- 0:05Speaker 1: It's election day in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We'll take

- 1:30Speaker 1: Here we go. Yeah, no, this is a massive, massive
- 1:37Speaker 1: fight today, ladies and gentlemen. The left is, as we
- 1:41Speaker 1: have been, chat, tell the people, how relentlessly have I
- 1:44Speaker 1: been on this issue? We've talked about it almost every
- 1:47Speaker 1: single day for as long as it's been a thread,
- 1:49Speaker 1: as long as we've known that this was a twinkle
- 1:52Speaker 1: in the left side to try and wig the maps
- 1:54Speaker 1: in Virginia. We've been all over this because it is
- 1:58Speaker 1: that big of a deal. I've noticed people on X
- 2:00Speaker 1: posting about it. Have you noticed this too, this phenomenon
- 2:04Speaker 1: in the last 24 hours? They're like, nobody's talking about this.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Nobody said anything about this. All these people are fighting
- 2:10Speaker 1: with each other, but nobody's talking about Virginia. Where are
- 2:13Speaker 1: the podcasters? Where are the podcasters? Hello? We've been right
- 2:17Speaker 1: here all along. We've been right here all along. We've
- 2:21Speaker 1: got the best audience anywhere, and this audience has been
- 2:23Speaker 1: doggedly focused on this issue, relentlessly, as Team Rope One
- 2:28Speaker 1: says here in chat, relentlessly. Save America, Joe Walsh says.
- 2:32Speaker 1: We've been talking about that too, the Save America Act.
- 2:35Speaker 1: These are the things that are necessary to save our country,
- 2:37Speaker 1: which is why I'm so completely, 100% obsessed with them.
- 2:44Speaker 1: And I got to say, you know, I also want
- 2:46Speaker 1: to throw it up for Dan Bongino, too, who's been
- 2:48Speaker 1: all over this. Dan's just done a wonderful job focusing
- 2:50Speaker 1: on these things as well. You know, these matter a
- 2:52Speaker 1: great deal. These matter a great deal because, look, in
- 2:55Speaker 1: Virginia right now, what we're witnessing is the left is
- 2:58Speaker 1: trying to turn a 6-5 state, 6 Democrats to 5
- 3:02Speaker 1: Republican congressional seats into a 10-1 state. And we've got,
- 3:07Speaker 1: for instance, let me just show you one of the
- 3:09Speaker 1: maps here. I posted about this yesterday. I call it
- 3:12Speaker 1: the lobster of doom. It's the lobster of doom. Check
- 3:15Speaker 1: out what they want to do with the 7th Congressional
- 3:18Speaker 1: District in Virginia. This is the Obama-Eric Holder rigging operation.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Look at this. Virginia's proposed 7th U.S. House District becomes
- 3:28Speaker 1: the lobster of doom if the yes votes beat the
- 3:34Speaker 1: no votes today at the polls in Virginia. Now, the
- 3:37Speaker 1: lobster of doom, the reason it's the lobster of doom
- 3:39Speaker 1: is because, one, you see all that red. You see
- 3:43Speaker 1: all the red on the map. There's the red that
- 3:45Speaker 1: obviously denotes Republicans in the modern era. And then the
- 3:48Speaker 1: blue is the highly concentrated area of northern Virginia that
- 3:54Speaker 1: constitutes all the Democrat's. In order to make this work,
- 3:59Speaker 1: you understand what Democrats are doing here is they're racially gerrymandering.
- 4:03Speaker 1: They're dividing up black voters and placing them into different
- 4:07Speaker 1: districts in order to accrue political power. So once again,
- 4:11Speaker 1: racial prejudice is the name of the game. This is
- 4:13Speaker 1: how they're trying to do this. and we just can't
- 4:16Speaker 1: let them do it. We just can't let them do it.
- 4:18Speaker 1: It's going to be a deeply unfair event if they
- 4:21Speaker 1: do that, and so we need the no votes to
- 4:23Speaker 1: be very high today. Vote no. If you haven't yet
- 4:25Speaker 1: shown up to the polls, vote no today. Today's your
- 4:27Speaker 1: last chance. I did post to my X account this morning.
- 4:31Speaker 1: If anybody needs assistance on this, you can head over
- 4:34Speaker 1: to X. I posted a link. I also posted a
- 4:38Speaker 1: GIF of President Trump saying no on a CNN debate stage.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Virginia vote no today. But if you need it, just
- 4:44Speaker 1: go to your polling place here. You can go to elections.virginia.gov
- 4:49Speaker 1: and look up your polling place and then get there.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Just enter your address in the field here. It'll tell
- 4:54Speaker 1: you exactly where your polling place is, what the hours are.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Go get in line before the polling place closes. Maybe
- 4:59Speaker 1: you're working late today, whatever. Just get there, get in
- 5:02Speaker 1: line and get that no vote cast. Because the Democrats
- 5:06Speaker 1: are on the verge of stealing the entire House of
- 5:08Speaker 1: Representatives if they get their way here. We can't let
- 5:10Speaker 1: them do it. We can't let them do it. A
- 5:15Speaker 1: lot of people have been asking about President Trump's involvement
- 5:17Speaker 1: in this fight. What has he been up to? I
- 5:21Speaker 1: talked to Katie Gorka yesterday. You know the name Gorka.
- 5:24Speaker 1: You know Dr. Sebastian Gorka. His wife, Katie, is the
- 5:27Speaker 1: head of the Fairfax County Republican Party. in Virginia, Fairfax County,
- 5:32Speaker 1: deeply blue Fairfax County in Northern Virginia. And she gave
- 5:37Speaker 1: two things. One, I'll talk about Trump in a moment,
- 5:39Speaker 1: but two, she gave me some very encouraging news. She
- 5:42Speaker 1: said that as of right now, in the early vote,
- 5:45Speaker 1: according to their models, a projected 37.5% of the vote
- 5:50Speaker 1: in Fairfax County, and remember, this is very heavily Democrat, 37.5%
- 5:55Speaker 1: of the vote in deep blue Fairfax County have been Republicans.
- 6:01Speaker 1: That way outpaces other prior elections. That is a very
- 6:07Speaker 1: hopeful sign that the no vote is going to go
- 6:10Speaker 1: well today. Now, it doesn't happen unless we make it happen.
- 6:14Speaker 1: So again, I'm not, I don't want to count my
- 6:16Speaker 1: chickens before they hatch here, but vote no, we can
- 6:20Speaker 1: do this thing. And as for President Trump, I said
- 6:22Speaker 1: to Katie Gorka yesterday, you know, um, I think, in fact,
- 6:28Speaker 1: I'm confident that the White House recognizes that Virginia is
- 6:32Speaker 1: kind of a complicated spot for the Trump administration to
- 6:36Speaker 1: brand it Trump. Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, everything. Because
- 6:40Speaker 1: the thing you don't want to do is drive Democrats
- 6:43Speaker 1: to the polls to vote yes because they see Donald
- 6:46Speaker 1: Trump's face and they get all exercised and start going
- 6:49Speaker 1: to the polls because they're angry at Trump. Their Trump
- 6:51Speaker 1: derangement syndrome takes over and they decide, you know what
- 6:53Speaker 1: I'm going to do? I'm going to rig an election
- 6:55Speaker 1: because I hate Trump so much. Stop them from that.
- 6:58Speaker 1: So the White House, with this in mind, has clearly
- 7:02Speaker 1: been concerned about what's happening in Virginia. And President Trump
- 7:05Speaker 1: decided last night to jump into the race and to
- 7:09Speaker 1: encourage all of the people who are working to get
- 7:11Speaker 1: the vote out and tell Virginians who care about his
- 7:14Speaker 1: view on the subject to get out and vote no.
- 7:17Speaker 1: He did that in a tele-rally last night, a telephone
- 7:20Speaker 1: political rally last night with Speaker Mike Johnson. Here's the
- 7:23Speaker 1: president of the United States last night with a final
- 7:26Speaker 1: warning to the voters of Virginia. Listen.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Incredible people. And you've been dealt a bad hand with
- 7:31Speaker 2: this governor that you have. He's raised your taxes through
- 7:34Speaker 2: the roof. But tomorrow, your commonwealth has an incredible and
- 7:39Speaker 2: really an important election in every sense of the word
- 7:42Speaker 2: that will have major consequences for our entire country this November.
- 7:46Speaker 2: This is really a country election. The whole country is watching.
- 7:49Speaker 2: So important and so unfair what they've done. We need
- 7:53Speaker 2: every Virginia patriot to get out and vote no, no,
- 7:56Speaker 2: no on the radical Democrats' unfair ballot referendum. It is
- 8:01Speaker 2: so crazy what they're doing. So go to your polling
- 8:05Speaker 2: place tomorrow and vote. Do not let the radical left
- 8:08Speaker 2: Democrats rig this map and rig this election because they've
- 8:12Speaker 2: done it. And that's what, frankly, it's the only thing
- 8:15Speaker 2: they're good at is rigging elections. They have no policy.
