  Speaker 1: I want to remind everybody today that you got to

  Speaker 1: I know it gets difficult out there sometimes, but you

  Speaker 1: got to keep pressing forward. There's nothing else for you

  Speaker 1: have a job, the way you have to do your job,

  Speaker 1: your job forces you to do this. See, you can't

  Speaker 1: just randomly do this on your job. A job forces

  Speaker 1: you to plan ahead a little bit.

  Speaker 1: A job requires that you go through the procedures in

  Speaker 1: order for something to happen that you want to happen. Example,

  Speaker 1: you want a vacation, you have to put in for

  Speaker 1: that vacation, and that's what it's called on your job,

  Speaker 1: just put in. You may dress it up some other way,

  Speaker 1: but the common sense you have to put in. You

  Speaker 1: got to do that because a job requires it. You

  Speaker 1: got to put in for your vacation. If you want

  Speaker 1: a promotion and you see it post it somewhere that

  Speaker 1: we are now have a position opening, you got to

  Speaker 1: put in for that.

  Speaker 2: You just can't sit back and hope they pick.

  Speaker 1: You, because they're probably going to pick the person who

  Speaker 1: wants it, who shows the initiative to go get it.

  Speaker 2: So you have to put in for a promotion on

  Speaker 2: a lot of jobs.

  Speaker 1: If you want some days off, a couple of days here,

  Speaker 1: for that. But all of these are things that you want.

  Speaker 1: now you want some promotions. If you want a raise,

  Speaker 1: you have to go in and request a raise. It

  Speaker 1: requires an action on your part on your job. And

  Speaker 1: guess what, we've all accepted this as this is the

  Speaker 1: way it's done. You want to raise, you have to

  Speaker 1: put in for a raise. You want to raise, you

  Speaker 1: got to go in and have a meeting and take

  Speaker 1: a request so you can show your value to get

  Speaker 1: to raise. You want a vacation time, you got to

  Speaker 1: put in for that. And then they got they could

  Speaker 1: tell you, yeah, your name, you want a promotion, same thing,

  Speaker 1: you want some days off, same thing. Okay, that's the

  Speaker 1: deal with your job. Well that's the deal with your

  Speaker 1: life too. That exact picture that I painted for you

  Speaker 1: that you're all so very much aware of that you're

  Speaker 1: very crystal clear on the rules and regulations that you

  Speaker 1: have no problem following him the same rules for your life.

  Speaker 1: What you mean by that, Steve, You got to put

  Speaker 1: in with God. You got to put in for what

  Speaker 1: you want with God all you. And it's as simple

  Speaker 1: How much money you really trying to make? Where you

  Speaker 1: really trying to live? What kind of career and job

  Speaker 1: would you really like to have? What kind of person

  Speaker 1: would you really like to be? What type of family

  Speaker 1: are you hoping and wishing for? Who is the person

  Speaker 1: you want in your life? What type of person do

  Speaker 1: you what's the relationship you're looking for what you want,

  Speaker 1: you got to put in for that.

  Speaker 2: You got to put in. You got to go to

  Speaker 2: God and put in for that.

  Speaker 1: See, we'll follow the rules set to us up, set

  Speaker 1: us up and set up by us in a system.

  Speaker 1: But we simple rules are putting in for your life. Man,

  Speaker 1: we don't even do that. I wish I would.

  Speaker 2: Put in for a job and not put in for God.

  Speaker 2: You gotta be kidding me.

  Speaker 1: You think this man that has this company can has

  Speaker 1: more to offer to you in terms of vacation, promos

  Speaker 1: and raisers, Then God got for you for your life.

  Speaker 2: Man, you keep putting too much faith in man.

  Speaker 2: See. But then God tells you that too. He says,

  Speaker 1: I'm working my behind off, but the big thing is

  Speaker 1: I put in for it. So I got a bunch

  Speaker 1: of more stuff that I don't put in for God.

  Speaker 1: the blessings that's due me. If God's passing out of

  Speaker 1: raising blessings, I'm lined up. He passing out a promotion,

  Speaker 1: He was gonna promote some more blessings.

  Speaker 1: He passing out extra checks down at the job. I'm
