- 0:01There's trending today, trending what everyone talking about. Good morning, six o'clock.
- 0:06I'm Amy in a lead with your top three brunners, brought to you
- 0:10by Bremmer Bank, the bank of Bills to help your business girl. Learn
- 0:13more at Bremmer dot com. A federal Peal's court last night rejected a suit
- 0:17by Donald Trump to block former Vice President Mike Pence from testifying about their conversations.
- 0:22Immediately before the January sixth attack on the Capitol, the Republican majority and
- 0:27the House of Representatives narrowly passed a bill that would raise the national debt ceiling
- 0:31by only in return of fourteen percent to cut the federal spending. The bill
- 0:36is dead on arrival, though, because the Democratic majority in the US Senate
- 0:40will not pass and we'll not pass it, President won't sign it. I
- 0:43guess the point of the vote is to force President Biden to negotiate some spending
- 0:47cuts in return for raising the government debt limit. Now, the US government
- 0:51will default as soon as a summer if no action is taken. And now
- 0:58you might understand why Ed Sheeran is going after. I guess the guy who
- 1:04was a part of Marvin Gay's classic song Let's Get It On. Yesterday he
- 1:08was in court testifying for his defense. Because we just played it for you
- 1:12the other day, it sounds identical, he said. If I'd have done
- 1:17it what you're accusing me of doing, I'd be an idiot to stand on
- 1:21the stage in front of twenty thousand people and do that. He explained that
- 1:23it was his belief that most pop songs are built on building blocks that had
- 1:29been freely available for hundreds of years. Huh, pop hasn't been around for
- 1:34hundreds of years. Well, technically it's always been around. Any song that
- 1:38everybody's like, oh, that's a banger as a pop song, right,
- 1:41I mean, like Mozart was a banger at some point everyone was like,
- 1:42oh, this Mozart is hot, right, I mean Mozart. If I
- 1:48were to pick out top five bangers of all time, definitely Beethoven up there,
- 1:52though for sure I think I think Mozart beats Beethoven. Yeah, But
- 1:57ultimately, I mean, you're gonna have the same and I'm terrible when it
- 2:00comes to like the verbiage for it, like the same tones, the same
- 2:02beat, like all that kind of stuff. This one just because it is
- 2:06so slow, and the fact you sang your song right into it, you
- 2:10still know that you say you would have to have the right So Ed sheer
- 2:13and specifically said I wrote this song pace. He admitted it at that point.
- 2:16I know. He said it's his belief that most pop songs are built
- 2:21on building blocks that have been freely available, but freely available, so it'd
- 2:25be interesting because so your song that we were just playing, like, if
- 2:30that is freely available and somebody kind of comes in with something very similar,
- 2:34are you going to be upset? Why does every rapper have to pay for
- 2:37royalties? Why is p Diddy paying five thousand dollars a day or whatever it
- 2:40was for the sting song right? Because that's absolutely not true? Ed,
- 2:45Ed, I love Ed. Why is he doing this to me? Why
- 2:46is he doing this? That's where I'm at on this. I'm just shocked
- 2:50that he's actually in court fighting this. Weatherwise today you might be a little
- 2:53extra times some fog this morning, otherwise, chance of showers throughout the day,
- 2:57high of fifty eight. Just like this game of Who's Smarter? Coming
- 3:02up? It is Rambo versus Amanda Gracie still on hiatus. Rambo broke the

- 3:17Guys, time, if you go with Amanda this morning on this Who's Smarter
- 3:22game, I'm gonna correct you because she doesn't even know what tie means.
- 3:25This morning we're playing me Smarter at six to eleven Variety, Big Nutty eight
- 3:30point seven. It is Amanda versus Rambo in the Game of Wits, Who's

- 4:02Good stuff in there, Oh my gosh, yeah, what's in there?
