- 1:15SPEAKER_01: You know, congrats, Ecta.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: It's really great.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: So we're not grateful.
- 1:19SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Christina.
- 1:20SPEAKER_02: You're amazing.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: You're always so kind.
- 1:22SPEAKER_02: And I, you know, you both are just such kind souls, and I love it because it shows in your products, it shows in your brand.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: And I am like literally your biggest fan.
- 1:33SPEAKER_02: I I like I said in the intro, I use the perfumes every day, you know.
- 1:38SPEAKER_02: So for everyone listening to give you guys a little bit of like, you know, understanding, the heart company's perfumes are all named after the most amazing emotions that you could have, you know, experience throughout your day, in your life.
- 1:49SPEAKER_02: It's for example, like kindness, uh, which is one of my favorites.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: It's literally like in my bag at all times.
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: And then the other one is a positivity.
- 1:59SPEAKER_02: Um, they just another one is love.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: They have amazing names.
- 2:02SPEAKER_02: And so when you look at them, you're immediately put into this, like, you know, in the state, right?
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: It's like we all talk about like things like affirmations and all these things that put us in a place to prime us to feel better.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: And I feel like that's really the um the way I see their perfume.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: So um, I don't want to rant too much, uh, Christina and Imke.
- 2:22SPEAKER_02: I want you guys both to really tell us a little bit uh background, if you could, again, for the new listeners, so that they know, you know, why you started the brand, what was the real, you know, the journey of creating it and the inspiration for creating it.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I mean, you know, we we started the brand and went like online the end of 2019, and you know, for us it was like, you know, um the idea was really like the brand as the trademark name in the brand name says already, the horror company.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: We wanted to create beauty products that speak to people's hearts, that are like a beauty brand that is like beyond beauty, that spreads a positive message, that um enhances self-confidence in our customers around the world.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: And uh yeah, you know, every single product is supposed to like spread love and kindness.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: And yeah, you know, we can I always say like love and kindness are never short in supply on this planet, and let's spread this wherever we can um with our beauty product.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: So then that's the main you know mission of our brand, spreading love and kindness around the world.
- 3:28SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 3:29SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: Imki, do you have anything to add to that?
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: Yes, especially for our fragrance line.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: You know, we try to match each uh product title association, as you have already mentioned as well, to uh a certain feeling, to a certain association that people have with this with this emotion, with this um feeling.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: And uh it it yeah, it for example, the positivity which you also um have nominated for the Pix Awards, thank you very much.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um this one um is one of my favorites as well.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: Um it gives a positive um affirmation uh in your mind, you know, positivity is power, like a summer breeze uh of optimism, right?
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Like a like a breath of air, you know, and and we try to match the the notes within the scent, you know, to have this fresh, dry, a bit salty, sea salty, and also unisex um scent, you know, with hard notes um of Lang Lang, Frangi Pani Power, top notes, um Italian Mandarin, orange blossom, and bass notes of White Mask and Amber Crystals, you know.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: So this yeah, this is one beautiful, yeah, it's so beautiful, yeah.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: And um take it like a transformative experience, you know, like a transformative experience for our customers around the world.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: So it just you know, uplift people.
- 5:01SPEAKER_02: It's it's it's a very simple and it does, and it it really does uplift.
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: And I think you know, I'm so glad, MK, that you went through the the notes because that's another that's one of the biggest questions I've I have had for you guys because every single scent, like so.
- 5:17SPEAKER_02: For everyone listening out there, you know, if you guys have not already experienced um the perfumes that we're speaking about, I just want to say this before we continue.
- 5:25SPEAKER_02: I always urge you guys to follow along with the episodes so you can find the Heart Company on Amazon.
- 5:31SPEAKER_02: They have a wonderful Amazon storefront, and that's the best way to get their their perfumes.
- 5:37SPEAKER_02: And so I really urge you guys to search them on Amazon right now as you're listening and just kind of follow along because you'll notice exactly what I'm talking about.
- 5:45SPEAKER_02: Because I mean, everything is right there, you know, for you to look at and uh just you know read about and stuff.
- 5:50SPEAKER_02: So, but I wanted to say, you know, one of my big questions was always every single scent, you know.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: Like I said, I'm I'm one of the consumers that I will use it throughout the day, right?
- 6:00SPEAKER_02: So, Imki, you talked about the positivity um, you know, perfume.
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: And I love that one because it's it makes you feel positive.
- 6:09SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 6:11SPEAKER_02: There's really no other way.
- 6:13SPEAKER_02: If I were to name this perfume, if you handed me this perfume and you said, Ecta, name this.
- 6:19SPEAKER_02: I mean, I don't think I would come up with a better name than that.
- 6:21SPEAKER_02: I mean, this is a literally from the scent and fragrance, like the you know, like the notes that you mentioned, the note like the perfume, like the profile of it.
- 6:31SPEAKER_02: There's no better name because when you spritz it on and you smell it, your whole body is you know encased in this feeling of just happiness.
- 6:39SPEAKER_02: Like you're happy, you're positive, you're just ready to go get the world, you know what I mean?
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: And I love that about your sense.
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: And so that's where I'm like, I always wonder, like, you know, when you were crafting the line and you were really working with the perfumer, which I really want you guys to speak on that as well, because you guys are you're made at the best perfume house in the world, you know.
- 6:59SPEAKER_02: So that's something we want to talk about.
- 7:01SPEAKER_02: But when you were crafting them, was that something you did intentionally?
- 7:04SPEAKER_02: Was it something you knew from the beginning you wanted to do?
