- 2:19Speaker 1: this particular episode of you minding your own business, it's
- 2:23Speaker 1: pretty much self explanatory, but we gonna go a little
- 2:26Speaker 1: further you minding your own business when it come to
- 2:31Speaker 1: focusing on yourself. Okay, I'm going to go here because
- 2:36Speaker 1: my whole entire life has been about everybody else except myself.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And now that I'm getting older, and now that I'm
- 2:44Speaker 1: going through medical issues, which hasn't exactly been fun for
- 2:48Speaker 1: me the past few years. It's not fun going through
- 2:52Speaker 1: chronic pain because of an accident and multiple slips and falls.
- 2:56Speaker 1: It's not easy going through these journeys. And I had
- 3:01Speaker 1: an epiphany all day to day because I felt horrible
- 3:04Speaker 1: all day to day, all literally day to day, I
- 3:08Speaker 1: felt horrible, I was in pain, I was miserable. I
- 3:12Speaker 1: was trying to get through the day, and I felt
- 3:16Speaker 1: horrible until this afternoon. I was with a friend of
- 3:20Speaker 1: mine and he was taking me to go get my medication,
- 3:25Speaker 1: and I just felt absolutely horrible today. And so I
- 3:32Speaker 1: came to a couple of realizations of things that I
- 3:36Speaker 1: have to really focus on. And we're gonna talk about
- 3:41Speaker 1: that now. When God put you into isolation and God
- 3:46Speaker 1: pulled you away from the world, that doesn't mean just
- 3:51Speaker 1: the world in real life. It also means social media.
- 3:55Speaker 1: And I had to come to that realization today because
- 3:59Speaker 1: I've been saying that I'm not gonna do a lot
- 4:01Speaker 1: of strolling. I'm just gonna focus on some courses and
- 4:05Speaker 1: focus on you know, listening to the YICL, you know,
- 4:08Speaker 1: trial and things like that. That is what I'm focus on,
- 4:11Speaker 1: I said, because I learned a lot from this. But
- 4:14Speaker 1: I noticed that every morning I get up and I
- 4:16Speaker 1: start strolling. Now, the good thing is, I didn't just
- 4:20Speaker 1: automatically pick up my phone this morning. I did check
- 4:23Speaker 1: my emails this morning, so I didn't just go and
- 4:26Speaker 1: grab my phone and go straight to social media and
- 4:28Speaker 1: just started strolling. So I am proud of myself for that.
- 4:31Speaker 1: But I also realized that at the end of the
- 4:34Speaker 1: day I was listening to one of them. I did
- 4:36Speaker 1: end up listening to my courses in the afternoon, So
- 4:39Speaker 1: I ended up listening to my courses and I learned
- 4:41Speaker 1: some in one of my courses when it came to
- 4:46Speaker 1: basically helping people, and he said that when it comes
- 4:52Speaker 1: down to you know, going on social media or you know,
- 4:57Speaker 1: being a psychologist or being a therapist, being a counselor,
- 5:01Speaker 1: it's not about telling somebody what to do. It's not
- 5:06Speaker 1: about giving unsolicited advice. It's about really just making a suggestion,
- 5:13Speaker 1: guiding people. And when I thought about it, I said,
- 5:16Speaker 1: you know what, that's a good point, because it was like,
- 5:19Speaker 1: if people really want your advice, they'll ask for it.
- 5:22Speaker 1: If people really want to hear what you got to say,
- 5:25Speaker 1: then they'll click on it. And if they don't, then
- 5:29Speaker 1: it's okay if they don't. So I decided, I said,
- 5:33Speaker 1: you know what, I am going about this all the
- 5:36Speaker 1: way wrong. So I came to the realization that it
- 5:40Speaker 1: took me back to all the people who I helped.
- 5:44Speaker 1: It took me back in my personal life when I
- 5:47Speaker 1: was trying to make sure everybody was good, making sure
- 5:50Speaker 1: all the men that I allegedly needed, which I found
- 5:54Speaker 1: out I never dated in the first place. So let's
- 5:56Speaker 1: go there for a minute. A lot of time tis
- 6:01Speaker 1: the signals are there, okay, And I'm gonna be as
- 6:05Speaker 1: real and candid as I can be. There are gonna
- 6:09Speaker 1: be people in this world that's gonna be alone. They're
- 6:11Speaker 1: gonna be people in this world that's not gonna have
- 6:13Speaker 1: a man and never get married. And they will be
- 6:15Speaker 1: women that will be the exact same. And I'm tired
- 6:18Speaker 1: of y'all lying about that. If you base it on
- 6:22Speaker 1: society standards, it's gonna be some people that's gonna be
- 6:24Speaker 1: alone the rest of their life. There just is. And
- 6:28Speaker 1: the reason why that's gonna be the case because of
- 6:31Speaker 1: society standards and being that society and society standards, it's
- 6:36Speaker 1: gonna be like that. That's exactly the reason why. So
- 6:42Speaker 1: when you got people that don't want to see you
- 6:46Speaker 1: when and they don't want to see you where you
- 6:50Speaker 1: need to be. When you got people that are constantly
- 6:55Speaker 1: asking you to do something, and you, without question, you're
- 7:00Speaker 1: willing to do it, but when it come to you,
- 7:04Speaker 1: that's not the same result that you're gonna get. So
- 7:09Speaker 1: when you are minding your business and you're in your cocoon,
- 7:14Speaker 1: as I like to call it, and you're healing from
- 7:19Speaker 1: all of your trauma, but and all the things you've
- 7:23Speaker 1: been through. But that ain't the only thing. You got
- 7:26Speaker 1: to do with recovery and go deeper than that. Now
- 7:30Speaker 1: I've learned with everything, there's twelve steps everything. Everything in
- 7:34Speaker 1: life is twelve steps. Twelve steps of love, twelve steps
- 7:37Speaker 1: of happiness, twelve steps of making friends. There's twelve steps
- 7:41Speaker 1: of everything. Twelve everything is twelve. Okay. Now there's two
- 7:48Speaker 1: hundred and fifty six different ways of doing things based
- 7:52Speaker 1: upon the Bible. Okay, now here's the thing that I
- 7:58Speaker 1: learned in this journey that I'm on currently. Now, I've
- 8:05Speaker 1: been trying to get back to working out. I'm serious,
- 8:10Speaker 1: I've been trying, but it's painful and I gotta get
- 8:14Speaker 1: past the pain. Yesterday I did stretches, and I did
- 8:18Speaker 1: pretty good stretches. Was even now when I get back,
- 8:21Speaker 1: when I get on that ground, I'm I have a
- 8:23Speaker 1: hard time trying to get up because, like I said,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I have you know, arthritis, and I have injuries, so
- 8:30Speaker 1: you know, and I have scoliosis. So that don't help either,
- 8:33Speaker 1: So I'm gonna be moving moving body parts. Then I
- 8:36Speaker 1: ain't moved in a long long time. But am I
- 8:40Speaker 1: gonna have to get through the pain. Absolutely. So today
- 8:44Speaker 1: I was in pain all day. I felt horrible all day.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I went to bed early and I felt horrible. And
- 8:52Speaker 1: then I realized why I feel horrible. I feel horrible
- 8:57Speaker 1: because Number One, I need to take break, meaning that
- 9:02Speaker 1: I'm talking about strolling. I'm not talking about me going
- 9:06Speaker 1: live or doing my podcast because I ain't got to
- 9:08Speaker 1: look at nothing. I can just sit here and close
- 9:10Speaker 1: my eyes and do my podcasts. And now I have
- 9:12Speaker 1: to look at anything until it's time for me to
- 9:16Speaker 1: end it. Now, I'm learning now to listen more and
- 9:22Speaker 1: giving my eyes a break, because I think listening is
- 9:28Speaker 1: better than sight in some instances, like for example, if
- 9:33Speaker 1: I'm at home and I don't feel like looking at
- 9:36Speaker 1: something on television, I used to close my eyes and
- 9:39Speaker 1: just sit there and listen to it. I don't have
- 9:42Speaker 1: to look at it. Now. I watch Love Is Blind today,
- 9:46Speaker 1: the European one, the UK one, and three out of
- 9:50Speaker 1: three got married. Now the three that I knew gonna
- 9:53Speaker 1: get married got married. The three that I knew was
- 9:56Speaker 1: not gonna get married. Didn't get married. For six of them, now,
- 10:00Speaker 1: out two of them I understood. Now one of them
- 10:07Speaker 1: I knew was gonna say nothing because he wanted a
- 10:11Speaker 1: whole nother female. Okay, he didn't really want He wanted
- 10:16Speaker 1: her at first until he found out number one that
- 10:20Speaker 1: she was a makeup artist. She was beneath him anyway.
- 10:24Speaker 1: He's somebody that family, family, got money, and they would
- 10:27Speaker 1: have never accepted him with her because they come from
- 10:30Speaker 1: two different cultures. He tried to use, well, our our
- 10:35Speaker 1: you know, our cultures don't mix. Well, then why didn't
- 10:40Speaker 1: you tell her that when you was talking to old
- 10:42Speaker 1: girl that happened to be Caucasian just like you. No,
- 10:46Speaker 1: you gonna run your butt right over there to that girl,
- 10:49Speaker 1: that Caucasian girl, and you gonna get with her because
- 10:52Speaker 1: she's gonna be everything on paper that you want, because
- 10:57Speaker 1: that's exactly what's getting ready happen. Now. As for Allie
- 11:02Speaker 1: and Demi, they broke up, but they said they're gonna
- 11:06Speaker 1: be together even after that. And I mean, I'm got
- 11:09Speaker 1: mad at Demy because I think what it was was
- 11:15Speaker 1: Demi came to the realization. I think she went back
- 11:18Speaker 1: and watched the show, and I think she watched the
- 11:22Speaker 1: way he acted towards her in the beginning, and I
- 11:25Speaker 1: think she learned to love herself. And even though he
- 11:28Speaker 1: does have feelings for her. We gonna see at the
- 11:31Speaker 1: reunion how that's gonna play out, because I would like
- 11:34Speaker 1: to know if they're still together. Something tells me they're
- 11:37Speaker 1: not still together, but they are good for them now.
- 11:40Speaker 1: As for the other last couple, Catherine and I forgot
- 11:48Speaker 1: his name, Catherine Lord, I forgot the boy's name. Got
- 11:52Speaker 1: the guy's name anyway, she said yes, he said no.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I thought she was gonna say no. She ended up
- 11:59Speaker 1: saying no because of this win in there and got
- 12:00Speaker 1: in his head saying that they don't have that the
- 12:03Speaker 1: fact that they feel like she's gonna be bougie and
- 12:06Speaker 1: feel like that she's gonna be about going out and
- 12:09Speaker 1: stuff like that. He's more of a homebody. You could
- 12:13Speaker 1: have had that conversation before all of this has happened.
