- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Six o'clock on the dot here on this Wednesday morning.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Thank you so much for starting with us. Ricky Sanchez
- 0:08Speaker 2: has those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Malana two has become the ninth highest grossing movie of
- 0:13Speaker 1: the year in less than a week. It had the
- 0:15Speaker 1: top performance of a Thanksgiving weekend film ever ever, which
- 0:20Speaker 1: is crazy. There are so many great stories like this
- 0:22Speaker 1: coming from different movie releases after such a low, low
- 0:26Speaker 1: low point for theaters. So you love to see all
- 0:29Speaker 1: the positive feedback in the positive vibes that we're getting.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Now people are going back and they're enjoying it and
- 0:34Speaker 1: they're spending money, which is great.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Can I sound me real quick? You weren't here last
- 0:37Speaker 2: week when I played this for Zach. We saw Mawana
- 0:39Speaker 2: to the Day at Open and there's a song about
- 0:42Speaker 2: me in the movie. They repeat this. Oh, they repeat
- 0:44Speaker 2: this over and over again. It sounds like Kevin Manno,
- 0:47Speaker 2: but like kind of like Kevina Mano. But listen to
- 0:49Speaker 2: it real quick. Here here we go. You hear it?
- 0:57Speaker 1: Don't hear it at all?
- 0:58Speaker 3: Oh?
- 0:58Speaker 2: Okay, you're awe So.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Metro National Police Departments annual toy Drive is happening this weekend,
- 1:05Speaker 1: the annual Christmas Basket program is happening at National Zoo.
- 1:09Speaker 1: You can donate an unwrapped toy for children ages twelve
- 1:13Speaker 1: and younger between nine am and two thirty pm in
- 1:16Speaker 1: the Zoo's parking lot to receive complimentary National Zoo admission
- 1:19Speaker 1: up to two tickets while supplies last. Police officers will
- 1:23Speaker 1: then deliver the donated toys to children on the morning
- 1:26Speaker 1: of December twenty fourth. It's one of my favorite things
- 1:29Speaker 1: that this city does, and I love that they still
- 1:31Speaker 1: do it every single year. So if you have the funds,
- 1:34Speaker 1: if you have the means, go buy and unwrapped their
- 1:37Speaker 1: like brand new or eging. You might have a brand
- 1:39Speaker 1: new toy that you just never use. Bring it, donate it,
- 1:42Speaker 1: give it to kids in need. It's so important that
- 1:45Speaker 1: they have an amazing Christmas as well. And Oscar Meyer
- 1:49Speaker 1: is giving fans a chance to sing for free groceries.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So they're celebrating the fiftieth year of their iconic jingle,
- 1:57Speaker 1: the Boloney Song classic. If you don't know it, it
- 2:02Speaker 1: could be literally found anywhere you just google it.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Can you sing it for us?
- 2:05Speaker 1: I'm not gonna sing it, but Oscar Meyer is holding
- 2:08Speaker 1: of contest so fans can sing their way to get
- 2:11Speaker 1: free groceries called sing to Play through December fifteenth. Participants
- 2:15Speaker 1: can submit an audio recording of themselves singing it. You
- 2:18Speaker 1: just got to go to sing topay dot com to
- 2:20Speaker 1: upload it. From their entries, have the chance to win
- 2:24Speaker 1: an Instancart credit so you can buy you know, boloney
- 2:27Speaker 1: if you want, or other groceries.
- 2:29Speaker 2: That's pretty cool.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it, especially at this time of year
- 2:32Speaker 1: because obviously everybody's feeding so many people, you have so
- 2:34Speaker 1: many holiday parties. It could be really helpful.
- 2:37Speaker 2: So go sing your.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Little heart out. I'm Regisanchez and those are the three
- 2:40Speaker 1: things you need to know.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. I think the problem is you need
- 2:43Speaker 2: to hear the longer clip. Okay, so again you're listening.
- 2:46Speaker 1: We're going back to this Kevin mannow thing.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Here we go a little bit.
- 3:02Speaker 1: No, I don't hear it. It's wild that that's the
- 3:05Speaker 1: first thing that you heard when you listen to that song.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Kevin Well say name over and over again. Sure, hey,
- 3:10Speaker 2: pick your package. You can play within fifteen minutes.
- 3:13Speaker 4: It's time to pick your package on one the river.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I love picking packages. Well, I don't actually do the picking.
- 3:21Speaker 1: You do, I just get to open it up and
- 3:24Speaker 1: tell you what's inside. So we want somebody to call
- 3:27Speaker 1: us right now to play this game. The way it
- 3:29Speaker 1: works is you're going to pick a number one through
- 3:31Speaker 1: thirty two. They are all associated to different gifts underneath
- 3:35Speaker 1: our Christmas tree that we want to give to you.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's in your best interest to follow along
- 3:39Speaker 2: at home. Listen to you know, we play four times
- 3:42Speaker 2: a day here on the River. See what numbers are
- 3:43Speaker 2: being picked. So you're not picking a previously pick package because.
- 3:46Speaker 1: If you do, you don't get another pick.
