- 4:26Speaker 1: There's no attorneys.
- 4:29Speaker 1: They don't have attorneys in jury pools for a reason.
- 4:32Speaker 1: So everybody got an opinion.
- 4:34Speaker 1: All that matter is what the people in that jury pool say.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Where is my?
- 5:05Speaker 1: I'll see, but I'm going to give us an up, close and personal coverage of the closing arguments today.

- 5:39Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 5:42Speaker 1: So today, y'all, we got closing arguments.
- 5:44Speaker 1: We got a lot of controversy, a lot of people thinking the feds don't have nothing because they dropped some of the charges.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Of course, I gave you my breakdown on that yesterday.
- 5:56Speaker 1: They just really narrowing down what the hell is going on and making sure that the jury knows what sex trafficking is and what forced labor is, and not getting caught, because Diddy has so many charges it's easy to get lost.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I told you yesterday I've been explaining until I'm blue in the face.
- 6:26Speaker 1: So many people don't even understand these charges.
- 6:29Speaker 1: It's crazy, but it's going to be interesting, y'all.
- 6:37Speaker 1: It's going to be interesting.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I'm glad that I'm able to come out here.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Thank you, linda.

- 7:16Speaker 1: So to clear up a lot of people misinformed about what actually happened he still has sex trafficking charges.
- 7:19Speaker 1: They just dropped some of the aiding and abetting part of the sex trafficking.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Some people think they dropped the sex trafficking altogether.
- 7:29Speaker 1: They didn't.
- 7:30Speaker 1: They only dropped I believe it was the arson, kidnapping and then certain parts of the sex trafficking.
- 7:38Speaker 1: They want the judge to clearly define and explain in great detail what sex trafficking is because, like I said, they obviously saw the same thing we saw and realized that people don't know what the hell sex trafficking is.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Desi said she nearly fell asleep, but she here.

- 11:51Speaker 1: Lily said the predator must go down.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Yes, you know, I'm with you on that.
- 11:58Speaker 1: This would be a major, this would be a major blow to the criminal justice system if Diddy didn't go down and serve some type of time for this.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I'm just going to be honest with you.
- 12:12Speaker 1: It would be devastating to the.
- 12:14Speaker 1: If you can do all of that, what he did, and be found not guilty, then we might as well not have any laws.
- 12:23Speaker 1: We might as well just turn this into the wild wild west and just let everybody do whatever they want to do.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Uh-oh, I think I seen another super sticker hey, new Eyes.
- 12:45Speaker 1: New Eyes said hey, flo, greetings chat.

- 14:02Speaker 1: I want to see you know what the prosecution says and what the defense arguments.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I want to see you know what the prosecution says and what the defense says.
- 14:08Speaker 1: I want to see how they're going to wrap this bow up.
- 14:10Speaker 1: I mean, wrap this president up and put a bow on it.
- 14:15Speaker 1: This is going to be crazy.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I had to get here for closing arguments.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Thank you for everybody who purchased the VIP $23 subscription which helps pay for this trip Actually, two trips.

