- 1:33Speaker 1: show and get the word out about these cases. Now,
- 1:40Speaker 1: today we are headed to Oregon. Oregon is a state
- 1:44Speaker 1: known for its rugged beauty, dense forest, volcanic mountains, and
- 1:50Speaker 1: remote wilderness. Now it's got areas stretching from the Pacific
- 1:54Speaker 1: coastline to the Cascade Range. But those same landscape that
- 2:00Speaker 1: draw hikers, campers, fissures and adventurers from around the world
- 2:05Speaker 1: can also make disappearances especially difficult to investigate. The state
- 2:11Speaker 1: has long carried a troubling number of unresolved missing person cases,
- 2:17Speaker 1: with hundreds of active missing person entries at any given time.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Guys recent reports estimate Oregon has more than five hundred
- 2:28Speaker 1: open missing person cases statewide, placing it among the higher
- 2:34Speaker 1: ranking states for missing persons per capita in the country.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Yalza Now, Oregon is also one of the few states
- 2:46Speaker 1: that requires missing persons to be entered into the public
- 2:50Speaker 1: state database within twelve hours, helping cases gain visibility more quickly.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And guys, that is amazing and I wish it could
- 3:02Speaker 1: be that way all across the United States now, from
- 3:07Speaker 1: the haunting nineteen fifty eight disappearance of the Martin family
- 3:11Speaker 1: to modern day unsolved vanishings across Portland in rural mountain communities,
- 3:17Speaker 1: Oregon's missing person cases continue to leave families searching for
- 3:22Speaker 1: answers in a state where the wilderness can swallow clues. Holy, Hello, Angie,
- 3:30Speaker 1: and welcome Hello, Elilah, Hope, Hope, Bram. I'm sorry, not
- 3:38Speaker 1: sure if I got that right. Welcome now. Our first
- 3:42Speaker 1: case today is twenty one year old Domingo Ramerez Now.
- 3:48Speaker 1: He was last seen in the early morning hours of
- 3:52Speaker 1: June fifth, two thousand and four, leaving his home on
- 3:56Speaker 1: the two hundred block of Junction Avenue in Cave Junction, Oregon. Now.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Domingo also went by the nickname Mingo planned to take
- 4:07Speaker 1: a day trip to Kelly Lake in Siskishku Wilderness, just
- 4:12Speaker 1: across the California border. He was driving a dark green
- 4:16Speaker 1: nineteen ninety seven and my screen just went totally blank.
- 4:22Speaker 1: There would go nineteen ninety seven Oldsmobile Bravado SUV with
- 4:28Speaker 1: the Oregon license plate VHW four ninety one, and his
- 4:34Speaker 1: beloved three year old brindle pitbull Candy was with him.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Domingo is described as a Hispanic male with black hair,
- 4:43Speaker 1: brown eyes, standing between five seven and five ten, weighing
- 4:48Speaker 1: between one hundred and thirty four and one hundred and
- 4:50Speaker 1: forty five pounds. He was last seen wearing a white
- 4:54Speaker 1: shirt layered with a white or light gray T shirt,
- 4:58Speaker 1: tan pants, lug shoes, a silver necklace with silver beads,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and silver hoop earring with a silver bead in his
- 5:07Speaker 1: left ear. Domingo has several distinguished features, including a large
- 5:14Speaker 1: dark colored scar on his lower abdomen, a scar on
- 5:18Speaker 1: his right knee, a pierce left ear, and a half
- 5:22Speaker 1: inch brown birthmark on the middle of his outer forearm.
