- 1:40Speaker 3: the top being live streamed. So much going on, I
- 1:45Speaker 3: keep saying this, I open every show is saying so
- 1:47Speaker 3: much going on, I can't keep up with it all.
- 1:49Speaker 3: It's really quite amazing, a lot going on. I'll give
- 1:52Speaker 3: you a little hint in my own personal life with
- 1:55Speaker 3: President Trump, because he promised to pardon Pete Rose, and
- 1:57Speaker 3: we've made a lot of progress on that one. Something's
- 2:00Speaker 3: going to be announced very soon. That's all I'll say.
- 2:02Speaker 3: My good friend Pete Rose post umious lee.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Umiss lee. How do you pronounce that? Humisslee? Post humisslee.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Pete Rose is now dead.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I tried while he was alive, but unfortunately I made
- 2:13Speaker 3: an official pitch to President Trump in late December and
- 2:17Speaker 3: early January of the end of his administration, I meaning
- 2:21Speaker 3: right around January sixth A lot was going on, very
- 2:24Speaker 3: easy to get lost in the fray, and it did.
- 2:26Speaker 3: But I'm back now pushing for the pardon of Pete Rose,
- 2:29Speaker 3: who deserves it.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And he announced President Trump right after I.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Texted him a couple of months ago that he must
- 2:35Speaker 3: pardon Pete Rose before the baseball season starts. And he
- 2:38Speaker 3: put out a tweet within ten minutes of my text
- 2:42Speaker 3: to him, and he said, I will be partnering Pete
- 2:44Speaker 3: Rose and he should be in the Hall of Fame
- 2:46Speaker 3: and he should be taken off the band list. And
- 2:48Speaker 3: sure enough he was now taking off the band list.
- 2:51Speaker 3: I believe now he will be in the Hall of
- 2:52Speaker 3: Fame where he belongs. And we're trying to get that announced.
- 2:55Speaker 3: The actual pardon itself announced soon and I'm trying to
- 2:59Speaker 3: make it happen hopefully something soon.
- 3:01Speaker 2: You'll hear about it right here.
- 3:03Speaker 3: First on this show yesterday, I ended the show with
- 3:07Speaker 3: something that was going on at that moment, and I
- 3:10Speaker 3: really didn't know many of the details.
- 3:12Speaker 2: But it happened during the second hour of my show.
- 3:15Speaker 3: It's the story about the San Francisco Public Schools and
- 3:18Speaker 3: patar if you could make sure that air conditioning is blasting.
- 3:21Speaker 3: It's too warm in here, man, wow, especially when I
- 3:23Speaker 3: wear a three piece suit it gets broiling. To make
- 3:25Speaker 3: sure it's just blasting out there, thank you. So I
- 3:30Speaker 3: talked about this yesterday on the show, that liberals really
- 3:33Speaker 3: do hate people of color. They claim their whole life
- 3:36Speaker 3: is about helping people of color. Someone like me really
- 3:40Speaker 3: wants to help people of color, black and brown liberals don't.
- 3:44Speaker 3: They think you're dumb if you're black and brown. They
- 3:47Speaker 3: think you're incapable of competing with white people. If you're
- 3:49Speaker 3: black or brown, liberals don't like you, and liberals don't
- 3:52Speaker 3: respect you, and liberals think you're dumb. And so, in
- 3:56Speaker 3: San Francisco, they've lowered the passing raid in schools. They
- 4:01Speaker 3: found a solution for the declining scores in public schools
- 4:06Speaker 3: for minorities. Lower the standards so that you pass with
- 4:10Speaker 3: a forty one instead of a sixty one. Can you
- 4:13Speaker 3: imagine a forty one? You know I'm no genius. I
- 4:16Speaker 3: never claimed to be a genius. I don't claim to
- 4:18Speaker 3: be an MIT genius. I can't go to MIT. I
- 4:21Speaker 3: wasn't smart enough. I don't claim to be as smart
- 4:23Speaker 3: as Elon Musk, and I don't claim to be a genius.
- 4:27Speaker 3: I've never tested, but I served out I'm a genius.
- 4:30Speaker 3: And yet I got straight A plus's, straight one hundreds
- 4:33Speaker 3: in every exam my entire four years of high school.
- 4:35Speaker 3: I don't know if I even got like a ninety eight.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I think I got straight one hundreds for four years
- 4:40Speaker 3: and you're now saying you think it's okay for black
- 4:44Speaker 3: people to get a forty one, a forty one of
- 4:48Speaker 3: forty one. I never even saw below ninety five of
- 4:52Speaker 3: forty one.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Just incredible. So this is the story.
- 4:57Speaker 3: The Voice of San Francisco is reporting a San Francisco
- 5:00Speaker 3: Board of Education superintendent Maria Sue has found a solution
- 5:04Speaker 3: for the declining scores, lowering the standards for better grades.
- 5:07Speaker 3: It's known as the New Grading for Equity Plan. They
- 5:10Speaker 3: should say it's the plan to announce that we think
- 5:14Speaker 3: black people are dumb. That's what they think. I don't
- 5:17Speaker 3: think that. I think black people could compeach es fine
- 5:20Speaker 3: with the white people.
- 5:21Speaker 2: And their standards should be the same. Everyone's standards should
- 5:24Speaker 2: be the same.
- 5:25Speaker 3: But even in this uber liberal district, meaning ultra liberal district,
- 5:30Speaker 3: parents were outraged in their reports that the plan is
- 5:33Speaker 3: now dead.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Well, that's good.
- 5:35Speaker 3: That kind of reminds me what I announced on this
- 5:37Speaker 3: show months ago. Probably I don't know, five months ago.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I announced there was a bill in the legislature in
- 5:43Speaker 3: California to make it a crime to shoot a criminal
- 5:47Speaker 3: in your own house if someone broke in your house.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Democrats wanted to put you.
