- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Tonight,
- 0:05we have an article from the Daily Mail and Glean
- 0:09Maxwell's brother wants us all to know how shocked and
- 0:13perturbed she was that her conviction didn't get overturned. So
- 0:18let's jump right into the article from the Daily Mail
- 0:21and let's see what's what. The author of this article
- 0:25is Nick Pisa headline, she is shocked and perturbed by
- 0:29the decision child sex trafficker Gleane Maxwell's brother blast judges
- 0:35loaded refusal to grant her a retrial after deeply tainted conviction.
- 0:40I mean, the only thing that's really deeply tainted here
- 0:44is Glean Maxwell's behavior. She's what's really tainted. You're shocked
- 0:49and you're perturbed. Breaking news. Nobody cares. Enjoy the blowney
- 0:54sandwiches and shut your yap. Convicted sex trafficker. God, I
- 1:02love reading that. Glen Maxwell's brother says the family is
- 1:05shocked and perturbed by a judge's decision to reject a
- 1:09retrial request, saying it was loaded against her. The former
- 1:13socialite co conspirator General all around scuzbag bipedal serpent en
- 1:18close pal of Prince Andrew was found guilty last year,
- 1:22but it later emerged jury member Scotti David had failed
- 1:26to disclose he had been sexually abused as a child. Well,
- 1:30we all know that didn't go anywhere for Maxwell and
- 1:32her team, and that was the bit of debris that
- 1:36they had to hold on to as they were floating
- 1:39around amongst the wreckage. Now, well, you can only dog
- 1:43paddle for so long. Her family and legal team say
- 1:48this way the jury to find her guilty of being
- 1:50a recruiter of teenage girls for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and
- 1:55she could now face sixty five years in jail. No, sorry,
- 1:59nobody leaves that the judge didn't believe it. And like
- 2:04I've always said, I highly doubt that the other jurors
- 2:08were waiting with baited breath for Scotty David to tell
- 2:13them what to do. That's not giving them enough credit
- 2:16for being, you know, people with their own minds and
- 2:19thoughts and ways to discern what's real and what's not.
- 2:25Defense lawyers that hope they could secure a retrial from
- 2:28Maxwell sixty after the juror revelations emerged last week. After
- 2:33the juror revelations emerged, but last week District Judge Allison
- 2:37Nathan dismissed the request, and now, of course they're going
- 2:41to appeal, and that appeal will go to the second
- 2:44Circuit Court, who has already denied how many different Maxwell appeals,
- 2:50how many different appeals by people involved in this to
- 2:53keep things sealed so they can try and go to
- 2:57the appeals court. But it's going to be a serious
- 3:01uphill climb. And when I say an uphill climb, I'm
- 3:03talking Mount Everest in a pair of crocs and shorts.
- 3:11Speaking for the first time about it, Maxwell's brother Ian said,
- 3:15to say we were shocked is understated clearly. Golaine was
- 3:19also very perturbed by it. If I had to summarize it,
- 3:22the dice were loaded by the court. Look, your sister
- 3:27got away with this for how long She never had
- 3:30to suffer any of the repercussions for what she was
- 3:33doing with Epstein, all because, by the way, she was
- 3:36named in that non prosecution agreement. Without that thing, your
- 3:40sister's goose would have been cooked a long time ago. Ian.
- 3:43But because of that monstrosity, because of that deviant ass
- 3:48deal that she caught, well, she was able to continue
- 3:51on with her life, living it up starting charities, hanging
- 3:55out in submarines dating billionaires, while these girls were let
- 4:00to try and put the pieces together of their life.
- 4:04So I don't give a damn about how shocked or
- 4:07perturbed Glenn Maxwell is. I hope honestly that she's even
- 4:12more shocked and more perturbed when she actually gets to prison.
- 4:18The verdict was unsafe by virtue of this juror, and
- 4:22the decision is deeply tainted. Nope, the only thing deeply
- 4:25tainted once again is your sister her behaviors, and well
- 4:30your father's behavior as well. Your father's a thief, your
- 4:34sister's a human trafficker, a thief, all kinds of stuff,
- 4:38And you're out here talking about things are deeply tainted,
- 4:42and you're shocked and you're perturbed. This is going to
- 4:47go to appeal. It's just one of the many points
- 4:50of appeal pre trial, in trial, post trial. And we
- 4:53are confident that Glaine will be successful on appeal, just
- 4:57like you were confident that she wasn't going to get convicted,
- 5:00just like you were confident that everybody was lined up
- 5:04against Glenn Maxwell unfairly never showed up with a receipt,
- 5:09never showed up with any evidence, never showed up with
- 5:11any witnesses that could back up the stuff you folks
- 5:13were saying. Meanwhile, there was reem after ream of evidence
- 5:18pointing in the other direction. He also slammed the US
- 5:25judicial system, saying that it was always going to be
- 5:28against his sister, and said the prosecution held an infamous
- 5:32press conference the day of her arrest. The pointed to
- 5:36a picture of Epstein and my sister, and the implication
- 5:39was that she was guilty, which meant it was open
- 5:42season on Goline and it never let up. Well, look
- 5:46that's what happens when you're accused of a crime. Okay,
- 5:50you get arrested, and if you're a high profile person,
- 5:53there's a news conference. Again, you don't want your sister
- 5:57to be mentioned with Jeffrey Epstein. Maybe you should have
- 6:00been around to guide her and tell her not to
- 6:03hang out with Jeffrey Epstein. Where were you at, Ian,
- 6:06What were you doing? There is no possibility in English system.
- 6:16In English system, prosecutor hold a press conference and say
- 6:19this woman is guilty before any child has taken place.
- 6:22Gland was depicted as some evil mole. It's grotesque. Well,
- 6:26she was depicted as she is. And as far as
- 6:29what happens in England, well that's all fine, and well
- 6:33tell your sister to commit her crimes in England. Oh wait,
- 6:36she did, but nobody cared. Right, of course, you're going
- 6:38to bring up the English justice system, I mean, really,
- 6:43the same justice system that let Jimmy Savile run rampant again.