- 12:16Speaker 1: If y'all had all of these doubts, you should have
- 12:18Speaker 1: said some prior to the wedding day, because that girl
- 12:22Speaker 1: is not going back. And what we'll see in the reunion,
- 12:25Speaker 1: what's gonna happen. But do I think Catherine and old
- 12:27Speaker 1: Boy are gonna be together? Nope, I certainly don't. But
- 12:32Speaker 1: this is what I mean when I say it. Mind's
- 12:34Speaker 1: my business. Now, at the end of the day, we
- 12:37Speaker 1: gonna see how everything play out at the reunion, because
- 12:40Speaker 1: I'm hoping they gonna have reunion, because I wants to
- 12:43Speaker 1: see who together and who ain't. Not because I'm nosy,
- 12:48Speaker 1: because I learned something now. I watched all of these couples,
- 12:51Speaker 1: every single last one of them. The three that I
- 12:54Speaker 1: knew were gonna get married, I knew because from the
- 12:57Speaker 1: moment they met, I said, Okay, these these these two,
- 13:01Speaker 1: these these couples here are gonna be the ones that's
- 13:04Speaker 1: gonna end up making it to the end. Now, even
- 13:07Speaker 1: though they had some rough patches, I knew they were
- 13:10Speaker 1: gonna make it through because I could tell there was
- 13:13Speaker 1: real love there. The other three couples I knew. Now
- 13:18Speaker 1: one of them, I was like, well, maybe they might
- 13:22Speaker 1: make it. But when she started becoming insecure, when she
- 13:27Speaker 1: started because he said that he cheated one time, she
- 13:30Speaker 1: couldn't let it go, and the way she treated him,
- 13:32Speaker 1: I knew that eventually that was gonna batfire. On her.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I knew it was gonna backfire, so I said, Okay,
- 13:38Speaker 1: she gonna be the one that's gonna end up saying no.
- 13:41Speaker 1: But it ended up being him because her fit like
- 13:44Speaker 1: his family said, you know the way she's treated you,
- 13:48Speaker 1: and I'm very sure of that family saw everything that
- 13:51Speaker 1: went down, so I'm very sure they saw it all
- 13:53Speaker 1: and was like, nah, uh uh, you don't need to
- 13:55Speaker 1: marry her because the way she's treated you over some
- 13:58Speaker 1: of the most minor things. I understand why he said no,
- 14:02Speaker 1: but he said he still want to be with her.
- 14:03Speaker 1: But because of the fact he told her no, he
- 14:06Speaker 1: embarrassed her on National TV. She ain't going back to him.
- 14:09Speaker 1: She is not gonna take him back. I promise you
- 14:11Speaker 1: she ain't. You embarrassed that girl on National TV. She
- 14:15Speaker 1: ain't taken you back. So again, what I learned from
- 14:18Speaker 1: each one of these situations, I learned something from every
- 14:21Speaker 1: single one of them, so I can break it down
- 14:23Speaker 1: what I learned from it. But what I can say
- 14:26Speaker 1: is this what I don't like about these shows. The
- 14:29Speaker 1: people that can actually get relationships, the ones that can
- 14:33Speaker 1: actually get people to approach them, do not need to
- 14:36Speaker 1: be on these shows. You need to have people on
- 14:39Speaker 1: these shows that really cannot get a man, that really
- 14:43Speaker 1: have the hardest time finding a man. I'm serious, I
- 14:48Speaker 1: mean seriously, you need to have women that really don't
- 14:53Speaker 1: even get attention at all, don't even get asked on
- 14:56Speaker 1: dates at all. There really needs to be a show
- 14:59Speaker 1: about women that just cannot get a man in any capacity,
- 15:04Speaker 1: whether it be because of their disability, whether it be
- 15:07Speaker 1: because of their looks, whether it be because of their weight,
- 15:11Speaker 1: whether it be because of their medical issues, whether it
- 15:13Speaker 1: be because they're single mother, regardless of what the reason is,
- 15:17Speaker 1: I feel as though those women should be the ones
- 15:21Speaker 1: that actually should be on Love is Blind. I think
- 15:24Speaker 1: Love is Blind should be completely different than what it
- 15:26Speaker 1: actually is. I think what is should be is this here.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I think it should be you put people on there
- 15:36Speaker 1: that really are good people, kind hearted people, but they
- 15:40Speaker 1: might be unattractive for whatever reason. Now this is my idea.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I feel as though they should do something where they're
- 15:50Speaker 1: getting to know these people. But why they're getting to
- 15:53Speaker 1: know these people. They're actually getting treatment for their stuff,
- 15:58Speaker 1: They're actually going to the gym, working out and actually
- 16:03Speaker 1: losing weight, so they gonna think that the person they're
- 16:07Speaker 1: dating is gonna be unattractive. But here's the kicker to
- 16:12Speaker 1: it all. This person is actually gonna lose the weight.
- 16:17Speaker 1: This person is actually going to get help with their
- 16:21Speaker 1: with their issues, and you we're gonna see if these
- 16:25Speaker 1: people are really gonna stay with them for who they
- 16:27Speaker 1: are while they're on these journeys, or whether or not
- 16:30Speaker 1: they're gonna walk away from this person at the end.
- 16:32Speaker 1: So I words is this person is gonna be you know,
- 16:38Speaker 1: getting to know somebody in the pods. So they're having
- 16:42Speaker 1: these conversations and the pods. But while they're having these
- 16:45Speaker 1: conversations in the pods, each person has a separate issue,
- 16:50Speaker 1: whether it's ezema, whether it's glasses, whether they're a nerd,
- 16:54Speaker 1: regardless of what they are, and you transform these people
- 16:59Speaker 1: into very I wouldn't say attractive people, but their inner
- 17:05Speaker 1: beauty matches their out of beauty. So now you gotta
- 17:10Speaker 1: see whether these people are really going to really get
- 17:14Speaker 1: to know them and really see their transformation, or they're
- 17:20Speaker 1: gonna walk away. So they're now seeing the person and
- 17:27Speaker 1: the person is unattractive, but they have no idea that
- 17:31Speaker 1: this person is actually trying to lose weight or can't
- 17:35Speaker 1: lose weight. For whatever medical reason that it is. So
- 17:39Speaker 1: they find out this person has let's say they're in
- 17:43Speaker 1: a wheelchair for example, or let's just say they have
- 17:47Speaker 1: autism for example. So can you be with someone that
- 17:51Speaker 1: has autism? Can you be with somebody that basically is
- 17:56Speaker 1: not perfect? A lot of people can't. They just can't.
- 18:02Speaker 1: So I think it needs new shows more like that,
- 18:06Speaker 1: so to where people that have a hard time getting
- 18:12Speaker 1: a man or getting a woman can actually kind of
- 18:16Speaker 1: make them. So they gonna look and see the person
- 18:21Speaker 1: not knowing they're they're going through a journey of their own.
- 18:26Speaker 1: So now after the pods, they have to decide are
- 18:34Speaker 1: they going to accept the person for who they are?
- 18:37Speaker 1: Are they gonna walk away from the person not understanding
- 18:40Speaker 1: the person looks completely different than what they think they
- 18:45Speaker 1: look like. So now if they say no, they still
- 18:50Speaker 1: get to meet the person. So they get to meet
- 18:53Speaker 1: the person, and then they see the person and they
- 18:57Speaker 1: see they look completely different than what they thought they
- 19:03Speaker 1: thought they looked like. They find out this man actually
- 19:06Speaker 1: is a multi millionaire. They find out this other person,
- 19:11Speaker 1: you know, it's doing very well for themselves. So now
- 19:14Speaker 1: you just gave a man that's worth twenty billion dollars
- 19:19Speaker 1: because you're judging him on what he looked like. So
- 19:22Speaker 1: now the funny thing about it is you gonna have
- 19:24Speaker 1: some people on their crime because the whole time they've
- 19:27Speaker 1: been thinking, they've been talking to somebody that's unattractive. The
- 19:31Speaker 1: whole time, they're talking to somebody that is basically going
- 19:35Speaker 1: through a whole transformation, not because they're trying to get
- 19:39Speaker 1: a man, but because they want to be healthy. So
- 19:43Speaker 1: these are people that really are trying to lose weight
- 19:46Speaker 1: but can't lose weight for specific reasons. So we're showing
- 19:49Speaker 1: their journey of them going to the doctor, We're showing
- 19:52Speaker 1: them going to the gym, and they're working out, and
- 19:56Speaker 1: they're all working out together. And what's gonna be even
- 19:59Speaker 1: more at the kicker to it that some of the
- 20:02Speaker 1: people may actually fall in love with each other. The
- 20:06Speaker 1: ones that actually become attractive may actually fall in love
- 20:09Speaker 1: with each other and may not care about the other person.
- 20:12Speaker 1: So there's gonna be some twists and turns. But that's
- 20:15Speaker 1: just what I would do. But this is what I mean.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Anybody can lose weight, that's not even remotely the issue.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Anybody can you know, figure out about ezema or if
- 20:28Speaker 1: they have pigment issues or autism. You know what I'm saying.
- 20:34Speaker 1: But the fact that y'all sit up here and y'all
- 20:39Speaker 1: keep telling people, oh, if you lose weight, you get them.
- 20:41Speaker 1: We ain't doing that because y'all gonna stop lying. You're
- 20:44Speaker 1: gonna stop lying to people. At this point, it is
- 20:47Speaker 1: time for people to start being honest. If a person
- 20:51Speaker 1: got to lose weight just to get a spouse, I'd
- 20:56Speaker 1: rather still be over weight, absolutely not. If I'm gonna
- 21:00Speaker 1: lose weight, it's gonna be for health reasons, and health
- 21:04Speaker 1: reasons only. Point blame period. You're like, I'm not losing
- 21:10Speaker 1: weight for a man, even though I'm going on a cruise.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I'm not losing weight for a man. I'm losing weight
- 21:15Speaker 1: for myself. But in this journey of weight walls, if
- 21:20Speaker 1: y'all think it's easy to lose weight, you have lost
- 21:22Speaker 1: your mind. If you think it's easy to do that,
- 21:25Speaker 1: losing weight is hard. It is especially if you have
- 21:29Speaker 1: chronic pain. It is hard because then because then what
- 21:33Speaker 1: you got to figure out is what's causing your inflammation.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Now I'm about to start this thing where I eat
- 21:42Speaker 1: only meat and vegetables. Now it's gonna be hard. I
- 21:48Speaker 1: ain't gonna lie because I got soups and stuff that
- 21:52Speaker 1: have protein in them. And I'm about to start cooking
- 21:55Speaker 1: more because I'm about to stop going out to eat
- 21:58Speaker 1: for a while, and I ben do it good. Oh
- 22:00Speaker 1: this week I cooked all this week, I cooked, I
- 22:04Speaker 1: mean nuggets, I had soup. No, I had some burritos
- 22:11Speaker 1: and mans all and I had you know, So this
- 22:16Speaker 1: this diet that I'm doing is consisting of me going
- 22:24Speaker 1: to the store and getting like vegetables in the can
- 22:30Speaker 1: that have absolutely no salt, no salt in the mid
- 22:33Speaker 1: all fresh vegetables. I'm trying to find me a farmer's market.
