- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, it's Lala Kent. Welcome to Untraditionally, Lala. Hello,
- 0:06Speaker 1: my loves, Welcome back to Untraditionally, Lala. I have the
- 0:10Speaker 1: whole pod here today. Eatin. How you doing it?
- 0:16Speaker 2: You deserve it?
- 0:22Speaker 1: What's going on with your baby? I'm just in my feelings.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Are we discussing it this podcast? Are we saving it
- 0:29Speaker 1: for an unlikely affair? Like? What are we doing? I'm processing?
- 0:32Speaker 1: So let's see how it unfolds. I may have to.
- 0:35Speaker 3: I mean, if I start talking about it, I might
- 0:38Speaker 3: cry and then you might see me get really angry
- 0:40Speaker 3: like I did last night.
- 0:41Speaker 1: But well, I will say one thing. Last night I
- 0:46Speaker 1: realized that Amber and I are identical human beings. In short,
- 0:52Speaker 1: it's your story, but I will say this, someone did
- 0:55Speaker 1: her dirty. And when I tell you, she's on FaceTime
- 0:59Speaker 1: laid back like this. He says one wrong thing and
- 1:02Speaker 1: she goes, I don't know who the fuck you think
- 1:06Speaker 1: you're dealing with, but I'm not dealing with you fucking around.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I was like, we are cut from the exact same cloth.
- 1:13Speaker 1: It was beautiful to watch, but then I tapped into like,
- 1:16Speaker 1: you know, we really should work on having more productive
- 1:19Speaker 1: conversations with people.
- 1:21Speaker 3: No, sometimes listen, there's there's a room for a productive conversation.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Not with that man in this moment. There is no
- 1:27Speaker 3: room for a fucking conversation.
- 1:28Speaker 1: MM I agree. I agree. I can't stay home. I'm
- 1:32Speaker 1: a female.
- 1:32Speaker 3: God made me a female, and I can only like
- 1:35Speaker 3: I can't even imagine, like this is me I was.
- 1:38Speaker 3: I was sober and so it's like, you know what
- 1:39Speaker 3: I was. I was calm enough. I wasn't unhinged. That
- 1:42Speaker 3: was not I wouldn't you were not that. It was
- 1:44Speaker 3: not unhinged.
- 1:44Speaker 1: That was just like at all, don't fuck around. I
- 1:47Speaker 1: think we wanted to catch him in more lies because
- 1:50Speaker 1: women want more lives and more lives. It's like, okay,
- 1:53Speaker 1: well the other ten don't really count. Let's see if
- 1:55Speaker 1: you can lie eleven times like that's just who we are.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm mourning a lot. Keep talking anyways.
- 2:03Speaker 1: All is well in the world. All is well in
- 2:05Speaker 1: the world. Ocean has a loose tooth, you guys, I
- 2:10Speaker 1: didn't realize it starts before five and a half. Yeah,
- 2:13Speaker 1: the loose teeth. I felt like I had until at
- 2:16Speaker 1: least six before my baby lost her first tooth.
- 2:19Speaker 3: It needs to come out though, because the other tooth
- 2:21Speaker 3: behind it really wants to. It's like the tooth behind
- 2:24Speaker 3: its coming out between two teeth, So she may lose
- 2:27Speaker 3: both of the front twobe fairly quickly.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Okay, I just am excited for her to lose her
- 2:31Speaker 4: two front ones. Well, not even that they're great, just
- 2:36Speaker 4: because it's so funny to see kids with just no
- 2:39Speaker 4: two front teeth.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Oh, you're going to the cuteness and I'm going to
- 2:42Speaker 1: the esthetic of the gray teeth. I'm like in pearly
- 2:45Speaker 1: wife to show up.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I can't wait to either gray teeth.
- 2:50Speaker 1: It's her and when she introduces herself because she noticed
- 2:55Speaker 1: that when I took her to her first day of
- 2:57Speaker 1: pre K, I told the school, by the way, either
- 3:00Speaker 1: great not because because everyone was like, she's got bottle rot.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I'm like, no, she hit her face, so I felt
- 3:05Speaker 1: it was on me. So I explained to everybody, like,
- 3:07Speaker 1: by the way, her teeth are grain, and then I'd
- 3:09Speaker 1: have to tell her and you're beautiful. They're beautiful, baby.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So now when she meets people, she goes and I
- 3:14Speaker 1: have two great teeth because I was riding a bike
- 3:16Speaker 1: and hit my face on the ground. She's so freaking cute.
- 3:21Speaker 1: But my fear and I don't know if you had
- 3:24Speaker 1: this Amber, but because your kids were still young when
- 3:28Speaker 1: you left our ex but a little bit older, in
- 3:31Speaker 1: a different stage than Ocean obviously. But I'm like, I
- 3:34Speaker 1: don't want her to lose that tooth when she's with him, Like,
- 3:38Speaker 1: I want to be a part of the I know
- 3:40Speaker 1: she goes mom. If I lose it with my dad,
- 3:42Speaker 1: I will tell him he's not allowed to touch it and
- 3:44Speaker 1: I must take it home to my mom where it's safe. Oh.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I was like, tell him that. Tell him that. Also
- 3:51Speaker 1: tell me how much he leaves you, because I'll double it.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm on Ocean's shit list right now. Let's just be real.
- 4:00Speaker 3: And by the way, it's like dealing with a little
- 4:02Speaker 3: Lalla when you're on her ship list, You're like.
- 4:05Speaker 1: What did I do? What does she say? You always
- 4:11Speaker 1: want to participate on the podcast when you don't have
- 4:13Speaker 1: a mic, Then I put a mic in front of
- 4:14Speaker 1: you and you become become cute. I want to hear
- 4:18Speaker 1: how she vented to you. But I every time she
- 4:21Speaker 1: sees Amber. When we went to Montana, she had no issue.
- 4:23Speaker 1: She loves Amber. But when Amber appears at our house.
- 4:27Speaker 1: She knows that it means Amber is sleeping in mom's
- 4:31Speaker 1: bed with me, and Ocean has to sleep in her
- 4:33Speaker 1: own bed, And so she gets very funky with Amber
- 4:36Speaker 1: and goes, how long are you going to be here?
- 4:39Speaker 1: And then right in front of Amber, will say, Mom,
- 4:42Speaker 1: I don't like when Amber comes here? Why does she
- 4:44Speaker 1: always come here? And I have to teach her like
- 4:46Speaker 1: that is rude. How would you feel if someone said
- 4:48Speaker 1: I don't like when Ocean's here? How long is she
- 4:50Speaker 1: going to be here? She said no, But Mom, I
- 4:53Speaker 1: want to sleep in the bed with you anyway, she's
- 4:54Speaker 1: so cute. I put her in her room. She stomps
- 4:57Speaker 1: up the stairs, Amber and iron bed dealing with that.
