Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Fate Of His Palm Beach Mansion (10/6/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: So last night during the live stream, we were talking
0:03
Speaker 1: about a lot of things, Jeffrey Epstein. And one of
0:08
Speaker 1: the things that came up during the live stream was
0:11
Speaker 1: the fact that the estate had lost the deed to
0:16
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach mansion. Now, this story first broke back
0:20
Speaker 1: in December. And once again, one of the show's favorite reporters,
0:26
Speaker 1: Chris Spargo, was all over it. So Chris broke this
0:32
Speaker 1: story and was talking about this and nobody else was
0:35
Speaker 1: like usual. And we touched on it briefly here on
0:38
Speaker 1: the podcast, obviously. And even back then, I thought that
0:45
Speaker 1: even though there was a bit of a hubbub here
0:47
Speaker 1: about the deed, that eventually it would all get worked out, right?
0:51
Speaker 1: Because A, they want the tax money. B, Glazer is
0:56
Speaker 1: a pretty powerful developer. And at the end of the day,
0:59
Speaker 1: this church, I don't think that they have the guns
1:02
Speaker 1: to litigate against people like the estate, obviously, with all
1:06
Speaker 1: of their unlimited fortunes that they steal from the survivors.
1:12
Speaker 1: And then you add somebody like Glazer with his money
1:14
Speaker 1: and his power and pull, and there's no chance that
1:20
Speaker 1: the deed is not going to end up in the
1:23
Speaker 1: hands of the estate, in my opinion. But it is
1:26
Speaker 1: interesting that The estate is so ridiculously bad at their job.
1:32
Speaker 1: That they almost got an end around pulled on them.
1:34
Speaker 1: By some charity church. And last night. On the live stream.
1:39
Speaker 1: Shout out to Pop. Always with a little bit of
1:42
Speaker 1: fantastic sarcasm. Was asking. If it was possible. I mean
1:48
Speaker 1: if it was possible at all. That. We just had
1:53
Speaker 1: Darren Indyk. But, you know, backwards, we had him confused
1:57
Speaker 1: with somebody who was really a bad guy. And it
1:59
Speaker 1: was a pretty funny moment of sarcasm from Pop the
2:02
Speaker 1: way he delivered that message. So shout out to listener Pop,
2:06
Speaker 1: who's always joining us on those Sunday live streams. All right,
2:10
Speaker 1: let's jump into this article from OK Magazine, authored by
2:14
Speaker 1: Chris Spargo from December 23rd of 2020. And let's see
2:20
Speaker 1: what's going on with the deed down in Palm Beach. Headline,
2:27
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate lost the deed to his $ 22 million
2:31
Speaker 1: Palm Beach mansion. Yeah, no big deal. You know, like
2:35
Speaker 1: me or you, we go buy an item at, you know,
2:38
Speaker 1: Best Buy or whatever. We lose our receipt. We go
2:41
Speaker 1: absolutely batshit. I know I do. I go crazy if
2:43
Speaker 1: I can't find my receipt. You know, what if I
2:45
Speaker 1: got to return the damn thing? I'm not rich. I
2:47
Speaker 1: can't eat a $ 700, $ 800 product that I don't want.
2:52
Speaker 1: So I keep that receipt stashed. Imagine having a deed
2:55
Speaker 1: to your house, $ 22 million pad, and you don't know
2:58
Speaker 1: where the deed is? You don't have that in your
3:00
Speaker 1: lockbox with your Saudi Arabian passport? Epstein? What a moron.
3:09
Speaker 1: The Palm Beach mansion where Jeffrey Epstein abused dozens of
3:12
Speaker 1: underage girls first came on the market in July with
3:16
Speaker 1: a $ 21. 995 million asking price. The home's history, combined with
3:22
Speaker 1: its location in a COVID-19 hot zone, did not make
3:26
Speaker 1: it an easy sell. But just four months later, the
3:29
Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal published a new exclusive which claimed that
3:33
Speaker 1: Florida real estate developer Todd Michael Glazer was in contract
3:37
Speaker 1: to purchase and then raise the pedophile's waterfront pad. There
3:42
Speaker 1: was just one problem. Epstein's estate no longer had the
3:46
Speaker 1: deed to the home. So that's where the, uh, The
3:50
Speaker 1: confusion begins, right? And the discussion starts. Well, if they
3:54
Speaker 1: don't have the deed to the home and this charity
3:57
Speaker 1: had the deed to the home, how the hell did
3:59
Speaker 1: that happen? How did the deed get into the hands
4:02
Speaker 1: of this charity? That's the real question. And obviously, does
4:06
Speaker 1: the charity have a legit claim? We know a lot
4:10
Speaker 1: of people are coming out of the woodwork trying to
4:12
Speaker 1: get some clout and make a few bucks off of
4:14
Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein case. We see them on Twitter. We
4:19
Speaker 1: see them on Facebook. We see them all over the place.
4:23
Speaker 1: So it's not shocking to see this charity, I'm doing
4:27
Speaker 1: finger quotes here, air quotes here, folks, try and get
4:31
Speaker 1: in on it, right? Try and pick a few pieces
4:33
Speaker 1: of flesh from the corpse. Now, even though the estate
4:39
Speaker 1: is ridiculous and obviously terrible at their job, at the
4:43
Speaker 1: end of the day, I believe that this won't come
4:46
Speaker 1: back to haunt them, right? I believe that Glazer will get,
4:48
Speaker 1: this sale will go through. A judge will rule in
4:52
Speaker 1: favor of the Epstein estate. And in fact, I believe
4:57
Speaker 1: that we have covered an article where they talk just
5:03
Speaker 1: about that, in fact. So I'll take a look back and,
5:08
Speaker 1: you know, as Jen Psaki says, I'll circle back to
5:11
Speaker 1: you with that. The estate could not sell the property
5:17
Speaker 1: or raise the structure because Epstein had purportedly signed a
5:20
Speaker 1: deed transferring ownership of his $ 22 million Palm Beach mansion
5:25
Speaker 1: to Love & Bliss just four months before his 2019 arrest. Huh?
5:32
Speaker 1: Now why would Jeffrey Epstein sign over the ownership of
5:36
Speaker 1: his $ 22 million Palm Beach mansion to Love & Bliss?
5:41
Speaker 1: Why in the world would that occur? We know that
5:45
Speaker 1: Epstein isn't giving anything out for free. Epstein's the kind
5:49
Speaker 1: of rich guy where you knock on his door for
5:52
Speaker 1: Halloween and you still get the shitty candy, right? Figure
5:55
Speaker 1: a guy like that's giving out the actual candy bars.
5:58
Speaker 1: You show up and you get yourself some candy corn.
6:02
Speaker 1: That's the kind of guy Jeffrey Epstein is. So signing
6:05
Speaker 1: over his lease. Hold on. Pump the brakes. There is
6:10
Speaker 1: always a move after a move wrapped in another move
6:15
Speaker 1: when we're talking about Epstein the scumbag. A notarized deed
6:22
Speaker 1: bearing Epstein's signature and dated March 2019 had been filed
6:27
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach County a week before the news of
6:30
Speaker 1: the pending sale. That deed soon became an official record,
6:36
Speaker 1: and as a result, Epstein's estate did not have the
6:39
Speaker 1: power to transfer the property or demolish the haunted house
6:43
Speaker 1: where the likes of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell abused children.
6:49
Speaker 1: So that is what the holdup has been, obviously, and
6:54
Speaker 1: we touched on that earlier. that there was a bit
6:57
Speaker 1: of a holdup because of this sort of this, this impediment,
7:00
Speaker 1: this roadblock. And at the end of the day, obviously this,
7:04
Speaker 1: this property is going to be sold. The money's going
7:07
Speaker 1: to go into the fund, but there always has to
7:09
Speaker 1: be hoopla. There always has to be, as they would
7:12
Speaker 1: say back in the day, some rigmarole. And we're seeing,
7:17
Speaker 1: we see that right here. Everybody wants a piece, right?
