- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, it's Phil Hendry with another Radio Archive Hour today
- 0:02Speaker 1: from the Radio Hall of Fame Phil Hendry Show. And
- 0:05Speaker 1: we are with Steve Bozell, who's one of the great,
- 0:09Speaker 1: I believe, characters on our show, along with Bobby Dooley,
- 0:11Speaker 1: along with Jay Santos. Steve's right up there. This is
- 0:14Speaker 1: from August of 2005 when he went out to a
- 0:17Speaker 1: birthday dinner with his wife to a big restaurant in
- 0:20Speaker 1: Beverly Hills, California. And there was a celebrity there. And
- 0:23Speaker 1: there was also a woman there that Steve perceived was
- 0:26Speaker 1: flirting with him, was coming on to him. And in
- 0:30Speaker 1: Steve's world, if a woman's coming on to you, you
- 0:32Speaker 1: don't just, you know, just kind of say thank you
- 0:34Speaker 1: and move on and pay attention to your wife. In
- 0:36Speaker 1: his world, that's an invasion. That's a reason to sue somebody.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Or maybe that's just a reason for him to garner
- 0:41Speaker 1: some attention for himself. But here he is, threatening a lawsuit,
- 0:46Speaker 1: talking about camel toe. You know Steve. Steve Bozell, folks.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Well, my wife had taken me there for my birthday.
- 0:56Speaker 1: That's a great place.
- 0:56Speaker 2: It's a.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Really flashy joint, but nice place. They had a nice
- 1:00Speaker 1: steak there.
- 1:01Speaker 3: It is.
- 1:01Speaker 2: It's a wonderful restaurant, Phil.
- 1:04Speaker 1: All right, so what happened? You and your wife, April,
- 1:07Speaker 1: go into this restaurant, and you sit down to have dinner, right?
- 1:12Speaker 2: It was a birthday dinner, and so we were seated at,
- 1:15Speaker 2: I was checking my notes earlier, about 820 in the evening,
- 1:18Speaker 2: and we had a very nice table. We were facing
- 1:21Speaker 2: the bar, and my wife wanted to sit opposite me,
- 1:24Speaker 2: and We ordered two drinks, and we also ordered appetizers.
- 1:29Speaker 2: And right after the appetizers, before dinner, I had noticed
- 1:34Speaker 2: a young lady who was sitting at the bar opposite
- 1:38Speaker 2: me and behind my wife, and she had been periodically
- 1:42Speaker 2: turning and looking at me.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:45Speaker 2: And when she did, I would smile, and I noticed,
- 1:49Speaker 2: I've got to tell you, that our eyes kind of locked.
- 1:52Speaker 2: She was very attractive. She was smiling at me, and, again,
- 1:56Speaker 2: I would return her smile, and then she'd go back
- 1:58Speaker 2: to the bar. Now, this continued for, I'd say, probably
- 2:02Speaker 2: around 20 minutes. I don't have my notes with me,
- 2:03Speaker 2: but about 20 minutes.
- 2:04Speaker 1: All right. But she's an attractive young lady looking at you. Yes, sir.
- 2:09Speaker 2: So, finally, she did turn again. She looked at me again.
- 2:12Speaker 2: She smiled, and again, like I said, our eyes locked.
- 2:15Speaker 2: It was one of those moments, and she was very lovely,
- 2:19Speaker 2: and I guess at that moment, Phil... I realize, you know,
- 2:24Speaker 2: every man has, I guess, a moment in his life
- 2:26Speaker 2: when he's asked himself, am I happy, you know, where
- 2:29Speaker 2: I am? Do I have a good wife? I do
- 2:31Speaker 2: have a good wife. I love my children. But you
- 2:33Speaker 2: do ask yourself if that's all there is. And here's
- 2:36Speaker 2: this young lady, you know, looking at you and smiling.
- 2:39Speaker 2: And our eyes locked in one of those moments, you know.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I understand. All right.
- 2:45Speaker 1: So this young lady is coming on to you somehow
- 2:49Speaker 1: from the bar.
- 2:50Speaker 2: That is correct. Yes, sir. All right.
- 2:52Speaker 1: So now you decide to get up and go over
- 2:54Speaker 1: to her?
- 2:54Speaker 2: I decided to get up and go to her and
- 2:57Speaker 2: introduce myself and I guess just sort of finish off
- 3:00Speaker 2: what the two of us had been starting.
- 3:03Speaker 1: All right, so then you walked over to her?
- 3:06Speaker 2: Well, I walked over to her.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Well, what happened at that point?
- 3:11Speaker 2: Well, what happened was, and the reason why my attorney
- 3:14Speaker 2: has contacted the different radio stations and so on is
- 3:18Speaker 2: that if you ask me what happened, my civil liberties
- 3:20Speaker 2: were basically abused. according to my attorney.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Your civil liberties were abused, all right? So something obviously
- 3:30Speaker 1: transpired there at the bar, and I want you to
- 3:32Speaker 1: give me the entire story, but I want you to
- 3:34Speaker 1: get to.
- 3:34Speaker 2: All right, well, I said to the young lady, I
- 3:38Speaker 2: went over to her.
- 3:38Speaker 1: You walked up to her, you introduced yourself?
- 3:40Speaker 2: Yes, sir, I said, my name's Steve, and it's obvious
- 3:42Speaker 2: that we have, you know, how we feel about each other, and.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And by the way, I want to ask you something.
- 3:48Speaker 1: You're doing this in front of your wife, right?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yes, sir, I was.
- 3:52Speaker 3: And.
- 3:54Speaker 1: You know, what's going on there, man? I mean, you're
- 3:55Speaker 1: walking in front of your wife over to a young
- 3:57Speaker 1: woman who's been looking at you.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Well, at the time, I felt justified because I felt
- 4:01Speaker 2: that this young lady and I were on kind of
- 4:03Speaker 2: a wavelength. And when I got over there, I said,
- 4:09Speaker 2: I guess what you'd say to a woman who's been
- 4:10Speaker 2: trying to get your attention and who's bad, like you said,
- 4:13Speaker 2: you know what you said about her coming on to
- 4:16Speaker 2: me and everything. And it's obvious that we were attracted
- 4:19Speaker 2: to each other. So I told her that I would
- 4:21Speaker 2: make arrangements to get my wife into a cab and
- 4:24Speaker 2: And so, you know, she set this up, and then
- 4:31Speaker 2: she looks at me, and she basically laughed at me
- 4:35Speaker 2: and told me to get away from her.
