- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone, it's me, Destiny, Destiny the Great, and today is August 22nd, and the year is 2026, and the time is 458 in the morning.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: So I haven't checked the weather, you know, but YS and Lefty Gunplay have a new song produced by Zay Keys, and it's called Still Love Me.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: So right now I'm about to listen to it.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm putting it in my Link Tree.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: And then I'm gonna go listen to it.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: And then I'm gonna make a new Link Tree that has everyone's contact information for my new free Little Dirk magazine.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: So I went to Little Dirk's trial on Thursday and Friday.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: You know, I looked it up maybe last month because every now and then I was seen online, Little Dirk had court and people weren't there.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: I don't believe that kind of stuff.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: I do believe Little Dirk had court and I am not there because I didn't know, and you know, I'm at school being discriminated against at barber school.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: I miss a lot of things because I am at school being discriminated against.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: I hate the barber program that I'm in, and I would have a much enjoyable time at another barber program.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: Why should I be the one that has to leave when they're doing it?
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: No, they need to leave.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: The instructors, they need to leave.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: Okay, so let's talk about the little dirk trial.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: Well, I look for this song.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: You know, I am there because I love Little Dirk, I love his music, it helps me get through my life.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: You know, I love King Vaughn, I love his music.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: I'm not there for all the extra shit.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: When I'm in court, I do take notes, but you guys already know me.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: You should have been there.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: So I made a new friend, I met some new people.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Overall, everyone is pretty cordial there.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: You know, there there are some snakes there because they'll talk to you and then you'll leave, they'll leave, and then the things that you told them is in the media.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: They'll come talk to you, ask you for something that they know they shouldn't, just to put it in the media.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: And I don't run my program like that.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: I'm not there trying to get views, you know, and you have to pay attention.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: Not everyone there is supporting little Dirk, you know.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: I don't know a lot of these people, you know, but then when you do your homework and you speak to other people, you're disgusted, you know, and the judge, he was disgusted, furious, mad at me.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: I'm furious that King Vaughn was murdered.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: I'm furious that little Dirk is in jail.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: You know, I drive over 70 miles, I put over$80 in gas in my car.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: I put gas in my car every day.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: And I have to pay$10 for parking, you know, and talking about furious, fucking ridiculous.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: Little Dirk shouldn't even be in there.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: The person who killed King Vaughn should have never killed him.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: And then when they killed him, they shouldn't even be released.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: It's a fight.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: You don't shoot someone, and if you can't fight, then you shouldn't be outside causing problems, you know.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: Fucking mess.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: So I have my flyers.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm a flyer person, I love to live in the 80s and the 90s.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: I love printed material.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: I have morals and values, you know, things that a lot of people don't have in this generation.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: So I did print 300 free little dirk flyers.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: I didn't give them to the juror, the jury, I didn't leave them around the courthouse.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: I gave them to people in the room with us who I thought wanted little dirk free.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: So I went, you know, dealing with barber school, I'm behind.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: I was on a three-week break.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: I had two magazines to do.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: Number one, before my magazines, I had to take my kids' places.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: And my daughter had a birthday.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: So I had to do all these things, relax, work on my mental health.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: So when I sent them my Little Dirk magazine, if you're familiar with my magazine process, you know that I print one magazine first so I can look at it in person, view it with my glasses, possibly give it to Solace to look over if I need to.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: So the lady told me that if they print one of my magazines, they weren't gonna run it through again.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: The person wasn't gonna run it through again that same day.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: So I had to get the four because you know, it was court the next day, and if I didn't have my four, I wasn't gonna have any till next week.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: So I accomplished my goal.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: You know, the first day I gave little Dirk's dad my magazine, the second day I gave two magazines to India because I didn't know where Little Dirk's mom was.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: And then when I walk out the court, there was little Dirk's mom.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: You know, so little Dirk has a lot of support, you know.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: He has a beautiful family, everyone's nice and respectful, and we all want the same thing.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: I don't know who's all there that love little Dirk, but I did speak to some people.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: One guy came from Colorado, a guy came from Chicago, one came from Northern California, you know.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: I think a couple of people, a couple of more people came from Chicago, you know.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: I met a nice friend, I met another lady, I think she said she came from Compton, you know, so you where I forgot.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: I think one of the guys said he came from Maryland, but he's been in California for six years, and he was off of work and he was able to come.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: You know, some people can come every day, some people can only come certain days.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: It's actually my plan to come every day.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: It's been a very long time since I've had to go to court and sit in the courtroom, and I'm the kind of person I don't like sitting down for too long, you know.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: So I don't mind the concerts where you stand up and Relefty Gunplay is on tour.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: I just went to one of his concerts on August 1st, and you know, we were standing up, which I don't mind.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: I do a lot of driving, I don't like sitting in the same spot for a long time, especially when I just did all this driving.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: You know, if you haven't purchased your lefty gunplay tickets, the link will be in the description of this video.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: Video, this will be in the description of my recording.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: So you can purchase your lefty gunplay tickets and all the artists that is in my free little dirk magazine, including Little Dirk.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna have a link tree, and you guys can click on everyone and support them, stream their music.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: You know, a lot of the artists are entrepreneurs, so they have clothing line, different items that they're selling, they're doing positive things with their life, and you should support them.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: So when you're in the Little Dirk trial, you have to listen to people say things you don't like, and you gotta have to be quiet.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Like the first day, the judge said they pleaded guilty, and I was like, What?