- 8:18Speaker 2: How do you get elected with men and women's sports
- 8:21Speaker 2: and open borders for everybody, transgender, mutilization of your children.
- 8:27Speaker 2: The only thing they're good at is rigging elections, and
- 8:29Speaker 2: we can't let this happen in Virginia. We're going to
- 8:32Speaker 2: get your taxes back down. She's raising your taxes like crazy.
- 8:35Speaker 2: We're going to get them way back down. But polls
- 8:37Speaker 2: will open tomorrow, 7 a.m., 7 p.m. So you got
- 8:42Speaker 2: 7 a.m., and I guess they have most of them
- 8:44Speaker 2: are even opening at 6 a.m. So go 6, and
- 8:48Speaker 2: I think you'll probably be admitted, I hope, But just
- 8:52Speaker 2: don't forget, go out tomorrow and vote. This referendum is
- 8:55Speaker 2: a blatant partisan power grab that nobody's really ever seen
- 9:00Speaker 2: anything like it. It's the liberal extremist governor, Abigail Spanberger,
- 9:05Speaker 2: too bad. And the far left Democrats in Richmond after
- 9:09Speaker 2: Spanberger promised Virginia voters that she would never do this.
- 9:13Speaker 2: And if it passes, Virginia Democrats will eliminate four out
- 9:16Speaker 2: of five congressional seats. So you're going to It just
- 9:19Speaker 2: wiped out in terms of representation in Washington. That's what
- 9:22Speaker 2: it's all about.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it's rigging. In the absence of results, the left
- 9:26Speaker 1: resorts to rigging. That's the way they operate. And that's
- 9:29Speaker 1: what President Trump's message is. He's right about that. That's
- 9:33Speaker 1: the one thing that they're very good at is all
- 9:35Speaker 1: of this election rigging. And they dress it up as
- 9:38Speaker 1: if it's some sort of moral obligation. In fact, in
- 9:41Speaker 1: what I'm about to share with you, this is one
- 9:43Speaker 1: of the most vile possible ways to advance this kind
- 9:47Speaker 1: of deceit, this kind of election rigging, this kind of disenfranchisement.
- 9:52Speaker 1: This is Hakeem freaking Jeffries standing at a church pulpit
- 9:58Speaker 1: telling black Virginia that it is their religious obligation to
- 10:04Speaker 1: rig the elections and he cites holy scripture to perform
- 10:10Speaker 1: this horrific heresy listen to hakeem jeffries cut to.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Second corinthians the fourth chapter that's that's second corinthians Not
- 10:21Speaker 3: two Corinthians.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Mr.
- 10:25Speaker 3: President, if you're going to sell the Bible, you should
- 10:27Speaker 3: know the Bible. In 2 Corinthians, the fourth chapter, eighth verse,
- 10:33Speaker 3: the Apostle Paul, of course, writes that we are troubled
- 10:36Speaker 3: on every side, but not distressed. Perplexed, but never in despair.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Certainly the case that we have trouble all around us.
- 10:48Speaker 3: A hater in the White House. cars skyrocketing out of control,
- 10:53Speaker 3: health care being ripped away, war raging over in the
- 10:58Speaker 3: Middle East, an all-out assault on voting rights, and a
- 11:02Speaker 3: president along with extremists who are trying to gerrymander the
- 11:05Speaker 3: national congressional map as part of an effort to rig
- 11:10Speaker 3: the midterm elections.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Trouble all around us. Unbelievable.
- 11:14Speaker 3: But we're not distressed because we serve a good God.
- 11:18Speaker 1: A good God. Okay, enough of this.
- 11:22Speaker 3: And here in Virginia.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And then he goes on to tell people to vote yes.
- 11:25Speaker 1: He's like, vote yes, vote yes. Did you hear what
- 11:28Speaker 1: he did? I believe that entire sequence of events was
- 11:34Speaker 1: a violation of the Ninth Commandment. He just spent the
- 11:36Speaker 1: whole time bearing false witness, just bearing false witness about
- 11:40Speaker 1: the state of play in the United States, about what's
- 11:42Speaker 1: good for the people who are inside of that church,
- 11:44Speaker 1: what their religious obligations are, what President Trump is up
- 11:47Speaker 1: to at the White House, just bearing false witness.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Vile.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Absolutely vile. The way these Democrats think that they can
- 11:56Speaker 1: wear religion, wear Christianity like a skin suit, and then
- 12:01Speaker 1: convince you somehow that you have a Christian obligation to
- 12:04Speaker 1: destroy your own country. It's grotesque. And not that shocking.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Not shocking, but totally appalling from Hakeem Jeffries.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Um, the, uh, the opportunity here to win is real though. We, we, uh,
- 12:21Speaker 1: we do have an opportunity, uh, to win. Um, I'll
- 12:24Speaker 1: get to that in a moment. Let me, first, let
- 12:25Speaker 1: me share this with you. This is a Brit Hume.
- 12:27Speaker 1: He was on special report last night. He was assessing this.
- 12:29Speaker 1: He said this, despite the fact that the ballot referendum
- 12:32Speaker 1: itself says, um, that this is about restoring fairness. If
- 12:36Speaker 1: you want to restore fairness to elections, vote yes. Do
- 12:38Speaker 1: not do that. Vote no. Vote no. I've heard, I
- 12:41Speaker 1: can't believe this has happened. I guess I can. I've
- 12:43Speaker 1: heard from some Republicans who've had family members, Republican, who
- 12:47Speaker 1: voted yes because they were misled by the language on
- 12:50Speaker 1: the ballot. Ladies and gentlemen, just a reminder, every election,
- 12:55Speaker 1: you need to do your research before you go into
- 12:57Speaker 1: that ballot box. You need to go. Don't be like
- 13:00Speaker 1: a Democrat. Don't just go in there like a drooling
- 13:02Speaker 1: idiot and just fill out the ballot without ever looking
- 13:05Speaker 1: at it in the first place or just taking the
- 13:07Speaker 1: sample ballot from the Democrat propagandists who stand outside the polls.
- 13:11Speaker 1: You've got to know what you're actually voting on here.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Vote no. Here's Britt Hume last night saying there's nothing
- 13:17Speaker 1: about this that's an effort to ensure fairness. Watch.
- 13:19Speaker 5: One thing this is not an effort to do is
- 13:22Speaker 5: to ensure fairness. It is done to ensure that Democrats
- 13:25Speaker 5: have many more seats than they do now. And it's
- 13:29Speaker 5: an interesting process, Britt, because Virginia, unlike other states, actually
- 13:33Speaker 5: had a system set up to take redistricting out of
- 13:38Speaker 5: the hands of the politicians. And it gave it to
- 13:40Speaker 5: a bipartisan commission split down the middle between the two
- 13:44Speaker 5: parties so that there wouldn't be any of this sort
- 13:47Speaker 5: of monkey shines. But states that didn't have such commissions,
- 13:50Speaker 5: such as Texas or such regulations, were redistricting between the
- 13:55Speaker 5: 10-year cycles that are normally customary for congressional redistricting. So
- 14:00Speaker 5: Virginia decided it was forbidden to do so by this
- 14:03Speaker 5: commission system they had enacted, that they want to undo
- 14:06Speaker 5: it with a state constitutional amendment, which is what people
- 14:09Speaker 5: are voting on. But it's very confusing because the message
- 14:12Speaker 5: is being sent, say, we're trying to— both sides are saying
- 14:14Speaker 5: we're trying to restore fairness. Fairness isn't really what it's
- 14:18Speaker 5: all about. It's about power, and the Democrats have some,
- 14:21Speaker 5: and they think they're in a position to get more.
- 14:24Speaker 1: That's the plan. That's it. You give them a tiny
- 14:27Speaker 1: thimble full of power, and they will go for broke.
- 14:31Speaker 1: They will go to destroy you. Don't let it happen, Virginia.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Do not let it happen. So what are the numbers?
- 14:37Speaker 1: The Cook Political Report, which does election handicapping, they've got
- 14:42Speaker 1: an update this morning. This is Decision Desk HQ. Forgive me.
- 14:46Speaker 1: This is Decision Desk HQ. They do election handicapping as well.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And here's what they say today. They say Virginia's redistricting
- 14:54Speaker 1: vote today, they posted this last night, the Yes campaign
- 14:58Speaker 1: has led narrowly in the polls, but... the early vote
- 15:03Speaker 1: is looking a little redder than it did in 2025.
- 15:07Speaker 1: That's when Democrats swept the top positions in the state.
- 15:10Speaker 1: And if independents swing from pro-Spanberger to anti-redistricting, that could
- 15:17Speaker 1: be enough for no to win. For no to win.
- 15:23Speaker 1: They say the Democrats have led in early voting party ID.
- 15:27Speaker 1: early voting party ID. So we need lots of Republicans
- 15:31Speaker 1: to show up to the polls today, election day in Virginia.