- 5:51Speaker 3: In jail for shooting them. And thank god that bill
- 5:56Speaker 3: as soon as it got in the media.
- 5:57Speaker 2: And I'm not claiming Wayne.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Ruth stopped it, although I have a lot to say,
- 6:01Speaker 3: a lot of people listen to me, A lot of
- 6:02Speaker 3: people watch me. President Trump listens to me. President Trump
- 6:05Speaker 3: watches me. But that doesn't mean that I was the
- 6:08Speaker 3: one who did it. I'm sure it made it to
- 6:09Speaker 3: Fox News. I'm sure it made it to News Max.
- 6:11Speaker 3: I'm sure it made it to lots of talk radio,
- 6:14Speaker 3: you know, lots of talk radio stations. Sean Hannity, and
- 6:17Speaker 3: you know all the other people out there, all the
- 6:19Speaker 3: other big names, And I'm sure that they all laughed
- 6:22Speaker 3: and said, California's gone insane and nobody's gonna want to
- 6:25Speaker 3: live there anymore, and you're gonna try and criminalize defending
- 6:28Speaker 3: your own family in your own house. And they dropped it,
- 6:31Speaker 3: thank god. So maybe this one's getting dropped too. But
- 6:34Speaker 3: the fact that they consider it, you know that they
- 6:37Speaker 3: considered making you a criminal for shooting someone in your
- 6:40Speaker 3: own house who doesn't belong there is coming in to
- 6:42Speaker 3: rob you or kill your rape you was amazing and telling.
- 6:46Speaker 3: And the same thing here they think that blacks and
- 6:49Speaker 3: browns are dumb. Obviously, that's they think people of color
- 6:52Speaker 3: are dumb.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Superintent of schools.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Maria Sue plants to unveil a new grading for equity
- 6:57Speaker 3: plan that will go into effect this fall Feen high
- 7:00Speaker 3: schools and cover over ten thousand students. The school district
- 7:04Speaker 3: is already negotiating with outside consultant to train teachers in
- 7:09Speaker 3: August in a system that awards a C grade for
- 7:12Speaker 3: a score as low as forty one on a one
- 7:15Speaker 3: hundred point exam. Just incredible, just incredible. And they also
- 7:21Speaker 3: want to get rid of tests. You can't be tests
- 7:24Speaker 3: because they think black people don't do well on tests.
- 7:27Speaker 3: It's incredible. Oh, they're also going to give a student
- 7:30Speaker 3: an A if you get as low as an eighty,
- 7:34Speaker 3: and you can get a D with a score as
- 7:38Speaker 3: low as twenty one.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I can't help but I got to just laugh right
- 7:44Speaker 2: on TV and on radio. I'm sorry.
- 7:46Speaker 3: It's very few times in the ten years I've been
- 7:48Speaker 3: on radio TV that I have like laughed.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Uncontrollably and couldn't speak. This is one of them.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I mean, they are just legalizing morons. They want you
- 7:56Speaker 3: to be a moron. They're legalizing not morality, more moronity.
- 8:01Speaker 2: They want you to be as dumb as possible. You
- 8:03Speaker 2: know why.
- 8:04Speaker 3: You know why, because if you're dumb, you'll vote Democrat.
- 8:08Speaker 3: You know you're a moron, You'll vote Democrat.
- 8:11Speaker 2: That's what it is all about.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Grading for equity, absurd new plan for school as even
- 8:17Speaker 3: liberal parents up in arms. Wow, that's incredible. And here's
- 8:21Speaker 3: another another story. It's incredible. Tulsea Gabbert to classifies documents
- 8:27Speaker 3: which reveal the Biden regime declared patriotic. And I've mentioned
- 8:31Speaker 3: this on the show a couple weeks ago, but it's
- 8:33Speaker 3: now in a headline. These documents reveal the Biden regime
- 8:36Speaker 3: declared patriotic, COVID nineteen mandate opponents domestic violent extremists.
- 8:42Speaker 2: I mean, I know I talked.
- 8:43Speaker 3: About this because I remember saying on the show, I
- 8:46Speaker 3: give up. I'm a domestic violent extremist.
- 8:49Speaker 2: I'm one of them.
- 8:50Speaker 3: I'm a terrorist. I'm a white terrorist. I'm a white
- 8:53Speaker 3: patriotic domestic terrorist.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 8:56Speaker 3: And I wonder when we're gonna arrest these people? When
- 8:59Speaker 3: is President Trump gonn arrest you know? I did an
- 9:01Speaker 3: interview this morning with Tom Holman who used to be
- 9:04Speaker 3: the Director of ICE in Trump's first term, and now
- 9:07Speaker 3: he's the borders are of the United States of America.
- 9:10Speaker 2: He is the man whose job is to protect the homeland.
- 9:13Speaker 3: So one of the most important men in America was
- 9:15Speaker 3: on my show this morning. I interviewed him so that
- 9:17Speaker 3: we could use it on Saturday's America's Top Ten Countdown show,
- 9:22Speaker 3: and then we'll run it Monday next week here in
- 9:25Speaker 3: the podcast and on this radio show.
- 9:28Speaker 2: So you'll hear it on Monday of.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Next week if you're just listening to Radio now or
- 9:31Speaker 3: if you're watching my podcast. It's got to run first,
- 9:34Speaker 3: obviously on Real America's Voice TV because they did the
- 9:37Speaker 3: interview with me in their studios in Denver.
- 9:40Speaker 2: So it was a really, I think groundbreaking interview.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I mean, I asked him about arresting politicians and arresting
- 9:47Speaker 3: judges and closing sanct funding for sanctuary cities, and I asked.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Him about.