- 14:35Speaker 1: I told y'all I was coming and here I am.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I told y'all I was coming twice and here.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I am Any questions, since I ain't prepared an actual show I'm taking.
- 14:51Speaker 1: We're going to do Q&A.
- 14:53Speaker 1: We're going to do Q&A, what's up, c-tuck.
- 14:57Speaker 1: C-tuck says Flo, what up?
- 15:02Speaker 1: Glad to see you touched down safely, big dog.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Much love to you.
- 15:04Speaker 1: C-tuck says Flo, what up?
- 15:05Speaker 1: Glad to see you touched down safely, big dog.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Much love to you, c-tuck.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm here all the way from Cleveland.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Good morning, melissa.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Told y'all if I had a chance to pop in I would pop in on y'all.
- 15:35Speaker 1: But this is a very important verdict.
- 15:40Speaker 1: This is one of the most important verdicts.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Verdict this is one of the most important verdicts.
- 15:45Speaker 1: This is going to do one of two things.
- 15:50Speaker 1: It's either going to show Hollywood that they can continue to carry on and do all the weird stuff they've been doing without punishment, without accountability, without pushback, or this verdict is going to show once and for all that that that that highly weird shit is over with and needs to be shut down completely.
- 16:24Speaker 1: And, like I said, it'll probably open up the door.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Not probably.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure it's going to open up the door to more investigations.
- 16:33Speaker 1: There is so much hanging on.
- 16:34Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I don't know the last time so much was hanging on to one verdict, like we had a fork in the road right now.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Like we had a fork in the road right now.
- 16:49Speaker 1: People are saying he's going to walk because the feds dropping a few of the charges.
- 16:54Speaker 1: And that's just what people are saying.
- 16:55Speaker 1: You got to realize one thing about it it's a totally different world.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Inside that courtroom People could be saying Diddy could walk and they could deliberate for a couple hours and give him 30 years, like a snap of a finger.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Ain't, nobody, don't.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Nobody know what's going to actually happen.
- 17:14Speaker 1: But him walking is.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I'm putting it, I'm giving it, if I'm giving you my honest opinion.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I'm giving it an 80% chance he's found guilty.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I'm saying 20% chance he walks.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I'm just saying, I'm telling you that it's a different world inside that courtroom and the jury is getting instructions on what all these charges meaning.
- 17:41Speaker 1: These people, a lot of these people in the, they don't know the letter of the law.
- 17:51Speaker 1: They're not getting a judge, they're just shooting from the hip and going off headlines.
- 17:57Speaker 1: So keep that in mind, keep that in mind, that they're getting instructions in the jury.
- 18:04Speaker 1: The jury is seeing that nobody isn't seeing unless you're actually here in the courtroom.
- 18:13Speaker 1: There's a lot of evidence that people aren't even seeing at all.
- 18:16Speaker 1: So a lot of people in the general public that are saying they're gonna walk, you gotta remember.
- 18:21Speaker 1: They don remember.
- 18:22Speaker 1: They don't even have half of the information.
- 18:25Speaker 1: They don't have half of the evidence that's only being shown in court and they're not getting instructions from the judge of what these charges mean and all of that.
- 18:35Speaker 1: So just my advice is don't get too caught up in people who aren't in the courtroom talking about he's going to walk, aren't in the courtroom talking about he going to walk?
- 18:44Speaker 1: They don't, they're just.
- 18:45Speaker 1: They're just talking off headlines and headlines are not telling you the whole story, just like when they dropped those charges, the feds dropped whatever charges.
- 18:56Speaker 1: You can read a headline and think totally different about that.
- 18:59Speaker 1: So, like I said, I've learned from covering cases Anybody that's been covering and following cases our whole life.
- 19:17Speaker 1: We all know you don't know what that jury going to say.
- 19:18Speaker 1: We've had surprising verdicts.
- 19:19Speaker 1: We've had surprising not guilty verdicts.
- 19:21Speaker 1: We've had surprising guilty verdicts.
- 19:25Speaker 1: There's no way for nobody to know for sure one way or the other what's happening.
- 19:29Speaker 1: But in my humble opinion I'm thinking 80% to even 90%.
- 19:33Speaker 1: I'm thinking 80%, he's found guilty, 10% chance he walks, and to me that only 10% comes from.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Okay so the charges I'll do this real quick because I explained it on the show yesterday.
- 19:51Speaker 1: But they only dropped aiding and abetting of sex trafficking, which was nothing really.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Aiding and abetting of sex trafficking is just assisting in certain ways, but it's like a minor, minor charge within the sex trafficking charge, the actual sex trafficking and to engage in prostitution and all of that, the major part of sex trafficking is still in play.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Uh, they kept, uh, forced labor, they, I mean.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I mean that forced labor is still in play rico is still in play rico and sex trafficking are the major components of what he's facing life.
- 20:34Speaker 1: For what they did was they dropped arson from blowing up kid cudi car and they dropped the kidnapping and so basically what they did is so the jury isn't losing focus and paying attention to things that they really didn't need and really were the weaker parts of it.
