Jacksonville is honoring the late DJ Bigga Rankin with the city’s key — a powerful posthumous tribute to his legendary impact on Southern hip-hop and his community. Just three weeks after his passing, the city celebrates his legacy with a ceremony on August 8th at A. Philip Randolph Park during the K.I.N.G.