- 3:48Speaker 2: This is such a ton twister. You can also check
- 3:51Speaker 2: the website, The River dot com. You see right there
- 3:53Speaker 2: on the front, I have a big pick package graphic.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Click on that. We list all of the packages that
- 3:58Speaker 2: have already been chosen. I don't like it when you
- 4:00Speaker 2: say pick your package, Kevin.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Because he really emphasizes the piece.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Every time I've been uh, I say pick your package,
- 4:06Speaker 1: you say pick your package.
- 4:08Speaker 2: They're watching a lot of Harry Potter movies with the
- 4:10Speaker 2: kids and Draco Malfoy Potta and so i think I'm
- 4:14Speaker 2: in Potta mode. Pick your package.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Gang anyway, six seven three seven nine seven.
- 4:21Speaker 2: We're picking packages next on the River.
- 4:24Speaker 4: It's time to pick your package. One seven five the River.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I'm excited. It's one oh seven five the River. Ricky,
- 4:32Speaker 1: Zac and Mano in the morning, Christy and Murphy's Burrow.
- 4:35Speaker 1: We're going to explain how to play the game even
- 4:37Speaker 1: if you know it, because some people listening may not know.
- 4:40Speaker 1: We got a numbers one through thirty two. You gotta
- 4:42Speaker 1: pick one. Each is correlated to a different gift. Under
- 4:45Speaker 1: our Christmas tree, we got things like cane brown tickets,
- 4:48Speaker 1: Bonnaroo weekend passes, hatch alarm clock. We also have things
- 4:52Speaker 1: like a candle warmer.
- 4:54Speaker 5: We still have the emergency underwear too old put back already,
- 4:58Speaker 5: but maybe you'll get lucky and get.
- 5:00Speaker 1: You got to pick a number. We'll tell you it's inside.
- 5:02Speaker 1: If you love it, you can keep it. If you're
- 5:04Speaker 1: not so thrilled, you can put it back. But the
- 5:07Speaker 1: second number that you pick, you're stuck with it.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Okay, all right, Chris he are you ready to pick
- 5:12Speaker 2: your package?
- 5:14Speaker 6: I am. Let's go with number five.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I gotta open this up. Oh number five cold play tickets.
- 5:25Speaker 1: They're going to be playing Nissan Stadium July twenty second.
- 5:28Speaker 6: That's merchant package. I just knew I was getting the underweight.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Well you got really lucky because you got Cold Play
- 5:37Speaker 1: tickets instead, and that's vastly better than the emergency underpants.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Although I bet if you were in an actual emergency, Ricky,
- 5:47Speaker 2: you might think differently.
- 5:48Speaker 1: How do you know I don't already have emergency hands?
- 5:50Speaker 2: Oh wait, I thought you were saying you have an
- 5:51Speaker 2: emergency right.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Now, right now, into my eyes, I'm currently an emergency.
- 5:58Speaker 2: My gosh, weird, Christy weird? Oh I think Christy did.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Thanks for listening, thanks for calling and playing. And yeah,
- 6:05Speaker 2: Coldplay tickets to yours. That's a big one.
- 6:07Speaker 6: Thank you so much.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Congratulations. Love, hang on the line so we can get
- 6:10Speaker 1: your info.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Okay, thanks, all right, we're playing again at nine to twenty.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Ricky's gonna clean herself up, be here nine twenty to
- 6:17Speaker 2: play the game so much one.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Menno. In the morning.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Last night, I did not take my whiskey, neaed. I
- 6:28Speaker 2: took my whiskey and some eggnog. It's one O seven
- 6:30Speaker 2: five the river. We were out and about last night.
- 6:32Speaker 2: It was Ricky, Zach and Mano in the evening at
- 6:35Speaker 2: Nicky's coal fired and it was Uh, it was fantastic.
- 6:38Speaker 2: That did such a good job decorating for the holidays.
- 6:40Speaker 1: They do a holiday pop up every year. Saint Nicky's
- 6:43Speaker 1: is what it's called so cute. We got to go
- 6:46Speaker 1: last night. We had a great time. Food is amazing.
- 6:48Speaker 1: The holiday drinks are so good. I had a hot
- 6:52Speaker 1: chocolate like peppermint white chocolate vibes. It was delicious. Zach
- 6:57Speaker 1: had a very interesting moment when it came to the food.
- 7:00Speaker 1: The food is so good, by the way, so good there,
- 7:02Speaker 1: this is amazing. They have gluten free crust that is
- 7:06Speaker 1: chef's kiss. Like I was like, this is the best
- 7:08Speaker 1: crust I've ever had in my life. It's good a
- 7:10Speaker 1: gluten free. So Zach while he was eating, Uh, they
- 7:13Speaker 1: had a very particular pasta that he thought was go
- 7:17Speaker 1: ahead and tell it everybody, okay.
- 7:18Speaker 5: So it was green pasta that were supposedly shaped like
- 7:21Speaker 5: Christmas trees.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Not supposedly they wear shaped like Christmases.
- 7:24Speaker 5: But when I saw them in the pan, it's like
- 7:25Speaker 5: a bolonaise. I thought it was okra because like whenever
- 7:29Speaker 5: you like cut oprah sideways and it has like all
- 7:31Speaker 5: of those holes in it. Those were like the holes
- 7:33Speaker 5: of the Christmas trees. So the entire time I was like,
- 7:36Speaker 5: oh my god, I don't know why they have okra
- 7:38Speaker 5: and spaghetti sauce, but I'll try it.
