- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:01Speaker 2: A happy Wednesday, y'all. Thank you so much for starting
- 0:04Speaker 2: your day with us. We appreciate it.
- 0:05Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez right here with those three things, presented by
- 0:08Speaker 3: Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:09Speaker 4: Britney Spears's biopick is back on track with a writer
- 0:13Speaker 4: from New Girl. So insiders claimed months ago that the
- 0:16Speaker 4: Universal had pulled the plug on their Britney Spears biopick,
- 0:19Speaker 4: but we are so back, okay. Screenwriter Liz Merriweather, who's
- 0:24Speaker 4: worked on films like No Strings Attached and the TV
- 0:26Speaker 4: show New Girl, has signed on and Wicked director John M.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Chew is back on board as well.
- 0:32Speaker 5: Love.
- 0:32Speaker 4: The film is going to be based off of Britney's
- 0:35Speaker 4: best selling memoir The Woman in Me, and it's got
- 0:38Speaker 4: her full backing.
- 0:39Speaker 1: So now that we have everybody's.
- 0:40Speaker 4: Set, she's into it, everybody's going to start getting everything together.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Hopefully we get some more information on like when we can.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Expect it, who's going to be cast in it, you know,
- 0:49Speaker 4: all the information that we've been waiting for, so fingers
- 0:51Speaker 4: crossed we get that soon. Metro Parks Police are going
- 0:54Speaker 4: to increase patrols. The partnering with other divisions to add
- 0:58Speaker 4: more patrols in areas that are needed.
- 1:01Speaker 1: A lot of park.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Goers don't feel safe because so far this year, Centennial
- 1:05Speaker 4: Park has had nearly seventeen incidences.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Es Rose Park has had five.
- 1:10Speaker 4: The list goes on and on of just things happening
- 1:13Speaker 4: in the park that should not be happening. So they're
- 1:15Speaker 4: hoping that if they increase patrols, it'll help everybody feel
- 1:19Speaker 4: safer and they can make sure that these things don't occur.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Most incidences happen in the parks on Mondays and Fridays,
- 1:26Speaker 4: so those are going to be the days that they
- 1:27Speaker 4: focus on for now. During the weekend, these parks are
- 1:30Speaker 4: packed and there's less incidences of anything happening because there
- 1:33Speaker 4: are just more people around.
- 1:35Speaker 1: So hopefully this helps out.
- 1:37Speaker 4: And if you need help setting aside time for yourself,
- 1:40Speaker 4: try setting up a golden hour. You know, golden hour
- 1:43Speaker 4: probably as when the sun sets the perfect way and
- 1:46Speaker 4: everything kind of looks golden around you. And you know
- 1:49Speaker 4: when you see golden hour, that feeling that you feel
- 1:52Speaker 4: that serotonin boost. You're like, oh my god, everything looks
- 1:54Speaker 4: so pretty. That's kind of the same idea of everything
- 1:57Speaker 4: feeling good and warm and cozy. A golden hour is
- 2:00Speaker 4: a small block of time between work and bedtime that
- 2:03Speaker 4: you dedicate to yourself, something that helps you recharge. Though,
- 2:07Speaker 4: So instead of doom scrolling on Instagram or TikTok or
- 2:10Speaker 4: anything like that, they want you to watch.
- 2:12Speaker 1: TV that you like. They want you to take a walk,
- 2:15Speaker 1: to call.
- 2:15Speaker 4: A friend, read work on a puzzle, listen to a podcast.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Things that help you relax outside of work, even if
- 2:22Speaker 4: it's just sitting outside.
- 2:23Speaker 1: With your favorite drink, that can be your golden hour.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I like this.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Thirty minutes of intentional downtime can make your evenings just
- 2:30Speaker 4: completely turn around.
- 2:32Speaker 1: So this is the new thing that people are trying.
- 2:34Speaker 1: I like it too, Kevin.
- 2:35Speaker 4: I think thirty minutes is a nice timeframe to give yourself.
- 2:38Speaker 4: It's hard to make sure that you have time for yourself.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Thirty minutes is nothing. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
- 2:44Speaker 4: the three things you need to know.
- 2:45Speaker 3: That's a good tip. Thank you so much, Ricky. Good
- 2:48Speaker 3: morning friends, thank you for being here. We've got more
- 2:50Speaker 3: Kayla any tickets on the way for the first caller
- 2:51Speaker 3: within ten minutes. We let's get a call for those.
- 2:54Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:57Speaker 4: On the good Morning, it's one of us and five
- 3:00Speaker 4: the river. We've got our friend Alison in Auburn, Kentucky
- 3:04Speaker 4: on the line. I love when people from Kentucky call
- 3:06Speaker 4: in because sometimes I forget we've reached all.
- 3:08Speaker 2: The way up there.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Yeah, sim's think us every morning. Oh thank you, Alison.
