- 0:01Speaker 1: Here's your host, Alex Garrett. Well, I hope your Labor
- 0:06Speaker 1: Day weekend was special, and again thank you for tuning
- 0:09Speaker 1: in to my Labor Day special yesterday, and of course
- 0:13Speaker 1: a shout out to lim Kin Foundation over the weekend.
- 0:16Speaker 1: But now I want to talk on one leg up
- 0:18Speaker 1: Alex News. That's one leg up Alex News because as
- 0:24Speaker 1: I was called screaming for Mike Gallagher today, someone brought
- 0:27Speaker 1: up the point and Mike did as well, Hey, how
- 0:31Speaker 1: about these judges step in and do their job?
- 0:36Speaker 2: And I grew a Mike.
- 0:38Speaker 1: These federal judges have to step in because where Casule's
- 0:43Speaker 1: Bail is letting these criminals out on the streets, these
- 0:46Speaker 1: judges can do better by locking them up for good
- 0:49Speaker 1: and not listening to the Capsule's Bail activists crazies. By
- 0:53Speaker 1: the judges doing their job. And I want to share
- 0:56Speaker 1: some examples with you right here in New York City,
- 0:59Speaker 1: because I'm thirteen is unfortunately back in the headlines. If
- 1:05Speaker 1: you remember this story in twenty eighteen, when Juan Amaya Ramirez,
- 1:14Speaker 1: along with others, beat, stabbed, and choked seventeen year old
- 1:17Speaker 1: Andy Peralta in a casino park in Flushing, misanely thinking
- 1:22Speaker 1: he was.
- 1:22Speaker 2: A rival gang and that killing.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Him would earn them a spot in MS thirteen ranks. Remember,
- 1:27Speaker 1: back in the day MS thirteen was white hot. They
- 1:30Speaker 1: were horrible, and they still are, but they were really
- 1:35Speaker 1: on the rise, and we couldn't seem to contain them,
- 1:37Speaker 1: or control them or wipe them out. Well, the killer.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Faced reality.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And in a New York City courtroom was sending forty
- 1:51Speaker 1: five years for killing this team.
- 1:54Speaker 2: And you know, I want to plod in this situation.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I want to applaud Brooklyn Federal Court Judge Lashanne Darcy
- 2:02Speaker 1: Hall for standing up for the victims and not going
- 2:08Speaker 1: along with the activists that think these people, these monsters,
- 2:13Speaker 1: are good people. I believe judges feel pressured to give
- 2:18Speaker 1: into the activists who say these ms R team members
- 2:20Speaker 1: are just good people of society. Well they're not. They
- 2:24Speaker 1: are absolutely not. So I think every judge in New York,
- 2:30Speaker 1: especially since this Castle's bail is still an issue, needs to.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Follow this playbook where not only the judge.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Lashan Darcy Hall sentence this a hole, this killer to
- 2:41Speaker 1: forty five years. She then called out the attorney saying
- 2:47Speaker 1: it's mind blowing to this court that you could argue
- 2:51Speaker 1: that Amyra Martinez Ramirez was the least cupable of his codependence.
- 2:56Speaker 2: She called out the attorney.
- 2:59Speaker 1: We need more judge WHI like that, to stand up
- 3:02Speaker 1: for the victims and the victims families and the rule
- 3:05Speaker 1: of law. We can't let activists pressure judges and let
- 3:12Speaker 1: judges that are activists in themselves run these court systems,
- 3:17Speaker 1: or we're gonna have lawlessness forever. And so I applaud
- 3:24Speaker 1: this judge will Shan DRC Hall for this sentencing, for
- 3:30Speaker 1: this public shaming, and for most importantly standing up for
- 3:35Speaker 1: the rule of law. No crazy leftists. These MS thirteen
- 3:40Speaker 1: members are not good people. And now I read Christy
- 3:46Speaker 1: Nome is criticizing the CBS of doing another editing job
- 3:49Speaker 1: on her when she said Garcia, this break of Garcia
- 3:55Speaker 1: was member of MS thirteen. They white watched that part
- 3:57Speaker 1: of the interview. She says, so CBS might find themselves
- 4:02Speaker 1: in more hot water. But I think the playbook here
- 4:10Speaker 1: where this judge actually does the rule of law and
- 4:14Speaker 1: not caves to the freaking activists who think these ms
- 4:18Speaker 1: R team members.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Are innocent people of society.