- 22:38Speaker 1: If I find one, it's a wrap because I ain't
- 22:41Speaker 1: going to the grocery stoomo. I'm going to farmers markets.
- 22:44Speaker 1: I'm going to the butcher anyway. So what I'm gonna
- 22:47Speaker 1: do is every week, I'm gonna, you know, get food
- 22:52Speaker 1: for like a week. Because I notice now, even with
- 22:56Speaker 1: milk that basically essentially last long, it don't milk is
- 23:01Speaker 1: not even the same as it used to be because
- 23:04Speaker 1: it's now I had bought milk last week and already
- 23:06Speaker 1: it's already no good. So I have to find a
- 23:09Speaker 1: milk that's gonna be like almond milk, or I can't
- 23:12Speaker 1: even eat. I can't do my almond milk and loads
- 23:14Speaker 1: and nuts. So I gotta figure out what milk can
- 23:19Speaker 1: I actually do. I try to do zero percent milk, honestly,
- 23:24Speaker 1: that's what I try to do. But I'm gona try
- 23:27Speaker 1: to do my smoothie with water. But smooth but protein
- 23:31Speaker 1: shakes ain't the same without milk. They're just not They're
- 23:34Speaker 1: not the same without milk. I don't care. I mean,
- 23:38Speaker 1: you can do it with you can do it with water,
- 23:40Speaker 1: but it just ain't the same without milk. And I
- 23:43Speaker 1: got some cereal that I bought that I'm about to eat,
- 23:49Speaker 1: So this weekend I'll probably get some milk, some no
- 23:53Speaker 1: percent milk, or either some oat milk. But I realized
- 23:57Speaker 1: that the way everything is right now, and everything keeps
- 24:01Speaker 1: going back, what the world can we eat? At this point?
- 24:04Speaker 1: Every time I turn around, they're recalling on something, whether
- 24:08Speaker 1: it's cucumbers. I'm like, you gotta recall on vegetables. I'm like, then,
- 24:15Speaker 1: what the world are we gonna be able to eat?
- 24:17Speaker 1: And then the other day I got cucumbers that ended
- 24:19Speaker 1: up being labbed cucumbers. I'm like, then, what are we
- 24:23Speaker 1: gonna be able to eat at this point? So I'm
- 24:28Speaker 1: starting to do this thing where I don't eat past
- 24:32Speaker 1: six o'clock, well seventh the latest, and I'm trying to
- 24:36Speaker 1: stop because it is kind of hard when you first
- 24:39Speaker 1: do it because you're used to snacking, like I'm used
- 24:43Speaker 1: to snacking around this time of night, but I ain't
- 24:47Speaker 1: even doing it though I have been doing a good job.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Well I can't say that because I had don't Rito's
- 24:52Speaker 1: late last night. So now I'm getting there. But then
- 24:56Speaker 1: something I'm sticking with, and then not only that, I've
- 25:01Speaker 1: been taking this stuff for my kidneys and my my
- 25:05Speaker 1: kidneys and my liver too, so I've been trying to
- 25:11Speaker 1: heal that. So I'm trying to find a pesticide, uh
- 25:18Speaker 1: medication for parasites, not fantasites, parasites where it doesn't have
- 25:23Speaker 1: the almond in it, the wal the I forgot black
- 25:26Speaker 1: walnuts in it, cause I can't use that, So I
- 25:31Speaker 1: have to find something to cure the parasites. I tried
- 25:34Speaker 1: a fifteen minute cleanse and I'm gonna LERKX to it,
- 25:37Speaker 1: so it doesn't work for me. But I do go
- 25:41Speaker 1: to the ears, nose, and throat doctor next month, which
- 25:45Speaker 1: I can't wait to go cause I already know I'm
- 25:47Speaker 1: gonna be miserable honestly, because they gonna stick some dominoes
- 25:51Speaker 1: to my throat and check everything to see what they
- 25:54Speaker 1: can find. They're also gonna have to probably stick them
- 25:56Speaker 1: down my ears. I'm just gonna be miserable across the board.
- 25:59Speaker 1: I'm just gonna be purity miserable. So at the end
- 26:05Speaker 1: of the day, like I said, a lot of people
- 26:08Speaker 1: think that it's about putting everybody else for yourself. No
- 26:13Speaker 1: it's not. Let me explain this now. Jesus when Jesus
- 26:19Speaker 1: was born and Jesus had this calling, Okay, the one
- 26:24Speaker 1: thing that Jesus did not do, and I paid attention
- 26:27Speaker 1: to this, Jesus helped people, but not by doing what
- 26:33Speaker 1: they were supposed to be doing. He assisted people, okay.
- 26:38Speaker 1: And I learned that with God, that's what God does.
- 26:41Speaker 1: God can only assist you, Okay. God can't make you
- 26:46Speaker 1: do nothing. Devil can't make you do nothing. You gotta
- 26:49Speaker 1: choose which one. As far as whichever one you choose
- 26:52Speaker 1: to listen to. So what I learned is now and
- 26:57Speaker 1: I realized why I became a life coach. At that second.
- 27:00Speaker 1: I said, it's not about me helping people. It's about
- 27:05Speaker 1: me assisting people. So I got to go about this
- 27:09Speaker 1: a completely different way. So I said, you know what,
- 27:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna assist people, but they gonna do it themselves.
- 27:17Speaker 1: And that's what I mean. And for a lot of
- 27:20Speaker 1: us that are people pleasers, we're the one actually doing
- 27:24Speaker 1: it for them. So in other words, we're enabling them.
- 27:28Speaker 1: So I realized that, no, that's not what I'm gonna do.
- 27:32Speaker 1: It's just like when Jesus when it came to healing people.
- 27:36Speaker 1: That woman that touched his cloak, she wasn't supposed touch
- 27:39Speaker 1: his cloth. But guess what, Jesus get mad about it.
- 27:43Speaker 1: But he helped her. But it wasn't an attention, but
- 27:47Speaker 1: he still helped her. But when you think about the
- 27:50Speaker 1: word help, you think that you have to actually be
- 27:54Speaker 1: the one to do it. You got to be the
- 27:56Speaker 1: one that actually pay somebody bills. You gotta be the
- 27:59Speaker 1: one to ask, you know, do whatever it is they're
- 28:02Speaker 1: asking you to do. No, homeboy, I'm supposed to assist you.
- 28:07Speaker 1: That's it. I'm supposed to assist you. I am not
- 28:11Speaker 1: supposed to pay your rent and I don't live there.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I am not supposed to put nothing in my name
- 28:17Speaker 1: that I ain't drying. So I've learned from these experiences
- 28:25Speaker 1: that unless the person does for me what I do
- 28:28Speaker 1: for them, unless they're gonna pay me back my money,
- 28:33Speaker 1: the answer is nothing. Now. Can I take my money
- 28:38Speaker 1: and help the homeless, yep. Can I take my money
- 28:41Speaker 1: and build a business to help people far as employment, yep,
- 28:44Speaker 1: I can do all of that, But when they come
- 28:47Speaker 1: to personal Nope, mm hmm, absolutely not. So it is
- 28:54Speaker 1: fifty to fifty for me because I am not taking
- 28:58Speaker 1: care of kids all by myself, and I laid down
- 29:00Speaker 1: and had these kids by myself. Absolutely not. I am
- 29:03Speaker 1: not paying these bills by myself. Nope. We're going fifty
- 29:07Speaker 1: to fifty because we gonna have a work life balance.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I'm not having my husband out there working and he's
- 29:13Speaker 1: working himself to the point that he loses life before me.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Absolutely not. I want my husband here as long as
- 29:20Speaker 1: he can be here. So that means that basically we
- 29:24Speaker 1: both have to work, then we both gonna be working.
- 29:26Speaker 1: I'll just be working from home, He'll be working wherever
- 29:29Speaker 1: he's working at Now, once I build my business, then
- 29:31Speaker 1: I retire my husband. That's how that going. I retire
- 29:35Speaker 1: my husband. So when you say you mind your own business,
- 29:39Speaker 1: that is actly what that means. Just because I'm at
- 29:43Speaker 1: home does not mean I can't work. Just because I'm
- 29:45Speaker 1: at home doesn't mean I can't start a business. So
- 29:49Speaker 1: I don't know why y'all think that because a woman's
- 29:51Speaker 1: at home, then she can't start a business, she can't
- 29:54Speaker 1: start a brand. I don't even know why men are
- 29:56Speaker 1: intimidated by that. So my old thing is, if I
- 30:00Speaker 1: can live out my dream and my husband is gonna
- 30:03Speaker 1: help me make my dream and reality, why am I not?
- 30:08Speaker 1: So that's the thing, y'all giving up everything for people
- 30:12Speaker 1: that will never give it up for you. Y'all up
- 30:16Speaker 1: here giving up everything with people that's never gonna give
- 30:19Speaker 1: you what you give them. And that's why God said
- 30:22Speaker 1: you don't mess with a non believer, because a believer
- 30:27Speaker 1: is never gonna leave you out there like that. A
- 30:30Speaker 1: believer is gonna be like, look, we both gonna fulfill
- 30:33Speaker 1: our dreams, and whoever is the one that makes it first,
- 30:36Speaker 1: you're gonna bring the other one wills. It's just like
- 30:39Speaker 1: with Moses after what happened when he went away and
- 30:43Speaker 1: they were worshiping all them gods, and he came back
- 30:46Speaker 1: with the Ten Commandments, and they had spent forty years
- 30:49Speaker 1: out now, but he made sure they were good. And
- 30:52Speaker 1: that's my point. There are people that can sit there
- 30:56Speaker 1: all day and tell you what you need to do,
- 30:59Speaker 1: but that don't mean that you're gonna do it. You
- 31:00Speaker 1: gonna do whatever it is that you wanna do, and
- 31:03Speaker 1: however it is that you choose to do it. So
- 31:08Speaker 1: I'm not gonna sit up here and tell nobody what
- 31:12Speaker 1: you need to do. But my question is, why do
- 31:16Speaker 1: you want to do it now? I can only assist you.
- 31:20Speaker 1: That's the only thing I do. This is your journey,
- 31:22Speaker 1: not mine now, and I own this journey with you. Yep.