- 3:13Speaker 1: We appreciate that.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Allison. You did you do anything? Have you done anything
- 3:17Speaker 3: big this summer? Do you have like a big summer
- 3:19Speaker 3: plan or anything going on?
- 3:20Speaker 7: We went to Chicago last week, and I am a
- 3:25Speaker 7: nanny for two little kids, so I don't actually get
- 3:29Speaker 7: a lot of time off. But yeah, I have a
- 3:31Speaker 7: summer trip in September coming up though.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, go in to the beach.
- 3:36Speaker 8: Well.
- 3:37Speaker 4: We love Chicago, the two of us. Both of us
- 3:39Speaker 4: love Chicago. Kevin, you're actually more versed in Chicago than
- 3:42Speaker 4: I am.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I lived there for a long time.
- 3:43Speaker 3: I grew up right outside of Chicago, and I went
- 3:45Speaker 3: to college in Neighborville, Illinois. I lived in Chicago forever,
- 3:48Speaker 3: so it's it's one of my absolute favorite cities.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Nice.
- 3:51Speaker 7: My wife is from Ottawa, Okay, grew up right outside
- 3:55Speaker 7: as well.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I love hearing where everybody comes from. Because we're all
- 3:58Speaker 4: over the place.
- 3:59Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Yeah, we're excited that you're also gonna get time to
- 4:02Speaker 4: go to the beach. Everybody should go to the beach
- 4:04Speaker 4: during the summer, just get like some moments out there
- 4:07Speaker 4: near the water.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I don't know about you.
- 4:09Speaker 4: I love being here in Nashville, but I hate being landlocked.
- 4:13Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, I would love to live at the beach,
- 4:15Speaker 7: but my wife is like absolutely not.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Every relationships and balance.
- 4:22Speaker 7: Right Hurricane insurance.
- 4:24Speaker 3: As you did say you're leaving in September, you're gonna
- 4:28Speaker 3: be around September eighth. Uh yeah, okay, great, you're gonna
- 4:32Speaker 3: go see Kaylene because you're the first caller of the day.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Yeah, congratulations.
- 4:37Speaker 4: You're gonna see her September eighth at Municipal Auditorium. It's
- 4:40Speaker 4: gonna be a beautiful show. She has such a gorgeous voice.
- 4:44Speaker 7: Oh definitely. I've seen some of her videos from her
- 4:47Speaker 7: tour regionally and I'm like, oh my god, oh kids.
- 4:51Speaker 2: You're gonna be there. You're gonna see her in person.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Alison, thank you so much for listening, starting your day
- 4:55Speaker 3: with us, and congratulations.
- 4:57Speaker 7: Thank you more.
- 4:59Speaker 8: Same time.
- 5:00Speaker 6: If you want, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning, Ricky,
- 5:03Speaker 6: another documentary has upended my life?
- 5:08Speaker 1: Oh my god, what did you watch it?
- 5:09Speaker 3: It's my wife, my wife. I actually watched it with her,
- 5:12Speaker 3: but she's the one making all the changes. I don't
- 5:14Speaker 3: know if we're the only ones to do this, but
- 5:16Speaker 3: like this happens every few years, where we watch a
- 5:17Speaker 3: documentary and then it completely changes everything about our lifestyle.
- 5:22Speaker 1: You change the way you eat, you change the way
- 5:24Speaker 1: you wake up in the morning. It's a whole thing.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Right after Jason Derulo, I'll tell you what it was.
- 5:29Speaker 3: What documentary changed our life?
- 5:32Speaker 1: Oh, we're making a lot of changes.
- 5:33Speaker 8: I'll tell you next down the River, Ricky, Zach and
- 5:36Speaker 8: Mannow in the Morning.
- 5:39Speaker 4: I just I don't know why Kevin watches anything, any
- 5:43Speaker 4: documentary ever, because whenever your family watches a documentary, your
- 5:47Speaker 4: entire life changes, and it's not necessarily for the good.
- 5:50Speaker 1: It's Ricky, Zack and.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Manno in the Morning on one of seven, five the River.
- 5:54Speaker 4: What did you recently watch that has now completely shifted.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Your lifestyle for the next year. It's called the Plastic Detox.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I knew it.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Have you seen it?
- 6:02Speaker 3: As a And I feel like your husband AJ would
- 6:06Speaker 3: really be into this.
- 6:07Speaker 4: We have not watched it. It's been on our list
- 6:09Speaker 4: for quite a while. I'm avoiding it like the plague
- 6:12Speaker 4: right now because i know he's gonna do the same
- 6:13Speaker 4: thing that you guys are doing.
- 6:14Speaker 3: I think there's something to avoiding it, Ricky, Like it's
- 6:17Speaker 3: a whole you know, ignorance is bliss thing not knowing
- 6:22Speaker 3: some of these things, how much plastic we're consuming on a.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Date sage, just have you guys made again.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I'm gonna put most of this on my wife.
