- 0:32SPEAKER_02: One just has to pick up a magazine or turn on a television to see that as women, we are bombarded daily with media images of female physical perfection, setting up the most unrealistic of expectations as to how we should look.
- 0:46SPEAKER_02: No wonder female body confidence is falling while incidents of eating disorders are on the rise.
- 0:51SPEAKER_02: What's most alarming is the way this affects young girls.
- 0:55SPEAKER_02: A reduced sense of self-worth can create anxiety, stress, even depression, causing relationship issues while potentially impairing academic and job performance.
- 1:06SPEAKER_02: In direct contrast, Confidence in Bloom is designed to reinforce the truth and reassure every woman who has ever felt inadequate, unworthy, or tossed aside because of how she looks, that no matter her age, shape, or background, you matter, you are enough now.
- 1:24SPEAKER_02: I, Tina Spoletini, a woman of substance, insist women deserve to be happy, confident, successful, and totally in love with themselves in their own bodies, just the way they are.
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: Through an ongoing series of intriguing conversations with women from all walks of life who are all extraordinary in their own right, we will embark upon a journey of ultimate self-acceptance and empowerment.
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: Together we'll share stories, laugh, learn, maybe even shed a few tears when it becomes clear just how far many women have come to realize how wonderful life is when you stand in your own power, feeling fantastic in your own skin.

- 2:49SPEAKER_02: Sherry, hi, how are you?
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: I will.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: Today, we're going to talk about claiming your confidence and ditching the doubt and getting what you really want.
- 3:00SPEAKER_02: Tell me more about that.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, sure.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Really, this title came from that place of, I just see so many women in particular, I think people in general, but women in particular, that really are challenged with just self-confidence and feeling trust and faith in themselves and what they're doing.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: And it's interesting for me, the reason this topic really was important to me was because I had a conversation with my mom one evening and it really hit home for me.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: She was telling me, we were just sipping, having tea after dinner.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: And she started telling me, you know, what have I ever done?
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: You know, here's my mom in the twilight of her life.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: And she's saying, what, what have I ever done?
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: I haven't done anything, you know, that's really important or exciting or made an impact.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: And, you know, she's like, dad's trying to convince me and But she was really, really struggling with it.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: And I felt so bad for her.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: And, you know, so that evening, I was sitting there thinking about myself.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: And I was going, wow, like, I don't want to be in the same shoes that my mom's in.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: And I started really reflecting on my own life.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: And, and just it just hit me like a ton of bricks.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: It's like, it's self confidence.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: It's self-confidence.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: Like that's what she had all kinds of things that she was interested in, but she was always like, oh, I got to look after the family.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: And, you know, my dad still encouraged her to do the things that she wanted to do, but it was always like everybody else came first.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: And it really hit me that it was like, it's self-confidence.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: She didn't have the confidence to step into the things that she loved and to express the things that, you know, wanted to be expressed through her.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: And I thought, wow, like, I don't want to be in that same boat in the twilight of my life.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: And I went and when I started to look at it, Tina, I was like, and sort of doing some research.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: It was like seeing things like 85% of people have low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: Four to five women lack confidence.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: And then I was looking at my business partner and I, Nicole Matise, we had a Facebook page and we asked people, what's your biggest challenge?
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: And time and time and time and time again, people would say lack of self-confidence.
- 5:50SPEAKER_02: And I was like, wow, this is it.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: It truly is.
- 5:54SPEAKER_02: So what do you think it is?
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: Like just from the people that you've talked with, I mean, your mom and my mom are probably, you know, similar in age.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: I'm sure my mom is a little bit older than yours, but at the same time, like when, when does that, like, why does that happen?
- 6:11SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: Like I never saw my mom as not being confident.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 6:17SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 6:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 6:17SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
- 6:18SPEAKER_02: Like as I got older, I started to like yourself, like, oh yeah, she probably didn't have the confidence to do that.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 6:25SPEAKER_02: And even now, like when I talk about my podcast, she'll say, how do you have the guts to do that?
- 6:32SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 6:32SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, wow.
- 6:34SPEAKER_02: Like I never really like, you know, whenever I had a question, who do I go to my mom?
- 6:39SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 6:40SPEAKER_02: She never, she never like let me down.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: She never said, I don't know.
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: She'd always figure it out if she didn't know.
- 6:48SPEAKER_02: So why are so many people not confident?
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: Well, you know what?
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: From all the research and all the work and my experience and talking to many, many clients, I mean, here's what I know for sure.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: First of all, I want to say to anyone out there who is feeling this, it's not your fault.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: right?
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: Because I think that's a cyclical thing that happens.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: We start to go, you know, can beat up on ourselves because we're like, ah, you know, we get stuck in, you know, the fear of failure, overthinking, or procrastination, or I could go on and on, right?