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: We have, you know, we have briefed the perfumer, uh, uh brilliant lady uh in Paris, um, who, you know, we have given her a concept, you know, like what we wanted it to smell like.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Of course, the name, but also some some elements like what I just mentioned, like a breeze of optimism, you know.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: And she just she just, I don't know how she did it.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: They are like uh really good at their craft, you know.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: So she every and we didn't have many trials, you know, like I think like the second or third trial already was was a already uh, you know, was a hit.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: It was a hit.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: Let's give it a shout out to the perfumerist of uh Jivodon.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: I mean, Jivodar, you know, everybody knows is it's the largest uh uh perfume house in the world, and I have to say they're really amazing.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: The job they did, Givodon on our fragrance line is simply amazing.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: As Imke said, it was like they had a brief, and when we got the samples, it was like, oh my god.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: I think positivity was even like a hit at the first time.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: We didn't even change that one.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: It was like really amazing.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: Everybody was almost crying, re uh smelling it because it was so nice, and we were like, that's exactly what we thought of.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: And you know, the whole idea, you know, of our fragrance line, a horror company, you know, extension going into fragrances, um, was really also like it it happened during the global pandemic, during lockdown, really, you know, when when the world was the opposite, like closed and depressed and fear, full of fear and uncertainty and everything.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: And we were like, you know, this world, we really think needs something, you know, that because uplifting.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: Let's uplifting and let's make like let's remember that mental health is a priority, right?
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: Inner peace is essential, you know.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: Self-care is a necessity.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: So like from all this like negative things, like we wanted to bring out something positive.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: Like, let's uplift people, let's make them more happy, let's give them like a transformative experience, let's you know, have create something mood enhancing, cruelty-free, vegan conscious, and like a like a daily companion, like a like a like a mini uplift that you have in your handbag and you can spray all over yourself like every day.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: And and then and thanks to Jivadant, it it's a it's an amazing eau de perfume um quality.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: And you know, we are really proud of what they did, and you know, to have them as our perfume house.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: It's really great.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: I love, I mean, I love that, and I think that they you're right, you know, Christina.
- 9:46SPEAKER_02: I think they nailed it, you know, they really nailed it.
- 9:49SPEAKER_02: And nailed it, it's so it's like every single, and it's not just one of the scents.
- 9:55SPEAKER_02: So for everyone listening, you know, there's a lot of scents in the collection at this point.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: So when you experience each of them, they're very unique, each of them.
- 10:03SPEAKER_02: Like this the feeling that you will get is unique.
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: And that's what I think really captivates me the most about the Heart Company's collection is that there is this feeling that goes with every single bottle, like, you know, in terms of the the different ones in the line.
- 10:20SPEAKER_02: And so you're not going to have these replica perfumes, you know.
- 10:23SPEAKER_02: I, you know, right now in the industry, I'm noticing that there's a lot of, but don't get me wrong, you know, no shade to anybody out there, but there's a lot of perfumes that smell a lot alike.
- 10:33SPEAKER_02: Okay, that's the truth.
- 10:35SPEAKER_02: And I've said that before, I think, you know, for things like skincare and beauty, but it's also true with perfumery.
- 10:40SPEAKER_02: And with your fragrances, I've never felt that, especially somebody who is a huge lover of more fresh scents, more citrusy scents.
- 10:48SPEAKER_02: I, you know, I know those are the ones that in America, they're a huge hit.
- 10:52SPEAKER_02: I think a lot of people like them.
- 10:54SPEAKER_02: But how many times have you guys, out the listeners, you know, you've picked up a scent and you're like, oh, I already have that in my collection?
- 11:01SPEAKER_02: Well, you're not gonna ever feel like, you know what I mean?
- 11:03SPEAKER_02: You're never gonna feel like that with the heart company.
- 11:05SPEAKER_02: Like your fragrances are never, ever like that.
- 11:07SPEAKER_02: It's like every time I spray love or kindness or positivity or wedding love or any of the ones I'm really, really obsessed with, I don't ever feel like, oh, I can get this somewhere else.
- 11:18SPEAKER_02: Oh, I can get this in a body spray.
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: It's never, it's not even an option.
- 11:22SPEAKER_02: There's no way.
- 11:23SPEAKER_02: Where am I gonna get it?
- 11:24SPEAKER_02: Nobody else makes it.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: And so, you know, it really speaks to not only you guys' vision, but obviously to Jivodon and for their, you know, just expertise in what they've created here, you know, because it's it's it's unique, it's really unique.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: So they also uh understand a lot like the changing landscape of consumer behaviors, and I think our idea and concept uh also resonated with like Jivodon.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: They they totally got it also like from the brief.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: And you know, especially after the pandemic, when we were like, we want to, you know, make the customer a priority, we want the customer to make that choice, and we want to give the customer the choice.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: We don't want to even bring out just one scent, we want to bring out a collection, a collection that they can collect.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: And the collection even comes in recyclable, clear glass, heart-shaped bottles, which makes the concept, I think, even stronger.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, the idea is like people are like can choose between love in a bottle, good vibes in a bottle, positivity in a bottle, happiness in a bottle, me time in a bottle, kindness in a bottle, and they can even layer it so you can layer happiness and love.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: Yes, I got whatever you need, and you know, and also during the day, and you know, we were also very proud, you know, when the when uh when when we saw people, you know, in the even in a test phase like around us when we tested, especially with especially with young consumers who are like extra, you know, conscious and extra critical, maybe also, which is great.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: And they were like, we love this, you know, we want we need this for our mental state.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: We we want to make you know our inner pieces essential.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: We want to upleave each other.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: We don't want to want to spray something on that we had like the last years or in something.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: They really think it's like something new, and you know, it's like a and I feel or I felt like when we did that, that you know, the the perfume industry is also like heading towards like a new era, maybe like also shame shape, maybe Amazon beauty, shifting consumer values, evolving expectations, and and then you know, this is younger demographic in particular, I think you know, they are placing greater value on experience um rather than material possessions, and exactly, but no compromise on quality though.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: That's what I love about you guys is that I mean, I agree with you, you know, Christina.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: I think you're absolutely 100% on the money with that.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: Because when I look at TikTok and when I open these apps, right, that are more for Gen Z, what do we see, you guys?
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: I mean, look at perfume talk, you know what I mean?
- 14:02SPEAKER_02: Perfume TikTok.
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: You're gonna see so many people, so many people, but guess what?
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: They're reviewing the same five perfumes because no one is talking to these kids about you know quality of perfumery, no one is doing that.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: You know, I find this to be so interesting, Christina, because you guys have created this breakthrough line.
