Job 2:13

​"So they sat down with him on the ground seven days and seven nights, and no one spoke a word to him, for they saw that his grief was very great." ​

By the end of Job 2, Job has lost his wealth, his children, and now his physical health. Stripped of everything comfort could offer, he sits among the ashes. When his three friends—Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar—arrive from afar, they are so stunned by his suffering that they don't even recognize him.