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: Perfectionism, comparing ourselves to others, people pleasing, you know, right?
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: We get into all these things, and we start to realize ourselves doing it.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, it's that vicious cycle that we end up in because we're sort of beating ourselves up because it's like, oh gosh, like, okay, I see that I'm procrastinating.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: I'm seeing that I'm comparing myself to others.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: Why am I doing that?
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, because we're beating ourselves up, we kind of push ourselves further down into this self-confidence.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: And the reason I say it's not your fault is because really there's a whole physiological thing that is happening here, right?
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, just fundamentally, what I've come to know is that our brains are primarily working within two sort of core factors, let's call it.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: Number one is safety, right?
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: Our brains are wired for safety.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: So it's like, oh, if I don't do this well, you know, like back in caveman days, I'll be estranged from the tribe.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: And if I'm estranged from the tribe, like I'm going to die.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: I, you know, how will I get food?
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: How will I get shelter?
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: How will I, right?
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: So our brains are still primitive in that way.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: So something happened somewhere, probably way when we were kids.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: And, oh, when I did this and put myself out there, somebody laughed at me or I got in trouble or I, and so, we're wired for that safety.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: So it doesn't feel safe to put ourselves out there.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: And then the other core piece that our brain works on is that repetition or automaticity.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: And so it's like we had to think about, oh my gosh, how do I walk?
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: How do I take a step?
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: How do I talk?
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: Our brain would probably explode.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: So it likes to take patterns and go, okay, Here's how I act in that situation.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Just rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: So I think our brains just by nature of how we are as humans, you know, have those two core strong factors running all the time.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: But the cool thing is, is that, you know, we do have the ability to change that, you know, when we become aware of When we start to really look at what's going on, when we start to do different things to choose something different, we can teach our brains.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: Like a lot of what I talk about is saboteurs.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: And so we all have the judge.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: We all have these different characters in our brain that are trying to keep us safe.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: And that's in one side of our brain.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: But we can actually change that.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: right and and access and and move through our day accessing a different side of our brain and we have the ability to change those neural pathways and that's what it really excites me
- 10:51SPEAKER_02: absolutely you know when you when you talked about the judge i did an exercise with one of the coaches i worked with and you know i was the client or the patient and she was my coach and she had me um sort of go not under hypnosis but sort of in that meditative state and um she said for me to have like a boardroom table or a kitchen table and invite all of my um I don't want to say personalities but like all of me to the table and all the different you know aspects so there was sadness and there was the judge and there was you know all of those Yeah.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 11:42SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 11:43SPEAKER_02: Oh, totally.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was so empowering, right?
- 12:08SPEAKER_02: To be able to separate the two sides of my brain and actually move forward
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: with it, right?
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes, yes.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: And what I love about what you're saying is it's really, I mean, there's three pieces, excuse me, that I will always support my clients in.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: And it's an acronym that I like to call ACT.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: And so it's Awareness, Choice, and then transformation.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: And so what you're really talking about that you guys were working in is this piece of awareness, right?
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: Like really starting to get conscious and go, okay, what's going on?
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Who's showing up here?
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: And whatever we want to call it, I might call it saboteurs, might call it inner critic types, might call it ego.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: It doesn't really matter, right, what we're going to call it.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: But it's like first having the awareness that it's happening and that it's showing up and also having the awareness that it's like that's not the real me.
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: And then
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: that's when your choice comes.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: gets made right like who do I really want at the end of the table
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: right it's like oh okay that's one of the players that show up in my mind and again I always reiterate with people this is gentle curiosity this is not chastising harsh on yourself curiosity because I'm you know I know right We all have these characters in our head.
- 13:54SPEAKER_01: We all have the ego.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: We all have the saboteurs.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: We all have these inner critic types that want to show up and derail.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: And it's like, okay, thank you, brain.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: I understand you're trying to keep me safe.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: And I've got this this time.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: And there's lots of different tools and modalities that we can use to strengthen the ability to do that.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: But it's that A huge piece is the awareness, getting conscious of, okay, what's going on?
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'm paralyzed because I don't, you know, of public speaking.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Okay, I see that.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: I hear that.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: I, you know, I see the things that's showing up in my brain or, you know, oh, wow, look at me comparing myself to Teaneck.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: Look at me going, wow, she's been doing your podcast for this long.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: How can I show up?
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: And again, just being aware, not going, oh my gosh, what's wrong with me?
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: Because there's nothing wrong with you.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Like I talked about earlier, right?
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: This is just like physics.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Like your brain is doing what it's supposed to do.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: We all have this going on.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: You're no different than anyone else.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: So it's like, okay.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: So that first piece like you're talking about is really becoming aware with gentle curiosity, getting really curious.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: And then then saying, OK, and now it's a different choice.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: And how can I build my confidence to make those choices and start to transform my life?