- 14:24SPEAKER_02: It is absolutely phenomenal.
- 14:25SPEAKER_02: But here's the thing you know, the even though we can appeal to them with this idea of it is more, you know, poppy and fun, obviously, that that's there.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: Let's why are we still not hearing these young consumers talk about quality?
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: And I think the reason for that is that these big, you know, names that have been around forever, no one's really talking about quality anymore.
- 14:47SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 14:48SPEAKER_02: But I think it's a conversation worth having where you have to understand that when a perfume is made, it's not made a good perfume, by the way, for everyone listening, is not going to disappear like a mist disappears on your body.
- 15:00SPEAKER_02: It's not gonna do that.
- 15:01SPEAKER_02: I mean, I know that there's some hype around the idea of like if it's a citrusy scent, it's gonna, you know, evaporate a little faster, right?
- 15:09SPEAKER_02: Than something that's more like like ood or like just stronger, right?
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: Throughout the day.
- 15:14SPEAKER_02: But still, I'm seeing people use perfumes that are not made in in terms of the quality.
- 15:21SPEAKER_02: They're not all that, you know what I mean?
- 15:23SPEAKER_02: They're not that great.
- 15:24SPEAKER_02: But here you have the combination, you know.
- 15:27SPEAKER_02: I look at the heart company and I'm going, okay, it's very uh appealing to even a teenager, right?
- 15:32SPEAKER_02: Even if I was 15 years old, I would be like, this is amazing, this is so cool, you know.
- 15:36SPEAKER_02: But even it's beautiful, but then you also have the quality, and that's where I feel like you guys stand out is this level of easy.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Also, I think yeah, the Gen Z, I think also they don't want to smell like their grandmother, you know, like there have been scents and perfumes that have been around for for a long, long time, you know, like 40 years plus.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: And you know, there's there's a need for new scents and and new clean scents, also, you know, we uh all our scents are um vegan, and not not all of them are, you know, like only very few of them are vegan.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: Um so yeah, I think we have a very good uh very good product.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: I agree.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: So um we when we we were able, I mean, what I learned also from the party ministry, you can't make the the already existing, you know, uh brands or celebrity brands, you know, they're first of all, maybe uh, you know, you they have to also like start something from scratch to be like conscious and vegan and cruelty-free and paraben-free and all of that.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: And uh I was simply they are already on the market, so you have to come up with something new, of course, for the new um, yeah, for new shifting consumer values and also evolving expectations of of the consumers.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: And we were, of course, lucky because we started everything from scratch.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: So for us, it was like super clear that you know, um, they our perfumes are for sure have to be like sustainable and vegan and cruelty-free and all the perfume quality and um you know, all of that, but still have a great scent, smell great, um, uh uplifting, and all these kind of things.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: But um yeah, so for us, there was like there was like no doubt that we want to bring something out for the conscious modern perfume consumer.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: So that was clear.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: And again, thanks to Givodon, we were able to do that.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: They also work with the um vegan society in Birmingham, UK.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: So all our scents are all eight cents are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and certified with the vegan society, Birmingham, UK.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: That was also very important.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: So it's all also like certified and um, yeah, so this this even stands out also.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: So on on top of the notes and this and the color concept and and the mood enhancing concept.
- 18:04SPEAKER_02: That makes sense.
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: No, it makes sense.
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: I love the idea that they're vegan because we don't really talk about that in perfumery.
- 18:10SPEAKER_02: You know, I don't think many, you know, there's not many people that are having that conversation about, you know, the importance of really taking that in into account, you know, with perfumes.
- 18:21SPEAKER_02: I don't think any of us ever wonder um or really stop to wonder like where the notes come from, where the scents come from, the ingredients, you know.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: And so I think that that's such a highlight point as well, you know, it it just makes you feel good.
- 18:34SPEAKER_02: I mean, there's nothing but, you know, positivity in everything with the heart company.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: It's like, you know, you guys have taken every single detail and you've really kept it in mind.
- 18:43SPEAKER_02: And I think, you know, speaking on Christina's point about, you know, celebrities, I think one thing I want to say, and I really, and this is my opinion, okay?
- 18:52SPEAKER_02: So for everyone listening out there, this is really my my opinion in the sense that I'm not a big like celebrity perfume person.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: I don't think I ever have been.
- 19:01SPEAKER_02: And the reason for that is not because I don't like the celebrity.
- 19:04SPEAKER_02: I love celebrities.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: I think there are a lot of really great ones out there, but I just don't think that me buying a perfume because a celebrity's face is on it is going to make me turn into the celebrity.
- 19:15SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 19:16SPEAKER_02: Like I don't think, um, I just don't think like that.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: I really believe in this idea of the scent that I'm wearing is something that makes me feel like a celebrity.
- 19:26SPEAKER_02: You know, it makes me feel amazing, you know, at the end of the day.
- 19:29SPEAKER_02: And it might not be the same thing as celebrity X, Y, and Z, those notes that they like.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: So a lot of the times, uh just because someone comes out and they're a celebrity with a perfume, I usually don't even try it.
- 19:41SPEAKER_02: You know, I might hear about it like, you know, months later, but I'm not that, I'm just not that consumer that's gonna go to my, you know, local Sephora or wherever it's launching, you know, Nordstroms and go and try it because a celebrity came out with it.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: I'm more of the person that is going to go and say, oh my gosh, a new perfume came out that is, you know, like these bass notes, or it smells like this.
- 20:03SPEAKER_02: It makes you feel like you're on like a boat in the middle of the ocean, or you know what I mean?
- 20:08SPEAKER_02: It makes you feel like you're on the beach somewhere.
- 20:10SPEAKER_02: You know, that is me, you know, that feeling is me.
- 20:13SPEAKER_02: And so I really feel like, you know, Christina or one of you has said this earlier, where there is this phase occurring, you know, where, or this change occurring in the industry where I think the younger consumers are really gravitating more towards that feeling now.