- 31:25Speaker 1: If you somebody on the weight loss Jenner, we can
- 31:27Speaker 1: do it together because I'm on it too. So if
- 31:31Speaker 1: it if it just so happens that we both on
- 31:33Speaker 1: the same journey, we can do it together. We can
- 31:36Speaker 1: do this journey right together, and we can assist each other.
- 31:41Speaker 1: So at the end of the day, there will be
- 31:43Speaker 1: some there will be times that I have clients and
- 31:45Speaker 1: we both on the same journey. We can help each
- 31:48Speaker 1: other out, cause again I'm going through this journey with you.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I'm walking right along with you on this journey, but
- 31:57Speaker 1: I'm not being pulled down with you. Differ. I'm gonna
- 32:02Speaker 1: go there with you. I'm gonna cry with you, but
- 32:04Speaker 1: I'm just not gonna be affected and impacted by it.
- 32:08Speaker 1: But I will be there with you through it. So again,
- 32:14Speaker 1: you gotta know when to walk, when to say, Nope,
- 32:17Speaker 1: I'm not getting involved in that. They ain't got nothing
- 32:19Speaker 1: to do with me. Whatever you got going on negative
- 32:23Speaker 1: is not something I'm even trying to get involved in.
- 32:28Speaker 1: So again, a lot of y'all up here getting involved
- 32:31Speaker 1: in stuff that ain't got nothing to do with you.
- 32:34Speaker 1: And then when everything fall apart, then all of a sudden,
- 32:37Speaker 1: you wanna blame everybody else. Now you wanna talk. Now,
- 32:40Speaker 1: you wanna tell the police everything you done did. Now
- 32:43Speaker 1: you wanna sit there and say, this is my confession.
- 32:47Speaker 1: So now you wanna confess. Now you wanna say, oh,
- 32:50Speaker 1: I ain't had nothing to do with it. It was
- 32:52Speaker 1: sach and sad. I was just there, But you was
- 32:55Speaker 1: there when that girl got sexey insulted. You mean tell
- 32:58Speaker 1: me you don't think you're not going to jail. You was,
- 33:00Speaker 1: and you could have stopped the situation, and you chose
- 33:02Speaker 1: to let it continue. Nope, you mean to tell me
- 33:05Speaker 1: you unerliwed your child, and you left your child for days,
- 33:08Speaker 1: and now you're gonna say, well my child and God
- 33:10Speaker 1: forgive me. Oh my God. People kill me when they
- 33:15Speaker 1: say that. They were like, well, God forgave me. You
- 33:20Speaker 1: mean the fact that you committed blasphemy, sweetheart? I mean
- 33:26Speaker 1: people understand some him. God can forgive anybody, okay, But
- 33:36Speaker 1: at the same time, even God can get tired of you.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Even God can get tired of you cause God can
- 33:43Speaker 1: keep telling you over and over again, leave this person alone,
- 33:46Speaker 1: Stop staying with this person. Do not stay with this person.
- 33:48Speaker 1: When they put their hands on you, leave immediately. No,
- 33:51Speaker 1: you continue going back. What are you going back from?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Why are you going back from? Going back for what
- 33:58Speaker 1: he ain't gonna change. Seeing a video day of a girl,
- 34:02Speaker 1: a NFL player put his hands on a girl, he
- 34:07Speaker 1: begging her not to say nothing because he don't want
- 34:10Speaker 1: to lose his career. It's viral now that man pushed
- 34:13Speaker 1: that girl right smack in the face. Is she gonna leave?
- 34:20Speaker 1: Probably not? Probably not so not a police gonna get involved.
- 34:30Speaker 1: So all I'm saying to y'all is I know you
- 34:33Speaker 1: love people. I know you like people. I know you
- 34:37Speaker 1: wanna be in a relationship with people. But it ain't
- 34:40Speaker 1: worth it if I'm the person doing everything and I
- 34:42Speaker 1: ain't getting nothing out of it. So let me explain
- 34:45Speaker 1: what I mean when I say fifty to fifty evenly yoked.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'm not a build of bear. I'm not
- 34:52Speaker 1: a build a doll. I'm not a seat feeling. I'm
- 34:54Speaker 1: not a captain saber hole, and I certainly am not
- 34:57Speaker 1: of people pleaser. At this point, I've done that my
- 34:59Speaker 1: whole in time life, and I refuse to do it
- 35:01Speaker 1: again no more. Okay, Now, since being in isolation, when
- 35:07Speaker 1: God pulled me away from all the people that have
- 35:09Speaker 1: wronged me. Before I got involved in a sex cult situation,
- 35:13Speaker 1: I had just went through this situation personally, I came
- 35:19Speaker 1: to a lot of realizations long before the sex coat.
- 35:25Speaker 1: So when God says come as you are, That's why
- 35:28Speaker 1: I come as I am. Because God says to come
- 35:30Speaker 1: as you are, no makeup, no fake care, come as
- 35:33Speaker 1: you are, Okay, So I'm coming as I am. It
- 35:39Speaker 1: was not about me being cute in that situation because
- 35:42Speaker 1: I didn't feel cute. I was sick. I'm still going
- 35:44Speaker 1: through it right now. I'm still going through throat issues
- 35:49Speaker 1: right now. So at the end of the day, you
- 35:53Speaker 1: don't know what somebody is dealing with and what they're
- 35:55Speaker 1: going through. But the fact it was the assumptions. For me,
- 35:59Speaker 1: it was our all of these things. Now, I'm like,
- 36:01Speaker 1: when did I do all this stuff? Again? When was
- 36:05Speaker 1: I all of this? I'm like, Jesus, I ain't, no,
- 36:07Speaker 1: my life is that interesting. They made my life interesting
- 36:10Speaker 1: in what it actually was. So what I want people
- 36:17Speaker 1: to understand is I get it. I really really do.
- 36:23Speaker 1: I understand. I really do. But at the end of
- 36:27Speaker 1: the day, I am I'm a grown woman. I just
- 36:29Speaker 1: don't got time for this nonsense. I yop, I got
- 36:32Speaker 1: called for it. I'm too grown. I'm asking an adult.
- 36:38Speaker 1: If you ain't picked up on that by now, I'm
- 36:40Speaker 1: actually an adult. I mean, I take all my responsibilities.
- 36:45Speaker 1: I made sure my bills are paid, I made sure
- 36:47Speaker 1: my son is good. I don't know what you're talking about, honey.
- 36:51Speaker 1: I can't never not be an adult. I can't be
- 36:55Speaker 1: an adult if nobody takes care of me said, how
- 36:57Speaker 1: in the world can I be an adult If I'm sick,
- 36:59Speaker 1: I gotta take care of me or so, But yet
- 37:02Speaker 1: everybody else wants me to take care of them. Everybody
- 37:06Speaker 1: wants me to be jumping when they say hi, Hi.
- 37:10Speaker 1: And at one time I used to be there. So now,
- 37:13Speaker 1: being in this cocoon, my phone does not ring, Nobody
- 37:17Speaker 1: calls me and they do only accept my mama and
- 37:20Speaker 1: everybody else called me when they want something. So, like
- 37:25Speaker 1: I said, did you really think God was gonna send
- 37:28Speaker 1: somebody in this situation that wasn't gonna be like me?
- 37:34Speaker 1: Do you not understand why God sent me in the
- 37:36Speaker 1: situation in the first place. I'm geting to tell you.
- 37:40Speaker 1: God knew that I would be preparing for this. God
- 37:45Speaker 1: knew that I could handle this situation. God knew that
- 37:51Speaker 1: I was gonna be going through what I went through,
- 37:53Speaker 1: and God prepped me for it. He prepped me for it.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Was it he He's going through it? No, and my
- 38:03Speaker 1: better person for it, yep, and my going through the
- 38:07Speaker 1: aftermath of it. Absolutely, absolutely I am. But at the
- 38:15Speaker 1: end of the day, like I said, what I've learned
- 38:18Speaker 1: in this situation and the one thing about a sabbatical.
- 38:24Speaker 1: It is a up and uphill battle because when I
- 38:29Speaker 1: tell you, letting go of things that you've been doing
- 38:33Speaker 1: for a long period of time is the hardest thing
- 38:37Speaker 1: to do. When I tell you, trying something new is
- 38:41Speaker 1: not as easy as y'all think it is, cause it ain't.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Being uncomfortable is not easy, cause it ain't realizing that
- 38:50Speaker 1: nobody was ever your friend and nobody ever loved you
- 38:53Speaker 1: in the first place. As a hard pedal swallow except
- 38:56Speaker 1: your parents is a hard pedal swallow. When I tell you, you
- 39:02Speaker 1: feel purety empty and you feel like, oh my god,
- 39:05Speaker 1: I wasted all of these years and all these people
- 39:08Speaker 1: that weren't worth me. When I tell you your break break down, honey,
- 39:12Speaker 1: you break break down. Brian Carry said it best when
- 39:16Speaker 1: she said it, break break down, honey. When I tell
- 39:21Speaker 1: you the pain, the hurt that your twelve s systems
- 39:28Speaker 1: in the body, honey, how it's been impacted, you have
- 39:32Speaker 1: no idea. So now that I know all of this,
- 39:37Speaker 1: and now that I'm getting an understanding of all of this,
- 39:42Speaker 1: which I wish i'da got when I was younger, now
- 39:45Speaker 1: I'm like absolutely not no. So now I'm like, okay,
- 39:51Speaker 1: let me do this differently. Let me instead of instead
- 39:55Speaker 1: of me trying to give advice, just make a suggestion.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Just use my story as a way of helping people
- 40:04Speaker 1: every day, talking about my good days, my bad days,
- 40:07Speaker 1: you know, people seeing me exercise, people seeing me in
- 40:11Speaker 1: the kitchen, seeing me trying to figure things out. Now,
- 40:15Speaker 1: if you gonna show it, show it off, if you
- 40:18Speaker 1: gonna show it, show everything. Don't just get up here
- 40:21Speaker 1: because now you healed. Now you wanna get on here
- 40:23Speaker 1: and tell everybody else how to heal. Uh huh. Don't
- 40:25Speaker 1: work the way. Everybody heals differently, everybody going through the
- 40:29Speaker 1: same thing, but in multiple different passes depending on where
- 40:32Speaker 1: you at in dimensions. Kay, where you hit the twelfth dimension.
- 40:37Speaker 1: It ain't no looking back, ain't no going back, and
- 40:39Speaker 1: I ain't going at it. I don't care what you do.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I'm not coming back to a third dimension. It just
- 40:44Speaker 1: ain't gonna happen. And I'm sorry. It just ain't. So
- 40:47Speaker 1: when I look at it, when I think about the
- 40:49Speaker 1: story of a lot, I think about not looking back
- 40:51Speaker 1: at any aspect whatsoever. But I realize I have been looking,
- 40:57Speaker 1: I have been going back, cause I'm doing the same thing.