- 6:30Speaker 3: She has taken upon herself to swap out our straws.
- 6:34Speaker 3: You know, we had plastic straws with like like like
- 6:36Speaker 3: Stanley cups and stuff our toothbrushes, some of our like dishes,
- 6:39Speaker 3: like things that we store food in, our coffee maker,
- 6:42Speaker 3: our tea bags. The list goes on.
- 6:45Speaker 2: It is, but you know these are good change. And
- 6:49Speaker 2: I'm not even so worried about myself with plastic.
- 6:51Speaker 3: I'm worried about my kids and what it's doing to
- 6:53Speaker 3: them because it is just everywhere, all around us, all
- 6:55Speaker 3: the time, the amount we have in our brains.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And in our I was gonna say, did you watch it?
- 7:00Speaker 4: Because the reality is is that we have microplastics inside
- 7:03Speaker 4: of it.
- 7:04Speaker 1: It's all like an insane amount.
- 7:05Speaker 3: The documentary focuses on couples that are having fertility issues
- 7:10Speaker 3: and how it's going to affect them. So again you
- 7:12Speaker 3: pass it down. Not necessarily worried about myself for the future.
- 7:16Speaker 2: It's my kids.
- 7:17Speaker 3: But if anybody doesn't want to go down this rabbit hole,
- 7:19Speaker 3: avoid the documentary at all costs. And honestly, the documentaries
- 7:23Speaker 3: that have changed our lives in the past, like I'm
- 7:25Speaker 3: glad that we watched So we watched one about sugar
- 7:27Speaker 3: and that kind of turned me off from sugar.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Okay, but you guys go to the extreme.
- 7:31Speaker 3: I've been a vegetarian for over twelve years because of
- 7:34Speaker 3: a documentary.
- 7:35Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 7:35Speaker 2: You guys go to the extreme of everything.
- 7:38Speaker 4: As opposed to just watching it and be like, Wow,
- 7:40Speaker 4: what great information for me to take and implement in
- 7:43Speaker 4: some way, shape or.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Forward in my life. You guys are just like, all right,
- 7:47Speaker 1: everything it's changing must go.
- 7:49Speaker 4: We can never have sugar again in our lives. We
- 7:51Speaker 4: can't eat meat, plastic is out.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Yeah, we're only ever using.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Glass, do you think?
- 7:56Speaker 3: Honestly, my question for you is ignorance bliss in this situation?
- 7:59Speaker 3: Would you rather just not watch the thing?
- 8:01Speaker 1: No, I'm going to watch it at some point. And
- 8:02Speaker 1: this is the thing with my husband.
- 8:04Speaker 4: I already know a lot of what this documentary is
- 8:06Speaker 4: going to tell me because he's very involved in the
- 8:10Speaker 4: environment and the effects of plastic and health and wellness
- 8:13Speaker 4: and all of those things. So I'm gonna watch it
- 8:15Speaker 4: at some point. I just know it's going to make
- 8:17Speaker 4: me depressed.
- 8:18Speaker 2: It's depressing as hell.
- 8:19Speaker 1: So that's why I've been avoiding it.
- 8:21Speaker 4: I don't need to be more depressed than I already am.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Everything around us feels like it's on fire every day,
- 8:28Speaker 4: so I've been avoiding it.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Yeah, but at the same time, it's it's good to know.
- 8:32Speaker 4: It's good information to know you don't want to be
- 8:34Speaker 4: later on in life going.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Oh my god, I had no idea about that.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Totally good.
- 8:37Speaker 1: You guys also can balance it.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Three things.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Thank you so much for being here just after seven o'clock.
- 8:49Speaker 3: It's going to be a great day. Ricky's got those
- 8:50Speaker 3: three things. Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Melcy says that the Spice Girls now fully own their
- 8:57Speaker 4: movie Spice World, and we're gonna be able.
- 9:00Speaker 1: To stream it soon.
- 9:01Speaker 4: This is I don't think you understand how monumental this
- 9:04Speaker 4: is for me specifically. I loved that movie so much.
- 9:09Speaker 4: It is such a weird, strange cult classic from like
- 9:14Speaker 4: I think came out nineteen ninety seven.
- 9:16Speaker 3: I saw in the theater imber seeing the Yeah.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Oh my god, I love this we when I was
- 9:21Speaker 4: a kid, I watched it so many times. Sportspice herself
- 9:24Speaker 4: has now said on a podcast that the movie went
- 9:26Speaker 4: through a lot of different owners, which is why.
- 9:28Speaker 1: We haven't been able to watch it.
- 9:30Speaker 4: But now the girls have the rights to it and
- 9:33Speaker 4: that they plan to, you know, kind of pitch it
- 9:35Speaker 4: to different places so that it can stream in the
- 9:37Speaker 4: not too distant future.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I just can't wait to watch it again. I am
- 9:41Speaker 1: so excited.