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: So, right.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: Awareness is key.
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, awareness is key.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: And I mean, as a coach, we both know that that's the number one thing.
- 15:46SPEAKER_02: thing we all need right we all need awareness before we can make changes so true yeah we have to be aware we have to know that what we're doing is not working for us yeah right because how many of us and I'm still guilty I mean none of us are perfect but you know there's things that I still do as a coach knowing that it's not right Right.
- 16:09SPEAKER_02: That it's not necessarily not right, but it's not moving me forward.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: So I might be aware of it, but not aware enough that I can make a different choice.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: Well, and then what you're talking about here is which is a big piece.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: Two words that are coming to mind are forgiveness.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Like forgiving.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: I forgive myself for forgetting in this moment who I truly am.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Forgive myself.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: for, woo, man, did I get, you know, I would like to call it comparisonitis.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: Woo, did I get spun into comparisonitis there?
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: I'd like I, you know, I wasn't conscious, I went into an old pattern.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: And so it's like, forgiveness of that, right?
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: And allowing ourselves to again, be human, because like you said, I don't, that's what I'll always say to people, I have a Session that I'm moving through with a group of people right now, and we're working on what we're calling these inner critic types or saboteurs and, you know, the whole piece that we're talking about again is, is it is I want to say again that gentle curiosity, that piece of, you know, and they'll say like I want them to go away.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: And it's like, okay, here's, here's the bad news.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: They don't go away.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: No.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: They don't, this is part of the human journey, right?
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: If we're human, that is going to be there.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: That is how our brain operates.
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: So they're not going away.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: But the good news is, is what we can do is be so much more or less in that total sabotage where we're down the garden path of no return, right?
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: we can strengthen literally like it's like there's a way of strengthening your your mental muscles so that you know you don't have to you know it's going to show up it's going to be there but maybe you're not there anywhere near as long as you used to be maybe something that used to take you out for weeks you've got now that you know mental strength and the mental muscle ability to to, you know, oh, that was just a blip in the screen.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: But I'm back on track.
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: And also, too, I did a training last year and we talked about all the saboteurs.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: And like you said, they're not going anywhere.
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: But what she told us, and it's a little bit weird for me, but it does work, is, you know, when they come up, like, you know, you're in the middle of something and all of a sudden you've got that voice in you saying, you know, you're doing it wrong or you're doing it this way.
- 19:02SPEAKER_02: And you are like, not now, like now's not the time.
- 19:06SPEAKER_02: So you have a little discussion with her and you say, you know, well, in my case, it's a her, right?
- 19:11SPEAKER_02: But I would say, you know, go back to where you were.
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: Let me finish what we're doing.
- 19:15SPEAKER_02: And tonight, before I go to sleep, you and I will chat about this.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 19:20SPEAKER_02: Leave me for now because I know what I'm doing and I'm comfortable.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 19:24SPEAKER_02: I don't need you to help me because I know that's what you're doing, but go back to where you were before I go to sleep.
- 19:31SPEAKER_02: We will have this conversation.
- 19:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:35SPEAKER_02: And that gives you, it kind of empowers you to continue on, you know, blooming and, right?
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: And she's not getting left behind because if you do that, if you just like ignore it, they come back and they come back stronger.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: Ooh, love what you're saying here.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: Number one, I love how you're, what you're talking about here because it's, you're talking to it like it's a separate entity because it is, right?
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: It's not you.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: That's not the authentic you.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: That's not the, divine you right and so really making that separation i think is so so important and um oh there was something that you said and it's gone now anyways It'll come back.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:30SPEAKER_02: And one thing I've learned.
- 20:31SPEAKER_02: So, you know, how many times do I go to bed like exhausted and I don't want to think or talk anymore.
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 20:37SPEAKER_02: So I go to bed and I forget that I'm going to have this meeting.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 20:42SPEAKER_02: And she will not let me forget.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: Like she'll all of a sudden she won't come back and say, hey, you forgot about me.
- 20:50SPEAKER_02: But she will be running through the day going, yeah, you could have done this better or you could have done that better.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 20:56SPEAKER_02: And then all of a sudden I'm like, hold on.
- 20:58SPEAKER_02: I think I said I was going to have a meeting with you tonight, you know, to that state.
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: And I have to and I have.
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: And the thing is, you have to be honest.
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: You have to be on because I mean, you're talking to yourself.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: You're talking to another part of yourself.
- 21:14SPEAKER_02: And so I'll say to her, you know, like, I'm sorry I pushed you away.
- 21:18SPEAKER_02: But at that moment, I didn't need your help.