- 6:49Don't be popping your head over your wall and telling
- 6:52your neighbor to clean up their yard when yours looks
- 6:55like shit. Numerous accusers who were not called in this trial.
- 7:03Lawyers have been vociferous, and none and none of it
- 7:07has been put to the test. It's just drip, drip, drip.
- 7:11What you wanted more accusers called? I don't even understand
- 7:16what that means. How many more? What more do you want?
- 7:19You had four who came up there and gave horrendous
- 7:23testimony about what your sister was up to. There's literally hundreds.
- 7:29I can only imagine the stories that someone like Nadia
- 7:33could tell us. Imagine if she was willing to talk,
- 7:37Imagine if she was willing to come forward and speak
- 7:40to the authorities or whatever, give her some kind of
- 7:43immunity deal or something. Boy, I can only imagine, because
- 7:48all of the nonsense that you hear from Ian Maxwell
- 7:51and all of these other people. They weren't around. How
- 7:54did they know what happened. All they're going on is
- 7:56what Glen Maxwell told them. Meanwhile, the evidence points in
- 8:01a completely different direction. So I don't care if you're
- 8:05my brother, my sister, my father, my mother. Of course,
- 8:09at first, I'm going to believe you. But if there's
- 8:12reams and reams of evidence that come out, and it
- 8:16is staggering how much evidence there is against you, I'm
- 8:20not gonna be out here running some sort of campaign
- 8:23acting like you're innocent. Now, I still love you. I'll
- 8:27probably put some money on your books and shit, But
- 8:29besides that, don't think you're gonna have me out here
- 8:32acting as a surrogate when I see the evidence that's
- 8:35laid against you. And there's no way that her brothers
- 8:39don't know what's going on here. Speaking to journalist Jay
- 8:47Beecher of his sister's case, Ian sixty six said, it's
- 8:51got sex, it's got death, these guys dying in prison,
- 8:54it's got royalty, it's got money, it's got famous people,
- 8:57young girls, everything you could dream of. All of the
- 9:00elements are there. Jay Beecher. Huh oh yeah, no, I
- 9:04wonder why he spoke to him. He also suggested the
- 9:07me too social movement against sexual abuse and harassment had
- 9:11also played its part in Maxwell's guilty verdict last December
- 9:15in a New York court. Well that's funny because the
- 9:17me too movement there's nowhere to be seen throughout this
- 9:19whole entire case. Ask the survivors, they'll tell you. So
- 9:26what does that even mean? The me too movement? It's
- 9:29like he just throws out all of these like buzzwords,
- 9:33hoping they catch Ian explained this has also had an
- 9:40enormous impact impact. All women must be believed, all victims
- 9:45must be believed. Well, I don't ascribe to that. How
- 9:48many times have I said it here on this podcast.
- 9:50I don't believe all of anyone. We're all great characters.
- 9:53If you come out with accusations like this, you better
- 9:56have some evidence to back it up. Because I don't
- 10:01just believe all women. I don't believe all men. I
- 10:03believe evidence and wherever that evidence goes. So again, just
- 10:08more talking points. What he's trying to do is create
- 10:11an error around this, like things were improper, like Maxwell
- 10:15wasn't given the fair shake she deserves. Meanwhile, we all
- 10:19know she was given more than a fair shake. But
- 10:26we know in this count in this country, that so
- 10:29called victims turn out not to be victims. Carl Beach
- 10:32invented claims of widespread establishment's sex abuse would be the
- 10:36finest example of that. So again, let's blame the survivors,
- 10:39blame the victims, that they all made it up. None
- 10:42of this ever happened. Glen Maxwell is just a great girl,
- 10:45and none of this ever happened. All hundreds of these
- 10:48girls all lied, They got together and made up these stories.
- 10:55These kinds of things go on, and jury verdicts have
- 10:57been overturned time and time again, and obviously we hope
- 11:01this is going to happen on this occasion as well.
- 11:04I mean, it's funny. Have you noticed that all of
- 11:07these clowns have shut up about the picture all of
- 11:11a sudden. Remember how vocal they all were about how
- 11:14faked the picture was, got irish stand ins, got body doubles,
- 11:18all kinds of wild shit. Yeah, the journalist, he's talking
- 11:22to one of those types. But we all know the score,
- 11:25all right. It's the writing is on the wall and
- 11:31The only people who are denying what went on here
- 11:33at this point are people that are close to Maxwell
- 11:38and Andrew and people who have skin in the game
- 11:42who know that they're going to be in big trouble
- 11:44if this all is ever exposed. Besides that, the rest
- 11:47of the world, the vast majority of the world is
- 11:50looking at this and all of the players involved, all
- 11:53of the enablers, all of the surrogates, and we're all
- 11:57coming to the same conclusion. You're all a bunch of scumbags.
- 12:05All this forms a powerful package of appeal points that
- 12:08for me show this trial was not fair with. On
- 12:11top of that, the lying juror ian added, my sister
- 12:15has been banged up now it will be two years
- 12:18in July. She is in horrendous incarceration. She is in isolation,
- 12:22she is on suicide watch. She continues to have torches
- 12:25flashlights shone in her eyes every fifteen minutes to make
- 12:29sure she is still breathing. Well, get it should be
- 12:32on the flip side, should they not do that? And
- 12:34then something happens to your sister so you and your
- 12:36boy over here can come up and complain about, oh,
- 12:39how she was let to be hurt? It was on purpose. Nope,
- 12:43not this time. Maxwell's gonna stand and deliver. If somebody
- 12:48is going to go to prison forever and it can't
- 12:51be Epstein, it might as well be the number two
- 12:53in the organization. Right. You know, if John Gotti died,
- 12:58do you really think that the mafia would have just
- 13:01stopped their investigation? Now that's it. God, he's dead. Let's
- 13:04forget about it. No, because it's a criminal enterprise, right,
- 13:07same goes here. Your sister Ian Maxwell was engaged in
- 13:11a criminal enterprise. In fact, she was the underboss of
- 13:14that criminal enterprise, according to many people with knowledge of
- 13:18what went on. So now she is paying the price.