- 9:42Speaker 4: If you've never seen it, you need to watch it,
- 9:45Speaker 4: and you're gonna be like, wow, Ricky is a weirdo.
- 9:47Speaker 4: But if you are a millennial, you'll understand. It was
- 9:49Speaker 4: literally it was just a moment, you know, It's just
- 9:51Speaker 4: a moment. So excited. Tennessee is combating AI with a Yeah,
- 9:56Speaker 4: it's a real program that they're doing right now. So
- 9:59Speaker 4: Tennessee is putting a verified stamp of authenticity on its
- 10:03Speaker 4: vacation ads to fight against AI and their generated travel
- 10:07Speaker 4: pictures because a new study shows ninety five percent of
- 10:09Speaker 4: travelers failed to pick out real photos when shown side
- 10:12Speaker 4: by side comparisons, and because three quarters of Americans refuse
- 10:17Speaker 4: to book a trip without seeing pictures. First, state officials said,
- 10:20Speaker 4: we got to do something about this obviously, so they
- 10:23Speaker 4: attached all of their marketing photos to these specific destinations
- 10:28Speaker 4: and make sure that they are completely genuine photos, know
- 10:32Speaker 4: AI whatsoever. The State Tourism Department calls it the Yeah
- 10:36Speaker 4: It's Real certification program, so that you know that what
- 10:39Speaker 4: you're seeing is.
- 10:39Speaker 1: One hundred percent what you're getting. It's kind of.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Crazy that, you know, it's getting harder and harder for
- 10:43Speaker 4: people to pick out real photos in comparison to AI.
- 10:47Speaker 4: But I love this program. I think it's a great
- 10:49Speaker 4: way to show how beautiful Tennessee actually is and the
- 10:53Speaker 4: fact that we don't need AI to make it look
- 10:55Speaker 4: any better. And according to a new survey, a lot
- 10:58Speaker 4: of people think movies are just too long. I think, Kevin,
- 11:03Speaker 4: this can go either way. You're either going to agree
- 11:05Speaker 4: or lose your mind about this. The average ideal movie
- 11:08Speaker 4: length is just under an hour and a half at
- 11:11Speaker 4: eighty eight minutes. And the older that you are, the
- 11:13Speaker 4: more willing you are to watch a longer movie because
- 11:16Speaker 4: baby boomers say their ideal length is ninety three minutes,
- 11:20Speaker 4: but gen Z says their ideal length is eighty two minutes.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Well, Ricky, I just looked up the runtime of Spice World.
- 11:26Speaker 1: How long is it?
- 11:27Speaker 2: Ninety three minutes?
- 11:28Speaker 9: Wow?
- 11:29Speaker 1: Yeah, that's kind of crazy. Such a good movie. I'm
- 11:33Speaker 1: telling you.
- 11:33Speaker 4: I'm Frick Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:36Speaker 4: need to know.
- 11:36Speaker 1: And I'm willing to die on that hill.
- 11:38Speaker 4: That Spice World is just great a stuff.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I remember not liking it, but maybe I need to
- 11:43Speaker 3: get I need.
- 11:46Speaker 2: To give it another chance. I guess time Zack's back.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Zach is out today. I've got a good one for you.
- 11:51Speaker 8: Next down the room class is in Sessions Zax Facts
- 11:56Speaker 8: brought to you by Mark Spain Real.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Estate on one seven five.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Ricky, did you know the world's longest named lake is
- 12:04Speaker 3: here in America?
- 12:05Speaker 2: It is forty five letters in the name of this lake?
- 12:08Speaker 1: What how do you say it?
- 12:09Speaker 2: I'm not even going to attempt to pronounce it.
- 12:12Speaker 3: No, I'm not going to it's it comes from an
- 12:14Speaker 3: Algonquin language.
- 12:17Speaker 2: I'll play it for you.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I pulled the audio of, like you know, one of
- 12:20Speaker 3: those robotic voices online saying the name of this lake.
- 12:23Speaker 2: This lake is in Massachusetts.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Here we go chark goga dog man chaga dog bana
- 12:28Speaker 1: gunka mauk.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Now you try to say, oh.
- 12:31Speaker 4: That doesn't sound as long as I thought it was
- 12:33Speaker 4: gonna sound.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Try it.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I don't even remember half of the vowels.
- 12:36Speaker 2: I'll do it one more time for hear you.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Chart Googa dog man chaga dog chi banna gunka mauk.
- 12:42Speaker 4: I only chamagagog Nope, I think you're wrong.
- 12:46Speaker 3: People call it Webster Lake for short, Webster to the.
- 12:50Speaker 6: Day, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on
- 12:56Speaker 6: the river.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I will say that every time I'm on a dance floor,
- 12:58Speaker 3: the only thing that I really hurt is my ego.
