where we are right
• 6:40
now. All of this seems to be coming
• 6:43
to a head when I read things like this and again, he's not
• 6:47
saying that we're going to have $5000 silver by next month or
• 6:51
next week, but it points out the gross manipulation that we're
• 6:56
experiencing right now in the physical silver price.
• 7:00
Hey, if you want to get your hands on some silver before,
• 7:03
  maybe I don't have a crystal ball.
• 7:05
But I can say maybe we could find ourselves in a situation
• 7:09
where everyone does want their silver and then there's none to
• 7:13
be had. If you want to get some now,
• 7:15
check out Pin Becks. That's where I buy my silver.
• 7:18
They were actually recommended to me by several of our
• 7:22
  subscribers almost six months ago.
• 7:25
I did my own due diligence. I came to the conclusion that I
• 7:29
thought they were trustworthy, that they had the best prices,
• 7:32
and I was overwhelmed with their great service.
• 7:35
I think you will be too, but I want you to check it out for
• 7:39
yourself. Bimbex, Pi MB, E, x.com their
• 7:44
sponsor arounds basement. They make videos like this
• 7:48
possible. So when we get into this
• 7:50
scenario where the actual physical market overwhelms the
• 7:55
electronic market, a lot of people have been calling for it
• 7:59
for many many years but eventually it will happen.
• 8:04
I want you to remember one rule of the world, one of those
• 8:08
permanent rules of this world that we live in.
• 8:11
Mother Nature always wins. Market forces always prevail.
• 8:17
And when the physical market we know silver, we know gold, for
• 8:20
that matter. To have always been the base of
• 8:24
money supply, you can only manipulate natural forces for so
• 8:29
  long. When price discovery truly
• 8:32
happens in the silver market, I think we'll have astronomically
• 8:37
  higher prices. I won't say $5000.
• 8:40
You never know guys, with what might happen with the dollar, we
• 8:44
could see 50,000 or $50 million silver.
• 8:47
What really matters is the real value of the metal.
• 8:52
What can you convert it into that it is of value and of use
• 8:59
to you? That'll be the true litmus test
• 9:02
that we'll have When it comes to the value of the metals and
• 9:05
silver, you know, you hear people like Raffi Farber talk
• 9:09
about the possibility that at some point you could trade,
• 9:13
convert 100 ounces of silver for a nice little house.
• 9:17
You could trade convert, let's say 5 ounces of silver for a
• 9:22
functioning good car. We never know what windows of
• 9:27
opportunity might open. In the interim, I'm happy
• 9:30
holding on to silver just knowing that at minimum, at
• 9:34
absolute minimum, it will maintain its value over the
• 9:39
years, over the decades, over the centuries.
• 9:42
Because I need they don't look no further back than 2000 years
• 9:47
for proof that that's the case. Hey, thanks for joining me here
• 9:50
in the basement. If you enjoy your time here, go