7:19
Speaker 1: Somebody like Epstein dies. If anybody has a pinky finger
7:25
Speaker 1: nails worth of a claim they're going to try and
7:27
Speaker 1: sink their teeth in and this situation with the deed
7:32
Speaker 1: is certainly no different this situation with Love and Bliss
7:37
Speaker 1: and so Laurel Incorporated and lawyer Adam Seligman were forced
7:41
Speaker 1: to file a lis pendis earlier this month in hopes
7:44
Speaker 1: that the court would support their request to obtain a
7:48
Speaker 1: quiet title from Love and Bliss and that did not
7:51
Speaker 1: occur Okay, they did not get that title. The title
7:55
Speaker 1: was obviously ended up being in the hands of the
8:01
Speaker 1: estate and this sale with Glazer is going to go
8:05
Speaker 1: through and is being finalized as far as we know. Now,
8:08
Speaker 1: the reason we're going over this again is because it
8:11
Speaker 1: was brought up last night on the live stream. And
8:14
Speaker 1: as you all know, I love to add context when
8:16
Speaker 1: we can. So with this morning being a relatively slow
8:19
Speaker 1: news day, I figured this would be the perfect time
8:22
Speaker 1: for us to do just that, a little more meat
8:25
Speaker 1: on the bone. The October deed gave ownership of 358
8:32
Speaker 1: El Brío Way to the Christian organization, despite its very
8:36
Speaker 1: brief history and unclear aim. I mean, what? Imagine being
8:44
Speaker 1: part of a church that has ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
8:49
Speaker 1: I mean, short of it being a church run by
8:51
Speaker 1: Aleister Crowley, I don't know how any church could be
8:55
Speaker 1: involved with this guy. And this whole situation with the
8:59
Speaker 1: deed and how it was signed over to them, that
9:02
Speaker 1: deserves further exploration. The legacy media needs to dig deeper
9:06
Speaker 1: here and use some of their vast resources. You know,
9:11
Speaker 1: independent content creators like myself, we only have so much...
9:17
Speaker 1: financial means to, you know, dig into these cases, right?
9:21
Speaker 1: Most of us have other jobs, have other things that
9:23
Speaker 1: are going on, bills, all of that jazz. But the
9:26
Speaker 1: legacy media, they're making tons and tons of money. But
9:30
Speaker 1: they can't dig a bit deeper here? Love and Bliss
9:37
Speaker 1: was founded in 2018 by 22-year-old Alexander Leschenskyy. The company,
9:45
Speaker 1: which brings in just under $ 31, 000 annually, also counts Zachary
9:50
Speaker 1: Lachinsky and Jason Garzon as directors. So this company brings
9:54
Speaker 1: in less than $ 31, 000 a year. Okay. But yet they
10:01
Speaker 1: say that they have a claim to a $ 22 million deed.
10:06
Speaker 1: If that doesn't set off alarm bells with the IRS,
10:10
Speaker 1: I don't know what will. Talk about begging to be audited.
10:14
Speaker 1: How in the world can you say that as an
10:17
Speaker 1: organization that brings in $ 31, 000 that you're entitled to this
10:22
Speaker 1: $ 22 million mansion? Now, of course, people will say, well,
10:27
Speaker 1: Epstein signed the will over, and I agree with that. Why?
10:30
Speaker 1: That should be the question. Not the fact that this
10:33
Speaker 1: actually occurred, but deeper. Why did this occur? What were
10:37
Speaker 1: they trying to accomplish? What was Epstein's goal because we
10:41
Speaker 1: know that everything was 10 steps ahead, right? These people were,
10:45
Speaker 1: they're very shrewd, very shrewd. The initial address for the
10:52
Speaker 1: company had been the home where Alex and Zachary live
10:55
Speaker 1: with their mother in Reddington Beach, Florida. But on the deed,
10:59
Speaker 1: it was changed to Epstein's Palm Beach mansion. Again, the
11:03
Speaker 1: weirder just keeps getting weird. Zachary, Les Chinsky, and Jason Garzahn.
11:10
Speaker 1: Two dudes living home at mom's house with a $ 31, 000
11:15
Speaker 1: company saying that they're entitled to Jeffrey Epstein's $ 22 million palace. Well,
11:22
Speaker 1: if that's the case, I got a deed over here
11:24
Speaker 1: to Zorro Ranch. That makes me the owner. I want
11:27
Speaker 1: to go to my house. I mean, talk about another
11:30
Speaker 1: case of the absurd. Those Palm Beach party days looked
11:38
Speaker 1: to be over, however, for Alex and Zachary. A judge
11:42
Speaker 1: did rule in favor of Epstein's estate and executor Darren Indyke,
11:46
Speaker 1: who prior to that point had not been the title
11:49
Speaker 1: owners for six weeks. So again, this is what I'm
11:52
Speaker 1: talking about when I said I thought I remembered hearing
11:55
Speaker 1: that the estate definitely got the deed back. But How
12:00
Speaker 1: in the world did this even occur in the first place?
12:02
Speaker 1: That's what I'm interested in, not the fact that it
12:04
Speaker 1: did occur. I want to get to the genesis. Why
12:07
Speaker 1: did it occur? How did these people become players in this?
12:11
Speaker 1: And what did love and bliss have to do with
12:13
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? The estate did not waste any time moving
12:19
Speaker 1: forward either once they received the good news. OK can
12:22
Speaker 1: report that over the weekend, Indyke submitted a proposal to
12:27
Speaker 1: raise the building, cabana, and pool, which was approved by
12:30
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach Architectural Committee. Now, we talked about that
12:34
Speaker 1: as well. And when that happened, we were discussing that news.
12:39
Speaker 1: And again, like I said, a guy like Michael Glazer,
12:43
Speaker 1: a big-time developer in a place like Palm Beach on
12:46
Speaker 1: Billionaire's Row, eventually is going to get their way no
12:50
Speaker 1: matter what. Certainly if he's battling against two dudes living
12:53
Speaker 1: in their mom's basement with a $ 31, 000 company. OK did
13:00
Speaker 1: discover a number of potential problems with the deed when
13:03
Speaker 1: first reporting on its existence back in November. A call
13:07
Speaker 1: to the phone number listed for Love & Bliss' lawyer
13:09
Speaker 1: John Mayer, not the musician, resulted in an angry man
13:13
Speaker 1: yelling that he was not the person on the deed. Well,
13:16
Speaker 1: that's always nice, huh? Some angry, wild maniac yelling at
13:19
Speaker 1: you over the phone after you call trying to do
13:21
Speaker 1: your job. Always pleasant. Mayor, not the musician, who according
13:26
Speaker 1: to the deed was based in Jacksonville, had a New
13:29
Speaker 1: York State area code. His office suite was also not
13:33
Speaker 1: recognized by the U.S. Postal Service, and the actual address
13:37
Speaker 1: turned up an office building with just two residents. Young
13:40
Speaker 1: Realty College Tax and Retirement Strategies. Those companies are both
13:45
Speaker 1: managed by the same man. You know what this screams
13:49
Speaker 1: out to me, folks? Scam. Plot. A way in. Try
13:54
Speaker 1: and get some money on the backs of the survivors.
13:57
Speaker 1: Absolutely absurd. This love and bliss company needs a deeper look.
14:04
Speaker 1: And it just so happens that I might have the
14:06
Speaker 1: time to do just that. Calls were then made to
14:11
Speaker 1: the witnesses by O.K., though only one answered her phone.
14:15
Speaker 1: Judy Tutte, not King Tutte, claimed to have no knowledge
14:19
Speaker 1: of the deal and said she would not have signed
14:21
Speaker 1: the deed in Palm Beach County. She then said that
14:24
Speaker 1: a family member had passed away just hours before and
14:28
Speaker 1: she could not talk any further at the time. Well,
14:31
Speaker 1: that's horrible. Sorry to hear that. I mean, never good
14:34
Speaker 1: when a family member passes away. But you're never going
14:39
Speaker 1: to get anything out of these people anyway. dead family
14:42
Speaker 1: member or not, even if it's the best of times.