- 13:01Speaker 3: It's a little low yourself, a little bruised every once
- 13:04Speaker 3: in a while because I cannot dance, and my wife
- 13:06Speaker 3: loves pointing out how bad I am at it. So
- 13:08Speaker 3: that's my dance floor. That's my dance floor injuries. But
- 13:11Speaker 3: there are more physical dance floor injuries that are quite
- 13:14Speaker 3: common out there.
- 13:16Speaker 4: Well, yeah, because if you're out on the dance floor,
- 13:17Speaker 4: and especially if.
- 13:18Speaker 1: You're at a wedding or a bar or something like
- 13:20Speaker 1: that and you're.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Drinking, it's just things happen in those moments. And the
- 13:24Speaker 4: reason we bring this up is because recently I was
- 13:26Speaker 4: at a wedding.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Shocker.
- 13:28Speaker 4: I know, I'm at a wedding every weekend at this point,
- 13:30Speaker 4: but I was at a wedding with a bunch of
- 13:31Speaker 4: my friends and out of nowhere, an injury happened out
- 13:35Speaker 4: on the dance floor that I just wasn't expecting.
- 13:37Speaker 3: My friend John, my friend John too, let's call him out, Johnkamuchi,
- 13:40Speaker 3: he's the one that just happened to.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Yes, that's this happened too.
- 13:44Speaker 4: He was dancing on the dance floor and he was
- 13:46Speaker 4: just having so much fun that he started.
- 13:49Speaker 1: To chase on his nipples, so he had.
- 13:53Speaker 4: To go to the bathroom to get band aids to
- 13:57Speaker 4: cover up his nipples like a marathon.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Yes, because he was.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Shaving so hard from dancing so hard on the dance floor.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Never expected that kind of injury to happen. Typically, the
- 14:07Speaker 4: injuries are like a twisted ankle. You ever getting hit
- 14:09Speaker 4: in the head with something. AJ got hit in the
- 14:11Speaker 4: head with an aluminum can once for my other friend
- 14:15Speaker 4: and sliced his forehead opened up war Yeah, he bled everywhere.
- 14:19Speaker 1: It was a whole thing.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I don't know why this happens to everybody I know,
- 14:25Speaker 4: but I feel like we can't be the only people
- 14:27Speaker 4: that are constantly getting injured. AJ stomps out my feet
- 14:30Speaker 4: every time we're on the dance floor. I'm constantly getting
- 14:33Speaker 4: injured because of him, so.
- 14:35Speaker 2: He can't dance either. I'm not alone. Then if he's
- 14:36Speaker 2: stepping on your feet that often.
- 14:38Speaker 1: It's not correct.
- 14:39Speaker 3: I did find a list of the top five most
- 14:41Speaker 3: common dance floor injuries. We've got sprained ankles like you mentioned,
- 14:45Speaker 3: knee injuries from like jumping up and down and something
- 14:47Speaker 3: makes sense, pulled hamstrings, slips and falls, and then next
- 14:50Speaker 3: strains from enthusiastic headbanging.
- 14:53Speaker 2: But bloody nipples are not on here at all.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Well, it should be added to the list.
- 15:00Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's one of seven five the River.
- 15:06Speaker 4: We are about to play Trivia Train, which is the
- 15:09Speaker 4: new Kevin Manner's game of the day.
- 15:11Speaker 1: This is the first time that we're doing this this week.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Yesterday it went well, I think so.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Yes, she got it in two questions yesterday.
- 15:18Speaker 1: So let's see how it goes today.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Tricia, and Bellevue is on the line. Good morning, Tricia,
- 15:23Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 15:24Speaker 3: You do not know how this works. I'm guessing you
- 15:26Speaker 3: didn't hear yesterday, so we'll explain it to you. I'm
- 15:28Speaker 3: gonna ask you a question. If you get that right,
- 15:31Speaker 3: you know, we keep going here and the next question
- 15:33Speaker 3: will be inspired by the previous question. Just to catch
- 15:36Speaker 3: you up. Here's where we started yesterday. We started with
- 15:38Speaker 3: Hillary Duff. That took us to Duff Beer. From Duff
- 15:41Speaker 3: Beer to Coor's Light, which is called the Silver Bullet,
- 15:43Speaker 3: and from Silver Bullet we got to were wolves.
- 15:45Speaker 2: And that's where we're gonna pick up today.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Okay, whoa, So they're all connected somehow, some way, But really,
- 15:53Speaker 4: you just need to be able to answer the trivia question.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Okay, okay, don't get into your head too much.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I feel like I made it more confusing. Tricia. Here
- 16:00Speaker 2: we go. Your game starts right now.
- 16:04Speaker 3: In the Twilight movies, what was the first name of
- 16:08Speaker 3: the werewolf portrayed.
- 16:09Speaker 2: By Taylor Lautner.