- 4:05There is a fifty dollars gift card to either Facehoundry or Advanced MEDSPA. So
- 4:11you spend thirty five dollars in you get that gift card already, so it's
- 4:14kind of a no brainer. Press. There's other tons of stuff in there
- 4:16as well. We got to post it on our Facebook page if you want
- 4:18to check it out. Question number one, what's the largest bone in the
- 4:21human body? That's correct? That sparked faster by the way, Good morning
- 4:28on Facebook to Renee and Ashley. Antana is out on the road driving and
- 4:32wanted a little good morning shout out good morning? What is a duel between
- 4:39three people called? Yeah? Why you get this? I'MI that is incorrect.
- 4:55I don't if it makes you feel better, I was thinking the same
- 4:58thing. Is it a du all? Latois oh? I was close?

- 5:24or fried chicken? Fried chicken? That is correct? Just got a man
- 5:29handle that. We had that question one time on Impossible Trivia. I think
- 5:33okay, Gracie, would you stop with that, Gracie gosh, are you
- 5:39doubling it up? Amanda? Let's go with it. What Tasmanian marsupial is
- 5:44known for its temper, the Tasmanian death. That is correct. Nice and
- 5:49she's back. She's back. Good morning, by the way to Harry Christine
- 5:54Evan. A lot of people up and at it this morning on Facebook,
- 5:57and God bless you for putting up with this. Hey Google, Hey,
- 6:05Google, whatever you're gonna like? His name is pelatively big maybe eight point
- 6:10seven? Wait, amendous juncture. Well, people are all worked up that
- 6:17Kim Kardashian is supposed to be an American horror story, and Sharon Stone it
- 6:23was just a thread, like an access Hollywood thread. She jumped on to
- 6:27attack Kim Kardashian and simply said, well, you know, acting, it
- 6:31might not be brain surgery, but we do treasure our art. We studied,
- 6:38we suffered, and we do suffer for it tens of thousands of hours.
- 6:42My god, I'm gonna he's the thing. I don't have to stick
- 6:44up for Kim Kardashian. Now, yes, these Thespians need to shut up.
- 6:48Okay, I don't know they are so replaceable it is unbelievable. There
- 6:53are ten million people in California right now that would take their job. All
- 6:56they would need is for them to get fired. James is on fire to
- 7:01Well. Unfortunately, you're right, because Kim Kardashian is not going anywhere anytime
- 7:04soon until she passes her bar exam. She has no objection to quitting the
- 7:09Kardashian She said, I will absolutely give up my reality TV career, whatever
- 7:13it is, to be a full time lawyer. So she passed her baby
- 7:16bar in twenty twenty one after three field attempts, and now she plans to
- 7:20take the actual bar February twenty twenty five, so at least two more years
- 7:25of the Kardashians. Now I get to not stick up for Kim Kardashian anymore.
- 7:29Yeah, there you go. Please don't do this. It's like a
- 7:30roller coast picture legally blonde, but it's Kim Kardashi legally Kim yep. She
- 7:36I mean, she was just at the what's it called something White House that
- 7:44one yea la blonde becoming a lawyer in a state that does not require them
- 7:49to go to school to become a lawyer. At a community college in a
- 7:54string. Wait, what do you mean if you pass that bar exam,
- 7:58you just get to become a lawyer in California. You don't have to go
- 8:00to school. Really, Yeah, well you think she's going to school.
- 8:05Well, I feel like there's like some online courses of some sort going on.
