- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity, no topic, off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:19Hey brothers and sisters in Christ, thank you so much for tuning in and as I often thank
- 0:24you for sharing the podcast and that's because you and under God's sovereignty and His
- 0:31driving this thing is getting out there.
- 0:32So praise God.
- 0:33Thank you.
- 0:34We've got Scott Shira in studio and he's got a brand new book that we're going to be
- 0:39talking about.
- 0:40Let's bring up the cover before we talk about the conference.
- 0:43There it is.
- 0:44Is the government legally killing us?
- 0:48We'll get into some of the medical malpractice and what's what we've taken for granted for
- 0:53years in a minute.
- 0:56But first, the World View Matters conference, I just want to mention our sponsors and just
- 1:00thank our sponsors.
- 1:01It's such a blessing to get this not only the support from the body of Christ, but Christian
- 1:05businesses or ministries that are behind what we're trying to do and we are looking for
- 1:11more sponsors.
- 1:12So if you're interested, go to the website, worldviewmattersconference.com.
- 1:16There's a link for sponsors at the top right.
- 1:19Bring up that page, Jeff, and I just want to thank Harbinger's Daily.
- 1:22The big ones, Harbinger's Daily, Legacy Church, Freedom Project Academy, the Family Radio
- 1:27Network, and Fearless Features.
- 1:31Those are some of the big ones.
- 1:32And then we've got many others including Verlo Matress, N-C-L-E-D, Lighting, His Sword
- 1:39Ministries, Liberty Sentinel.
- 1:41Thank you, Alex Newman.

- 1:53What did I leave out?
- 1:54Scott Sharers, OurAmazingGrace.net.
- 2:00These people are such a blessing to me and these ministries, churches, and so friends,
- 2:06if you know someone a business that may be interested in supporting the conference, please
- 2:10let me know.
- 2:12We've got less than two months to get the word out May 1st and 2nd, and a lot of great
- 2:16speakers coming to town.
- 2:18Scott's going to be there.
- 2:19You're going to be presenting.
- 2:20Welcome to the studio, again, brother.
- 2:21It is so good to see you.
- 2:23You are the one that got me launched at the beginning.
- 2:27Yep.
- 2:28I had you on.
- 2:29We talked about what happened with Grace and man.
- 2:32Was that an eye opener for me?
- 2:34And I think within what was that, was that late 2023?
- 2:412021.
- 2:42I'm sorry.
- 2:432021.
- 2:44It was in December of 2021.
- 2:452021.
- 2:46Okay.
- 2:47This is very interesting, and this is kind of a side note from what we're going to talk
- 2:50about because you've got your brand new book.
- 2:53I was still at that time.
- 2:54We were moving from out in the country to in a residential neighborhood, and we moved
- 2:59roughly four, just over four years ago.
- 3:03During the move, I still didn't know what was going on with Rosanna, my wife.
- 3:06Yeah.
- 3:07I still didn't know I was noticing symptoms, noticing confusion, noticing there are
- 3:11logical issues, her irregularity, and boy, were we on a journey for that next nine months
- 3:17to figure out what the heck happened.
- 3:20And I during that time that interviewed you about Grace's death in the hospital with
- 3:26the awful protocols and everything like that, boy, did I learn a lot quickly.
- 3:32But so Scott, we have new viewers and listeners, praise God.
- 3:37Every time you come in, again, Scott's local.
- 3:40That's why we love to have him in the studio.
- 3:42But every time you come in, there are more people that maybe don't know your story.
- 3:46Maybe don't know.
- 3:47Let's start with what happened to Grace and how you jumped from your 19-year-old daughter
- 3:52who's high functioning and had Down syndrome and then went into the hospital during COVID,
- 3:58what happened, and what led to this book is the government legally killing us.
- 4:04Well, you gave me a mouthful to unpack, and I'll do my best.
- 4:09And if I forget something, I want you to re-ask the question.
- 4:12So Grace, Grace was a gift from God, we'll just start with that.
- 4:19Somebody with Down syndrome, Cindy and I ever play the role of Abraham and Sarah, I would
- 4:26want another child with Down syndrome.
- 4:28That's so special she was.