- 13:24She has denied all kinds of rights and opportunities. It's
- 13:28a shocker. She was already frail mentally and physically at
- 13:31the start of the trial, and I think this impacted
- 13:34for sure on whether she would give evidence in her
- 13:36own defense, knowing what an aggressive affair that would have been.
- 13:40Oh but it's okay for the girls to go do it,
- 13:42right who have lived this nightmare of their whole lives,
- 13:45they can get up there and testify. But your sorry
- 13:47excuse for a human as a sister, she can't, right, Okay, sure, why, Oh,
- 13:54that's why the interrogators, the prosecutors would have lit her
- 13:58up like it was the fourth of July. These kinds
- 14:03of conditions in a first world country should not be acceptable.
- 14:07They are not acceptable in our country, and they should
- 14:10not be acceptable in America, but they appear to be.
- 14:14He keeps throwing these shots out of America. Bro, here's an idea.
- 14:17Kick fucking rocks and go back to England. Nobody wants
- 14:19you here anyway, You sick bastard. Go and hang out
- 14:24with the ghost of Jimmy Saville and fuck off. Well.
- 14:28I agree that the conditions in America, as far as
- 14:31jails go, definitely need to be examined. I don't think
- 14:34that Glen Maxwell's incarceration should be the thing that gets
- 14:39that ball rolling. These people are the upper crust of
- 14:44the upper crust. If they were so worried about the
- 14:47conditions inside of these jails and prisons, don't you think
- 14:51that they would have been talking about this a long
- 14:53time ago before Maxwell was arrested. Don't you think they
- 14:56would have been throwing bunches of money at reforming the
- 15:00criminal justice system. But no, they didn't write because they
- 15:03don't care until they're caught up in it, and they
- 15:05don't care because the people that they're giving money to
- 15:08political donations, well, they're the ones who write these laws,
- 15:11and they put the loopholes and technicalities in these laws
- 15:14so people like Maxwell never have to pay the piper. Well,
- 15:18guess what time to pay up. He also questioned why,
- 15:27given the amount of accusations she has made, Virginia Roberts,
- 15:31who claimed she was trafficked by Maxwell and Epstein to
- 15:34have sex with Prince Andrew, was not called to testify.
- 15:38Ian said, I think they realized she would have had
- 15:40a very difficult time under cross examination and that she
- 15:43could have done more damage than helped the prosecution's cause
- 15:47you think, huh, you're a fucking clowny in Maxwell. Wow,
- 15:51guess what You're gonna get your chance here in a
- 15:53little while when she shows up for that victim impact statement.
- 15:57Let's see how gung ho you are on having Virginia
- 16:00sit there and tell her story. It seems the only
- 16:03people that don't believe Virginia at this point are the Maxwell's,
- 16:07the scumbag surrogates that did they give interviews to, and
- 16:12the I don't know five or six people running around
- 16:15on like Twitter that still think that you know Maxwell's
- 16:18innocent or whatever. But the reality of the situation is
- 16:21this Virginia's testimony. What Virginia has said and set on
- 16:27record has been tested. It's been tested in court. Your
- 16:31sister paid out. Fuck face. Okay, Max Epstein, he paid out?
- 16:36Fuck face. How did things work out for your boy,
- 16:39Prince Andrew? Not so well? Right? So please save all
- 16:44the gas lighting and all the wuhiing. Nobody buys any
- 16:47of this nonsense. If you are a powerful witness whom
- 16:53you believe is telling the truth and whose combination of
- 16:56the truth and the way they can tell the truth, sincerely,
- 16:59hand on heart, look the jury in the eye and
- 17:01say this happened. You were going to use that person
- 17:04because it's going to be very effective. Notice he doesn't
- 17:07talk about the non prosecution agreement in Florida, right, convenient
- 17:12that he leaves that out another lie of omission. The
- 17:17fact they didn't use her tells us all we already
- 17:20know they couldn't. They could not stand her up under
- 17:24cross examination because of the tremendous multiple inconsistencies in her
- 17:28prior accounts on almost every subject for years. That is
- 17:31why I believe they did not run with this particular witness.
- 17:36You're wrong, but you can believe whatever you want. You
- 17:40and Bozo the clown over there, can talk about and
- 17:42believe whatever you want. But the facts are the facts.
- 17:48If nobody believes her and she's not a good witness,
- 17:50then why the fuck has everybody paid her so much money? See,
- 17:54you can't get away from the little details here, Kenya.
- 17:57It's easy to get up there and prattle and rap
- 18:00and talk shit when nobody's challenging you, when you have
- 18:03a friendly journalist who's giving the interview. But what happens
- 18:08when your bullshit is challenged? What happens when people aren't
- 18:12just gonna sit back and take what you say as fact.
- 18:19When asked how his sister was coping in jail, Ian
- 18:22admitted the family was concerned for her welfare. He said,
- 18:25we all have to be worried about that because she
- 18:28has now been banged up for two years, oh, two
- 18:31whole years for trafficking children. Big fucking deal. I know
- 18:34people who have done eight or nine for gambling. Bro
- 18:38Zero remorse from me, not one bit. She had this
- 18:45terrible roller coaster of an arrest, then lost three four
- 18:48five bel applications consistently turned down for reasons that are
- 18:52wrong because the court doesn't want to find itself on
- 18:55the wrong side of public opinion. No, the court knew
- 18:58that she'd run. The court knew that you and your
- 19:00scumbag buddies have the ways and the means to help
- 19:04her run. That's why she's still in jail. Okay, stupid,
- 19:10So she has had a really had a dose of it.
- 19:13The way treatment has been dished out in jail has
- 19:15been really shocking. But I know that she remains resolute.
- 19:18She is determined to see this through. She believes in
- 19:21her innocence completely of the charges that she faces. Hmm,
- 19:24then why didn't she get on the stand and tell
- 19:26us all that? Why did she sit there meek, cowardly
- 19:32and not willing to look her accusers in the face
- 19:35and sit on that witness stand and say I did
- 19:37not do this. You want to talk about weak ass
- 19:41witnesses on the stand? Homie, you live in a glasshouse.