- 4:21Speaker 1: They're not. More judges need to copy your playbook and
- 4:25Speaker 1: that way when Trump, when our citizens see that the
- 4:31Speaker 1: judges are actually following the law and not some activist
- 4:34Speaker 1: boat crab, then we don't.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Need the federal troops. But until that.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Day where more judges are like Federal Court Judge Lashane
- 4:43Speaker 1: Darcy Hall in Brooklyn, until that day, I still believe
- 4:50Speaker 1: there needs to be extra help when the cashles bail
- 4:53Speaker 1: is still not working, when it's failing in New York
- 4:58Speaker 1: State because it's letting people, letting criminals, hardened criminals back
- 5:03Speaker 1: out again, maybe this ruling by Brooklyn Court Judge of
- 5:09Speaker 1: Shan Darcy Hall, and maybe reporting on it on one
- 5:12Speaker 1: leg up Alex News could change the tide that more
- 5:16Speaker 1: judges could be more judges, that more judges can judge
- 5:22Speaker 1: by the rule of law, not by the rule of
- 5:24Speaker 1: some activist bult crap.
- 5:27Speaker 2: But it's not over yet. It's not over yet because
- 5:34Speaker 2: in October.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Two more MS thirteen leaders National leaders by the way,
- 5:42Speaker 1: will be in Brooklyn Federal Court to stand trial for
- 5:50Speaker 1: four brutal murders and several other violent crimes in the
- 5:56Speaker 1: New York City and Long Island area. On trial be
- 6:01Speaker 1: Edden Nilsen, Velasquez, laren At thirty six and Hugo diez
- 6:06Speaker 1: Amaya thirty seven, two men who prosecutors say sit at
- 6:11Speaker 1: La Mesa or the table, which is the group of
- 6:14Speaker 1: senior gang leaders responsible for overseeing MS thirteen's operations in
- 6:19Speaker 1: the US. If this other federal judge can do what
- 6:30Speaker 1: Judge Lashan Darcy did, and by the way, she will
- 6:39Speaker 1: be on trial, she will be the judge here as well,
- 6:44Speaker 1: then we should have other federal court judges.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Follow her lead.
- 6:54Speaker 1: As I've said before, it's insane that when an activist
- 6:57Speaker 1: judge steps in and sends playing means back from Al Salvador.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That's the rule of land, that's the four of the
- 7:05Speaker 1: Kings when those decisions are made, because those judges aren't
- 7:09Speaker 1: upholding a rule of law in a sense, they're upholding
- 7:13Speaker 1: a rule of anti trump, a rule of Hey, here's
- 7:17Speaker 1: what I think, and I'm gonna make it a federal
- 7:19Speaker 1: law now. But let's all see judges follow the way
- 7:25Speaker 1: of Judge Lashan DRC Hall, because if she can sentence
- 7:31Speaker 1: one of these ass hats murderers to forty five years,
- 7:36Speaker 1: she can do the same for five other defendants.
- 7:44Speaker 2: And send them where they be long.
- 7:49Speaker 1: And you could tell me about this. The prison systems
- 7:51Speaker 1: all filled up. Yeah, we'll filling up more because we
- 7:55Speaker 1: don't need these murderers wandering our streets, do we. We
- 8:03Speaker 1: don't need the federal troops here. If the judges can
- 8:09Speaker 1: get right and actually decide based on rule of law,
- 8:20Speaker 1: no CBS, no AOC, not even no mom Donnie. These
- 8:29Speaker 1: gang members are not good as the people and they
- 8:33Speaker 1: should not be treated as such. They should be treated
- 8:37Speaker 1: as the cold blooded murderers that they are. Prosecutors have
- 8:45Speaker 1: laid it out for the court, for the jury, and
- 8:54Speaker 1: it is unnerving that MS thirteen still prowls around Queens
- 8:58Speaker 1: and Long Island and other parts of the country. And
- 9:02Speaker 1: this wouldn't have been taken care of under Biden.