- 20:28SPEAKER_02: You know, they are understanding that, no, I want to smell like I just, you know, like did this or I'm I'm ready to do this, right?
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: And whether that's like going sailing or going to the beach or going on a boat or you know, having a wonderful summer, you know, it's that feeling that's evoked in them.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: And that makes them more plan everything around that, you know, to underline their individuality, right?
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: Their individuality and their uh yeah, personal preferences, especially with the layering, you know, you can really create your own scent and and you don't have to rely on celebrities, what they tell you, what is good or not, you know.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: It's like everybody's their own celebrity, of course.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: It's a more democrat, uh democratized approach that we have.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: You know, not speaking about first of all, it's like really right, actually.
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, like young consumers, especially like seeking like ethical and like sustainable brands that align with their like personal values, and you know, they also want a brand message that resonates with them, I think on a on a like a kind of a deeper level.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: But speaking about celebrities, we are very proud because Lesh Ferry, you know, uh who works with the Grammy Awards and many, you know, of these awards in America since many, many years.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: Uh, he's a CEO of Distinctive Assets and Los Angeles, he reached out to us this year uh again.
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: Um, and guess what?
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: Our fragrances, um, I think it was like kindness, positivity, and good vibes, they were part of the official celebrity give backs of the Grammy Awards.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: 2023.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: So this I think has also a meaning to us especially.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: We were very proud to be there because we were in these official Grammy bags.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: And because the motto, this year's motto of the of the Grammys, I think it was positive vibes only.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: So and then they, you know, they picked this female founded vegan conscious beauty brand, the horror company with our vegan fragrance line.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Of course, because of the messages of positivity, kindness, and good vibes, because it just fit.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: So we were in the Grammy gift bags.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: So we were like super proud of that.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: And I think it says something because this is all about celebrities, that event.
- 22:45SPEAKER_02: That is amazing.
- 22:46SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh.
- 22:47SPEAKER_02: And so all celebrities are wearing you, and we're the ones that are in the dark.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: I don't know, but at least you know we were we were in the official Grammy gift bags.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: So I mean, I don't know who's wearing it now and who doesn't, but um I I think it's it speaks for the concept, it speaks for the conscious concept, and it it really speaks for the for the names of our perfumes.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, and the quality again.
- 23:10SPEAKER_02: You know, I mean, why would they put you?
- 23:12SPEAKER_02: They would not do that if you would not be gifted to celebrities unless you were the best in your, you know, in what you're doing.
- 23:18SPEAKER_02: Like that's the bottom line.
- 23:20SPEAKER_02: I mean, I don't think that some something like an uh organization like the Grammy Awards would ever, you know what I mean, compromise their image with any brand that they put in those bags, you know what I mean?
- 23:29SPEAKER_02: Because that's some going to the the people that they are trying to, you know, like they're their guests, right?
- 23:36SPEAKER_02: So I mean that's like any I mean, that's huge.
- 23:38SPEAKER_02: That to me is huge.
- 23:39SPEAKER_02: I feel like if you're if you made a perfume that is being gifted to the people that are usually the ones that are the faces of perfumes, I mean, I I don't know what could be a bigger statement than that.
- 23:50SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: Like that's made us very proud.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: I have to say, it made us very proud.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: And and bringing kindness and good vibes to to the Grammy Awards celebr uh uh celebrations there in Los Angeles, I I think it was February, right?
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: So it was like it really touched our heart.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: I think it was really great.
- 24:07SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 24:08SPEAKER_02: That is so well deserved.
- 24:09SPEAKER_02: Congratulations on that.
- 24:10SPEAKER_02: That's so well deserved.
- 24:12SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm I bet you anything right now, Jennifer Lopez is smelling your perfume somewhere, you know, or wearing it.
- 24:18SPEAKER_02: I'm telling you, people don't see.
- 24:20SPEAKER_02: Here's the thing, and this is another thing.
- 24:21SPEAKER_02: I feel like, you know, at Skincare Anarchy, the reason I invite on like certain brands, like you guys are the prime example, and this is why I launched an entire series based on the initial interview I had with you guys, was because the best of the best come here.
- 24:38SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 24:39SPEAKER_02: Because I don't think as consumers we deserve any less than that.
- 24:42SPEAKER_02: And so when I look at, you know, what you're doing, it's not just about the sense, right?
- 24:47SPEAKER_02: It's about what it's creating, the ripple effects of your products.
- 24:50SPEAKER_02: Like what does that mean, what do they mean to the daily consumer?
- 24:53SPEAKER_02: Why, why should we care?
- 24:55SPEAKER_02: Is the question I ask myself about every brand I bring on here.
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: And I think for me, um, this is a little pivot, but like something I think we really need to talk about is the the after effects of using your perfumes, you know, for a for like a prolonged period of time.
- 25:10SPEAKER_02: Like I've been using them, what has it been like two years now?
- 25:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's been like a really long time.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: And so I've never, I mean, they're just part of my daily routine at this point.
- 25:19SPEAKER_02: I don't go a day without using at least one of the scents, if not like what Imki said, like, you know, layering them.
- 25:25SPEAKER_02: And I have definitely seen a shift in my mood.
- 25:29SPEAKER_02: I have definitely seen something like where I can be having a bad day and I will spritz, you know, whatever the perfume is of the day for me, whether that's kindness, positivity, I will put it on and I immediately get refreshed.
- 25:42SPEAKER_02: It's like, you know, when you like, it's a really hot day and you wash your face and that feeling you get of just immediately like, oh, okay, I feel good again.
- 25:50SPEAKER_02: That's what I get every time.
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: And it's not just like me thinking, it's not placebo or anything.
- 25:56SPEAKER_02: It's literally me feeling that, you know what I mean, immediately.
- 25:59SPEAKER_02: So that psycho component, a psychoactive component of it is something I'm so interested in because right now what I'm noticing in the industry is this this idea is coming out where perfumes should make you feel good just as much as they smell good, right?
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: And so when I think about that, I think about neuroscience, you know, I'm a scientist at the end of the day.
