Welcome to 70 per 80, the 7080 .it section dedicated

to the deepening of the topics discussed in the

articles of the portal. We are with the director
• 1:04
Massimo Lualdi, who introduces the current topic.
• 1:07
What are we talking about today? About cartoons
• 1:08
and advertising. Designed by Anna and Barbara,
• 1:12
a production company founded in 1957 by William,
• 1:16
Anna and Joseph Barbara, the sitcom Cartoon Animati

Pro Nipoti and Jetsons is in a certain sense
• 1:22
a spin -off of the Antenna series. success of

three years before the same house. Programmed

in the United States since 1962, the series The

Prone Sons arrives in Italy two years later,
• 1:41
with 75 episodes, half an hour each, on the RAI.
• 1:45
Set in 2063, with astronauts in place of cars,
• 1:49
aliens, holograms, computers and so on, with

the stereotypes of the time on 2000, The Prone
• 1:54
Sons revolves around the family of George Jetson,
• 1:57
built in a quiet, bored, employed, mobilized

Jane, beautiful woman with red hair, a strong

The Jetsons have two children, Judy, a young

woman with more fashion, with white hair, who

has the studio and the little El Roy. The latter
• 2:48
is a blond with a hat with a green visor, a kind

of antenna on top, which on the contrary of the
• 2:53
sister is the first of the class and a genius

in the scientific subjects. They complete the

family nucleus of the grandchildren, Astro, a

the best friend of the dog. Janeco adjuvates

in the affairs of the house by Rosy, a beastly

family is attached. because I am Girmi Gastronomo,
• 3:26
the little electrician who really helps the woman
• 3:28
in the kitchen. Like the antennas, also the pronipotis
• 3:31
will enter the world of advertising, promoting
• 3:34
the products of the company of Piedmontese electricians
• 3:37
Girmi in Carosello. On the other hand, the strongly
• 3:40
technological context allows itself to promote
• 3:42
the products of the house. And not surprisingly,
• 3:44
many futuristic elements of the pronipotis will
• 3:47
be realized in our days, such as PCs, mobile
• 3:51
phones, hanging TVs and so on. I'm so happy...