- 15:36Speaker 1: The percentage of the vote share statewide has been 48% Democrat,
- 15:40Speaker 1: 39% Republican in the early vote. But that's an improvement
- 15:44Speaker 1: for Republicans. Republicans were at 37% in the early vote
- 15:47Speaker 1: in 2025. And Democrats were at 49%. They're down a
- 15:48Speaker 1: percentage point. And no party affiliation is also down from
- 15:57Speaker 1: 14 to 15 percent. So we're watching very closely as
- 16:03Speaker 1: a lot of people are animated. And it really does
- 16:05Speaker 1: come down to what are there going to be Democrats
- 16:08Speaker 1: who decide to stay home? Because, first of all, they
- 16:10Speaker 1: don't know about the election. I don't know how they
- 16:12Speaker 1: can avoid it. The George Soros spending has been out
- 16:17Speaker 1: of control in Virginia. The left has spent nearly 70
- 16:21Speaker 1: million dollars. trying to trick people into sabotaging themselves in Virginia. Meanwhile,
- 16:29Speaker 1: on the right, we've seen close to, I want to
- 16:32Speaker 1: say it's around $ 30 million in spending on the no
- 16:35Speaker 1: side of the campaign. I've received a ton of the
- 16:39Speaker 1: mail literature. Again, this is one of those things, you
- 16:41Speaker 1: see things on X and you're like, I'm not certain
- 16:43Speaker 1: you have the right read on this. I saw somebody
- 16:45Speaker 1: on X posting that that, oh, there's been no effort
- 16:49Speaker 1: to stop the election rigging. The right's not doing anything. Actually,
- 16:55Speaker 1: I'm right there. I'll be first to go after the right.
- 16:59Speaker 1: In fact, I'm going after the right coming up. Some
- 17:00Speaker 1: of these Republicans who are selling us out, I'm going
- 17:02Speaker 1: after them. But If I see evidence that you're putting
- 17:06Speaker 1: in an effort here, I'm going to give you credit
- 17:08Speaker 1: for it. I'm getting a ton of literature, a ton
- 17:11Speaker 1: of text messages. I'm seeing a ton of advertising. Just
- 17:13Speaker 1: a lot of effort to get the no vote out,
- 17:16Speaker 1: which I think is great. And the left is just
- 17:18Speaker 1: going for broke. They're dumping every resource across the country
- 17:22Speaker 1: that they can. into Virginia for this election rigging operation.
- 17:25Speaker 1: So let's stop them today. Let's make this a gigantic
- 17:28Speaker 1: waste of money. And let's save our country. Let's save
- 17:33Speaker 1: our country. It can be done. I'm here to encourage you.
- 17:37Speaker 1: It can be done. And again, Pastor, everybody you know
- 17:41Speaker 1: in Virginia, go out and vote today.
- 17:42Speaker 4: All right.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Enough of that. In a moment, I want to talk
- 17:45Speaker 1: about the bigger picture across the country, the Save America Act.
- 17:48Speaker 1: We're going to gavel in on the Save America Act.
- 17:51Speaker 1: What's the latest on them? We've got some developments on
- 17:53Speaker 1: that subject. I'll address them in just a moment here
- 17:57Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. I want to thank our
- 17:59Speaker 1: great sponsor today. That is Quince. I love Quince. This
- 18:03Speaker 1: is a great time of year to think about your clothing.
- 18:05Speaker 1: As the weather is changing, things get a little bit
- 18:07Speaker 1: warmer and you start looking at your closet and you're going, okay,
- 18:09Speaker 1: what do I need? What should I get rid of? Well,
- 18:13Speaker 1: When you keep things, you want to keep just the
- 18:15Speaker 1: good stuff. You want to keep the quality stuff. And
- 18:17Speaker 1: this is why I keep coming back to Quince. Everything
- 18:20Speaker 1: with Quince just feels better, elevated. The fabrics, the fits,
- 18:23Speaker 1: the pricing, it actually makes a lot of sense. Quince
- 18:26Speaker 1: makes very high-quality, everyday essentials using premium materials like 100%
- 18:30Speaker 1: European linen, and they're insanely soft, flow-knit activewear. They're men's
- 18:36Speaker 1: linen pants and shirts. They're all lightweight, breathable. They're comfortable. Honestly,
- 18:40Speaker 1: they're the perfect layer for spring. And the best part,
- 18:42Speaker 1: Quince's prices are 50% to 60% less than similar brands.
- 18:47Speaker 1: They work directly with ethical factories. They cut out the middlemen.
- 18:50Speaker 1: So you're paying for quality, not markup. I like quince.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I wear it all the time. I'm constantly going for
- 18:56Speaker 1: the quince wear in my closet. It's breathable, comfortable, and
- 19:00Speaker 1: it looks way more polished than I even expected without
- 19:02Speaker 1: costing what quality linen usually does. You can refresh your
- 19:06Speaker 1: wardrobe with quince. Go to quince.com slash Vince for free

- 19:23Speaker 2: All right.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Let's see. Thank you to Quinn's for being a great sponsor.
- 19:26Speaker 1: We've got the Save America Act. Let's talk about this.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Right now, the Senate's handling of the Save America Act
- 19:35Speaker 1: has that legislation on life support. I'm sorry. Let me gavel.
- 19:41Speaker 4: Here we are.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to gavel in here. Life
- 19:46Speaker 1: support for the Save America Act right now. It's holding
- 19:49Speaker 1: on for dear life. The Senate just concluded a multi-week recess.
- 19:54Speaker 1: They had a two-week recess. They went home. And John Thune,
- 20:00Speaker 1: it wasn't a real recess because John Thune kept gaveling
- 20:03Speaker 1: in every couple of days for a pro forma session
- 20:06Speaker 1: of Congress. designed to rob President Trump of recess appointments.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, how much betrayal and sabotage can these
- 20:15Speaker 1: Republicans possibly orchestrate at the leadership level against the president
- 20:19Speaker 1: of the United States? And what has been the president's
- 20:23Speaker 1: number one legislative priority? Chat, anybody know? What is his
- 20:26Speaker 1: priority this year? That's right, the Save America Act. He
- 20:31Speaker 1: straight up said, I'm not interested in signing any other
- 20:33Speaker 1: legislation until I get the Save America Act on my desk.
- 20:39Speaker 1: And so we get an update yesterday from Congresswoman Anna
- 20:44Speaker 1: Paulina Luna, who no doubt is, well, she's imperiling her
- 20:49Speaker 1: relationships with the establishment, clearly, in Washington, because she keeps
- 20:55Speaker 1: ratting them out, which I love. I love calling them
- 20:58Speaker 1: out is a better way to say this. Look at
- 21:01Speaker 1: Anna Paulina Luna yesterday. Just so America knows, she writes
- 21:06Speaker 1: on X, after two weeks in recess, John Thune is
- 21:09Speaker 1: no longer considering the Save America Act. No longer, says
- 21:15Speaker 1: Anna Paulina Luna. He's done with it. He's tabling it.
- 21:19Speaker 1: He's moving on to other business. In fact, here is
- 21:23Speaker 1: a guy called Andrew Desiderio. He's at Punchbowl. And if
- 21:27Speaker 1: my memory serves correctly, he's not been a big fan
- 21:29Speaker 1: of the Save America Act. He's been hoping for its demise.
- 21:32Speaker 1: So there may be some wish casting in his assessment here.
- 21:34Speaker 1: But here's what he writes about John Thune. Thune does
- 21:38Speaker 1: not commit to holding a vote to get back onto
- 21:40Speaker 1: the Save America Act. After the budget resolution, the budget resolution,
- 21:45Speaker 1: they're trying to fund DHS right now. That's what they're
- 21:48Speaker 1: trying to do. There's a lapse in ICE and Customs
- 21:52Speaker 1: and Border Protection funding because of the left, because they
- 21:55Speaker 1: hate immigration enforcement. So Republicans are trying to craft a
- 21:59Speaker 1: way to do this through reconciliation. After the budget resolution
- 22:03Speaker 1: and after FISA reauthorization are done, Pfizer reauthorization. This is
- 22:10Speaker 1: Section 702 is the spying powers of the federal government,
- 22:14Speaker 1: including trampling all over the civil liberties of Americans. It's
- 22:18Speaker 1: enough to drive you absolutely crazy. The Senate will come
- 22:23Speaker 1: off of SAVE this week, come off of SAVE, meaning
- 22:26Speaker 1: they're not going to deal with it at all this week,
- 22:28Speaker 1: to pass the budget resolution that It would require another vote. Quote,
- 22:34Speaker 1: if we don't have other pressing stuff in front of
- 22:36Speaker 1: us that has to get done, then we'll see about
- 22:39Speaker 1: getting that going, John Thune said. He told one of
- 22:43Speaker 1: Punchbowl's reporters, yeah, we'll see. Maybe we'll get back to
- 22:46Speaker 1: the Save America Act if we don't have other pressing
- 22:49Speaker 1: business to deal with. Now, if you're not going to
- 22:53Speaker 1: deal with the Save America Act, then you don't deserve
- 22:57Speaker 1: surveillance powers of any kind. This is what Anna Paulina
- 23:00Speaker 1: Luna says in response. They want surveillance powers renewed, but
- 23:03Speaker 1: won't secure elections. No Save America Act equals no FISA.
