- 0:08Speaker 1: Scalable advice, Sure spice and love and lo and lo
- 0:14Speaker 1: and Lollo. Welcome to the Naughty ven Nightsham, your host
- 0:17Speaker 1: from Shooter. It is Wednesday, Donnie's after day because his
- 0:20Speaker 1: mommy's visiting. Oh, spend some time with your mommy. If
- 0:23Speaker 1: ever you're get a chance to do that, I thoroughly
- 0:25Speaker 1: recommend it. So Donnie, I hope you're having a lovely,
- 0:28Speaker 1: lovely day. We've got a ton of gossip to get to,
- 0:30Speaker 1: so let's jump right in. What damn is it? My friends?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It is? Let me hear you. It is tea time,
- 0:37Speaker 1: so big news. At the top of the show, Justin
- 0:39Speaker 1: Beldomi is slamming Blake. Lively is eight million dollar legal
- 0:45Speaker 1: free demands, So that's how much money she wants. He's
- 0:48Speaker 1: saying it is excessive. So Justin and Blake may have
- 0:52Speaker 1: settled their main lawsuit, but their legal battles are still
- 0:56Speaker 1: far from finished. The latest dispute center money always does,
- 1:01Speaker 1: doesn't It's always about money, With Baldoni asking a judge
- 1:05Speaker 1: to dramatically reduce what Lively is saying are her costs. Baldoni,
- 1:10Speaker 1: Justin is saying they are excessive. They are nearly eight
- 1:14Speaker 1: million in attorney fees and litigation costs. So in a
- 1:19Speaker 1: new violin Justin's legal team, who have done a pretty
- 1:22Speaker 1: amazing job so far, let's be honest, argue that Blake's
- 1:25Speaker 1: team over staffed hearing, so they have too many staff there.
- 1:30Speaker 1: They build for multiple attorneys to have a conference with
- 1:33Speaker 1: one another. They didn't need to do that, and they
- 1:35Speaker 1: charge for what they describe as unnecessary research and investigations.
- 1:41Speaker 1: They also claim that the fee requested is anything but
- 1:48Speaker 1: a typical fee motion, and they say more than half
- 1:52Speaker 1: a million in litigation should be denied entirely. So they're
- 1:57Speaker 1: not asking for the fees to go away, they're just
- 1:59Speaker 1: asking for more reasonable fees. Now, the New York Times
- 2:02Speaker 1: was involved in this too, because he sued them and
- 2:05Speaker 1: that was thrown out, and then they asked for their
- 2:07Speaker 1: fees and it was about one hundred and eighty two
- 2:09Speaker 1: hundred thousand. So that's the difference eight million, two hundred thousand.
- 2:13Speaker 1: So there's some law in LA that makes Justin have
- 2:16Speaker 1: to pay this. So there's no doubt he's going to
- 2:18Speaker 1: have to pay something. The question is how much now,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I sources say Blake was never shy with her lawyers.
- 2:25Speaker 1: If Blake didn't feel happy, or if she had something
- 2:28Speaker 1: she wanted to discuss, she got on the phone with lawyers,
- 2:31Speaker 1: two three lawyers for hours and hours and hours. Anybody
- 2:34Speaker 1: that's ever been involved in a lawsuit knows that is
- 2:36Speaker 1: a disaster. Lawyers charge by the hour. Don't talk to
- 2:41Speaker 1: your lawyers unless you have to, And when you did
- 2:43Speaker 1: talk to your lawyers, have a list of questions and
- 2:46Speaker 1: ask just those questions. It's not chitchat, it's not calling
- 2:50Speaker 1: your best friend being on the phone for two hours. No,
- 2:53Speaker 1: you're going to pay for that, or in this case,
- 2:56Speaker 1: just in Belt only might pay for that. So they
- 2:57Speaker 1: are pushing back. I'd imagine that a judge will be
- 3:01Speaker 1: sympathetic to a lot of these arguments. He's not gonna
- 3:04Speaker 1: get tossed out completely. He's gonna have to pay. But
- 3:06Speaker 1: eight million is so excessive, although we could argue that.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I think even if Blake gets all that money, she went,
- 3:13Speaker 1: but if she gets a lot of that money, she'll
- 3:15Speaker 1: still lose more in the court of public opinion. What
- 3:18Speaker 1: this trial, what this litigation, what this defeat has done
- 3:22Speaker 1: to Blake Lively is something we cannot talk about enough.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Her career is an absolute disarray. What casting director is
- 3:31Speaker 1: gonna want to work with Blake? What director is gonna
- 3:34Speaker 1: wanna work with Blake? If she doesn't get her own way?