- 20:58Speaker 1: They dropped it so they could streamline it and get a laser-like focus on exactly what the charges are and so the judge can explain to them and they won't lose focus on actually what the charges are.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Like.
- 21:15Speaker 1: I've told people many a time the best example we have of how this entertainment Rico can go is the R Kelly case.
- 21:25Speaker 1: And in R Kelly case so many people get caught up in the minors and the sex part of it.
- 21:31Speaker 1: But the two predicated Rico X that got R Kelly 30 years was forced labor and bribery.
- 21:41Speaker 1: So many people don't know that If you go look up the case, yes, sex exploitation was part of it, but what sunk him for that RICO was bribery, which was bribing and paying off people and paying hush money the same way Diddy did Paying people off to keep people quiet, paying people off to to hide his crimes.
- 22:11Speaker 1: And then the second part was forced labor, and forced labor in the r kelly case was simply forced labor.
- 22:20Speaker 1: In the r kelly case was simply because he used the freaky little tapes he had.
- 22:27Speaker 1: He would tell the victims that if they went to the police or if they made noise about it or if they did anything besides comply to what he wanted them to do, whatever he wanted them to do, if they didn't just do that, he threatened to put those tapes out.
- 22:46Speaker 1: That was forced labor, that was RICO, that's it.
- 22:50Speaker 1: That's it.
- 22:55Speaker 1: A lot of people are losing that fact.
- 22:57Speaker 1: So if you look at the Diddy case, there's for sure bribery, there's for sure bribery, there's for sure forced labor.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Those two predicated, rico x alone, will give him 25 years to life, just those two.
- 23:17Speaker 1: So what the feds did and what the prosecution did was narrow it down to the charges that really matter, so that the jury wouldn't lose focus and also so the defense couldn't go in there closing arguments and kind of paint that picture of that Did he isn't a violent man?
- 23:36Speaker 1: And really and really go into the kidnapping and arson part of it and make people say, well, go into the kidnapping and arson part of it and make people say, well, I don't think he kidnapped anybody, and get so caught up in that that now they have a not guilty verdict.
- 23:51Speaker 1: So, like I said, I don't know why people aren't paying more attention to the R Kelly case because it was a Rico.
- 24:02Speaker 1: It was a Rico is right in New York, right where I'm at right now, right where Diddy's at it was, right in New York, is an entertainment person who used their money and power to manipulate women.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Same thing.
- 24:14Speaker 1: And so many people get so caught up in the fact that R Kelly had a couple of minors or some minors and he had women of age, but it was some minors, minors or some minors, and he had women of age, but it was some minors.
- 24:28Speaker 1: And then they think that's the big difference when that isn't even the what sunk him for the recall.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Like I said again, it was forced labor and bribery, that's it, just those two charges and they got r kelly 30 years for forced labor and bribery.
- 24:42Speaker 1: You could take the sex part out of it and he still was recalled.
- 24:47Speaker 1: And so that's why I'm telling people and advising people don't get caught up in people just saying Diddy gonna walk, because they can easily say hey, we see forced labor, hey, we see bribery, and that's 30 years, right there.
- 25:02Speaker 1: I don't care about anything else that went on in this case If that jury says they, they, they believe they see forced labor, they saw that diddy threatened to put these tapes out or manipulated or did.
- 25:15Speaker 1: There are many different ways of forced labor, but in the r kelly case it was literally because he threatened to put the tapes out, these freaky tapes, and he used that to keep his victims in compliance to him.
- 25:27Speaker 1: You can easily see that in the Diddy case.
- 25:30Speaker 1: So if that jury I don't care about we've been seeing six, seven weeks of testimony I don't care what went on in this case, if that jury says we see forced labor and bribery, or we see forced labor and obstruction of justice, or if we see sex trafficking and forced labor, any combination of those two, and Diddy has 30 years, so anybody just saying he's going to walk, they're being dishonest, because you can't say that that jury won't see those two things.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Now we'll wait and see how it turns out, but that's why people don't like, are really thinking they're gonna walk.
- 26:10Speaker 1: They don't understand.
- 26:11Speaker 1: It's a lot.
- 26:13Speaker 1: It's more simple than you think and, like I said, I just tell people I don't know why they don't look into it.
- 26:19Speaker 1: You know, I look into it.
- 26:20Speaker 1: I studied the r kelly case because it happened in new york.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It's a rico involving an entertainer who used his money and power and his people around him to facilitate and carry out these crimes, just like Diddy.
- 26:34Speaker 1: So I just think that that's a very good example of what could happen and why.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Good morning, yep, yep, you got legal people on both sides.
- 27:02Speaker 1: And let's say this y'all, let's also keep this in mind.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Also keep this in mind how many times have we watched?
- 27:11Speaker 1: Because even before I became, even before I started following these cases you know for a living this is my career now but I've always been into these cases and following them, even when I wasn't podcasting and YouTubing.
- 27:27Speaker 1: But how many times have we had legal analysis say this is going to happen, that's going to happen and it didn't happen?
- 27:37Speaker 1: I hate to bring up the OJ trial where he was found innocent.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Where he was found innocent.
- 27:41Speaker 1: But how many times?
- 27:44Speaker 1: How many legal analysis, how many legal analysts?
- 27:48Speaker 1: I remember I was a kid, I was little, but I remember how many people said OJ was going to be found guilty.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Legal analysts, attorneys, former judges, all kinds of people said he was going to be found guilty.
- 28:03Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, found guilty, he was not guilty.