- 23:09Speaker 1: So no, you don't get what you want at all,
- 23:13Speaker 1: unless you give us what we want. Now on this point,
- 23:16Speaker 1: here is, I want to show you Mike Lee. This
- 23:18Speaker 1: is Mike Lee overnight saying that the Senate is doing
- 23:20Speaker 1: stuff exactly backwards. And I've been talking about this with
- 23:24Speaker 1: you saying, wait a second, forgive me, hold up. There
- 23:28Speaker 1: we go. saying, wait a second, National security, you talk
- 23:34Speaker 1: about spying powers for national security, we need Pfizer renewed.
- 23:38Speaker 1: You know what, you want national security? Have election security.
- 23:42Speaker 1: You want to protect the United States of America and
- 23:44Speaker 1: its sovereignty? Have election security. Make it so that people
- 23:48Speaker 1: have to show a photo ID when they cast their
- 23:50Speaker 1: ballot because I want my vote protected. Make it so
- 23:53Speaker 1: that only American citizens can be registered to vote because
- 23:57Speaker 1: I want our vote protected. I don't want to watered
- 24:00Speaker 1: down by non-citizens. Harmeet Dhillon just found tens of thousands
- 24:04Speaker 1: of non-citizens on voter rolls in one third of the
- 24:08Speaker 1: states that she's even had access to the voter rolls.
- 24:11Speaker 1: It's enough. We're done with this crap. We want voter integrity.
- 24:17Speaker 1: And yet the Senate's like, well, how about instead of
- 24:20Speaker 1: voter integrity, we spy on you. Get the hell out
- 24:25Speaker 1: of here with that noise. This is Mike Lee explaining
- 24:29Speaker 1: what's going on right now in the United States Senate.
- 24:31Speaker 1: a late post last night on this subject.
- 24:34Speaker 6: The American people want the Save America Act. The swamp
- 24:37Speaker 6: wants FISA 702 reauthorized without any meaningful reforms. The Senate
- 24:42Speaker 6: is doing it exactly backwards. We've got to get back
- 24:45Speaker 6: on the Save America Act. We've got to get it passed.
- 24:48Speaker 6: And if one's going to take precedence over the other,
- 24:51Speaker 6: it sure as heck shouldn't be the one that Americans
- 24:54Speaker 6: hate and the D.C.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Swamp wants.
- 24:56Speaker 6: Let's get back to work on the Save America Act.
- 24:59Speaker 6: That's what the American people want.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Let's get back to work on the Save America Act.
- 25:05Speaker 1: That's what the people want. And if we had to
- 25:07Speaker 1: choose between one of these, it should not be the
- 25:09Speaker 1: one that the American people hate. Not enough of these
- 25:15Speaker 1: guys are on our side. Not enough of these guys
- 25:19Speaker 1: are on our side. There's a lot of, there's pressure
- 25:23Speaker 1: on Mike Lee right now. It's funny. I, speaking of
- 25:26Speaker 1: things I noticed on the internet, I've seen it in
- 25:29Speaker 1: some of my comments too, because I shared that Mike
- 25:31Speaker 1: Lee video last night. And, um, People are saying, oh,
- 25:35Speaker 1: he's just all talk. He's not doing anything. If he's serious,
- 25:37Speaker 1: he would replace Johnson. First of all, I just want
- 25:40Speaker 1: to tell you something. Mike Lee has been absolutely heroic
- 25:46Speaker 1: in helping to make the Save America Act a part
- 25:50Speaker 1: of the DNA of the American voter, forcing it to
- 25:53Speaker 1: get this far in the United States Senate. I am
- 25:56Speaker 1: not going to discount his efforts at all to fight
- 25:59Speaker 1: for this. And you are preposterous if you do. You're
- 26:02Speaker 1: just not paying attention if you discount his efforts. And
- 26:05Speaker 1: having said that, this idea that Mike Lee needs to
- 26:09Speaker 1: lead an effort to replace John Thune, well, that's on
- 26:12Speaker 1: Mike Lee to make that decision. But I will tell
- 26:16Speaker 1: you the evidence is stacked up pretty high at this
- 26:18Speaker 1: point that John Thune needs to be replaced as the
- 26:21Speaker 1: leader of the Senate. He needs to be replaced. We've
- 26:25Speaker 1: got midterms to deal with right now, clearly. We have
- 26:28Speaker 1: midterms to deal with. But in order to win the midterms,
- 26:31Speaker 1: Voters need to be able to believe our elections. The
- 26:34Speaker 1: Save America Act should have passed a very long time ago.
- 26:37Speaker 1: The House has sent that legislation over to the Senate. Now, over,
- 26:42Speaker 1: what is it, three times they've sent it? And every
- 26:45Speaker 1: single time, the Senate has just sent back a middle finger.
- 26:48Speaker 1: They haven't actually passed it. John Thune, who we have
- 26:52Speaker 1: covered relentlessly, every syllable that's come out of his mouth
- 26:55Speaker 1: about the Save America Act, we've covered with aggression here.
- 26:58Speaker 1: And Every time he talks about it, he talks about
- 27:00Speaker 1: it like he's some dispassionate play-by-play announcer just telling you
- 27:04Speaker 1: what's going on in the field. Well, how about be
- 27:07Speaker 1: a leader? The president said this about John Thune. The
- 27:10Speaker 1: president said a lot of things about John Thune, including
- 27:11Speaker 1: that he really likes him, which I think is causing
- 27:16Speaker 1: the president to hold back a little bit on trebucheting
- 27:19Speaker 1: John Thune out of that job. But John Thune has
- 27:24Speaker 1: not come out and twisted arms, as far as we
- 27:27Speaker 1: can tell. The president of the United States said he
- 27:29Speaker 1: needs to be a leader. He's right. John Thune needs
- 27:32Speaker 1: to be a leader. Whoever occupies that position needs to
- 27:36Speaker 1: twist arms, needs to threaten committee assignments, needs to withhold
- 27:40Speaker 1: campaign funding for anybody who's not going to get on
- 27:43Speaker 1: board with doing what the American people demand. This is
- 27:46Speaker 1: what your base demands. Do you want to grow your
- 27:49Speaker 1: numbers in the Senate or not? And if John Thune's
- 27:52Speaker 1: position is, no, I'd much rather be in the minority.
- 27:54Speaker 1: I like it better when I'm not in charge of anything.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Then get the hell out of leadership. The Republican Party
- 28:00Speaker 1: needs leaders who want to win, not to lose, who
- 28:04Speaker 1: want to win. So yes, it's on Mike Lee and
- 28:09Speaker 1: it's on all these other Republican senators to decide whether
- 28:12Speaker 1: or not they're ready to take it to the next level.
- 28:15Speaker 1: But John Thune has been poorly serving us and dragging
- 28:20Speaker 1: his feet every step of the way. And now they're
- 28:25Speaker 1: hoping that this Save America Act thing is going to
- 28:27Speaker 1: go away, that your energy for it is going to
- 28:28Speaker 1: go away. The recess is over. They're not taking it
- 28:31Speaker 1: up again. Maybe they'll take it up again unless there's
- 28:33Speaker 1: more important stuff. There's not more important stuff. The Save
- 28:36Speaker 1: America Act is the most important thing. Get back to business.
- 28:39Speaker 1: And if you can't do it, find someone else who
- 28:41Speaker 1: can lead this party to do it. Now, in a moment,
- 28:47Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you a little bit more about
- 28:48Speaker 1: what they're up to, because Senator John Kennedy says he
- 28:52Speaker 1: has an idea for getting Save America Act priorities passed.
- 28:56Speaker 1: We'll explore it in just a second, all ahead on
- 28:58Speaker 1: this edition of Vince. I want to thank, among the
- 29:02Speaker 1: great sponsors we have today, I just love my mattress.

- 29:29Speaker 1: walked me through it. Lie on this one, lie on
- 29:31Speaker 1: this one, lie on this one. I was like, eh,
- 29:32Speaker 1: maybe this one. I brought her home, started sleeping on it.

- 31:49Speaker 1: All right, thank you to Beam. Thank you to Beam.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Let's see here. Okay, so John Kennedy says that, oh,
- 31:56Speaker 1: I can pass some SAVE Act priorities.
- 31:59Speaker 4: Oh, really?
- 32:01Speaker 1: Take a look at this. Here's what I'm seeing this morning.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Some of the key Senate Republicans, says Laura Weiss, she's
- 32:08Speaker 1: a reporter on Capitol Hill. Some of the key Senate
- 32:11Speaker 1: Republicans who want to expand the reconciliation bill beyond ICE
- 32:14Speaker 1: and Border Patrol funding said tonight that they plan to
- 32:17Speaker 1: make their push via amendments during the voterama. The voterama.