- 3:36Speaker 1: Are you gonna have a law suits? Is she gonna
- 3:38Speaker 1: come after you legally like she did Justin? The whole
- 3:41Speaker 1: thing is so massive, and it is messy till the
- 3:44Speaker 1: very last moment. I can't imagine going through years of litigation.
- 3:49Speaker 1: This wasn't a couple of weeks. This is yes and
- 3:52Speaker 1: learning nothing. Blake's career is in disarray. She's no longer
- 3:55Speaker 1: friends with Taylor Swift. People in the industry now think
- 3:59Speaker 1: she's a mean girl. And she still wants more money.
- 4:02Speaker 1: This is not about the money. She has plenty of money.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, is allegedly a billionaire. He's made
- 4:08Speaker 1: a ton ton of money, not necessarily in movies, in projects,
- 4:12Speaker 1: in whiskeys, in promotions and marketing companies. So they have
- 4:15Speaker 1: the money. This is about hurting Justin, and it feels
- 4:19Speaker 1: now as if that was what they wanted all along.
- 4:22Speaker 1: They do not like Justin beltonly, and they want to
- 4:25Speaker 1: punish him, and they know the way to really make
- 4:28Speaker 1: him squirms in his pocketbook he doesn't have this money.
- 4:32Speaker 1: He's never had a career like Ryan Reynolds. He's never
- 4:36Speaker 1: had a hit, hit show. Yes, he has done lots
- 4:39Speaker 1: of TV, but he's not made money from TV like
- 4:41Speaker 1: Blake Lively has in Gossip Girls, Goodness Gracious, that was
- 4:44Speaker 1: running all the time around the clerk, making millions and
- 4:47Speaker 1: millions of dollars. And so this is about vengeance, it's
- 4:50Speaker 1: about payback, it's about holding a grudge, and it's just
- 4:55Speaker 1: so ugly and maybe a judge will see through some
- 4:58Speaker 1: of it. I think if they look at how much
- 5:00Speaker 1: the charge the Time, so the New what Times was
- 5:02Speaker 1: charging compared to Blake, it's a massive difference. One hundred
- 5:06Speaker 1: and eighty thousand dollars in legal fees. That's a lot
- 5:08Speaker 1: of money. Eight million is outrageous. And once again they
- 5:12Speaker 1: said she overstaffed everything. They didn't need five six people
- 5:16Speaker 1: to turn up. She charged him for her researching stuff
- 5:20Speaker 1: about herself. You can't charge people for living. It feels
- 5:24Speaker 1: as if Blake wants just in to pay for her
- 5:27Speaker 1: being alive for the last two years, every breath she took.
- 5:31Speaker 1: He feels like she thinks that he should pay for
- 5:34Speaker 1: it is messy. It shouldn't be surprising at this point.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It's very, very, very disappointing. I would have thought Blake
- 5:42Speaker 1: would have learnt something here, clearly, clearly not, which brings
- 5:45Speaker 1: us to a pole question of the day. Justin Baldoni's
- 5:49Speaker 1: legal team are slamming Blake Lively. Is eight million dollar
- 5:53Speaker 1: legal fee demand as excessive? I'd say that it's Blake
- 5:58Speaker 1: being greedy. This just greedy? Is it over? Do you
- 6:03Speaker 1: ever know the moment when you have to leave the
- 6:05Speaker 1: party it's over? She does not know that moment. What
- 6:09Speaker 1: do you think greedy? Do you think she's being greedy? Hey?