- 7:41Speaker 1: He came over to me, he goes, do you want
- 7:42Speaker 1: to try the okra? And I was like, okra?
- 7:44Speaker 2: Had he taken a bite at that point, yeah.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Spoon and I was like, that's pasta.
- 7:50Speaker 5: So when I took a bite, I was pleasantly surprised
- 7:52Speaker 5: that it was not crunchy like cokra is that's so good?
- 7:55Speaker 5: It was. It was much better than I because it
- 7:58Speaker 5: wasn't okra.
- 7:59Speaker 1: It was delightful. Yes, I answer was there too.
- 8:01Speaker 2: I missed that part of the posta part because I
- 8:04Speaker 2: left before you guys did. Because I got there before
- 8:06Speaker 2: you guys did. I was the first one in our
- 8:08Speaker 2: whole group to get there. And my options are either
- 8:11Speaker 2: sit in my car and wait so I'm not walking
- 8:13Speaker 2: in by myself, or face my fears and go in
- 8:16Speaker 2: by myself. So I did went in by myself, walked
- 8:18Speaker 2: up to the bar, got a drink that I'm standing
- 8:20Speaker 2: at the table by myself, and Santa comes up to
- 8:22Speaker 2: me and in his loud, booming sand to voice, She's like, oh,
- 8:26Speaker 2: are you alone? And I was like, whoa call? Like
- 8:30Speaker 2: this is my nightmare right now, don't call me being alone.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Everybody's looking at I was just sweating. Immediately. He immediately
- 8:38Speaker 2: was like, wow, you have no friends. Let me go
- 8:40Speaker 2: talk to him.
- 8:40Speaker 1: When he saw me, he said, you're such a nice girl.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm on the nice list.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Oh that's nice.
- 8:46Speaker 5: He does not know you very well.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Just know everyone, dude. He sees her when she's sleeping,
- 8:52Speaker 1: when I'm doing anything I'm doing. He knows that I'm
- 8:54Speaker 1: a nice person.
- 8:55Speaker 2: You're just jealous, so jealous.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Yes, I couldn't are clearly you're jealous. You and your Oakra.
- 9:03Speaker 2: They did a great job. Really. Nicky's Cold Fired Saint
- 9:05Speaker 2: Nikki's is the name of their pop up.
- 9:07Speaker 1: You you should go.
- 9:08Speaker 2: It's in the Nations if you're looking for something holiday
- 9:10Speaker 2: ish to do. Their decorations alone, their food, their durneys.
- 9:13Speaker 4: I know.
- 9:13Speaker 1: The decorations are so good on the lights and everything amazing.
- 9:17Speaker 1: They have a They've made an entire igloo made out
- 9:20Speaker 1: of pizza boxes. It's so cool. I have a video
- 9:24Speaker 1: up on my Instagram if you want to see. It's
- 9:25Speaker 1: actually genuinely impressive. At that chick Ricky r c K I.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I literally was like, oh my god, it's an Igloo
- 9:31Speaker 1: all pizza box.
- 9:32Speaker 2: It was cool. I'm just shocked. We got out of
- 9:34Speaker 2: the house Sam and.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Now he's never gonna leave again.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Actually, yes, Santa's on three things you need to know
- 9:42Speaker 2: a bit past seven o'clock on this Wednesday morning. Thank
- 9:44Speaker 2: you for being here starting your day with us. Ricky's
- 9:46Speaker 2: got those three things.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Kendrick Lamar and Sizza announced a joint tour. They're gonna
- 9:51Speaker 1: hit major cities in North America, but unfortunately they will
- 9:54Speaker 1: not be making a stop in Nashville. Close to the
- 9:56Speaker 1: city is going to be Atlanta where they're going to
- 9:58Speaker 1: play April twenty ninth. To get to the Grand National Tour,
- 10:01Speaker 1: go on sale today at ten am for cash at
- 10:03Speaker 1: Visa Card pre sale. The general on sale is this Friday,
- 10:07Speaker 1: So if you're looking to go to Atlanta go see them.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Make sure that you are on your computer earliest they're
- 10:13Speaker 1: gonna get on a Friday because it's gonna sell out
- 10:15Speaker 1: really fast.
- 10:16Speaker 2: How low do you think those venues are gonna get
- 10:17Speaker 2: when this hits.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gonna be insane at that point.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Just so you know, whenever you mentioned Kendrick Lamar in
- 10:28Speaker 2: the future, that will be my opportunity to play this.
- 10:30Speaker 1: I'm not mad at it. That's the best thing you've
- 10:32Speaker 1: ever decided to do.
- 10:33Speaker 7: That.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Brenda Lee's Rocking Around the Christmas Tree is Tennessee's official
- 10:39Speaker 1: holiday song. Brenda was only thirteen when she recorded the
- 10:42Speaker 1: song here in Nashville.