- 32:22Speaker 1: This is when everybody tries to cram in all their
- 32:25Speaker 1: political priorities into the reconciliation bill. Senator Kennedy said he
- 32:29Speaker 1: expects a, quote, number of amendments from senators who want
- 32:32Speaker 1: the bill to address cost of living issues and other
- 32:35Speaker 1: priorities before the midterms. Kennedy also said he's prepping a
- 32:41Speaker 1: Save America Act amendment.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Okay.
- 32:48Speaker 1: We've talked about this at some length, but using reconciliation,
- 32:54Speaker 1: which is a budget maneuver, In order to pass a
- 32:57Speaker 1: policy priority, which is, again, a statute that requires showing
- 33:02Speaker 1: ID in order to vote, this is basically impossible. This
- 33:10Speaker 1: is misdirection. It's designed to trick you into thinking that
- 33:15Speaker 1: a real effort was put in. John Kennedy at this
- 33:19Speaker 1: hour is a part of a John Thune distraction operation. Oh, look,
- 33:25Speaker 1: we're putting Save America Act into the reconciliation bill. It's
- 33:28Speaker 1: not going to survive. It's not going to survive the parliamentarian.
- 33:33Speaker 1: If by some miracle it survives and has some meaningful
- 33:36Speaker 1: effect on American election integrity, I will eat my crow.
- 33:40Speaker 1: I'll apologize. I'll say, you know what? I got it wrong.
- 33:42Speaker 1: John Kennedy was totally right. I'm telling you right now,
- 33:45Speaker 1: there's no evidence to support that. Mike Lee has been
- 33:49Speaker 1: crystal clear about this from the moment people were talking
- 33:52Speaker 1: about using reconciliation to get Save America Act priorities passed.
- 33:56Speaker 1: He said, that's not possible. It can't happen. It's going
- 33:59Speaker 1: to be purged from the bill. It's never going to
- 34:01Speaker 1: make it to the finish line. It's meant to trick
- 34:05Speaker 1: voters into thinking that Republicans actually put real effort in.
- 34:10Speaker 1: And John Kennedy's saying that he wants to do this now. Now,
- 34:13Speaker 1: that's a slight improvement insofar as you can measure any
- 34:16Speaker 1: kind of improvement here. from what Lindsey Graham was saying
- 34:19Speaker 1: earlier this year, a couple of weeks ago, was it
- 34:21Speaker 1: a week ago? Time flies. He was saying on South
- 34:24Speaker 1: Carolina radio, oh, I'm going to save it for later
- 34:26Speaker 1: in the year. We're going to do it as a
- 34:27Speaker 1: part of a third reconciliation package in the fall. In
- 34:30Speaker 1: the fall, the midterms are coming. In November, we need
- 34:35Speaker 1: election integrity now. We need to purge voter rolls of
- 34:38Speaker 1: non-citizens now. We need only American citizens registered to vote.
- 34:44Speaker 1: We need photo ID. We need all of these things.
- 34:47Speaker 1: And we need to be able to prosecute elections officials
- 34:49Speaker 1: who rig elections. We can't wait for the fall. So
- 34:52Speaker 1: Kennedy says, I'll do it now. We'll do it right now.
- 34:54Speaker 1: You're still not going to do it now. There's no
- 34:56Speaker 1: evidence you're going to do it now. So just pay
- 35:01Speaker 1: attention to this as it develops. I'm just telling you,
- 35:04Speaker 1: there are going to be people who are misled by this.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Don't be among them. Don't be among them. And please
- 35:10Speaker 1: maintain the pressure on the Senate. I can't insist enough
- 35:14Speaker 1: and I can't give you credit enough for how far
- 35:17Speaker 1: you've taken this effort. The Save America Act is only
- 35:20Speaker 1: a part of the national conversation because you call the Senate.
- 35:23Speaker 1: You've been talking to your senators. You've been calling their offices.
- 35:26Speaker 1: You've been telling them, this is my priority. Make it yours. Again,
- 35:32Speaker 1: I'm not saying this to toot our horn, although I'm
- 35:37Speaker 1: happy to toot our horn. We, as a show, and
- 35:41Speaker 1: I don't just mean me as a host, I mean
- 35:42Speaker 1: you as an audience, we collectively have put in more
- 35:47Speaker 1: effort per capita on the Save America Act and the
- 35:50Speaker 1: Virginia no vote operation than anywhere that I'm aware of.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Am I missing anybody? We've been talking about this from
- 35:58Speaker 1: the second it was a twinkle in anyone's eye. This
- 36:02Speaker 1: is all we've been talking about. It's because we care
- 36:05Speaker 1: about it. Because saving our country depends on these things.
- 36:09Speaker 1: stopping the Virginia election rigging and passing the Save America Act.
- 36:14Speaker 1: It truly matters. Now, as far as elections go right now,
- 36:21Speaker 1: I got to tell you that there's some interesting stories
- 36:24Speaker 1: coming out on the money operations between the Republicans and
- 36:27Speaker 1: the Democrats. First and foremost, there's something kind of encouraging
- 36:30Speaker 1: going into the midterms, which is that Republicans have a
- 36:32Speaker 1: lot more cash on hand. That's a good piece of news.
- 36:36Speaker 1: This comes to us from a fellow called Teddy Schliefer.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Teddy Schliefer, he's a Ms. Now contributor. He writes for
- 36:43Speaker 1: The New York Times. But he's just reporting the numbers here.
- 36:45Speaker 1: This is what he says. The Republican National Committee just
- 36:48Speaker 1: entered April with $ 117 million on hand. The Democrat National
- 36:54Speaker 1: Committee entered April with negative $ 4. 4 million on hand. inclusive
- 37:00Speaker 1: of their debts. In other words, they have massive amount
- 37:04Speaker 1: of liabilities. They don't even have a dollar to spend.
- 37:07Speaker 1: They've got negative four and a half million dollars on
- 37:11Speaker 1: the books. Now, that's valuable information. And that war chest,
- 37:18Speaker 1: you can thank President Trump for that. You can thank
- 37:21Speaker 1: President Trump for the fact that the Republican National Committee
- 37:23Speaker 1: has a war chest at all. We just heard from J.D.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Vance recently that that money, if you divine out what
- 37:29Speaker 1: he's talking about, is really going to be applied to
- 37:32Speaker 1: two or three dozen contested House races. Democrats have so
- 37:37Speaker 1: gerrymandered the country that there's not a tremendous amount of
- 37:41Speaker 1: battleground House races anymore, contested House races. The ones where
- 37:45Speaker 1: they exist, the RNC, the White House, J.D. Vance, Vice
- 37:50Speaker 1: President Trump, they're going to be focusing on going after
- 37:52Speaker 1: these contested House races. They've got a war chest to
- 37:55Speaker 1: do it. That number is surely going to grow ahead
- 37:58Speaker 1: of Election Day, but they've got a big head start
- 38:01Speaker 1: over the Democrats. Now, on the other hand, the Democrats
- 38:06Speaker 1: operate on a lot of dark money, and they operate
- 38:09Speaker 1: on a lot of fraud. And we just got a
- 38:11Speaker 1: massive disclosure from the House Judiciary Committee yesterday. about the
- 38:16Speaker 1: Democrat Party's largest money machine. Chat, are you familiar with ActBlue?
- 38:20Speaker 1: You guys familiar with ActBlue? What they do? ActBlue is
- 38:24Speaker 1: supposed to be the small donor, small dollar donor operation
- 38:29Speaker 1: of the Democrat Party. Just the kind of relentless email
- 38:32Speaker 1: hounds that are constantly in people's inboxes. Send money if
- 38:35Speaker 1: you want to defeat Donald Trump. Send money if you
- 38:37Speaker 1: want Cory Booker to tell Trump to suck it. Tell blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 38:41Speaker 1: All these things. ActBlue.
- 38:43Speaker 4: ActBlue.
- 38:43Speaker 1: That's the way that they raise all this money. Yeah,
- 38:46Speaker 1: so you guys are familiar. The House Judiciary Committee just
- 38:49Speaker 1: revealed that ActBlue employees are now taking the Fifth Amendment
- 38:57Speaker 1: when they're asked about foreign fraud and whistleblower retaliation. Foreign
- 39:03Speaker 1: fraud and whistleblower retaliation. This is a heck of a thread,
- 39:07Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, but just to take you through it
- 39:09Speaker 1: a little bit. They point out that the House Judiciary
- 39:13Speaker 1: Committee and House Oversight and House Admin have been investigating
- 39:17Speaker 1: fraud on ActBlue and the potential for foreign interference in
- 39:22Speaker 1: our elections. Last year, they found that ActBlue, the left's
- 39:26Speaker 1: leading online fundraising platform, we're talking hundreds of billions of dollars,
- 39:30Speaker 1: through the years, weakened its fraud prevention standards ahead of
- 39:36Speaker 1: the 2024 election. Even as the company knew about significant
- 39:41Speaker 1: attempted fraud on the platform, you would assume it's not that, oh,
- 39:45Speaker 1: we knew about this, yet we weakened it.
- 39:47Speaker 4: No.