14:45
Speaker 1: You get one of these people after they hit megabucks
14:47
Speaker 1: and they're still not going to tell you the truth.
14:51
Speaker 1: OK was able to confirm that Liana L. Johnson, the
14:54
Speaker 1: woman who notarized the document, is in fact a registered
14:57
Speaker 1: notary public. A call to her listed workplace revealed, though,
15:02
Speaker 1: that she had not been employed there for some time.
15:05
Speaker 1: Attempts to reach her directly were unsuccessful, with two numbers
15:09
Speaker 1: having been disconnected. And a third not allowing voice messages.
15:14
Speaker 1: That's nice. That's nice, huh? Again, these people are all
15:17
Speaker 1: operating in the shadows. None of these people are real.
15:19
Speaker 1: None of these entities are real. This is all about
15:22
Speaker 1: money laundering. I mean, the writing is on the wall.
15:25
Speaker 1: It's so apparent. I don't know how other people can't
15:27
Speaker 1: spot this. I mean, it might as well be surrounded
15:31
Speaker 1: in glowing lights that are blinking on the Las Vegas Strip.
15:34
Speaker 1: Look here, we have a money laundering operation. Multiple emails
15:40
Speaker 1: to Carrie Warwick, the Corcoran agent who has been tasked
15:43
Speaker 1: with selling Epstein's home, were not returned, and a request
15:47
Speaker 1: that she call okay made through the real estate firm's
15:50
Speaker 1: website was also unsuccessful. All right, folks, so there you
15:56
Speaker 1: have it. There's the story of the lost and then
15:59
Speaker 1: found Jeffrey Epstein Palm Beach mansion deed. If you'd like
16:06
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
16:11
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
16:19
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the links that
16:26
Speaker 1: go with this episode can be found in the description box. So,
16:32
Speaker 1: let's jump into our article this morning, okay? What have
16:35
Speaker 1: I been saying about the Florida property? Didn't I say
16:39
Speaker 1: that it was, in my opinion, that it was going
16:42
Speaker 1: to sell and close on the heels of this New
16:46
Speaker 1: York sale? Lo and behold, folks, what do you know?
16:49
Speaker 1: The Florida mansion has now also closed. So that's a
16:54
Speaker 1: huge injection into the arm. The fund is going to
16:57
Speaker 1: get a nice bit of dough dropped right in its lap.
17:01
Speaker 1: They can resume paying out compensation. and we can get
17:06
Speaker 1: this show on the road. But I had a feeling,
17:10
Speaker 1: I just knew that this was going to go down
17:13
Speaker 1: like this. Once that New York property sold, I knew
17:16
Speaker 1: that all of the sticking tape that was holding up
17:21
Speaker 1: what was going on in Florida would be peeled away,
17:24
Speaker 1: and they would announce both of these sales back to back.
17:28
Speaker 1: Especially considering that the estate is under so much pressure.
17:31
Speaker 1: What they're trying to do here is show, hey, look,
17:33
Speaker 1: we're doing something, we're doing a good job, we're liquidating things. Meanwhile,
17:37
Speaker 1: this shit should have been liquidated a long time ago.
17:41
Speaker 1: So it's not like I had any inside information, folks,
17:44
Speaker 1: because like I always tell you, I do not. But
17:47
Speaker 1: sometimes you just gotta put the pieces together, right? And
17:50
Speaker 1: that's what we try to do here on a regular basis.
17:53
Speaker 1: We try and fit the pieces of the puzzle together.
17:56
Speaker 1: And just like any other puzzle... You start at the
17:59
Speaker 1: corners first and you work your way in. And that's
18:02
Speaker 1: what we've been doing here on the podcast. Not that
18:05
Speaker 1: we've had any sort of inside information or that we
18:09
Speaker 1: know the story better than anybody else. None of that's
18:12
Speaker 1: the case. It's just seeing the forest through the trees
18:16
Speaker 1: and being able to put one and two together. Because
18:23
Speaker 1: there's a lot here, right? There's a lot to unpack.
18:26
Speaker 1: And if you don't follow the story on a consistent basis,
18:29
Speaker 1: then you're not going to be able to unpack all
18:31
Speaker 1: of it. But it just follows suit for the way
18:35
Speaker 1: things have happened in this case, especially with this estate
18:39
Speaker 1: for the Florida property to be sold right on the
18:42
Speaker 1: heels of this New York property. And I just, I
18:47
Speaker 1: knew it was going to happen. So that's why I
18:49
Speaker 1: came on here when we were talking about this originally
18:52
Speaker 1: and told you folks that I have this gut feeling
18:55
Speaker 1: That both of these houses will sell at the same time.
18:58
Speaker 1: And that is exactly where we're at right now. So
19:02
Speaker 1: we're going to jump into this article from the Palm
19:04
Speaker 1: Beach Daily News. And we're going to see what they
19:07
Speaker 1: have to say. Headline. Exclusive. Jeffrey Epstein's house sold for $ 18. 5
19:12
Speaker 1: million in Palm Beach. Sources confirm. And Todd Michael Glazer,
19:18
Speaker 1: the person who bought it, is really like big in
19:20
Speaker 1: the real estate world, right? A huge deal, I guess,
19:24
Speaker 1: in his world. And he is involved in a bunch
19:27
Speaker 1: of big, gigantic, and I have to say, after looking
19:30
Speaker 1: at some of the pictures, beautiful projects. I mean, obviously,
19:35
Speaker 1: I'm not an architect or anything like that. Again, I'm
19:38
Speaker 1: lucky I can tie my shoes and pair my socks.
19:41
Speaker 1: But when you look at some of the creations that
19:43
Speaker 1: some of these developers come up with, It just blows
19:47
Speaker 1: my mind. Now, obviously, I'd never be spending 18 and
19:50
Speaker 1: a half million dollars to live in any city anywhere
19:53
Speaker 1: in the world. 18 and a half million dollars, your
19:56
Speaker 1: boy would be building an absolute out of the way,
20:00
Speaker 1: basically city for himself for 18 and a half million.
20:03
Speaker 1: Zero chance I'd be living in the city. And again, obviously,
20:06
Speaker 1: you know, I've lived in the city my whole life.
20:08
Speaker 1: So I am yearning for something else, but $ 18. 5 million
20:14
Speaker 1: for this property is a good deal for someone like Glazer,
20:17
Speaker 1: especially considering he's going to raise this bitch, build something better,
20:22
Speaker 1: and then flip it for a bunch of money. So finalized,
20:29
Speaker 1: all of it's over and done with. Glazer purchases this
20:32
Speaker 1: property like we've discussed, and this ball gets rolling, folks.
20:37
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Daryl Hoffhines. The Palm Beach
20:43
Speaker 1: estate that belonged to the late convicted sex offender and
20:46
Speaker 1: disgraced financier, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, has sold for $ 18. 5 million
20:52
Speaker 1: to the developer who put the property under contract in November,
20:56
Speaker 1: according to sources familiar with the transaction. And again, I
21:01
Speaker 1: knew this was coming, right? And I'm sure I'm not
21:03
Speaker 1: the only one that put the pieces together here. But
21:07
Speaker 1: it was rather obvious to me with all of the
21:11
Speaker 1: trouble and the cloud hanging over the estate that they'd
21:14
Speaker 1: be looking to get themselves a victory here. I'm using
21:17
Speaker 1: air quotes in one way or the other. And in
21:20
Speaker 1: their minds, making this fund move forward and making sure
21:25
Speaker 1: that the money's in there, that's a victory in their mind, right?