- 19:46How are you going to be out here throwing rocks
- 19:47talking about Virginia's a week witness when your sister is
- 19:51the weakest witness in the history of weak witnesses. However
- 19:59unpopular it is, and however counter to the prevailing narrative
- 20:02that is about the justice system doing what it should
- 20:05to what it should do, and that the basis of
- 20:07why we have appeal courts, and it may have to
- 20:09go to the Supreme Court, Supreme Court, regardless of what
- 20:13this court has decided. On the basis of what it
- 20:16has decided, we are confident that on the central point
- 20:19of the appeal, not to mention the other points, that
- 20:22Glaine will be successful. She has hope, she has a
- 20:25strong and supportive family. We have hope. We are going
- 20:29to fight. Maxwell is due to be sentenced in June.
- 20:33I mean, wow, all the way to the Supreme Court. Huh, Well,
- 20:36that's funny. The Supreme Court wouldn't even hear a word
- 20:39about the non prosecution agreement. You want to talk about
- 20:43people being fired up that the Supreme Court here Maxwell's
- 20:46case and not the survivors. See the thing is, folks,
- 20:51people like Glaine Maxwell and her family, they'll always try
- 20:54and set it up like they're being targeted because of
- 20:56their immense wealth, when the reality is this. You heard
- 21:01him just cry that she had five bell attempts denied.
- 21:05How many Bell attempts did Khalif Browder Get how many
- 21:08Bell attempts did Insert just about any person in prison
- 21:13right now or jail and ask them how many times
- 21:15they got in front of the judge to ask for Belle.
- 21:18I'm guessing not many of them had five. I'm guessing
- 21:20not many of them had a computer in their cell.
- 21:22I'm guessing not many of them had fourteen hours a
- 21:24day with lawyers. So every time Maxwell and her team
- 21:30talk about how horrible the conditions were or or are
- 21:34for her in prison, I have to laugh. They make
- 21:37it out like a Shawshank redemption for her, when in reality,
- 21:40she's sitting around by herself. Sure, she's probably lonely in board,
- 21:45but besides that, there's no one that's gonna hurt her,
- 21:48nothing like that. Nobody's extorting her, and that's what she's
- 21:51gonna get if she goes to general population. So again,
- 21:55all the stuff this dude's talking about, all the winging
- 21:57he's doing, it's all bs, nothing more than trying to
- 22:02set up a narrative before the appeal. But people are
- 22:06too hit for that, and even the legacy media is
- 22:10inviting this dude refuses to go to a real outlet
- 22:15to have a real interview where he's going to be challenged,
- 22:18So we'll just get more dribble from him, more nonsense,
- 22:22and certainly more spin. But when everything is said and
- 22:26done and all the checks have been cashed, Glenn Maxwell
- 22:32is sitting in prison, and those well, those are just
- 22:36the facts, all right, everybody that is going to do it.
- 22:40I will be back tomorrow and we'll start all over again.
- 22:44If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 22:46at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bo bbu
- 22:50Y c ap Ucci at ProtonMail dot com. You can
- 22:55also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore cap you Cci.
- 23:02The link that we discussed can be found in the
- 23:04description What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 23:11It seems at this point anybody you talked to has
- 23:14an opinion about what happened to Jeffrey Epstein in that
- 23:18jail cell. And to tell you the truth, I don't
- 23:21think anyone's in a position to tell anybody else that
- 23:24they're wrong until we have some sort of definitive proof
- 23:28about what happened in that jail cell. I'm willing to
- 23:31believe anything at this point, well, anything besides the official
- 23:35narrative that the government has tried to spoon feed us.
- 23:40And when you look at all of the facts from
- 23:42the day that Jeffrey Epstein died and how it was
- 23:46handled in the aftermath by the facility, by the medical examiner,
- 23:51the coroner, and everybody else involved, none of it makes
- 23:55any sense. And still after all of these years, we
- 23:59have no besides Bill Barr telling all of us that
- 24:03we need to trust him. And like I said before,
- 24:06unless you're Aaron Rodgers and you're the quarterback of my
- 24:09football team, I don't want to hear any of that
- 24:11oh you gotta trust me stuff from known scoundrels like
- 24:15Bill Barr. I mean, does anybody trust this guy, no
- 24:18matter what your political sway is. I don't think anybody
- 24:23has anything good to say about Bill Barr, and he's
- 24:27earned all of it. The guy's an absolute idiot, filled
- 24:31with hubris, and another one of these narcissists, one of
- 24:35these unelected bureaucrats that think that they know better than
- 24:40everybody else and that everybody else is too stupid to
- 24:43understand what they understand. So in his mind, he can't
- 24:47understand for a second why any of us wouldn't believe
- 24:51the all powerful Bill Darth Barr when he tells us
- 24:54that everything was on the up and up when it
- 24:57comes to Jeffrey Epstein's death. But neither you or I
- 25:01are willing to give him that kind of trust. So
- 25:05the federal government needs to come correct and they need
- 25:08to be transparent about what happened in that jail cell.
- 25:11And if it was Jeffrey Epstein committing suicide, then let's
- 25:15see the proof. If it was something else, let's know
- 25:18about that as well. But avoiding being transparent after three
- 25:23years is not really going to get things moving in
- 25:27the right direction. Time and time again, you hear people
- 25:30from like the FBI or Congress or the Senate talk
- 25:34about how trust is being eroded in the institutions, and
- 25:38then they want to blame that on pundits or people
- 25:42that are trying to get clicks for their website. And
- 25:44while some of that is true, some of that does
- 25:46play a part, the real problem is the institutions themselves
- 25:51are not doing the right thing. They're the ones that
- 25:54are damaging their reputation, nobody else, and that's because a
- 25:58lot of these institutions have become politicized. Whether it's one
- 26:02side or the other, it doesn't matter. What happens is
- 26:06that erodes the trust in the public. When people feel
- 26:09like you have an ax to grind and you're the
- 26:11institution of the FBI, well that's not gonna work out
- 26:14well for anyone, and especially it's not going to work
- 26:17out for society. So if they want to alleviate that
- 26:21and they want to fight back against misinformation, like they
- 26:25always say, then they'd be more transparent. But they won't
- 26:29even do it in a case such as this. I'm
- 26:32not even talking about being transparent about national security secrets.