- 9:54Speaker 3: All the lies of Democrats evolving the open border. I
- 9:57Speaker 3: asked him about whether in fact judges and Democrat politicians
- 10:02Speaker 3: are on the Oh there we go, are on the
- 10:06Speaker 3: payroll of the Mexican drug cartel in China, And you'd
- 10:09Speaker 3: want to hear his answers on all of that, or
- 10:11Speaker 3: are they just conflicted today, have a massive conflict of
- 10:14Speaker 3: interest because I said, how it doesn't make sense. I look,
- 10:17Speaker 3: even as a lifelong conservative, I said to Tom Homan,
- 10:21Speaker 3: I was getting out literature at the age of three
- 10:23Speaker 3: in my father's arms for Barry Goldwater at the age
- 10:26Speaker 3: of three in nineteen sixty four.
- 10:28Speaker 2: So I think I know a thing or two. Was
- 10:29Speaker 2: that betew Oh? He was laughing about that.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I understand a thing or two about
- 10:35Speaker 3: being a conservative, right I defined conservative. But I said
- 10:38Speaker 3: to Tom, I do understand liberals' arguments.
- 10:41Speaker 2: I may hate them.
- 10:42Speaker 3: I may be violently opposed when it comes to taxes
- 10:45Speaker 3: and regulations and climate change. You know, I understand them,
- 10:49Speaker 3: though I disagree with them, but I understand them. I
- 10:52Speaker 3: can't understand why they're so desperate to save illegal aliens
- 10:55Speaker 3: from being deported out of the United States, especially gangbangers
- 10:59Speaker 3: MS thirteen gumbags. It doesn't make sense unless they're on
- 11:03Speaker 3: the payroll of the Mexican drug cartel. So it's just
- 11:06Speaker 3: interesting because I think this article plays into that the
- 11:10Speaker 3: people who censored us for being conservatives.
- 11:13Speaker 2: And for being against the COVID nineteen mandate.
- 11:16Speaker 3: We turned out to be right. People are dying left
- 11:18Speaker 3: and right for the COVID nineteen vaccine mandate. The people
- 11:21Speaker 3: who centered us are the real domestic terrorists. Sallyinsky said,
- 11:25Speaker 3: look in the mirror. Whatever you are, blame the other guy.
- 11:29Speaker 3: That's what's happening here. This is right out of the
- 11:31Speaker 3: book from Sallyinsky. They are really domestic terrorists. They're traders.
- 11:37Speaker 3: They hate our country, and they're looking at patriots and
- 11:40Speaker 3: calling us traders and terrorists.
- 11:42Speaker 2: That's what they are.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Democrats are, liberals are We'll be right back. Don't go anywhere,
- 11:51Speaker 3: all right.
- 11:51Speaker 2: A special treat for you.
- 11:52Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 11:55Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, Founder and
- 11:59Speaker 3: CEO of Lost.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 12:09Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 12:12Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 12:15Speaker 3: production much easier. Mark, you're a legend in the oil industry,
- 12:19Speaker 3: in the gas industry. Tell us about your track record.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 12:26Speaker 4: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 12:29Speaker 4: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 12:32Speaker 4: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 12:34Speaker 4: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 12:38Speaker 4: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 12:41Speaker 4: out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
- 12:43Speaker 4: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 12:47Speaker 4: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 12:50Speaker 4: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 12:54Speaker 4: which you're very familiar with.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 12:59Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 13:02Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 13:06Speaker 4: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turn into thirteen million. That means one
- 13:10Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turn into one hundred and thirty million.
- 13:12Speaker 2: That's an incredible track record.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Now tell me why this deal lost, Soldier. This project
- 13:18Speaker 3: is so special. I hear about projects and deals all
- 13:22Speaker 3: the time. What makes this one special?
- 13:24Speaker 2: Mark?
- 13:25Speaker 4: What's special about this is all the other basines of
- 13:27Speaker 4: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty years.
- 13:30Speaker 4: What they are. This one could not be drilled because
- 13:33Speaker 4: there was a uranium mine out here. Until it was
- 13:36Speaker 4: reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it. This
- 13:39Speaker 4: is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with billions
- 13:43Speaker 4: of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty five
- 13:46Speaker 4: percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 13:49Speaker 4: only operator in this field, and right now we can
- 13:53Speaker 4: see that we've got enough room for five hundred horizontal
- 13:56Speaker 4: wells out here with what we drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 14:00Speaker 4: It's the new basin in the United States, and as
- 14:03Speaker 4: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 14:06Speaker 4: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 14:09Speaker 1: All right.
- 14:10Speaker 3: The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,
- 14:14Speaker 3: Lost Soldier dot com. The project forty thousand acres took
- 14:18Speaker 3: forty years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier Oil
- 14:21Speaker 3: and Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project. But
- 14:24Speaker 3: the website Lost Soldier dot com. If you're an a
- 14:28Speaker 3: credit investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 14:30Speaker 3: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 14:33Speaker 3: the form and you get the Lost Soldier Mark And
- 14:35Speaker 3: as people will get back to you as CFO and
- 14:37Speaker 3: let you know all the details you need to know.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Lost Soldier dot com. Thanks Mark for being with us today.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Thank you Wayne.
- 14:44Speaker 4: Good to see you again.
- 15:04Speaker 3: All right, wait on the road stapling till the last second.
- 15:07Speaker 3: I said this last week's show. You know, when someone
- 15:10Speaker 3: attacks me, no guns are needed. Staple's my weapon of choice.
- 15:14Speaker 3: I'm a staple guy. I do so much stapling. I
- 15:17Speaker 3: keep the entire staple business in business in the United
- 15:20Speaker 3: States of America, and the inkjet printing business, and the
- 15:24Speaker 3: paper put into my printing machines business.
- 15:28Speaker 2: My gosh, I'm keeping the whole country's business economy afloat
- 15:32Speaker 2: for office supplies. It's so hard to believe some of
- 15:36Speaker 2: the things that evolved Democrats.