- 4:38Speaker 1: She told you to get away from her?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Yes, and she asked the bartender, too, and so I
- 4:41Speaker 2: explained to the bartender that she was coming on to me,
- 4:46Speaker 2: and then she says that she was looking at somebody
- 4:48Speaker 2: behind me, okay?
- 4:49Speaker 1: Oh, boy. Okay.
- 4:51Speaker 2: And it turned out it was this actor who was
- 4:54Speaker 2: in the restaurant, you know, Don Johnson.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Don Johnson, the actor, was sitting behind your table?
- 4:59Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 5:00Speaker 1: At this restaurant in Beverly Hills?
- 5:01Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And this girl was looking at him?
- 5:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and see, that's not obvious, though, and I want
- 5:08Speaker 2: to get to that if I can.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Go ahead. I mean, but she's looking at you, but
- 5:12Speaker 1: you think she's looking at you. She's looking at a
- 5:13Speaker 1: guy behind you, and it's Don Johnson, which obviously is
- 5:15Speaker 1: going to attract the attention of a young woman.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I'm not familiar. I'm just saying it was obvious she
- 5:23Speaker 2: was looking at me and my attorney, Dolores Blazingame, who
- 5:27Speaker 2: I want to just say at this time she's been
- 5:28Speaker 2: a great support for me. She says that technically by
- 5:31Speaker 2: law that girl gave me the impression she was looking
- 5:33Speaker 2: at me and was inducing me to commit a flogging
- 5:38Speaker 2: of my marital contract.
- 5:41Speaker 1: But the girl was looking at somebody else. She was
- 5:43Speaker 1: looking at a man behind you.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Well, she was looking at someone else, but in order
- 5:46Speaker 2: for her to be clear of civil action, she needs
- 5:48Speaker 2: to make it evident to a man who may be
- 5:50Speaker 2: in her line of sight that she's not trying to
- 5:53Speaker 2: induce him to commit a sex act or something. All right?
- 6:00Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going to give our phone number out here
- 6:01Speaker 1: if I could, Steve. Would you hold on for a minute?
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Our number is 1-800-449-8686, 1-800-449-8686. This gentleman was in a
- 6:10Speaker 1: restaurant locally here in the Beverly Hills area and thought
- 6:14Speaker 1: a girl was coming on to him, looking at him
- 6:16Speaker 1: from the bar. And we've all had the experience, I guess, Steve,
- 6:20Speaker 1: of people looking, you know, at us and they're looking
- 6:23Speaker 1: at someone behind us.
- 6:25Speaker 2: That's true, but however, by her looking at me, but
- 6:30Speaker 2: she's looking at Don Johnson, but by her looking at me,
- 6:32Speaker 2: she induced me to act in a way that flagellated
- 6:39Speaker 2: my marital agreements and also induced me to be teased
- 6:45Speaker 2: and everything. Now, my attorney has told me, and I
- 6:47Speaker 2: have my notes, I asked my attorney not to release
- 6:52Speaker 2: this girl's name, that I would be amenable to dropping
- 6:56Speaker 2: the pending litigation if she would certainly entertain having drinks
- 7:00Speaker 2: and having dancing and having drinks with me if she
- 7:03Speaker 2: would entertain that. So I'm not, you know, drawing, I'm
- 7:06Speaker 2: not closing the door.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Well, has she responded to this?
- 7:10Speaker 2: I'm sorry?
- 7:11Speaker 1: Has this young woman responded to this?
- 7:13Speaker 2: No, sir, she's not.
- 7:16Speaker 1: But you will not pursue it if she'll agree to
- 7:18Speaker 1: an evening with you, is that it?
- 7:19Speaker 2: No, sir, not an evening. I just, I want to have,
- 7:22Speaker 2: you know, have dancing or drink sort of.
- 7:25Speaker 1: And, well, you were, the thing I want to ask you, Steve,
- 7:28Speaker 1: is you were doing this, I know that you're not
- 7:30Speaker 1: proud of it. You're doing it in front of your wife.
- 7:31Speaker 1: You walked over and made the decision that you were
- 7:33Speaker 1: going to be with that woman and your wife would
- 7:35Speaker 1: have to take a cab home.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Yes, sir, that's true.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Did you try to talk to your wife after this
- 7:40Speaker 1: all happened?
- 7:41Speaker 2: I tried to explain to April how men are and
- 7:44Speaker 2: that this woman was making it look like she was
- 7:46Speaker 2: looking at me. And I'll tell you what, that was
- 7:49Speaker 2: the longest ride home I ever had. Because all I'm
- 7:53Speaker 2: trying to do is salvage my pride and make this
- 7:56Speaker 2: woman legally pay for for humiliating and causing emotional teasings,
- 8:01Speaker 2: and for causing me to be almost induced to break
- 8:03Speaker 2: the marriage contract, and my wife would not speak to
- 8:05Speaker 2: me all the way home.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Well, I mean, are you going to blame her? You
- 8:09Speaker 1: know what I mean?
- 8:10Speaker 2: See, marriage is supposed to work it out, you know.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Well, I mean, if you've got to engage her, you've
- 8:17Speaker 1: got to try to engage your wife in a conversation
- 8:18Speaker 1: and an explanation, you know, and maybe, but can you
- 8:22Speaker 1: blame her?
- 8:22Speaker 2: Well, I did try to talk to her, and at
- 8:25Speaker 2: that point, of course, you try and keep up a
- 8:27Speaker 2: brave front, But she won't talk to me, so as
- 8:29Speaker 2: soon as we got home, I got as far as
- 8:32Speaker 2: the guest bathroom downstairs, and I just broke down. I mean...
- 8:36Speaker 2: What do you mean you broke down? I mean, I
- 8:39Speaker 2: got into the bathroom quick enough that my children wouldn't
- 8:41Speaker 2: sit and weep. It was all that I had left
- 8:45Speaker 2: of me, really, and.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You haven't given the name of this woman to us.
- 8:48Speaker 1: What is her name?
- 8:50Speaker 2: I do not want to give her name to you, Phil,
- 8:51Speaker 2: at this time. Why?
- 8:52Speaker 3: Why? Yes.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Because there is still a chance that before we go
- 9:00Speaker 2: to court, she will want to have drinks and dancing.
- 9:02Speaker 2: And I certainly don't want to do anything that will
- 9:05Speaker 2: mess that up.