- 10:43Speaker 2: That blows my mind. She sounds like an old lady
- 10:46Speaker 2: when she.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Says she's thirteen. And they actually recorded it in the summer,
- 10:51Speaker 1: which is like a weird time to try and get
- 10:52Speaker 1: in the Christmas spirit. So she managed to do it,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and obviously do it well. Rocking around the Christmas Tree
- 10:58Speaker 1: is a classic. Everybody knows it, and now it is
- 11:00Speaker 1: our official holiday song. The proclamation passed nearly unanimously earlier
- 11:06Speaker 1: this year, and then they celebrated it this week by
- 11:09Speaker 1: bringing it in Brenda Lee at the state Capitol and
- 11:12Speaker 1: just saying, you know what, it's official. Now it is
- 11:14Speaker 1: our state song for the holidays, obviously now that Christmas
- 11:18Speaker 1: is here, and this one's for Zach specifically, obviously, anybody
- 11:22Speaker 1: else who likes Costco. But Zach I thought of immediately.
- 11:25Speaker 1: You can get paid two thousand, five hundred dollars to
- 11:29Speaker 1: shop at Costco just to shop there. Online Casinos dot
- 11:33Speaker 1: Com is offering two people who love Costco the opportunity
- 11:38Speaker 1: to get fifteen hundred in Costco shop cards to load
- 11:42Speaker 1: up on Kirklands signature goodies, all the things that they love,
- 11:45Speaker 1: everything that you can get at Costco. You have to
- 11:47Speaker 1: try them, things that you love, things that you're trying
- 11:50Speaker 1: for the first time. You have to post all about
- 11:52Speaker 1: it on social media, and then they'll give you another
- 11:55Speaker 1: thousand dollars, so in total you end up with twenty
- 11:57Speaker 1: five hundred dollars. You can go onto their website to
- 12:01Speaker 1: figure out more online Casinos dot Com. I know Zach
- 12:03Speaker 1: is going to literally look it up right this second.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I can just feel him googling it right now because
- 12:09Speaker 1: he loves Costco. And at the end of the challenge,
- 12:11Speaker 1: the best part is that they're also going to give
- 12:14Speaker 1: you a Costco executive membership on them. Ooh yeah, break
- 12:18Speaker 1: a deal. I'm rick Sanchez and those are the three
- 12:20Speaker 1: things you need to know.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Thank you very much, Ricky. Speaking of Zach, he's got
- 12:25Speaker 2: a fact he's standing by Zach's facts every day. About
- 12:27Speaker 2: this time we learned he's got a good one for
- 12:30Speaker 2: us right out to Shaboozi on the river here to.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Make Nashville traffic just a little less stressful. Ricky, Zach
- 12:36Speaker 1: and Manno in the morning on the river. Zack s
- 12:40Speaker 1: Fax on one O seven five the river.
- 12:41Speaker 5: The fact is we've been lied to our entire life.
- 12:44Speaker 5: There are not five great lakes. Okay, there are technically
- 12:47Speaker 5: only four great lakes. Lake Michigan and Lake here On
- 12:50Speaker 5: are technically connected by a little body of water, making
- 12:54Speaker 5: them one continuous body of water.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Were all, are they not? They're not. Pull up a map, You.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Pull up your mat, Kevin. You find out that's wild though.
- 13:06Speaker 5: So we've been lyed to our entire life. So whenever
- 13:08Speaker 5: you go to school today, tell your teacher that they're lyars.
- 13:10Speaker 2: If they they're all you guys, I'm looking at it.
- 13:12Speaker 2: They're all connected.
- 13:13Speaker 1: If they can lie about the lakes, what else can
- 13:15Speaker 1: they lie about?
- 13:16Speaker 4: Amen?
- 13:16Speaker 1: And amen?
- 13:18Speaker 5: So we technically only have four great lakes. And that
- 13:20Speaker 5: is your fact, Kevin. Mister map mans.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Agree with you.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Your map might look like they're connected, it doesn't mean
- 13:27Speaker 1: that they are Yeah, think about.
- 13:29Speaker 2: It and men in the morning on.
- 13:34Speaker 1: There's this crazy stat that I saw. It says that
- 13:37Speaker 1: thirteen percent of people say winning a trophy would make
- 13:41Speaker 1: them feel more appreciated at work. Yeah, it's one of
- 13:44Speaker 1: seven five the river. Zach's apparently on board. I was
- 13:47Speaker 1: thinking more like a bumping salary would make you feel
- 13:51Speaker 1: appreciated at work. But there are some people who would
- 13:53Speaker 1: rather just a trophy, which made me wonder, what would
- 13:56Speaker 1: your trophy be for at work? If they were to.
- 13:59Speaker 5: Give you a great question, Well, first, I would have
- 14:01Speaker 5: an entire shelf of trophy.
- 14:03Speaker 1: I knew you were going to say something like that.
- 14:04Speaker 1: That's why I went to you first.
- 14:05Speaker 5: But I feel like the one that I would feel
- 14:07Speaker 5: most honored to win would be like best personality higher.
- 14:10Speaker 5: I'm not hired because I do very good work. I'm
- 14:13Speaker 5: hired because I have a great person.
- 14:14Speaker 2: That honestly checks out. And I think we should commission
- 14:17Speaker 2: one of those trophies because that makes.