- 5:01Speaker 4: But hold on, I have to take it back because
- 5:03Speaker 4: after all that happened, Ocean goes over and is asking
- 5:07Speaker 4: for help, and.
- 5:08Speaker 2: She goes Amber and Lauren la goes go over and
- 5:11Speaker 2: help her. She'll like, you.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Go help her. She's gonna like your face. Amber.
- 5:17Speaker 2: You have to Oh. She was getting the checking somewhere.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Lying so much, and then she has so three sleeps,
- 5:26Speaker 1: but tonight counts mom, so there's only one two more.
- 5:30Speaker 1: There's gonna only be one more sleep I'm like, mm hmmm, yeah, yeah, and.
- 5:35Speaker 3: You mean well, but but then you said, you said
- 5:37Speaker 3: to her, what we're taking a bath. She's like, but
- 5:39Speaker 3: Amber's family, and we don't treat family that. She goes, huh,
- 5:44Speaker 3: she does that little stink face. Huh, Like what she goes,
- 5:46Speaker 3: how is she family?
- 5:47Speaker 1: She doesn't even live with us, which makes sense because
- 5:50Speaker 1: she's got the geeeds living with with her and tt so.
- 5:53Speaker 1: And I said, well, your dad doesn't live with you,
- 5:55Speaker 1: and he's family, And then that really got her mind.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Out of state just because I live out of state,
- 5:59Speaker 3: she thinks that, like, we're.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Not your dad lives.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Ocean, He's still family, Disney. I had to explain to her,
- 6:07Speaker 1: this is the mother of your sisters. And then she
- 6:10Speaker 1: does that thing where she goes, that's weird. I'm leaving
- 6:13Speaker 1: where she taps into like a teenager. I'm like, what
- 6:15Speaker 1: the fuck is this? So then we're in bed, she
- 6:18Speaker 1: stomps up and she goes, mom, I have a letter
- 6:22Speaker 1: for you, and she leaves it on me, walks out
- 6:25Speaker 1: the door, looks at me, and I blow her kiss
- 6:27Speaker 1: and she shuts the door. I look at it. She's
- 6:29Speaker 1: drawn herself crying with a broken heart, and then it says, Mama,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I've said it on the podcast a million times. The
- 6:39Speaker 1: girl bathes with me, face masks with me. I don't
- 6:43Speaker 1: even I don't have one moment. And that's great. I
- 6:46Speaker 1: love it so much. But she's got to be able
- 6:49Speaker 1: to adjust when she's at my house. And I get it,
- 6:52Speaker 1: she already has to adjust at the other house. But
- 6:54Speaker 1: this is not a huge day. She doesn't want to
- 6:56Speaker 1: share her mom. She does want to share mom, and
- 6:58Speaker 1: I understand that, and I do everything in my power
- 7:01Speaker 1: to make her understand that. Like, I'm still right here.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I haven't gone anywhere. I did go down there because
- 7:08Speaker 1: she came back up and said, I need to have
- 7:09Speaker 1: a serious talk with you, Mom. Can you please come downstairs,
- 7:12Speaker 1: because she goes, I need to tell you something. Don't
- 7:14Speaker 1: tell amber, and then she whispers in my ear, I've
- 7:17Speaker 1: been crying. So I went downstairs with her and we
- 7:21Speaker 1: had a little chat, and she had drawn something, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: she goes, this is how I will manage my emotions.
- 7:26Speaker 1: If you see that there is a heart in the
- 7:28Speaker 1: center that is my heart. And when I push certain buttons,
- 7:32Speaker 1: then my emotions will fill the heart, and sometimes I
- 7:35Speaker 1: will be happy and sometimes I will be angry. And
- 7:37Speaker 1: I was like, got it understood. I go upstairs. She
- 7:42Speaker 1: comes up to ask me again, can you put the
- 7:44Speaker 1: Quiet Show on? I've been trying to do it through
- 7:46Speaker 1: her little Siri thing which I need to set up
- 7:48Speaker 1: for her on her TV. I go down. I get
- 7:51Speaker 1: her situated with the Quiet Show, and she said, Mom,
- 7:55Speaker 1: I want to let you know I've had a little
- 7:57Speaker 1: time by myself and now I'm happy. Literally she did that.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I said, I'm so proud of you. I'm never going
- 8:04Speaker 1: to be I'm upstairs. You want to come lay with me?
- 8:07Speaker 1: Come upstairs? She said she was fine, all was good,
- 8:09Speaker 1: she worked through her emotions. I was very proud of her. Absolutely,
- 8:13Speaker 1: there's my long winded She is so smart.
- 8:15Speaker 2: What did she do when she came into your room?
- 8:18Speaker 1: Yeah? What?
- 8:18Speaker 5: She wanted to know how many nights.
- 8:22Speaker 4: She thought?
- 8:23Speaker 1: I was lying? I meanwhile, I'm upstairs dealing with a liar.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Why am I lying? I should have?
- 8:28Speaker 1: I got to tell you something.
- 8:29Speaker 2: You know who's lying.
- 8:32Speaker 1: But I've been tracking him for the last three hours
- 8:35Speaker 1: and he's not at one spot he said he is.
- 8:37Speaker 1: That's a liar right there. Her dates old men who
- 8:42Speaker 1: are seen island forget you. Okay, the frog, let's go
- 8:52Speaker 1: Kermit the frog. I love my cur at least my
- 8:54Speaker 1: goat what at least my guys go through puberty.
- 9:02Speaker 2: You could get up.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, but he's six seven, so I'm gonna let
- 9:06Speaker 1: it slide.
- 9:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Oh, is this the man?
- 9:10Speaker 1: The Google, the man, the goober? We like, he's so cute.
- 9:16Speaker 2: He is a goober. I like the menu Amber. They're
- 9:20Speaker 2: very great. I haven't met one, but we've seen pictures.
- 9:23Speaker 2: We've seen pictures and we're judging you.
- 9:28Speaker 1: You trying to make you feel better. No, you have
- 9:34Speaker 1: such a guys.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I know, my beautiful you are these men.
- 9:39Speaker 5: Mhmm.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Here here's the like, okay, on a scale of one
- 9:43Speaker 1: to ten, are.
- 9:44Speaker 5: They make the scale?
- 9:46Speaker 1: They're in the negatives.
- 9:51Speaker 2: We're about to be back on the men that you date.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Is take the out of it because all like, it's
- 10:02Speaker 1: not like I go, beauty is in the eye of
- 10:05Speaker 1: the beholder, doesn't matter. But they put something very different. Yeah.
- 10:13Speaker 1: But you you look at men and you're like, he's
- 10:15Speaker 1: really cute, Lauren, And I'm like, that guy is not
- 10:18Speaker 1: gonna have any hair in a year and a half.
