A heartbreaking hit-and-run in Lake City, Florida, claimed the lives of 16-year-old Mya Raulerson and 15-year-old Mae Waters. The driver, 31-year-old Jaron Carr, allegedly fled the scene after crashing into their car, facing six counts of leaving the scene of a crash.