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: So I'm always amazing, I can't sort of say like great hearing it from you, it gives me goosebumps because it's like, you know, you are like, you know, yeah, you're the best there.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: It's like you're like an amazing sort of like thing, right?
- 26:33SPEAKER_02: But it's true.
- 26:33SPEAKER_02: I think any scientist could really see what I mean because if you immediately have some sort of like a reaction, like in terms of like your psychological reaction, you're that means that something has happened.
- 26:45SPEAKER_02: Either it has increased the dopamine release in your brain or it's increasing the serotonin release, or something is going on to where now your mood feels better.
- 26:53SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 26:54SPEAKER_02: Your mood is now better.
- 26:55SPEAKER_02: And so if it's eliciting that kind of response, that's huge.
- 26:59SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: That is like groundbreaking because we've never discussed perfumes like that before in this industry.
- 27:05SPEAKER_02: We've never talked about the psychoactive components of using perfumery to boost your overall mood throughout the day.
- 27:13SPEAKER_02: And I think that is something that's worth talking about because right now, I'm gonna be honest, you guys, I open up TikTok and I'm still seeing a lot of teenagers who are going through hard times.
- 27:23SPEAKER_02: You know, there are a lot of people in general, you know, even though COVID is kind of behind us, people are still struggling out there.
- 27:29SPEAKER_02: And so when you can buy a perfume and something like, you know, using it throughout your day is going to help you, why would you not do that?
- 27:38SPEAKER_02: Is my question, right?
- 27:39SPEAKER_02: So I want to talk about that in the sense of like, you know, have other consumers given you that feedback?
- 27:45SPEAKER_02: Because I definitely have noticed it.
- 27:47SPEAKER_02: Like it happens every day.
- 27:48SPEAKER_02: So 100%.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: We we get especially from you know, from uh younger uh consumers, but also from women, honestly around the world, we always get this feedback, like it's a psychological mini-treat.
- 28:01SPEAKER_01: It's like a memorable experience, you know, that really be goes beyond the ordinary, the ordinary perfumer is something they have in their perfume collection, the bathroom.
- 28:09SPEAKER_01: They they really use it as a psychological treat, you know, against you know, feeling down, being depressed, being full of fear.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's a lot of you know mental uh health uh issues going on around the world.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: It's also not only America.
- 28:25SPEAKER_01: It's I to just talk to somebody in the Middle East today.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: And it's like it's like everywhere in Europe, it's in America, it's it's like it's a you know, COVID was like a global thing.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: And you know, in a positive way, our brand and the concept is also like, you know, I think this was also why Givodon, when when we sent them in the concept, by the way, thank you very much to Maurizio Volpi again, who uh who was the one uh at uh Givad, you know, this you know, he has experienced so many years in the international fragrance industry.
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: And he was the one who really said, you know, we will be your perfume house.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: We like the concept, and you know, we will we will create these vegan perfumes for you.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: I mean, this is like, I think this also meant something because we are like a bootstrap startup, female-founded bootstrap startup.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: We really put all our blood, sweat, and tears into the brand, into the the, you know, building the brand, um, you know, doing the first like scaling of the brand, bringing it on Amazon America.
- 29:22SPEAKER_01: And what we saw also from like bringing it on to Amazon America, we saw immediately after some months that women across America bought our fragrances.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: And not only one, they bought like all of them.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: Somebody bought me time, the other one bought kindness, the next bought love, then the next bought good vibes and happiness in a bottle.
- 29:44SPEAKER_01: So that was like for us, like really, really, really, even as a at a at a small scale, the best proof of concept that it resonates with women everywhere across America.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: You know, we were shipping at the first time with uh fulfillment by merchants, so FBM, Amazon, and so there we could also see like where into which states and it it went, and it it went like everywhere.
- 30:07SPEAKER_01: So this is like, you know, as you said, everybody needs an uplifting moment, especially after the times of global pandemic and you know, fear, uncertainty.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: You know, there's so much irritation going on on our planet and our planet.
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: So that's why, like, you know, let's bring love and kindness, let's uplift people, let's give them a mini treat, let's spread it all around with fragrance, and you can have it like you can also like re-spray it like during the day.
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: It's not like you have this super expensive fragrance that you spray just during date or all.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: You can really use it for yourself every day and repeat it.
- 30:43SPEAKER_02: Well, I mean, how amazing is that is uh first of all, that's amazing that people are understanding because I mean it makes you want to buy everything.
- 30:51SPEAKER_02: The the the names of the scents make you want to buy every single one of them because you're like, oh, I need that.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: I need a little bit more love, I need me time, I need this, you know.
- 30:59SPEAKER_02: So it's like we all resonate with these ideas, we all resonate with these concepts.
- 31:04SPEAKER_02: And so, you know, that's where even more it solidifies what I was saying, which is the psychology idea, right?
- 31:09SPEAKER_02: Of this idea of um, well, we need something in our day that is meant for just our overall mental well-being, you know, and that is where I really find you guys to be such a leader, you know, in the sense of like every single one of the fragrances is absolutely stunning.
- 31:28SPEAKER_02: It's beautiful.
- 31:29SPEAKER_02: You're not going to, I promise you guys, I would not say this if I did not mean it from the bottom of my soul.
- 31:36SPEAKER_02: You will not smell even one of the perfumes in the collection and think to yourself, oh, I don't know if I like this or not.
- 31:44SPEAKER_02: You're gonna be blown away with how good they are because you're going to like psychologically feel the effects of them.
- 31:51SPEAKER_02: Like, genuinely speaking, that's how I felt.
- 31:54SPEAKER_02: That's how everyone I've spoken to that's tried the Heart Company's fragrances has they've all validated that, you know, so I know I'm not crazy.
- 32:02SPEAKER_02: Okay, like I've already spoken to my friends who also love you guys, you know what I mean?
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: And I like I know that there is something here.
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: And and that's where, you know, when I look, like I said, on social media, I see a lot of teenagers, I see a lot of young professionals, I see a lot of people who are still going through this, you know, trying to find that time for themselves, trying to find that moment in their day where they're going to stop for a minute and refocus.