- 28:06Speaker 1: And in the contrast to that I'll bring it all the way up to the R Kelly there were so many people that said R Kelly was going to be found not guilty.
- 28:14Speaker 1: There were legal, there were attorneys that were saying it wasn't recall.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I remember it.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I remember the R Kelly case.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I remember it reminds me of Rico.
- 28:25Speaker 1: I remember it.
- 28:25Speaker 1: I remember the R Kelly case.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I remember it reminds me of this.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I remember telling people that he was going to be found guilty of Rico, just like I'm doing now.
- 28:34Speaker 1: And so many people told me R Kelly, it wasn't Rico, and he was going to be found innocent.
- 28:41Speaker 1: He had too much money.
- 28:42Speaker 1: They told me all of that.
- 28:44Speaker 1: A lot of attorneys said it.
- 28:47Speaker 1: And what happened?
- 28:49Speaker 1: Judge slammed down that gavel and he was found guilty.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Scott Peterson, the list goes on and on.
- 28:59Speaker 1: We've had plenty of trials where these legal analysts and attorneys have said somebody was going to be found not guilty and they were found guilty.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Or somebody was going to be found guilty and they were not guilty.
- 29:14Speaker 1: So we know We've seen this before.
- 29:20Speaker 1: I've seen plenty of cases where attorneys the outcome.
- 29:25Speaker 1: They were wrong on the outcome.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Because one thing we have to realize they don't have attorneys in the jury pool.
- 29:34Speaker 1: You ever notice that there's not one attorney in the jury pool.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Jury pool.
- 29:40Speaker 1: So although attorneys know their stuff but they're not attorneys in the jury pool, there's not one lawyer is in that jury and so that's one thing you also got to realize when these attorneys speak Ain't no attorneys in the jury pool.
- 30:02Speaker 1: So we just have to wait and see.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I'm excited about seeing these closing arguments.
- 30:10Speaker 1: I think I'm kind of on time too.
- 30:12Speaker 1: I'm kind of hungry, so I hope I have time to grab me something real quick to eat.
- 30:16Speaker 1: I'm starving.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Ain't nothing like being in that courtroom and starving y'all.
- 30:20Speaker 1: That almost feel like when I used to be in school be ready for lunchtime and I didn't eat breakfast.
- 30:26Speaker 1: So I'm hoping that I'm able to get here.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Go grab me something to eat real quick.
- 30:31Speaker 1: No, you can't predict the jury decision.
- 30:35Speaker 1: We know that.
- 30:36Speaker 1: I want people to realize.
- 30:39Speaker 1: I've been following cases as a kid and how many shocking whether it's a not guilty vote or guilty vote how many shocking jury decisions have we had in our lifetime?
- 30:53Speaker 1: It's so many I can't even count.
- 30:56Speaker 1: We don't know.
- 31:00Speaker 1: But in this case, I feel like this is going to be just like R Kelly's case, where it looked like he might not be found guilty and this and that.
- 31:09Speaker 1: But when that jury say guilty and he's found guilty of RICO or found guilty of this, and that people are going to say that was an obvious decision.
- 31:24Speaker 1: That's what I feel.
- 31:25Speaker 1: That's what I feel.
- 31:26Speaker 1: That's how I feel it's going to go.
- 31:28Speaker 1: I feel like everybody's kind of worried or wondering right now, but I feel like when the rubber meets the road, that jury is going to come back and it ain't going to take long and it's going to be guilty, and at that point everybody's going to say, man, this was an obvious guilty verdict.
- 31:46Speaker 1: That's honestly how I feel.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Like I said, I had to argue with people when the R Kelly case was going on, so this feels like deja vu to me.
- 31:59Speaker 1: I was trying to tell people R Kelly's was Rico and the only reason I knew R Kelly's was Rico because, like this case, I looked it up.
- 32:04Speaker 1: At first I didn't think R Kelly's was Rico and the only reason I knew R Kelly's was Rico because, like this case, I looked it up.
- 32:05Speaker 1: At first I didn't think R Kelly's was Rico because I didn't understand what Rico was.
- 32:10Speaker 1: I thought Rico was what you see in the movies.
- 32:16Speaker 1: I learned what Rico actually was.
- 32:19Speaker 1: As far as the X's and O's, I knew Rico was in place to take down the mafia and the conspiracy aspect was to keep people who were just big bosses, who were behind the scenes just making things happen and able to get away with murder because they actually get their hands dirty.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I knew that part of Rico, but I didn't know when you operate a criminal enterprise.
- 32:43Speaker 1: But I didn't know when you operate a criminal enterprise.
- 32:44Speaker 1: All they needed to prove was two predicated acts, two crimes out of a list of 30 crimes.
- 32:54Speaker 1: They only needed to prove two for Rico.
- 32:59Speaker 1: I learned that during the R Kelly case and I remember arguing with people and people like Dickie and Benny were in the comments or not in the comments, but I mean they were they were talking to me and telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and this ain't Rico.
- 33:11Speaker 1: And because people didn't equate R Kelly or just like Diddy, they don't equate entertainers with Rico.
- 33:21Speaker 1: They think Rico is for drug bosses and drug lords and people from who move in big shipments of drugs and tying people up and packing them up in white vans and kidnapping them and duct taping their mouth.
- 33:36Speaker 1: That's what people think Rico is.
- 33:38Speaker 1: They don't equate Rico with R Kelly singing.
- 33:43Speaker 1: They don't equate Rico with R Kelly singing.
- 33:48Speaker 1: I believe I can fly.
- 33:49Speaker 1: I believe I can fly.
- 33:49Speaker 1: They don't equate that with Rico.
- 33:51Speaker 1: But what happened?
- 33:52Speaker 1: Like I always say, they gave R Kelly 30 years, like it was 30 minutes and it was Rico.
- 34:03Speaker 1: So to the people saying did he go and walk?