- 5:26Speaker 1: He may have worn a goatee and used the last
- 5:29Speaker 1: names Company or Company Ramirez, and He also wore a
- 5:35Speaker 1: contact lens and one eye, which, guys, I didn't know
- 5:39Speaker 1: that was a thing anybody else here that you could
- 5:43Speaker 1: wear just one. So I'm gonna have to look into that,
- 5:47Speaker 1: because why would you wear just one? Now, after Domingo disappeared,
- 5:53Speaker 1: there was no sign of him anywhere along the route
- 5:56Speaker 1: that he was believed had been taken. Then about week later,
- 6:00Speaker 1: something deeply disturbing was discovered. Candy was found alive near
- 6:06Speaker 1: Page Mountain Snow Park, badly injured after being shot twice
- 6:11Speaker 1: in the head with a twenty two caliber firearm. Guys,
- 6:16Speaker 1: why would you shoot a dog? That is just horrible. Okay,
- 6:22Speaker 1: do not shoot dogs. Okay, unless they're attacking you or
- 6:26Speaker 1: somebody else, you shouldn't shoot them. Her leg and Paul
- 6:30Speaker 1: were also injured, but guys, she survived. Dimingo's personal belongings
- 6:37Speaker 1: were found nearby, but Domingo himself was nowhere to be found.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Investigators also noted that his Bretta handgun was also missing. Guys,
- 6:51Speaker 1: that is not That is not a good sign. Okay,
- 6:54Speaker 1: not a good sign. Domingo's vehicle vanished with him, but
- 6:59Speaker 1: was laid recovered in Klamath Falls, Oregon in July two
- 7:04Speaker 1: thousand and four, a man identified as Juan Miguel Raymond
- 7:09Speaker 1: Sodo was arrested while driving the suv. As investigators continued
- 7:16Speaker 1: to piece together at the case, authorities identified two persons
- 7:20Speaker 1: of interest, Jose Luis the Legas Cavada and Joel Brian
- 7:26Speaker 1: Rico or Soco. Both men were reportedly in the Happy Camp,
- 7:33Speaker 1: California area, around the time Domingo disappear. Disappeared and were
- 7:38Speaker 1: believed to have been driving a white nineteen ninety six
- 7:42Speaker 1: Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Oregon license plates. Sorry, guys, it
- 7:50Speaker 1: is allergy season in Texas. I think in a lot
- 7:53Speaker 1: of places, and let me tell you that antaistamines and
- 7:56Speaker 1: decongestins could dry my throat up. Over the years, investigator
- 8:04Speaker 1: investigators uncovered additional evidence that suggested Domingo may have been
- 8:10Speaker 1: kidnapped and murdered, possibly in California. In two thousand and six,
- 8:15Speaker 1: authorities announced that evidence connected to the case had been
- 8:19Speaker 1: located in an unspecified foreign country. Some items tied to
- 8:25Speaker 1: Domingo's disappearance were also reportedly found on Native American reservation
- 8:31Speaker 1: land in northern California. Despite searches conducted by family members, friends,
- 8:39Speaker 1: and search and rescue teams from both Oregon and California.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Domingo has never been found. His mother has continued searching
- 8:49Speaker 1: for answers for more than two decades, refusing to let
- 8:54Speaker 1: her son's story fade away. The family has offered a
- 8:59Speaker 1: ten thousand dollar reward for information leading to Domingo's return
- 9:05Speaker 1: or answers. If you have information about the disappearance of
- 9:11Speaker 1: Domingo Ramirez, or if you may have seen Jose Luis Velegas, Cavada,
- 9:18Speaker 1: Joel Brian Rico or Zoco, or the white nineteen ninety
- 9:22Speaker 1: six Chevrolet Monte Carlo connected to this investigation, please contact
- 9:28Speaker 1: the Josephine County Sheriff's off this Major Crimes Unit at
- 9:33Speaker 1: five four one four seven four five to one, five
- 9:39Speaker 1: to three, or the confidential tip line at one eight
- 9:44Speaker 1: hundred four six zero six to one for zero guys. Also,
- 9:50Speaker 1: please go to our Midday Missing Facebook page or my
- 9:54Speaker 1: Tierry True Crime social media's share Domingo's missing person posters.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Somebody out there knows what happens. You don't just disappear
- 10:04Speaker 1: like that. You know, It's been a while since I've
- 10:07Speaker 1: said this, But an alien didn't come and beat him up.