- 15:38Speaker 3: The father of the DC shooting suspect, you know, the
- 15:42Speaker 3: guy at the Jewish Museum in Washington, d C. Last
- 15:45Speaker 3: week that blew a nice couple's brains out, literally and
- 15:48Speaker 3: the woman was trying to get away.
- 15:50Speaker 2: She was crawling on the ground.
- 15:51Speaker 3: After being shot I think, in the head, and he
- 15:55Speaker 3: shot like five more into or her back.
- 15:57Speaker 2: That guy, the father of that.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Guy, was the democrats honored guest at the Trump Congressional address.
- 16:05Speaker 3: His joint address to Congress back in March. He was
- 16:09Speaker 3: the honored guest of Democrats. Eric Rodriguez is an anti
- 16:14Speaker 3: Trump SEIU member meaning you know, Big Union s CiU,
- 16:19Speaker 3: who spoke at the Democrat press conference ahead of Trump's address.
- 16:23Speaker 3: His son is the accused killer Elias Rodriguez or Elias Rodriguez.
- 16:27Speaker 2: I'm not sure how you pronounce it.
- 16:29Speaker 3: I could get rid of that first name and just
- 16:31Speaker 3: call him, you know, loser, scumbag, murderer Rodriguez. He's been
- 16:35Speaker 3: charged with two counts of first degree murder again, we'll say, allegedly,
- 16:40Speaker 3: after allegedly gunning down the young couple twenty six excuse me,
- 16:45Speaker 3: twenty eight to twenty six years old, who were about
- 16:47Speaker 3: to be engaged and would have lived a wonderful life
- 16:50Speaker 3: together and had beautiful children and celebrated those children's bar
- 16:54Speaker 3: mitzvah's and weddings and then grandchildren, and none of it
- 16:57Speaker 3: will ever happen.
- 16:58Speaker 2: You mention how weird life is. You know, I don't
- 17:00Speaker 2: know how this stuff works.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Nobody knows who's in heaven, if there's a heaven, if
- 17:03Speaker 3: there's a hell. No one knows for sure what's going on.
- 17:06Speaker 3: But you know, Just think about, like there might have
- 17:08Speaker 3: been a soul or two souls, or three souls or
- 17:11Speaker 3: four souls that were.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Gonna be their babies, and it was all set.
- 17:14Speaker 3: They were gonna get married and have babies, and those
- 17:17Speaker 3: people would have changed the world in some way, and
- 17:19Speaker 3: they'll never be born.
- 17:21Speaker 2: They were ready to be born in a year or
- 17:23Speaker 2: two or three, and.
- 17:24Speaker 3: They're never gonna be born because the couple's dead, so
- 17:26Speaker 3: they're not gonna have those kids. Life changes, you know,
- 17:29Speaker 3: It's like Jimmy Stewart, it's wonderful life. How different is
- 17:32Speaker 3: life if something doesn't happen, or something does happen and
- 17:37Speaker 3: this scumbag comes along and changes the future, maybe one
- 17:41Speaker 3: of those kids.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Would have changed the world.
- 17:43Speaker 5: You know.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Liberals say the people were the illegal alien.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Scumbag murderers and rapists and losers with no skills and
- 17:50Speaker 3: no education that are sucking us dry that were kicking
- 17:52Speaker 3: out of the country.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Liberals actually have the goal to say some of them
- 17:56Speaker 2: could be the next person that puts a man on Mars.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Some of them could solve cancer.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Yeah, more likely they'll rape your mom.
- 18:05Speaker 2: But these kids might have solved cancer one day. For
- 18:08Speaker 2: this beautiful Jewish couple. They might have solved cancer.
- 18:11Speaker 3: They might have been the rocket sciences that put someone
- 18:14Speaker 3: on the moon again or put someone on Mars. That's
- 18:17Speaker 3: more realistic than the lies Democrats tell. The children of
- 18:21Speaker 3: illegal aliens aren't putting someone on Mars.
- 18:24Speaker 2: And they're not solving cancer. Like I said, more.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Likely to rape your sister, or your mother or your child.
- 18:33Speaker 3: So it's just hard to believe. The honored guest of
- 18:36Speaker 3: Democrats is the father of.
- 18:39Speaker 2: The murderer, the insane jew hating murderer. Wow, all right.
- 18:43Speaker 3: News today Supreme Court limits judges authority to block infrastructure
- 18:47Speaker 3: projects over environmental concerns. So Supreme Court made a ruling today,
- 18:52Speaker 3: a good ruling for frauts on climate change. Who's the
- 18:54Speaker 3: biggest bunch of God? I wish I was allowed. You know,
- 18:57Speaker 3: when you're on radio, you can't say the same thing
- 18:59Speaker 3: as a podcast. You know, bull, you know what, bull crap, bullpoop, bullspit.
- 19:09Speaker 3: The point is climate change is fraud and Democrats use
- 19:13Speaker 3: it to just steal money, steal the taxpayers money.
- 19:16Speaker 2: And spend it and spend it and spend it.
- 19:17Speaker 3: And they're the beneficiaries and their brother and their sister
- 19:20Speaker 3: and their mother are the beneficiaries. Their wife's the beneficiary.
- 19:23Speaker 3: They own climate change companies. They get all the funding
- 19:26Speaker 3: for climate change and make all the money.
- 19:29Speaker 2: But the Supreme Court gave them a ruling today.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Justice say the courts must defer to agencies unless their
- 19:35Speaker 3: decisions fall outside a broad zone of reasonableness. So the
- 19:40Speaker 3: Supreme Court, even though it's a little bit of muddled ruling,
- 19:42Speaker 3: says that you know, these district judges cannot overrule the
- 19:46Speaker 3: president and government agencies.