21:28
Speaker 1: But in reality, for everybody following this case, it should
21:31
Speaker 1: have never come to that. There should have never been
21:34
Speaker 1: a point where there was a pause in this money
21:38
Speaker 1: going out to these survivors. Never, ever, ever. All of
21:41
Speaker 1: this stuff should have been liquidated. And again, this is
21:45
Speaker 1: all great, right? But what about Zorro Ranch? You guys
21:49
Speaker 1: tired of me talking about Zorro Ranch yet? Sick of it? Good,
21:52
Speaker 1: I hope you are, because I'm not going to stop
21:54
Speaker 1: talking about it. I know that the legacy media has
21:58
Speaker 1: better things to do. But it would be nice if
22:02
Speaker 1: somebody in the legacy media, with some reach, would ask
22:05
Speaker 1: some questions about Zorro Ranch. Is that too much to ask? Yeah,
22:09
Speaker 1: I guess so. A deed hadn't recorded for the estate
22:14
Speaker 1: section sale as of mid-afternoon Friday... nor had the listing
22:17
Speaker 1: in the multiple listing service been updated. The Corcoran Group
22:21
Speaker 1: had the property listed at $ 21. 995 million. Now, this is
22:32
Speaker 1: the perfect time for this sale. I mean, it couldn't
22:35
Speaker 1: have come at a better time, right? We got the
22:37
Speaker 1: March 25th deadline looming for survivors to make their claims.
22:43
Speaker 1: And with the shot in the arm that the townhouse
22:45
Speaker 1: from New York gives the fund, as well as what
22:50
Speaker 1: we're going to get here. I mean, obviously you got
22:52
Speaker 1: to take out Uncle Sam's portion, right? The taxes. And then,
22:57
Speaker 1: you know, the $ 50 million, $ 51 million or so, that's
22:59
Speaker 1: a significant clip. It's a significant clip on $ 18. 95 as well.
23:04
Speaker 1: So take out those taxes and then whatever the remaining is,
23:08
Speaker 1: that goes into the kitty for the survivors to chop up.
23:12
Speaker 1: But let's get the Paris house sold. Let's get the
23:14
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands sold. And let's get Zorro Ranch raided and
23:19
Speaker 1: then sold. So that we don't ever come onto this
23:21
Speaker 1: problem again, right? You get all of that stuff liquidated,
23:25
Speaker 1: there's no chance that you're running out of money. The
23:31
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Daily News in October broke the news that
23:33
Speaker 1: Glazer had made an undisclosed offer to buy the property.
23:37
Speaker 1: The 1952 house stands on an acre with 170 feet
23:42
Speaker 1: of frontage on the intercoastal waterway, according to the property
23:47
Speaker 1: records and the sales listing. And I've talked about that before.
23:50
Speaker 1: I mean, imagine having that property on that waterway like that,
23:54
Speaker 1: 170 feet of frontage on the intercoastal waterway. I'd be
23:59
Speaker 1: getting up in the morning, heading on out with my
24:02
Speaker 1: coffee or my energy drink, whatever you have, maybe some, uh,
24:07
Speaker 1: Adult activities being partaken in on that patio? Looking out
24:13
Speaker 1: over the intercoastal waterway? Get your fishing pole, throw on
24:17
Speaker 1: some jams, invite the family over and your friends for
24:20
Speaker 1: a barbecue. You know, that's what normal people do when
24:23
Speaker 1: they have some nice shit to share and they've built
24:27
Speaker 1: a nice life for them. They want to share it
24:28
Speaker 1: with people and they want them to be involved and
24:30
Speaker 1: they want to bring their loved ones around so everybody
24:33
Speaker 1: gets a little taste. At least in my family, that's
24:35
Speaker 1: how it works. But Jeffrey Epstein and these other rich
24:39
Speaker 1: scumbags have all this wealth and all this beautiful stuff
24:43
Speaker 1: and the chance to really change the world, folks. And
24:45
Speaker 1: that's not even hyperbole. That's real life, real talk. And
24:49
Speaker 1: they squander it. Instead, they use that power and that
24:53
Speaker 1: wealth to gain more power and more wealth by shitting
24:57
Speaker 1: on everybody around them that they look at as below them.
25:01
Speaker 1: And even their peers are shit on. Because you see, folks,
25:06
Speaker 1: it's all about them when we're talking about people like
25:09
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And to think about having all of that money,
25:14
Speaker 1: all of that power, all of those nice things. And
25:19
Speaker 1: to think about how this monstrous dirtbag used his power
25:25
Speaker 1: for such great evil. It sickens me. Broker Lawrence Mones
25:30
Speaker 1: of Lawrence A. Mones Associates acted on Glazer's behalf in
25:34
Speaker 1: the deal, Glazer said. The listing agent was Kerry Warwick
25:37
Speaker 1: of Corcoran. Now I'm sure all of these people are,
25:40
Speaker 1: they're doing it, you know, like a red panty night, right?
25:44
Speaker 1: Coming home, telling their wives that they just got this
25:46
Speaker 1: huge commission. It's party time now. And I'm sure everybody's,
25:51
Speaker 1: you know, slapping each other's backs and giving each other
25:54
Speaker 1: five because the commission on sales like this is gigantic.
25:57
Speaker 1: I mean, sometimes I sit around and I wonder what
26:00
Speaker 1: the hell I was thinking by not getting into real estate.
26:03
Speaker 1: Some of my closest friends are involved in real estate
26:06
Speaker 1: and obviously not to the level of Michael Glaser here,
26:11
Speaker 1: but they do very well for themselves. And the ones
26:16
Speaker 1: that were able to weather the storm in the financial crisis,
26:22
Speaker 1: most of the people I know have bounced back and
26:24
Speaker 1: bounced back with a vengeance. So you know all of
26:27
Speaker 1: these people involved in this sale, it is happy days
26:30
Speaker 1: have come for them. Glazer, Moans, and Warwick could not
26:35
Speaker 1: be reached immediately on Friday. Yeah, I wouldn't doubt it.
26:39
Speaker 1: I mean, these people don't have any need to speak
26:43
Speaker 1: to the media. They'll talk to the media when they
26:45
Speaker 1: want to, right? I'm sure they have other things to do,
26:49
Speaker 1: I guess is what I'm getting at. The house was
26:52
Speaker 1: one of the places where Epstein assaulted underage girls and
26:55
Speaker 1: young women in a multi-year sex trafficking operation, federal prosecutors said. Multi-year? Uh, multi-decade, folks. Multi-year.
27:04
Speaker 1: We're going all the way back to the 90s, probably
27:08
Speaker 1: the 80s. While in federal custody, Epstein hanged himself, allegedly,
27:14
Speaker 1: in August 2019 in a New York City jail cell
27:18
Speaker 1: after he was charged with conspiracy... and sex trafficking of
27:21
Speaker 1: underage girls. In 2008, he had received a controversial 18-month
27:26
Speaker 1: sentence after pleading guilty to lesser state charges in Palm
27:30
Speaker 1: Beach County. Now, to get off track real quick and
27:34
Speaker 1: talk about that for a minute, you know the grand
27:36
Speaker 1: jury testimony is sealed in this case, right? We don't
27:42
Speaker 1: know what happened in that original prosecution behind the grand
27:45
Speaker 1: jury doors. Now, they'll say, oh, well, we can't break precedent.
27:49
Speaker 1: We can't release those documents. Well, in Rochester just recently,
27:55
Speaker 1: in the case of the police brutality situation, I forget
27:59
Speaker 1: the gentleman's name right now, they ended up using the
28:03
Speaker 1: sealed grand jury documents. So what the hell is the
28:06
Speaker 1: difference here, folks? There's precedent for it. Let's push. Let's
28:10
Speaker 1: make sure that those grand jury documents are unsealed and
28:13
Speaker 1: provided to the public. And all of the state representatives
28:18
Speaker 1: in Florida and the state officials in Florida that are
28:20
Speaker 1: standing in the way of that, they need to get checked.