- 34:05Speaker 1: Tell me, why didn't R Kelly walk?
- 34:10Speaker 1: Their charges, their conviction, well, r Kelly's conviction but these charges actually mirror each other.
- 34:16Speaker 1: Nobody has been able to explain to me why R Kelly didn't walk.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Nobody has explained that to me.
- 34:25Speaker 1: I looked it up, I studied that case.
- 34:27Speaker 1: They got him on bribery and forced labor.
- 34:30Speaker 1: That was the recall right there.
- 34:32Speaker 1: And it wasn't no big crazy bribery or no big crazy forced labor, it was simply oh, you use those tapes and told people that, told your victims that you would put that tape out if they went to the police or if they didn't comply.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Rico, oh, you, you and your, your people around you, use money and influence and manipulation to keep your crimes hidden, rico, rico.
- 35:04Speaker 1: So, like I said, until somebody can explain to me how R Kelly was found guilty of Rico and they think Diddy can't be found guilty of Rico I'm waiting for the verdict.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Nobody has explained that to me yet and I'm challenging anybody in the comments to explain to me why R Kelly's forced labor and bribery led to Rico, and they were exactly the same things that he did in New York.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Why didn't he walk?
- 35:44Speaker 1: tell it Kathy I love one thing about I love about my community we all on the same page and we straighten out all these assholes who don't got nothing better to do but come where they're not wanted and say uh and give takes and commentary that just don't add up.
- 36:01Speaker 1: But thank you, kathy, for straightening them out, straightening Vicky out.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Vicky just doesn't have a life.
- 36:09Speaker 1: They got to come in our community.
- 36:11Speaker 1: I told you they love our community.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Everybody is jealous of our community because we stick together, we stick to the facts and we don't fuck around.
- 36:20Speaker 1: And they wish they had a community like that.
- 36:23Speaker 1: And since they don't, they got to come in our chat and they want some attention.
- 36:28Speaker 1: So thank you, kathy, for giving Vicky a little attention and giving it to a short and sweet.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Giving it to a short and sweet.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I got so many people messaging me and worried about those charges, and that's another thing.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Y'all, the media, is designed.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Y'all notice I don't do clickbait.
- 36:57Speaker 1: I get on here and we talk about it.
- 37:00Speaker 1: I don't do fear mongering and try to make everybody scared just to do it.
- 37:06Speaker 1: But the media know the way they put out the story about the charges being dropped.
- 37:12Speaker 1: They put it out in a way that made it seem like it was some huge thing.
- 37:16Speaker 1: But they did that on purpose because the media fearmongers.
- 37:20Speaker 1: If they really explained what they really meant, people wouldn't even be up in arms and so worried.
- 37:28Speaker 1: But they just put it out like prosecution drops of sex trafficking charges.
- 37:33Speaker 1: They didn't drop sex trafficking charges.
- 37:36Speaker 1: They dropped one small aspect of the sex trafficking charges so that the jury and they probably notice like I told you, they notice what we notice Like some of these people don't know what sex trafficking is, so we need to narrow this shit down and explain it to them.
- 37:53Speaker 1: But the media puts it out and just makes a headline Feds drop sex trafficking charges on Diddy and it's like that's what they do.
- 38:01Speaker 1: That's why nobody likes the media legacy media Because they just they're losing so much steam and nobody really pays them no attention.
- 38:10Speaker 1: They have to depend on these click baity ass headlines that don't really tell the story and it's sad and that's why I'm glad that we have platforms like mine and tisa tells and ticket tv and a list of other platforms.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Um, the Oriental Girl I love her.
- 38:29Speaker 1: I've always thought she was an awesome storyteller.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Was her name Rotten Mango or something, I'm not sure.
- 38:35Speaker 1: But I'm glad we have platforms like that to give us the real, because legacy media is shitty.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Legacy media is about as shitty as Diddy Itty Bitty Diddy with the little Tootsie Roll.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Exactly exactly, yanni.
- 39:11Speaker 1: And another thing I'm glad you brought that up, yanni.
- 39:13Speaker 1: And another thing um, they should know what these acts are.
- 39:24Speaker 1: What these acts are, Yep, I like that, melissa, you're right, it is.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Streaming is way more popular.
- 39:36Speaker 1: When I add up all my platforms, I do way more.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Cnn or the typical news person don't get as many views as I do or as many people daily.
- 39:50Speaker 1: I just started building.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Y'all know I just started building my youtube just because I had built everything else up already and I said you know I need to build my youtube, but daily my videos and my breakdowns I'm getting viewed by a million.
- 40:03Speaker 1: On a on a slow day, there are a million people who view my content every day.
- 40:08Speaker 1: On a slow day, when I really got a lot of videos going viral and there's a lot of attention, it could get up to two, three million a day.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I'm just one person, a regular dude giving the facts and giving my opinions.
- 40:23Speaker 1: I'm getting viewed by, on a light day, a million people when you add up all my platforms.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Cnn ain't doing that.
- 40:30Speaker 1: People are tuning them out and I love it.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Matter of fact, go to the merch store.
- 40:37Speaker 1: Y'all in the notes andidontlikeitcom.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I might have to shout out a couple people later who already purchased items.

