  Speaker 2: Love your City where we just want to invite people,

  Speaker 2: all people, whether you're part of a business or another

  Speaker 2: nonprofit or a church, or you're an individual looking to serve,

  Speaker 2: to come serve with us. And so we coordinate four

  Speaker 2: days of serving, different time spots within each day and

  Speaker 2: different nonprofits represented each day as well, in hopes to

  Speaker 2: fit anyone's schedule, whether it's a morning shift or after

  Speaker 2: noon or an evening. And then you just go on

  Speaker 1: Let's talk about what trade ministries is. And then I'm

  Speaker 1: what do you guys do and how long you've been around?

  Speaker 2: Yeah, So we are a young adult ministry on we
• 1:32
  Speaker 2: service ages eighteen to thirty. We do everything from spiritual formations,
• 1:37
  Speaker 2: leadership development, to just community building. And we have a
• 1:39
  Speaker 2: space incy Falls that we have normal operating business hours
• 1:43
  Speaker 2: like anyone else, and so young adulves can just come
• 1:45
  Speaker 2: in and kind of use the space how the fit.

  Speaker 2: And then we have programming that layers throughout the week
• 1:49
  Speaker 2: as well. But a big thing that's important to us
• 1:53
  Speaker 2: at Trey is community engagement. How do you give back
• 1:56
  Speaker 2: to your community? We use the words a lot servant
• 1:59
  Speaker 2: leadership and so this is a really cool way for
• 2:01
  Speaker 2: us to do, but to showcase to young adults. Hey,

  Speaker 2: this is what you do. You get active in your community,

  Speaker 2: you find place to volunteer, you fall in love with
• 2:09
  Speaker 2: volunteering because it's what we should do as a people
• 2:13
  Speaker 2: as get back to organizations. So yeah, that's kind of
• 2:15
  Speaker 2: some little deal.

  Speaker 1: I love that. And again, I think this is such

  Speaker 1: a cool thing, and I love what you guys do

  Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, and that's the hope. You know. We know

  Speaker 2: people are busy, you know, and that's I feel like

  Speaker 2: it's a lot of times and I'm not just saying
• 2:46
  Speaker 2: that we always are looking for excuses, but sometimes that's
• 2:48
  Speaker 2: our excuse of like I can't make that, I got
• 2:50
  Speaker 2: something else, and hopefully, you know, we've kind of layered
• 2:53
  Speaker 2: it in a way where people can say, hey, you
• 2:55
  Speaker 2: know what, I actually do have an hour that morning
• 2:57
  Speaker 2: or two hours that morning, and I would love to
• 2:59
  Speaker 2: give back to it. And so that's kind of our

  Speaker 2: hope with kind of layer in it the way that
• 3:03
  Speaker 2: we did.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, the youngest normally that we see is eighteen,

  Speaker 2: give some stragglers. You know, we will have some random
• 3:54
  Speaker 2: high school seniors and maybe seventeen that'll come in and

  Speaker 2: check us out, and then we kind of cut that off,

  Speaker 2: or our rough cutoff is thirty. But we have young
• 4:05
  Speaker 2: adults too who come in the doors who might be
• 4:07
  Speaker 2: thirty one or thirty two or thirty three. It's kind
• 4:09
  Speaker 2: of just all based off of where you are in life,

  Speaker 2: kind of what you're looking for. But yeah, like I said, John, two,

  Speaker 2: our big things community being community builders, sending young adults
• 4:19
  Speaker 2: back into the community that are then kind of set
• 4:21
  Speaker 2: in their identity a little bit more. There's a lot
• 4:25
  Speaker 2: of things around young adults where they don't feel like
• 4:27
  Speaker 2: they belong or that they have purpose so that they
• 4:30
  Speaker 2: have hope, and so how can we bridge the gap?

  Speaker 2: And we start with the community piece, and then we
• 4:34
  Speaker 2: kind of expand on it as we get to know
• 4:36
  Speaker 2: each young adult personally and plug them in in different areas.

  Speaker 1: So I think it's great. I love that you're doing

  Speaker 1: this for the young adults. You don't have any old

  Speaker 1: adult ministries do because boy, I'm way too old for
• 4:47
  Speaker 1: all this stuff. But I love what you're doing. This

  Speaker 2: Yeah, well I appreciate well. Actually the Levery City Week though,

  Speaker 2: That's the other cool thing is that one is all ages.

  Speaker 2: Anyone come and hang out and come serve, so there's

  Speaker 2: no age parameters on the on the Serve Week, we

  Speaker 2: want everyone to show up.

  Speaker 1: So even old fogies like me could come and help

  Speaker 2: Yeah, even some older people, the people who are a
• 5:07
  Speaker 2: little bit older than our demographic.

  Speaker 1: Absolutely, we'll call us more experience. How's that that that

  Speaker 1: sounds way more prepared. I like, well, I think this