- 16:15Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 16:16Speaker 3: You want to think about it for a second year.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Either team blank or your team blank. You know their names.
- 16:22Speaker 3: There's the vampire and there's the wolf.
- 16:25Speaker 7: I never I kind of know it, but I don't.
- 16:28Speaker 3: It's okay, it's okay. You didn't get that one right.
- 16:29Speaker 3: You need two out of three to get him. So
- 16:31Speaker 3: that was Jacob. There was Edward and Jacob. So you
- 16:33Speaker 3: didn't get that one.
- 16:34Speaker 2: But that's okay. Inspired by Taylor Lawtner.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Your next question, who just officiated Taylor Swift's wedding ceremony?
- 16:45Speaker 1: Adam Sandler. There we go a point on the board.
- 16:50Speaker 2: You need this next one.
- 16:51Speaker 3: You either get this right and you win, or you
- 16:53Speaker 3: don't and we say goodbye.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You ready, Yeah, all right? Inspired by Adam Sandler.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Beginning with fifty first dates in two thousand and four,
- 17:02Speaker 3: Adam Sandler has started four movies alongside.
- 17:05Speaker 2: What actress.
- 17:08Speaker 9: Drew Barrymore.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Drew Barrymore, We come back in the century. You're like
- 17:15Speaker 2: Lionel Messy over here. Congratulations, thank you.
- 17:19Speaker 1: You're so welcome.
- 17:20Speaker 4: We're gonna see Hillary duffin Nashville.
- 17:22Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 17:23Speaker 3: And that's how trivia train works. We're gonna put you
- 17:25Speaker 3: out hold to get all your information. We're playing tomorrow,
- 17:27Speaker 3: picking up where we left off with Drew Barrymore.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:31Speaker 4: The picking up where we left off thing is is that
- 17:32Speaker 4: I think where it gets.
- 17:33Speaker 5: A little confusing, probably, But you know, we're trying these
- 17:37Speaker 5: games out there. Yeah, we just you know, we throw
- 17:39Speaker 5: them against the wall, seawood sticks.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Three things you need to Let's go.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Just after eight o'clock. We are so happy you're here.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Let's make it a great Wednesday. Ricky's got those three things.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Mariska Hargatea is going to host the Emmy Awards. She's
- 17:55Speaker 4: the first woman to host the Emmy since twenty eleven,
- 17:58Speaker 4: when Jane Lynch got the gig. In recent years, they've
- 18:01Speaker 4: chosen stand up comics or late night talk show hosts
- 18:03Speaker 4: to MC because they kind of switch between the different
- 18:07Speaker 4: you know, channels that are going to broadcast. So whichever
- 18:09Speaker 4: channel had the late night host, they would choose their
- 18:12Speaker 4: late night host in order to kind of, you know,
- 18:14Speaker 4: boost them up. But now we have a whole new
- 18:17Speaker 4: like playing fields here. I'm really excited about this. As
- 18:20Speaker 4: for nominees. Those are going to be announced today, but
- 18:23Speaker 4: that Buddy might be nominated for his Super Bowl halftime show.
- 18:27Speaker 4: Selena Gomez is looking for a nomination for her role
- 18:30Speaker 4: on Only Murders in the Building. Zendeia is a favorite
- 18:33Speaker 4: right now for HBO's Euphoria, So we will see who
- 18:37Speaker 4: those nominations are going to be. The Emmys are happening
- 18:40Speaker 4: this September in Los Angeles, and I am truly genuinely excited.
- 18:44Speaker 4: I don't get as excited for award ceremonies anymore, but
- 18:48Speaker 4: like when you switch it up like this, Yeah, and
- 18:50Speaker 4: somebody like Morisco who everybody loves, and Adoors, I think
- 18:53Speaker 4: this is a good way to go.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Tennis, book, do you have to add the dune? Done? Tennis?
- 19:00Speaker 4: Coco Golf is the youngest to reach all Grand Slams
- 19:03Speaker 4: semi finals since two thousand and seven. Maria Sharapova was
- 19:08Speaker 4: the last to do this, but now at twenty two
- 19:10Speaker 4: years old, Coco Golf has done it again after beating
- 19:13Speaker 4: Jessica Pagula yesterday. So next up for her she has
- 19:17Speaker 4: a semifinal matchup against Krolina Muchova on Thursday.
- 19:23Speaker 1: But this is huge obviously, we love to see it.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Coca golf.
- 19:27Speaker 4: You watch her play and she's got such intensity and
- 19:30Speaker 4: such like passion for the sports.
- 19:32Speaker 1: So I'm really pumped for her.
- 19:33Speaker 4: But with Coco and Carolina both now having reached the
- 19:36Speaker 4: semifinals at all four Slams, it's the first major where
- 19:40Speaker 4: multiple women have accomplished that feat since the two thousand and.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Three US Open. Cool.