- 6:12Speaker 1: Go vote on at Twitter at ex page at Naughty
- 6:16Speaker 1: Nice rob Our facebook page is Nutty Gussip and sure
- 6:21Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Moving along,
- 6:24Speaker 1: Sunny Huston Who I Love on the View, her son
- 6:27Speaker 1: is in trouble and she dropped the do you know
- 6:31Speaker 1: who I am? Cardies? She did so. Sonny is making
- 6:34Speaker 1: headlines after reports that she she identified herself when she
- 6:38Speaker 1: was on the phone with the police. Her son was
- 6:41Speaker 1: in trouble, arrested for trespassing. She got on the phone.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Her son called her. His name's Gabriel. He looks like
- 6:48Speaker 1: he's a great young man. Twenty four year old Harvard graduate.
- 6:52Speaker 1: He was stopped for allegedly jogging along an active Metro
- 6:56Speaker 1: North Railway track in New Rochale. That's where they live,
- 6:59Speaker 1: where no trespassing signs were posted. Sonny, who is a
- 7:03Speaker 1: former prosecutor, has night taken on the role of her
- 7:06Speaker 1: son's attorney. Oh is that wise? Your mom being your
- 7:09Speaker 1: attorney and she's asking for prosecutors to dismiss the case.
- 7:12Speaker 1: But naw Page chicks are reporting that when the police
- 7:15Speaker 1: spoke to her son, he called her. She got on
- 7:18Speaker 1: the phone and she reminded the police that she was
- 7:21Speaker 1: on the View. Well, it didn't help. She's had to
- 7:24Speaker 1: send a legal letter. She said it was a mistake
- 7:27Speaker 1: and she doesn't think the area had enough signs up.
- 7:29Speaker 1: There was no gates, everything was unlocked. He was just
- 7:31Speaker 1: out jogging. It was a quote honest mistake. His schedule
- 7:36Speaker 1: to appear in court later this month. Gabriel, listen, Helloa Labolo,
- 7:41Speaker 1: don't take your mom. If your mom is going to
- 7:43Speaker 1: stop bragging about how famous she is and on the view,
- 7:45Speaker 1: you're going to lose this case. Kits yourself. She is
- 7:47Speaker 1: a good lawyer, she's a very very smart person, but
- 7:50Speaker 1: she your mom. I think it's too close. I think
- 7:53Speaker 1: this is a mistake in having somebody who's happy to
- 7:56Speaker 1: tell the police, and you know they've got it all recorded.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I'm sure it's on camera. I'm do you know, I'm
- 8:01Speaker 1: on the view. I'm on the view. What's you always lose?
- 8:05Speaker 1: When you have to remind people how important you are,
- 8:08Speaker 1: you've already lost because like those people celebrities, who do
- 8:12Speaker 1: you know who I am? No? I don't. Well maybe
- 8:14Speaker 1: yes I do, and I don't care. The law replies,
- 8:18Speaker 1: or it should apply equally to every person. Not if
- 8:23Speaker 1: you're not famous and you're famous, you get a different justice.
- 8:26Speaker 1: That's not right. It should be apply to everybody the same.
- 8:33Speaker 1: It does seem like a silly mistake Gabriel made here.
- 8:36Speaker 1: It might be more sinister. I know where I grew up,
- 8:38Speaker 1: the railway tracks, the tracks that was a little bit
- 8:43Speaker 1: of a sketchy part of town. Like you only went
- 8:45Speaker 1: to the railway tracks if you were up to no good.
