- 0:00Speaker 1: If you're fucking seeing this right now and you are
- 0:01Speaker 1: not spending one hour a day minimumly fucking with AI,
- 0:05Speaker 1: I don't give a fuck.
- 0:06Speaker 2: If it's just chatch ept asking questions.
- 0:09Speaker 1: And then if you're creative fucking around with all the
- 0:12Speaker 1: new shit mid journeys in this and runway and all
- 0:15Speaker 1: that shit, if you're not in it, like you are
- 0:21Speaker 1: literally your grandma that you made fun of, got it, Like,
- 0:26Speaker 1: how old.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Are you two? I'm forty one, forty three. Perfect.
- 0:29Speaker 1: When you guys were fucking with AOL instant Messenger and
- 0:34Speaker 1: AOL and then MySpace and you know, cell phone and
- 0:38Speaker 1: texting parents, grandparents unks, they weren't about that life. And
- 0:43Speaker 1: it was like ha ha, you know, like I'm in it,
- 0:45Speaker 1: they're not in it. If you're twenty six right now,
- 0:49Speaker 1: let alone early forties and you're not spending an hour
- 0:52Speaker 1: or two a day fucking with AI, you are becoming
- 0:55Speaker 1: your grandma.
- 0:56Speaker 2: You are your grandma.
- 0:58Speaker 1: So all these people are like, no, I don't fuck
- 1:00Speaker 1: with that. That's a bullshit. It's you know, here's my
- 1:04Speaker 1: favorite thing. When people talk about new shit and they
- 1:08Speaker 1: shit on it, on some noble shit, that's to tell
- 1:13Speaker 1: that they're too lazy to do the work. I'm not
- 1:15Speaker 1: doing AI because I think it sucks up musicians and
- 1:18Speaker 1: I fuck with the arts and music and that's fucked up.
- 1:22Speaker 2: So I'm out.
- 1:23Speaker 1: You're not out because of fucking you're sad that fucking
- 1:27Speaker 1: Kendrick Lamar might lose some paper. You're out because you
- 1:30Speaker 1: don't want to put in forty hours to learn a
- 1:32Speaker 1: new thing, because you're tired because you just put in
- 1:35Speaker 1: a lot of hours to learn the last thing. People
- 1:40Speaker 1: aren't noble. People are lazy.
- 1:43Speaker 3: But people are also scared though too. Us a lot
- 1:45Speaker 3: of fear as far as it's going to take my
- 1:47Speaker 3: job or it. Some fears are legitimate, right, like we've
- 1:51Speaker 3: created something. When I say we humans have created something
- 1:54Speaker 3: more intelligent than ourselves that's kind of never been done
- 1:57Speaker 3: before in human history. As far as like we don't
- 1:59Speaker 3: know how fought AI can actually go.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Let me tell you something right now, I don't know
- 2:05Speaker 1: if you know this, you definitely do this a little joke,
- 2:07Speaker 1: come setting it up. We also created a bomb that
- 2:09Speaker 1: can kill every person on earth. If the three of
- 2:14Speaker 1: us intellects were chopping it up in nineteen fifty two
- 2:18Speaker 1: and the US just dropped the fucking bombs several years
- 2:21Speaker 1: earlier and blew out Japan and I and we were
- 2:25Speaker 1: just chopping it and saying, where the fuck are we
- 2:26Speaker 1: gonna do with this thing.
- 2:28Speaker 2: If I sat here and said in the next seventy.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Years, no country, no man, no woman will drop that bomb,
- 2:36Speaker 1: everybody'd be like, get the fuck out of here.
- 2:39Speaker 2: We think about what nineteen fifty was. We just dropped
- 2:42Speaker 2: the bomb.
- 2:43Speaker 1: The last thirty years, we've had two world wars, right,
- 2:49Speaker 1: so in the last thirty years of society, we just
- 2:51Speaker 1: got out of World War One, we just just just
- 2:53Speaker 1: had World War Two. The US just dropped this bomb.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Now Russia's got it and everyone's trying to develop one.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And I said, in seventy years it will never drop.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Nobody would believe that. My point of that little story is,
- 3:06Speaker 1: no shit.
- 3:07Speaker 2: People fear. People fear everything.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Humans fear. Most parents parent with fear. Every fucking Let
- 3:16Speaker 1: me break it down. I don't love to get political,
- 3:18Speaker 1: as you guys know. Let me just make it real simple.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Every politician weaponizes fear. Fear is how you control people.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm not letting another invention fuck me up, because guess what.
- 3:32Speaker 1: When the car was invented people were scared about that.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Do you know what the word demonizing is? Demonizing comes
- 3:38Speaker 1: from when electricity was invented.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Word on the street, check this.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Electricity gets invented. We have candles in our motherfucking offices
- 3:47Speaker 1: and house electricity gets invented, and people don't put electricity
- 3:53Speaker 1: in their home because the word on the street is
- 3:55Speaker 1: there's demons in it. Like if you bring in electricity,
- 3:59Speaker 1: you're bringing demons to your home.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It's like magic, like just cut a light on. So
- 4:04Speaker 2: how are you using AI have.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Used it every day to think, to strategize for me personally,
- 4:10Speaker 1: I as I think you guys know, and some people
- 4:13Speaker 1: may know. I'm always thinking and then I act, and
- 4:16Speaker 1: so I'm trying They're not trying to think of a
- 4:20Speaker 1: good one. I already referenced it. I'm fascinated by fashion
- 4:24Speaker 1: trends because I think they tell you a lot of shit.