- 21:21SPEAKER_02: And, you know, and this is why.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: And, and sometimes I like, we'll write it down.
- 21:27SPEAKER_02: Like sometimes, you know, I don't want to have that actual conversation.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: So I will just write it down in my journal.
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: Just because once you get it out, it doesn't come back.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: Well, and it's come back now.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: What I wanted to share too, and what I love about this is that it's that whole piece around, like you're saying, if we try to avoid that, It's just going to get louder and it's just going to take over.
- 21:57SPEAKER_01: So a really important piece to this, right, is that whole space of leaning in because there is a gift and opportunity in that, right?
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: It's like if we talk about pain, right, is pain good for you?
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: Well, off the hop, we just go like, no, like it hurts.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: If you have a backache, if you have a headache, like that's not good for me.
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: But it all actually is good in the fact that it's giving us that awareness that something's up.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: Something's going on here.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: I need to attend to something in my body.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: I'm getting a headache.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: You know, maybe I have high blood pressure.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: Maybe, you know, I needed more rest.
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: Like it's giving us that trigger or that awareness that it's like, oh, okay, something's happening here.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: So there's that opportunity.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: Again, I will always reiterate with gentle curiosity to say, okay, she's jumping up and down.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: What's going on here?
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: And, you know, maybe it's like, whatever, she's so afraid of looking silly or, And it's like, okay, so I can see now that there's some healing and some awareness and some work that I can do there.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: Maybe, you know, I can go in the mirror.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: I'm just off the top of my head and do some mirror work and look into my own eyes and tell myself how proud I am of myself and how much I love myself.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: Like, it's giving us that awareness that, yeah, there's something here.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: And what if...
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: those things that were saying, like, let's pick a, let's pick an emotion that doesn't feel very good.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: Shame.
- 23:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:01SPEAKER_02: Guilt.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: Jealousy.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: I always say jealousy because that one for me is really charged.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: Like if, you know, I used to say to myself, if I'm, if jealousy comes up, Oh my gosh, there's something wrong with me.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: Like what kind of person feels jealous or envy of another person?
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: Like that's terrible.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: That chastising voice wants to come in.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: And I'm a human being.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: I would venture to guess there's probably not a human being on this planet, unless they're just a baby, but you know what I mean?
- 24:39SPEAKER_01: An adult human being that hasn't moved through life and experienced jealousy or envy at some point in time.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: And big or small, right?
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: And so, and that's just really charged for me.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: You know, there may be a different emotion that's charged for you.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: And if I can look at that and just go, Okay, rather than going, oh my gosh, I'm experiencing jealousy, like push that down, get that out of the way.
- 25:06SPEAKER_01: And then what happens?
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Like you said, it starts rearing its head even more.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: Well, what if I just went, okay, gentle curiosity.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: Wow, jealousy is showing up.
- 25:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: And that's when you do the comparison.
- 25:23SPEAKER_02: But the comparison is not it's not a bad thing.
- 25:27SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 25:28SPEAKER_02: Because then you have you have the opportunity to look at your own life.
- 25:32SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 25:32SPEAKER_02: And we all know that what we see on the outside is not always what's on the inside.
- 25:39SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 25:40SPEAKER_02: So if we're jealous of someone because they have this big, huge house.
- 25:44SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 25:45SPEAKER_02: And mine is just a little tiny, you know, you know, an everyday kind of house.
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 25:52SPEAKER_02: We have to look at that and go, what's what's really the difference?
- 25:55SPEAKER_02: I don't know what's going on inside that house, but I know what's going on inside my house.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: My house.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: And and, you know, like, OK, so that house, maybe they're not happy.
- 26:06SPEAKER_02: You know, maybe they live every day because they have to beat the neighbors, right?
- 26:10SPEAKER_02: They have to have more than the neighbors.
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: So they might be all happy on the outside, but who knows what's going on on the inside?
- 26:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 26:17SPEAKER_02: Oh, true.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: And, and, you know, even in that, Tina, I'm going to say, this is just dropping in for me now, as you're saying that, you know, you're right.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: We can go in, like, say social media, right?
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: Everybody's got a perfect life on social media.
- 26:35UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: And, you know, we can easily look at that and get into, oh, well, what's wrong with me?
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: Why isn't my life looking like theirs?
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: But we don't know what's happening behind the scenes.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: But you know what?
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: Even if their life is perfect behind the scenes, like what I love what you're saying, the invitation is like, let's go into our own home.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: Because, again, what's behind the comparisonitis?
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: You know, I don't know if you've ever done this work around seven layers deep.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: Like if you just go down that next layer, okay, so I'm comparing.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: So what emotion is behind that?
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: Well, I feel frustrated with my life because it doesn't look like theirs.
- 27:21SPEAKER_01: Okay, what's beneath that?