- 8:46Speaker 1: There was stuff going on down there. Maybe he was
- 8:49Speaker 1: doing some of that, maybe not. We don't know, but
- 8:51Speaker 1: she's saying it was an honest mistake. If he was
- 8:53Speaker 1: out for a jog. Why wasn't he just jogging around
- 8:56Speaker 1: New Rochelle. It's a beautiful place, It's got beautiful parks
- 9:00Speaker 1: away track. There's more to the story, isn't there than
- 9:02Speaker 1: meets the eye? She says, an honest mistake. It could be,
- 9:07Speaker 1: but I don't think you're helping him by reminding everybody
- 9:09Speaker 1: that you are famous. Moving along, Prince Harry has finally
- 9:14Speaker 1: revealed what he does for a living. He said, is
- 9:15Speaker 1: a full time dad and a little bit more let
- 9:18Speaker 1: me explain in so he's embracing wearing lots of hats
- 9:21Speaker 1: these days. And he appeared on the Joe Marler podcast
- 9:25Speaker 1: that Jus of Sussex was introduced, introduced himself with his
- 9:29Speaker 1: full name. He has a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long,
- 9:31Speaker 1: long name. And then for occupations, he said, I'm a
- 9:34Speaker 1: full time dad, very nice, a British Army veteran. You
- 9:38Speaker 1: were in the army. Prince of England, he said that,
- 9:41Speaker 1: and Duke, that's how he identifies himself. Oh, Harry, Harry.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Harry doesn't have a job. He doesn't have a job,
- 9:51Speaker 1: and I think he still thinks that being the Prince
- 9:54Speaker 1: of England is a job. You walked away from that.
- 9:57Speaker 1: The fact that he said that tells you how to
- 10:00Speaker 1: much it really means to him. Meghan and Harry might say,
- 10:03Speaker 1: we are just Harry and Meghan. We don't want to
- 10:05Speaker 1: be part of that royal family. It's not for us.
- 10:07Speaker 1: And yet when you do a podcast, when you're asked
- 10:09Speaker 1: what do you do for a living, you say, I'm
- 10:11Speaker 1: a Prince of England. I'm a duke who says that.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Who doesn't believe it? He believes it. That's who he thinks.
- 10:18Speaker 1: He is very interesting. When you ask people what they
- 10:21Speaker 1: do for a living, I find it quite boring. Actually,
- 10:23Speaker 1: there's so many other questions I'd want to know about you.
- 10:26Speaker 1: But how do you identify yourself? I'm glad that he
- 10:30Speaker 1: said a full time dad. I think that is absolutely true.
- 10:33Speaker 1: I think that's an absolute priority. But it is interesting
- 10:36Speaker 1: in that job description, in that title that he gave himself,
- 10:40Speaker 1: Prince of England is still very much at the top
- 10:45Speaker 1: of the list. He regrets this, doesn't he He was
- 10:47Speaker 1: also asked too about the Invictors Games. He was asked
- 10:51Speaker 1: if he was the inventor and he said, I'm the founder.
- 10:53Speaker 1: That's more accurate. It was a candid interview to promote
- 10:56Speaker 1: the Invictor's Games. He was quite lighthearted in parts of it.
- 10:59Speaker 1: I listened to a little bit vulgar in parts two.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Pubic hair shaving and cutting. There's some stuff that I
- 11:05Speaker 1: didn't need to hear. But he's made the headlines recently.
- 11:08Speaker 1: He met with the King and the Queen and Meghan
- 11:10Speaker 1: and the children were there, and so that's a nice thing.
- 11:13Speaker 1: It's lovely to see Archie and Lilibard with no photographs.
- 11:17Speaker 1: You haven't seen a single picture from that event, but
- 11:19Speaker 1: we know it happens. The Palace has confirmed it. But
- 11:22Speaker 1: the takeaway from me here is Harry he still wants
- 11:25Speaker 1: to be a prince. He does. He really wants it. Okay,
- 11:29Speaker 1: Moving along, Selena Gomezi's mommy, who I've met Mandy many
- 11:32Speaker 1: many times. She's sparked a fan frenzy by saying she's
- 11:36Speaker 1: thrown in the trash ouch s. Selena's mother, Mandy is
- 11:40Speaker 1: facing backlash after an Instagram post left fans wondering whether
- 11:46Speaker 1: she was taking a swipe at her famous daughter and
- 11:49Speaker 1: her younger daughter, Gracie. It was really emotional caption and
- 11:54Speaker 1: she called her daughters. This is the nice part her
- 11:56Speaker 1: greatest accomplishments. That's big, that's beautiful. But then she went
- 12:00Speaker 1: on to say that they have thrown me in the trash.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Does she mean they've they've got too big for their bridges?