- 4:30She was the best thing God ever gave us second to salvation.
- 4:34Yeah, and she was my best buddy.
- 4:37She was only 19 when she went home and she went home on October 13th of 2021, and I met
- 4:45you two months later, well, so why did she go home so early?
- 4:49So during this thing that we're going to call COVID, we'll just label it that for argument
- 4:55sake, we didn't know anything about, was this a pandemic, was it a scam, what was it?
- 5:03And so we didn't just roll over to the government narrative, we followed a different protocol
- 5:09from the FLCCC, frontline COVID critical care doctors, and that protocol said to monitor
- 5:15your oxygen if it goes below 94% admit yourself to the hospital, and we did that, Grace's
- 5:21oxygen went to 88%, and so we just went to the hospital.
- 5:25She was fine.
- 5:26She was very cold, and her and I entered the emergency room on October 6th at 2.10 in
- 5:33the afternoon, and her last breath was at 7.27 on October 13th, seven days later.
- 5:41And what happened during that hospital stay, we didn't know, you know, it's hard to unpack
- 5:46until you dig into the records, but we had a clue because the day Grace died, a nurse
- 5:54walked Cindy out of the hospital when she was in a wheelchair, you know, after Grace went
- 5:59to the undertaker and all of that, and she leaned down and said, Mrs. Shara, me and several
- 6:04of the nurses don't think Grace should have died today.
- 6:07And so consequently, I have a, Cindy and I have a friend that graduated from high school
- 6:13with who's a doctor, I contacted her, and she said, Scott, I think you better get the
- 6:17medical records.
- 6:18When I sat down, we went through those records and pieced together what happened, and we
- 6:24came to grips real quick that Grace died of a med combination, press ed x-lorazepam and
- 6:29morphine, and not only that, when it came time to revive Grace, at this point I had already
- 6:35been taken out of the hospital by an armed guard, which, you know, that's another rabbit
- 6:39trail, but Jessica, our daughter, was in the room with Grace.
- 6:42She called Cindy and I on a FaceTime call panicking, and we started screaming, save our
- 6:47daughter.
- 6:49We had no idea.
- 6:50I mean, that morning we had a positive call from the doctor, the prognosis, let's get
- 6:54Grace out of bed today, get her on nutrition so that we can get her home in the next several
- 7:00days.
- 7:01And all of a sudden, you know, that's at 10 o'clock in the morning, 7 p.m., we're watching
- 7:05Grace die, and the nurses scream back from outside the room, she's DNR, do not resuscitate,
- 7:12and we scream, she's not DNR, save our daughter.
- 7:15Let's clarify this point.
- 7:17Your family never requested the DNR, do not resuscitate, never signed anything that wasn't
- 7:23your intention.
- 7:24Correct?
- 7:25That's 100% correct, and that's one of the many reasons that we filed the first wrongful
- 7:31death lawsuit in the country with COVID as the cause of death on the death certificate.
- 7:37Grace did not die of COVID.
- 7:38She died from the med combination, and then the refusal to revive her because of this illegal
- 7:43do not resuscitate order.
- 7:45And for those that are not familiar with the cocktail of drugs, lethal drugs, presidex,
- 7:51lorazapam, and morphine, which according to what I've heard you say before, the package
- 7:57inserts worn, do not use this combination together?
- 8:03I just paraphrase, but they're contraindicated.
- 8:06What does that mean?
- 8:07That means you're not supposed to use them together.
- 8:09In fact, the package insert for morphine says that if you do combine those meds, you're
- 8:14supposed to monitor the patient and keep the reversal drug bedside.
- 8:18After they gave Grace morphine, the doctor and nurse left the room, left her to die.
- 8:23And they did not have a reversal drug, correct?
- 8:25That's correct.
- 8:26It's hard to even grasp.
- 8:28Our medical expert at the trial, Dr. Gilbert Bredin, he had never worked for a plaintive
- 8:35before.
- 8:36I was the plaintive for the trial.
- 8:37He had only worked representing doctors on the defense.
- 8:41And the reason he represented us is when he reviewed Grace's records, he thought, this
- 8:46is the most egregious case I've ever seen.