- 10:19Speaker 1: So I'm solid ury Jewish guys, I can't help it.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I don't know why. I don't know. It's not even
- 10:27Speaker 1: about that. It's the men that you're attracting, by the way,
- 10:32Speaker 1: same with me. We're attracting men who the pattern is
- 10:37Speaker 1: the same with them all, and at some point we
- 10:39Speaker 1: have to go this may be a me thing, which
- 10:42Speaker 1: is why after this guy and I've been there where
- 10:45Speaker 1: your heart is in pieces, I want you to go
- 10:48Speaker 1: out and have fun with me like I want my
- 10:51Speaker 1: little like wing women all be yours. We like very
- 10:54Speaker 1: different types of men, so we'll be going to very
- 10:56Speaker 1: different places, but we're attracting the same quality. Has nothing
- 11:02Speaker 1: to do with the looks, has everything to do with
- 11:06Speaker 1: the personality. Where they come in on a white horse
- 11:10Speaker 1: and you feel like this one's gonna be different, but
- 11:12Speaker 1: then they end up doing the exact same thing that
- 11:15Speaker 1: the one before that did and the one before that did,
- 11:18Speaker 1: and they plug into our wounds. We have to make
- 11:20Speaker 1: sure that right off the bat we don't tell men
- 11:23Speaker 1: what we've been through, because sometimes I feel like the
- 11:25Speaker 1: men were bringing in clock that and use it against
- 11:29Speaker 1: us to manipulate and do whatever it is that they do.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And that's that's an US issue. Because we can only
- 11:34Speaker 1: control ourselves.
- 11:36Speaker 3: So what if what if you choose the next guy
- 11:41Speaker 3: I get to go out on a date with, and
- 11:43Speaker 3: I get to choose the next guy you.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Go out on a date with. Oh god, I don't
- 11:48Speaker 1: love that. I don't love that. All right, well, just
- 11:53Speaker 1: because I want to be able to get laid at
- 11:55Speaker 1: the end of sorry, plug your ears, Easton, And I
- 11:57Speaker 1: don't think that the guy you pick for me, I'm
- 11:59Speaker 1: gonna want to touch you. You don't know what I'm
- 12:01Speaker 1: gonna pick.
- 12:02Speaker 2: I feel like she's not gonna pick her type of
- 12:03Speaker 2: guy for you. She's going to pick a guy that
- 12:05Speaker 2: is in your realm.
- 12:06Speaker 1: But she is going like, yeah, I love this for you,
- 12:09Speaker 1: all dark and handsome, Ye done.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Yeah, She's not going to go find and say now
- 12:14Speaker 4: you're dating Yeah, well your type, and you will date him,
- 12:18Speaker 4: but it will be of her choice of in your type.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Can I tell you the quote that Amber and I
- 12:22Speaker 1: keep repeating to each.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Other, No, the Lady.
- 12:26Speaker 1: The Lady Gaga quote where she is accepting an award,
- 12:30Speaker 1: and I apologize to my listeners that I'm repeating this again,
- 12:33Speaker 1: but in case you missed it, because it's so iconic,
- 12:35Speaker 1: and I live by this accepting an award, and at
- 12:38Speaker 1: the very end of her speech, she says, for the
- 12:42Speaker 1: women out there who are trying to choose between men
- 12:47Speaker 1: and your career, just remember your career will never wake
- 12:51Speaker 1: up in the middle of the night and tell you
- 12:52Speaker 1: it doesn't love you anymore. And then she walks off stage,
- 12:55Speaker 1: And that was so fucking powerful to me. You and
- 13:01Speaker 1: I have to really just know that we have found
- 13:04Speaker 1: at this point in time, the love of our lives, ourselves,
- 13:09Speaker 1: what we want, our children, and our career. And after
- 13:13Speaker 1: we have conquered what we need, the right guy is
- 13:17Speaker 1: going to come into place.
- 13:18Speaker 2: You Know.
- 13:18Speaker 3: What I realized lately is that it's okay to say
- 13:21Speaker 3: I want something until someone said to me recently because
- 13:24Speaker 3: I'm up for a role and I really want it.
- 13:27Speaker 3: And I was like spiraling after I send myself tape,
- 13:30Speaker 3: and I was like, what else can I do? And
- 13:33Speaker 3: then I felt like I felt gross about it, like
- 13:37Speaker 3: almost like I was retracting, like I felt rejection before
- 13:40Speaker 3: the rejection actually hadn't even come yet, right, I was
- 13:43Speaker 3: like having that feeling of what it would be like
- 13:45Speaker 3: when I get the call saying that I didn't get it,
- 13:47Speaker 3: and my girlfriend's like, what if you do it is
- 13:50Speaker 3: okay to say I want this job and to say that,
- 13:53Speaker 3: like for me, no one. I haven't said that in
- 13:56Speaker 3: my life before, Like I want this kind of love,
- 13:59Speaker 3: I want this kind of career, And now I feel
- 14:01Speaker 3: like I'm stepping into a new chapter of my life
- 14:04Speaker 3: and saying.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It's fucking okay to want something. I I never tell
- 14:10Speaker 1: people when I really want something, because if I don't
- 14:13Speaker 1: get it, I feel shame and embarrassment, and it's like.
- 14:17Speaker 5: Why it's fear of failure.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Yeah, but I have not been like that sunk in
- 14:22Speaker 1: for me. After the final season of the show that
- 14:29Speaker 1: I was on, Yeah, everything changed, my confidence plummeted, and
- 14:34Speaker 1: everything shifted where I felt very unwanted, unworthy. I question
- 14:38Speaker 1: every single thing about what I say, what I do.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I'm like already preparing myself to not be embarrassed, not
- 14:49Speaker 1: feel like I like saying if I want something and
- 14:53Speaker 1: then I don't get it and I have to explain
- 14:55Speaker 1: to someone. It's like I don't want them in their
- 14:58Speaker 1: their head to be like, well, of course you didn't,
- 14:59Speaker 1: Like You're not good enough for that. So I try
- 15:02Speaker 1: to save myself from the embarrassment yes, yes, that's what
- 15:05Speaker 1: I've been doing, and I lately changed that.
- 15:08Speaker 3: And to take that a fucking step further is like,
- 15:11Speaker 3: fear is the anticipation of suffering. If I carried that
- 15:15Speaker 3: with me, if I if I fear this, what is fear?
- 15:17Speaker 3: It's like, oh my god, I'm gonna feel rejected. I'm
- 15:19Speaker 3: gonna feel stupid. I'm not gonna feel worthy, I'm not
- 15:21Speaker 3: gonna feel loved. I'm gonna have financial insecurity. I'm not
- 15:24Speaker 3: gonna you know what I mean. It's like that I
- 15:26Speaker 3: don't want to suffer. Suffering is too painful, So I'm
- 15:29Speaker 3: going to like choose fear to cover up the suffering, right, No,
- 15:34Speaker 3: I get it.