- 40:56Speaker 1: Everybody loves those and I don't like your t-shirts and hoodies and all of that.
- 41:00Speaker 1: And I I'm blessed and I appreciate it so much y'all.
- 41:03Speaker 1: But, uh, go into and I don't like itcom.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Uh, check out the new designs.

- 41:17Speaker 1: I got the kick rocks and flip-flops with no socks shirts.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Um, check it out.
- 41:23Speaker 1: I put a lot of work into it.
- 41:25Speaker 1: I'm proud of other designs and more to come.
- 41:28Speaker 1: So appreciate everybody.
- 41:30Speaker 1: I've already looked on there.
- 41:31Speaker 1: People have already been buying.
- 41:33Speaker 1: It's a blessing.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Every time I launched a merch store, y'all purchased and it means a lot to me.
- 41:42Speaker 1: So let's continue talking about this.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Diddy, shit, itty bitty Diddy with the Tootsie Roll.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Itty bitty Diddy with the Tootsie Roll.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Hey y'all, look at Dickie, the Cash App is.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Don't you see the Cash App right there?
- 42:01Speaker 1: Math is cool.
- 42:02Speaker 1: I'm not trying to be smart, but I'm saying Let me know.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Y'all see that orange border next to my head where it says Cash App, busy.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Oh shoot, hold on, hold on, real quick y'all.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Let me verify that.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Busy JSB.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I'm glad you said that.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up y'all.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Something wrong?
- 42:34Speaker 1: How do I?
- 42:35Speaker 1: I got to change that.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Hold on y'all.
- 42:44Speaker 1: I got to change that thing.
- 42:46Speaker 1: I'm glad somebody verified that, but now I got to figure out how to do it.
- 42:51Speaker 1: I don't know, how do I change the headline?
- 42:53Speaker 1: I got to change the headline, y'all.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Give me one second y'all.
- 43:05Speaker 1: I don't know how to do this without, as a matter of fact, this is what I'm going to do.
- 43:10Speaker 1: This is what I'm going to do.
- 43:14Speaker 1: I'm going to take that because I don't know how to change that.
- 43:16Speaker 1: So what I'm going to do is go back to the comments.
- 43:21Speaker 1: I'm going to put it in the, in the.
- 43:25Speaker 1: Uh, I'm going to put.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I'm going to make a busy J S B.
- 43:34Speaker 1: Busy J S B.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Busy J S B.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Okay, thank you, sb.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Okay, thank you.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Whoever asked for that cash app?
- 43:49Speaker 1: I put it wrong in that heading.
- 43:53Speaker 1: I just put it in the chat.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Hold on, let's see.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 44:09Speaker 1: That's the cash app.