- 9:05Speaker 1: All right, but you've got a wife who has been insulted,
- 9:08Speaker 1: who wouldn't talk to you.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I understand that, and I'm trying to make it up
- 9:12Speaker 2: to her.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Then why don't you take the first step and not
- 9:16Speaker 1: have anything more to do with this woman and drop
- 9:17Speaker 1: this lawsuit?
- 9:18Speaker 2: Because she, at that time, at that bar, told the
- 9:23Speaker 2: bartender to tell me to get away from her. People laughed,
- 9:28Speaker 2: humiliated me in front of a whole, the whole restaurant
- 9:32Speaker 2: of Maestro's in Beverly Hills, which has some of the most,
- 9:36Speaker 2: a lot of people who are there, they're very into
- 9:39Speaker 2: all of the, you know, the happening, things that are
- 9:41Speaker 2: happening and everything. And now I'm there, my very first
- 9:44Speaker 2: time there, and I look like a total jack, you know,
- 9:48Speaker 2: like an idiot. And because she's staring at me.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Well, do you think that the people in the restaurant,
- 9:54Speaker 1: I mean, like within the five minutes, do you remember
- 9:55Speaker 1: what happened?
- 9:56Speaker 2: I was very uncomfortable. I was very uncomfortable. I made
- 10:00Speaker 2: several trips to the phone, tried to go to the bathroom.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I couldn't. That was another thing. I had to talk
- 10:05Speaker 2: to my doctor. I could not urinate for a couple
- 10:08Speaker 2: of days. She said it was some sort of nerves.
- 10:12Speaker 1: All right, hold on.
- 10:13Speaker 2: 1-800-449-8686.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Here is Yvette. Yvette, you're on The Phil Henry Show
- 10:16Speaker 1: with Steve Bozell.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Hello, Steve. Thank you.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Yes, ma'am.
- 10:20Speaker 5: I would like to speak to this gentleman. Sir, I
- 10:23Speaker 5: have a couple of questions. When you were in the
- 10:25Speaker 5: restaurant and you thought that this young lady was flirting
- 10:28Speaker 5: with you, how is it that you do not find
- 10:31Speaker 5: the fact that you walked over to her, you disrespected
- 10:36Speaker 5: your wife and the sacrilege of marriage? How is that okay?
- 10:41Speaker 2: Because, ma'am, if you know anything about men, there comes
- 10:44Speaker 2: a time in a man's life when he takes a
- 10:46Speaker 2: look at his wife and his children and the life
- 10:47Speaker 2: that he has after all the hard work he's done,
- 10:49Speaker 2: and you sometimes just throw caution to the wind, and
- 10:51Speaker 2: I admit that. And I admit that. Here's a girl,
- 10:54Speaker 2: very beautiful, looking at me. You know, I'll tell you
- 10:58Speaker 2: I'm not much to look at, but I do own
- 11:01Speaker 2: my own business. I do support my wife and children.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I've been a responsible man. Now I walk over to
- 11:06Speaker 2: her and I say, okay, let's get busy. And the
- 11:08Speaker 2: next thing you know, she's got the bartender and Some
- 11:11Speaker 2: large Hispanic gentleman, who I got his name, are telling
- 11:16Speaker 2: me to go back to my table.
- 11:17Speaker 1: So a bouncer was engaged as well?
- 11:20Speaker 2: What's that?
- 11:20Speaker 1: They brought a bouncer over too?
- 11:22Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Well, yeah. It was just the bartender and
- 11:24Speaker 2: this other guy.
- 11:25Speaker 5: Well, excuse me, but if I were, I consider.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Myself an attractive woman.
- 11:29Speaker 5: And if I were sitting at a bar, and I
- 11:31Speaker 5: might have been flirting with someone else, and you walk
- 11:34Speaker 5: over to me and begin to speak to me and
- 11:36Speaker 5: say the kinds of things that you said to her,
- 11:39Speaker 5: believe me, I would be looking for the bouncer as well.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Ma'am, what did I say to her that was so inappropriate?
- 11:43Speaker 5: Well, you're with your wife, and you told her you
- 11:46Speaker 5: could send your wife home in a cab? You're speaking–
- 11:49Speaker 5: excuse me, Stephen. Allow me a moment because I've been
- 11:52Speaker 5: listening to the station for quite some time. And I
- 11:55Speaker 5: lived in California 17 years.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Can I just tell you one thing? I'll let you
- 11:58Speaker 2: one thing. She also had a– However– excuse me. Excuse me.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Let me finish my thought.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I just wanted to say that she had a good career.
- 12:05Speaker 5: However, the laws in California are one for all, and
- 12:10Speaker 5: you seem to want to pick the laws that you
- 12:12Speaker 5: think might work for you. You need to be very,
- 12:15Speaker 5: very careful, because when you file a frivolous lawsuit in
- 12:18Speaker 5: the state of California, it could.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Cost you a tremendous amount of money. Ma'am, I'm a
- 12:22Speaker 2: resident of California, and I'm very much familiar.
- 12:25Speaker 5: With the laws.
- 12:27Speaker 2: And I can tell you that my attorneys advise me
- 12:32Speaker 2: that any woman who sits in a bar... Excuse me, ma'am.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Anyone who is a woman who sits at the bar
- 12:39Speaker 2: and has the kind of cleavage this girl had that
- 12:41Speaker 2: you can spot from 20 feet. Well, ma'am, the woman
- 12:44Speaker 2: is making it very evident. She's making it. And she's
- 12:48Speaker 2: sporting it.
- 12:49Speaker 3: May I ask you a question?
- 12:53Speaker 2: Are you familiar with the term?
- 12:54Speaker 5: Carmen Electra doesn't have hepatitis.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Pamela Anderson does.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Well, I'm telling you, if you're familiar with a term called...
- 13:08Speaker 2: I just wanted to ask Yvette if she's familiar with
- 13:10Speaker 2: something called camel toe.
- 13:12Speaker 5: I'm sorry?
- 13:12Speaker 2: Are you familiar with a term that is called camel toe?
- 13:17Speaker 5: No, I don't think I'd want to be.
- 13:18Speaker 1: All right, Mr. Bozell.
- 13:20Speaker 2: I'm trying to make a point that she's sitting there
- 13:22Speaker 2: with all of the cleavage and very evident camel toe.
