- 0:00I would die, like I would die if I did all the things Bob did.
- 0:02And I think a lot of people are like me, and we're gonna have to still go
- 0:05to a handful of conferences a year.
- 0:07Like, why not connect with the community every day?
- 0:10Every day, every day.
- 0:12Build network.
- 0:12People can list their conferences on there, network, and you build your
- 0:13network.
- 0:14I mean, I think I would be happy and I think everyone would be
- 0:16happy if they had 10% of your network, like the people, you know?
- 0:19Yes.
- 0:19You know, it's just, and you, we have to make it easier for
- 0:22everybody, you know, because,
- 0:24and I mean, people all say have the ability to do that quote
- 0:26unquote mastermind where people pay thousands and thousands of dollars
- 0:29a month for, they get that for.
- 0:31I mean, practically nothing in comparison on Justice hq because you
- 0:35can create your own mastermind group.
- 0:36You can be as exclusive or inclusive as you want.
- 0:38You could have your public, public facing stuff to show everybody, this
- 0:41is what our organization's about.
- 0:42Mm-hmm.
- 0:43You can apply to get into our super high level group.
- 0:47Right.
- 0:47To do our members only stuff.
- 0:48Right?
- 0:49Like, like I, I wanna create, uh, call it a mastermind, call it a
- 0:52core, probably a core group of.
- 0:54Like a professional development book club, like just for women.
- 0:56Like I wanna talk to them once a month.
- 0:57I wanna read a book I wanna talk about.
- 0:59I like that.
- 1:00And I think with stuff like that, you can really create your own
- 1:02experience and, um, it's fun.
- 1:05But also like you're creating all these, these connections.
- 1:09Like is this your new co-counsel?
- 1:10Is this your new referral partner in other state?
- 1:12And it's just, it's increasing your quality of life and your profession like.
- 1:17I like the directory feel where it's a hot map.
- 1:19So I can log in and see members, and you can see it's the map.
- 1:21United States, zoom in and zoom out and see who, who geographically is where.
- 1:25Mm-hmm.
- 1:26And
- 1:26literally just push on their profile and communicate with them.
- 1:29Right.
- 1:29And it's again, people don't have to get back to you.
- 1:32Right.
- 1:32That access,
- 1:33I'll ignore.
- 1:33Oh, you can ignore a lot of people.
- 1:35Um, and then also the other one I like is what people with the biggest
- 1:40misnomer or people think Justice HQ is a coworking space, which it's not.
- 1:44There is a feature on there where people can just list
- 1:45their office space, like Airbnb.
- 1:47Mm-hmm.
- 1:48I mean, like
- 1:49communities can, vendors can, it's,
- 1:50it's, it's all the same thing, right?
- 1:51Like ev the whole crux of, of Justice HQ and the membership is sharing
- 1:56resources, sharing everything, right?
- 1:59So that's just another resource that you can share in addition to
- 2:01like, hey, do you have a document?
- 2:02Like, Hey, I have an office space that has an extra office that you can check out.
- 2:05So it's, it's really just about.
- 2:08I mean, I don't know why anyone in the plaintiff industry wouldn't be
- 2:10on this because they, anybody gives do such an advantage over anybody.
- 2:13Just even
- 2:13interested in law.