- 19:45Speaker 4: So the women are back and they're killing it in tennis,
- 19:47Speaker 4: and I.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Love to see it. You're just gonna do that after
- 19:51Speaker 1: every story.
- 19:52Speaker 4: Thomas Rhet's Music City Walk of Fame induction is happening today.
- 19:56Speaker 4: The induction is happening at one pm. Everybody is allowed
- 19:59Speaker 4: to attend. Inductees are recognized for their significant work of
- 20:03Speaker 4: preserving the musical heritage of Nashville and for contributing to
- 20:06Speaker 4: the world through song. Thomas Rhet Star is going to
- 20:09Speaker 4: be the one hundred and thirteenth star on the Music
- 20:11Speaker 4: City Walk of Fame, and then tomorrow he's going to
- 20:14Speaker 4: be at Giodas Park with his friend now Horn, who
- 20:16Speaker 4: just had his opry debut last night. Lots going on
- 20:19Speaker 4: with his friend Duo right now, which is really exciting.
- 20:22Speaker 4: I talked to niall the other day about his album
- 20:25Speaker 4: and all the amazing things he's doing here in Nashville
- 20:27Speaker 4: this week. If you want to check it out, you
- 20:29Speaker 4: can check that out on one oh seven five The
- 20:31Speaker 4: River's YouTube channel. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
- 20:34Speaker 4: three things you need to know.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Thank you very much. Ricky. You're probably expecting the law
- 20:37Speaker 2: and order bump bum there again.
- 20:38Speaker 8: I was.
- 20:39Speaker 2: I'm sorry. You know, I like to keep you on
- 20:42Speaker 2: your toes.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Kevin, you're gonna do it before? Yeah, I knew it.
- 20:45Speaker 1: I knew it. I knew it.
- 20:47Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on one
- 20:51Speaker 6: the River the River.
- 20:53Speaker 3: There is a very personal reason I'm bringing this up
- 20:56Speaker 3: asking this question. We want you to tell us about
- 20:59Speaker 3: the time you locked yourself out of your house, your office,
- 21:04Speaker 3: your apartment, your car, whatever it might be. Uh, if
- 21:07Speaker 3: you locked yourself out, we want to hear about it
- 21:09Speaker 3: this one.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Kevin.
- 21:11Speaker 4: It's not about you, but your wife is the reason
- 21:14Speaker 4: why we're bringing this up. And I will also say though,
- 21:16Speaker 4: that my husband has done a similar situation.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Way worse than what Ali's done.
- 21:21Speaker 8: Really.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Oh yeah, okay, Well, that Ali story is very fresh
- 21:24Speaker 3: and something that happened yesterday morning. I'll share that with you next,
- 21:27Speaker 3: but we want to hear from you. When did you
- 21:29Speaker 3: lock yourself out? Tell us about it's six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 21:32Speaker 3: one oh seven.
- 21:33Speaker 2: I want AJ's story.
- 21:34Speaker 8: Too, Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning on one River.
- 21:39Speaker 1: People make mistakes, you know. Everybody has those days.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Isn't that Miley cyrus her whole thing?
- 21:45Speaker 1: Sometimes you just mess.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Up And recently, recently Kevin's wife messed up pretty bad
- 21:51Speaker 4: by locking herself out of her house. So we're kind
- 21:53Speaker 4: of going through things you've done. How you've locked yourself
- 21:56Speaker 4: out of places? Amanda in Nashville, you said you've locked
- 21:59Speaker 4: yourself out of your car.
- 22:01Speaker 9: I had locked myself out of my car. I went
- 22:03Speaker 9: fishing and sat all my fishing gear down along with
- 22:08Speaker 9: my car keys and shut the trunk to my car.
- 22:11Speaker 9: Oh no, yeah, I had to have my well now,
- 22:14Speaker 9: my husband, he was just my.
- 22:16Speaker 7: Boyfriend, bring me extra keys to the car.
- 22:20Speaker 3: How long did that take for him to get there
- 22:22Speaker 3: with the keys?
- 22:24Speaker 9: About an hour and a half. And I was already
- 22:26Speaker 9: sunburnt all down the.
- 22:29Speaker 7: Back of my legs.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Oh man, And.
- 22:31Speaker 3: I was gonna say, like, you know, while you're waiting
- 22:33Speaker 3: for him. We just go keep fishing. But you put
- 22:35Speaker 3: your stuff in there too, so you couldn't.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Yeah, did you have a fish in the car?
- 22:40Speaker 9: Then at that point I did not.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Okay, that's good, I did not.
- 22:45Speaker 9: That was one of we.
- 22:47Speaker 7: I kind of forgot that.
- 22:48Speaker 9: The trunk flatched barely latch, and I was like, oh no,
- 22:54Speaker 9: I'm freaking out, going where's my keys and having a look,
- 22:58Speaker 9: and they were sitting right there.