- 26:36I'm talking about airing out all of the secrets from
- 26:40some scumbag child molester who's already dead. So what's the
- 26:44hold up, Why aren't you releasing this information? And why
- 26:48hasn't the Inspector General's report been put out yet? And
- 26:53piggybacking on that, Glene Maxwell's brother, well, he's come out
- 26:58in a new interview and he says that he believes
- 27:01that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered. Now, look, I'm not in
- 27:05the business of agreeing with Glaine Maxwell's family, especially when
- 27:10we're talking about well anything, but Ian Maxwell's not wrong
- 27:14here to try and get more answers. There's a lot
- 27:18on the table. But for me, I think that if
- 27:21anyone would have any information about these people in power
- 27:25that are pulling the strings, pulling down on the levers
- 27:28and causing the rest of us chaos, it would be
- 27:31Gallne Maxwell. Right, Well, she's sitting in that jail cell.
- 27:34Has she sang a song for the government, not that
- 27:37we know of. So if Glene Maxwell wants to protect
- 27:41herself and they truly believe that Epstein was clipped, don't
- 27:45you think that singing a song for the government, signing
- 27:48a three to zero two and proffering up would be
- 27:50the way to go. She didn't do any of that,
- 27:53And that's a question that nobody has asked Ian Maxwell
- 27:57when they interviewed him. I would think that if Glene
- 28:00Maxwell had something to offer up, she would have offered
- 28:02it up a long time ago. Because now, even if
- 28:06she does offer something up, it's gonna be corrupted. She's
- 28:09already a felon, and whatever information she gives up will
- 28:13easily be challenged as somebody who is being self serving. Right,
- 28:18she's already a convicted felon, a known liar. Why should
- 28:21a jury believe her, So Ghlainne Maxwell has certainly painted
- 28:24herself in a corner if she wanted to use some
- 28:27of that information that she says she has to her benefit,
- 28:31and I thought that during her trial we would see
- 28:34more of that. But for whatever reason, Glainne Maxwell went
- 28:38down with the shit, and I've always said that she
- 28:41ended up becoming useless to her handlers. After all of
- 28:44this was kicked into motion once Epstein was arrested for
- 28:48the second time and they did the burn trying to
- 28:50get rid of all of the evidence connecting Epstein to
- 28:53whoever his handlers were. Well, Maxwell was burned at that
- 28:57point as well, and she had outlived her useful But
- 29:01I think that there was already way too much craziness
- 29:04around Epstein getting whacked for them to even attempt something
- 29:07like that with Glen Maxwell. So at this point, glean Maxwell,
- 29:12even with any information, is not going to be that
- 29:15useful of an informant, And unfortunately that's what happens if
- 29:20you don't proffer up before you get convicted. But today
- 29:23we have an article from a local station, KRN four,
- 29:29and this station reached out to Ian Maxwell and they
- 29:33got an interview with them So let's dive into this
- 29:36article and let's see what author Vicky Liviacis has for
- 29:42US headline. Glean Maxwell's brother believes Jeffrey Epstein was murdered,
- 29:49convicted sex trafficker, one time British socialite and former girlfriend
- 29:54of disgraced financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Wait, you mean fellow scumbag,
- 30:00fellow child abuse her and bipedal serpent. Right, that's what
- 30:03you mean when you're talking about Glen Maxwell. Glenn Maxwell
- 30:07is currently serving a twenty year sentence in a low
- 30:11security prison. Maxwell sixty one is now appealing her high
- 30:15profile case and good luck with that. I mean, she
- 30:19has a few things to bite her teeth into, as
- 30:21far as Scotti, David Goes and Juror fifty, but anything
- 30:26more than that, I just don't see how they think
- 30:28they're going to get over the hump, because it looks
- 30:31like a serious uphill battle. Ian Maxwell, Glen Maxwell's brother,
- 30:37spoke to KRN four's Vicky Leviacis from London about where
- 30:42things stand in the appeal process. Glaine Maxwell was at
- 30:46the center of an international sex scandal involving Epstein. She
- 30:50wishes she had never met jeff Epstein, and because the
- 30:54havoc that relationship has caused, not just Glaine, but really
- 30:58everybody that came in touch with him, said Ian Maxwell.
- 31:02What Ian Maxwell leaves out, though, is that all of
- 31:05these people they chose to hang out with Epstein, They
- 31:07chose to cavort with him because it was beneficial to them,
- 31:11So they chose to look the other way while these
- 31:13girls and these women were being abused. Maxwell is serving
- 31:18a twenty year bid at a Tallahassee federal prison for
- 31:21her role in sex trafficking underage victims. In her recently
- 31:25filed appeal, she says she did not receive a fair trial.
- 31:29Basically it was a stitch up from after Jeffrey Epstein
- 31:33died in news government custody when Bill Barr was Attorney General,
- 31:37said Ian Maxwell. And look, I'm not in the business
- 31:40of agreeing with Ian Maxwell, but Bill Barr is an
- 31:43absolute lout, a good for nothing soob and in fact,
- 31:48I'm sure that scuzbag has committed several crimes throughout his career.
- 31:52So someone should do a full look at Bill Barr.
- 31:56The billionaire financier pedophile was found hung in his yel
- 32:00cell in an apparent suicide. Ian Maxwell, however, questions the
- 32:05official account. And I wouldn't say hung really right. He
- 32:08had the bed sheets that were cut up hung off
- 32:11the post and he just leaned forward into it. So
- 32:14if you want to call that a hanging, I guess,
- 32:16But to me it looks more like choking yourself out.
- 32:20The only person to actually take the fall is Jeff Epstein,
- 32:24and he's dead, of course, said Ian Maxwell. We don't
- 32:27really know the extent of what happened that night there.
- 32:30His own family thinks he was murdered. My sister thinks
- 32:33he was murdered. According to her brother, Glenne, Maxwell believes
- 32:37she was blamed for Epstein's crimes. To satisfy public outrage,
- 32:42Ian Maxwell said that his sister has acknowledged the victim's
- 32:45suffering and has expressed considerable empathy for them. Oh yeah,
- 32:50and I'm the King of Siam. Maxwell's appeals claim, among
- 32:54other things, that Adjur failed to disclose he was a
- 32:57victim of child abuse to being on the jury for case.