- 19:47Speaker 2: The president when it comes to climate change.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Let's hope they make that ruling when it comes to
- 19:52Speaker 3: illegal immigration and deportation.

- 22:04Speaker 3: already my stapler. People say, do you have a gun
- 22:08Speaker 3: in your studio in case of trouble? No, I've got
- 22:11Speaker 3: a staple gun. I staple those stories. The liberals must
- 22:15Speaker 3: hate my stapler. A stapler is the signal that you
- 22:19Speaker 3: are a white privileged male, a white straight, privileged mail.
- 22:23Speaker 3: You know, I work out two hours a day in
- 22:25Speaker 3: the gym, and liberals claim that working out fitness, people
- 22:28Speaker 3: who spend time in the gym, who care about the
- 22:31Speaker 3: way they look and feel are racists, a right wing extremists.
- 22:37Speaker 3: So what do you call someone's in the office lot
- 22:39Speaker 3: and uses office supplies and staples and staples articles that
- 22:43Speaker 3: prove liberals are mentally insane.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I must be a far right extremist, all right.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Our sponsor of this of this segment, which is the
- 22:52Speaker 3: guest segment, and we've got a great guest today. We
- 22:55Speaker 3: got Josh Manning of Western Journal is here Western Journal
- 22:58Speaker 3: dot com. Ergized Health is the sponsor. You know.
- 23:02Speaker 2: I'm a health and fitness guy.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Two hours a day in the gym, and I eat
- 23:06Speaker 3: healthy and I take I don't know about eighty vitamins
- 23:08Speaker 3: a day. And so I'm gonna be sixty four years
- 23:12Speaker 3: old in about a month and a half. And I've
- 23:16Speaker 3: seen people that are the same age as me, and man,
- 23:18Speaker 3: they don't look the same as me. So I'm doing
- 23:20Speaker 3: something right. And the answer is energized health. There's me
- 23:24Speaker 3: fourteen years ago looking pretty chubby and pretty old. There's
- 23:28Speaker 3: me in the gym now looking great, and the difference
- 23:31Speaker 3: is energized health.
- 23:32Speaker 5: It's not me.
- 23:32Speaker 2: I can't take credit. It's energy.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Well, I take credit for being disciplined enough to be
- 23:36Speaker 3: in the gym two hours a day, But energized Health,
- 23:39Speaker 3: their program.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Is what did it for me.
- 23:41Speaker 3: I used to be in the gym. Then, when I
- 23:42Speaker 3: look chubby, I used to be in the gym. I
- 23:44Speaker 3: wasn't overweight. I weighed the exact same amount.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Now as fourteen years ago.
- 23:49Speaker 3: But the difference is energized health melted the fat off
- 23:52Speaker 3: my body and off my face. They're not a weight
- 23:54Speaker 3: loss system. They're a fat loss system. Turns out weight
- 23:56Speaker 3: is not your problem. Fat is your problem.
- 23:59Speaker 2: And if you gave muscle and lose fat, you'll look
- 24:02Speaker 2: like a different person. Energized health is my fountain of youth.
- 24:06Speaker 3: It reversed aged me, and I'm guessing I hope ten
- 24:10Speaker 3: years from now, when I'm seventy four, I won't look
- 24:12Speaker 3: that much different than now. I don't know if I
- 24:14Speaker 3: could say I'll look better ten years from now seventy
- 24:16Speaker 3: four than I did at sixty four. But I do
- 24:18Speaker 3: look better at sixty four than fifty. So we're onto
- 24:22Speaker 3: something pretty cool. Energize health. Just go to energize health
- 24:25Speaker 3: dot com.
- 24:25Speaker 2: That's simple. Energize health dot com.
- 24:27Speaker 3: Type in war or say war. When you speak to
- 24:30Speaker 3: them and you get forty percent off. You go on
- 24:32Speaker 3: the same journey as me and you get forty percent off. Okay,
- 24:35Speaker 3: so now we go to our guest, Josh Manning from
- 24:38Speaker 3: Western Journal. The websites western Journal dot com showed Josh
- 24:41Speaker 3: in his man cave with his selection of guns in
- 24:45Speaker 3: the background.
- 24:46Speaker 2: His gun cave. I love it. He's got a gun cave. Josh.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Welcome to the show, mister gunn How are you.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Wait?
- 24:54Speaker 5: I'm doing great. Thanks for having me. If you ever
- 24:56Speaker 5: want to supplement that white supremacy stapler, Just let me know.
- 25:01Speaker 5: We'll figure something out. We got plenty of hardware.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Over here, all right, look look out, look out, Wayne
- 25:09Speaker 3: Root is a staplane.
- 25:10Speaker 5: Remember how talking about the stapler and white supremacy and stuff.
- 25:15Speaker 5: Remember how the Smithsonian said that being on time that
- 25:20Speaker 5: was a sign of white supremacy, right, hard that was
- 25:24Speaker 5: a sign, right I remember, so foolish. These are these
- 25:29Speaker 5: are just good values that are not unique to the
- 25:32Speaker 5: West either. Actually Easterners that's important to them too. And
- 25:35Speaker 5: they just these wabsters. They want to flip everything upside down, up,
- 25:40Speaker 5: as down, left, as right, black as what. It's incredible.
- 25:43Speaker 3: I would argue that not having a father in the
- 25:45Speaker 3: home is uh, those other things are signs of racism
- 25:48Speaker 3: and white supremacy and and uh, you know, all signs
- 25:51Speaker 3: of far right extremism. Not having a father in the
- 25:54Speaker 3: home is a sign of your life's going to be roomed.
- 25:57Speaker 3: That's not a black sign, it's anyone. In other words,
- 26:00Speaker 3: there's an epidemic in America black kids who don't have
- 26:02Speaker 3: fathers in the home, and that's what's causing the problem.