- 39:48Speaker 1: We knew about this, thus we weakened it. Thus we
- 39:52Speaker 1: weakened it. New reporting has confirmed our findings. ActBlue accepts
- 39:56Speaker 1: illegal foreign donations en masse. ActBlue tried to cover this
- 40:01Speaker 1: up by misleading and withholding documents from Congress, but it
- 40:04Speaker 1: didn't work. Okay, so... What are we reading here? It's
- 40:08Speaker 1: a New York Times headline. ActBlue may have misled Congress
- 40:11Speaker 1: on vetting foreign donations, its lawyers warned. What is the
- 40:15Speaker 1: story here? The story is that the Democrats have been
- 40:18Speaker 1: colluding with foreign election interferers in order to steal elections
- 40:24Speaker 1: in the United States of America. That sounds an awful
- 40:28Speaker 1: lot like the lies they made up about Donald Trump,
- 40:31Speaker 1: doesn't it? So the foreign collusion has been with the Democrats.
- 40:36Speaker 1: They've been stealing everything. The committees deposed five ActBlue employees,
- 40:42Speaker 1: including top staff responsible for fraud prevention, to learn more
- 40:46Speaker 1: about the platform's acceptance of the illegal donations and the
- 40:49Speaker 1: subsequent cover-up. In total, we asked them 146 questions. They
- 40:54Speaker 1: refused to answer a single one, invoking their Fifth Amendment
- 41:00Speaker 1: right against self-incrimination every time. Look, here's one. Have you
- 41:07Speaker 1: ever been a part of a conspiracy to launder foreign
- 41:10Speaker 1: money into fraudulent donations for campaigns using ActBlue? And a
- 41:15Speaker 1: senior workflow specialist at ActBlue responds, on the advice of counsel,
- 41:19Speaker 1: I must respectfully decline to answer in reliance on my
- 41:22Speaker 1: right under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. I am
- 41:25Speaker 1: not a lawyer, and I must follow my lawyer's advice
- 41:27Speaker 1: in this matter.
- 41:31Speaker 7: Guys.
- 41:33Speaker 1: There is so much smoke here. In fact, there are
- 41:37Speaker 1: outright flames right now. This is the nerve center of
- 41:44Speaker 1: the left's money operation, completely on fire right now. Are
- 41:51Speaker 1: you seeing this in every media outlet in America? Is
- 41:53Speaker 1: everybody talking about this? That the left's money operation, you
- 41:56Speaker 1: realize what it would look like if this was a
- 41:58Speaker 1: Republican money operation that was taking foreign funds? You realize
- 42:02Speaker 1: what a big story this would be? It'd be on
- 42:04Speaker 1: every newspaper in America, and yet almost nothing. Here's House
- 42:09Speaker 1: Judiciary with more. He said they weren't hard questions. Just
- 42:12Speaker 1: take a look. The committees sought testimony from ActBlue employees
- 42:16Speaker 1: to ensure that American elections are free, fair, and decided
- 42:19Speaker 1: by Americans alone. Instead, they all refused to answer basic questions.
- 42:23Speaker 1: But that's not all. New internal ActBlue documents, having been
- 42:27Speaker 1: disclosed now for the first time, show that after these
- 42:29Speaker 1: allegations of fraud and misconduct rocked the platform in early 2025,
- 42:32Speaker 1: every member of ActBlue's legal and compliance team quit, was fired,
- 42:39Speaker 1: or went on extended leave. All of the lawyers at ActBlue,
- 42:44Speaker 1: that's what they're saying, all of the lawyers were out.
- 42:47Speaker 1: As soon as it became apparent that explicit that there
- 42:52Speaker 1: were no safeguards to stop violations of American election law,
- 42:56Speaker 1: that foreigners were dumping cash into the Democrat Party. All
- 42:59Speaker 1: of the lawyers quit. They were rats fleeing the sinking ship,
- 43:05Speaker 1: the sinking, burning ship. They were jumping off. It started
- 43:09Speaker 1: in November of 2024. ActBlue fired the general counsel, Darren Hurwitz,
- 43:13Speaker 1: He received a generous severance package and promised that he
- 43:16Speaker 1: would cooperate with ActBlue in connection with any current or
- 43:20Speaker 1: future investigation, including ours. After Hurwitz's departure, Aaron Ting, who
- 43:25Speaker 1: previously advised ActBlue's fraud prevention team, became the interim head
- 43:28Speaker 1: of legal and was offered the full-time job. Instead, he left.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Tang's resignation letter, which ActBlue continues to improperly withhold from
- 43:37Speaker 1: the committees, stated he was leaving because ActBlue leadership refused
- 43:41Speaker 1: to address grave concerns about its past practices for screening
- 43:47Speaker 1: political donations from abroad and its past representations to Congress
- 43:52Speaker 1: regarding foreign donations and related matters. Again, the Democrats are
- 43:58Speaker 1: taking massive amounts of illegal foreign money. After Ting quit
- 44:04Speaker 1: in February of 2025, Zayin Ahmad was the only lawyer left.
- 44:09Speaker 1: In one of his first acts, he forwarded information about
- 44:12Speaker 1: ActBlue and the CEO Regina Wallace-Jones' misconduct to the board
- 44:16Speaker 1: of directors. Later that day, he was locked out of
- 44:20Speaker 1: his email and he went on a suspicious leave of absence.
- 44:25Speaker 1: In an internal message that has been withheld from the committees,
- 44:28Speaker 1: Ahmad alleged he was being retaliated against for making a
- 44:31Speaker 1: whistleblower claim. Oh, I can't, this is, we are so
- 44:36Speaker 1: over the target. It's unreal. One ActBlue employee called it
- 44:40Speaker 1: a blatant retaliation against Ahmaud. She told Candace King, the
- 44:43Speaker 1: CEO of ActBlue, excuse me, ActBlue's top HR official, that
- 44:48Speaker 1: the situation was sad and people are outraged. King eventually
- 44:51Speaker 1: relented and Ahmaud was allowed back into his accounts on
- 44:55Speaker 1: one condition. She could spy on Ahmaud's emails and keep
- 45:00Speaker 1: the coverup intact. With no lawyers on staff, Akbulu's compliance
- 45:05Speaker 1: team would have to pick up the slack. Instead, the
- 45:07Speaker 1: day after Ahmaud went on leave, the director of compliance,
- 45:10Speaker 1: Eric Hoke, either quit or was fired. So basically what
- 45:13Speaker 1: ends up happening is people are quitting. They're getting canned.
- 45:16Speaker 1: They've got whistleblowing going on. They've got huge problems, huge problems.
- 45:23Speaker 1: And they're taking tons of foreign cash. They say add
- 45:26Speaker 1: it all up. The story is very simple. This is
- 45:28Speaker 1: House Judiciary. God bless House Judiciary for this work. This
- 45:31Speaker 1: is real. Why am I not following them?
- 45:33Speaker 4: Follow.
- 45:35Speaker 1: Sometimes X makes you unfollow things, I think. I'm not,
- 45:37Speaker 1: that doesn't even make sense. I've been following them for
- 45:39Speaker 1: a while. Add it all up and the story is simple.
- 45:42Speaker 1: Act Blue accepted illegal foreign donations, misrepresented its fraud prevention
- 45:48Speaker 1: practices to Congress, and withheld documents responsive to the committee's subpoenas.
- 45:56Speaker 1: All three of those are federal crimes. All of them.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, lock them up. Lock them up. This
- 46:13Speaker 1: is an epic story. An epic scandal. These are the
- 46:18Speaker 1: guts of the left's money operation. And they're about to
- 46:22Speaker 1: be all over the street. Take them out. Take them out.
- 46:26Speaker 1: You can't have foreign money interfering in our elections. You
- 46:28Speaker 1: can't have foreigners voting in our elections. And yet Democrats
- 46:32Speaker 1: are working really hard to protect all of those schemes.
- 46:36Speaker 1: It goes back to what President Trump said. We played
- 46:37Speaker 1: that audio for you at the top where he was
- 46:39Speaker 1: telling people, vote no in Virginia today. What did he say?
- 46:42Speaker 1: He said, the only thing Democrats are good at, election rigging.
- 46:46Speaker 1: The only thing they're good at, election rigging. In the
- 46:50Speaker 1: absence of results, they rig. They don't have anything to
- 46:54Speaker 1: show for any kind of work except for rigging. That's it.
- 46:58Speaker 1: And that's what this is, too. We have to take
- 46:59Speaker 1: them down. Ken Paxton, who is currently running for the
- 47:02Speaker 1: United States Senate and, God willing, will become a United
- 47:04Speaker 1: States senator, he just filed a lawsuit against ActBlue yesterday,
- 47:12Speaker 1: which is good news. The Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton— here' s
- 47:16Speaker 1: the Fox News headline on the subject— sued the Democrat fundraising
- 47:21Speaker 1: platform ActBlue, alleging both fraudulent and foreign donations. And here
- 47:27Speaker 1: he is yesterday. This is the piece from Fox, as
- 47:30Speaker 1: I said. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filing a lawsuit
- 47:33Speaker 1: Monday against the platform, accusing them of misleading donors about
- 47:38Speaker 1: safeguards meant to block fraudulent and foreign political contributions. Breaking,
- 47:43Speaker 1: I just filed a lawsuit against ActBlue for deceiving Americans
- 47:47Speaker 1: by lying about their donation process that allow fraudulent and
- 47:52Speaker 1: foreign donations. So here's how it works. In case you're wondering,
- 47:56Speaker 1: what are the mechanics? How does a foreigner donate? Here's how.