- 14:18Speaker 1: About an so self aware.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Yeah, without a doubt. Six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 14:24Speaker 2: nine one oh seventy your job, your work for you?
- 14:27Speaker 2: What would your trophy say?
- 14:28Speaker 3: On?
- 14:29Speaker 2: What would you win your trophy for?
- 14:30Speaker 1: I gotta think about mine.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Me too, But Zach's dead up six seven three seven nine.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Let us know where study swims on the.
- 14:40Speaker 4: Railway, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on
- 14:45Speaker 4: the river.
- 14:45Speaker 1: There's a stat that I saw that I thought was
- 14:47Speaker 1: really random and interesting. Thirteen percent of people say that
- 14:52Speaker 1: winning a trophy would make them feel more appreciated at work.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Shocked me because I would like a bump in my
- 14:58Speaker 1: salary to feel more appreciated.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Work and keep the trophy.
- 15:01Speaker 1: But I mean, if you're gonna get a trophy, what
- 15:03Speaker 1: would your trophy be for? What would it say on
- 15:05Speaker 1: the little plaque on the trophy?
- 15:07Speaker 2: It's a great question. Sandra in Nashville, good morning. What
- 15:10Speaker 2: would your trophy say?
- 15:11Speaker 3: Neat and clean?
- 15:13Speaker 1: Okay, we love a neat coworker.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Yeah, we would appreciate you and say congratulations, you're the
- 15:18Speaker 5: most clean.
- 15:19Speaker 3: It's a law office light, so you would think, yeah,
- 15:24Speaker 3: you would think it'd be clean all the time because
- 15:26Speaker 3: we have a cleaning crew. But all they do is
- 15:28Speaker 3: empty the waste.
- 15:29Speaker 6: That's it.
- 15:31Speaker 3: I go in the kitchen, I clean think I cleaned
- 15:33Speaker 3: the toaster of in the microwave.
- 15:36Speaker 5: We need you to come over Sandra, and if you
- 15:40Speaker 5: work with a bunch of men, that's probably why, because
- 15:42Speaker 5: they're nasty.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Honestly, I work with some other women and they don't
- 15:46Speaker 3: do anything. They use the microwaves, they leave a mess,
- 15:48Speaker 3: they use the poster of the leaves.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I get I said something about their My
- 15:53Speaker 2: wife's not a lawyer, and she kind of just say, Sandra,
- 15:56Speaker 2: thank you for calling and chiming in. If we had
- 15:58Speaker 2: a trophy to give, we would give it to you, Ricky.
- 16:00Speaker 2: What would George say?
- 16:01Speaker 1: Mine would probably I would like most improved. Oh yeah,
- 16:07Speaker 1: I feel like I've gotten better and better every day.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Zack's gonna be like, I'm crazy.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I think that's great. I think that's hard, Zach. Okay,
- 16:15Speaker 2: she does.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Is only here half the year?
- 16:22Speaker 2: Mine, I think would be like most mysterious or like
- 16:24Speaker 2: least social or like the quickest exeter least social? Yes, yes, serious, No, well,
- 16:31Speaker 2: because I'm never around like people are like, who does
- 16:33Speaker 2: Kevin real? Does he actually work here?
- 16:35Speaker 3: No?
- 16:35Speaker 1: Actually, okay, Okay, what I think mysterious I think of
- 16:39Speaker 1: you know, like not.
- 16:40Speaker 4: You, Ricky Zach.
- 16:43Speaker 1: In the morning, the Razy Quiz continues for Kevin Manow's
- 16:48Speaker 1: Game of the day on one O seven five the River.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Casey Muskers is going to be playing bridget Down Arena
- 16:53Speaker 1: this weekend. We got tickets to give you, so Kevin
- 16:56Speaker 1: thought that it would be fun to do a confusing game.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Yeah, a Ksey quiz for Casey tickets. And this is
- 17:01Speaker 2: the best part today. We have Casey on the line,
- 17:07Speaker 2: Casey and Murphy's Brough, not Casey Musgraves, a different Casey
- 17:09Speaker 2: at least we think is this Casey Musgraves.
- 17:11Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Maybe oh my.
- 17:17Speaker 2: So, yeah, this quiz is right up your alley.
- 17:19Speaker 1: In a way, Casey. It's in a way because it
- 17:21Speaker 1: actually has nothing to do with your name. It's not
- 17:24Speaker 1: about people named Casey, but instead it's about people with
- 17:28Speaker 1: the initials K and C.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Correct. Oh yeah, she was an answer on Monday, so
- 17:34Speaker 2: we're not gonna use her again, but we're gonna throw
- 17:36Speaker 2: some questions at you. You get two out of three
- 17:38Speaker 2: of them. Right. The tickets are yours. Okay, Okay, your
- 17:42Speaker 2: Casey quiz for Casey Musgraves. Ticket starts right now. What
- 17:47Speaker 2: sport does Kirk Cousins play professionally? His initials are Casey.
- 17:52Speaker 2: What sport does he play professionally? No, the Falcons quarterback.
- 18:01Speaker 1: That's okay, you got two more questions. You got to
- 18:03Speaker 1: get both of them right though.
- 18:05Speaker 2: What country singer with those same initials has an album
- 18:08Speaker 2: called No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems.