- 8:09They're called the Answers to the test. What I would do? Come
- 8:13on, that is not real? Look it up? Wow, all right
- 8:20here. I was like, Wow, she's so smart. Well, I
- 8:24mean it's still a test. Yeah, it's still the bar exam. I
- 8:26feel like we got to give her a little bit of credit there. Being
- 8:30a member of one of the biggest boy bands, you might think you are
- 8:33loaded. You're going to have all this money, your life is going to
- 8:35be fantastic. Yesterday Land's bass is like, no, that is not how
- 8:39it went down with InSync. Well, the worst thing is people thinking that
- 8:43we were rich because we were not. We were famous when we were not
- 8:48rich. Um. Yeah, I mean I make I mean way more money
- 8:52after InSync than I did during in Sync. I mean that he really took
- 8:56majority of all of our stuff and the record label too horrible horrible deals to
- 9:01do that with those guys, it was incredible and you had some of the
- 9:05best experiences ever. I mean, obviously changed my life, led me to
- 9:07so many things I wanted to do in life. You know, moments like
- 9:11performing with Aerosmith a super Bowl halftime show, you my favorite band, you
- 9:15know, those moments should just like it would be nice to you. Yeah,
- 9:18sorry, he answered Becky. Yeah, yes, they were so nice.
- 9:22They were so nice. Let me answer his lance. Yes. But
- 9:26here is the deal. We all think that these people are making so much
- 9:31money, and in fact they're all in debt, even just Ben Affleck and
- 9:35uh Matt Damon. You would have thought that was the highlight of their careers.
- 9:37But no, at least they spent their own money. They didn't get
- 9:41it stolen from their terrible human being of a manager. Right, Yeah,
- 9:45I know what I mean. But they signed on for those deals. You
- 9:46know, when you're coming from the Mickey Mouse Club to thinking you're going to
- 9:50be in a boy band and you're doing all this stuff geez. I mean,
- 9:54would you be able to make that decision and be like, no,
- 9:56I don't want to be in this boy band at seventeen, right, No,
- 10:00it's going to sign that deal and get taken advantage of yep, what
- 10:03is going on? Big nitty eight point seven? I'm sure now today's variety
- 10:13big NITTI eight point seven bad thing and my funny. I didn't mean the
- 10:18riddle, guys. Yeah, I met the bigger money board? All right?
- 10:22Is Tanya there? Tanya? Yeah? I know, I'm sorry.
- 10:28I just I love Tanya for some reason, so I just had to do
- 10:31it. He's renaming you worried. Is a man gonna get the riddle right
- 10:37or wrong? Today? She'll get it right, She'll get it right right
- 10:41eventually. Yeah. Well, there was a little bit of contention here right
- 10:46before we started talking. You guys know which riddle to go with? What
- 10:50does come down? Oh? But never goes up? I'm liking this look
- 10:56right now, Gracie, I'm liking it. It's because it sounds kind of
- 11:00familiar, right, hang on? So great? So Racye was like,
- 11:03no, don't do this one. She didn't like it. She didn't like
- 11:07it. What goes down but doesn't go up? What does come down but
- 11:13never goes up? Oh? What does come down? Race? Cheating?
- 11:16Raytop is open rain? Oh my gosh, nothing's on there. Don't believe
- 11:22that. No, no, no, she needs a new one. It
- 11:22is rain. Should we do another one? Yes, we need to do
- 11:24another one. Yeah, C James, I said time. I know.
- 11:28I know by the way, Tanya, I ate your lucky day because just
- 11:31because I got that one right off the bat, you are still going to
- 11:35go to It's a girl thing. It's going to be at the holiday and
- 11:37it's happening tonight. Doors open at four o'clock. It's going to be so
- 11:41much fun. But only if you like food, shopping and an awesome style
- 11:45show. Tickets again are going to be available at the door, and we're
- 11:48also going to hook you up with a gift card over to Stickies. Sounds
- 11:50awesome. Thank you, You are so welcome. I mean nailed it.
- 11:54Guys. Are your seconds? Her laptop? Way to go, Tanya,
- 11:58All right now, all your stuffs away. How far can a dog run
- 12:01into the into the woods as far as it can? Nope? How far
- 12:05can a dog run into the woods into the woods? How are long are
- 12:13the woods into the woods? Uh, we're getting to the spelling part where
- 12:18she starts spelling. How far can a dog run into the woods as far
- 12:24as it wants to? How far can a dog run into the woods.