- 47:59Speaker 1: The state's lawsuit filed in Tarrant County District Court seeks
- 48:02Speaker 1: injunctions barring ActBlue from accepting contributions made through gift cards
- 48:07Speaker 1: and prepaid debit cards, along with civil penalties, attorneys, fees,
- 48:12Speaker 1: and costs. The radical left has relied on ActBlue as
- 48:16Speaker 1: a funnel, as a way to funnel foreign donations and
- 48:20Speaker 1: dark money into their political campaigns to subvert our laws
- 48:24Speaker 1: and compromise the integrity of our elections, said Ken Paxton.
- 48:27Speaker 1: ActBlue lied to Congress and to the American people, and
- 48:31Speaker 1: I will ensure that justice is served. He goes on
- 48:34Speaker 1: to say they've been engaged in deceptive practices, and they
- 48:39Speaker 1: were continuing to allow payment methods that let foreigners give
- 48:44Speaker 1: money to the Democrats. give money to the Democrats. And
- 48:49Speaker 1: the way that they've been doing it is with these
- 48:51Speaker 1: gift cards. The lawsuit argues that gift cards and prepaid
- 48:54Speaker 1: debit cards are especially vulnerable to abuse because they can
- 48:57Speaker 1: be used without the same level of identification that are
- 49:00Speaker 1: tied to traditional payment methods. Paxton's office said the lawsuit
- 49:06Speaker 1: grew out of an investigation in 2023 that they conducted.
- 49:11Speaker 1: And they found that ActBlue continued to take money by
- 49:16Speaker 1: way of these gift cards. And so, prepaid debit cards.
- 49:21Speaker 1: So good for good for Ken Paxton. They've been going
- 49:25Speaker 1: after these guys and big lawsuit filed yesterday against them.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Wonderful to see that we have to stop this fraud.
- 49:33Speaker 1: We have to stop it. Speaking of stopping fraud, I've
- 49:35Speaker 1: got an update for you. Doug Burgum testified yesterday before
- 49:39Speaker 1: the United States. Where was he in the House yesterday?
- 49:44Speaker 1: And yeah, in the House. And here's Doug Burgum revealing
- 49:47Speaker 1: he's the interior secretary, revealing that when he got to
- 49:50Speaker 1: the job, he found all these nongovernmental operations, NGOs that
- 49:54Speaker 1: the federal government gives money to. He said, we found
- 49:58Speaker 1: a lot of NGOs where all the money that they
- 50:00Speaker 1: were making were from you. The American taxpayer, 100 percent
- 50:04Speaker 1: of the money they were taking was from you. And
- 50:06Speaker 1: then they would pay themselves six hundred thousand dollar salaries.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Listen to Doug Burgum reveal the kind of rot that
- 50:14Speaker 1: he's been cleaning out.
- 50:15Speaker 4: Watch.
- 50:17Speaker 6: Some components of the Fish and Wildlife Service are proposed
- 50:20Speaker 6: for complete elimination.
- 50:23Speaker 1: That includes the state and tribal wildlife grants. Is that wrong?
- 50:29Speaker 4: But they're. There was a review done of the grants
- 50:34Speaker 4: on the grant side, and that is an area where
- 50:36Speaker 4: there's been substantial review. We found organizations that were receiving
- 50:41Speaker 4: grants from Interior where 80 to 100 percent of the
- 50:45Speaker 4: revenue of that NGO was a grant from the federal government.
- 50:49Speaker 4: And yet those organizations, we were the sole source of
- 50:52Speaker 4: their revenue, but they would have a CEO making $ 650, 000
- 50:54Speaker 4: and four $ 400, 000 lobbyists. Let me just.
- 51:02Speaker 1: I love that. I love, if you're watching rumble.com slash Vince,
- 51:07Speaker 1: that purple haired Hogwarts professor, that's Rosa DeLauro, who was
- 51:11Speaker 1: trying to turn Doug Burgum's job into some sort of
- 51:14Speaker 1: scandal for him. And I love how he just revealed,
- 51:16Speaker 1: he's like, no, no, that's ridiculous. We found organizations that
- 51:19Speaker 1: were taking 100% of their cash from taxpayers and then
- 51:22Speaker 1: paying themselves ridiculous salaries. Those people should be in jail.
- 51:27Speaker 1: You should be in jail for stealing money like that
- 51:31Speaker 1: from us. It's crazy. It's absolutely crazy. Good for Doug
- 51:36Speaker 1: Burgum for cleaning it up. Why does it take this
- 51:38Speaker 1: administration finally cleaning all of this up? Man, what a
- 51:44Speaker 1: breath of fresh air the Trump administration has been. What
- 51:47Speaker 1: a breath of fresh air they have been.
- 51:51Speaker 4: All right.
- 51:52Speaker 1: Let me see here. I've got something else to share
- 51:55Speaker 1: with you. With the limited time we have left, a
- 51:58Speaker 1: couple of quick items. One, today in the United States Senate,
- 52:02Speaker 1: The president of the United States is going to be– no,
- 52:06Speaker 1: Rosa DeLauro is not a real professor. Zatou Zakos, a professor.
- 52:12Speaker 1: Rosa DeLauro is not a professor. I was making a joke.
- 52:14Speaker 1: She looks like a Harry Potter character. She's not a
- 52:16Speaker 1: real professor. In the United States Senate today, Kevin Warsh
- 52:20Speaker 1: is going to show up to do his nomination hearing
- 52:24Speaker 1: to become the next Federal Reserve. Share this with the
- 52:26Speaker 1: president's nominee. He'll lead the Federal Reserve. He can't get
- 52:28Speaker 1: there soon enough. We've got to get rid of too
- 52:30Speaker 1: late Jerome Powell. and get Kevin Worsh in there. The
- 52:32Speaker 1: guy's actually trying to get control of the Fed. So
- 52:35Speaker 1: he'll go before the Senate Banking Committee today for a hearing.
- 52:38Speaker 1: Look for the left to try and stop him. Thomas Tillis,
- 52:42Speaker 1: you know, Thumbelina, he's just absolutely just a stubborn jackass.
- 52:47Speaker 1: This guy, he's nominally Republican. He's retiring. He's just a
- 52:51Speaker 1: huge pain in President Trump's ass. He's like, I don't
- 52:54Speaker 1: want to confirm him. I like him, but I don't
- 52:56Speaker 1: want to confirm him because Jerome Powell doesn't deserve to
- 52:59Speaker 1: be investigated by the Justice Department. What are you talking about?
- 53:02Speaker 1: Are you familiar with the details of the Justice Department investigation?
- 53:04Speaker 1: You know every last detail. You know it's unjust. Why?
- 53:08Speaker 1: Who's paying you to take this position? Thumbelina's just out
- 53:12Speaker 1: of control. Completely out of control. But if President Trump
- 53:16Speaker 1: succeeds here, and he very well might, Kevin Walsh will
- 53:20Speaker 1: become the next nominee of the, not the nominee, the
- 53:23Speaker 1: next chairman of the Federal Reserve, which will be very
- 53:26Speaker 1: good news, a huge relief from the Jerome Powell era.
- 53:29Speaker 1: So keep your eyes open for that. The president also
- 53:34Speaker 1: has announced overnight, not the president, actually, it was Stephen Chung,
- 53:37Speaker 1: which is kind of interesting, that the labor secretary is out.
- 53:40Speaker 1: Lori Chavez de Remer has left her post. She's out
- 53:45Speaker 1: of the role now. She'll be leaving the administration to
- 53:47Speaker 1: take a position in the private sector. Stephen Chung at
- 53:50Speaker 1: the White House says she's done a phenomenal job in
- 53:52Speaker 1: her role by protecting American workers and acting fair labor
- 53:55Speaker 1: practices and helping Americans gain additional skills to improve their lives.
- 53:58Speaker 1: Keith Sonderling is taking over as the acting secretary of labor. Now, again,
- 54:04Speaker 1: it's kind of interesting that President Trump did not announce this,
- 54:06Speaker 1: that they just figured, OK, this is kind of a
- 54:08Speaker 1: snoozy announcement. We'll let Stephen Chung make it. Lori Chavez
- 54:13Speaker 1: de Reimer thanked the president on her way out. She
- 54:15Speaker 1: said it's been the honor and privilege of a lifetime
- 54:17Speaker 1: to work for President Trump. But there she goes. We
- 54:21Speaker 1: just saw Kristi Noem exit. We saw Pam Bondi hit
- 54:25Speaker 1: the exits. And now we're seeing the labor secretary, Lori
- 54:28Speaker 1: Chavez de Reimer, hit the exits as well. President Trump
- 54:32Speaker 1: clearly doing some house cleaning, heading into the midterms and
- 54:35Speaker 1: refocusing his administration here. So we'll keep an eye on
- 54:39Speaker 1: all of that. And then, In terms of the midterms,
- 54:43Speaker 1: you know, what kind of messages do we have to
- 54:44Speaker 1: run on? Well, no tax on tips is a huge one.