- 12:06Speaker 1: Does she mean that now that Selena is such a
- 12:09Speaker 1: big superstar, she doesn't have time for her mom. They
- 12:11Speaker 1: were always always together. Life changes. Selena's happily married. She
- 12:17Speaker 1: does no longer live at home, and that is absolutely
- 12:20Speaker 1: perfectly normal, and that's how it should be. I think
- 12:24Speaker 1: the problem here is when I met Mandy, Mandy wanted
- 12:27Speaker 1: to be a star. Selena is living the life Mandy
- 12:31Speaker 1: always wanted. And that's often the case when you see
- 12:34Speaker 1: celebrities look at their parents. That's how they got there.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Often it wasn't possible for their mom, their dad's generation
- 12:43Speaker 1: to get that far down the ladder, but they used
- 12:46Speaker 1: all their skills and all their power, all their money,
- 12:48Speaker 1: all their time to make sure their kids had a
- 12:50Speaker 1: very different life. And so Mandy used to drive Selena
- 12:54Speaker 1: around to audition after audition. They didn't have any money.
- 12:58Speaker 1: I'm sure paying for gas was and the mom did this.
- 13:01Speaker 1: The mom put in hours and hours of work to
- 13:04Speaker 1: give Selena the life that she always wanted. I'm sure
- 13:07Speaker 1: Selena wants it too. But when you grow up, what
- 13:11Speaker 1: do you owe your parents? It's such an interesting question,
- 13:14Speaker 1: isn't it? What are you owe your parents? And what
- 13:16Speaker 1: happens if you're jealous of your kids? Do your kids
- 13:20Speaker 1: live the life that you wanted? This is going to
- 13:23Speaker 1: be very, very difficult as children grow up if they
- 13:27Speaker 1: take on the roles that you always wanted. Are you
- 13:30Speaker 1: jealous of them? Are you proud of them? Can you
- 13:32Speaker 1: be both? Maybe you can be both? Here she did
- 13:35Speaker 1: say that her greatest accomplishments were her daughters, and then
- 13:39Speaker 1: in the next sentence said they threw me in the trash.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Ouh okay, quickly before we go to break. Tyler Perry
- 13:48Speaker 1: is firing back at a seventy seven million dollars or
- 13:50Speaker 1: so wow, saying I'm not embarrassed by my sexual orientation.
- 13:54Speaker 1: So Tyler is pushing back against the man who accused
- 13:58Speaker 1: him of sexual assault in insisting that he will not
- 14:02Speaker 1: be pressured into settling a seventy seven million dollar lawsuit.
- 14:05Speaker 1: In a new court filing, I'm just reading it right now,
- 14:08Speaker 1: Perry argues that his accuser, Mario Rodriguez, is using discovery
- 14:13Speaker 1: requests to damage his reputation and force a payout after
- 14:18Speaker 1: settlement talks failed. Perry says that he has already agreed
- 14:23Speaker 1: to sit to a deposition, but CAUs questions about his
- 14:27Speaker 1: sexual orientation irrelevant to the case. Well, if the case
- 14:30Speaker 1: is sexual harassment and it's a man who's saying you
- 14:33Speaker 1: sexually harass them, they need to prove you're interested in men.
- 14:36Speaker 1: So I don't think it's irrelevant. He also rejects the
- 14:39Speaker 1: idea that being attracted to a man would make someone
- 14:42Speaker 1: more likely to sexual assault. That's a good argument there.