- 12:31They are it can run so far into right the woods. No, No,
- 12:41into traffic. It can only run so far into the woods. Yeah,
- 12:48and then what happens when it gets to a certain point of the woods
- 12:52gets tired? That potentially probably true needs a nap. That would be a
- 12:58great riddle if that answer was until it gets tired. And if you're running
- 13:03into something, Yep, at some point you're not running into it anymore,
- 13:09you are running out of it. There you go until it can only until
- 13:13he runs out of it. No, sol Mar, can he run into
- 13:18the woods? Melanie's got it, because Melanie is a genius. No offense.
- 13:22You're getting so mad at me right now because these aren't that hard,
- 13:26but you make them so hard. Unless your laptops opening, you're cheating.
- 13:30No, there was nobody there. Continue, there was nobody where, there
- 13:33was nobody writing me answers. I don't believe it, got it? Can
- 13:37I get my repeat? You're so close? You are so close already though
- 13:41you were very close. How far can a dog run into the woods all
- 13:46the way through? It gets out of the word, We're closer earlier,
- 13:50when we had this discussion seconds ago, literally seconds ago, my stepmom is
- 13:56on Facebook this morning. What's up stepmom? Hey a long time no talk?
- 14:01Hey remember us from FaceTime? When you're out of the woods? Yes,
- 14:07So if you you can only run a certain distance into something until you
- 14:11start running out of it, right, So how far would that distance be?
- 14:16You didn't tell me how far? How long the woods are? It
- 14:18doesn't that, that doesn't matter. How far would the distance be from into
- 14:24where's the line from into and out of? Where's that line in and out?
- 14:28The line? If you're running into something and then you cross the threshold
- 14:33and you start going out, pass the line, the finish line would be
- 14:35the end of the woods? That is correct, the line cross the line?
- 14:41It did this become a race? This is not a race? Oh,
- 14:45Ryan on Facebook says, this one has been done before. What's up?
- 14:48Right? Guy? Even better? So you are running into something,
- 14:52right, you're running into a hallway and then at some point you're running out
- 14:56of a hallway. Yeah, because you are. It's done. It's a
- 14:58rachel point reached the end of the woods. No, you've reached a point.
- 15:01There's a threshold at some point where you are no longer running into something,
- 15:05you are running out of it. What would you call that the end?
- 15:09What is what are a lot of people like in their coffee cream?
- 15:13What? What's another word for the cream? Milk? What is that?
- 15:18So if you wrote something down that was one slash two, what would that
- 15:22be a fifty percent? Is what a math problem? Fifty percent of something
- 15:24is? What percentage of fifty percent of half and half? There you go,
- 15:31Okay, you're making so you'd run into really, Brady says, you're
- 15:35overthinking it. Thank you, clearly, Brady. I need somebody did get
- 15:39me a shirt that says all I do is overthink. I needed to swear
- 15:41it all that that was really you are the one riddle day, but you
- 15:43need to wear it more so half and half yep, So that word is
- 15:48the answer. Alicia says, it's okay, Amanda, I'm not getting it
- 15:52either. Half half of what? Half of half and half of the thing
- 15:58that we're running through? What are we run through the woods? Half the
- 16:00woods? Halfway through the woods? Yes, you can only run halfway through
- 16:04something before you're not running into it anymore, you're running out of it.
- 16:08So you're only running halfway through the roods, You're not running all the way
- 16:11through the wood. Oh my gosh, No, you're running halfway into the
- 16:14woods, and then after that, after you cross that halfway point, now
- 16:17you're running out of the woods. Can we go back to creamering coffee?