- 15:35Speaker 5: No more, no more, no more.
- 15:37Speaker 1: I don't know. Is that Pixar Billy Madison? I should
- 15:42Speaker 1: know that he says like this, no more?
- 15:45Speaker 4: Isn't it funny though, that we're all afraid of failure
- 15:47Speaker 4: and you talk to any billionaire or anything like that
- 15:49Speaker 4: and they're like, yeah, how to fail along to get here?
- 15:52Speaker 1: Yeah, well, it's really admit your failures when you're a billionaire.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I'll admit all my failures.
- 16:00Speaker 2: They had to admit him when they worked the billionaire
- 16:02Speaker 2: try It failed all right, Well that didn't work it.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Yeah, go back to being a brokester and let's see
- 16:08Speaker 1: how you fare with rejection. Yeah, it's you're gonna hear
- 16:13Speaker 1: no more than you hear yes, and you have to
- 16:15Speaker 1: be completely okay with that. And I'm having to rewire myself.
- 16:18Speaker 1: You just completed your south note hitting your north note.
- 16:21Speaker 1: So I look forward to seeing your evolution now my blossom,
- 16:25Speaker 1: your blossom, because I'm I'm in muddy territory, just trying
- 16:30Speaker 1: to find the lighting. What is the lotus? I'm the
- 16:32Speaker 1: lotus that just I just came out of the Yeah.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I also realized in a lot of this because I
- 16:40Speaker 1: had this guy reach out to me and he was like, Hey,
- 16:43Speaker 1: I'm going to be in town. I would love to
- 16:45Speaker 1: take you on a date. Let me know what part
- 16:47Speaker 1: of town you live in, and he's cute, my type
- 16:49Speaker 1: of guy. Let me know what part of town you
- 16:51Speaker 1: live in and I will make a reservation. Do you
- 16:53Speaker 1: think that I responded to him.
- 16:55Speaker 5: Oh that's sad.
- 16:56Speaker 1: No, But I'll respond to the guy who won't fucking
- 16:58Speaker 1: show up because I don't like commitment. I'm on a whim.
- 17:04Speaker 1: It's something I have to look into. I have abandonment issues,
- 17:06Speaker 1: but I also have a fear of commitment. It is
- 17:09Speaker 1: much easier when I say I like a long distance relationship.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I thrive there. You want to know why, because it
- 17:15Speaker 1: doesn't fuck with my routine.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I can do exactly what I want but still have
- 17:21Speaker 1: a connection through the phone. I can take this anywhere.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I can be with my kids, I can go be
- 17:27Speaker 1: have a girls' night with my friends and not worry
- 17:29Speaker 1: about you. It's really weird. It's something I need to
- 17:31Speaker 1: look into. I might need therapy. No, I don't think.
- 17:35Speaker 4: I think.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I think that you do me too much.
- 17:38Speaker 3: You said you don't like commitment, Well, what else would
- 17:41Speaker 3: it be. I think you say that to keep yourself safe.
- 17:43Speaker 2: I need too for the fact of what you just
- 17:46Speaker 2: brought up and what failure and what you want and
- 17:50Speaker 2: things like that. And if you say you don't want it,
- 17:51Speaker 2: then you're not it's a failure.
- 17:53Speaker 4: Yeah, both do you want it with what you just
- 17:56Speaker 4: said and afraid of failure. I feel like you're taking
- 17:58Speaker 4: this into relationships like if it doesn't work, is out
- 18:00Speaker 4: a failure?
- 18:02Speaker 1: Okay, I could be, but also easton, you and I
- 18:05Speaker 1: are on the same page with this. When you get
- 18:07Speaker 1: nervous to link up with someone, and I find when
- 18:09Speaker 1: it's long distance and you have to communicate through texting
- 18:13Speaker 1: or FaceTime, by the time we link up, I'm going
- 18:15Speaker 1: to feel so comfortable, Like I hate feeling uncomfortable.
- 18:20Speaker 5: Well, I don't think anyone enjoys that.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Amber. Someone could text her right now and say I
- 18:27Speaker 1: would love to take you on a date tonight, and
- 18:29Speaker 1: she would go, You want to know where my head
- 18:31Speaker 1: would go? Oh my gosh, I need an outfit. I
- 18:33Speaker 1: don't know him. What are we going to talk about?
- 18:34Speaker 1: What if my hair doesn't work the way that I
- 18:36Speaker 1: want it to work?
- 18:36Speaker 2: Oh my god, just something weird? What if she says
- 18:39Speaker 2: something weird throws me off and I just want to leave?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Oh now, I just don't even.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Want to go right Like so, I understand like the
- 18:45Speaker 1: fear of rejection, but I think this is leaning more
- 18:50Speaker 1: towards like once I'm in it, then I fear a
- 18:54Speaker 1: fear of abandonment that But then beforehand, if someonere to
- 18:57Speaker 1: text me right now I want to take you on
- 18:59Speaker 1: a date, I would fucking spiral. Yeah, unless I have
- 19:03Speaker 1: had banter with them or a beta blocker. Try twelve
- 19:11Speaker 1: God damn it. Lisa, there's just a lot to unpass.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I do I know you're crushing it is happening, Yes, yeah.
- 19:21Speaker 2: How are you feeling about it?
- 19:23Speaker 5: Good?
- 19:24Speaker 2: You got your shoes off in the studio.
- 19:27Speaker 5: Feeling a little anxious.
- 19:28Speaker 2: About what.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Before? It's when you're put on the spot. Doctor talked
- 19:34Speaker 1: about this today. Do you find when you're put on
- 19:36Speaker 1: the spot you freeze up and you get foggy? You're
- 19:39Speaker 1: getting foggy? You had no problem just participating?
- 19:42Speaker 5: No, my legs fill because you're.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Felt that way.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Yeah, don't worry about it, kick your dogs up and
- 19:50Speaker 1: just let me woof blue pill here we come. What
- 19:55Speaker 1: kind of blue pillar are you talking about?
- 19:56Speaker 2: Little is a boner? Say that you're gonna.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Pill for the man gives them a heart on blue
- 20:05Speaker 1: pill for women just gets us to fucking zone out
- 20:08Speaker 1: and by the way, shuts down. I think we just
- 20:11Speaker 1: we've been taking the wrong medication.
- 20:13Speaker 2: The wrong blue pill. I wonder you're anxious.
- 20:20Speaker 1: She's like my vainsul. I know everyone listening, clutch your
- 20:25Speaker 1: fucking pearls. Who talks that way in front of their mom?
