Latest / Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life / AI Is Everywhere. What Do You Build Next?
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: See, yeah, everything's listening.
- 0:01SPEAKER_00: There was some terms of service you probably signed on something.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: Even if it was a smart TV or your iPhone, I'm looking around here, boxes, your computers, whatever.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Hell, getting uh getting some kind of a light strip or a lamp.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: In there was probably something about you giving up your rights to something.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: And we've been doing this for many years now.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Well, you signing those agreements, probably you gave it up.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: There is no privacy.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: When you go out, there's no privacy.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Pretty soon we're gonna have listening devices on us at all times because that's when we're gonna go home and AI is gonna upload.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: Or, I mean, very soon we're gonna have AI on all of our systems anyway.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: So the biggest, most fanciest large language model is gonna be able to be installed and carried in the space that would well with fit within any kind of a mobile device, any kind of an iPhone, anything, any kind of an Android, it'll fit.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: The whole thing will work in there, the whole the whole product.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: It'll be quant quantinized, quantinized?
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: No.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Quanta, quantum.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Quantomized.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: Basically, the way they're gonna do it, it'll be shrunk down.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: The programming will be such that it's not gonna use all the billions and billions or trillions of of bandwidth in in its abilities.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna just use a small part of it so it'll fit.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: However, that works, again, way out of my wheelhouse.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: But it's changing so much.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Do yourselves a favor, go tell your AI who you are, what you're about, see if it can figure out some stuff that you can uh you can do together.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: I mean, when I'm working with it, that's how I approach it.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: I try not to box it in.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: I try not to tell it what I want.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: I I try to tell it what I want as a result, but I try not, I try to leave it open.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: I try to say, you know, this is kind of what I want, this is what I want, but maybe you have a better idea what the ultimate goal looks like.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have a better idea as what the execution layer looks like, or the delivery layer, the advertising marketing layer.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have a better idea on how to build it.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: This is kind of the direction I was going, whatever the project is, whatever the idea is, but maybe you have a better idea on how, on how it gets done.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Because it knows my systems, it knows honor elevate, it knows I built that one out, it knows how to use that in different ways with AI voice and the different systems.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: So it knows how to put those things together, but then I have an idea.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: I see a problem for mobile details, or I see a problem for this other business, or I see a problem with just people and them trying to educate their kids or just the older real estate agents in the world or whomever that want to learn how to use this technology.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I want to build a lesson plan for real estate agents.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: I want it to be something that I can offer so maybe they can understand better how to incorporate artificial intelligence into the workflows, but ultimately not everything they do really depends on artificial intelligence.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: It's just an automation trigger type thing and uh if, then, or else statements, these sorts of things, and and having the system that's able to generate a PDF when somebody texts a certain number or DMs a certain number on Instagram or Facebook, and then so how do we do that?
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: What's the best way to get all that put together?
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Using the system I have or just a completely new system that I can build, and then maybe offering them that to try to help you see.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: So that's that's where you kind of start going with this.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: But in order to get to that point, you're gonna have to talk to it.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to give it an idea.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: And is there a risk of OpenAI saying, hell, that mobile detail idea that you have, opening up that sector, offering these certain things, we're gonna steal that from you, and we're gonna do it for the whole country.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: We're gonna build out this uh this mobile detail pro detailing protocol that you just came up with and talked to our chatbot about.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: Sure, I guess so.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: There's always a risk.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: That's the thing.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Or you have your own large language model, but it's not gonna have the finesse or the feel as one of these others.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: It might be close to as smart, but it's not as smart.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: At least we haven't gotten there in the open source world, the the Chinese way.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: And there's American companies building this stuff.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: I think Nvidia's Nimatron, it's it's so many billions.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: It's got a lot, a big brain as well.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: It's it's not the same as Claude or OpenAI, or even Jim and I.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: But the the two ones that are running that game right now are Anthropic's Claude and uh and OpenAI's ChatGPT.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: They're they're red of the show.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: And me, bought off on ChatGPT, I'm all in at this point.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: They've been they've been liberal, they've been good, they've been giving me more than I'm spending, for sure.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: And uh hopefully it will become, it'll be like a utility.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: It'll be something that all of us get intelligence so we can continue to build.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: And the world we started as entrepreneurs, it's probably going to go back there at least at some point.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: And maybe if they get the longevity thing fixed, it'll be within all of our lifetimes.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: If you get to the end of this and you think, you know what, I'm in your in I'm in your your wheelhouse and I'm tired of working or I'm just I'm just tired.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: Book some time, let's talk.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Maybe we can come up with some ideas and and float it.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: Connor with honor.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Thank you for watching.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Be well, and uh I appreciate it.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Take care.