- 16:21Because I need more talk more about rain story. We be done with this,
- 16:25and guess what the good news is is. I'm glad it's it's a
- 16:27girl thing today because I will be there sipping on some cocktails, having some
- 16:30fun. Absolutely wow. Love discovering new music. Literally listen all day for
- 16:36the contest. The perfect for listening all day, will use Facebook listening all
- 16:41day at work. That's what I meant. All right, what's your dirty
- 16:48little secrets? I am like obset with Yellowstone and I love rip rip Welcome
- 16:55to every other lady, although I kind of like Kevin Costner maybe a little
- 16:57bit more. But anyway, so why is that? Why is that dirty
- 17:00and or weird? Well, my husband started to transform his look so he
- 17:04can look more like him, like outside of Halloween. We're talking real life,
- 17:12yes, car Hard Oh great, so the cowboy hat, I'm guessing
- 17:18and then what growing a beard or what? Oh my gosh, like he
- 17:22looks terrible. He's growing the Facebook air and he looks even worse in a
- 17:29hat like. It's it's hilarious, it's ridiculous, It's like everything all in
- 17:34one. So I mean, did you say, hey, I really like
- 17:38RiPP and he's, you know, trying to take the viber? Can you
- 17:41just tell him, hey, I like you for you Rip is just kind
- 17:45of my fantasy, but you don't really need to be I just think about
- 17:48Rip when we're in the bedroom. I think that if I tell him that,
- 17:53that's going to crush him. If I tell him that, I only
- 17:56think about Ripping in the bedroom. Ohan. It is one of those things
- 18:00where you kind of do want to let it go a little bit longer because
- 18:03it's hilarious, right, Yeah, I do, But I wanted to stop
- 18:07because I think the next thing is that he's going to try to start acting
- 18:11like him and it is doing everything and I don't want to see that.
- 18:14Ye's a little murdering. I agree. Yeah. Well, I mean you
- 18:17could get your inner Beth going. That should slow things down pretty quick.
- 18:22This guy's not ready for Beth. Yeah, is anybody ready for Beth?
- 18:29Oh? Rip? Oh? Sweet? Rats? So good an embarrassing?
- 18:33Yeah on every level? All right, what's your dirty little secret? I
- 18:41collect glasses like the ones you wear, the ones you drank out of,
- 18:45oh, like like beer glasses and stuff like that. Okay, this is
- 18:48your dirty little script. That's fine. Yeah that's the problem. Well I
- 18:52don't actually I collect them, but I don't actually buy them. Oh gotcha.
- 18:57So you're a collepto. Yeah, feel that. I go to a
- 19:00lot of like breweries and bars around town and I just sort of, you
- 19:04know, walk away with them. What do you Where do you put them?
- 19:07I usually have like like how do I see it? Steal them?
- 19:10Yeah? What do you put them? Down your pants? That's what I'm
- 19:12asking you. I mean I did creative. Sometimes I wear like cargo pants
- 19:15or cargo short. Sometimes I have a bad look this is at bag and
- 19:22don't look in my man. Get creative. So now you're just starting to
- 19:26feel guilty about it after all these years. No, I don't really feel
- 19:30guilty about it. U. Problem is that I have, like I have
- 19:33a huge collection, and it's kind of kind of strange if you see it.
- 19:38And I just started seeing a girl and when she came over, she
- 19:42opened my cabinet door, and she was kind of like shocked when she saw
- 19:47all these different like fancy beard goblets, and glasses and stuff, and she
- 19:52was like, how how do I how how did you get all of these?
- 19:55And I didn't really know, say uh. She seemed kind of like
- 19:59turned off by it because she's been pretty distant ever since, because she realized
- 20:03this guy is stealing glasses and I am uncomfortable about it, Like how do
- 20:06you have a set of four? People are gonna be wondering. I think
- 20:11what I'm gonna do. I think I'm just gonna lie to her and I'm
- 20:14gonna tell her that people give them to me because they know I like them,
- 20:18and maybe she'll believe that. I mean, I definitely I can't tell
- 20:21her that I feel I think that would maybe that would that would? You
- 20:25definitely can't tell her that you steal, but you can lie to her all
- 20:27day. Yeah, this do her relationship sounds like it's off to a great
- 20:30Starterfect just be like, hey, do you have a really big purse?
- 20:33If we go out to dinner, Hey, put this in your person.
- 20:37My mom used to do that with eggawls at Kinghouse. Oh my god,