28:25
Speaker 1: And when election season comes rolling around, they need to
28:28
Speaker 1: be reminded why they were sent where they were sent
28:32
Speaker 1: to do the jobs that they were sent to do.
28:38
Speaker 1: Glazer told the Daily News in October that it would
28:41
Speaker 1: be personally satisfying to him to knock down and replace
28:44
Speaker 1: the infamous house. Hell yeah. And again, Michael Glazer, if
28:49
Speaker 1: you're listening out there or any of your people are
28:51
Speaker 1: listening out there, I think you should invite these survivors
28:55
Speaker 1: over to the house to swing a couple of sledgehammers
28:57
Speaker 1: if they'd like. Now, they can't get any revenge on
29:00
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, right? The guy's dead. But they can take
29:03
Speaker 1: out a little frustration on this property. And maybe that's
29:07
Speaker 1: just me being an absolute maniac, but I think I
29:09
Speaker 1: would get some satisfaction out of that. I'd show up
29:12
Speaker 1: there in a pair of goggles, some Oshkosh bagosh overalls,
29:18
Speaker 1: and I'd do work, son. So I think that would
29:22
Speaker 1: be awesome. I know if I bought this property, I
29:24
Speaker 1: would definitely reach out to the survivors, or their lawyers anyway,
29:29
Speaker 1: and offer them that chance. In December, the town approved
29:34
Speaker 1: a request to raise it, but the town prohibits demolitions
29:37
Speaker 1: during the busiest months of the winter tourist season. from
29:41
Speaker 1: the Monday before Thanksgiving to the end of March. Yeah,
29:44
Speaker 1: you know, you got to have all of those, uh,
29:46
Speaker 1: Those snowbirds from New York that come down there, they
29:49
Speaker 1: can't be interrupted. They can't have their vacations interrupted, Jed.
29:53
Speaker 1: We have a handball match at 1 p.m. Have you
29:56
Speaker 1: gotten the tea and crumpets ready? Have you made sure
30:00
Speaker 1: Biff has the car prepared? That's what they all remind
30:03
Speaker 1: me of. A bunch of weird-ass, wacky people. This is
30:09
Speaker 1: an infamous property. It's Jeffrey Epstein's house and I would
30:12
Speaker 1: support the demolition. Architectural Commissioner Betsy Shivrick said in December
30:18
Speaker 1: before the board voted unanimously to approve the raising. Well,
30:23
Speaker 1: I'll be damned, Betsy Shivrick. That's a good move you're
30:27
Speaker 1: making there, young lady. Because I think we're all in
30:30
Speaker 1: favor of this house being raised, okay? No need for
30:33
Speaker 1: it to sit around. No need for this eyesore from
30:35
Speaker 1: the 50s to sit there any longer. Knock it down.
30:39
Speaker 1: rebuild something grander, much more beautiful in its place. The
30:47
Speaker 1: six-bedroom West Indy-style house and outbuildings have a total of 14,223
30:52
Speaker 1: square feet. Property records show West Palm Beach attorney Adam R.
30:58
Speaker 1: Seligman of Ward Damon was involved on the seller side
31:01
Speaker 1: of the deal, said a spokeswoman for the firm. 14,223
31:04
Speaker 1: square feet. bigger than Tony Soprano's house. Think about that
31:09
Speaker 1: for a minute, folks. And Tony Soprano was the bad guy, huh? Yeah, okay,
31:15
Speaker 1: I'll give you that. Wasn't a great guy, no doubt
31:17
Speaker 1: about it. But these people aren't much better. These people
31:21
Speaker 1: that are lauded and brought on to the campuses of
31:23
Speaker 1: Harvard and given keys to the campus and brought on
31:27
Speaker 1: as fellows. Not much better. Just a run-of-the-mill criminal is
31:33
Speaker 1: what we're dealing with here, folks. Sick bastards, criminal enterprise,
31:36
Speaker 1: criminal organization, racketeering outfit, no different than a mafioso clan
31:43
Speaker 1: or no different than a cartel. So they should be
31:45
Speaker 1: treated the same way. I want Rico and I want
31:48
Speaker 1: it now. If you'd like to contact me, you can

Speaker 1: All of the links that go with this episode can
32:11
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up everybody and
32:14
Speaker 1: greetings from Sin City. Well, Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach Mansion
32:23
Speaker 1: had a meeting with a bulldozer. That's right folks, Jeffrey
32:28
Speaker 1: Epstein's mansion, old mansion I should say, in Palm Beach
32:34
Speaker 1: has begun to be demolished. Usually I get up to
32:40
Speaker 1: report on these stories and I feel sick over it, right?
32:44
Speaker 1: Hardly ever any good news to report when we're talking
32:46
Speaker 1: about this disgusting case. But every now and then, we
32:51
Speaker 1: get ourselves a little gem. And that is exactly what
32:54
Speaker 1: it is to see this man's mansion get absolutely destroyed.
33:04
Speaker 1: I think it's a fitting end to that house of horror.
33:07
Speaker 1: A fitting end to a place where not only innocence
33:14
Speaker 1: was taken, but where dreams were smashed and crushed. So
33:22
Speaker 1: it's a good day. Whenever a place like that is destroyed,
33:28
Speaker 1: knocked down, sold, and forgotten... In the annals of history.
33:35
Speaker 1: Because that certainly is not a place. Anyone. Should want
33:39
Speaker 1: to even remember. After it's destroyed. And after all of
33:42
Speaker 1: this is said and done. The fact that something new.
33:48
Speaker 1: Is going up there. Is a good thing. It signals change.
33:53
Speaker 1: Moving into the next level. And that's what's going on.
33:59
Speaker 1: Things are moving. Things are changing. Things are changing. And
34:04
Speaker 1: what once was basically the base for Epstein and his
34:11
Speaker 1: criminal enterprise is now being razed to the ground. Epstein's dead.
34:21
Speaker 1: Maxwell is in jail looking at serious prison time. And
34:28
Speaker 1: the story continues. even though Maxwell's in jail, even though
34:36
Speaker 1: Epstein's dead, you still have the other lieutenants who were
34:43
Speaker 1: very much responsible for making sure this whole entire operation
34:46
Speaker 1: ran smoothly. Now, while I'm very excited that this place
34:51
Speaker 1: is getting knocked down and a new start is beginning
34:54
Speaker 1: down there, I would really, really like to see some
34:58
Speaker 1: more indictments for the other co-conspirators that the Fed said
35:02
Speaker 1: they weren't going to forget about, right? Remember? Well, I remember.
35:06
Speaker 1: Pepperidge Farm remembers. And everybody out there listening, I'm sure,
35:11
Speaker 1: remembers as well. So, let's get some more indictments to
35:16
Speaker 1: go along with this appetizer of Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach
35:23
Speaker 1: Mansion being destroyed. Right? That's just a little appetizer. It's
35:27
Speaker 1: like getting some, you know, getting yourself some stuffed mushrooms
35:30
Speaker 1: before the meal. A little something to wet your palate. But,
35:34
Speaker 1: you know, the real meal is coming later. And that
35:37
Speaker 1: real meal is Maxwell, well, being convicted. Let's jump into
35:43
Speaker 1: this article from the Palm Beach Daily News. And let's
35:46
Speaker 1: see what they have to say about Jeffrey Epstein's Palm
35:50
Speaker 1: Beach house being destroyed. Headline. Exclusive. Finally, crews begin raising
36:00
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's former Palm Beach house. This article was authored
36:05
Speaker 1: by Daryl Hoffhines. And there is video in this link,
36:10
Speaker 1: so make sure you go down to the description box
36:14
Speaker 1: and click on the link and go and check out
36:15
Speaker 1: the video as well. Finally! That's the one-word comment developer
36:23
Speaker 1: Todd Michael Glazer offered as Cruz on Monday began knocking
36:27
Speaker 1: down the infamous Palm Beach mansion that was home to
36:30
Speaker 1: the late sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, a
36:35
Speaker 1: place where he sexually assaulted underage girls and young women
36:40
Speaker 1: in what prosecutors said was a multi-year sex trafficking scheme. Multi-decade, honestly.