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: Well, okay, I'm frustrated because I don't have, I don't know, enough money.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: Okay, and what's beneath that that you don't have enough money?
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: that I'm not good enough to make money right and you'll know when you hit that one where you're like oh there it is
- 27:44SPEAKER_02: yeah
- 27:45SPEAKER_01: and it's not about their house my house their car
- 27:47SPEAKER_02: my car it's about oh I'm not as good as them or I'm not good enough yeah like I'm
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: good enough
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: yeah there it is yeah and that's always the answer isn't it isn't that always that is where everyone sort of says oh my god I'm not good enough to be in that house Or I don't deserve that house.
- 28:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:09SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 28:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: And here's what I've come to know and what excites me and gets me jazzed and jumping out of bed every day right now.
- 28:19SPEAKER_01: Because I also believe that we are in a time in our consciousness, in humanity, on earth, in this world, where there is a strong invitation for us to all show up.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: We've probably been in different circles, all of us, where we've heard people talking about this.
- 28:42SPEAKER_01: It's like things are shifting.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: We are in a huge flux and a huge change.
- 28:47SPEAKER_01: And I believe the level of consciousness is changing.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: And the world is inviting all of us to really step into, and I'm going to say, not even our authentic self, but what's wanting to...
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: be expressed through us right like what's coming from whatever you believe in god divine the universe like what's wanting to come through us we i feel now more than ever are being invited to step into that because a you know you do owe it to yourself to express whatever inspires you and gets you jazzed and on a bigger plane I'm going it's it I feel it's so imperative for us to clean that clutter clear out those lies tap into our truth because the world needs you to express whatever is inspiring energy wants to move and be shared through you And only you can shift.
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: I have to agree.
- 30:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because, I mean, well, we don't need to talk about how the world is changing, right?
- 30:15SPEAKER_02: We've seen so many shifts just in the last five, ten years, right?
- 30:20SPEAKER_02: There's so many things that are coming up that nobody, like, where is this coming from?
- 30:25SPEAKER_02: How come all of a sudden these changes have appeared, right?
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: I mean, yeah, if you look back the last 50, 75 years, you probably can see that.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: but it's like the last 10 years has been like an overhaul.
- 30:39SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:40SPEAKER_02: And I mean, they keep saying, right.
- 30:42SPEAKER_02: It's going to get worse before it gets better.
- 30:44SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: Maybe this is the final test.
- 30:46SPEAKER_02: Who knows?
- 30:48SPEAKER_02: But, but this is our time to really come out as who we truly are.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's yeah.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: From my hair to my toes.
- 30:59SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't, it's like, it's, Our self-confidence, our saboteurs, our inner critics, our ego, it's going to show up.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: Well, they're a part of us.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: It's part of us.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: Again, and it's like, but the invitation is there.
- 31:23SPEAKER_01: And again, it's okay.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: We're all navigating through it.
- 31:29SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm coming on to your podcast and, you know, I'm having that.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: What are we going to talk about?
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: Am I going to, you know, say the right thing?
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: Like, sure.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: That comes in and I'm, I'm surrendering and trusting that what's going to be is going to be right.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: And what's going to be said is going to be said.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: And, you know, again, I mean, I've done a lot of practice in strengthening what I'm going to call my self-command muscle.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: So moving to that space in my brain that's coming from more curiosity, creativity.
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: But again, it's not that that doesn't show up.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: It does show up.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: And I also know it shows up for everyone.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: And I will trust that.
- 32:22SPEAKER_01: Even if I get off of this podcast and go, what was I talking about?
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: I don't think that's clear at all.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: Then I can breathe and say, and what's the gift and opportunity in that?
- 32:38SPEAKER_01: How many times have we gone through life and went, this is so horrible what's happening right now, right?
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: The judge...
- 32:49SPEAKER_01: comes in and say, oh, this is terrible.
- 32:52SPEAKER_01: I can't believe I'm going through this.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: It's just like so painful.
- 32:56SPEAKER_01: And when we come through and out to the other side, I can think of a few instances, big ones in my life where I go, that was the biggest gift of my lifetime.
- 33:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: So have to look at this as that, because if we don't, I mean, at the end of the day if we don't look at it as a gift and it is the true authentic self right that's going to burn us right if we look at it as you know look what you've done you've destroyed this you've destroyed that right that that's going to burn you inside right and it's going to take all the the joy out of you right so find the goodness
- 33:41SPEAKER_01: in it well sure and again um it takes up so much real estate.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: So this comes back again to the awareness choice, right?
- 33:53SPEAKER_01: So again, being aware, it's like, ah, you know, we can really, like you and I were just talking before we started the podcast and I was just explaining how I was moving through a business venture that I was working on In the recent past, and it just became so much push, push, push, push, push, push, push, 24 seven working.