- 13:27Speaker 1: All right, sir, we don't have to go there. I
- 13:29Speaker 1: think what you're trying to say is she was showing
- 13:31Speaker 1: her body off. and she was showing her body off
- 13:34Speaker 1: for Don Johnson.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Yes, but she's looking at me, and there is a
- 13:37Speaker 2: legal whole deal. This is a whole legal thing.
- 13:41Speaker 5: You should have gone to law school, Stephen. You missed
- 13:43Speaker 5: your calling.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Did you? Yeah, gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha on that one.
- 13:50Speaker 1: All right, thank you. 1-800-449-8686. We'll be back with Steve Bozell,
- 13:54Speaker 1: a construction contractor from... Did you find out where he is, Harry?
- 13:58Speaker 1: Because I can hear it's like he's outdoors or something. 1-800-449-8686.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Mr.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Stephen Bozell, a lawsuit that he is filing against a
- 14:06Speaker 1: young woman in a cocktail lounge, actually at a restaurant,
- 14:10Speaker 1: very nice restaurant, who was looking, he thought, at him,
- 14:14Speaker 1: but in point of fact was looking at the man
- 14:16Speaker 1: behind him who happened to be a well-known celebrity, Don Johnson,
- 14:21Speaker 1: and she was flirting with him, and Mr. Bozell assumed
- 14:23Speaker 1: it was he. He walked over to her. She apparently
- 14:27Speaker 1: humiliated him, and now he's filing a lawsuit. We'll get
- 14:29Speaker 1: back to this Phil Hendry show. Our number is 1-800-449-8686.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Mr.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Stephen Bozell filing a lawsuit against a woman who was,
- 14:37Speaker 1: he thought, staring at him in a restaurant and coming
- 14:40Speaker 1: on to him. And in point of fact, she was
- 14:42Speaker 1: staring at a man behind him. Happened to be a
- 14:45Speaker 1: pretty famous celebrity. And I'd like, at this time, Mr. Bozell,
- 14:49Speaker 1: because you've entered it into your lawsuit, that she had
- 14:51Speaker 1: evident cleavage. What does that mean before we get to
- 14:53Speaker 1: a call?
- 14:54Speaker 2: It means, according to my attorney, that any woman who sits...
- 14:58Speaker 2: at a bar or in an area where you can
- 15:01Speaker 2: be induced to commit a breach of your marital agreements.
- 15:08Speaker 2: And she is showing her area and also is sitting
- 15:15Speaker 2: there and showing, you know, and I can't, I don't
- 15:21Speaker 2: know what the term other than camel toe.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Is, All right, all right, okay. So she's, in other words,
- 15:25Speaker 1: she's inducing you to breach your marriage vow.
- 15:29Speaker 2: That is correct, yes, sir.
- 15:30Speaker 1: And even though she's not looking at you.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Okay, she wasn't looking at me, but she was looking,
- 15:34Speaker 2: she was making it look like she was not looking
- 15:37Speaker 2: at me. In other words, see what I'm saying? In
- 15:39Speaker 2: other words, she should have known that I'm staring at her.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Why wasn't she noticing me? I mean, she's noticing Don Johnson,
- 15:45Speaker 2: I understand that, but also, I'm sitting right there. So
- 15:50Speaker 2: she puts herself way, way, way in the open on that.
- 15:54Speaker 1: All right, 1-800-449-8686. Pam, hi, you're on The Phil Henry Show.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Hi.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Hi, Pam.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Mr.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Boesel, I'm a retired legal secretary. I'm calling from Miami, Florida.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yes, ma'am.
- 16:05Speaker 3: I have a couple questions for you. Number one is,
- 16:08Speaker 3: you know, first of all, I think you have a
- 16:09Speaker 3: very frivolous lawsuit, and you're going to further humiliate yourself by...
- 16:14Speaker 3: by paying out legal fees. Unfortunately, some attorneys will take
- 16:17Speaker 3: cases and have them left out of court and take
- 16:19Speaker 3: your money in the meantime.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Well, ma'am, I've got an attorney who's very experienced with this.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Yeah, well, that could be, but let me tell you something.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Anybody can file a lawsuit and any judge can throw
- 16:30Speaker 3: it out of court.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Or not.
- 16:32Speaker 3: You know, but let me ask you this question. I'm curious. Why,
- 16:37Speaker 3: first of all, were you not able to to accept
- 16:40Speaker 3: the fact that the lady was not looking at you
- 16:42Speaker 3: and just go on to the next flirtation.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Well, why is she sitting there? I'll turn the tables
- 16:46Speaker 2: here a little bit. Why would you or any other
- 16:49Speaker 2: woman be sitting there with your breasts all hanging out?
- 16:52Speaker 3: Well, I put my breasts out there when I go
- 16:54Speaker 3: for a job interview, honey. If I got breasts, I'm
- 16:56Speaker 3: going to do what I can.
- 16:57Speaker 2: There you go. So she's looking. If you don't want flies,
- 17:00Speaker 2: don't lay out the honey. See what I'm saying?
- 17:02Speaker 3: I think you have a very crude attitude. I think
- 17:06Speaker 3: that you need to.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Go into serious counseling. You just said you do it,
- 17:10Speaker 2: and now you're telling me that I'm wrong? Well, wait
- 17:12Speaker 2: a minute, ma'am. Hold on, hold on, Steve. She just
- 17:17Speaker 2: said she does it in a job interview. So, in
- 17:19Speaker 2: other words, she goes into a job interview with camel
- 17:22Speaker 2: toe going on.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Can we not use that term?
- 17:23Speaker 3: I don't know what that means, but I know what
- 17:25Speaker 3: foot in your mouth means, and I know what it
- 17:28Speaker 3: is to make a fool out of myself. And I
- 17:30Speaker 3: try not to do that.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Well, how come you go to a job interview with
- 17:33Speaker 2: your cleavage all over the place?
- 17:35Speaker 3: You don't listen to people. If I misinterpret what someone
- 17:38Speaker 3: says to me and they clear it up. It's my
- 17:41Speaker 3: duty to keep the peace and go on to the
- 17:44Speaker 3: next encounter, to the next scenario where I am welcome.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Well, ma'am, I'd say if you go to a job
- 17:49Speaker 2: interview and you have your boobs all over the place,
- 17:51Speaker 2: and then the man says, you know, I'd sure like
- 17:53Speaker 2: to get a peek under there, then you go.
- 17:54Speaker 3: When you're sitting there with your wife.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Well, that's the point.
- 17:58Speaker 2: I think that's just bizarre.