- 32:28SPEAKER_02: And I think we're getting there.
- 32:30SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 32:30SPEAKER_02: We are getting there where we're now thinking the beauty products that we consume have to become part of our day.
- 32:36SPEAKER_02: They have to now become part of our day instead of defining our day.
- 32:39SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 32:40SPEAKER_02: Because for a long time, women were so obsessed with, for example, like I'm just using a random example, makeup.
- 32:46SPEAKER_02: Take makeup, for example.
- 32:47SPEAKER_02: It would be the highlight of their whole day.
- 32:50SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 32:51SPEAKER_02: Now makeup has become more of a travel thing.
- 32:54SPEAKER_02: You know, as you're on the go, you can reapply, you can do this.
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: And you're noticing, I know a lot of you are noticing maybe makeup companies have adapted to that idea.
- 33:03SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: Of these young professionals are on the go all the time.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: We have to make products that they're gonna actually use.
- 33:10SPEAKER_02: And the same goes with perfumery, you know?
- 33:12SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: This is why we wanted to make it also like, you know, at an affordable luxury price point, around$60, because we we don't want to be like a niche perfume brand that is like in this like hundred or two hundred dollar range and that people can't afford.
- 33:27SPEAKER_01: So we would like to make it also affordable to you know, young women, to uh young professionals, to gen wide gen, so everybody for giftings that you gifted to your friend, you know, uh gift your friend happiness in a bottle, give your mother kindness in a bottle, give your spouse um uh as a man like love in a bottle.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: So this we also wanted to make it like giftable to yourself and also to others.
- 33:53SPEAKER_01: And we always say, like, you know, we want everybody to make like mental health a priority, and every single customer and every single person that we can help a little bit to uplift and you know to help them with their mental health in our difficult times that we all around live in in our planet.
- 34:14SPEAKER_01: Um, we did something that you know that makes us really, really happy uh as founders and and and you know um, you know, creators kind of together with Jivadong of this perfume line.
- 34:29SPEAKER_01: So um, this is really something that we would love to bring, like ideally everywhere.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: I'm telling MCO always, like in my in my vision, I have like there are like two heart-shaped oversized bottles on Times Square, New York, like spraying love and kindness, like artificial intelligence, like AI, like like this great uh commercials on Times Square, like you spray that on everyone, like love and kindness, please.
- 34:54SPEAKER_02: The planet or like you're you know, you're just like who doesn't want that?
- 34:59SPEAKER_02: I mean, can you imagine going up to somebody be like, would you like some kindness?
- 35:03SPEAKER_02: You know, like it's like everyone loves kindness, everyone needs it, everyone wants to, you know, like experience that throughout their day.
- 35:10SPEAKER_02: And I think it's such an important, you know, especially the world we live in where you know it doesn't there's so many people that feel like there's nobody out there that's that's there to talk to, or you know, these little things that I hear all the time on TikTok.
- 35:23SPEAKER_02: Um, a lot of people are going through this feeling of loneliness, you know, and so it brings you closer to you know humanity when you think about these things.
- 35:31SPEAKER_02: It brings you closer together if you can connect with each other over a perfume you both love, you know what I mean, or something you both really enjoy, like a scent.
- 35:40SPEAKER_02: I mean, that that will bring you closer to like a friend, make a friend about with it.
- 35:43SPEAKER_02: You know, it's so easy to do that.
- 35:45SPEAKER_02: That's why I like what you said.
- 35:46SPEAKER_02: You can they're because of the price point, they're giftable, they're not only repurchasable, I mean, which is huge for me because I'm not gonna lie, there have been so many times where I've liked a perfume, but I'm like, I'm never going to spend$500 again on this.
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: There's no there's no way, you know.
- 36:01SPEAKER_02: There's my budget cannot afford that.
- 36:03SPEAKER_02: And as much as I like it, it's I'm sure I can get it somewhere else.
- 36:07SPEAKER_02: But that I don't say that with your perfumes because I can't get it anywhere else, first of all.
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: And if it's like$200, you don't want to spray it all over yourself all day long because you feel guilty because of money.
- 36:17SPEAKER_01: So we wanted to make it like affordable luxury uh treat for everyone, you know, that everybody can afford it and also can afford to gift it and to use it.
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: And you know, yes, we are like a digitally native company because we are like on Shopify now, Shopify Shop and on Amazon and in America, exclusively on Amazon at the moment.
- 36:37SPEAKER_01: But you know, we really, really think also like our fragrances would be like a great retail experience for people, you know, when they see it.
- 36:47SPEAKER_01: Love and kindness on them and you know, see that, go shopping with their friends and talk about love and kindness and you know, smell it and try it.
- 36:56SPEAKER_01: And I I think also this would like even be an uplifting retail moment for consumers.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: And how many times have you guys like seen, you know, like a TikTok page where someone is recommending a product and they're like, oh, go to my bio for the Amazon link, you know what I mean?
- 37:12SPEAKER_02: Because they have an Amazon like favorites list or something like that.
- 37:15SPEAKER_02: I I feel like I shop all of my products like that now, you know, like somebody recommends it to me and I go immediately to Amazon.
- 37:22SPEAKER_02: And so I love that you guys are available on Amazon because that really makes it easy.
- 37:27SPEAKER_02: If you're a TikToker, if you're somebody who does have a presence on TikTok, uh, you can easily link this in your shop, you know what I mean?
- 37:34SPEAKER_02: In your own personal favorites, and so your friends can experience it, your family can experience it.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: I think that's the whole idea that I love about Gen Z is that they love sharing, you know what I mean?
- 37:44SPEAKER_02: They love to like share what they love with their friends and family.
- 37:48SPEAKER_02: And Amazon is definitely, in my opinion, the next frontier.
- 37:51SPEAKER_02: It has been for a long time when it comes to retail.
- 37:54SPEAKER_02: I mean, who goes to Sax Fifth Avenue anymore?
- 37:56SPEAKER_02: No one.
- 37:57SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 37:58SPEAKER_02: I don't yes, I've never been, I mean, I haven't been there not once in 2023.