- 20:29Speaker 6: I okay, Easton, speaking of dating, I know, yeah, you girl,
- 20:49Speaker 6: tell us about it.
- 20:50Speaker 2: I'm very happy and excited. She she flew in. She
- 20:54Speaker 2: she does not live in the United States as number one, so.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Easan's gone hell a long to stay.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Hell you we like long distance. But yeah, she flew in.
- 21:05Speaker 2: She works for an airline. That's all I'll share. But
- 21:08Speaker 2: she flew in from She lives in Dubai, that's all
- 21:11Speaker 2: I'll say.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Lives in Dubai Romanian and yeah, so pretty, She's beautiful,
- 21:19Speaker 4: very very pretty.
- 21:22Speaker 2: This podcast.
- 21:24Speaker 4: I love that.
- 21:24Speaker 1: What are you going to hit her on the FaceTime?
- 21:26Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:27Speaker 1: We hit on the face always the face time, always
- 21:29Speaker 1: with her, that's it.
- 21:30Speaker 2: I hate facetiming, but with her, it's easy. And then
- 21:34Speaker 2: she comes into town in.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Like a month, so I'm gonna go up to San
- 21:37Speaker 4: Francisco to see her, and then I'm gonna have to
- 21:39Speaker 4: get my ass on a plan to go to Dubai.
- 21:41Speaker 1: I guess hey, count me in. I'm you guys, Yeah,
- 21:45Speaker 1: to make a pit stop somewhere. We have some work
- 21:48Speaker 1: to do. We have a lot of work to do.
- 21:50Speaker 2: But yeah, So I've been talking to a girl and
- 21:52Speaker 2: I'm very happy about it.
- 21:55Speaker 1: This is very very sweet.
- 21:58Speaker 2: It's been a minute.
- 21:58Speaker 5: He deserves talks.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Yes, yes, all right, I wanted to hear you say
- 22:04Speaker 1: that too. I deserve it.
- 22:05Speaker 4: I want I want this, I want everything I've been
- 22:08Speaker 4: asking for in a woman. I feel like shut up,
- 22:10Speaker 4: which is good.
- 22:11Speaker 1: You know, did you make an ideals list?
- 22:13Speaker 3: No?
- 22:17Speaker 2: Right, but yeah, I know there was little certain things.
- 22:21Speaker 1: She speaks like five languages, and he has no choice.
- 22:26Speaker 1: That's good to take it slow because she's all the
- 22:27Speaker 1: way in Dubai.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's perfect. I perfect.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Well, it's not perfect, but yeah, it's a long distance
- 22:34Speaker 4: it is, but we're going to figure it out.
- 22:36Speaker 2: We'll see what we can do.
- 22:37Speaker 1: You know what, I love this for you, and you
- 22:39Speaker 1: do deserve it. You have taken on a lot in
- 22:42Speaker 1: the past. Well, dad's been gone eight years, over eight years,
- 22:48Speaker 1: and you were consumed with his health and making sure
- 22:52Speaker 1: he was okay. And then you know, taking care of
- 22:55Speaker 1: mom's house while she was out here taking care of me.
- 22:58Speaker 1: You took on two kids, You've helped with you know,
- 23:03Speaker 1: mom and this health journey, and you're an incredible human being.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I think it's amazing.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Thank you. That makes me happy. No, I'm very happy
- 23:11Speaker 2: with with this little lady.
- 23:14Speaker 5: And I'm talking to that.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Even Janet's mom the other day, had called you on
- 23:18Speaker 1: the way to on the way to the desert, and
- 23:20Speaker 1: we said, she's staying home. He's got like a cute
- 23:23Speaker 1: girl he's talking to. And she goes, you know what,
- 23:26Speaker 1: what a lucky girl to be talking to the.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Crazy deserves I feel, she said, that's the thing.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I feel lucky though, So that's why you're a good human.
- 23:36Speaker 1: And you know you showed me that reel the other day.
- 23:38Speaker 1: I think I told you about this real amber.
- 23:40Speaker 2: How funny that I showed you that. And then like
- 23:42Speaker 2: within a couple of days, I started talking to this
- 23:44Speaker 2: girl from when I sent.
- 23:45Speaker 1: You about I've talked about it now. I think on
- 23:49Speaker 1: two podcasts this will be the third.
- 23:52Speaker 2: One.
- 23:53Speaker 1: The guy who says he's not attracted to women right now,
- 23:56Speaker 1: and he's a very handsome guy, and I know what
- 23:59Speaker 1: people are going to say, the comments like you're gay.
- 24:01Speaker 1: He's like, I'm not gay, never been gay, and never
- 24:03Speaker 1: will be gay. I'm just not attracted to like the
- 24:05Speaker 1: energy that women are bringing to the table right now.
- 24:08Speaker 1: And my perspective was immediately, well, we wouldn't bring this
- 24:12Speaker 1: energy if there were quality men like we've had to
- 24:16Speaker 1: level up in like a big dick energy way you
- 24:18Speaker 1: think we like this, like we're born to be feminine
- 24:21Speaker 1: and sweet and maternal and all of these things. But
- 24:25Speaker 1: you guys have made it so we can't be that
- 24:27Speaker 1: way anymore, because if we are that way, we'll be
- 24:29Speaker 1: in the fucking fetal position. YEA, unable to recover. And
- 24:33Speaker 1: then Easton brought up what you said, something like, I
- 24:38Speaker 1: understand because I'm where this guy is there. It's the same.
- 24:43Speaker 1: There's such a select group of men, good people.
- 24:47Speaker 4: Like good like good dudes that I just feel like
- 24:51Speaker 4: when he was talking about it, I felt like I
- 24:53Speaker 4: was in his same boat. And the guys that he
- 24:56Speaker 4: was talking about are the guys who are making women
- 25:00Speaker 4: feel the need to be more masculine.
- 25:03Speaker 1: In a sense, I was in Palm Springs, the fucking
- 25:06Speaker 1: smoke detectors going off. I had to take a ladder
- 25:09Speaker 1: that was as long as this fucking room, all in
- 25:12Speaker 1: one hundred and two, but it was huge. Go through there,
- 25:18Speaker 1: now you know what we go through.
- 25:20Speaker 2: You're right, I'm petit. And I went there with my mom.
- 25:26Speaker 1: With a bum hip holding the ladder as if she's
- 25:29Speaker 1: gonna prevent me from tipping over on this face, disconnecting
- 25:33Speaker 1: these fucking wires.
- 25:35Speaker 5: You were a rock star.
- 25:37Speaker 2: I did to do it four times because it doesn't work.
- 25:39Speaker 1: The first I'm like, how does a man expect me
- 25:42Speaker 1: to get rid of my big dig energy? And when
- 25:44Speaker 1: I'm fucking try potting it through life every day?