- 14:46Speaker 1: It is a bigoted stereotype that gay people are more
- 14:50Speaker 1: sexually active. But I think missing the point here is
- 14:54Speaker 1: a man who's saying Tyler assaulted him, and so that
- 14:57Speaker 1: is important. If Tyler is not interested in men, then
- 15:00Speaker 1: this didn't happen. But if he is, then we need
- 15:03Speaker 1: to talk about it a little bit more. So this
- 15:05Speaker 1: is gonna move forward. Perry is asking the court to
- 15:09Speaker 1: sanction rod Regis Rodriguez for allegedly abusing the legal process.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I'm not sure quite what that means here. What do
- 15:16Speaker 1: you think here? He says he's not embarrassed by his
- 15:18Speaker 1: sexual orientation. Then why are you so quiet about it?
- 15:22Speaker 1: Why have you never said anything about it? Why it's mysterious,
- 15:26Speaker 1: isn't it? Okay, We're going to take a quick break
- 15:28Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:32Speaker 1: naughty but Nashami homestrum. Shoota hey, let's get to the
- 15:34Speaker 1: polls DA. Last year we talked about j Lo's oversized
- 15:39Speaker 1: summer hat that she wore to Wimbledon, upset tennis fans.
- 15:42Speaker 1: It was too big. Anyone sitting behind her could not
- 15:45Speaker 1: see the court. Are they right? Seventy percent said yes,
- 15:50Speaker 1: I got a bit. I would speit to a concert.
- 15:52Speaker 1: The person in front of me had this headdress on.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, I could see the show annoying, And
- 15:58Speaker 1: tickets are so expert. I don't think Jaylo paid for
- 16:01Speaker 1: her ticket for there so expensive. Hey, don't forget to
- 16:04Speaker 1: vote on today's pole going to wear ext Twitter page
- 16:07Speaker 1: at naughty nice rab our Facebook page is naughty yossip
- 16:13Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 16:16Speaker 1: And now is the time for and nicest of the day,
- 16:21Speaker 1: Oh my nicest of the day, Shanaia Twain, who has
- 16:24Speaker 1: a perfectly good excuse reason for not going to Taylor
- 16:27Speaker 1: Swift's wedding because she was touring with Taylor's ex, Harry Styles.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Can you imagine? She said? She said that the reason
- 16:35Speaker 1: she couldn't attend she to get invited. The reason she
- 16:37Speaker 1: couldn't attend was that she was performing the Country Icon.
- 16:40Speaker 1: So she received an invitation, but a committee to performing
- 16:43Speaker 1: with Harry Styles at Wembley sold out in Britain, so
- 16:47Speaker 1: she could not go. She also left at the coincidence,
- 16:50Speaker 1: so it was kind of funny, and she insists that
- 16:53Speaker 1: she would have done anything to celebrate with the newly Weeds,
- 16:55Speaker 1: but instead she was performing with Taylor's X now his
- 16:59Speaker 1: fiance say Zoe Kravitz did ten. Lots of other celebrities too,
- 17:03Speaker 1: couldn't attend. Ryan Seacrest was invited, couldn't go, was working,
- 17:06Speaker 1: James Taylor was working, and so don't worry about this one.
- 17:11Speaker 1: But it did make me chuckle. All the people to
- 17:15Speaker 1: be working with that night. It was one of Taylor's
- 17:19Speaker 1: exes ad nicest of the day, and now I noticed
- 17:21Speaker 1: the day naughty, naughty, naughty. Brian Austin Green says physical
- 17:25Speaker 1: attraction wasn't enough to save his marriage to Megan Fox.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Duh so Brian Austin Green is reflecting on the lesson
- 17:31Speaker 1: he learned from his marriage to Megan Fox. Speaking on
- 17:35Speaker 1: a podcast, the actor omitted that his relationship was built
- 17:39Speaker 1: entirely around physical attraction rather than a deeper friendship. No
- 17:45Speaker 1: wonder it did not last. They's Splitted twenty twenty. He
- 17:49Speaker 1: said therapy helped him recognize his unhealthy patterns that he
- 17:53Speaker 1: brought into relationships. Since then, he's been engaged to Dancing
- 17:56Speaker 1: with the Stars pro Shanna Burgess. I love and these two,
- 18:01Speaker 1: he says, have a deep friendship, honesty and an emotional connection,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and it can't always be about looks, and if it is,