- 34:23SPEAKER_01: And, you know, again, it's that awareness that I went, you know, myself, my partner went, wait a minute, wait a minute.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: Not this way.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 34:33SPEAKER_01: Stop, took a breath and just the stopping and taking breath.
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: We both experienced so many new things showing up.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: because we made space, right?
- 34:49SPEAKER_01: And
- 34:50SPEAKER_02: allowed it to come, yeah.
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and so sometimes, right, this cyclical thinking that we're having and we're, you know, we're not aware, we're not able to make a choice for something different and we're not able to stop and surrender, right?
- 35:08SPEAKER_01: It's in that that we start to open up space, right?
- 35:12SPEAKER_01: Like whether it's energetic space or, you know, whatever you want to call it.
- 35:16SPEAKER_01: It's like, okay, now I'm allowing space for something else.
- 35:21SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: Because I'm aware I have the ability to say, oh, no, not this way.
- 35:26SPEAKER_01: And I'm not in that cyclical pattern of beating myself up.
- 35:35SPEAKER_01: Which creates more of what, right?
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: I've already created.
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: So I'm coming from that place of gentle curiosity.
- 35:42SPEAKER_01: I'm coming from that space of loving myself.
- 35:45SPEAKER_01: I'm coming from that space of just allowing.
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: I'm coming from that space of actually even leaning into it instead of trying to force, avoid it.
- 35:58SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 35:58SPEAKER_01: And now it's like, wow, I'm creating space.
- 36:02SPEAKER_01: I'm creating.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: or something else to show up.
- 36:06SPEAKER_02: And we all know that saying, you know, declutter, Right.
- 36:10SPEAKER_02: That's part of it.
- 36:11SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:11SPEAKER_02: That was one of the first things that I learned when I was doing my self-love coaching was decluttering the mind.
- 36:17SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:18SPEAKER_02: What thoughts do we really want to hold on to?
- 36:21SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:22SPEAKER_02: And what thoughts do we want to allow in?
- 36:24SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:25SPEAKER_02: I need to make space for that because there's so much going on in our heads that we need to, you know, get rid of the stuff that's not serving us.
- 36:33SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:33SPEAKER_02: Like what?
- 36:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they're there.
- 36:34SPEAKER_02: They're holding us back.
- 36:36SPEAKER_02: Allow that to be free.
- 36:38SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:39SPEAKER_02: Let it go into the universe or into the wherever you want to send it.
- 36:43SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:43SPEAKER_02: And make room for the stuff that's going to serve me and others.
- 36:47SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 36:48SPEAKER_02: Because if it serves me, I can use that to help others in the world.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: And again, I come back to the awareness, that consciousness, like when we're on autopilot.
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: We're not serving anyone.
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: Somebody else is driving the bus.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: That's
- 37:05SPEAKER_02: right.
- 37:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: of our lives.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: And we are really stuck in those cyclical patterns.
- 37:09SPEAKER_01: Again, we all have them, we all can, you know, become, let's call it victim to them when we're not conscious.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: And that awareness is such a big key.
- 37:20SPEAKER_01: I was listening to something recently.
- 37:24SPEAKER_01: And because I want to say this sounds so simple, what we're talking about.
- 37:28SPEAKER_01: And even though it is simple, it can be Like just to be conscious and be aware that's work for our brain, right?
- 37:40SPEAKER_01: Especially for some of us,
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: excuse me, that have been living on the autopilot for so long, right?
- 37:46SPEAKER_02: It's like, now you want me to actually think it's not
- 37:49SPEAKER_01: going to work that easily.
- 37:50SPEAKER_01: And be conscious and be, it's like, I was listening to Joe Dispenza, an interview he was in recently, and he was talking about, somebody was asking him some variation of the question about, You know, do you ever get frustrated because, you know, people are not sort of paying attention to the work or, you know, doing the work or learning in the way that you're teaching it, this type of thing?
- 38:17SPEAKER_01: And he said, no, no.
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: He said, I don't.
- 38:21SPEAKER_01: Because he said, yeah, some of the concepts can be simple.
- 38:26SPEAKER_01: And he said, I understand that.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: you know, moving on this, this pattern and this type of work for my whole life, just how much energy goes into being conscious.
- 38:42SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 38:42SPEAKER_01: And so he's like, no, I, I, I so much am inspired by and commend people who are willing to show up and do the work.
- 38:55SPEAKER_01: And I thought, bingo, like, I feel the same when I look at people who are whether they're showing up to training or sessions that I'm doing and they're playing full out or they're showing up to a session that I'm offering and they're playing full out, anything, they're coming to one of the summits that I'm offering and I'm going, I just am so excited to be around people who are willing to step into this, explore what's behind the closet door in their life.