- 33:02Despite reports of a black book in secret video tapes,
- 33:05Ian Maxwell said, if it were true, they would have
- 33:08been released by now. The black books already out there.
- 33:11You dumbed them when you mean it would have been
- 33:13released by now. It's already out there, and not only
- 33:16the Black Book, but the Son of the Black Book,
- 33:19the Black Book Part two. As far as the tapes, well,
- 33:22you and I both know that Darren Endyke and Richard
- 33:25Kahn both went into those houses and took whatever they took,
- 33:29and we also know that Epstein was tipped off before
- 33:32he was arrested. When the police got there, there was
- 33:35no computers, there was no tapes because everything was taken
- 33:38and stashed away, probably over at Zoro Ranch. So try again,
- 33:43Ian Maxwell. He still fears for his sister's safety. If
- 33:48there are other people that have not yet come into
- 33:51the prosecution's orbit and who may be powerful people and
- 33:55don't wish to be involved in this, somehow that they
- 33:58would find it an ability to murder my sister or
- 34:01cause her to have an accident that looks like an
- 34:04accident but isn't, said Ian Maxwell. It may take more
- 34:08than six months for Glenn Maxwell's appeal to be heard.
- 34:11In the meantime, Ian Maxwell said his family is standing
- 34:15by his sister. We are her family, we love her,
- 34:18we miss her, and we will support and defend her said,
- 34:22Ian Maxwell, imagine that being your hill to die on.
- 34:26The Maxwell's should go over to the Laundry's house and
- 34:29they should have dinner because they're just as reprehensible. But
- 34:33as far as Jeffrey Epstein being murdered or killing himself,
- 34:37the question is up in the air. In my opinion,
- 34:40I am very agnostic about it. Like I've always said,
- 34:44I'm willing to go wherever the evidence leads us. Unfortunately,
- 34:48the dojay and the people who were in charge, they
- 34:51refuse to be transparent and give us those answers. So
- 34:55it's going to remain a conspiracy theory until they do so.
- 35:00And they love that right. Once they can call something
- 35:02a conspiracy theory, that means they can demean it, and
- 35:05they can demean anybody who's asking questions about it. Unfortunately,
- 35:09for these boobs in the legacy media, that trick don't
- 35:12work in this case, because we all know this isn't
- 35:16a conspiracy theory. This is a criminal conspiracy. All right, folks,
- 35:22that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
- 35:24information that goes with the episode can be found in
- 35:27the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
- 35:31the Epstein chronicles. According to Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Ebstein,
- 35:37Well Epstein didn't kill himself. Mark Epstein believes that Jeffrey
- 35:41Ebstein did not commit suicide while he was in jail,
- 35:44and he says that the evidence or lack thereof, that's
- 35:48been provided to him by the federal government backs it up. Now, look,
- 35:52I don't know what happened in that jail cell. What
- 35:55I do know is that the official narrative that we've
- 35:57all been pitched, the official narrative that they've served us up,
- 36:01doesn't seem to me to be very logical. And when
- 36:05you look at all of the issues that surround Jeffrey
- 36:08Epstein's death inside the lockup, I don't know how anyone
- 36:11could be confident with the official narrative that we've all
- 36:14been pitched because from where I'm sitting, it's a bunch
- 36:17of bs. And the whole entire OIG report, what did
- 36:21it really tell us? We went through it line by line,
- 36:25was there anything in there that said to you, oh, yeah,
- 36:27here's that smoke and gun we've all been looking for.
- 36:30Because when I read the OIG report, all I saw
- 36:33was a bunch of narrative building and reliance on what
- 36:37Bill Barr had to tell us. And I don't know
- 36:40about you, folks, but I'm not really in the business
- 36:42of believing what Bill Barr has to say. So let's
- 36:46dive into this article from the New York Post and
- 36:49let's see what Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark has to say. Headlined,
- 36:54Jeffrey Epstein's brother lists the evidence he claims FEDS are
- 36:57covering up about pedophiles. This article was authored by Andy Tillett.
- 37:03Despite being the most high profile prisoner in the US,
- 37:07Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in federal custody at the
- 37:10Manhattan Correction Center in New York on August tenth, twenty nineteen.
- 37:15The financier at pedalphile wedding trial on charges of sex
- 37:18trafficking underage girls, was found in his cell just after
- 37:21six thirty am, having apparently used a length of orange
- 37:25bed sheet tied to the cell's bunk bed to hang himself.
- 37:29Uh okay, I guess if you want to buy that shit,
- 37:33have you seen the pictures? Hang himself is a bit generous.
- 37:36You mean, tie it around his throat and lean forward, right,
- 37:39because that's exactly what he did. If you're believing the
- 37:42narrative that's how he killed himself. Throughout the previous night,
- 37:47cameras in the secure housing unit where Epstein was being
- 37:50held weren't recording, prison guards slept, and Epstein was left
- 37:54without a cell mate despite prison psychologists direct orders. I'm
- 37:59sure all of that was just, you know, coincidence and mistake.
- 38:03None of it had anything to do with the over
- 38:06arching problem of Jeffrey Epstein being so connected. Then Attorney
- 38:11General Bill Barr would later call the situation a perfect
- 38:14storm of screw ups. Who got fired for it, Who
- 38:17went to jail for it? Who was held accountable for it? Oh,
- 38:19that's right, nobody. Within a week, a medical examiner had
- 38:23ruled the death of suicide, meaning no further investigation was required.
- 38:28Pretty convenient, no. Eventually, a one hundred and twenty eight
- 38:31page report was produced by the Department of Justice, which
- 38:35concluded prison staff made errors and blamed long standing operational
- 38:39challenges for Epstein's death, challenges that haven't been addressed, challenges
- 38:44that haven't been fixed. So, like I told you then,
- 38:47I'll tell you now, all of that was window dressing.