- 4:27Speaker 1: So literally, like two three weeks ago, I'm on a plane,
- 4:29Speaker 1: caught up my work just on some This is literally
- 4:34Speaker 1: And by the way, I audio everything because I'm better
- 4:35Speaker 1: with words than writing. So I'm like, I'm like, yo, chatty,
- 4:40Speaker 1: I call it chatty. So we've been on this baggy
- 4:44Speaker 1: trend again nineties, it seems like for the last couple
- 4:47Speaker 1: of years it's coming like, can you give me the
- 4:49Speaker 1: last forty years on like clothes being loose than tight
- 4:53Speaker 1: than loose than tight, and what is your prediction on
- 4:58Speaker 1: how long this cycle of baggie will last? And the
- 5:01Speaker 1: reason I asked it is to get ahead of the
- 5:04Speaker 1: next tight.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Wave. Correct.
- 5:08Speaker 1: So, as an investor, if I see if if so,
- 5:11Speaker 1: that was just a random thought that I did, and
- 5:14Speaker 1: the answers are crazy, They give you like all sorts
- 5:16Speaker 1: shit and you go back and forth, back and forth,
- 5:18Speaker 1: back and forth, and the answer is it gives me
- 5:24Speaker 1: really sets me up to think. So, then in two years,
- 5:27Speaker 1: if I see a new designer, because when I saw
- 5:31Speaker 1: Matt Happy, I was like, that's gonna hit Kis watching
- 5:34Speaker 1: Ronnie Firm from I'm like, that's gonna hit Sieguman Stables,
- 5:37Speaker 1: those hats. I was like, that's gonna hit Like I'm
- 5:39Speaker 1: starting to think that what I'm good at with the Internet,
- 5:42Speaker 1: I should be doing investing in fashion. And so if
- 5:45Speaker 1: some young girl comes to me in two years and
- 5:47Speaker 1: she's like, I'm you know, I'm going back to like
- 5:50Speaker 1: skinny jeans, I might be like Oh shit, it's she's
- 5:53Speaker 1: right somewhere next two three years, let her cook, keep
- 5:57Speaker 1: it alive, And she's like that. So that's the shit
- 5:59Speaker 1: I use it for.
- 6:01Speaker 4: I mean, you have the obviously you're creative just by
- 6:04Speaker 4: naturing right, You've built that throughout your career, and obviously
- 6:07Speaker 4: AI helps enhance that for the creatives. But we deal
- 6:11Speaker 4: in a world where a lot of these agencies are
- 6:13Speaker 4: old school, yeah, and they're not up to date and
- 6:16Speaker 4: they don't really understand how they use this. What are
- 6:19Speaker 4: your thoughts on them? And I guess this new world
- 6:23Speaker 4: of influencer and entrepreneur who are using it and trying
- 6:27Speaker 4: to deal with agencies that just don't get it.
- 6:30Speaker 1: There's a lot here. I'll break that down. I'm going
- 6:32Speaker 1: to take a little from over here, bring it all together.
- 6:34Speaker 1: A couple things first, let there be no confusion. There
- 6:38Speaker 1: is pain that is coming with this innovation, but that
- 6:43Speaker 1: always happens. Hip hop the music that spoke to me
- 6:48Speaker 1: in Jersey in eighty five eighty six. I stopped buying
- 6:51Speaker 1: like I would have been if hip hop doesn't come along.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I would have bought Van Halen and bon Jovi tapes,
- 6:58Speaker 1: but instead I bought Run dmc Beastie Boys, the fat Boys.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Big shout out to them, underrated that that took paper
- 7:08Speaker 1: from someone else. When search engines came out, we were
- 7:12Speaker 1: you know, I was a little older than you guys,
- 7:13Speaker 1: but we were hyped.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Yeahoo, asked Jeeves. And then Google, right, that was good
- 7:17Speaker 2: for us.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Nobody cried for the fucking one hundred thousand people that
- 7:21Speaker 1: lost their jobs selling the Yellow Pages.
- 7:26Speaker 2: This city, do you know me?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Motherfucker's job it was to clean up horse poop before
- 7:31Speaker 1: the car came out. This city, This the best city
- 7:35Speaker 1: in the world that we're sitting in right now. Only
- 7:37Speaker 1: one hundred years ago, thousands were employed to clean up
- 7:42Speaker 1: horseshit because horses were getting us around and they shit.
- 7:46Speaker 1: When the car was invented, nobody cried or they did.
- 7:49Speaker 1: They wrote article like people talked about it.
- 7:52Speaker 2: But there will be pain in this.
- 7:54Speaker 1: If you're not a thinker, if you're just a doer,
- 7:58Speaker 1: if you're not the architect and you're just a mason,
- 8:01Speaker 1: if you just take direction and you don't use this
- 8:05Speaker 2: This is gonna be a fucked up era.