- 8:48So I'm going to represent the plaintiff.
- 8:49He didn't take a penny.
- 8:50And relative to the morphine, when they gave Grace morphine, she had an undetectable blood
- 8:55pressure, according to the records.
- 8:58And Dr. Bredin said, this is the worst clinical decision he's ever seen in 46 years of medical
- 9:03practice.
- 9:04So just let that sink in.
- 9:07This is a doctor that's been almost 50 years in practice.
- 9:10And that was the worst clinical decision that he'd ever seen.
- 9:15What's his name again?
- 9:16Dr. Gilbert Bredin.
- 9:17Okay.
- 9:18So I want to read from the book, regarding Prestatex usage, he said, the only solution recommended
- 9:25by any of the physicians named as defendants in this case for the observed agitation of
- 9:31Grace was chemical sedation starting with Prestatex.
- 9:35He said Prestatex was not safe for Grace Shara at an infusion rate greater than 0.7 micrograms
- 9:44or kilograms per hour.
- 9:46It does not matter what the prior experience of anyone has been with other patients.
- 9:51Can you explain that for us a little bit more?
- 9:53The reason that's important is because one of the things I've uncovered in the research
- 9:57I've done since Grace's death is the diagnosis has become the patient.
- 10:02So they're not looking at the patient.
- 10:03Grace had 12 different reactions to Prestatex, all documented in the record, but they kept
- 10:08that's why Dr. Bredin went out of his way to point out you cannot just say this is normal.
- 10:13This is a low dose of Prestatex.
- 10:15So it's normal.
- 10:16No, some people have reactions and Grace had 12 different reactions that are all documented
- 10:21in the Prestatex package insert.
- 10:23So he went out of his way to explain, you can't just say that this is normal.
- 10:28You have to look at the patient.
- 10:30So let me ask you this, I don't remember if I asked you this before.
- 10:35He used the word agitation.
- 10:37I know Grace was getting maybe anxious, agitated.
- 10:42Do you think part of their decision was because she had Down syndrome and she was getting
- 10:49agitated and they couldn't, like you and I, they might be able to say, now Scott,
- 10:52you know, calm down, take it easy, but maybe Grace couldn't get there because she was
- 10:57so upset with what she was feeling.
- 10:59Yeah, fantastic question.
- 11:02I was with Grace from October 6th through the morning of the 10th.
- 11:06Grace was not agitated, but the records, the medical records said she was agitated.
- 11:12And when you get into a trial situation, the legal standard is the records are called
- 11:18prime of fascia evidence, which means they stand unless you can prove otherwise.
- 11:25And so because they documented Grace is agitated, that becomes the state.
- 11:29And they also documented this is, so this will give you a, so that you might think, well,
- 11:33maybe she was agitated, Scott, why was there?
- 11:35Okay, well, here's an example.
- 11:37The doctor, the admitting physician, he said that Grace had conductive hearing loss.
- 11:44Okay, that got carried through all the records through Grace's last day on Earth.
- 11:49Grace didn't have hearing loss.
- 11:51She wasn't agitated, but they have to have a reason.
- 11:54So for example, with morphine, they said they gave her morphine for pain.
- 11:57Well, the nurse documented that Grace was somnoline.
- 11:59She was out cold when they gave her morphine.
- 12:02So I mean, but they document this stuff.
- 12:04So I mean, we come to the table thinking that people are always telling the truth,
- 12:11the records don't lie, it's, it's simply not true.
- 12:14And you know, it's part of the reason, you know, as I have studied what I've learned
- 12:19in compared to what I know with scripture, one of the whoppers that Satan has sold is that
- 12:24we're inherently good.
- 12:25And we believe that as a society.
- 12:28Well, it's simply not true.
- 12:29I mean, we God tells us we're inherently bad and in desperate need of a savior.
- 12:34So you just answered one of the questions I was going to ask because I thought,
- 12:37you know, most Americans will give someone in the medical profession the benefit of the doubt.
- 12:43They studied, they went through school, they know what they're doing.
- 12:47As you say, trust the white coat.
- 12:49Correct.
- 12:49That's we've we're programmed to trust them no matter what, almost.
- 12:55And very seldom do you hear someone warned, do you have an advocate when you go into the hospital?
- 13:00Is there someone that could represent your speak for you or different, you know,
- 13:04if something goes haywire, but you say from the, let's say, I think this is a quote from the book,
- 13:11blinded by medical programming, some have little idea they're doing the dirty work.
- 13:18Now does that mean hospital workers, nurses, doctors, some really think they're helping the patient?
- 13:26Some actually do, right?
- 13:28Because if you go all the way back to 1910, that's when the Flexner report became the norm.
- 13:33The Flexner report introduced conventional or allopathic medicine.
- 13:37It threw all other modalities under the buzz.
- 13:40And subsequent to the Flexner report, the Rockefellers took over the medical schools.
- 13:44So all the training is in this allopathic medicine model.
- 13:48So that's why many of these people are unwitting participants.
- 13:51They've just been programmed for so long.
- 13:53But then the populations also programmed.
- 13:55So you have this marriage between the programming of the medical system and the population.
- 14:00We have a fear of death, right?
- 14:02So then, and then we are blindly told the doctors sign an oath first to an alarm.
- 14:08That's another lie.
- 14:09But what just passes this?
- 14:11So let's say David at your home, you want to get your windows washed.
- 14:16So you look in the yellow pages, I'm dating myself, and you find, okay, well this is Acme Company.
- 14:24So you call Acme Company and what do you do?
- 14:27You want to have somebody come out and give you an estimate, right?
- 14:30Yeah.
- 14:30And then if the worker who's cleaning the windows, let's say that he broke one of the windows,
- 14:36you would expect him to pay for it.
- 14:38Or replace it.
- 14:39Or replace it, right?
- 14:40I mean, that's just so obvious.
- 14:43Okay, well in the medical profession, they don't disclose pricing.
- 14:48And if they make a mistake, they have no consequences.
- 14:51Our jury trials show that.
- 14:53So I mean, but we've allowed that.
- 14:55Yes.
- 14:55How do we, why do we treat the window washer different than the doctor?
- 15:01That's why the subtitle of the book out is says,
- 15:04have we become accomplices to evil?
- 15:07And yes, we're accomplices to this evil scheme because we allowed it to happen.
- 15:12Okay, so the heart of man is evil wicked, beyond cure.
- 15:15That's what the Bible teaches.
- 15:17And by the way, you did mention fear of death.
- 15:19Now in context, Christians praise God when we die because we know we're going to be with Jesus.
- 15:25So we don't fear death like someone who is a non-believer.
- 15:29But we don't want to be sick and die if we can prevent that.
- 15:32If we can still spend time with our family and do the Lord's work while we're here.
- 15:37So it's not a fear like, but I know what you mean.
- 15:40So let's talk about the money factor, Scott.
- 15:43I know we're jumping around quite a bit because we've talked about this before.
- 15:47That's where the evil comes in.
- 15:50That's where you can maybe put in the word complicit.
- 15:52That's where you can put in the word corrupt.
- 15:54When it comes to the big pharma, big medical system,
- 15:58because we learned from COVID, the government was paying off hospitals.
- 16:04And you can bring up whatever you'd like about that.
- 16:06Because I think a lot of people need to be reminded
- 16:09that even though doctors are trained to do whatever they do to help people when they're sick,
- 16:15they were getting money for certain diagnosis.
- 16:19COVID, the COVID diagnosis.
- 16:20And also for ventilators, go ahead and share whatever you'd like about that.
- 16:24Because that is corruption.
- 16:26That's a payoff.
- 16:27That's something that's not in the best interest of the patient.
- 16:30But that was going on.
- 16:32So I'll start with a, it's interesting.
- 16:34It was on Mary Talley Bowden show this morning before I came here.
- 16:39And during COVID, she saved 6,000 patients.
- 16:43And she did the math that if she would have just jabbed the 6,000 patients instead of treating them,
- 16:48she'd have an extra 1.5 million today.
- 16:51And I have that quote in the book.
- 16:53Anyway, let's just talk about COVID first.
- 16:55But because it gives you a landing page to zoom out to the bigger picture,
- 17:00because COVID was set up.
- 17:02And the bigger picture is what set up COVID.
- 17:04But during COVID, some things happen differently.
- 17:07And hospitals were incentivized directly.
- 17:11So I'm emphasizing the word directly here versus indirectly.
- 17:14So we're going to come back to indirectly.
- 17:16So they were incentivized directly during COVID.
- 17:19So what do I mean?
- 17:20Well, first of all, hospitals were advanced money by the federal government
- 17:25before they ever had a COVID patient.
- 17:28So then they were incentivized to make sure you had a COVID diagnosis
- 17:32or they'd have to pay back the money.
- 17:34Very few people understand that.
- 17:36Well, then they were incentivized for things that were known to kill.
- 17:39Remdesivir had a 75% kill rate, ventilators, a 90% kill rate,
- 17:44and the payout for a ventilator when you add in the average day,
- 17:49somebody was on a ventilator before they died, was 22 days,
- 17:51is a $300,000 payout for one patient?
- 17:54For one patient.
- 17:57I disclosed in the book for the first time.
- 17:59I've never had done this publicly.
- 18:01But I disclosed in the book that Grace's hospital stay,
- 18:05the hospital was only making $1,621 a day.
- 18:08And so when we turned down the preauthorization for a ventilator,
- 18:12there was a financial motive to turn the bed.
- 18:15Oh, and so what does that mean?
- 18:17That means she's not bringing the hospital money.
- 18:20So let's get a different patient in that bed.
- 18:23But what can they do with her if she's still sick?
- 18:27Yeah, well, and that's what happened.
- 18:29ER trial was not a murder trial.
- 18:32It was not about intention.
- 18:33Right.
- 18:34And, of course, I'm speculating with that.
- 18:36But I mean, it's pretty obvious when you look at the numbers,
- 18:39$1,621 versus a patient in the ER
- 18:43that will submit to the ventilator protocol.
- 18:45I mean, this is a financial temptation
- 18:48that only a Christian person with roots
- 18:53would have not dealt with.
- 18:56I'm glad you put it that way.
- 18:57It is a financial temptation.
- 18:59And you know, the heart of man,
- 19:00if you're not a believer in Christ
- 19:02and you don't have morals or integrity or you just want money,
- 19:06you'll do whatever you can to get more money
- 19:09and that includes at the expense of other human beings.
- 19:12And that's what we saw during Charlie Vector, David 1-9-er.
- 19:17We got to say that sometimes
- 19:18otherwise we'll get deleted shadow band censored.
- 19:21Charlie Vector, David 1-9-er.
- 19:23So, Scott, one thing, did you have anything more?
- 19:26Yeah, so I want to finish.
- 19:28So then on top of that, because of COVID was declared
- 19:32a public health emergency,
- 19:34as long as the hospital followed those protocols,
- 19:39they had immunity from liability under the prep act.
- 19:42So you think, how did we possibly get a lawsuit
- 19:45during with COVID on the death certificate?
- 19:47Grace was never on Remdesivir or a ventilator.
- 19:50If she was, we would have not had a lawsuit.
- 19:52So now let's zoom out from COVID.
- 19:54Wow.
- 19:55Because the indirect control of the medical system
- 19:59has been happening since the early 80s.
- 20:02So the direct was COVID.
- 20:04The indirect since the early 80s.
- 20:06And how they have pulled this off
- 20:08is through standards of care.
- 20:10And I'm going to share a story with you to connect the dots.
- 20:12OK.
- 20:13This was back when we still had conventional medical insurance.
- 20:16I was 55 years old in May of 2018.
- 20:20And the insurance company said, hey, if you go to the doctor,
- 20:23you can have a full physical for $300.
- 20:25So, you know, men, we can't turn down the deal.
- 20:28Go to the, I get the physical.
- 20:30And the doctor says to me, do you want to do a CT scan of your heart?
- 20:36I said, well, I don't have any reason to.
- 20:37He said, well, we're running a specialist.
- 20:39Not only $2,000, it's only $80.
- 20:41So I said, sure.
- 20:42Oh my goodness.
- 20:42So I do the CT scan.
- 20:44They call me the next day.
- 20:45You need to come in immediately.
- 20:47And so I go in to the doctor's office.
- 20:49And they said, you have a calcium score of 1,200.
- 20:52And that's the OMG level.
- 20:54And so I think, OK, well, what caused this?
- 20:56And they told me you have high cholesterol.
- 20:59So what's the solution?
- 21:00The stat.
- 21:00Oh, OK.
- 21:01So then I didn't just roll over.
- 21:05I called the same doctor that Cindy and I
- 21:08graduated with from high school.
- 21:09And I said, Sue, this is what's going on.
- 21:12She said, my husband just had a heart attack.
- 21:14I've been researching.
- 21:16I'll send you some stuff.
- 21:17So I started digging in.
- 21:18I read a book by Dr. William Davis called Undoctored
- 21:21and found out cholesterol is a scam.
- 21:24It's not even in the top 10 of the causes of heart disease.
- 21:27And the statin causes dementia.
- 21:30So I go to the doctor with my research.
- 21:32And I said, I'm not going to do the statin.
- 21:34He was gracious.
- 21:35I mean, it was decent.
- 21:36I mean, he said, what you have learned
- 21:37is 10 years ahead of what I know.
- 21:39The nurse walked me out.
- 21:41And here's the secret I reveal in the book.
- 21:43The nurse walked me out and said, Scott, I'm
- 21:47going to tell you something you don't want to hear.
- 21:48I said, what is it?
- 21:50She said, you have to take the statin.
- 21:52I said, what are you talking about?
- 21:53I don't have to do anything.
- 21:55She said, our Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement rates
- 21:59are based on what percentage of our patient population follows
- 22:03the standard of care.
- 22:05And the standard of care for heart disease
- 22:07at your level is the statin.
- 22:09I said, I'm not on Medicare and Medicaid.
- 22:11She said, you didn't hear me.
- 22:14She said, it's based on our patient population.
- 22:17So if enough people like you reject what we're recommending,
- 22:20the recommended protocol, we have to fire you
- 22:23as a patient to keep our reimbursement rates up.
- 22:26And that is how the federal government,
- 22:29so if you walk through this, the federal government,
- 22:32through the Chevron doctrine that came
- 22:34the equivalent of law in 1984, now bureaucracies control.
- 22:40So CMS, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services,
- 22:43is a federal bureaucracy.
- 22:44And through reimbursement rates, they
- 22:46control the entire alipathic medical system
- 22:50in the entire country.
- 22:53Well, we wanted to get to the standard of care deception.
- 22:58And that we just did.
- 22:59We did.
- 23:00And we talked, I think maybe two podcasts to go with you.
- 23:04We did drill down on that a little bit more, standards of care.
- 23:09And I know we talked about this before one time, Scott,
- 23:12but I forgot about the PREP Act.
- 23:14Yeah.
- 23:14Can you briefly, we've got five minutes left.
- 23:16Yeah, so the PREP Act became legislation
- 23:20in December of 2005.
- 23:22And they always do this.
- 23:23Whenever there is important legislation
- 23:26that they don't want the public to know about,
- 23:27they do it between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- 23:30So it was part of a defense appropriations bill.
- 23:32And it was absolutely necessary to have the PREP Act in place
- 23:36to pull off COVID.
- 23:37And so the PREP Act, if you just connect the dots.
- 23:40So in 1980, the Health and Human Services Department
- 23:44was born.
- 23:45And through a series of laws in the 80s and 90s,
- 23:48they gave the HHS Secretary Unilateral Authority
- 23:51to declare a public health emergency.
- 23:53And once there's a public health emergency,
- 23:55the PREP Act takes over.
- 23:56So all this was set up way in advance of COVID.
- 23:59Yep.
- 24:00And that makes sense how we saw what many have said
- 24:04was the perfect storm during Charlie Vector, David, one night.
- 24:09Well, that's why the title is, is the government legally killing us.
- 24:12So it is legal.
- 24:13What they're doing, this is all legal.
- 24:15Obama, Cary Section 1553, you know, I've talked about before,
- 24:19that legalized Euthanasia on March 23, 2010.
- 24:22Your book is on Amazon.
- 24:23It's already number one in a couple different categories.
- 24:27Friends, look up, Scott Sharab, by Grace's dad,
- 24:30is the government legally killing us.
- 24:33Look that up.
- 24:34Scott, briefly, for those that didn't hear your update
- 24:37on the court case, last time you were with us,
- 24:39we've got three minutes left.
- 24:41I know you're really good at condensing the bullet points
- 24:43for us.
- 24:44What happened?
- 24:46We filed the lawsuit on April 11 of 23.
- 24:50Grace died October 13 of 21.
- 24:53When you file a lawsuit, you have to have claims.
- 24:56Our claims were a wrongful death, medical malpractice,
- 24:59lack of informed consent, medical battery,
- 25:02and a declaratory judgment for the illegal DNR.
- 25:05You walk through a number of motions to dismiss during that time,
- 25:09all the claims survived.
- 25:11So I mean, that's a miracle.
- 25:12So all the claims went to the jury trial.
- 25:15The jury trial was June 2 through the 19th, 2025.
- 25:20May 19th and 20th was the pre-trial during the pre-trial.
- 25:24Big cases all have a pre-trial.
- 25:26During the pre-trial, something significant happened.
- 25:29And I'm going to come back to that.
- 25:30So the trial, June 19th, the verdict came down.
- 25:34The verdict was for the hospital.
- 25:37So we lost 11 to 1.
- 25:38This is what they decided.
- 25:40The defense through their experts
- 25:42said that by being in a hospital,
- 25:43you're giving implied consent.
- 25:45The drugs that euthanized grace were normal in an ICU,
- 25:48so no informed consent is necessary.
- 25:50Doctors are not even required to inform the family
- 25:53of overdoses.
- 25:54Grace had three, October 7th, eighth, and the last one.
- 25:57Their experts said that it do not intubate,
- 25:59so we did not give a pre-authorization for ventilator
- 26:02that's do not intubate.
- 26:03That's the same as a DNR.
- 26:05And a doctor can unilaterally place a DNR on a patient
- 26:08without consent, without a witness,
- 26:10without a signature, and without a DNR bracelet.
- 26:12So that's what they decided.
- 26:15So we should be like, what?
- 26:17And the press I saw afterward was about,
- 26:21this is a new precedent.
- 26:22And I have bluntly gone on the record
- 26:24and said, this has nothing to do with a new precedent.
- 26:26What they did was certify what they've been doing
- 26:29for decades.
- 26:30That's what's going on here.
- 26:32And I can prove it, and I did it in the book,
- 26:35beyond a shout of it out.
- 26:36So then I'm gonna go back to May 20th.
- 26:38So I filed a motion for a new trial on October 29th,
- 26:42based on what happened on May 20th at the pre-trial.
- 26:45The judge denied our motions in limony.
- 26:47Those are the things we don't want in the trial.
- 26:49So our two were my religious beliefs
- 26:51and the research, Don Post Grace's death.
- 26:54The judge unilaterally denied those
- 26:56without even hearing a syllable.
- 26:59So the defense was able to paint me
- 27:01as a religious conspiracy nut at the trial.
- 27:04That's why I filed a motion for a new trial.
- 27:06We had a hearing December 19th,
- 27:09and the motion was denied.
- 27:10So our legal stuff is done.
- 27:13It's done.
- 27:13Our amazing Grace.net, friends of the website,
- 27:16our amazing Grace.net.
- 27:18By the way, how many people over 55 on the jury?
- 27:22I would say that there was three.
- 27:24Two or three.
- 27:25Two or three.
- 27:26Well, it's hard for me to judge because.
- 27:28Basically what we're saying is there was
- 27:30a lot of younger people on the jury.
- 27:32What are younger people conditioned and programmed to believe?
- 27:35The narrative on COVID that the left put out.
- 27:38Anyway, Scott Sharer, always a blessing to have you in studio.
- 27:41We'll see you again, if not before,
- 27:43but at the conference in Green Bay.
- 27:44I can hardly wait.
- 27:45May 1st and 2nd.
- 27:46Friends, God bless you and as always,
- 27:48keep speaking the truth about things that matter.
- 27:50We'll see you next time.