- 38:50That whole entire report was nothing more than narrative building However,
- 38:55some have consistently challenged the official version of events, including
- 38:59Epstein's brother Mark sixty nine, who is campaigning for more
- 39:02information to be made public, including video from the cell block.
- 39:06All of it should be made public. There's no reason
- 39:09that any of this stuff should be kept under wraps
- 39:11at this point. We're not talking about national security here.
- 39:14We're not talking about somebody who's hiding state secrets about
- 39:17a new program we're building. This is a man who
- 39:20was diddling little kids, a man who was trafficking girls
- 39:23and women, a man who should be exposed fully. And
- 39:26whatever happened in that jail cell, it happened on our dime,
- 39:29So the taxpayers should be entitled to see exactly what
- 39:32went down. I only want to look at facts. But
- 39:34when we consider the facts available, we get more questions.
- 39:37The property developer told the Post there appears to have
- 39:41been no investigation once it was ruled to suicide. They
- 39:44saw no reason to dig deeper. It seems like a
- 39:46cover up. Why can't I find this pre hospital care report?
- 39:50And why can't I get the nine to one one call?
- 39:52And how did four Chan break the story thirty eight
- 39:54minutes before it broke on ABC there's another question for you.
- 39:59The following is a compilation of publicly available information about
- 40:02Epstein's death, as well as findings from Mark's four year
- 40:05investigation the autopsy. Two medical examiners were present for Epstein's autopsy,
- 40:12doctor Christin Roman and doctor Michael Bowden. The latter was
- 40:16sent by Mark to independently oversee the procedure. They agreed
- 40:20to list the manner of death as pending, saying further
- 40:23investigation was required. That, however, was overruled a week later
- 40:28by New York Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson, who changed
- 40:32it to suicide. Sampson said she had seen additional evidence,
- 40:36but has never said what that evidence was. So again,
- 40:40you want to just believe the state. You want to
- 40:42believe what she has to say. I mean, that's fine
- 40:45and well, but I'm a trust but verify kind of guy,
- 40:48especially in a situation such as this. If you have
- 40:51other evidence that you've seen, other evidence that says for
- 40:54sure it's a suicide, let us see it. You want
- 40:57to kill all this nonsense, You want to kill the
- 40:59Epstein didn't kill him self stuff, Well, here's how you
- 41:02do it. A little bit of evidence showing us that
- 41:04you're telling the truth, Boden said. Epstein had two breaks
- 41:08on each side of his thyroid cartilage near his Adam's
- 41:11apple and one above it on the left side of
- 41:14his hyoid bone, which were extremely unusual in suicidal hangings
- 41:19and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation. Boden added,
- 41:24I've not seen in fifty years where that occurred in
- 41:27a suicidal hanging case. So there's gonna be people out
- 41:30there that are critics of doctor Michael Boden say that
- 41:33he's a attention seeker, that he's a hound looking for glory,
- 41:38all that, and you know what, some of it's probably true,
- 41:41But does that mean we should just discount what he
- 41:43had to say. In my opinion, it doesn't. And I
- 41:46think that this could all be cleared up real quick
- 41:49if the state would just do the right thing and
- 41:51turn everything over. There is no reason for this information
- 41:54to be hidden. There is no reason for this not
- 41:57to be transparent. In addition, no photo was taken of
- 42:01the position of Epstein's body when he was found, which
- 42:04multiple medical examiners have agreed is a key piece of
- 42:07evidence to determining exactly how he died. Autopsy photos show
- 42:11the marks on Epstein's throat from the ligature were in
- 42:15the middle to lower portion of the neck and straight,
- 42:18not raised and pointing towards the side and back of
- 42:20the throat in a way more consistent with hanging. So
- 42:24this whole thing from the very beginning has been in
- 42:27question as far as I'm concerned. And the fact that
- 42:29there were so many missteps after Epstein died here by
- 42:33the jail, the jail staff, the sergeant, the lieutenant, everybody involved,
- 42:37makes you really really start scratching your head and asking yourself,
- 42:41was it all just a giant screw up? Or is
- 42:43there something else going on here? Epstein's cell. The Department
- 42:48of Justice investigation into Epstein's death says he was found
- 42:52suspended from the top bunk in a near seated position,
- 42:55with his buttocks approximately one inch to one inch and
- 42:58a half off the floor and his legs in front
- 43:00of him. This means that most of his body weight
- 43:02was hanging on the ligature around his neck. The guard
- 43:05who found him, Michael Thomas, claimed both that he ripped
- 43:08the sheet and that he cut it, then began chess
- 43:11compressions until prison medics arrived. Two nooses were found in
- 43:15the cell. According to the CBS show sixty Minutes, all
- 43:19of it's funky. Every last bit of this is funky,
- 43:21and the fact that we still don't know what happened
- 43:23in that cell all these years later is unacceptable. The
- 43:27noos taken in as evidence was not the one that
- 43:29the prison guard ripped or cut to free from Epstein's body.
- 43:34The submitted and photographed noose was a whole piece of
- 43:37cloth with hemmed edges and no staining or fluids, despite
- 43:40allegedly being around Epstein's neck when he died. In photos
- 43:44of Epstein's cell, his sleep apnea machine can be seen,
- 43:48which Mark points out as an electrical cord that would
- 43:51have been easier to use to hang himself than a sheet.
- 43:54I said that at the beginning too. If you're going
- 43:56to hang yourself, why not use an electrical cord seems
- 43:59like the better option. EMTs who attended the scene were
- 44:03not interviewed, which is standard protocol in such cases, especially
- 44:07in high profile cases. EMTs and hospital staff are interviewed
- 44:11by police, but in this case none were. In addition,
- 44:15pre hospital care report for Epstein can't be found. According
- 44:18to hospital staff, all just a coincidence, at least according
- 44:22to the government. The autopsy showed Epstein was dead for
- 44:25at least two hours before he was found, and possibly
- 44:28up to six hours. However, despite clearly being deceased, he
- 44:32was transferred to a hospital and placed in a hospital
- 44:35gown on a gurney. So why would you do that?
- 44:38The man's been dead for up to six hours. You
- 44:41know that he's been dead, but you're gonna put him
- 44:43on a gurney and put him in a hospital gown.