- 18:16Speaker 6: No Shirt, no shoes, no Problem.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Ken Rry Yeah, Kenny Chesney.
- 18:24Speaker 2: All right, this one's a little tough. We'll see if
- 18:28Speaker 2: you get it. What actress start as Glinda in the
- 18:32Speaker 2: Broadway production of Wicked, also with those same casey initials? Tough?
- 18:43Speaker 2: Yeah you did that job, Casey. Oh Yeah, I'll be honest.
- 18:47Speaker 2: I would have felt terrible if Casey didn't win the
- 18:49Speaker 2: Casey quiz. Oh I had to, Yeah, you had to,
- 18:53Speaker 2: and you did. You're going to see Casey Musgraves this week,
- 18:55Speaker 2: and congratulations.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Much Three things you need to.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Know saw a bit past eight o'clock on this Wednesday morning.
- 19:02Speaker 2: We appreciate you being here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Lots of reports are saying that Sabrina Carpenter and Barry
- 19:09Speaker 1: Keyogan have split. I'm like, really sad about this if
- 19:12Speaker 1: it's true, because the two have yet to confirm anything.
- 19:15Speaker 1: These are just reports that are saying that they've decided
- 19:17Speaker 1: to take a break. There are rumors going around that
- 19:19Speaker 1: Barry cheated on Sabrina at some point during their year
- 19:22Speaker 1: long relationship, and I'm just really hoping that's not the case.
- 19:26Speaker 1: So I will keep you updated if they do actually
- 19:28Speaker 1: say anything about the possible breakup. Right now, it's all
- 19:32Speaker 1: just rumors, it's all just reports. We'll see what happens.
- 19:35Speaker 2: In her honor, we should play one hundred songs, one
- 19:37Speaker 2: hundred Sabrina Carver songs instead of our normal ninety. We'll
- 19:40Speaker 2: do it, agreed.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Please make sure that you text our boss right now
- 19:44Speaker 1: and say that we haven't had a weird collaboration between
- 19:48Speaker 1: brands that shouldn't collab in a little while. So here's
- 19:52Speaker 1: a new one for you. Dove and Crumbled Cookies. They've
- 19:56Speaker 1: announced a collaboration for a new set of deodorants with
- 19:58Speaker 1: the sense can fetti cake and lemon glaze weird and
- 20:02Speaker 1: you can find them at your local Walmart soon, but
- 20:05Speaker 1: if you can't wait until then, you can find them
- 20:07Speaker 1: online at Walmart dot com. I saw the confetti cake
- 20:10Speaker 1: one on there. I just don't know what to expect
- 20:13Speaker 1: them to actually smell like, because obviously you can confetti cake,
- 20:16Speaker 1: Crumble Cookies smell delightful. Can you actually make that in
- 20:20Speaker 1: a deodorant that smells?
- 20:22Speaker 2: Do you want your body to smell like that?
- 20:24Speaker 1: I don't know. Or lemon glaze maybe. And the Skydeck
- 20:28Speaker 1: Chris's Market is happening every Thursday through Thursday through Saturday
- 20:33Speaker 1: until December twenty third, So every weekend until December twenty third,
- 20:37Speaker 1: you can check it out from eleven am to five
- 20:39Speaker 1: pm at the Skydeck on Broadway. You'll see local vendors,
- 20:42Speaker 1: holiday activities, festive entertainment. It is family friendly. Santa is
- 20:48Speaker 1: making special visits every Saturday during this season from three
- 20:51Speaker 1: to five, so if you want to go see Santa there,
- 20:53Speaker 1: it'll be there. And mission is free and like I said,
- 20:55Speaker 1: very family friendly, so open to all ages. I'm rick
- 20:58Speaker 1: Sanchez and those are the things you need to know.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Thank you for that, Ricky, always appreciate it. A little
- 21:03Speaker 2: over an hour from right now, pick your package, baby,
- 21:06Speaker 2: it's back. We started playing again on Monday. We still
- 21:08Speaker 2: have so much good stuff under this tree. You can
- 21:11Speaker 2: win something. Pick your package nine to twenty this morning
- 21:14Speaker 2: right here on the river.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I know we don't all want to like jump ahead
- 21:22Speaker 1: to the end of the year because we still got
- 21:24Speaker 1: to get through Christmas in the Christmas season. But it's
- 21:27Speaker 1: coming fast approaching. Okay, twenty twenty four is almost done.
- 21:31Speaker 1: I was thinking the other day about a time capsule,
- 21:34Speaker 1: and like, if you were to have a time capsule
- 21:36Speaker 1: from this year, what would you put inside of it?
- 21:39Speaker 2: Oh man, just like for you personally, or just like
- 21:41Speaker 2: as a collective.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Society, society because they're going to open it in one
- 21:45Speaker 1: hundred years.
- 21:46Speaker 2: I hate to say it. This is the first thing
- 21:47Speaker 2: I thought of, and I'm so sorry somebody has to
- 21:49Speaker 2: say it. If we're looking back at twenty twenty four,
- 21:52Speaker 2: have that time capsule sitting in front of us, we
- 21:54Speaker 2: would have to hawk to it and spit in that.