- 17:59Speaker 1: That's a good question, Stephen.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but she said she goes to a job interview
- 18:02Speaker 2: with her boobs all over the place.
- 18:04Speaker 3: No, no, no, you said that. I said if I
- 18:07Speaker 3: have cleavage, I will show it. Any way I wish.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Any way I wish. This is 2005. This is not 1955, sir.
- 18:17Speaker 2: That's right. So if you show the cleavage, then you
- 18:20Speaker 2: better expect to.
- 18:21Speaker 3: You know.
- 18:21Speaker 2: He better not.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Put his hand on me. I'll cut his hand off.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Well, she used the F word, man. All bets are off.
- 18:30Speaker 1: You come on this show and do that. I was
- 18:32Speaker 1: protecting her honor until she dropped the F-bomb on my show.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Mr.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Henry, that woman says she goes into a job interview.
- 18:38Speaker 1: I heard what she said. I might even agree with
- 18:41Speaker 1: you that women do use their sexual charms, etc., to
- 18:46Speaker 1: manipulate a social situation. A guy's got to be smart
- 18:49Speaker 1: enough to deal with that. One of the ways to
- 18:51Speaker 1: deal with that may not be a lawsuit.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Well, again, you're not an attorney. That lady, obviously, she
- 18:56Speaker 2: showed her true colors. She said she was a legal secretary.
- 18:59Speaker 2: That probably means that every time F. Lee Bailey came
- 19:02Speaker 2: to town... She had an ashtray on her back and
- 19:04Speaker 2: a coaster.
- 19:05Speaker 1: All right, hold on, man, because we really got to
- 19:08Speaker 1: clean that up. Mr. Stephen Bozell, if a girl is
- 19:11Speaker 1: looking at someone in a bar and you think she's
- 19:13Speaker 1: looking at you, and it turns out that she not
- 19:16Speaker 1: only was not looking at you but wants you to
- 19:17Speaker 1: get away from her, can you sue her? That's what
- 19:19Speaker 1: this gentleman's doing. Stephen Bozell, a man who has filed
- 19:24Speaker 1: a lawsuit against a woman for sitting at a bar.
- 19:27Speaker 1: And looking apparently at him, but not, it was Don Johnson,
- 19:30Speaker 1: the actor. Are you sure that was Don Johnson? I
- 19:32Speaker 1: don't want to start throwing his name around.
- 19:33Speaker 2: No, that's what the bartender told me. And then I
- 19:41Speaker 2: told my wife that that was Don Johnson who was
- 19:43Speaker 2: sitting there. And, of course, my wife is insulted, and
- 19:47Speaker 2: I don't blame her at all. And I did try...
- 19:50Speaker 2: to talk to her. But I think that my wife
- 19:52Speaker 2: showed very, very great lack of taste and morality when
- 19:59Speaker 2: she turned around and she started looking at him and,
- 20:03Speaker 2: you know, looking like she's getting hot and everything.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Well, sir, that's, you know, Steve, that's a hell of
- 20:09Speaker 1: a thing coming from you. You were looking at this girl.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'd already done what I did, and I
- 20:13Speaker 2: came back and explained it all to my wife, and
- 20:16Speaker 2: I thought everything was okay. Now she's turning around, and
- 20:18Speaker 2: she looks like she's getting hot on Don Johnson.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Well, he's a big celebrity, man. Women act kind of
- 20:24Speaker 1: goofy around a big guy like Don Johnson. That doesn't
- 20:27Speaker 1: mean anything. I mean, you know. But the point here is.
- 20:37Speaker 2: who apparently, according to a book by the rock woman
- 20:42Speaker 2: Pamela Desbars, she made the claim very evident in the
- 20:45Speaker 2: book that Mr. Johnson, apparently according to her, has a
- 20:50Speaker 2: large area, I guess is what you call it, and
- 20:54Speaker 2: that makes it even more humiliating.
- 20:56Speaker 1: What, do you think your wife knows this? Look, let's
- 21:00Speaker 1: keep it on what's going on here with you and
- 21:03Speaker 1: this young lady at the bar. And you've got to understand,
- 21:06Speaker 1: I think a celebrity's going to cause a stir no
- 21:07Speaker 1: matter where he goes.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Well, this is Beverly Hills. You know, a celebrity, Gloria Swanson,
- 21:13Speaker 2: could reconstitute from the ashes that they threw into the ocean,
- 21:17Speaker 2: walk down the street stark naked, and people would just go, yeah, yeah,
- 21:21Speaker 2: get out of here, yeah, get out of here.
- 21:25Speaker 1: I don't know what you mean.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Well, I'm saying if Charlie Chaplin came back from the
- 21:29Speaker 2: dead and was staggering down Sunset Boulevard in just the tattered...
- 21:34Speaker 2: Decayed little tramp outfit and the derby hat all moth-eaten,
- 21:38Speaker 2: looking like a zombie or something. People wouldn't care at all.
- 21:44Speaker 1: You know what? They might care it's a freaking zombie,
- 21:46Speaker 1: but you're right. They may not care it's Charlie Chaplin.
- 21:49Speaker 1: How the hell are they going to know it's Charlie Chaplin?
- 21:51Speaker 1: If what you say is true, the guy is decomposed.
- 21:54Speaker 2: What I'm saying is... This is a very blasé town
- 21:57Speaker 2: about celebrities.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Well, then just say if Charlie Chaplin was living today
- 22:00Speaker 1: walking down the street, don't say if he came back
- 22:03Speaker 1: with a moth-eaten derby hat. This is the problem that
- 22:07Speaker 1: I think you're having, sir.
- 22:09Speaker 2: My attorney... Your attorney is.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Fine, but the problem that you're having is there's a
- 22:13Speaker 1: skewed sense of reality going on here. Let me go
- 22:15Speaker 1: to Andrea. Andrea, hi, you're on The Phil Henry Show.
- 22:18Speaker 6: Hey, my question is that if you're trying to sue
- 22:20Speaker 6: this woman for supposedly trying to get you to break
- 22:25Speaker 6: your marriage vows, then how is it that you could
- 22:28Speaker 6: possibly have the gall to want to go out dancing
- 22:31Speaker 6: or having drinks or a date with this woman? How
- 22:33Speaker 6: do you justify that?
- 22:34Speaker 2: Ma'am, all I'm saying is that I'll be happy to
- 22:36Speaker 2: drop my legal action if she'll have a minimum of
- 22:40Speaker 2: two cocktails, yes.