- 39:30SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 39:30SPEAKER_01: Willing to be a little bit vulnerable and go, hey, you know what?
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: Me too.
- 39:37SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel ashamed of myself or I am frustrated with myself or I feel like I completely messed this up or I feel like I'm just not enough.
- 39:48SPEAKER_01: Well, you know what?
- 39:49SPEAKER_01: Like, wow.
- 39:51UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: You showed up and you're willing to explore that.
- 39:55SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 39:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 39:57SPEAKER_01: So inspiring.
- 39:58SPEAKER_01: It's so inspiring.
- 40:00SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 40:01SPEAKER_01: And that, again, what I was talking about earlier is, about really showing up and I think that showing up is yes sharing what's inspires you and what's wanting to emerge through you and it's that piece of and I'm willing to be vulnerable and mess up along the way because that stuff is also going to inspire other people to go yeah this is what's calling me too but I'm afraid but I saw Tina and show up when she was afraid.
- 40:32SPEAKER_01: I saw Tina show up and be vulnerable.
- 40:36SPEAKER_01: Maybe I can too.
- 40:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 40:38SPEAKER_01: And it's such a gift in that.
- 40:41SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: And also vulnerable doesn't have to be like you're completely open and bare, right?
- 40:48SPEAKER_02: You can go in baby steps, right?
- 40:50SPEAKER_02: You start with the little things that bother you, the little things that are holding you back.
- 40:55SPEAKER_02: And eventually when you're more comfortable, you are willing to share more.
- 41:00SPEAKER_02: Period.
- 41:01SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:01SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:02SPEAKER_02: And the first time I heard that about being vulnerable, I'm like, nope.
- 41:05SPEAKER_02: Oh, hell no.
- 41:06SPEAKER_02: I'm out.
- 41:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:07SPEAKER_02: I don't do vulnerable.
- 41:08SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 41:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:09SPEAKER_02: And then, you know, I pushed myself a little bit at a time and, you know, it became so much easier.
- 41:16SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 41:17SPEAKER_02: Because then you realize that I don't have to share everything.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 41:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, I love what you're saying here.
- 41:24SPEAKER_01: And I've often will invite my clients, I'll say if I can see that sort of like there's something they're moving through.
- 41:30SPEAKER_01: And, you know, they're going, Oh, I don't know.
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: But there's a possibility to because there always is for a breakthrough in that vulnerable space.
- 41:42SPEAKER_01: It's just that, okay, so could you choose to just be 10% more vulnerable?
- 41:50SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 41:50SPEAKER_01: Just 10%.
- 41:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:52SPEAKER_02: Or just one, like, you know, if that doesn't resonate with you, cause really how much is 10%, right.
- 41:58SPEAKER_02: But just tell me one more small thing about that and then take your time.
- 42:03SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 42:04SPEAKER_02: Just tell me one more thing.
- 42:05SPEAKER_02: Let it off your chest and then you can sit back and take a few weeks off if you need to.
- 42:11SPEAKER_02: But, you know, you can because that will give you like once you've said it, you can't unsay it.
- 42:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: So then it makes you.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: OK, so why did I actually let that out?
- 42:20SPEAKER_02: Why did I, you know?
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: And then that's when the general or the, you know, the the curiosity comes in.
- 42:26SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 42:27SPEAKER_02: And you're like, why did I allow that?
- 42:29SPEAKER_02: Allow myself to let that out.
- 42:31SPEAKER_02: And what do I do now?
- 42:32SPEAKER_02: Because I can't go back.
- 42:33SPEAKER_02: and say Sherry pretend I didn't say
- 42:36SPEAKER_01: anything right okay who out there has had uh the vulnerability hangover oh yeah like oh my gosh I think I went too far and then my next thought is always and you know I can let it go uh because I'm gonna trust and surrender to what is Right.
- 43:01SPEAKER_01: But I've been there.
- 43:01SPEAKER_01: It's like, oh, gosh, I wish I wouldn't advice.
- 43:07SPEAKER_01: It really got.
- 43:09SPEAKER_01: And now, you know, again, but that's right.
- 43:12SPEAKER_01: That's the ego jumping in and going, are you really sure?
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: And you look like a fool and blah, blah, blah.
- 43:18SPEAKER_01: You don't know who you've actually touched in that moment.
- 43:21SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: And that's what it comes down to.
- 43:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 43:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 43:25SPEAKER_01: She spoke
- 43:25SPEAKER_02: for me.
- 43:26SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 43:26SPEAKER_02: Absolutely.
- 43:27SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh, Sherry.
- 43:28SPEAKER_02: I am loving this conversation.