- 41:00Speaker 1: I shouldn't be doing in the first place. So I
- 41:03Speaker 1: thank God I've come to those realizations. I realized a
- 41:08Speaker 1: lot of things that I wish to God I never did,
- 41:12Speaker 1: but I can't go back and change them. But I
- 41:14Speaker 1: promise you it ain't gonna happen again. It's not happening again.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I'm giving it to God. I'm giving myself completely to God.
- 41:26Speaker 1: And that's it. So yeah, I'm a little I'm a
- 41:29Speaker 1: little very simple, boring life. And whatever it is a
- 41:33Speaker 1: God wants to bring in my life, I'm all for.
- 41:35Speaker 1: I reviewed negativities and it back when it came. I
- 41:38Speaker 1: am giving God all my pain on my hurt and
- 41:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna do exactly what God is telling me to
- 41:44Speaker 1: do to find my purpose and my path and my
- 41:47Speaker 1: journey to a new and bettered person. And God is like, look,
- 41:50Speaker 1: this is how we're gonna do this. You're gonna do
- 41:52Speaker 1: your life coaching best upon my standards, not society standards.
- 41:57Speaker 1: My standards, we gonna forget about society standards when it
- 42:01Speaker 1: comes to recovery. We go through things based upon mind standards.
- 42:06Speaker 1: So that's what I'm learning right now. I am learning
- 42:09Speaker 1: God's standards or how to recover and how to heat.
- 42:12Speaker 1: I'm learning God's start. I'm learning God's standards. When they
- 42:15Speaker 1: come to walking away for situations it ain't gonna serve
- 42:17Speaker 1: me a purpose. I'm on God's standing. I'm on God's purpose.
- 42:21Speaker 1: When they come down to somebody saying, oh, you want
- 42:24Speaker 1: to have sex, absolutely not. I'm not married. I'm not
- 42:26Speaker 1: having sex. Nope, nope, So you're not gonna nope, nope.
- 42:34Speaker 1: As soon as you tell me. If i even hear
- 42:36Speaker 1: the word, I'm not anything when I'm not, okay, cool,
- 42:43Speaker 1: that's all you gotta say, uh huh cool. Anybody got
- 42:47Speaker 1: something negative? Stay, I'm looking. The only thing I'm saying
- 42:50Speaker 1: to you, gonna pray for you. You not gonna get
- 42:53Speaker 1: the reaction you won't from me. If anything, I'm gonna
- 42:56Speaker 1: laugh at you and keep on going all the thing
- 42:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna say. You know, you know what, I'm gonna
- 43:01Speaker 1: pray for you, because you know what, I ain't even
- 43:03Speaker 1: got time finished. You have a good day. I am
- 43:06Speaker 1: not entertaining negative people at all at this point. I'm
- 43:09Speaker 1: just not mm hmm, nope, absolutely none. Am I am
- 43:17Speaker 1: I repeating twenty eighteen No mm hmm. When I say
- 43:25Speaker 1: I'm not looking back. I mean necessarily, I'm not looking back.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I am looking forward to the present, in the future.
- 43:32Speaker 1: I got a book. I gotta book to write and
- 43:34Speaker 1: courses do. And that's exactly what I plan to do
- 43:38Speaker 1: this weekend. This weekend is gonna be a rest period.
- 43:45Speaker 1: The weekend it since I can't drive right now, it's
- 43:48Speaker 1: gonna be a rest period. I'm gonna rest. I'm gonna
- 43:51Speaker 1: get some sleep. I'm gonna go outside, go for a walk,
- 43:54Speaker 1: and I'm going to get my exercise in, even though
- 43:57Speaker 1: i might be in pain. But that's all right, because
- 44:00Speaker 1: that's the way it starts. You are going to be
- 44:02Speaker 1: in pain. So, like I said, for those of y'all
- 44:05Speaker 1: who keep thinking you gotta work, you gotta walk ten
- 44:08Speaker 1: thousand miles, No you don't. My suggestion is just walk
- 44:13Speaker 1: until you start hurting. When you start working hurting, you
- 44:17Speaker 1: turn around, stop for a second, and then you stop.
- 44:21Speaker 1: If you feel like you can't make it, walk back,
- 44:25Speaker 1: walk yourself back, go inside and do just do steps.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Find you a stretch of exercise, find you a step
- 44:34Speaker 1: in exercise, find something where you ain't gotta get on
- 44:37Speaker 1: the ground. So let me, let me, let me give you.
- 44:39Speaker 1: The best advice I can give you my own, my
- 44:41Speaker 1: own from frying of pain. If you cannot get down
- 44:45Speaker 1: that ground, don't start exercises with the ground. Don't even
- 44:48Speaker 1: do it. What you need to do is get your
- 44:51Speaker 1: your legs, your legs and that part of your body
- 44:55Speaker 1: on down ready for that. So when you get on
- 44:57Speaker 1: the floor, it's gonna be easier for you to be
- 45:00Speaker 1: able to be on that flow. But if you somebody
- 45:03Speaker 1: like me, the once you get down you can't get
- 45:05Speaker 1: back up, don't even do it. Don't you do it.
- 45:09Speaker 1: Don't even waste your time getting down that flow and
- 45:11Speaker 1: doing the exercise because you ain't gonna be able to
- 45:13Speaker 1: do it. Don't even do it. The best thing to
- 45:16Speaker 1: do is start with a treadmill, start with a bike,
- 45:24Speaker 1: start with you know, the little the little canoe thing,
- 45:28Speaker 1: start with stuff like muscle stuff, get you some weights
- 45:32Speaker 1: and just start. You know. But again, you gonna need
- 45:36Speaker 1: enough protein. God good. That's why people say, well, why
- 45:42Speaker 1: you don't why you don't work out in the morning,
- 45:43Speaker 1: because you're gonna eat That's why unless you ain't gonna
- 45:48Speaker 1: eat nothing for a couple of hours, meaning that let's say,
- 45:52Speaker 1: for example, you may you may decide to get a
- 45:56Speaker 1: protein shape and you decide to eat to that before
- 46:00Speaker 1: you go to gym. Are you going to be hungry?
- 46:04Speaker 1: Yes you are. That's unrealistic. But it may say no
- 46:15Speaker 1: there it is. So all I'm saying to y'all is
- 46:23Speaker 1: you're worrying about the wrong things. It don't matter. Do
- 46:27Speaker 1: what works for you. Don't worry about everybody else in
- 46:30Speaker 1: what they got going on. Don't worry about what everybody
- 46:33Speaker 1: else is doing. Focus on yourself. That's all thing you
- 46:35Speaker 1: need to focus on. And if the other person don't
- 46:38Speaker 1: want to focus on you, I'm sorry, I gotta go.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I'm leaving on the midnight trans Georgia. So again, if
- 46:46Speaker 1: God didn't bring that person, don't bring them to your world.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Don't even do it. Leave them where they at. Your
- 46:56Speaker 1: blessings is your blessings, and you need to enjoy your blessings.
- 47:00Speaker 1: You cannot employ. You cannot enjoy your blessings with everybody
- 47:03Speaker 1: else around you, which is why God pulls you from
- 47:06Speaker 1: the world so you can basically enjoy the fruits of
- 47:10Speaker 1: your labor. So when God starts giving you large sums
- 47:13Speaker 1: of money, you're now giving back. So now what you're
- 47:17Speaker 1: doing is you're now building community centers. You're now building
- 47:22Speaker 1: things is actually literally gonna help people that what you
- 47:26Speaker 1: gonna do, You gonna build community centers where where kids
- 47:32Speaker 1: can go after school and be able to not have
- 47:35Speaker 1: to pay nothing. We're maybe fifty dollars every two weeks.
- 47:40Speaker 1: They get food, they get at they get after school programs,
- 47:44Speaker 1: they get all that stuff, and all they gotta do
- 47:47Speaker 1: is pay a monthly fee and it ain't that expensive.
- 47:52Speaker 1: And that monthly fee covers every single thing that's in
- 47:55Speaker 1: there that they choose to do, whether it's gymnastics, whether
- 48:00Speaker 1: it's whatever, and getting it as a nonprofit, because a
- 48:05Speaker 1: nonprofit are people still get paid, but they get paid
- 48:09Speaker 1: a sex a set income. But if we end up
- 48:12Speaker 1: expanding it, then it'd be something different. So what I'm
- 48:18Speaker 1: saying to y'all is when God puts you in isolation,
- 48:23Speaker 1: there's a reason God puts you there. And what I
- 48:26Speaker 1: learned is you gotta click off everything, social media, all
- 48:30Speaker 1: of it, and you need to sit down. And that's
- 48:34Speaker 1: something I'm getting ready to start doing. That's why every
- 48:36Speaker 1: Sunday I sit down and I read the Bible, or
- 48:41Speaker 1: if I listen to Transformation Church, for example, I might
- 48:45Speaker 1: listen today They wends Tuesday, Monday, and Wednesday night prayer session.
- 48:51Speaker 1: So again, so I can learn how to read the Bible.
- 48:57Speaker 1: So again, my life may be boring, but at least
- 49:02Speaker 1: my least I'm covered. So again, once I get to
- 49:06Speaker 1: that place where I give my life a completely God,
- 49:09Speaker 1: which I have, and the Holy Spirit comes in me,
- 49:14Speaker 1: you best believe I'm just gonna have a dull born life.
- 49:17Speaker 1: I am not going out here for no excitement. I
- 49:19Speaker 1: don't wote no excitement. So let me tell you what
- 49:22Speaker 1: happens when you go into this nice cocoons And why
- 49:26Speaker 1: talk about this? Because when you are by yourself and
- 49:29Speaker 1: I'm tired of y'all lie in time, you gotta have people,
- 49:33Speaker 1: No I no, I don't. No, I don't because when
- 49:35Speaker 1: I have you around me, they didn't appreciate me. And
- 49:38Speaker 1: a few friends I do got. I like keeping them
- 49:41Speaker 1: at a distance. You want to know why, because when
- 49:43Speaker 1: I went through what I went through and that sex coat,
- 49:46Speaker 1: what exactly did people do? Call my friends and family?
- 49:49Speaker 1: This is why I keep everybody at the distance. See
- 49:54Speaker 1: that what I'm saying. They thought I was everybody else.
- 49:56Speaker 1: They thought my parents were gonna be able to spell. Y'all,
- 49:58Speaker 1: don't go ahead on somewher. Do you not know? I
- 50:01Speaker 1: don't bring nobody involved in my situation. Do you know
- 50:05Speaker 1: I love people enough not to bring them and nothing
- 50:08Speaker 1: that has nothing to do with me negative? Do you
- 50:11Speaker 1: know There's so many things I've never told my parents.