- 22:45Speaker 6: Okay, but doesn't that insinuate and show that you are
- 22:49Speaker 6: willing to break your marriage vows? And this is all
- 22:51Speaker 6: a pride issue. What was your pride before when you
- 22:54Speaker 6: should have been guarding your marriage?
- 22:56Speaker 2: But she was the one that began it. You pursued it.
- 22:59Speaker 2: She began it, though.
- 23:00Speaker 6: But you pursued it.
- 23:01Speaker 2: No, wait, wait, wait.
- 23:02Speaker 6: I can tell you one thing. If my husband was
- 23:03Speaker 6: sitting there, he would have gone up to the woman
- 23:05Speaker 6: and said, you know what, I'm here with my wife.
- 23:08Speaker 6: And I'm flattered, but this is the woman that I'm with.
- 23:11Speaker 6: He would have guarded his marriage.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Well, ma'am, I'm glad you believe that, but... I don't
- 23:16Speaker 2: know if you've ever been a black man on a
- 23:20Speaker 2: Saturday night in St. Louis. You know what I'm talking about?
- 23:24Speaker 2: What does that got to do with it? It's an
- 23:26Speaker 2: oral phrase.
- 23:26Speaker 6: That has nothing to do with it.
- 23:29Speaker 1: No, no.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Women have an idea that men are a certain way,
- 23:31Speaker 2: and we do behave.
- 23:33Speaker 1: No, wait, wait, wait. Hold on for just a minute, pal.
- 23:36Speaker 1: You know, the woman knows her husband better than you.
- 23:39Speaker 1: If a woman was coming on to me and I
- 23:41Speaker 1: was with my wife, the first thing I would do
- 23:42Speaker 1: is say, hey, honey, that chick's looking at me. OK.
- 23:47Speaker 2: And what are you asking permission?
- 23:48Speaker 1: No, I'm not asking permission. I'm just I'm letting her
- 23:51Speaker 1: in on it because I don't want her to think,
- 23:52Speaker 1: you know, what the hell's going on. And then it
- 23:54Speaker 1: probably turns into a joke by that point. But you
- 23:57Speaker 1: getting and keeping it from your wife, walking over to
- 23:59Speaker 1: this woman and then saying that because she had a
- 24:02Speaker 1: fair amount of cleavage that she was, quote, putting it
- 24:04Speaker 1: out there.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Now, that's the one point that I'm rock solid on.
- 24:08Speaker 2: And no one can argue me off of that.
- 24:11Speaker 7: But that still doesn't.
- 24:12Speaker 6: Give you the right to totally disrespect your marriage and
- 24:15Speaker 6: your wife and put them in a cab just because
- 24:17Speaker 6: this woman has her.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Cleavage hanging out.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Ma'am, why do women have their breasts hanging all over?
- 24:23Speaker 2: For one reason, to make men want to touch them.
- 24:25Speaker 6: Well, I'm saying this sounds like a pride issue. You
- 24:27Speaker 6: said it's a pride issue with you. You should have
- 24:29Speaker 6: been man enough to leave it alone, and you weren't.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Then why was my wife looking at Don Johnson and
- 24:35Speaker 2: getting hot and lathered?
- 24:37Speaker 6: Did she go with Don Johnson? Was she going to
- 24:39Speaker 6: put you in a cab?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Can I jump in? Don Johnson's a celebrity. A lot
- 24:43Speaker 1: of people are going to stare at him. I'm sure
- 24:44Speaker 1: there were men in the restaurant that were looking at him.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I told you, it's Hollywood. No one cares.
- 24:48Speaker 1: People in Beverly Hills care. I mean, a restaurant like that,
- 24:51Speaker 1: maybe not. And the other thing is, you know, if
- 24:54Speaker 1: you guys live in Corona, you're driving all the way
- 24:56Speaker 1: over to Beverly Hills for dinner, which is very nice,
- 24:58Speaker 1: a beautiful restaurant. It may be unusual for you to
- 25:01Speaker 1: see Don Johnson. Maybe everybody else in the place sees
- 25:03Speaker 1: the guy all the time. Maybe the girl knew him.
- 25:06Speaker 2: I don't understand why you can't see my way on this,
- 25:09Speaker 2: even when I mention camel toe. You won't let me
- 25:11Speaker 2: say that.
- 25:13Speaker 6: Because that's so besides the point. The point is that
- 25:15Speaker 6: you should have been man enough in the first place
- 25:17Speaker 6: to guard your marriage and respect your wife and your children.
- 25:21Speaker 6: The best thing that you can give your children is
- 25:23Speaker 6: to love your spouse.
- 25:24Speaker 7: That's the best gift.
- 25:25Speaker 6: That you can give. And you totally disrespected that, and
- 25:27Speaker 6: you want to say it's this other woman's fault. But
- 25:28Speaker 6: you still continue to pursue it because you still want
- 25:30Speaker 6: to have drinks with the woman. There's no justification in that.
- 25:34Speaker 6: And you're worried about your pride. You're going to get
- 25:36Speaker 6: laughed out of the courtroom just like you're getting laughed
- 25:38Speaker 6: off this radio station.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Ma'am, are you familiar with the term eraser heads?
- 25:44Speaker 6: No, I'm not.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Okay. I wish I could explain this.
- 25:48Speaker 6: Does it have anything to do with the point? Because
- 25:50Speaker 6: you keep going off of the road.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Yes, it does. You could tell by her blouse it
- 25:57Speaker 2: was cold in the restaurant. You know what I'm saying?
- 26:00Speaker 1: Oh, come on, man, will you?
- 26:01Speaker 3: What is the point?
- 26:02Speaker 6: What does that have to do with anything?
- 26:04Speaker 2: So you're telling me she's walking around with full, she's
- 26:06Speaker 2: got full 180-degree toe and eraser heads, and I can't.
- 26:10Speaker 6: I don't care if the woman was stark naked and
- 26:12Speaker 6: she was Pamela Anderson sitting there. The point is that
- 26:14Speaker 6: you should have been man enough to stand up for
- 26:16Speaker 6: your marriage and respect your wife and respect yourself.
- 26:19Speaker 2: I'm telling you, though, that she had full toe.
- 26:20Speaker 6: Maybe that's the problem. Maybe you don't respect yourself. It
- 26:25Speaker 6: doesn't matter where you live.