- 26:05Speaker 3: And if you didn't have fathers in the home for
- 26:06Speaker 3: white kids, they'd have the same problem.
- 26:08Speaker 2: It isn't a black issue, it's a no father in
- 26:11Speaker 2: the home issue.
- 26:12Speaker 3: It just so happens that issue applies more to Black
- 26:14Speaker 3: Americans than white Americans. And I feel terrible about that.
- 26:17Speaker 3: I'm sorry, but that's not my fault. It's not your fault,
- 26:20Speaker 3: and it's not our problem. It's their problem. They better
- 26:22Speaker 3: learn to get around it. Liberals, democrats, and Black America
- 26:25Speaker 3: better learn to solve it, because without a daddy in
- 26:28Speaker 3: the home, you're.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Lost for the rest of your life. It's that simple,
- 26:32Speaker 2: you know. And I'm no perfect guy. I got divorced.
- 26:34Speaker 2: I got divorced, Josh, I'm no perfect guy. Guess what.
- 26:37Speaker 2: From the moment I.
- 26:37Speaker 3: Got divorced, I made sure I saw my kids every
- 26:40Speaker 3: second of every day that was possible. I never, ever,
- 26:43Speaker 3: ever let a day go by without callum. I never
- 26:46Speaker 3: let two or three days go by without seeing them.
- 26:48Speaker 3: It didn't matter if I had to drive to the
- 26:49Speaker 3: opposite and the town back and forth every day after
- 26:52Speaker 3: a long day and TV and radio and podcast. I
- 26:55Speaker 3: was in my kid's life every second of every day.
- 26:57Speaker 3: And my youngest son right now could have gone to
- 27:01Speaker 3: Harvard or Stanford or some far away great college. He
- 27:04Speaker 3: chose to stay home in Las Vegas and go to
- 27:07Speaker 3: college here because he wanted to go to dinner with
- 27:09Speaker 3: his dad twice a week.
- 27:11Speaker 2: And he loves his dad. So I love that. I
- 27:13Speaker 2: think it's great.
- 27:14Speaker 3: That's what you call a good father. And unfortunately you
- 27:17Speaker 3: don't have a good father. You're lost in life.
- 27:20Speaker 1: That's it.
- 27:21Speaker 5: And you're right. The issue with illegitimacy, it's not your fault.
- 27:25Speaker 5: It's not my fault. But we do know whose fault
- 27:28Speaker 5: it was. It was LBJ. It was the Great Society.
- 27:31Speaker 5: Black illegitimacy rates and black divorce rates. They were tracking
- 27:35Speaker 5: with whites at that point, and the Black family was
- 27:40Speaker 5: actually getting stronger at that point. But once the new
- 27:45Speaker 5: Society came in or the Great Society, I can't remember whatever.
- 27:49Speaker 6: Great Society, and the War on poverty, the war and
- 27:53Speaker 6: we had to and we destroyed one motivation to work
- 27:58Speaker 6: and two any sense of responsibilit that's when the Black
- 28:02Speaker 6: family just exploded, this idea that the black.
- 28:04Speaker 5: Family has always been failing. It's not slavery, it's not true.
- 28:07Speaker 5: It was improving until then. We did this to well,
- 28:11Speaker 5: not you and I but the stupid liberal, small or
- 28:17Speaker 5: large l liberal help everybody. They just need a helping
- 28:21Speaker 5: hand safety to them. And what we did was we
- 28:24Speaker 5: destroyed their families. It's horrible.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Well I know it wasn't me because I went to
- 28:28Speaker 2: all black high school.
- 28:29Speaker 3: I was the white kid in all black high school,
- 28:31Speaker 3: little wimpy Jewish kid with graces and glasses.
- 28:33Speaker 6: I got beat up all day.
- 28:35Speaker 2: I got beat up all day long by the black kids.
- 28:37Speaker 2: I didn't do anything to them. I know what they
- 28:39Speaker 2: did to me.
- 28:39Speaker 3: And thank god, I learned how to fight and knocked
- 28:41Speaker 3: a few of the mountain. After that, they were all
- 28:43Speaker 3: nice to me and they were my best friends. So
- 28:45Speaker 3: the key to life I learned, Josh, is you've got
- 28:48Speaker 3: to stand up for yourself. And if you're a whimp,
- 28:51Speaker 3: they will just torture you. I don't mean black people,
- 28:53Speaker 3: I mean anyone who's bigger than you.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Will torture you, torture you. And whoever's the minority gets tortured.
- 29:00Speaker 3: You know.
- 29:00Speaker 2: So when I hear black kids.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Say, hey, I went to schools all white and they
- 29:03Speaker 3: treated me badly, well, you know what, I went to
- 29:05Speaker 3: schools all black.
- 29:06Speaker 2: I was white, and I got treated badly.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Whoever's in the minority gets treated badly, just the fact
- 29:12Speaker 3: that life deal with it.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Shut the hell up and deal with it. Man, so
- 29:15Speaker 2: sick of this nonsense.
- 29:18Speaker 5: And America is the best you can get as far
- 29:22Speaker 5: as that goes. The minorities are treated the least badly here.
- 29:27Speaker 5: Would they do global surveys, we continually come up literally
- 29:32Speaker 5: as the least racist country. Would you mind having someone
- 29:35Speaker 5: of another race living next door?
- 29:39Speaker 4: No?
- 29:40Speaker 5: Would you mind your child marrying someone of a different race.
- 29:43Speaker 4: No?
- 29:44Speaker 5: But you look everywhere else, everywhere else, and the racism
- 29:49Speaker 5: is off the charts. The only people who are close
- 29:51Speaker 5: to us are Canada and Great Britain, and there might
- 29:56Speaker 5: be one or two other Australia. Ye yeah, well, I
- 30:01Speaker 5: mean there you go. The anglosphere. We're the ones who
- 30:03Speaker 5: freed the slaves, were.