36:47
Speaker 1: I mean, we could roll with multi-year, I guess, but
36:50
Speaker 1: we know that this was happening throughout the decades. And
36:58
Speaker 1: it's a shame that it was allowed to occur for
37:01
Speaker 1: so long. And They had this man within their grips
37:05
Speaker 1: for so many different times. And somehow he skates while
37:11
Speaker 1: other people involved with him don't. Talking about previously before
37:14
Speaker 1: the sex trafficking stuff. All of a sudden Jeffrey Epstein
37:17
Speaker 1: just has a horseshoe shoved up his rear end. But finally,
37:27
Speaker 1: it broke the right way. Finally, things started happening. Epstein
37:32
Speaker 1: was arrested. And you know everything else to get us
37:35
Speaker 1: to here. And the fact that this place is being
37:38
Speaker 1: knocked down now, and that Michael Glazer, this real estate character,
37:44
Speaker 1: is so into it, well, definitely a good piece of
37:50
Speaker 1: news to report on for once. You know, the developer, Glazer,
37:56
Speaker 1: is like, man, the last thing I wanted was to
37:58
Speaker 1: have this disgusting eyesore. I mean, you look at that house, right?
38:02
Speaker 1: And don't get me wrong, it was opulent, it was big, but, like,
38:05
Speaker 1: the interior decorating was terrible. I mean, what did he have,
38:10
Speaker 1: the Russian guy from the Sopranos Pine Barrens episode do
38:14
Speaker 1: the interior decoration? You know, the episode with Christopher and
38:19
Speaker 1: Polly when they're lost in the woods after they go
38:21
Speaker 1: to collect the money from the Russian cat and it
38:24
Speaker 1: goes south. They think they, you know, they're taking him
38:27
Speaker 1: out to kill him. He gets away. Ha ha ha.
38:30
Speaker 1: One of the greatest episodes of all time, by the way.
38:33
Speaker 1: If you have not seen that episode of The Sopranos,
38:36
Speaker 1: you gotta check it out. One of the greatest episodes
38:39
Speaker 1: of all time. So they go and get this guy, right?
38:43
Speaker 1: And they were just supposed to collect the money from him.
38:45
Speaker 1: So it turns out that he wasn't dead after they
38:51
Speaker 1: thought they killed him in the house, right? So they
38:53
Speaker 1: put him in the car, take him out to this
38:54
Speaker 1: place in Jersey called the Pine Barrens, And they're going
38:58
Speaker 1: to have him dig his own grave so when they
39:00
Speaker 1: kill him, they can put him in the hole. Well,
39:02
Speaker 1: things go not the way that Pauly and Christopher expect.
39:06
Speaker 1: And the Russian cat hits Christopher with a shovel. Long
39:11
Speaker 1: story short, they get in touch with Tony. And Tony
39:13
Speaker 1: is explaining to them who this guy is, that he's ex-Spetsna,
39:17
Speaker 1: he killed 16 Chechens, all kinds of stuff. Well, the
39:21
Speaker 1: phone conversation gets broken up between Christopher and Tony. And
39:27
Speaker 1: Christopher says to Pauly he says you're never going to
39:31
Speaker 1: believe this this guy killed 16 Czechoslovakians and he's an
39:35
Speaker 1: interior decorator and Christopher Christopher goes really his apartment looked
39:40
Speaker 1: like shit and It's honestly one of the greatest episodes
39:45
Speaker 1: of all time. But I always think back to that
39:48
Speaker 1: quote when Christopher's like, Really? He was an interior decorator?
39:53
Speaker 1: His apartment looked like shit! And that's what it reminds
39:56
Speaker 1: me of every time we talk about Jeffrey Epstein and
39:59
Speaker 1: the decorating in his house. Christopher's reaction with the conversation.
40:03
Speaker 1: I don't know why that triggers that for me, but
40:06
Speaker 1: every single time I have vivid images of the Pine
40:10
Speaker 1: Barrens episodes. The Lakeside Mansion at 358 El Brío Way
40:17
Speaker 1: is being raised to make room for a new house
40:19
Speaker 1: to be developed on a speculation by Glazer, who paid
40:22
Speaker 1: a recorded $ 18. 5 million for the property in March. So
40:28
Speaker 1: he's going to build something else there. He already was
40:31
Speaker 1: talking about some of the plans he has, a more
40:34
Speaker 1: modern property, something that fits in with the rest of
40:37
Speaker 1: the neighborhood, like the Epstein property in its current form
40:42
Speaker 1: or old form, I guess you could say now, was
40:44
Speaker 1: very old, right? Very old, not updated, different style, and wasn't,
40:52
Speaker 1: you know, catchy like some of these new properties are.
40:55
Speaker 1: And that's the kind of developer Glazer is. I'm sure
40:58
Speaker 1: that whatever he puts on this site is going to
41:01
Speaker 1: be pretty incredible. Glazer previously told the Daily News that
41:08
Speaker 1: it would be personally satisfying to him to knock down
41:11
Speaker 1: and replace the house. Hell yeah, any sort of human
41:14
Speaker 1: being with any kind of heart or a morality compass
41:18
Speaker 1: inside of their body would want to take part in
41:22
Speaker 1: knocking this place down. I would have gladly come over
41:26
Speaker 1: with a sledgehammer or drove one of those bulldozers to
41:32
Speaker 1: smash into this place. Gladly. gladly have done it for
41:36
Speaker 1: free by the way palm beach real estate broker lawrence
41:40
Speaker 1: a moans who represented glazer and helped put together the
41:42
Speaker 1: sale broke his customary rule about not commenting publicly on
41:46
Speaker 1: transactions in which he was involved and that just shows
41:50
Speaker 1: you the significance of this property and what it means
41:54
Speaker 1: that it's going to be knocked down and scattered into
41:57
Speaker 1: the dusts of history I can only see that as
42:00
Speaker 1: a good thing, right? Another piece of Jeffrey Epstein's sordid,
42:04
Speaker 1: disgusting legacy chipped away. I only got involved in the
42:09
Speaker 1: sale of Jeffrey Epstein's residence to ensure it would be
42:12
Speaker 1: wiped off the map of Palm Beach, Moans told the
42:15
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Daily News. Yo, that's crazy. Lawrence Moans is
42:21
Speaker 1: a pretty top-notch real estate person in that neck of
42:25
Speaker 1: the woods. And he wasn't having it either. Look, everybody's
42:29
Speaker 1: sick of this shit. Nobody wants to look at that
42:32
Speaker 1: place anymore. Nobody wants to see the house in Manhattan.
42:36
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to hear about Zorro Ranch not being raided anymore.
42:41
Speaker 1: And this guy, Lawrence Mones, who works in the real
42:43
Speaker 1: estate industry, made sure he got involved to get rid
42:46
Speaker 1: of this blight. So cheers to that, Lawrence Mones. Good
42:51
Speaker 1: on you, pal. Permits were issued for the demolition late
42:56
Speaker 1: last week, Town Hall Records show. Early Monday, demolition crews
43:01
Speaker 1: from BG Group of Delray Beach used heavy equipment to
43:04
Speaker 1: begin pulling down the walls of the mansion. God, that's glorious.
43:08
Speaker 1: Make sure you watch the video. I was watching it
43:11
Speaker 1: like it was a sporting event. Had a couple of cheers, maybe.
43:14
Speaker 1: You know, eating a hot dog with one hand, had
43:17
Speaker 1: the other hand in some popcorn. You know what I mean?
43:22
Speaker 1: It's like a sporting event for me watching this place
43:24
Speaker 1: get knocked down. Maybe I should make some odds on
43:26
Speaker 1: how long it takes for different parts of it to fall.