- 26:26Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. You're making a very good point, Andrea,
- 26:28Speaker 1: a very, very good point. And I think, Mr. Bozell,
- 26:30Speaker 1: you have to, at this point, thank you for your call,
- 26:32Speaker 1: at this point, and for you to say, Mr.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Henry, when I said she had full toe, I don't want.
- 26:37Speaker 1: To hear any more about that and erase her heads.
- 26:40Speaker 2: It was ice cold in the restaurant, and you won't
- 26:42Speaker 2: even let me say it. 1-800-449-8686.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Leslie, hi, you're on The Phil Henry Show.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Hi there. I'm enjoying your show.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 26:52Speaker 4: With all due respect to Mr. Bozell, I really am
- 26:55Speaker 4: trying to respect him. I think I understand where he's
- 26:57Speaker 4: coming from. In his mind, he's really feeling entitled to
- 27:01Speaker 4: this shame and this, like he's been disrespected.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 27:07Speaker 4: I understand that. Thank you. My concern is, seriously, Mr. Bozell,
- 27:11Speaker 4: my concern is that you should really be spending a
- 27:16Speaker 4: little more time looking into your own getting some introspective
- 27:21Speaker 4: thoughts about your own problems.
- 27:22Speaker 2: I agree, and this woman played right into it.
- 27:25Speaker 4: Well, what I'm saying to you is.
- 27:26Speaker 2: When you have insecurities, and yes, I do have insecurities.
- 27:31Speaker 4: Yeah, but they're going so far, and I just, I'm
- 27:33Speaker 4: telling you this because I'm a.
- 27:34Speaker 2: My insecurities are the result of, and Mr. Henry won't
- 27:37Speaker 2: let me say it, but we have free speech in
- 27:38Speaker 2: the United States of America the last time I checked
- 27:40Speaker 2: the Constitution. My insecurities that night were deliberately provoked by toe.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Eraser head, Will you please listen to this lady and
- 27:52Speaker 1: stop talking about how the woman was dressed?
- 27:56Speaker 4: I'm a psychiatric nurse, and I'm concerned about you because
- 27:59Speaker 4: I don't think you're stable. I don't know if you
- 28:02Speaker 4: have manic depression or what they might call bipolar, and
- 28:05Speaker 4: you might be in the upswing of a manic phase.
- 28:10Speaker 4: Many times when people are in this phase, they tend
- 28:14Speaker 4: to misconstrue other people's intentions and They tend to go
- 28:18Speaker 4: off on strange relationships and friendships. They tend to have
- 28:23Speaker 4: self-overinflated egos.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Right. Ma'am, can I ask you a question? Can I
- 28:28Speaker 2: ask you a question, ma'am?
- 28:29Speaker 3: Yes, sir.
- 28:31Speaker 2: I know what you're saying. On Christmas Day of this
- 28:35Speaker 2: past year, I was with my family in Corona. We
- 28:38Speaker 2: were celebrating. My brother was over and his wife, and
- 28:41Speaker 2: they have three children. We toasted to the family. We
- 28:46Speaker 2: were drinking eggnog that my wife April makes. And naturally,
- 28:50Speaker 2: when you drink eggnog, you're going to leave a little
- 28:52Speaker 2: bit on your lip or what have you. My brother-in-law said, oh,
- 28:57Speaker 2: check out the nog or, you know, eggnog on Steve's lip.
- 29:01Speaker 2: He called it nog lip and made the inference that
- 29:04Speaker 2: I'm somehow a gay man. Well, Mr.
- 29:08Speaker 4: Bozell, you have so many issues going on that you're
- 29:11Speaker 4: just in denial.
- 29:12Speaker 2: I had full nog lip and I had... Mr.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Bozell, will you listen to this lady? She's got some experience.
- 29:18Speaker 2: No, but you're not hearing me. Don't I have the
- 29:20Speaker 2: right to say something about a guy saying, check out
- 29:23Speaker 2: the nog lip on... Mr.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Bozell, in my opinion.
- 29:25Speaker 2: What time do you sweep up the salon? You know that?
- 29:27Speaker 2: See what I'm saying?
- 29:28Speaker 4: Mr. Bozell, you're exhibiting... Honestly, I'm saying this because I
- 29:32Speaker 4: care about you, because I'm in this field. You're exhibiting
- 29:35Speaker 4: all kinds of tangential thought processes. You have pressure.
- 29:40Speaker 3: hurried.
- 29:40Speaker 1: We've got to take a break. Thank you very much, Leslie.
- 29:42Speaker 2: You're welcome.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Maybe we can get a phone number from you on
- 29:44Speaker 1: the psychiatric hotline.
- 29:46Speaker 2: I don't need a psychiatric hotline. All I'm asking for
- 29:48Speaker 2: is a woman to tuck it in.
- 29:49Speaker 1: All right, hold on. 1-800-449-8686, Phil Hendry Show.
- 29:55Speaker 3: The Phil Hendry Show.
- 29:57Speaker 1: 1-800-449-8686. Get a piece of fat and slide off.
- 30:01Speaker 4: 1-800-449-8686.
- 30:02Speaker 3: The Phil Hendry Show is back.
- 30:07Speaker 1: Where are you right now, sir, if you don't mind
- 30:08Speaker 1: me asking?
- 30:09Speaker 2: I'm sorry, Phil, I didn't hear that.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Where are you right now? You're outside?
- 30:13Speaker 2: Yes, sir, I am. We're very fortunate. We have about
- 30:17Speaker 2: seven acres here in the Corona area. And about two
- 30:21Speaker 2: years ago, I had lost a lawsuit. As a matter
- 30:23Speaker 2: of fact, it was the lawsuit that I'd filed against
- 30:26Speaker 2: the Riverside Public Pool. It was a dive stick controversy,
- 30:30Speaker 2: which eventually got dive sticks outlawed. But I did not
- 30:36Speaker 2: win the lawsuit.
- 30:37Speaker 1: What was that about?
- 30:39Speaker 2: Dive sticks, as you know, are now outlawed. You cannot
- 30:41Speaker 2: have those in pools. I was in kind of a
- 30:44Speaker 2: cannonball contest with my son, and there were dive sticks
- 30:48Speaker 2: in the pool. I was not aware of that, and
- 30:50Speaker 2: we were cannonballing, you know, when you wrap your body up.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I know.
- 30:53Speaker 2: And I got out of the pool, and I was
- 30:55Speaker 2: walking over to get the towel. And I could hear
- 31:01Speaker 2: people laughing. And when I was finally made aware of it,
- 31:07Speaker 2: one of the dive sticks had basically embedded itself. I
- 31:14Speaker 2: can't be specific.