- 50:14Speaker 1: Even to this day, I never speak on it. Am
- 50:19Speaker 1: I dealing with the damage of it physically? Absolutely? You
- 50:23Speaker 1: want to know why God put me in isolation? God,
- 50:25Speaker 1: I put me in an isolation because of the damage
- 50:29Speaker 1: physically that I was dealing with, because when I couldn't
- 50:32Speaker 1: walk them two times I couldn't walk, then had emergency
- 50:36Speaker 1: god bladder surgeries and had to have a hysterectomy and
- 50:39Speaker 1: to hernia surgeries and I and I told her I
- 50:43Speaker 1: gotta go back because they said they found a polyot
- 50:46Speaker 1: in my stomach. They got rid of it, but if
- 50:49Speaker 1: there's damage, they may have to give me an antibiotic.
- 50:53Speaker 1: I gotta get some blood drawn. So I'm living with
- 50:57Speaker 1: this situation, and yet I'm in pain every day all
- 51:02Speaker 1: day every day. Now, I have good days. I have
- 51:05Speaker 1: good days with some days, you know, if I move
- 51:08Speaker 1: around a little bit. But this is what happens when
- 51:11Speaker 1: you're not allowed to work out. So this is actually
- 51:15Speaker 1: because I didn't have no information of what was wrong.
- 51:19Speaker 1: So now all of these things that are affecting me
- 51:21Speaker 1: now are things that could have been here a long
- 51:24Speaker 1: time ago, but because I had doctors that couldn't tell
- 51:27Speaker 1: me what was wrong, because I didn't have insurance. Now
- 51:32Speaker 1: I'm paying for it, trust me. So now you know
- 51:36Speaker 1: what the God is like, I want you to just
- 51:39Speaker 1: sit still for a minute. But what I need you
- 51:43Speaker 1: to do. I need you to get off social media.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I need you to stop strolling. And that's been the
- 51:52Speaker 1: hardest thing for me to do because it's the only
- 51:54Speaker 1: connection I have to the world. And God is like, nope,
- 51:57Speaker 1: I want you to stop. And today I realized why
- 52:03Speaker 1: my eyes were feeling weird Today. Y'all don't understand the
- 52:07Speaker 1: damage y'all being on your phones and looking on the
- 52:09Speaker 1: phones due to you to your vision. I gotta go
- 52:13Speaker 1: for an eye appointment anyway, so I gotta get that
- 52:16Speaker 1: done too. But y'all have no idea the damage that
- 52:21Speaker 1: you do to your body. You really don't that you
- 52:26Speaker 1: cannot be in front of a screen all day. And
- 52:29Speaker 1: this is part of the reason I started my own business.
- 52:31Speaker 1: Because of this reason, I'm tired of looking at a
- 52:36Speaker 1: screen all day. I really am, because I would like
- 52:42Speaker 1: to get up and not even look at TV when
- 52:45Speaker 1: I first wake up. I would like to just get up,
- 52:49Speaker 1: go make breakfast, listen to some music, and go to sleep.
- 52:54Speaker 1: Go listen, listen to listen to my prayers at night
- 52:57Speaker 1: before I go to bed. Y'all keep thinking that godly
- 53:01Speaker 1: people boring, that godly people are ugly. Look, let me
- 53:05Speaker 1: tell you something. I'd rather be a godly person to
- 53:08Speaker 1: be ugly than be an attractive person and be demonic.
- 53:12Speaker 1: I'd rather be a woman as a modest than a
- 53:14Speaker 1: woman as a Jezebel. Let's be clear, I am giving
- 53:23Speaker 1: my throats a break because now it's hurting again. I
- 53:29Speaker 1: was doing so well the past few months, and now
- 53:33Speaker 1: this sudden it's hurting again. I ain't know why, and
- 53:36Speaker 1: our rebute negativity and send it back on what it
- 53:39Speaker 1: came for. It doesn't belong here. The one thing about
- 53:43Speaker 1: demonic experience is it's gonna hit you where it hurts.
- 53:50Speaker 1: So now I say, you know what, instead of me
- 53:52Speaker 1: getting on social media, I'm gonna sit down and write
- 53:55Speaker 1: a book instead. Why Because I need to be an
- 53:58Speaker 1: authority on what it is that I'm talking about. And
- 54:04Speaker 1: I've learned that that's the way I need to go because,
- 54:08Speaker 1: like I said, God has been telling me sit down
- 54:10Speaker 1: and write a book. And then when I saw something
- 54:14Speaker 1: about silence, I said, there it is right there. I
- 54:17Speaker 1: always always look at things in threes when I am not.
- 54:20Speaker 1: I see something three times and one day I'm like, Okay,
- 54:23Speaker 1: I got it. I got it. But don't get me wrong.
- 54:28Speaker 1: I'm still gonna do my morning inspirations and I'm still
- 54:32Speaker 1: gonna do my podcast. I just ain't strolling the more.
- 54:35Speaker 1: That's it. Now. If I do, it'll probably be if
- 54:40Speaker 1: I watch Country Wayne, if I watched like, there's these
- 54:44Speaker 1: dogs that I watch, so I might ask just go
- 54:48Speaker 1: to the page and just watch them and that be it.
- 54:51Speaker 1: But as far as me just strolling, strolling, strolling, stroll,
- 54:54Speaker 1: I ain't doing it. If I'm strolling, I'm strolling for
- 54:57Speaker 1: something specific. So if I decide to watch you know,
- 55:01Speaker 1: the two the three dogs that I've watched them gross
- 55:06Speaker 1: since they were little. Me watching these three Caucasian babies
- 55:12Speaker 1: that are just so adorably cute, Well there's four of
- 55:15Speaker 1: them now, so there's like, no, sorry, there's five of them.
- 55:19Speaker 1: So there's like there's like four families and their babies,
- 55:23Speaker 1: and I have watched them since they were babies, and
- 55:26Speaker 1: I have watched these babies grow up and now they're
- 55:30Speaker 1: walking and some of them are a little bit older.
- 55:33Speaker 1: But I've been watching these kids since they were a
- 55:35Speaker 1: year old. Some of them have been watching since they
- 55:38Speaker 1: were born. But they are so cute now I watch them,
- 55:44Speaker 1: but that's because I might have taken it. I might
- 55:46Speaker 1: take an hour and say, you know what, let me
- 55:47Speaker 1: go ahead and go through each one of their videos,
- 55:50Speaker 1: check their videos, and that'll be the end of it.
- 55:53Speaker 1: That be it, that'll be all. So it's not that
- 55:58Speaker 1: I have to completely stop strolling, it's just the fact
- 56:03Speaker 1: just strolling, just to be strolling. That part I gotta
- 56:06Speaker 1: stop completely. So at the end of it, like say,
- 56:09Speaker 1: at the end of the night, I say, okay, let
- 56:12Speaker 1: me see what they posted, or if it just so
- 56:16Speaker 1: happens that I happened to see it, and I say, okay,
- 56:21Speaker 1: let me go see the puppies. Cause there's these puppies
- 56:26Speaker 1: that I watch and oh my god, they are so cute.
- 56:29Speaker 1: But they're not having no more puppies. So I watched
- 56:33Speaker 1: when she was pregnant for when she had the babies.
- 56:37Speaker 1: And now the puppies got great homes and that's the
- 56:40Speaker 1: last of the litter because she ended up making it
- 56:43Speaker 1: so they can't have no more babies. So they they
- 56:45Speaker 1: not having no more puppies. She says she ain't doing it.
- 56:48Speaker 1: She says, she already got you know, one one litter
- 56:51Speaker 1: and then you know the bab the the dog didn't
- 56:54Speaker 1: wanna feed the puppies. The the the the mother didn't
- 56:58Speaker 1: wanna feed the puppies. She tried be like nope. So
- 57:01Speaker 1: that's why she said she ain't doing it, because she
- 57:03Speaker 1: said absolutely not in my going through this again. And
- 57:06Speaker 1: I'm not mad at her, especially considering the dog. The
- 57:09Speaker 1: fact that the dog is not gonna feed the puppies.
- 57:12Speaker 1: I don't blame. I don't blame at all. I ain't
- 57:15Speaker 1: even mad at a Ford. But again, like I said,
- 57:19Speaker 1: if God says, okay, you can go and you can
- 57:22Speaker 1: stroll for a little bit. But I have a set
- 57:25Speaker 1: time that I said, okay, maybe an hour. I might
- 57:28Speaker 1: go and look at everything at the end of the
- 57:31Speaker 1: night and look at all these videos and then go
- 57:33Speaker 1: to bit so for the for the majority of the day.
- 57:37Speaker 1: I may not. God says for now, i'musa say no.
- 57:41Speaker 1: Then I have to respect that and just say okay, no.
- 57:45Speaker 1: So I need y'all to understand that when it comes
- 57:47Speaker 1: down to these things, they're important. So when God tell
- 57:51Speaker 1: you know, just say no. It shouldn't even be a
- 57:54Speaker 1: question about that. It shouldn't even be a doubt in
- 57:58Speaker 1: your mind when God says no, God say no. When
- 58:02Speaker 1: God give you standards, you hold on to them standards.
- 58:05Speaker 1: I'm not lowering my standards for you. No, I'm not
- 58:08Speaker 1: going down for you. Absolutely not. Am I gonna do that.
- 58:14Speaker 1: It's just like with Chantale chante and you, me and he,
- 58:21Speaker 1: You me and he, Well it gonna do baby now,
- 58:29Speaker 1: except this you, me and he. So now that's two chanteys.
- 58:38Speaker 1: One is a girl that his sister has known for
- 58:41Speaker 1: a while and they almost got together. And then there's
- 58:44Speaker 1: the one that is it's fiance. If you ain't been
- 58:46Speaker 1: watching Love It first, I mean Love and lock Up,
- 58:50Speaker 1: you might want to watch it because Love and lock Up,
- 58:56Speaker 1: Love and lock Up and now today Fiance is the
- 59:00Speaker 1: prime example of why I say that you gotta be
- 59:08Speaker 1: very very mindful. Now it ain't nothing wrong with finding
- 59:11Speaker 1: the level broad because I've been watching couples that have
- 59:14Speaker 1: went abroad and they still together and they happy and
- 59:18Speaker 1: they have a great life. So I'm not saying that
- 59:21Speaker 1: because I saw this one girl from Africa. She's dating
- 59:24Speaker 1: somebody that's German and they've been together for a while
- 59:28Speaker 1: and she finally moved over there, and she said that
- 59:31Speaker 1: she was lonely and she didn't know nobody and she
- 59:34Speaker 1: was homesick. And I get it. I get it because
- 59:37Speaker 1: when you move all the way to another country to
- 59:40Speaker 1: be with somebody and then your your home is like
- 59:43Speaker 1: so far away, it is only natural you're gonna be homesick.