- 21:56Speaker 5: Thing, Kevin, we would have we would have to I
- 22:01Speaker 5: wouldn't allow a pocket.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Well, it's true, Zach, were you thinking about something? Please
- 22:06Speaker 1: save us?
- 22:07Speaker 5: I was thinking demure, Like we would have to just
- 22:09Speaker 5: like be very mindful of our time.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Not really something you can put in.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Demure while we're making correct Just write.
- 22:18Speaker 2: The word demure on a piece of paper and put
- 22:19Speaker 2: it in or we can haalk do it, spit in
- 22:22Speaker 2: that thing which is not demure.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Oh my god, okay, call us, please save us. This
- 22:26Speaker 1: is got off the rails already six one five, seven,
- 22:29Speaker 1: three seven nine, one oh seven. If we need to
- 22:31Speaker 1: put something in the time capsule from the year twenty
- 22:34Speaker 1: twenty four to be open in one hundred years from now,
- 22:36Speaker 1: what should it be.
- 22:37Speaker 2: I'm not wrong, you're not.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Neither of you are wrong.
- 22:40Speaker 4: That's the upsetting long Ricky, Zach and Mano in the
- 22:43Speaker 4: morning on the river, I'm.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Making a time capsule here on one O seven five
- 22:48Speaker 1: the river, the year twenty twenty four, time capsule open
- 22:51Speaker 1: in a hundred years from now. We put a note?
- 22:54Speaker 2: Is that the sound if somebody opening?
- 22:57Speaker 1: We want to know what should be inside? Jordan and Hendersonville.
- 23:00Speaker 7: Taylor Swift's era toor ticket that's.
- 23:02Speaker 2: A great call.
- 23:03Speaker 1: That's smart. Yeah, I was thinking's something Taylor Swift. But
- 23:06Speaker 1: I like the idea of like the ticket stubs.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Yes, that's a good call because that dominated this year.
- 23:11Speaker 2: I was obviously the biggest tour and it's about to
- 23:13Speaker 2: end here as we end the year. Good call, Jordan.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Yeah, how expensive they were?
- 23:20Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:21Speaker 1: Yes, so that in one hundred years when they're like,
- 23:24Speaker 1: oh my gosh, they only spent four thousand dollars. Tickets
- 23:28Speaker 1: are now one hundred.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Thank you for calling, Jordan. We appreciate you.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 23:34Speaker 2: I have a great day. Her neighbor in Hendersonville, April
- 23:37Speaker 2: you are on what would you put in this time capsule?
- 23:42Speaker 1: Oh my god. Yes, that was a big moment. One
- 23:45Speaker 1: of my favorite moments too, honestly because I got to
- 23:48Speaker 1: do it with Zach. And Zach's reaction to seeing the
- 23:50Speaker 1: solar eclipse was as you would imagine, hilarious.
- 23:53Speaker 2: But was it was he underwhelmed by it?
- 23:55Speaker 1: No, he lost his mind. He was so excited.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Oh I remember that. I just remember being underwhelming.
- 24:01Speaker 1: But I guess he was so excited the moment it happened,
- 24:03Speaker 1: and then afterwards he was over like a toddler, you know.
- 24:07Speaker 6: Yeah, that's funny because we drove up to Evansville and
- 24:10Speaker 6: we watched it around Superman so we were like at
- 24:14Speaker 6: the Superman Square or whatever, and my kids were like,
- 24:17Speaker 6: oh my god, it's Superman. It's amazing, it's amazing. And
- 24:20Speaker 6: then after it was ever with my nine year old
- 24:22Speaker 6: looks sense and I goes, that's it.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Yeah, kind of like exact. He was so excited and
- 24:28Speaker 1: then it was over.
- 24:29Speaker 2: It not nearly as exciting as YouTube.
- 24:33Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Everyone, thank you so much for calling in.
- 24:36Speaker 2: By What else would we put it? I would think
- 24:39Speaker 2: ray Gun's tiny little hat from the Olympics.
- 24:42Speaker 1: I like it. I like it. I was thinking of Stanley. Sure,
- 24:46Speaker 1: Stanley makes sense because that's all the craze. Everybody loves
- 24:50Speaker 1: their Stanley.
- 24:50Speaker 2: I mean, we could use the Stanley as the time capsule.
- 24:52Speaker 2: That thing will last one hundred years, true.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I was also kind of thinking a picture book of moodang.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Of course, we.
- 25:01Speaker 1: Do have some more people on the line though that
- 25:02Speaker 1: we've got to get to, uh to see what they
- 25:04Speaker 1: think should go in this time capsule.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Six three seven, nine one seven. If you want to
- 25:08Speaker 2: add to it, maybe justin Timberlake's headshot is mugshot. Oh yeah,
- 25:12Speaker 2: there would.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Be a lot of mugshots.
- 25:14Speaker 4: I think Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on one.
- 25:19Speaker 2: John in Springfield. What would you put in this thing?
- 25:21Speaker 7: Well, I mean, obviously we got to have some music,
- 25:25Speaker 7: and if we're thinking about long term, you can actually
- 25:28Speaker 7: take a glass and use like a diamond tipped needle
- 25:32Speaker 7: and you can record either live music or you can
- 25:34Speaker 7: record music that you've copied over from another source onto
- 25:38Speaker 7: the discs, and then we can just include instructions on those,
- 25:41Speaker 7: you know, with the discs on how to build a
- 25:43Speaker 7: basic record player and speaker.