- 43:30SPEAKER_02: I feel like I want to go get another cup of coffee and continue on because I just feel like there's so much learning and just talking and, and, you know, opening up like this.
- 43:43SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 43:43SPEAKER_02: And listeners need to understand that it's okay.
- 43:46SPEAKER_02: It's okay to be yourself, right?
- 43:49SPEAKER_02: You don't have to put on the front.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: You don't have to put on the mask, right?
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: Take the mask off, be yourself.
- 43:55SPEAKER_02: People are going to love
- 43:56SPEAKER_01: you more.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: A hundred percent.
- 43:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: And if they don't, they're not your peeps and that's okay.
- 44:03SPEAKER_01: And that's okay.
- 44:05SPEAKER_01: It doesn't define you, right?
- 44:07SPEAKER_01: Like we get so stuck in believing that what other people think is our measure of value.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 44:14SPEAKER_02: I
- 44:14SPEAKER_01: just finished, as you know, you were on it.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: We had a lovely conversation on the empowered you summit at the end of September.
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: And there's always a theme.
- 44:24SPEAKER_01: at these events.
- 44:25SPEAKER_01: I don't know what it's going to be.
- 44:26SPEAKER_01: It comes out through the speakers and that one is really go into your body.
- 44:30SPEAKER_01: Your body knows the answers are always in there.
- 44:33SPEAKER_01: That's where your value is.
- 44:35SPEAKER_01: That's where your worth is.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: It's in you.
- 44:38SPEAKER_01: And so the more we can tap into that, right?
- 44:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:43SPEAKER_01: The stronger we are, your value is not outside of you.
- 44:46SPEAKER_02: No, no.
- 44:48SPEAKER_02: And we always look outside to know our value.
- 44:50SPEAKER_02: Don't we?
- 44:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:51UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 44:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's the first thing.
- 44:54SPEAKER_02: You know, I remember when I was starting with my, you know, life coaching and getting myself on track.
- 45:00SPEAKER_02: I remember someone, you know, my coach gave me a question and I, you know, texted all the people that I know that I'm close with.
- 45:07SPEAKER_02: And how would you answer this question about me?
- 45:09SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 45:10SPEAKER_02: And so when I went back to my coach, my coach was like, that's not what I'm looking for.
- 45:14SPEAKER_00: And I'm
- 45:14SPEAKER_02: like, but look at, you know, so-and-so says I'm this and so-and-so says I'm that.
- 45:18SPEAKER_02: And she's like, I don't care what anyone else thinks.
- 45:21SPEAKER_02: I want to know what you think.
- 45:23SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 45:23SPEAKER_02: That hit me like a ton of bricks.
- 45:26SPEAKER_01: Well, and this is probably a whole other show, but you can get into.
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, wow.
- 45:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 45:34SPEAKER_01: I've never even.
- 45:36SPEAKER_01: Look at myself as a person.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: I've been so outside of myself for so long.
- 45:45SPEAKER_01: Who am I?
- 45:46SPEAKER_01: I don't, I actually don't know.
- 45:48SPEAKER_01: And it's like, yay.
- 45:52SPEAKER_02: She was so excited.
- 45:53SPEAKER_02: And I was like, how can you be excited for me?
- 45:55SPEAKER_02: I feel completely diminished inside.
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: Like I was like, I don't know what I think about myself.
- 46:01SPEAKER_02: I don't know who I am.
- 46:02SPEAKER_02: That's why I'm here for you to tell me.
- 46:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:06SPEAKER_02: And
- 46:06SPEAKER_01: it's not for anyone to say.
- 46:08SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 46:09SPEAKER_01: Love it.
- 46:10UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 46:11SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 46:12SPEAKER_02: Anyway, thank you so much for being here today.
- 46:15SPEAKER_02: If, I mean, we talked about gentle curiosity a ton, but what can you tell our listeners if they need help finding who they are?
- 46:23SPEAKER_02: What can you tell them?
- 46:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think.
- 46:31SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 46:31SPEAKER_01: So what's coming in for me right now is what I would say.
- 46:34SPEAKER_01: It was a big lesson for me, which was.
- 46:39SPEAKER_01: Whatever wants to come up, whatever emotions want to show up, the invitation is to lean in, feel those, yes, with gentle curiosity.
- 46:52SPEAKER_01: And what if you could love yourself in that, no matter what it is, shame, guilt, jealousy, whatever the icky emotion is, what if you could lean into that and just go, There's nothing wrong.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: There's nothing bad.
- 47:10SPEAKER_01: And this is an invitation for me to explore my own evolution and growth.
- 47:17SPEAKER_01: No, no judgment.
- 47:19SPEAKER_02: Awesome.
- 47:20SPEAKER_02: I absolutely love that.
- 47:22SPEAKER_02: How can the listeners get in touch with you?