- 30:04Speaker 3: The ones who White Christian nations that believe in capitalism
- 30:09Speaker 3: treat everyone better than any other nation in the world,
- 30:12Speaker 3: Just like Israel treats Arabs Muslims better in Israel than
- 30:16Speaker 3: any Muslim nation treats Arabs in or Muslims in their
- 30:20Speaker 3: Muslim nation, you know, treats women better than any Arab
- 30:23Speaker 3: nation treats women you.
- 30:24Speaker 5: Know, hey, can I say something about the Israel Israel
- 30:28Speaker 5: Gazahamas thing? Yeah, So I just decided to look this
- 30:31Speaker 5: up yesterday. They are all of these comments that, oh,
- 30:34Speaker 5: Israel's committing genocide, and I started thinking, okay, well, let's
- 30:37Speaker 5: look at those numbers. So I went in and looked.
- 30:41Speaker 5: We think that about twenty five thousand Palestinian civilians reported
- 30:47Speaker 5: civilians have been killed, so supposedly over a year and
- 30:52Speaker 5: a half.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Those are Hamas's numbers.
- 30:54Speaker 5: And supposedly citizens, supposedly civilians. We all know how but anyway, right,
- 31:02Speaker 5: but look, that's been over a year and a half.
- 31:04Speaker 5: Israel has been doing this. Gaza has a population of
- 31:06Speaker 5: two point two million people, right, and they're about twice
- 31:09Speaker 5: the size of DC. If Israel is trying to genocide THEILM,
- 31:15Speaker 5: they've killed about one percent of the people. It's the
- 31:17Speaker 5: worst genocide it in the history of genocide. They're terrible
- 31:21Speaker 5: at it. The idea that this is genocide is it's
- 31:25Speaker 5: it's insane.
- 31:26Speaker 2: I guarantee you that there are more.
- 31:28Speaker 5: Civilians killed in Curtis le May's firebombing of Tokyo. There
- 31:32Speaker 5: were more civilians killed in Dresden than there have been
- 31:35Speaker 5: in Gaza, and that.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Was over weeks.
- 31:37Speaker 5: This has been over a year, almost two years. First
- 31:40Speaker 5: of all, anybody who says that is smoking bad ganja.
- 31:43Speaker 3: First of all, they're made up. The numbers are made up.
- 31:45Speaker 3: You can't believe what the number is. It might be
- 31:48Speaker 3: twenty five thousand, it might be fifteen thousand, it might
- 31:50Speaker 3: be five thousand.
- 31:51Speaker 2: The numbers made up. Number two.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Uh, they make it up out of thin air. But
- 31:55Speaker 3: the fact is the number may be right in that
- 31:58Speaker 3: it's mostly it's twenty five thousand, but only five thousand civilians,
- 32:01Speaker 3: and twenty thousand are crazed warriors that were killing the
- 32:04Speaker 3: Jews and cutting baby's heads off and putting babies in
- 32:06Speaker 3: microwaves and gang raping women before they shot.
- 32:08Speaker 2: In the back of the head.
- 32:09Speaker 3: And we're all glad those are dead. Those are wonderful deaths.
- 32:13Speaker 3: We celebrate those deaths. If you kill people that are crazy,
- 32:17Speaker 3: homicidal maniacs, I'm giving you a standing ovation.
- 32:20Speaker 2: And last but not least, if it's true. Let's just
- 32:22Speaker 2: assume it's true.
- 32:23Speaker 3: There are twenty five thousand dead civilians. Like you said,
- 32:26Speaker 3: that's not even a lot in a population of two million.
- 32:28Speaker 3: After a year and a half of bombardment.
- 32:29Speaker 2: But let's say it's true.
- 32:31Speaker 3: I would say that almost every one of them was
- 32:33Speaker 3: killed because their own people put them up as human sacrifice.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Human shields, shield right, human shields right. They do it
- 32:41Speaker 2: all the time.
- 32:42Speaker 5: Flyers. Israel drops flyers, they secure orators for them to leave.
- 32:47Speaker 2: They tell you to get out.
- 32:48Speaker 5: The people pinning, Yeah, the people pinning the Palestinians in
- 32:52Speaker 5: that's the Egypt in Jordan, that's their that's their Muslim brothers,
- 32:57Speaker 5: that's what's happening there. So anyway, I just wanted to
- 33:00Speaker 5: hear it. Yeah, Hey, listen, Yes, Josh, is the genocide.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Josh, we're on the way out. Just stay there, don't
- 33:05Speaker 2: go anywhere.
- 33:06Speaker 3: Well, have you come back in the next segment, So
- 33:08Speaker 3: hang out through the through the break, we'll be right
- 33:10Speaker 3: back more with Josh Manning of Western Journal dot Com.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Him and I.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Always have these discussions that have nothing to do with
- 33:16Speaker 3: the topic why he came on the show. When we
- 33:18Speaker 3: get back, we'll finally get on target with the topic
- 33:21Speaker 3: why he came on the show.
- 33:22Speaker 2: And it's a doozy of a controversy. So stay there,
- 33:25Speaker 2: don't go away.
- 33:31Speaker 3: And Hi, this is Wayne alerude from my great friends
- 33:36Speaker 3: John and Chelsea Jubilee of Energized Health.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Energized Health changed my life literally.

- 37:52Speaker 3: me allergy, they give me asthma, they give me rashes.
- 37:56Speaker 3: I didn't need any bread for eleven years, since twenty fourteen,
- 38:00Speaker 3: and then I found.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Gym's Amazing Bread, and I can eat all I want.
- 38:04Speaker 3: I still am careful that I don't eat too much,
- 38:07Speaker 3: but I do eat a piece of toast every morning
- 38:09Speaker 3: for breakfast, and usually one piece of bread the rest
- 38:12Speaker 3: of the day to make a sandwich for either lunch

- 39:00Speaker 3: him editor at large Western Journal dot com.