- 54:48Speaker 1: You know, we just came out of tax day, April 15th,
- 54:50Speaker 1: and people got bigger refunds on average this year than
- 54:54Speaker 1: they're accustomed to. And if they're scratching their heads at
- 54:56Speaker 1: all and wondering, why did I get a bigger refund
- 54:58Speaker 1: this year? It may be because President Trump passed a
- 55:02Speaker 1: whole bunch of tax breaks for you. He signed into
- 55:05Speaker 1: law the big, beautiful bill, including no tax on tips.
- 55:08Speaker 1: And that brings me to this video. This is a
- 55:10Speaker 1: video by Breka Stoll over at The Daily Wire. And
- 55:14Speaker 1: she went and she spoke to a bunch of bartenders
- 55:16Speaker 1: and servers, restaurant servers, and asked them about their tax refunds.
- 55:20Speaker 1: And listen, as she confronts them and not confronts them,
- 55:24Speaker 1: but tells them, informs them that the reason they have
- 55:27Speaker 1: more money now is thanks to President Trump. Watch as
- 55:30Speaker 1: their brains seem to break learning that information. Watch this.
- 55:35Speaker 7: There's no taxes on tips this year, but I don't
- 55:37Speaker 7: think the word's getting out.
- 55:38Speaker 1: Did you know your tips weren't taxed this year? I
- 55:42Speaker 1: did not.
- 55:43Speaker 6: Really?
- 55:44Speaker 1: I did not know that.
- 55:46Speaker 7: Okay, period.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Maybe that's why we made good this year. Basically, Donald
- 55:50Speaker 1: Trump said no tax on tips.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Is that a good thing for us?
- 55:56Speaker 1: Well, if you got more money back. Yeah, that's good.
- 56:00Speaker 5: That's one thing he's done.
- 56:02Speaker 7: Good, I guess.
- 56:03Speaker 1: Why do you think you got so much back? Really
- 56:06Speaker 1: because of my son. I claimed him, so it just
- 56:09Speaker 1: boosted the profit.
- 56:10Speaker 3: Other than that, I wouldn't have gotten too much at all.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Do you think it was because of no tax on tips?
- 56:19Speaker 1: Processing error.
- 56:20Speaker 4: Maybe.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Did they already implement that? Was it better than last year?
- 56:23Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:24Speaker 6: Do you think it was because of no tax on tips?
- 56:27Speaker 2: Maybe.
- 56:28Speaker 5: Now you're persuading.
- 56:30Speaker 6: Do you know your tips aren't taxed this year?
- 56:33Speaker 1: Really?
- 56:34Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:35Speaker 1: What?
- 56:36Speaker 4: Yes. What?
- 56:38Speaker 1: Really?
- 56:38Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:39Speaker 3: No, I did not know that.
- 56:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 56:41Speaker 3: What?
- 56:42Speaker 1: Wait for the reveal. Oh, my gosh.
- 56:45Speaker 5: Wait, how come?
- 56:46Speaker 1: Trump put it in the big, beautiful bill. No tax
- 56:48Speaker 1: on tips.
- 56:53Speaker 7: Really?
- 56:53Speaker 1: Listen, look at her. Wow. She's stunned.
- 56:56Speaker 3: Okay.
- 57:00Speaker 1: She doesn't know what to say. okay, what do I
- 57:03Speaker 1: do with this? What do I do with my face?
- 57:05Speaker 1: What do I do with my hands? How do I
- 57:07Speaker 1: react to this? Donald Trump did something good for me.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I can't be caught on camera saying that. He did.
- 57:15Speaker 1: He did something good for you. You know, this is
- 57:18Speaker 1: a messaging problem. This is a messaging problem. This is
- 57:20Speaker 1: an issue. Now, look, there's lots of people who check
- 57:22Speaker 1: out of politics. They kind of they'd never take an
- 57:25Speaker 1: inventory of who's actually working for them. They do it
- 57:27Speaker 1: as a social signal. That's like, I'm with you. I'm
- 57:30Speaker 1: on your side. A lot of Democrats do this. They're
- 57:32Speaker 1: just not looking very closely. Every voter, I don't care
- 57:35Speaker 1: what political party you're a part of. Every voter should
- 57:37Speaker 1: take an inventory of what their party actually believes in
- 57:40Speaker 1: and what they fight for and what they achieve every
- 57:42Speaker 1: day of the week. This is what we do every
- 57:43Speaker 1: day of the week. You'll notice that in this audience,
- 57:46Speaker 1: there's not some sort of reflexive sort of obedience to
- 57:50Speaker 1: Republican establishment priorities. Instead, we're constantly kicking the tires and
- 57:55Speaker 1: telling them to be better, constantly. And we need as
- 57:58Speaker 1: many voters as possible to be informed about the stakes
- 58:01Speaker 1: and who's having a meaningful impact on improving their lives.
- 58:06Speaker 1: And Andrew Colvett over at the Charlie Kirk show, he
- 58:09Speaker 1: kind of laid this out as he saw that clip too.
- 58:11Speaker 1: And he goes, this is a huge problem. Nearly 45%
- 58:13Speaker 1: of Americans have larger returns than ever, ever, by claiming
- 58:18Speaker 1: at least one of President Trump's tax cuts. They have
- 58:20Speaker 1: more money in their pocket, but they don't realize it's
- 58:22Speaker 1: even because of the big, beautiful bill, the beautiful law.
- 58:26Speaker 1: Here's some of the data. Over 53 million filers, nearly 45%,
- 58:30Speaker 1: claimed at least one of President Trump's signature new tax cuts.
- 58:35Speaker 1: We're a country of over 300 million people. 53 million
- 58:38Speaker 1: people benefited from these new tax cuts. The average refund
- 58:43Speaker 1: this filing season, over $ 3, 400, that's an 11% increase over
- 58:47Speaker 1: last year. I told you about that. Over 6 million
- 58:50Speaker 1: filers have claimed no tax on tips with an average
- 58:53Speaker 1: deduction of $ 7, 100. Over 25 million people have claimed no
- 58:57Speaker 1: tax on overtime, an average deduction of $ 3, 100. Over 30
- 59:00Speaker 1: million seniors have claimed the enhanced deduction for seniors with
- 59:10Speaker 1: an average deduction of over $ 7, 500. Over a million filers
- 59:14Speaker 1: have claimed no tax on car loan interest. That would
- 59:17Speaker 1: be for people who have an American car and you
- 59:21Speaker 1: pay a loan on it. The interest is can be deducted,
- 59:25Speaker 1: an average deduction of over $ 1, 800. Five million Trump accounts
- 59:30Speaker 1: have been opened with 1.2 million eligible for the $ 1, 000
- 59:34Speaker 1: pilot program. And over 34 million families have claimed the
- 59:37Speaker 1: enhanced child tax credit, which is permanently doubled and expanded
- 59:41Speaker 1: by the working families tax cuts. In other words, President
- 59:45Speaker 1: Trump has measurably improved the lives of American citizens. They
- 59:50Speaker 1: have more money in their pocket now, on average, than
- 59:54Speaker 1: they did in any year under Joe Biden. And that's
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: a win worth celebrating. The Trump administration has a great
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: story to tell. We just have to tell it. And
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: the Republican Party, not just President Trump, not just J.D. Vance,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: the Republican Party broadly has to do a better job
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: of telling it, heading into these midterms, so we can
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: defeat these Democrats and keep this train moving. MAGA's doing great.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Let's tell everybody about it. All right, coming up, I
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: got a lot to get to on The Vince Show today.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: We'll keep our eyes on Iran updates, especially because J.D.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Vance is reportedly now headed back to Pakistan, to Islamabad today.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: That's not a small deal. If the vice president of
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: the United States is headed back to speak to the
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: Iranians yet again, I think this time it's likely because
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: they've got to have a real deal. No more 21-hour
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: negotiations that result in J.D. Vance having to throw his
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: arms up and going, I'm done with these guys. I'm
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: walking away until they're ready. Well, Apparently they're ready. The
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: vice president of the United States reportedly en route to
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Pakistan today. We'll keep track on the breaking news developments
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: on that subject. A lot to get to today. Again, Virginia,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: it's election day. If you haven't voted, if you know
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: somebody who hasn't voted, get thee to the polls. Vote no,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: save your country. Save your country. Coming up today, in
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: addition to my radio show, which airs from 12 to

- 1:01:45Speaker 1: The Dan Bongino Show.
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: This is not a football game.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: If you vote, we will win.
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: It is not complicated.