- 59:48Speaker 1: But now that she's built this community on social media,
- 59:52Speaker 1: she's not, you know, lonely no more. Plus she's meeting
- 59:55Speaker 1: people now that she's going out and the bout, and
- 59:57Speaker 1: then not only that, she's now a full time, you know,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: content creator. So, like I said, would I like to
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: have my channel where I'm getting endorsements and getting syndicated. Absolutely,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: I would love that, But I gotta do it the
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: right way, and that means a lot of stuff that
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: I want to talk about. I can't no more. I
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: can't no mo unless I talk about it from a
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: real way, but I get it. I astutely get it.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: So all I'm saying, y'all, is there come a time
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: where God is like, look, you've been doing all of this,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: and you're going through all of this and it's time
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: to stop. So if you're not gonna stop, make it stop.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna shut you down. And every since God has
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: shut me down, I get it because God shut me
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: down to show me that I can't continue to be superwoman.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: I was superwoman. I was one of these people that
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: take people where they wanted to go, and I did
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: all this stuff with people, and not once did I
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: focus on myself. Everything I got I gave to somebody
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: else because I didn't think I deserved it. God is like, no,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: I'm not letting you continue going through this. I'm gonna
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: pull you. But honey, you're gonna be going through some
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: stuff medically. And sure enough, ain't lying. When I got sick.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Where was everybody at? When I had emergency gall blad
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: of surgeon? Where was everybody at? I get sick, I
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: ain't got nobody to take care of me. I don't
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: I either have to go to the hospital or I
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: gotta go to urgent care or my doctor. Say to y'all,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: and you don't know what somebody is dealing with. You
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: don't know what somebody going through. You don't know none
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: that you don't know, somebody got got to deal with.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: So for some of y'all be like, well, you don't
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: never go nowhere because God put me at the house.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: So I am taking this time cause I get it now.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: I get what God is telling me. And that's why
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: you have these sabbaticals, because the sabbaticals are the greatest
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: teachers you could ever have because they gonna teach you
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: so much. So now I'm figuring out what is right
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: and what is wrong as far as knowledge and information
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: that I got. So now I'm deprogramming myself of everything
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: and newly programming the things that God want me to learn,
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: and then I'm sharing them with jump. That's all I'm doing.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: I'm sharing with y'all without learning on these sabbaticals. And
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: today was one of them. Today was Look, you can't
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: keep sitting in front of that, in front of a TV.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: You can't keep sitting in front of computers. You're going
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I gotta have to give your eyes some a break.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: You're gonna have to start going outside. Man. I went
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: outside and went for a walk. It felt horrible cause
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: I felt like a vampire because I've been in the
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: house for so long. Okay, I was doing good when
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: it came to driving, and it ended up happening again.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: And here we are now. I'm not saying I can't drive.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: I'm not saying that I probably can drive, But like
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I said, I'm gonna have to try tomorrow. I'm gonna
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: try to drive a little bit tomorrow. So I'm just
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: telling y'all like this here, it's easier said than done.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: It really is. If y'all think these journeys are easy,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: they're not because doing stuff that's uncomfortable, doing things you
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: ain't never done, befo. If you don't think that's not
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: scary and it's not uncomfortable, then you have no I
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: did what I was speaking of, Okay, you have no idea.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: So all I'm saying to y'all is you're worrying about
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: the wrong things that don't matter. If you find the
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: right person, okay, cool. If you don't, oh will, but
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: everything begins and ends with that person. So I said,
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: I ain't got time for none of this nonsense, I know. So,
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: like I said, I'm going to enjoy it, just just sabbatical.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: I'm going to get my throat or break. I'm gonna
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: sit my butt down and I'm going to do my
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: videos for my podcast for thirty minutes and that's gonna
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: be it. Maybe forty five. That's what I've been doing lately.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: Some of them may run over that, and that's why
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: I have them the way I have them, in the
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: schedule that I have them. So I'm gonna do them
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: exactly as schedule. Now. During the week I may have
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: to do them at six o'clock, but during the weekends
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: I can do them, you know, between the times that
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: I need to do. So I'm trying to get to
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: a place where i can go to bed, get up,
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: start my day, go outside, go for a walk, and
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: come back in. You know, I don't eat nothing until
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: twelve because no man. Weekends, I don't eat two eleventh,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: th Ory twelve o'clock anyway, But during the week I
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: may lick. I might eat a little bit earlier than that. So,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: like I said, you gotta find what works for you.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: If you're someone that's pestarian, then pestarian works for you.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: If it's someone that's vegan, then it works for you.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: But y'all need to understand everything that come. Each one
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: of them's gonna always be something, So sometimes you may
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: have to do a couple of You may have to
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: be a pestarian and eat and do keto. So, like
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: I said, again, it is not people us the reason
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: they're overweight. It is the society is the reason why
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: people overweight. We're the only country that still has a
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: bunch of chemicals that we will not get rid of
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: in food. We're the only ones that have all of
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: these things wrong, and yet nobody's doing nothing about it.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: So I'm a little lost on that one. So, like
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: I said, at the end of the day, I'm gonna
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: sit still, and I'm gonna get up tomorrow and I'm
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: gonna get up and say good morning, God, good morning, jeez,
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: do my morning prayers. I'm gonna sit down and do
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: my work that i need to do, and then I'm
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: going to enjoy the rest of get off, go for
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: a short walk because I'm just starting back walking again.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: So i'ma I'm gonna do a short walk. I'mna try
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: to get my friend and get my stepper and my
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: treadmill together so I can start using them. I got
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: a scale over there. I'm also going to start documentaring
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: in a notebook as far as my journey in six months,
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: cause by January I want to lose about forty pounds,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: so it starts. It starts tomorrow. So now that I
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: because God will bring your answers right smack to you.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: And that's what God did today. God brought me my
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: answers today. I was looming with my friend on the
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: phone and it came and I came to some resolutions.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: So I know what some things are that's going on.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Some of them are infections. Some of them stuff's not
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: circulating where it's supposed to be. So that tells me
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: I need to get up and work out a little
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: bit more. It tells me that in the morning I
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: need to start doing stretches before I start my day.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: That I need to stay away from sugar, which I've
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: been doing pretty good with except with coffee. So but
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: I have the call that it's not really click every
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: once in a while. I'm not saying there's nothing wrong
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: with having something every once in a while, but you
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: need to be the one to make it. I found
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: other sugars that you can use that are better than
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: the ones in the stove. So, like I said, I
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: pretty much got it all situated. I just gotta write
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: everything down. But it works for me. May I work
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: for everybody else, But for some of y'all, it might
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: work for you. All I'm saying is, don't start this
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: journey thinking that weight loss is easy, because it ain't.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: It's hard. It's a lot of work to go into it.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: So all I'm saying is mind your own business forocus
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: on yourself, focus on your health, focus on your wellness,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: focus on you until you get where you need to be.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: And then when God puts you out in the world,
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: this is when everything's gonna be funny to you because
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: when you come back, nobody's gonna be able to recognize you.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: They gonna be so used to you double old version
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: of you. When they finally see a new version of you,
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: they're gonna be, oh, my gosh, you look completely different.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Mh you sure do. So there is a method to
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: my madness because I do things deliberately. I do things
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: to see how things are. If I gotta, if I
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: gotta dress a certain way, just get attention. I don't
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: want it. I don't. So all I'm saying to y'all
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: is you don't know what the circumstance is. You don't, so,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: like I said, when God pull you in a direction,
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: please stop fighting. When God tell you, don't worry about it.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Everything that's meant to you vent for you. I'm gonna
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: bring it to you. Then i'm'a sit back and wait
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: and be patient. I'm'a say it still through this storm,
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: and while I'm going through what I'm going through, I
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: probably will make some great people. But it ain't gonna
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: be nobody I'm looking for. Definitely not. So, like I said,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: I got me a mindful of a lot of things.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: When God says move, you move. When God says sys
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: still sits still. When God says, look, i'm'a cover you
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: from everything, but I don't want you going out because
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: you gonna end up making the wrong choices. But what
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: if people don't understand there? The devil also hears your
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: prayers too, and devil will make you believe that what
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: you prayed for is what it is, but it's not
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: because what you thought it was gonna be it wasn't.
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: So that's how I look at a choice like this.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: When I deal with my clients, it's about making sure
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: they understand that this is their journey. I'm just a
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: loan for the ride. I'm the one that's just setting you.
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: Setting goals so you'll be able to let go to
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: pass and move forward. Is not about going backwards. It's
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: about moving forward. And that's why today I'm glad I
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: kind of went through what I went through, because if
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: I went and went through what I went through, I
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: would have came to these realizations. And that's the point.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: Sometimes God has been telling me for a while what
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: you need to do, and you don't wanna listen. Now
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: you need to listen. You ain't got no choice to maam.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying. Everything will work it self out
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: in time, but I'm not worried about growing people at
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: this point. Only the people that wanna be helped are
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: the people that I will deal with. The ones that don't,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: you can stay right where you at, continue dealing with
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: what you're dealing with. It's just like with Beyonce when
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: it comes Sacred and what's going on with her situation
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: and the fact that all people want her to do
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: is sit there and do music. They don't want her
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: to do nothing else. That's because they broke. They ain't
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: got no money, just like Nikki Bnah, same thing. So
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: I'm a little lost on that. So with that being said,
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: I think that's it for me. But I just wanted
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: to come over here and just tell y'all sometimes justiter
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: even though it ain't fun, even though you wish you
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: can drive. But here the thing I'm g I'm kind
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: of glad this all happened because now I have a
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: Now I have a fool appreciation of driving. I have
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: a full appreciation of so many things that I didn't
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: appreciate the foe. And I promise if I am able
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: to drive again, I'm putting my phone down and I'm
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: just gonna get in the car and I'm just gonna drive.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: That's all I want to do. All I want to
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: do is get healthy and drive. That's it. That's all
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: that's all I want to do is get healthy and drive.
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: That's it. Is that gonna be easy? No, But it
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: is what it is though self. That's what I mean.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Y'all keep thinking is being boring. No, it's about you. Healing, recovery,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: is you're by yourself, but you got to have the
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: right people in place to help you. So you're not
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: really alone. You just gotta find that. You just gotta
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: meet the people. Now I'm about to say, fine, no
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: number one, you ain't looking for anything. Whatever it's meant
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: for you will find you. That's the way I look
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: at that. So I'm gonna getting ready to go to
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: bed and get some rest cause i gotta get up
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: early in the morning and I'm gonna get my throat
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: to rest and rest my throat and pray before I
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: go to bed, and pray in the morning when I
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: wake up. So now I finally have figured it out.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: It took me a little bit, but I figured it out.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: So now there's some things I gotta change because my
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: whole world is. I know it's gonna be different and
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: it's not gonna be boring. That's gonna be fun. But
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: like I said, both of us gotta change. So anyway, said,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: I'm going to bed.