- 25:47Speaker 2: Yeah, just leaning forward, you won't tip.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I'm like, it's a lot, it is, Geez the Louise,
- 25:55Speaker 1: but you killed it.
- 25:56Speaker 5: Thank you, mom?
- 25:58Speaker 2: I did?
- 25:59Speaker 4: You killed it?
- 25:59Speaker 1: And you know what I said?
- 26:00Speaker 5: It was one hundred and twenty in the garage and
- 26:03Speaker 5: she was burning her hands.
- 26:04Speaker 1: The ladder was like as hot as a pan on
- 26:07Speaker 1: a stove. What I You know what I loved about
- 26:12Speaker 1: that my two little girls sitting behind the gate in
- 26:18Speaker 1: the house, the baby gate, watching their mother haul this
- 26:22Speaker 1: thing in and out up changing things, and my little
- 26:25Speaker 1: five year old ocean going, wow, Mom, you're strong. That's
- 26:29Speaker 1: what my two little girls are witness. So welcome to
- 26:32Speaker 1: twenty twenty six. And you know what I love it.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I'm okay with it. So if a man.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Can say one thing I always watched you, can I
- 26:41Speaker 2: say one thing? If I'm around, I will not let
- 26:45Speaker 2: you guys, it's I already know that, okay.
- 26:48Speaker 1: I was like the one time that fucking.
- 26:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:53Speaker 6: One of the things that I was like, oh, the
- 26:54Speaker 6: long time I doned so no, we walked into the
- 26:57Speaker 6: house to the beeping.
- 26:58Speaker 1: It's my worst nightmare. I you know what I said.
- 27:00Speaker 1: I said, I want to find someone that when I'm
- 27:04Speaker 1: when I'm coming to Palm Springs, I give them my
- 27:06Speaker 1: grocery list. I have them stalk everything up, come in
- 27:10Speaker 1: the house. If anything's beeping, fucking fix it. Like that's
- 27:14Speaker 1: what I want. But then I felt so accomplished after
- 27:16Speaker 1: I had done work.
- 27:18Speaker 3: I know that's the that's the trade off you're like, oh,
- 27:20Speaker 3: should I could do this myself?
- 27:21Speaker 1: Is to be completely honest, what were you going to
- 27:24Speaker 1: do if you didn't do that listen to a beeping?
- 27:27Speaker 1: That's not an option.
- 27:28Speaker 2: We'll no like say it wasn't beeping or anything. I
- 27:30Speaker 2: feel like it was one anything my trip.
- 27:34Speaker 1: That's what I would have done. That's not done anything, sul.
- 27:40Speaker 2: It was.
- 27:40Speaker 1: It was not stressful. It was annoying.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Yeah, that stressful you get wait for the next.
- 27:49Speaker 2: It's OK.
- 27:50Speaker 5: I was waiting for the next beep, and it was stressful.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Were you breathing?
- 27:55Speaker 3: Have you guys seen that that uh that scene in
- 27:57Speaker 3: Rainman where the beepers going off in his home, Dustin
- 28:01Speaker 3: hof Hoffmin's home, and he can't stand and he starts
- 28:03Speaker 3: like freaking out and like rocking, and then Tom Cruise
- 28:06Speaker 3: goes and gets a thing and he's like beating the
- 28:08Speaker 3: Have you seen that scene?
- 28:11Speaker 1: That scene is the greatest scene.
- 28:13Speaker 3: He's like freaking desn't hus been freaking out, freaking out, rocking,
- 28:17Speaker 3: banging on the window, trying to get out, and Tom
- 28:19Speaker 3: Cruise is like running around trying to get the smoke
- 28:20Speaker 3: detectors stopped. He's like banging in and he's like yelling
- 28:22Speaker 3: at his brother to stop.
- 28:24Speaker 1: It's yeah, this, and then we're going to move into
- 28:31Speaker 1: pop culture. I disconnected because we don't have batteries. And
- 28:36Speaker 1: it's ten thirty at night. It's the same room that
- 28:39Speaker 1: Sosa is going to sleep in. And the next morning
- 28:44Speaker 1: I wake up, I don't hear it, and then all
- 28:45Speaker 1: of a sudden, I'm like, what the fuck it's going
- 28:47Speaker 1: off again. I go into her room. My baby is
- 28:51Speaker 1: covering her ears, just laying in the fetal position.
- 28:55Speaker 5: It was awful, but it didn't go very long. Let's
- 28:58Speaker 5: hope not it didn't because I was in the next bedroom.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Then the next morning or the next night, I was
- 29:04Speaker 1: so worried because it was so hot outside and I
- 29:07Speaker 1: felt like the air wasn't working. So I didn't put
- 29:11Speaker 1: her in pajamas. I just put her in a diaper
- 29:12Speaker 1: in her sleepsack. Well, the air definitely worked. The next morning,
- 29:15Speaker 1: Lisa goes in there. My baby is in her crib
- 29:20Speaker 1: in the corner with her hands tucked in her sleepsack, freezing.
- 29:23Speaker 1: So the first time I almost made her death. Second
- 29:25Speaker 1: I almost froze her to death. The third night, it
- 29:28Speaker 1: was no wonder why when Cynthia walked in today, she
- 29:32Speaker 1: was choking up. That was so funny.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Doesn't know.
- 29:44Speaker 5: I was so cold. I was had covers over my head.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Great, So I just frozed the whole house.
- 29:50Speaker 2: So nobody wanted to get up and turn I did
- 29:53Speaker 2: I sound.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Like a baby. Anyway, we could drost this up and
- 29:55Speaker 1: say they really missed you, because that's.
- 30:00Speaker 2: The other thing they always put it.
- 30:01Speaker 4: I don't know what you guys do when you're there,
- 30:03Speaker 4: but I always, right before I go to bed, I
- 30:05Speaker 4: look at it, and you guys have it at like
- 30:07Speaker 4: the most odd.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Like sixty six, sixty seven. I'm like, no, this is
- 30:11Speaker 2: like sixty nine no, I'm in your loan just to
- 30:15Speaker 2: let you know it is perfect.
- 30:17Speaker 5: No, you did at seventy, but we had the ceiling
- 30:20Speaker 5: fans going one hundred miles an hour.
- 30:23Speaker 1: You guys, it was one hundred and twenty in the desert.
- 30:25Speaker 1: All right, Okay, pop culture Bunny Exo just bought a
- 30:28Speaker 1: five hundred thousand dollars custom Rules Royce and it should.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Be out of the other guy's pocket. If you know
- 30:33Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 30:34Speaker 1: It sounds like she's living her best.
- 30:35Speaker 2: And not only that, if it was out of his pocket,
- 30:38Speaker 2: she should get that reinburst.