- 25:45Speaker 2: John has thought about this.
- 25:46Speaker 7: I love this so like a glass vinyl exactly, just
- 25:50Speaker 7: like a glass vinyl.
- 25:51Speaker 2: You don't think in one hundred years they'll have any
- 25:53Speaker 2: of the stuff, like any the ability to play what
- 25:54Speaker 2: we currently have.
- 25:56Speaker 7: Oh, I highly doubt it. I mean, thirty years ago
- 25:58Speaker 7: we didn't really even have plant stripes or anything like that.
- 26:01Speaker 2: So yeah, but we can still we have the you know,
- 26:03Speaker 2: the old phonograms in museums and stuff that we can
- 26:06Speaker 2: have access to. You like, if we put in, you know,
- 26:08Speaker 2: an iPhone with a charger, you know, one hundred years,
- 26:11Speaker 2: they'll know what to do with that, do you think so?
- 26:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I think we'll be so far past that that
- 26:16Speaker 1: they may not know what to do.
- 26:18Speaker 5: I do, like an eight track that wasn't that long ago,
- 26:21Speaker 5: Try and play one for me now.
- 26:24Speaker 7: It degrades, like eight tracks degrade significantly over.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Time, but which is why it would have to blast.
- 26:30Speaker 7: That was my thought.
- 26:31Speaker 2: Okay, all right, we're going to hire you as we
- 26:33Speaker 2: put this together, because that was very smart.
- 26:36Speaker 7: Well, I could probably build something.
- 26:38Speaker 1: But all right, if we ever actually do put together
- 26:40Speaker 1: this time capsule, you're the first call John.
- 26:42Speaker 7: All right, thank you, thanks buddy.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Any I do think that they'll like the outlets aren't
- 26:48Speaker 2: going to change in one hundred years. You don't know
- 26:49Speaker 2: that that would be such a dramatic overhaul of our
- 26:53Speaker 2: entire infrastructure.
- 26:54Speaker 1: You don't know anything. One hundred years is a long
- 26:57Speaker 1: period of time. Kevin Ay, jelly Roll had a year.
- 27:00Speaker 2: What can we put in in his honor? Jelly roll?
- 27:02Speaker 1: Just a jelly roll jelly roll?
- 27:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it would not last.
- 27:04Speaker 1: And tell him you don't know that they put a
- 27:06Speaker 1: lot of stuff into those jelly rolls.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Here he is on the River.
- 27:10Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Every day about this time, we play some audio from
- 27:16Speaker 2: a video that something's going around online. One of us
- 27:19Speaker 2: finds it's the Daily Double Tap on one of seven
- 27:21Speaker 2: five the River. And I saw this one, this certain actor.
- 27:24Speaker 2: I don't even want to say his names. I don't
- 27:26Speaker 2: want to say it wrong.
- 27:27Speaker 1: You're going to say it wrong.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Yeah, he was on with Stephen Colbert and he was
- 27:30Speaker 2: explaining how we've all been getting it wrong.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Everybody has been saying it wrong. I've been saying it wrong.
- 27:34Speaker 1: And it's such an easy fix. And I don't know
- 27:37Speaker 1: why we're only learning about this now because he's been
- 27:40Speaker 1: famous for decades.
- 27:41Speaker 2: He's James Bond. Yeah, here he is explaining how to
- 27:45Speaker 2: say his name. It's a diphthong. I don't say Colbett,
- 27:48Speaker 2: Daniel Craig. There you go.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Did I not say.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Daniel Daniel Craig. You know you don't hear the difference?
- 27:54Speaker 2: One more time plays Daniel Craig. Daniels got right, Daniel Craig. Well,
- 27:59Speaker 2: the first one sounded sat. I'm sorry, Daniel Craig, Daniel Craig.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I hear the difference. That is subtle. That is a
- 28:10Speaker 2: subtle difference, and I and I and I apologize. So
- 28:14Speaker 2: it's like a Craig Craig Greg, not Craig Craig.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Not like the name Craig that you know you might
- 28:19Speaker 1: have a friend named Craig. Incorrect.
- 28:21Speaker 2: But I wonder if those Craigs, as you say, would
- 28:24Speaker 2: prefer to go by craig. Oh, you know, if it's
- 28:27Speaker 2: the same spelling, if it's the aig, is.
- 28:30Speaker 1: There someone out there who actually goes by Craig? Instead
- 28:34Speaker 1: of Craig.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Yeah, now we have a questions. This is a full
- 28:38Speaker 2: blone topic we do tomorrow on the show. I don't
- 28:40Speaker 2: know six one five, seven, three seven nine, one o
- 28:42Speaker 2: seven if that is your name, and you can shed
- 28:44Speaker 2: some light on this, but we're gonna put the video
- 28:45Speaker 2: the daily double Tap up in our Instagram stories at
- 28:48Speaker 2: one o seven five the River on Instagram. The correct
- 28:51Speaker 2: way to pronounce Daniel Craig's name one seven
- 28:55Speaker 1: Five, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning
