1 Timothy 2:1-4 - "The Priority of Prayer"
Today, we're beginning chapter 2 of Paul's first letter toTimothy. And I find it particularly interesting that after Paul has emphasizedthe importance of sound doctrine and faithful Christian living, he now turnsour attention to one of the greatest privileges we have as believers. Theprivilege of prayer! Listen to what Paul says in 1 Timothy 2:1:"ThereforeI exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving ofthanks be made for all men."