- 39:03Speaker 2: That's the website Western Journal dot com.
- 39:05Speaker 3: So there's a big story out today and it's the
- 39:09Speaker 3: reason we had you on Josh, among other things. Is
- 39:12Speaker 3: the Western Journal founder is Floyd Brown. Was a big
- 39:15Speaker 3: name in the conservative movement for many many decades now.
- 39:18Speaker 3: And Floyd Brown was vice president of the Kennedy Center
- 39:22Speaker 3: for the Performing Arts. I assume he was named in
- 39:24Speaker 3: that position just recently by the new president, President Donald Trump.
- 39:28Speaker 3: Must have happened in January and he got fired by
- 39:31Speaker 3: Richard Grenell for comments that he made about gay marriage.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Richard Garnell, who's a valued member of Trump's team and
- 39:37Speaker 3: a really brilliant guy, happens to be gay. He heard Floyd,
- 39:41Speaker 3: who happens to be an evangelical Christian, make comments about gays,
- 39:45Speaker 3: and Richard Garnell fired Floyd Brown from that role as
- 39:49Speaker 3: vice president Kennedy Center. So it appears the Trump administration
- 39:54Speaker 3: is canceling a Christian for a very what Floyd would
- 39:58Speaker 3: call conventional Christian view use on gay marriage. So it's
- 40:02Speaker 3: a strange situation that he let Richard Grenell do that.
- 40:05Speaker 3: But what did Floyd say that was so terrible according
- 40:08Speaker 3: to gays, Well, it's.
- 40:11Speaker 5: You're right, it's a traditional Christian position. It's the idea
- 40:15Speaker 5: that gay marriage is simply not legitimate marriage. It's not
- 40:19Speaker 5: biblical marriage. That's not an unconventional idea. It was in
- 40:23Speaker 5: the Republican platform until twenty twenty four, and if you
- 40:28Speaker 5: remember Barack Obama, he didn't believe it, but it was
- 40:32Speaker 5: officially his position until twenty twelve when big mouth Joe
- 40:37Speaker 5: Biden outed him on Meet the Press. So this is
- 40:40Speaker 5: a and it's still a conventional, conventional position. Republicans still
- 40:47Speaker 5: do not approve of gay marriage. But anyway, what Floyd
- 40:50Speaker 5: had said, they CNN had uncovered video of him at
- 40:56Speaker 5: a Christian event where he was talking about not believing
- 40:59Speaker 5: gay marriage was legitimate, among other things, and CNN reached
- 41:04Speaker 5: out to the Kennedy Center. CNN hates him. They've been
- 41:07Speaker 5: trying to take CBS. He's been wiretapped to Clinton's have
- 41:11Speaker 5: They've been trying to take him down for.
- 41:12Speaker 2: You, Floyd Brown? But they Floyd Brown?
- 41:15Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So CNN reached out to the Kennedy
- 41:18Speaker 5: Center and hey, did you know this? Said, Hey, did
- 41:20Speaker 5: you know this guy said this stuff? The Kennedy Center,
- 41:23Speaker 5: not Grennell. I want to be clear about that. Grinnell
- 41:25Speaker 5: did not reach out to to Floyd. The Kennedy Center
- 41:27Speaker 5: reached out to him and said, in Floyd's words, they said,
- 41:33Speaker 5: you have to recant this Racan't is the word Floyd
- 41:38Speaker 5: used that they used, and he said, look, I'm not
- 41:41Speaker 5: going to do it. It's part of my faith. That's
- 41:43Speaker 5: a traditional Christians. So well, Grennell is head of the
- 41:50Speaker 5: Kennedy Center, and what Floyd is concerned with? Yeah, what
- 41:54Speaker 5: Floyd's concerned with? Grennell says. He claims to be a
- 41:57Speaker 5: Bible believing Christian, but he's also gay, he's married to
- 42:00Speaker 5: a man, and there is concern that Grinnell is the
- 42:03Speaker 5: one who made this decision because obviously the conflict of
- 42:07Speaker 5: points of view there. Now here's the killer thing whyne
- 42:11Speaker 5: The Kennedy Center will not give Floyd anything in writing
- 42:16Speaker 5: saying why they're letting him go. They will not do
- 42:19Speaker 5: a thing. They wouldn't comment to The Hill when the
- 42:21Speaker 5: Hill reached out. I don't think they commented officially to CNN.
- 42:26Speaker 5: So they're battening down the hatches on this. They know
- 42:29Speaker 5: it's indefensible. And I guarantee you multiple people in the
- 42:34Speaker 5: President's cabinet have said the same thing about gay marriage.
- 42:36Speaker 2: Well, you know, here's the thing. We have free speech
- 42:39Speaker 2: in America. I happen to be.
- 42:40Speaker 3: I'm so conservative on every issue. On a ninety nine
- 42:43Speaker 3: of one hundred, I'm kind of moderate on that issue.
- 42:45Speaker 3: If gays want to be married, I say let them
- 42:47Speaker 3: get married.
- 42:47Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 42:48Speaker 3: They'll feel the same pain as all the other married,
- 42:50Speaker 3: divorced men in America.
- 42:51Speaker 2: So I don't care. But I would never fire someone
- 42:54Speaker 2: for having a different view than me. Floyd as every
- 42:57Speaker 2: right to have that view, especially being a Christian in
- 43:00Speaker 2: an administration that.
- 43:00Speaker 3: Supposedly respects Christians. I think that's a big mistake. Hey, listen,
- 43:04Speaker 3: we gotta go give me a five out in my ear.
- 43:07Speaker 3: We're on the way out. We got to run we're
- 43:09Speaker 3: our number two coming up next.