- 38:03SPEAKER_02: Let's be honest.
- 38:03SPEAKER_02: No, no disrespect to anybody, but I just I'm just being honest, you know, I go to Amazon for everything I buy, like literally everything.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: The thing is that you can at least try it in retail, of course, which you can't on Amazon.
- 38:15SPEAKER_01: So I think there's a combination of both in the future for us, right?
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: Or have a pop-up store, a concept store, you know, like people trying.
- 38:22SPEAKER_01: But Amazon, of course, plays an important role, you know.
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: Without Amazon, there's no doubt about it.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: We we couldn't have launched that business because you know, we all know the fragrance industry, it's a billion-dollar industry, it's about retail, it's about, you know, big scaling, and you know, coming up as a bootstrap brand with a yes, a great concept and everything, but without Amazon, you don't even have a chance, right?
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: But being on Amazon and you know, knowing what to do on Amazon, and you know, you can really scale there because the beauty consumer is there, and Amazon is also like a big search engine these days, and it's a flywheel, and you know, people are searching on Amazon, experience uh beauty on Amazon, and there, you know, there's such an increase of beauty shoppers on Amazon, and uh, you know, for us, this is of course a very big advantage.
- 39:12SPEAKER_01: And you know, we built our own storefront on Amazon, we try to put as much value as we could there, explain the sense, the notes, what does it make people feel?
- 39:23SPEAKER_01: And you know, so uh we are really beyond grateful that we have that opportunity to sell on Amazon and to launch our fragrances in the US with with with as a startup.
- 39:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, I love I usually, you know, like that's the thing is that Amazon, I feel like is it's the place to go to discover.
- 39:42SPEAKER_02: Like, I discover so much new stuff on Amazon every day.
- 39:45SPEAKER_02: Like I really just and so I agree with you, Christina.
- 39:48SPEAKER_02: I think that there is this aspect of wanting to try something before you buy it.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: But really, right now, I mean, I'm seeing a lot of people not even do that anymore, even though they should.
- 39:59SPEAKER_02: I think there's definitely an experience to be had there, you know, obviously.
- 40:03SPEAKER_02: But I still think that, you know, um most of the time consumers are saying, Oh, my friend loves this, so it must be good because they know, you know, their friend, best friend, probably has the same taste and perfume as them.
- 40:16SPEAKER_02: You know, they probably love the same notes, they probably love the same idea.
- 40:19SPEAKER_02: So, I mean, that's my point is that, you know, it's it's shareable in so many ways.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: You know, you can share it physically, you can share it on, you know, whether that's putting it on your storefront, you can share the idea of it with your friend.
- 40:32SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's all about spreading it, like spreading love and kindness, like you said, Christina, like it's you know, it's spreadable digitally, you know what I mean?
- 40:39SPEAKER_01: Like digitally, like around the world, exactly.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: And you know, Amazon, Amazon is just you know, such a great help, of course, because the customer is already there.
- 40:49SPEAKER_01: Uh, the customer is like, you know, ready, especially young, you know, conscious consumers that there's also like growing, uh, Amazon is like growing big time on like uh sustainability and uh vegan, vegan perfumes, conscious niche perfume brands.
- 41:03SPEAKER_01: So people are really um you know searching for for also new inspiration.
- 41:08SPEAKER_01: And the thing is that um the good thing is that we are like just us on Amazon, so we are in control of our brand, so to say, because it's just our storefront.
- 41:18SPEAKER_01: We don't have like tons and tons of other brands or celebrity brands or licensed brands have like 1,000 resellers on Amazon, and people are getting confused because of the price battle and they're irritated.
- 41:28SPEAKER_01: Is that the real one?
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: Is this a price?
- 41:30SPEAKER_01: And what is it?
- 41:31SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of things going on, and our perfumes are there just by us, you know, like the real brand, and you know, there's no irritation for the customer at all.
- 41:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, exactly.
- 41:43SPEAKER_02: And I and I really like that.
- 41:45SPEAKER_02: I think you know, even I'm a huge fan of accessibility.
- 41:48SPEAKER_02: I ask this question to every brand that I interview, and I'm the reason I do that is because I think, you know, what good is something if it's not accessible?
- 41:57SPEAKER_02: You know, and I think that you guys really checking that box off from the beginning of your you know brand has been, you know, it's a huge plus.
- 42:05SPEAKER_02: So I I think that, you know, accessibility, if you're somebody out there that values that, that this is, I mean, Amazon is, in my opinion, it doesn't get better than that.
- 42:14SPEAKER_02: You get your products in two days, it's right there, it's easy to share.
- 42:18SPEAKER_02: I mean, I don't I can't think of a better retailer than that for, you know, especially something like, you know, a perfume company that is trying to really spread this awareness, right?
- 42:29SPEAKER_02: Of of mental health and how important that is, you know, and how important that is to, you know, to have that tied into your beauty products.
- 42:36SPEAKER_02: I mean, even with the the little things that we do throughout the day, we're always impacting our overall mood, our overall well-being.
- 42:43SPEAKER_02: And I just I'm a huge believer in it.
- 42:45SPEAKER_02: And especially right now, there are entire TikTokers that have these huge lists of like well-being lists, you know what I mean?
- 42:52SPEAKER_02: And they'll have stuff on there like, this is my favorite blanket, you know, this is my favorite thing, or my favorite pillow mist at night, you know, or this is my favorite pillowcase to use, or whatever that may be, like a journal or whatever.
- 43:05SPEAKER_02: So I could easily see them popping this in there, you know what I mean, and just saying this is a part of it because it is.
- 43:11SPEAKER_02: For me, it is, you know, and so I think that for all of you listening out there, it's definitely something you should explore, you know, in the sense of you need to start investing more and voting with your dollars for the brands that actually make you feel good.
- 43:25SPEAKER_02: Because your affirmations and all the good positive things you want to do throughout the day, they can all be supported by the things that we choose to consume throughout our day.
- 43:34SPEAKER_02: And I think that that's where I really am such a fan of what the Heart Company is doing, and I always have been because it becomes a part of your day.