- 30:40Speaker 1: By the way, I should pay for it.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Oh, Meg and White, I think it's al.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Can I tell you a really funny story about the
- 30:48Speaker 1: Rules Royce culin In for my push present. That's what
- 30:50Speaker 1: I wanted. I like begged for it, instaid, I got
- 30:53Speaker 1: patio furniture whatever. And after I left him we would
- 31:00Speaker 1: do the exchange. There was a white rolls Royce culin
- 31:03Speaker 1: In parked in his driveway.
- 31:04Speaker 5: Not driveway. It was parked right outside the gate so
- 31:08Speaker 5: I could see it.
- 31:09Speaker 1: And you know how funny he was about his gate.
- 31:11Speaker 1: But it was open so I could see it. And
- 31:13Speaker 1: I'm like, homeboy. I would leave in a I would
- 31:16Speaker 1: live in a box and flintstone my ass around Los
- 31:20Speaker 1: Angeles before I ever came back into this fucking house.
- 31:24Speaker 3: Do you think that was a way for him to
- 31:25Speaker 3: get you back? I think it was a way to
- 31:26Speaker 3: like kind of I don't know, carrot, I don't know. Yeah, yes, probably,
- 31:33Speaker 3: Like look at what I got. It was either to
- 31:35Speaker 3: dangle the carrot or make me feel like.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Oh that could be mine and it's like, oh boy,
- 31:43Speaker 1: I will stab my eyes out with little cocktails.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Let's not say that.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Before I went back with him.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Are you joking?
- 31:52Speaker 2: I would let her do it to herself.
- 31:54Speaker 1: We would hold her down. Please, don't worry. Oh do
- 31:58Speaker 1: you think I just called the universe on to Yeah?
- 32:00Speaker 5: I don't like that kind of stuff.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Okay, okay, take get back. I take it back. I
- 32:04Speaker 1: said that only for entertainment purposes.
- 32:07Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 32:20Speaker 1: The next thing that I have here is people want
- 32:25Speaker 1: to know my thoughts on Real Housewives of OC so far,
- 32:28Speaker 1: and do I like the fact that the og of
- 32:30Speaker 1: the OC, Vicky Gumboelson, is back. We're at this point
- 32:35Speaker 1: three episodes in the fourth airs tomorrow, I'm all in
- 32:39Speaker 1: heavy duty. So in that I have gone back with
- 32:42Speaker 1: my beautiful mother.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Watch all.
- 32:47Speaker 5: We watch it, don't want to watch it again?
- 32:50Speaker 1: Tonight we will and by the way, I've seen it
- 32:52Speaker 1: a hundred times, right, but we still press pot when
- 32:55Speaker 1: someone talks on like an episode that was eleven twelve
- 32:58Speaker 1: years ago.
- 32:59Speaker 5: Yeah, I Amber came in and last night we had
- 33:00Speaker 5: to pause it.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Yeah. I love having VICKI gun will sit back and
- 33:05Speaker 1: it feels amazing. Tamra Judge, she does no wrong in
- 33:10Speaker 1: my I love her. I'm obsessed with her. Love Carmela
- 33:15Speaker 1: the new One, the playmate. She's so open and honest,
- 33:18Speaker 1: and I obsessed with her. Her kids are also really
- 33:22Speaker 1: fun to watch because they're wild talking about vibrators. I'm like,
- 33:24Speaker 1: holy shit, this is how people feel when they're watching
- 33:27Speaker 1: She gives talks like that in front of their mother.
- 33:29Speaker 2: She gives judging.
- 33:31Speaker 1: But I'm loving it, and I'm like, bitch, now I'm
- 33:33Speaker 1: clutching my pearls, like, oh, you wouldn't talk about vibrators
- 33:36Speaker 1: in front of your.
- 33:37Speaker 5: Mom and she gives really good gifts.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yeah, your bad, me too. Family here, I want to
- 33:48Speaker 1: do this one first on Brandy Glanville's podcast, Do you
- 33:53Speaker 1: know who that is? She was married to Eddie Cibrian.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I think yeah lee and rhymes.
- 33:57Speaker 5: And she had the parasite in her face.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Yes.
- 33:59Speaker 1: She called her son This is on Our podcast, called
- 34:02Speaker 1: her son boring for never trying cocaine. All right, I'm
- 34:06Speaker 1: a lit fucking bitch, right, I'm like to each his own,
- 34:10Speaker 1: go have some fun. That is wild.
- 34:13Speaker 5: That's not great.
- 34:13Speaker 2: I wouldn't.
- 34:14Speaker 1: That is so foul. That joking no boring? Do you understand, like.
- 34:23Speaker 5: That's not cool?
- 34:24Speaker 2: Now?
- 34:24Speaker 1: I think I've never done cocaine. Amber, you've never done
- 34:29Speaker 1: it done.
- 34:30Speaker 2: I've done cocaine.
- 34:32Speaker 4: I have not.
- 34:33Speaker 2: I know it. When I was like twenty one too.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I find it to be I'd rather try disgusting.
- 34:38Speaker 2: But my buddy said, I don't like it. I already
- 34:41Speaker 2: have a d D. So what like made me? Really?
- 34:43Speaker 2: I hate it? Like I didn't like it.
- 34:45Speaker 1: It makes you judging for even trying it.
- 34:48Speaker 4: There's a buddy, a buddy of mine said when we
- 34:51Speaker 4: were young, he goes, I rather regret doing drugs than
- 34:54Speaker 4: not trying them, And I said, you know what, that is.
- 34:57Speaker 5: So personal in.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Here's the thing. There's a lot of things that the
- 35:03Speaker 1: FDA is, Like, I think ketamine is one of them.
- 35:06Speaker 1: I've had my sponsor from years ago, sober over fifteen years,
- 35:16Speaker 1: was suffering from anxiety, depression, all these things they recommended
- 35:20Speaker 1: she do this like ketamine treatment, completely fucking relapsed. Couldn't
- 35:24Speaker 1: get a hold of her. Someone called me and said,
- 35:27Speaker 1: I'm sure that you've been trying to get a hold
- 35:29Speaker 1: of her, just so you know. She's in treatment for X,
- 35:31Speaker 1: Y and Z. Finally she calls me, I don't fuck
- 35:36Speaker 1: with any of it, okay, and especially cocaine, because I
- 35:40Speaker 1: have my own personal relationship with someone who was doing it.
- 35:45Speaker 1: You never know how it's gonna go. You may be
- 35:47Speaker 1: the type that becomes fully addicted. I find it to
- 35:50Speaker 1: be disgusting, and I would never in my life tell
- 35:54Speaker 1: Ocean or so said that I find them boring for
- 35:57Speaker 1: never doing it. I would actually be extremely pros.
- 36:00Speaker 5: That's where I would like it could be laced with
- 36:02Speaker 5: something I would feel as.