- 31:15Speaker 1: All right, but you sued the Riverside Pool?
- 31:17Speaker 2: Yes. But I lost, and so I built this pond
- 31:21Speaker 2: for me to come out and just... Just kind of
- 31:23Speaker 2: sit and meditate, you know, just try to get my
- 31:26Speaker 2: head together.
- 31:28Speaker 1: All right, 1-800-449-8686. Let's go to Catherine. Catherine, go ahead.
- 31:33Speaker 7: Hi, I just wanted to make the point to this guy.
- 31:36Speaker 7: It's his assertion that the way the woman was dressed
- 31:39Speaker 7: with her pants fitting too tight around the crotch area.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Thank you very much for understanding that, yeah.
- 31:44Speaker 7: Was enticing him, and she was putting it out there
- 31:48Speaker 7: for him. Among all of my friends, and I have
- 31:51Speaker 7: some very attractive friends, that's something a woman is actually
- 31:55Speaker 7: very embarrassed to have. It is not something that most
- 31:58Speaker 7: women aspire to put in their flirting repertoire. So it
- 32:04Speaker 7: doesn't make any sense to me.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Well, that doesn't make sense to me because most men
- 32:10Speaker 2: are all very excited about it.
- 32:13Speaker 1: And Well, hold on for a minute. I think it depends.
- 32:16Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 32:17Speaker 2: Well, okay, you've got a good point.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Can we take it off of that level, though, please?
- 32:24Speaker 1: Because what you're doing now is you're saying.
- 32:25Speaker 2: I'll ask this lady the same question I asked everybody else. Because, ma'am,
- 32:29Speaker 2: you know what you're talking about. You know what eraser
- 32:31Speaker 2: heads are, don't you?
- 32:34Speaker 7: Once again, not necessarily something I want to put out there.
- 32:37Speaker 7: If I'm, you know, just.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Okay, so the restaurant, if you got on a real,
- 32:41Speaker 2: you know, tight... And the restaurant's got it at about
- 32:44Speaker 2: 46 degrees.
- 32:46Speaker 7: Then it's something that was out of her control.
- 32:48Speaker 2: How can you say that she was putting that.
- 32:50Speaker 7: Out there to entice you to come over there? Or
- 32:53Speaker 7: Don Johnson or whoever.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Good point.
- 32:55Speaker 7: It doesn't make any sense.
- 32:56Speaker 2: Well, ma'am, it's summertime in Los Angeles. It gets to
- 32:59Speaker 2: be very hot here. A woman will know that, oh,
- 33:01Speaker 2: I'm going to go into Maestro's. They'll turn the air
- 33:03Speaker 2: conditioning on. Oh, blah, blah, blah. Then out come the
- 33:04Speaker 2: razorheads and Don Johnson. What do you mean, blah, blah, blah?
- 33:08Speaker 2: If you're going into a restaurant in the summer and
- 33:10Speaker 2: it's hotter than hell.
- 33:11Speaker 7: If you're grasping at straws, I think that you are
- 33:14Speaker 7: just looking.
- 33:15Speaker 2: For anything you can.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Are you saying that this woman got ready for the
- 33:20Speaker 1: evening by saying, I'll go into this restaurant, it'll be
- 33:22Speaker 1: cold enough, so boom, the high beams will go on,
- 33:25Speaker 1: and Don Johnson will be there.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Look, I can tell you, when I looked at this girl,
- 33:30Speaker 2: I licked my lips at her, and she started twirling
- 33:32Speaker 2: her hair. Come on.
- 33:35Speaker 1: You licked your lips?
- 33:36Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 33:39Speaker 7: I just got one more question to keep in mind.
- 33:42Speaker 7: How does his wife feel about the further humiliation of
- 33:45Speaker 7: this lawsuit and him going on national radio just sounding
- 33:49Speaker 7: like a moron?
- 33:51Speaker 2: Ma'am, you know what? You're not a lawyer. And also,
- 33:53Speaker 2: my wife got hot when she saw Don Johnson, so
- 33:56Speaker 2: I have entered that in my lawsuit, too. She got hot,
- 34:00Speaker 2: and the high beams went, or not, I don't want
- 34:01Speaker 2: to say high beams, but that woman had full, you know,
- 34:03Speaker 2: as I said, she had toe and a razor head,
- 34:06Speaker 2: and so.
- 34:06Speaker 7: Okay, so I'm sorry for you that you feel your
- 34:09Speaker 7: wife disrespected you, but that doesn't give you the right
- 34:11Speaker 7: to disrespect her.
- 34:13Speaker 1: All right, Catherine, thank you so much for your call.
- 34:15Speaker 1: We're going to have to let you go, Mr. Bozell.
- 34:17Speaker 2: I want to give the number of my attorney out.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Well, just hold the line, 1-800-449-8686, Phil Henry Show. Phil
- 34:23Speaker 1: Hendry Show, 1-800-449-8686.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Don't be bleaching out on me.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Now, sister.
- 34:31Speaker 2: 1-800-449-8686.
- 34:32Speaker 1: The Phil Hendry Show is back. Mr. Bozell, I wish
- 34:35Speaker 1: you all the best, but I hardly think that you're
- 34:37Speaker 1: going to be able to.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Hold on, Phil. Hello? I'm talking on the radio. I'm
- 34:43Speaker 2: talking on the radio.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Steve, we've got to get... I'm leaving the air, okay?
- 34:46Speaker 1: Hold on, Phil.
- 34:47Speaker 2: I'm talking on the radio. Yeah, well, you got lathered
- 34:49Speaker 2: up for Don Johnson. Go to hell. Go ahead.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Was that your wife?
- 34:55Speaker 2: Yes, it was. And she's calling me up and telling
- 34:57Speaker 2: me not to be on the radio. And then she's...
- 35:00Speaker 2: Hold on for a minute. Yeah? Okay. But when you
- 35:03Speaker 2: looked at Don Johnson, your high beams flipped on and nobody... Yeah,
- 35:08Speaker 2: get out of here. Okay, go ahead.
- 35:11Speaker 1: I'm saying that what I need for.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Hello? I'm at the pond. I built it. You know
- 35:17Speaker 2: I built the pond because I want to be out
- 35:19Speaker 2: here and I want to think about things.
- 35:20Speaker 3: Okay.
- 35:22Speaker 2: 1-800-449-8686.