- 44:28Speaker 1: Give me some pizza.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I'm about to be eating pizza.
- 44:33Speaker 1: I love New York pizza.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Where is the chat?
- 44:51Speaker 1: Give me back on the chat.
- 44:52Speaker 1: I wish I could.
- 44:54Speaker 1: Oh, y'all, look at that.

- 45:46Speaker 1: I got to change that y'all.
- 45:50Speaker 1: I don't know how to change that, y'all.
- 45:51Speaker 1: I don't know how to change that, but I'm loving seeing y'all chat on the side of the screen.
- 45:54Speaker 1: I just found out how to do that.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Y'all can really talk y'all shit.
- 46:02Speaker 1: Now, how do I change this headline?
- 46:06Speaker 1: I like to see Dickie suck a Tootsie Roll.
- 46:07Speaker 1: I like seeing that in there.
- 46:08Speaker 1: Look at the little window.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Y'all we moving up in the world.

- 46:19Speaker 1: How to Change the?
- 46:27Speaker 1: Okay, here we go, and I'm about to take this down.
- 46:29Speaker 1: That's what I'm about to do, so I'm gonna put y'all comments up.
- 46:33Speaker 1: The cash app and the apple pay is right down here.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Don't pay this no attention, I might.
- 46:39Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I'm taking that off.
- 46:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm trying to delete it, angie.
- 46:53Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure out how do I delete it.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I can't figure out how to delete it.
- 48:43Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 48:44Speaker 1: Thank you y'all.
- 48:44Speaker 1: I don't know what I just did.
- 48:45Speaker 1: I just deleted my whole.
- 48:45Speaker 1: I just deleted my whole self from the.
- 48:46Speaker 1: I just deleted my whole self from the.
- 48:50Speaker 1: But now I can't see y'all comments.
- 48:51Speaker 1: Why can't I see y'all comments?
- 48:53Speaker 1: I'm back, y'all.
- 48:59Speaker 1: I don't know what the heck I just did, but I figured it out.