- 44:45What are you trying to do? Have a little weekend
- 44:47at Bernie's party with your boy Jeffrey. The whole thing
- 44:50is absurd and disgusting. Meanwhile, the nine to one one
- 44:54call made from the prison and its content has also
- 44:57never been released in and evidence. On July twenty third,
- 45:03while Epstein was in jail, guards were called to the
- 45:05cell he shared with former cobb and now convicted killer
- 45:09of four Nicholas Tartaglioni, due to an incident where he
- 45:12had sustained neck injuries. Following the incident, Epstein told a
- 45:16prison staff he had been attacked by a cell mate.
- 45:19He later said he did not remember how he got
- 45:21the injuries, and he refused to speak further about it.
- 45:25After the incident. On July thirtieth, the prison Psychology department
- 45:29said Epstein must have a cell mate at all times
- 45:32and was to be monitored. This is one of the
- 45:34key things that happened in that cell, the fact that
- 45:36he was even in a cell with Tartaglioni in the
- 45:39first place. He should have never been in that cell
- 45:41with Tartaglioni. And questions need to be answered. Why a
- 45:45man who was facing four homicides was put into a
- 45:48cell with one of the most high profile prisoners in
- 45:52the whole country. Shouldn't Jeffrey Epstein be put in the
- 45:55cell with a snitch? Why are you putting him in
- 45:57the cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni. And then when Epstein says
- 46:01Tartaglioni attacked them, they're gonna act like it didn't happen. Oh,
- 46:05but we lost the video of the cell that day.
- 46:07We have no idea. We're just gonna believe Nicholas Tartaglioni
- 46:11sounds like narrative building to me. And look, I am
- 46:14more than willing to believe that Epstein killed himself, but
- 46:17I want to see the evidence. Considering the ride that
- 46:20the government has taken us on when it comes to
- 46:22Epstein over all these years, I want to see the
- 46:24evidence for myself. The new cell mate, Eprinstone Reyes, was
- 46:28a sign but transferred out of MCC to another facility
- 46:32less than twenty four hours before Epstein's death. Reyes told
- 46:35his family Epstein seemed depressed and didn't want to live anymore,
- 46:39according to The New York Daily News, who also quoted
- 46:42other inmates who said Epstein was saying he's going to
- 46:45kill himself because the government is trying to kill him anyway.
- 46:49And I've said it once and I'll say it again.
- 46:52Was Tartaglioni putting that cell with Epstein to pass on
- 46:55a message. Look, buddy, this is what's gonna happen to
- 46:57you unless you do it to yourself. Again, that's just speculation.
- 47:01I don't know for sure. Nobody does, but Nicholas Tartaglioni
- 47:05at this point, and my guess is Tat Tat, as
- 47:08they used to call him in the old neighborhood, has
- 47:10no desire to talk about what happened in that jail cell.
- 47:14Video evidence from the night of Epstein's death was limited.
- 47:17According to the Department of Justice investigation, recorded video evidence
- 47:21for August ninth and tenth for the Shoe area where
- 47:23Epstein was housed was only available from one prison security
- 47:27camera due to a malfunction of mcc new York's digital
- 47:31video recorder system. All that money that's being paid in
- 47:35taxes and the cameras don't even work. However, it also
- 47:39notes between approximately ten forty pm on August ninth and
- 47:43six thirty am on August tenth, no one was seen
- 47:46entering Epstein's sell tier from the Shoe common area, despite
- 47:50Freedom of Information Acts requests being filed. The footage from
- 47:53the working camera, particularly showing when Epstein's body was removed
- 47:56from the tier in the morning, has never been released
- 47:59to the public. And they say it's an ongoing investigation. No,
- 48:03it's not. That's what they say to make sure that
- 48:05they don't have to turn the goods over to the public.
- 48:08The sleeping guards prison guards Tovin Noel and Michael Thomas
- 48:12were stationed fifteen feet from Epstein's cell. However, they fell
- 48:16asleep and did not check on prisoners in the secure
- 48:19housing unit at all on August ninth, the night that
- 48:22Epstein died. They later admitted to falsifying records, which they
- 48:26said had completed the checks. Both were federally indicted, but
- 48:31struck a deal whereby, in exchange for admitting their guilt
- 48:34and cooperating with the federal probe into Epstein's death, the
- 48:38charges were dropped, so nobody was held accountable. There was
- 48:42nobody that was brought up and put in jail. Nothing,
- 48:45So why would anyone do anything different the next time around?
- 48:49And what's the point of having that OIG report if
- 48:52the issues aren't going to be addressed. Neither has ever
- 48:55spoken publicly about what happened that night or with Epstein
- 48:59the indictment again. The officers also list the presence of
- 49:02two other prison guards, Officer one and Officer two, who
- 49:05were also on duty during at least part of their
- 49:07shift and were supposed to accompany Noel on a rounds.
- 49:11Their identities have never been released. Mark says he has
- 49:15nothing to gain from his brother's death. He was not
- 49:18part of the will and has incurred legal fees and
- 49:20had to spend money to protect his family since twenty nineteen.
- 49:25They had a hearing which was coming up a few
- 49:27days after his death, to appeal the Bell restrictions. Why
- 49:30would Jeffrey kill himself a few days before the hearing,
- 49:33because if he got Bell, he'd be out of jail,
- 49:35awaiting trial in his house with an ankle monitor, he
- 49:38told investigative journalist Declan Hill on his Crime Wave podcast.
- 49:42Why kill yourself? Then? If Bell was denied again, then
- 49:45I could understand it. Believe me, it would have been
- 49:48easier if the pathologist had come out and said it
- 49:50looks like a suicide. Then I could put the whole
- 49:53issue behind me, he added, And for me, there needs
- 49:57to be some transparency here to really release all the
- 50:01information they have, any video, all of it. That way
- 50:04people can get a good look for themselves and then
- 50:07decide if they think that Epstein killed himself or if
- 50:10Jeffrey Epstein was killed. But without all of the evidence,
- 50:13without all of the context, the questions surrounding Jeffrey Epstein's
- 50:17death will continue to hang in the air. All right, folks,
- 50:22that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