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: I couldn't fucking believe it.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: We're in the overflow room on the first day when I met my new friend.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: So first we went to the one courtroom, and Little Dirk wasn't in there.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: Then we figured out someone told us that he was in another room.
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: So we're walking to the other room, and an officer greets us and he asks us, I forgot what he said, but he we were like, We're here to see Little Dirk, and he let us know that they were doing jury selection and we couldn't be a part of that.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: So we have to go to this room, and so that's the room that we went to.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: So Friday, which was yesterday, we were supposed to in the afternoon be in the room with Little Dirk.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: The trial was supposed to start, it did not start.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: Court ended like a little bit before four o'clock, it was supposed to end at 4:30.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: I don't mind court ending early.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: Yesterday, we were sitting up here listening to the judge.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: You know, you know, racism still exists, and these jurors had to fill out a questionnaire.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: We don't have the questionnaire, it wasn't gonna be released to the public.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Little Dirk's draft trial, excuse me, is not going to be on YouTube, it's not gonna be live for people to hear it, and the best way to get your information, if you're able to, is show up.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: So they're gonna make room for the public for Little Dirk's trial, and they have an overflow room, and the overflow room is audio, and you have to turn your cell phone off, walk up to the front of the courtroom, and give the employee your cell phone.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: They put in this thingy, I don't know what it's called, but I've seen it before.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: Because you know, my kids do acting, and I don't what movie was it?
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: Was it Wonder Woman?
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: They're working on, I think it was Wonder Woman, and they had those things there where you put your phone in, and then when you need your phone, you have to go to the person, they'll unlock the thingy, and then you go out with your phone, and then you bring it back to them.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: So you're listening to these people who are um what words should I use?
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: Okay, so I have some notes, but I don't have them next to me, and I was taking notes, but remember, you should have been there.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: So we're listening to these racist people, and it's like fucking wow.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: Like, are you fucking kidding me?
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: And my friend's like, where did they pick these people up?
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, they picked them out of a hat and they sent them a letter in the mail to come to court because it's like really fucking ridiculous, you know, like some of oh my gosh.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: So it's very difficult to it's very difficult for little dirt to even be in jail in the beginning.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Then you gotta listen to these people.
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: Oh, they're guilty based off of people's appearance, their skin color, that they're guilty.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Why the fuck do you think you get to be a juror in this case?
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: And then this other lady, she's gonna say that she believes that law enforcement is right.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: Like, bitch, are you kidding me?
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: Get the fuck out of here.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: So why me and the other lady we were listening, we were like doing our hands, like these people gotta go.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, like bye, bye, bye.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: Are you kidding me?
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: So, um, it's it's too much for me.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: You know, and then some of the people that are reporting, you know, they have a good attitude, you know, and then there's other people that are there for negative purposes, they don't want to see little dirt free, they're there to get their content by any means necessary.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: The one guy, he's popular, he brought a security yard.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: The first day he didn't have a security guard, the second day he did, and then I saw a video on Facebook where a guy was telling him why was when was he gonna stop doing the police job, I believe.
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: And um, he was he wanted the guy to say free little dirk and he refused.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: Let me see if I could find that video.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: But you know what?
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: If you have to bring a security guard to go to I guess what you consider as a job, and you're not getting paid, I don't think that you should be there.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: You know, see right now, I just so what's going viral right now?
