BCLUW High School is in shock after losing their beloved principal, Josh Tack, Jr., who died from injuries sustained in a weekend UTV crash in Dubuque County. The vehicle he was riding in collided with another at an intersection, killing Tack and one other passenger while two others were airlifted to hospitals and two more treated locally.