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: So, like I said, there's nothing wrong with sitting still,
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: there's nothing wrong with not being perfect. It's nothing wrong
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: with just saying, you know what, Even though I don't
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: like being in these four walls, that's why. That's why
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: I'm about to start walking. That's exactly why I'm about
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: to start walking, because again, I get some sunlight, I
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: getta be outside, I can listen to music. I get it,
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: just vibe and that's it. That's all. So who knows
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: my body may get better from all of this. So
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: so with that being said, I'm about to get up
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: and give it a bit. But what I will leave
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: is this just because I'm in a cocoon, just because
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: I'm in a hibernation, that's not mean I don't know
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: what's going on out in the world. I'm just tuning
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: it out. I'm focusing on healing right now, and that's
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: exactly what I intend to do starting tomorrow. It's gonna
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: be healing. That's it. That's the only thing I'm focusing on.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: Losing weight, get my throat better, getting everything, and working
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: on my health. I'm not worried about a man, I'm
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: not worried about a friends, I'm not worried about nothing.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: I'm just worried about my health. And the people that
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: God will introduce me will be the people that will
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: help me in that journey. So if a person's not
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: helping me, in that journey, then we don't need to
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: deal with each other at all periods. I'm not looking
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: for nothing. I'm not expecting anything. Whatever it is meant
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: for me, God will bring it plain lank period. I
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: don't have to go look for it, and I'm not
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: going to go look for it. So I just want
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: people to understand that y'all focusing on everybody else's business.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: You're focusing on these demonic spirits. And let me say
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: this to everybody in that sector, y'all allowed a demon
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: to come in there and basically turn all of y'all
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: into negative people. It wasn't y'all, it was just that demon.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: Y'all allowed that demon that was own mister bishop On y'all,
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: I'm the only one that did not. The problem is
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: I'm dealing with the aftermath of it. I am. Is
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: this journey gonna be easy? No, it's not, but it's
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: gonna be worth it in the end when I see
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: the results. So I have to put the phone down,
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: I have to change my diet, I gotta change all
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: of it. But that's the whole point of going through
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: this journey, is to figure out what works for me
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: and what doesn't and now that I know, it's gonna
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: have to be a keto diet, it's gonna have to
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: be meet some vegetables, it's gonna have to be working out,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: it's gonna be happening to go for a walk. And
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: even though I'm in pain, I'm still gonna have to
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: do it. Like today, I was in pain, but guess
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: what I did it. I was in a lot of pain.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: But guess I got through it. Why because God was
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: with me every step of the way. So again, my
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: faith in God does not wavering for nobody. It just ain't.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: My happiness begins with me and me alone. I'm not
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: bringing nobody else in my chaos. So at the end
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: of the day, that means I gotta put my phone
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: down and not pick it up as soon as I
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: get off some as I wake up in the morning,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: check my emails, go listen to my classes, listen to
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: my courses. Anything that's gonna help me with my health
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: and wellness or help me in my business. That is
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: all I'm focused on. Because I procrastinate with my business
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: because I'm focusing on social media. And that's what a
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: lot of us are doing. Because you're worrying about somebody else,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: some celebrity. You could be a celebrity right now if
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: you weren't focused on all these other people. If y'all
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: won't worried about everybody else, you probably be in a
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: different place. Stop worrying about everybody else, and focus on yourself,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: point blank period. Focus on you. God has seen that
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: you have helped people. God has seen what you have
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: done to make people happy. Now, God is like, nope,
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna stop you right here. You ain't gotta do
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: none of that no more. You've already proven you are
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: a child of God. You have proven that no matter
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: what somebody puts you through, you don't retaliate. You just
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: keep on pushing. But now I need you to heal.
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: I need you to heal. Can't do that if I'm
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: constantly messing up my eyes, I can't do that. If
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: I'm not focused on building a business and building a brand,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: I can't do that. If the only thing I'm doing
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: is trying to make something work that just isn't working,
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: doesn't mean I can't do it. It just means I have
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: to cut down on it. Cause God is like, this
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: ain't the way I want you to do it. I
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: want you to do it some way different and that's okay.
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: So again y'all worry about the wrong things. It don't
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: matter not to me. So again I'm focused on healing.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: So I'm tuning all of this out and I'm about
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: getting a meditation. I'm about to learn how to meditate.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: I do it every night for I little bed. I
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: meditate when i'm sleep because that's when I'm the most
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: relaxed when i'm sleep. So I'm gonna continue to do
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: my podcast. I'm gonna continue to do where I don't
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: have to look at anything and just do my podcast.
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: That's it. And eventually when God says, you know what,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: I want you to start going on social media to day.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: But that's because God want me to. So that people
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: said I'm not the bed I'm sleeping. Let's say it.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: It's nothing about being perfect. Let's say all this stuff
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: ain't number to lose. You ain't number a bunch of lies.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: It ain't numb but John A forty four and I
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: ain't got time for it this one.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: Mhm.
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: So there you go. So that's what I figured out today.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: That is my spiritual sabbatical for today. I've learned my
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: health comes first, and everything else centers around that. If
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: you ain't tryna be help with my health, then please
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: don't bother me, if you ain't tryna do right by me,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: and please stay away from me. I have worked on
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: myself mentally, psychologically and spiritually. Now I am working on
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: myself physically, and that is gonna be the hardest journey
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: of all. But I'm up for the challenge because I
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: wanna get better, I really do. And anything that's gonna
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: cause problems, I'm deafinitely staying away from it. And number
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: one is the kids thing. So like I said, I'm
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: not worried about none of this negativity at this point.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: I just wanna heal, and that's what my focus is,
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: finding ways to heal, doing more holistic treatments. Who knows.
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: I might come up with some products. Seriously, I think
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: about getting doctor Savi's healing book of how to heal
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: yourself with certain things. I'm about to think about getting
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: that booth from tip Top, cause you ain't gonna find
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: it nowhere. So again, I might decide to take a
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: trip to go to doctor Save's thing just to get
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: some s just to go get some healing. Who knows.
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: So so With.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: That being said, I appreciate y'all for joining me for
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: this episode. I love y'all and I appreciate y'all if
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: you can taking time to listen to this podcast. That
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: means a lot to me. This podcast is very portional
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: Everyoniz's one of these podcasts I do on spriaker dot com.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: It's very personal to me. It's my version of recovery.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: It's my version of healing. It's my version of being
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: a life coach. It's my version of the different types
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: of recovery that there is. But you can't do 'em
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: all at one time. You gotta do 'em one at
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: a time. I'm at the last phase, which is my
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: which is my physical health. And because I wouldn't be
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: mentally prepared for this if I w was it mentally healthy,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: I am very much mentally healthy. I'm just not physically healthy.
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: I'm emotionally healthy. I am all of that, and right
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: now I'm relinquishing all the negativity. Lord, matter of fact,
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: I'm my prayer now, a heavenly father, I'm first of all,
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: and thank you for creating this world. I thank you
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: for everything that you have given me in this world.
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: And He's fifty years of living. I thank you, my child,
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: my parents, and everybody who loved me. I thank you
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: for every situation You've got me through, and you've guided
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: me through through the assistance of Jesus guide assisting me
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: through your guidance. I thank Jesus for everything that he's
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: done in the exemption that he accepted what a godly
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: person is supposed to be. Even though we don't have
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: the abilities that Jesus does, but we still can have
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: the same heart and the same spirit as Jesus does.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: Jesus satirist, does his life for us, and he gave
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: up everything for us and resurrected from the dead after
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: being in cruse sified by a bunch of people that
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: did not believe that he was the Missiah. He is
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: the example in how as golly people were supposed to be,
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: and as godly people, we will be crucified. As godly people,
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: we will have to repent, and as golly people we
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: were we were. We were resurrects from any negative person
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: in any negative situation as a different person. We are
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: not supposed to rise from negativity and repent and learn
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: and grow and evolve and still be the same person.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: I've learned so much through this spiritual spittal. May you
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: guide me on this healing process, letting me know what
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: I should and should not eat. And you've already started,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: because today you pretty much made me feel bad. Well,
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: you didn't make me feel bad, but by me feeling bad,
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: I came to the realization these are things I don't
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: need to mess with. So I thank you for that.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: I thank you for letting me know through how my
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: body reacts, what I'm I'm supposed to eat, and what
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: I'm not supposed to eat, what I'm supposed to do,
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: and what I'm not supposed to do, and how I'm
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: supposed to be because my mind, my body, and my
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: spirit and emotions have to come together. So God, I'm
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: asking you to help me through this journey of this
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: weight loss journey, this health journey, and everything else on journey.
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: Help me heal my throat, help me heal my back,
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: let me heal, help me heal from arthritis, help me
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: heal from chridct pain and its information and swelling. And
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: may I get through this journey on the other side
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: a new and better person who's lost a lot of weight.
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: But I'm doing it the right way, May you help
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: me one day find love and find happiness and whatever
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: it is you feel that it's meant for me, you
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: are gonna bring to me because you are the one
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: that gets to choose who my husband is. You get
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: to help me choose as far as the paths that
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: I go on and who I choose to be with
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: and who I choose to be around. That is based
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: upon your guidance, based upon Jesus assisting me, and Jesus name. Amen,
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: there you go. That's what I'm starting to do every
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: night prayers. So I'm going to go to bed because
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: it's some sleep. So I just want to come on
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: here and just say to y'all change that only goes
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: with growth. It's also understanding. It's also healing. It is
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: also recovery. There's a whole lot to this. It's not
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: just twelve it's not just thirty, thirty, sixty ninety days.
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: It don't work like that. It don't Recovery does not
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: work like that at all. Recovery is a lifetime because
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: as long as you're in this world and negativity, you're
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: gonna always deal with something you have to recover from.
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: And that's just the way that's just it on that
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: even though it may not happy happen immediately, but doesn't
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: mean it's not gonna happen. So the end of the day,
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: I praise God's name every day. And that's why I
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: made these podcasts, because these podcasts are basically regardless of
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: what happened, there's a higher power that is leading us
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: for the problem is we're going against everything that is
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: the higher power just to be a demonic world and
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: be a part of society's standards. And I'm sorry, I
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: want some parts of it. So with that being said,
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all, I love y'all. Thank y'all for joining
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: me for this episode, and we will talk next time.
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: Bye guys. Oh and don't forget to hit the licenscribed
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: and notification button and don't forget to check out the
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: podcast on spreaker dot com and I'll talk to you later. Bye.