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: See, when I'm trying to look for this video to see if I could play it, is people are talking about they made this photo with the judge holding up my free little dirk flyer.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: So I have a free little dirk fry flyer, excuse me.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: It has a picture that I love of little dirk.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna use his mugshot, and it reads free little dirk, and it has two of my businesses on there.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: And I did, I think I did bring it up in the beginning of the video.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: So people are discussing how the judge is upset with me about my flyer.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: Why would I go to court and not support?
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Okay, so here's the video.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: Let me see if you guys can hear it.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, let me let's see.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: Nah, bro, you be doing police jobs.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: Hell no, bro.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: I need to be doing police work.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Nah, Ferdo, you but you gotta stop talking about people murder trials like that, bro.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: That shit fucked up.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Free smirt, bro.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: Can you say that?
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: Alice.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: Free smirt?
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: You ain't nobody.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: I can talk all I want.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: So what though?
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: I'm not committing no crime no.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying, you know, you taking a picture of what you know, you know, when you be on.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: Just say free smirk, bro.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Slide bro, can I ask you a question?
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: When are you gonna stop doing a police job, bro?
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that's what happened.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: I wasn't right there.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm not familiar with this guy.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I looked him up online because people told me that he wasn't for Lil Dirk, and you know, I didn't know.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: So, let's see, what else do I want to say?
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: It's really nice to see people come out that love little dirk, and you know, little dirk is not from California, and what I was saying on my video yesterday is that you know, I don't know people's situation.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: Not everyone can come to California, you know, you have to pay for housing while you're here, transportation.
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you're taking an Uber to the court, then you don't have to worry about parking.
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: You know, you have to pay for food while you're out.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: There's different things that you have to pay for, and number one, you have to keep your mental health in order.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: Imagine little Dirk's mental health, but you know what?
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: He's a really strong individual, but even strong individuals like me, we do reach our breaking point, you know.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure little Dirk feels the same way.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: I feel like I go through stuff and I'm strong, and I'm like, why me?
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, you get sick of it.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: So I wanted to be there.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: I don't care what all these other people are talking about.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: I'm not there to receive merchandise, I'm not there to what you know.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: People on the internet use words that I really don't use.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: You know, they call it clout.
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: I'm not there for that.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: I am there because I love little Dirk and I accomplished my goals of giving my magazine to his family, you know, and I'm there to support all that extra shit.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: I don't give a fuck about it.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: So you're not gonna see me every day.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: This would happen this day, this would happen this day, because you should have been there, you know.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: And what else was I gonna say?
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: But I do appreciate everyone, no matter if they lived five minutes away.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: The one guy was like, I live five minutes away.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: I was like, shut up, keep that to yourself, because you know we you know we laugh.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: And um again, I met a new friend, and she's beautiful, and she's funny, and we have a good time.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: You know, she bought me an orange juice, and she was like, I don't care how much it is, I'm not hurting for money.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: No, let me tell you something.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: Number one, she purchased my magazine, and you know, my magazine is not for sale right now, because remember, I got four, and they were supposed to go to Lil Dirk's family, which they did, but so one copy is was for me to look over for my mistakes, but the lady she gave me an additional copy, so I have five copies, so I was able to sell her my copy.
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: She said she didn't care about my errors.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: I like people like that, like I like this and I gotta have it, you know, and I appreciate her business, and other people were asking like they wanted to purchase it, they won the copy, and I told them no that they couldn't have it, you know.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: So I love that you meet someone the first day, you have a good time with them when you tell them in the beginning of the day you have a magazine, they open up your magazine and they say, I want it.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: And then she typed me and told me that her boyfriend loved my magazine.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: I love that too, and so my magazine will be available for everyone, and the way that it's gonna work is it's a donation.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: Like I told my new friend, and so when you're purchasing the magazine, it's a donation, and the money is gonna go to me buying art supplies, so you know I can keep up with my free art in the hood for the kids, and it's not just for kids, teens can come, and then I've done a couple of events and I told the parents, like, hey, if you wanna you wanna paint with your kids, and they're like, Yeah, so I haven't been keeping up with my podcast, but on another episode I will talk about everything that I've been doing.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna end this right now, and it's always free little dirk.
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: You know, we love little dirk.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: Thank you guys for listening.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: Oh, excuse me.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: That's disgusting.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: I burped.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Thank you guys for listening.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: I hope you have a great day.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: I hope you guys have a great weekend.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: Bye.