- 10:11Speaker 1: To the sky. Plus somebody shot candy okay, not seeing
- 10:16Speaker 1: the tour connected, but I find it highly suspicious, Okay,
- 10:22Speaker 1: And that person needs to be held accountable for all
- 10:25Speaker 1: of that, and his family deserves to know what happened,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and if he was murdered, they deserve to know where
- 10:33Speaker 1: his remains are so they can bring him home and
- 10:36Speaker 1: give him a proper burial and say goodbye. And the
- 10:40Speaker 1: people need to be brought to justice for what they've done. Okay. Now,
- 10:47Speaker 1: if you know of someone missing, or you have a
- 10:51Speaker 1: well that's weird. I don't know why that did that.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Or if you have a loved one missing and you're
- 10:58Speaker 1: interested in having their story featured on an upcoming episode
- 11:02Speaker 1: or maybe even join me for a live interview, you
- 11:06Speaker 1: can contact me at Terry at tcwtmedia dot com, or

- 11:18Speaker 1: or Terry True Crime. We will get back to you, okay,
- 11:23Speaker 1: promise you. Now, this next case does not have a
- 11:29Speaker 1: ton of information, but I am going to share what
- 11:31Speaker 1: we were able to find. I'm also going to ask
- 11:34Speaker 1: if anybody has more information, please reach out email me
- 11:40Speaker 1: DM me whatever, and we'll come back and give a
- 11:43Speaker 1: better update. Thirty nine year old Mary Elizabeth Neeman was
- 11:49Speaker 1: last seen in Portland, Oregon, on March tenth, twenty seventeen.
- 11:54Speaker 1: After that day, she vanished without a trace. Mary is
- 12:00Speaker 1: described as a white female with blonde hair and blue
- 12:03Speaker 1: blue eyes, standing between five ten and five eleven girl,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I've philia same height here and weighing between one hundred
- 12:12Speaker 1: and fifty and one hundred and eighty pounds. Her ears
- 12:15Speaker 1: are pierced. Friends and families say it is completely out
- 12:21Speaker 1: of character for Mary to disappear without contacting loved ones
- 12:26Speaker 1: or telling someone she was leaving. Kind of like me, guys,
- 12:31Speaker 1: i Am not just going to disappear. Somebody's going to
- 12:34Speaker 1: know where I'm going, okay. Before she went missing, Mary
- 12:39Speaker 1: was known to frequent bottle drop locations and Clockamus County
- 12:44Speaker 1: and Washington County, Oregon. Investigators believe those locations may hold
- 12:50Speaker 1: important clues about her movements in the days leading up
- 12:55Speaker 1: to her disappearance and Guys, since March twenty seventeen, there
- 13:00Speaker 1: has been no activity tied to her SOLF security number,
- 13:05Speaker 1: no posts logins on any of her social media accounts,
- 13:09Speaker 1: there's been no confirmed sightings, nothing. Guys just disappeared. For
- 13:17Speaker 1: someone who had a life of routines and family connections,
- 13:21Speaker 1: the silence left behind has deepened the mystery and the
- 13:26Speaker 1: concern for this family. Like I said, very few details
- 13:32Speaker 1: about Mary's disappearance have ever been publicly released, leaving her
- 13:37Speaker 1: left ones with more questions than answers. Nearly a decade later,
- 13:42Speaker 1: her family is still waiting for answers, or for someone
- 13:46Speaker 1: to come forward with information that could finally bring them answers.
- 13:51Speaker 1: And Mary, if you see this and you went missing
- 13:55Speaker 1: on your own, if you were going through a rough time,
- 13:58Speaker 1: please you can reach out anonymously. You need to let
- 14:02Speaker 1: your family know because they are going to bed every
- 14:06Speaker 1: night wondering. If you're okay. If you know anything about
- 14:14Speaker 1: the disappearance or whereabouts of Mary Neeman, please contact the
- 14:18Speaker 1: Clockamus County Sheriff's Office at five oh three seven eight
- 14:23Speaker 1: five five thousand, and also share this video or the
- 14:28Speaker 1: podcast and the missing person poster for Mary, and let's
- 14:33Speaker 1: help this family get the word out there. Like I said,
- 14:36Speaker 1: there's not a lot, so let's flood it and get
- 14:39Speaker 1: it out there. Okay. Now, I do want to ask
- 14:45Speaker 1: you to please go join our social medias. Our Midday