- 9:08Speaker 2: But now we've gotta.
- 9:12Speaker 1: We've got to pray that this judge continues on that
- 9:16Speaker 1: path of consequences, accountability and throwing them in.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Jail because that's where they belong. MS thirteen.
- 9:36Speaker 1: If your name is tied to MS thirteen, I just
- 9:39Speaker 1: don't see you as a good guy, a good person,
- 9:43Speaker 1: And I'm sorry if that's how it feels.
- 9:46Speaker 2: But well, I'm not sorry if that's how it feels.
- 9:48Speaker 1: That's how it feels, because we know how bad MS
- 9:57Speaker 1: thirteen is and can get and if they're not held
- 10:07Speaker 1: to any standards, and if their cash's bail is always granted,
- 10:16Speaker 1: they'll be back on the street comm any more murder.
- 10:21Speaker 1: And if Federal Court Judge Darcy Hall can once again
- 10:26Speaker 1: stand up for the victims and the rule of law
- 10:31Speaker 1: and send these other national MS thirteen leaders to where
- 10:39Speaker 1: they're supposed to be, to jail for a long time,
- 10:47Speaker 1: then other judges should follow her playbook and her rule
- 10:51Speaker 1: of law and her courtroom. Because as much as I
- 11:01Speaker 1: can stand that one ruling could be lay of the
- 11:05Speaker 1: land for a federal level, we need.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Federal judges that are going to rule rightly.
- 11:13Speaker 1: And for once, I can report here in New York City,
- 11:16Speaker 1: a judge has ruled rightly, and we pray and we
- 11:23Speaker 1: pray she continues to do so as she presides over
- 11:28Speaker 1: this next case, which isn't just one person according to
- 11:34Speaker 1: the Daily News. According to John A. Nice, four brutal
- 11:39Speaker 1: murders and several other violent crimes are involved with this.
- 11:44Speaker 1: There has to be accountability, there has to be consequences.
- 11:49Speaker 1: But if Federal Court Judge Hall can do it again
- 12:00Speaker 1: and can not back down to the activists that say
- 12:03Speaker 1: these MS thirteen game members are good people, but really
- 12:07Speaker 1: show them how bad a person they are, then she
- 12:11Speaker 1: will have one leg up in the courts and one
- 12:13Speaker 1: log up for the victims and one leg up for
- 12:17Speaker 1: the rule of law. Hell Shelby has that now, she
- 12:20Speaker 1: hadn't said a chance to double down on it in October, and.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I really hope she does.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Speaking of the courts, I have to say, we're going
- 12:31Speaker 1: to talk with Brett of the nine to eleven Justice
- 12:37Speaker 1: Families justp for a nine eleven Families organization once again,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and we're going to talk about what it means that
- 12:45Speaker 1: another judge ruled in favor of the famili's chance to
- 12:51Speaker 1: sue Saudi Arabia.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Say to them for that this week on One Look
- 12:54Speaker 2: Up Alex News.
- 12:55Speaker 1: But for now, a shout out to Brooklyn Federal Court
- 12:59Speaker 1: Judge Lashan DRC Hall, who's having one leg up for
- 13:05Speaker 1: the rule of law, the rule of civilization, and the
- 13:11Speaker 1: rule and one leg up for the victims and the
- 13:16Speaker 1: victims families of MS thirteen gang violence. We cannot let
- 13:23Speaker 1: them continue, and more judges have to be tougher on
- 13:28Speaker 1: one leg up Alex scare