- 49:23Speaker 1: I had a little intermission.
- 49:26Speaker 1: I don't know what happened.
- 49:27Speaker 1: I thought Diddy took me off the air.
- 49:29Speaker 1: Dizzy, itty-bitty, tic-tac.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Hey, melissa said itty-bitty tic-tac Diddy.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Hey, melissa, melissa said itty-bitty tic-tac-ditty.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Hey, melissa, melissa said itty-bitty tic-tac-ditty.
- 49:53Speaker 1: So if you want a cash app, y'all, look on the bottom of the little ticker screen, the Apple Pay number there, and that's the real cash app.
- 50:07Speaker 1: Busyjsb, I would greatly appreciate it.

- 51:29Speaker 1: Elise, what's up?
- 51:29Speaker 1: Elise, I didn't know you were in here, elise, I didn't know you were in here.

- 51:36Speaker 1: Oh, let's see, let me put it.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Let me see if I can flip the camera.
- 51:45Speaker 1: I'm scared to flip the camera, y'all.
- 51:49Speaker 1: I'm just going to do it like this Look at this.
- 51:56Speaker 1: We're getting close.
- 51:58Speaker 1: We are getting close.
- 52:00Speaker 1: We are here.

- 52:44Speaker 1: Hey, what's going on?
- 52:48Speaker 1: Hey y'all, I pulled up in this Mercedes Benz Sprinter.
- 52:59Speaker 2: They think I'm going in the court room.
- 53:00Speaker 1: What's up, what's up?
- 53:01Speaker 1: Oh, I thought that was family.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Who said the family was here?
- 53:03Speaker 2: Huh, I thought they said the family was here.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Hold on.
- 53:09Speaker 1: Okay, you see I got Dennis.
- 53:10Speaker 1: You know you famous.
- 53:11Speaker 1: I talked to him last time.
- 53:12Speaker 1: They all like where's Dennis at Come on, damn, I just got off the Sprinter.

- 53:28Speaker 1: You got H4 on the building.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yes, yes was here Yep.
- 53:35Speaker 2: Guilty not guilty.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Woo, it's tough.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I'm saying 80-20.
- 53:42Speaker 1: I'm going guilty.
- 53:43Speaker 2: Were you surprised when the prosecution dropped some of the serious counts?
- 53:48Speaker 1: I was surprised when they dropped some of the serious counts.
- 53:50Speaker 1: And then I dove a little deep into them and I realized because I think a lot of people don't even understand the actual charges like to the letter of the law A lot of the general public, I believe.
- 54:03Speaker 1: So I believe the prosecution realized the same thing.
- 54:06Speaker 1: I have been explaining it on my podcast and I think they narrowed it down because they felt like it was getting a little thin.
- 54:11Speaker 1: They were spreading the charges thin.
- 54:15Speaker 1: You got somebody yeah Okay.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Somebody yeah Okay, let's go.
- 54:22Speaker 1: People are arriving at the court, y'all.
- 54:38Speaker 1: I think that's.
- 54:46Speaker 2: Who is that?
- 54:49Speaker 1: Dennis Huh, okay, that's my Okay.
- 54:54Speaker 1: So y'all, we got Janice Combs arriving to the court.