- 43:44SPEAKER_02: I promise you, when you try this brand, you're going to immediately see the difference between like some perfume you got at Walmart versus, you know, this like extremely well crafted, you know, like set line that is so beautiful.
- 44:00SPEAKER_02: And it's um, you know, it's wearable throughout your day.
- 44:03SPEAKER_02: That's the thing.
- 44:03SPEAKER_02: You know, we were talking about that throughout the episode, but it truly is.
- 44:07SPEAKER_02: It's something that all day you can refresh and you won't feel like you're overwhelming yourself, and it won't be overwhelming for the people around you, which I know is really important for all the professionals out there.
- 44:18SPEAKER_02: You know, for me, I work in a hospital, so I can't smell like, you know, whatever, just walking around the halls and spreading my scent everywhere, right?
- 44:25SPEAKER_02: So it's perfect for somebody like me, you know, a professional that I want to smell really nice, but I don't want everyone in the room to be like, oh my gosh.
- 44:34SPEAKER_02: And I think that really again speaks to the perfumer and the perfumery house that this was crafted at.
- 44:39SPEAKER_02: So, you know, I I'm a huge fan, and I think there's like countless reasons, but I really urge everyone listening out there, please check them out.
- 44:47SPEAKER_02: You know, I you will not regret it.
- 44:48SPEAKER_02: I promise.
- 44:49SPEAKER_02: So, um, but yeah, Christina and Inky, thank you so much.
- 44:53SPEAKER_02: This has been so great.
- 44:54SPEAKER_02: I love talking to both of you every time we connect.
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: This is so nice.
- 44:58SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much, Ecta.
- 44:59SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Ecta.
- 45:00SPEAKER_01: And you know, you posted something on Instagram in your story today, and it really um, you know, touched my heart because it's exactly what what Inken I like always say.
- 45:09SPEAKER_01: And you said, like, it's this let's put out so much positive energy that the universe has no option but to return it.
- 45:17SPEAKER_01: And that's exactly the mission of the horror company.
- 45:22SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 45:23SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, I'm glad you brought that up, Christine.
- 45:25SPEAKER_02: I really believe in that.
- 45:26SPEAKER_02: I really do.
- 45:27SPEAKER_02: Like, I think that the, you know, I think I heard somewhere, like it was a long time ago.
- 45:33SPEAKER_02: Um, but you know, I follow, I used to follow a lot of like new age people who read all the books and stuff, and I always remember in every book I read, it was always this idea of the the more positivity you bring into your life in any form, it's going to resonate with you.
- 45:48SPEAKER_02: And then you're gonna send out that positivity, whether you know it or not, through your vibration.
- 45:53SPEAKER_02: And that's gonna resonate with everyone.
- 45:55SPEAKER_02: It's going to make the world a better place, gonna make your world a better place.
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 45:59SPEAKER_02: It's gonna attract more good things to your life.
- 46:02SPEAKER_02: And I really believe in that.
- 46:04SPEAKER_02: You know, I do.
- 46:04SPEAKER_02: I've seen it happen in my own life.
- 46:06SPEAKER_02: I think a lot of us have.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: So, why would you not buy your beauty products to reflect that?
- 46:11SPEAKER_02: Is my question, you know?
- 46:12SPEAKER_02: So I I'm I'm a huge fan of positivity.
- 46:15SPEAKER_02: I think all of us are, and we could never have enough of it.
- 46:17SPEAKER_00: So um, with kindness and we um, you know, consumers they um support the love and project kindness and kindness project foundation, I'm sorry, um, with every with one dollar um of each cent bought of the kindness sent.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: So you know that's amazing.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: They also support um very uh supportive uh projects.
- 46:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 46:49SPEAKER_01: Every every customer who purchased like the uh kindness in the bottle, we donate one US dollar to the Love and Kindness Project Foundation to, you know, they also have the mission to create a kinder world.
- 47:03SPEAKER_01: So we really appreciate our when our customers like buy the kindness in the bottle because they're also supporting like a good charity cause with it.
- 47:11SPEAKER_02: The greater mission, yeah.
- 47:13SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 47:13SPEAKER_02: That is so cool.
- 47:15SPEAKER_02: I love that, and I love that you guys have done that.
- 47:17SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's so important to give back these days and and to have that.
- 47:21SPEAKER_02: That's amazing.
- 47:21SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna make sure that I tell everybody that because I know everyone's always looking for a charitable cause to contribute to.
- 47:28SPEAKER_02: So here you go.
- 47:29SPEAKER_02: You know, this is perfect.
- 47:30SPEAKER_02: And for everyone who's looking for a new scent out there, it's summertime.
- 47:33SPEAKER_02: This is the time, you know what I mean, to get that new scent wardrobe along.
- 47:38SPEAKER_01: Happiness, positivity, kindness, love.
- 47:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's exactly me time.
- 47:44SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's a really big one.
- 47:46SPEAKER_02: And I think that, you know, we could all use a little bit more of me time.
- 47:49SPEAKER_02: So I really like I said, you guys, you know, it's not no gimmicks here, it's the real deal.
- 47:54SPEAKER_02: And I think every brand I bring on, I'm so passionate about because they're really good.
- 47:58SPEAKER_02: They're really, really good.
- 47:59SPEAKER_02: You know, they're the best in the industry.
- 48:01SPEAKER_02: So when you listen to us, you can believe in that.
- 48:04SPEAKER_02: And I can't, you know, the when it comes to perfumery, I'm especially picky because I'm a very picky consumer, and I know a lot of you out there are.
- 48:14SPEAKER_02: So yeah, you know, this is it.
- 48:15SPEAKER_02: This was the brand that launched Fragrance Friday for us.
- 48:18SPEAKER_02: So I don't know what else I could say to you know really show you how much I love them.
- 48:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 48:24SPEAKER_02: So thank you so much.
- 48:25SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much, Christina.
- 48:26SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much, Mki.
- 48:27SPEAKER_02: And I'm really hoping that everyone out there, you guys try out the brand.