- 36:04Speaker 2: The kid very I don't know. I would feel like
- 36:08Speaker 2: I lost a lot a part of me in a sense.
- 36:10Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 36:11Speaker 2: Like if I like, if I didn't do that, my
- 36:14Speaker 2: mom was like, oh you're boring, I would be like
- 36:16Speaker 2: what else? You know? Like I'd be like, what else.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Is she to raise you to like help you through life? Right?
- 36:23Speaker 2: Yeah, no, that's what I'm saying, Like I would feel
- 36:25Speaker 2: very lost have a mother.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah. I found that very diceaseful. And I
- 36:31Speaker 1: like her, like I love how unfiltered she is, and
- 36:34Speaker 1: she's always been like I know this is so overused,
- 36:36Speaker 1: but unapologetically herself.
- 36:38Speaker 5: But this is just like, come on, man, be kidding.
- 36:41Speaker 1: It doesn't matter.
- 36:42Speaker 5: I know it doesn't matter, but I'm saying, I don't know.
- 36:45Speaker 1: It's a headline and we clicked and we're talking about it.
- 36:47Speaker 2: So that's what you got to be careful of. Lisa
- 36:50Speaker 2: the headline.
- 36:51Speaker 1: All right, Yeah, we're gonna round this back. It's a
- 36:54Speaker 1: well rounded podcast. Two couples from Real Housewives of Salt
- 36:59Speaker 1: Lake have a fish split, Whitney Rose and Justin Sad sad.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I know it's very sad. And you know what, I
- 37:05Speaker 1: already know what the comments are. Story shaded a storyline.
- 37:09Speaker 1: I'm so sick of people going this whole thing about
- 37:12Speaker 1: the storyline. You cannot win. It's like, when your life
- 37:15Speaker 1: goes to shit, you're doing it for a storyline, and
- 37:17Speaker 1: when you have a peaceful life, you have no storyline.
- 37:20Speaker 1: It's like, I'm just here my life and I'm on
- 37:23Speaker 1: this show and if you want to watch it, great, like.
- 37:26Speaker 2: And I'm sorry if that was for a storyline, I
- 37:28Speaker 2: just have to I'd like to believe that they people
- 37:31Speaker 2: don't alter.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Their entire fair for a storyline.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:35Speaker 1: By the way, they for sixteen years.
- 37:37Speaker 3: They had a pretty solid relationship.
- 37:41Speaker 1: It was not pretty. They were both involved in the
- 37:44Speaker 1: Mormon Church. He had an affair, they both were excommunicated
- 37:48Speaker 1: from the church, and he lost He got tired because
- 37:54Speaker 1: on Salt Lake like body painting. They yeah, they rocked
- 37:59Speaker 1: with each other. I've interviewed this girl before. Yes, yeah, I.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Loved both of them together.
- 38:07Speaker 1: I guess who else split? Angie k my favorite Greek.
- 38:10Speaker 5: What and Sean after how many years of marriage.
- 38:15Speaker 1: I mean twenty plus twenty two years and they've got
- 38:18Speaker 1: their young daughter, Electra, and they had yes Electra? Yeah good, Yes,
- 38:24Speaker 1: you say you don't have a good memory. That's been
- 38:26Speaker 1: years since we watched. Wait it's Aie Kay and who
- 38:29Speaker 1: his name is? Sean? So they own a salon call
- 38:34Speaker 1: exactly lunatic fringe And that was all the rage when
- 38:37Speaker 1: I lived in Utah. Like if you went to Lunatic fringe.
- 38:40Speaker 1: You were that you were that big.
- 38:43Speaker 5: I went there at times because yes, and one of.
- 38:46Speaker 1: My dearest friends from like junior high on. Then we
- 38:52Speaker 1: lost touch obviously because I moved, but her mom worked
- 38:55Speaker 1: there with her stepdad, and she would always come and
- 38:59Speaker 1: she would have like a red extension when like you know,
- 39:03Speaker 1: like the colored extensions, and she was so cool and edgy,
- 39:08Speaker 1: and it was like I got it done at Lunatic.
- 39:10Speaker 5: It's like, oh, where do you go, lunatic friend?
- 39:14Speaker 1: Yeah, they were married for twenty seven years. That's a
- 39:18Speaker 1: good freaking run. That's a good run.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Like if you could say that I lived in this
- 39:22Speaker 3: lifetime and had a twenty seven year marriage, that's yeah.
- 39:25Speaker 2: But I want to die when that twenty seven is done.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Let me tell you see, I think where my mind goes,
- 39:30Speaker 1: my wounded soul is I'm like, what the fucking point?
- 39:33Speaker 5: Yeah, maybe they'll come back really get reconciled.
- 39:37Speaker 1: So that I wonder how filed for divorce and was
- 39:39Speaker 1: there That is my I want to know, and why,
- 39:43Speaker 1: like was there some sort of scandal? I mean, I'm
- 39:45Speaker 1: sure I have to believe that they've either filmed already
- 39:49Speaker 1: or are filming, because It's been a while since salt
- 39:51Speaker 1: Lake has aired, but it does make me sad because
- 39:56Speaker 1: we did see a glimpse into Whitney and justin having
- 40:01Speaker 1: marital issues. I do not think that reality TV makes
- 40:06Speaker 1: or breaks your relationship, Like you're already on the trajectory
- 40:10Speaker 1: whether you do it or not. Because I always go
- 40:12Speaker 1: back to the O g Roney couple, Kristen Takman and
- 40:17Speaker 1: her husband. When you watched them their first season, you
- 40:21Speaker 1: were like, this couple needs to end it now. Like
- 40:24Speaker 1: they were so mean to each other, had no problem fighting,
- 40:26Speaker 1: had no problems slamming each other. They are still together
- 40:31Speaker 1: today because they watched that and said we need to
- 40:33Speaker 1: make a decision either fucking pull it together or we don't.
- 40:38Speaker 1: And that was like the one couple that you thought
- 40:40Speaker 1: was like they come back, they're done for I'm in
- 40:44Speaker 1: la now with their kids, like they have from what
- 40:48Speaker 1: I see on the internet, a beautiful marriage. But the
- 40:50Speaker 1: last time they appeared on reality TV.
- 40:54Speaker 4: Years ago, say yeah, like that's the biggest one where
- 40:58Speaker 4: I mean I remember watching that gun, I know.
- 41:02Speaker 1: They're rocking.
- 41:04Speaker 3: I would actually love to have them on the podcast
- 41:06Speaker 3: to talk about marriage.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Oh, they would do it in two seconds. Yeah, they
- 41:10Speaker 1: would one hundred percent do it in two seconds. That
- 41:12Speaker 1: was so fun. Thank you Amber. Untraditionally Lala, Thank you,