43:30
Speaker 1: All kidding aside though, if you're looking to have a
43:33
Speaker 1: bit of joy in your life for a little while,
43:35
Speaker 1: make sure you watch this video. Click on the link,
43:37
Speaker 1: watch the video, and enjoy. They tore into it again
43:45
Speaker 1: and again, starting on the east side, where vines still
43:48
Speaker 1: clung to the walls, blooming with flowers that were soon crushed.
43:52
Speaker 1: and eating through house towards the waterfront. Man, that is
43:58
Speaker 1: such a fantastic visual. We don't get very many good
44:02
Speaker 1: visuals in this case, right? At least I certainly don't.
44:06
Speaker 1: Stuff that, you know, you lay there at night sometimes
44:09
Speaker 1: and you think about it and it really, really gets
44:12
Speaker 1: me going. I can't tell you how many sleepless nights
44:15
Speaker 1: I've had since this investigation, since we've started talking about
44:19
Speaker 1: this case in October of 2019. It's been such a
44:24
Speaker 1: grind and such a heavy topic to discuss every day
44:31
Speaker 1: that I cannot even begin to explain to you how
44:35
Speaker 1: much I am looking forward to this playing out. And
44:39
Speaker 1: then to think about how much of a grind it
44:43
Speaker 1: is just covering it. Now think and try and put
44:46
Speaker 1: yourself in the position of the people who actually lived it.
44:50
Speaker 1: And then I look at the grind, and I say
44:53
Speaker 1: to myself, this ain't shit, bro. Buckle down, keep it moving,
44:59
Speaker 1: keep rocking. If all of these girls who were abused
45:02
Speaker 1: by Epstein can carry this burden for this long, we
45:05
Speaker 1: can see it through till the end of this trial.
45:08
Speaker 1: But boy, oh boy, let me tell you what, I
45:11
Speaker 1: cannot wait for the convictions to come in this case.
45:15
Speaker 1: There are some other people, I guess, that would love
45:17
Speaker 1: for this case to keep going on forever and ever
45:19
Speaker 1: and ever and ever, but not me. This case has
45:24
Speaker 1: taken up so much of my time. So much of
45:26
Speaker 1: my life. That. I just cannot wait. To see all
45:32
Speaker 1: of these people. That we talk about. You know the
45:36
Speaker 1: core four. Maxwell. Indite. Khan. For those people. To be punished.
45:44
Speaker 1: Because it's been just. This is. Day after day. Talk
45:48
Speaker 1: about a slugfest. And it just weighs on you right.
45:51
Speaker 1: This kind of heavy. sort of content this sort of
45:55
Speaker 1: material it's not easy to talk about it's not easy
45:59
Speaker 1: to digest and guess what it certainly I would guess
46:04
Speaker 1: was not easy to live so that's why we continue
46:08
Speaker 1: to talk about it on a daily basis that's why
46:11
Speaker 1: we continue to try and bring just a little bit
46:13
Speaker 1: of light to it you know in our little neck
46:15
Speaker 1: of the woods over here we just you know we
46:20
Speaker 1: do our little part right And there's people out there
46:24
Speaker 1: with way, way, way, way, way bigger platforms... That are
46:29
Speaker 1: fighting the good fight too. But me personally... I know
46:35
Speaker 1: that it's going to be... A very good day for...
46:41
Speaker 1: These survivors especially... When this thing is finally said and done.
46:45
Speaker 1: And when somebody takes a bulldozer... Not just to Epstein's house...
46:51
Speaker 1: but to the rest of his legacy. By noon, debris
46:57
Speaker 1: littered the ground as broken windows pierced walls that remained standing,
47:01
Speaker 1: and still intact was much of the second-floor balcony that
47:04
Speaker 1: overlooked the water, connected to the pool patio below by
47:08
Speaker 1: a graceful spiral staircase. The residence had stood since 1952,
47:17
Speaker 1: on an acre facing 170 feet on the Intracoastal Waterway
47:21
Speaker 1: at the end of a quiet, dead-end street in the
47:24
Speaker 1: estate section. With a total of 14,223 square feet, the
47:29
Speaker 1: three structures being raised include the main house, a pool
47:33
Speaker 1: cabana building, and a separate building used by household staff.
47:38
Speaker 1: The swimming pool is also being demolished and filled in.
47:41
Speaker 1: You know, I tried to talk my parents into... Filling
47:44
Speaker 1: in my pool when I was younger and turning it
47:46
Speaker 1: into a roller hockey court, yeah, it didn't work out
47:50
Speaker 1: so well for your boy. My parents have a junior
47:53
Speaker 1: Olympic-sized swimming pool in their backyard, and they were always
47:56
Speaker 1: complaining about how, you know, pain in the ass to
47:58
Speaker 1: take care of this, that, the other thing. So I
48:01
Speaker 1: offered a great solution. I was like, look, we can
48:03
Speaker 1: turn this into a roller hockey rink, right? And then
48:07
Speaker 1: we can switch it into a basketball court every now
48:09
Speaker 1: and then. Unfortunately, they weren't into it. So I have
48:14
Speaker 1: a sneaking suspicion that Mr. Glazer isn't going to be
48:17
Speaker 1: making a hockey rink in his backyard either, unfortunately. Epstein
48:24
Speaker 1: hanged himself in August 2019 in a New York City
48:28
Speaker 1: jail cell, allegedly, after he was arrested on federal charges
48:31
Speaker 1: of conspiracy and sex trafficking of underage girls. Fort Lauderdale
48:37
Speaker 1: attorney Brad Edwards represents about 50 clients in various legal
48:41
Speaker 1: actions who say they were abused by Epstein. The demolition
48:46
Speaker 1: can be viewed in some ways as cathartic, he said.
48:49
Speaker 1: I agree with that, and I said that from the jump,
48:51
Speaker 1: that it would be a cathartic experience for some of
48:54
Speaker 1: these survivors, right? Seeing this place destroyed, it's significant. It
48:59
Speaker 1: might not be to other people on the outside looking in,
49:01
Speaker 1: but to these survivors who were abused there, it's significant.
49:07
Speaker 1: I think that the symbolic power of destroying the House
49:10
Speaker 1: of Horrors cannot be overstated, Edwards said. Hey, that's funny.
49:13
Speaker 1: I call it the same thing, Brad. Great minds think
49:16
Speaker 1: alike there, pal. I can imagine there is going to
49:19
Speaker 1: be some amount of... of relief that the nightmare of
49:21
Speaker 1: what went on at that house has been buried to
49:24
Speaker 1: some degree 100% it doesn't fix everything right it doesn't
49:28
Speaker 1: make the things that happen any better or make them
49:32
Speaker 1: go away but it's a step in the right direction
49:36
Speaker 1: and it's one more step shot to the face of
49:41
Speaker 1: the Epstein enterprise. Epstein paid $ 2. 5 million for the Palm
49:47
Speaker 1: Beach House in 1990, Palm Beach County Courthouse Record Show.
49:51
Speaker 1: In 2011, he transferred its ownership from his name to
49:55
Speaker 1: an entity named Laurel Incorporated, a company registered in the U.S.
50:00
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. Oh, you know, all on the up and
50:03
Speaker 1: up too. There's no offshore shenanigans going on over there.
50:06
Speaker 1: I mean, it's not like the Finson files pointed us
50:08
Speaker 1: in that direction, or the Panama Papers. Nah, none of
50:12
Speaker 1: that ever occurred, right? The house was designed by West
50:17
Speaker 1: Indy-style architecture by the late John L. Volk, a prolific
50:21
Speaker 1: Palm Beach architect. Epstein extensively remodeled the house in the
50:25
Speaker 1: mid-1990s record show. Yeah, he definitely went in, did some remodeling,
50:32
Speaker 1: fixed it up a little bit, you know, kind of
50:34
Speaker 1: modernized it, but Honestly, with that kind of money, that
50:38
Speaker 1: house is a complete eyesore. I mean, I guess it
50:41
Speaker 1: would have been cool in the 50s or 60s or something,
50:43
Speaker 1: but we're talking about the, you know, 21st century here.
50:48
Speaker 1: A white box. When designer Daniel Maynard of LaBerge and
50:53
Speaker 1: Maynard presented the demolition request to the board in December,
50:58
Speaker 1: he said little remained of Volk's interior detailing. I spoke
51:01
Speaker 1: to a person who worked on the renovation, and it
51:04
Speaker 1: appears everything was gutted. So there's nothing left, or very little,
51:08
Speaker 1: of the John Volk period. It's essentially a white box. Well, yeah,
51:12
Speaker 1: that's what it looked like. Generic as hell, right? Again,
51:15
Speaker 1: you would think a mansion like this, you would put
51:17
Speaker 1: some doskies in it and make it pop. The property
51:22
Speaker 1: offers views of Tarpon Island and Everglades Island, smaller islands
51:26
Speaker 1: that lie just west of the barrier islands that comprises
51:29
Speaker 1: Palm Beach. Epstein was initially booked in Florida in 2006-2009,
51:34
Speaker 1: after police said he had sex with underage girls, whom
51:38
Speaker 1: he paid for massage sessions at the Palm Beach house.
51:42
Speaker 1: Michael Ryder, the former Palm Beach police chief, who years
51:45
Speaker 1: ago led the initial investigation into the accusations against Epstein
51:49
Speaker 1: at the house on El Brío Way, responded to a
51:52
Speaker 1: request for a comment Monday. And we know that Michael
51:56
Speaker 1: Ryder was one of the only people who really was
52:00
Speaker 1: going hard in the paint here when we're talking about
52:02
Speaker 1: law enforcement or the higher-ups. The former owner of this
52:06
Speaker 1: house did unmeasurable damage to the lives of countless children
52:10
Speaker 1: and was able to corrupt the legal system to the
52:13
Speaker 1: point that the courts have called it a national disgrace.
52:16
Speaker 1: Now this is Ryder saying this, okay? Somebody who knows
52:20
Speaker 1: what's going on in this situation. Somebody who has seen
52:22
Speaker 1: the paperwork. Somebody who has seen the evidence. While it
52:26
Speaker 1: is critical that we learn from this tragedy, it is
52:29
Speaker 1: nearly as important we follow with doing everything possible to
52:34
Speaker 1: erase any connection of him from our community, said Ryder,
52:38
Speaker 1: a Palm Beach resident who today runs his security and
52:41
Speaker 1: investigative firm. In 2008, Epstein entered a controversial plea deal
52:47
Speaker 1: that led to his conviction on two state felony counts
52:50
Speaker 1: that included solicitation of a minor. He served nearly 13
52:54
Speaker 1: months in the Palm Beach County Jail before being released
52:57
Speaker 1: for a year of probation on house arrest until August 2010. Well,
53:02
Speaker 1: we know that he didn't do a year, right? He
53:06
Speaker 1: was in and out all day. Just went there to sleep.
53:10
Speaker 1: Wasn't there like a real inmate. His plea deal let
53:15
Speaker 1: him avoid harsher federal charges similar to the ones he
53:18
Speaker 1: was facing in New York when he died. Last week,
53:21
Speaker 1: justices of the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals issued
53:25
Speaker 1: a 7-4 ruling against Epstein survivor Courtney Wilde that said
53:30
Speaker 1: she had no legal recourse to unravel the 2008 no-prosecution
53:34
Speaker 1: agreement that stemmed from his arrest in Florida. What a travesty.
53:39
Speaker 1: What a travesty and miscarriage of justice that is. I'm
53:42
Speaker 1: not going to go too heavy on that, considering I've
53:44
Speaker 1: talked about that at length already, but man, oh man,
53:48
Speaker 1: they should be embarrassed of themselves. Epstein could have faced
53:53
Speaker 1: a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison had he
53:56
Speaker 1: been convicted on the federal charges he was facing when
53:59
Speaker 1: he died. In July, authorities arrested Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell
54:05
Speaker 1: in New Hampshire on multiple charges related to Epstein's alleged
54:08
Speaker 1: sexual abuse. She remains jailed without bail. Oh, but she
54:13
Speaker 1: remains running her mouth. And the Suck Squad continues with
54:17
Speaker 1: their nonsense. And I see that Newsweek, Newsweek, huh? Is
54:21
Speaker 1: going hard in the paint with their, it looks like
54:23
Speaker 1: some pro-Gee Lane type of literature. Should be embarrassed of themselves,
54:27
Speaker 1: but it's Newsweek. What do you expect? Talk about a rag.
54:31
Speaker 1: And the author's over there. Wow, what a joke. Just
54:34
Speaker 1: go ahead and read some of the articles. I'm not
54:36
Speaker 1: reading any of the articles from that rag on the
54:39
Speaker 1: podcast because straight garbage what's going on over there. But man,
54:44
Speaker 1: oh man. Talk about puff pieces. New house in the works.
54:49
Speaker 1: Glazer spent much of his career in real estate development, restoration,
54:53
Speaker 1: and renovation in Miami-Dade County before entering the Palm Beach
54:57
Speaker 1: market about three years ago. Among his most prominent projects
55:00
Speaker 1: in Miami is the 1000 Museum Condominium Tower downtown. Now,
55:05
Speaker 1: I don't, I've never seen any of these projects, really.
55:07
Speaker 1: I don't, you know, know much about architecture, but I'm
55:10
Speaker 1: sure if you, uh, check out in Google or whatever,
55:13
Speaker 1: you could check out some of these properties. And in
55:15
Speaker 1: this actual article, there's a picture of one of them.
55:19
Speaker 1: Pretty badass looking house, no doubt about it. Acting opposite
55:25
Speaker 1: Lawrence A. Moan's associates in the March sale was listing
55:28
Speaker 1: agent Kerry Warwick of the Corcoran Group, who represented the
55:32
Speaker 1: executors of Epstein's estate. The architectural commission has not yet
55:36
Speaker 1: reviewed plans for the house Glazer wants to build on
55:39
Speaker 1: the lot. But he told the Daily News last fall
55:42
Speaker 1: it would likely measure about 13,000 square feet. Any design
55:46
Speaker 1: must be signed off by the architectural board. So it's
55:49
Speaker 1: kind of like a homeowners association or a grand collection
55:52
Speaker 1: of Karens and Karls, right? That's all an HOA is, basically.
55:57
Speaker 1: So they'll have to sign off on it and make
55:59
Speaker 1: sure that the plans fall within the scope of the community.
56:05
Speaker 1: The Palm Beach house was among several homes Epstein owned
56:08
Speaker 1: across the country and in the Caribbean and in other countries.
56:13
Speaker 1: His historic Upper East Side townhouse at 9 East 71st
56:16
Speaker 1: Street in New York City sold in March for $ 51
56:21
Speaker 1: million after being listed at $ 88 million. According to published reports,
56:27
Speaker 1: the townhouse sold to an ownership entity linked to retiring
56:30
Speaker 1: Goldman Sachs executive Michael D. Daffy and his wife, Blake.
56:34
Speaker 1: Property records show They plan to renovate the residence, New
56:38
Speaker 1: York Times reported. An independent survivor's compensation fund has been established.
56:44
Speaker 1: But in addition to survivors, others are pursuing money from
56:47
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate, including creditors, according to media reports. Of course
56:52
Speaker 1: they are. The vultures are all at the corpse. Everybody
56:57
Speaker 1: wants to wet their beak. Everybody wants a taste. Even
57:01
Speaker 1: those who are working with Epstein have tried to position
57:03
Speaker 1: themselves as victims. But one thing is certainly clear, folks.
57:10
Speaker 1: The days of anybody being molested in the Palm Beach
57:17
Speaker 1: house on El Brio, those days are long over. If