- 23:00Speaker 3: We thankfully there was an extra set and he could
- 23:02Speaker 3: he could bring him to you, or else you'd have
- 23:04Speaker 3: a you know, a bigger problem on your hands.
- 23:06Speaker 7: Oh yeah, because I didn't even tried to.
- 23:07Speaker 9: Call a locksmith, and in Florida, a locksmith is like
- 23:10Speaker 9: two hundred dollars.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Ooh ooh.
- 23:13Speaker 4: It's a good thing you made that man your husband, though,
- 23:14Speaker 4: because if he's willing to drive out to you and
- 23:16Speaker 4: bring you your car keys, that's a good guy.
- 23:18Speaker 9: Oh yeah, he is very good guy.
- 23:21Speaker 4: A maan, thank you so much for calling in this morning.
- 23:23Speaker 4: We hope you have a great day.
- 23:24Speaker 9: You welcome. Thank you byee.
- 23:27Speaker 3: So my story with Ali it happened yesterday a little
- 23:29Speaker 3: earlier than this yesterday, probably around I don't know, six
- 23:33Speaker 3: thirty she texts me asking how she can get into
- 23:37Speaker 3: the house if she locked herself out, and both of
- 23:39Speaker 3: our kids were still in the house sleeping in their beds,
- 23:42Speaker 3: and I was like, I don't know. You can't just
- 23:43Speaker 3: break it for house. So she just waited.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Outside for like an hour until they woke up.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Hey, at least they're old enough that like, if they
- 23:52Speaker 4: wake up, they can like figure out something's wrongly, and
- 23:55Speaker 4: they're not like little where they're like, oh my.
- 23:57Speaker 1: God, mom left us, where is she?
- 23:59Speaker 8: Right?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Happened? That can be a little traumatizing.
- 24:02Speaker 3: I kept checking the the ring doorbell, just like pacing
- 24:05Speaker 3: around side looking in the windows for an hour.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Okay, See, that wasn't as bad as it could have been.
- 24:11Speaker 4: The worst situation that AJ and I have ever been in, actually,
- 24:15Speaker 4: our biggest fight that we've ever had was this situation
- 24:18Speaker 4: where he locked us out of our apartment with a
- 24:22Speaker 4: bunch of our friends.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Oh, his sister, his cousin was in town. Friends, we
- 24:26Speaker 1: were all going out.
- 24:27Speaker 4: He had the key, he went to lock it, lost
- 24:30Speaker 4: the key while we were out, blamed me for losing
- 24:34Speaker 4: the key, And then the best part.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Of this whole situation is that I know my husband
- 24:40Speaker 1: so well.
- 24:41Speaker 4: I had this moment where I went, I don't know
- 24:43Speaker 4: that he actually locked the door after we all got
- 24:45Speaker 4: there and went, oh my god, how are we gonna
- 24:47Speaker 4: get inside?
- 24:47Speaker 1: He had left to go back to the bar to
- 24:49Speaker 1: try and find the key without.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Telling anybody, and I was like, I'm gonna go and
- 24:53Speaker 4: check that he actually locked it.
- 24:54Speaker 5: The door was open the entire time. No way, he
- 24:57Speaker 5: never locked it. So that's like a triple way and
- 25:00Speaker 5: A J. Yeah, I understand what you guys thought about this.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Oh my god A six seven Hi, hey Jay. Listen
- 25:11Speaker 2: to the podcast every Day Buddy six.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Seven three seven nine seven You're Locked Out Stories.
- 25:17Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Boss in Bradyville is on the line.
- 25:24Speaker 3: We have been swapping stories about getting locked out of homes, apartments, cars,
- 25:29Speaker 3: ross What was it for you?
- 25:31Speaker 10: I got locked in my car?
- 25:32Speaker 2: We got locked in your car?
- 25:33Speaker 1: Did you do that?
- 25:34Speaker 2: A baby?
- 25:35Speaker 10: I had a ninety to model BMW and I was
- 25:40Speaker 10: having problems with a weak battery and I went to
- 25:42Speaker 10: roll it off out of my driveway and I didn't
- 25:45Speaker 10: build up enough momentum and it didn't start, and it
- 25:48Speaker 10: went into step mode and it locked all the doors.
- 25:50Speaker 4: I didn't even know that was a possibility.
- 25:52Speaker 10: I didn't either, So I had to call the sheriff's
- 25:54Speaker 10: department and have them come out let me out of
- 25:57Speaker 10: my car.
- 25:57Speaker 4: What did the sheriff's apartments say to you when they
- 26:00Speaker 4: do you get you out of your locked car?
- 26:02Speaker 1: As a grown man told the story?
- 26:05Speaker 10: And they just laugh?
- 26:06Speaker 4: Okay, I'm happy that you have a good sense of
- 26:09Speaker 4: humor about this ross.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Did they use one of those like slim gym things
- 26:12Speaker 3: or do they have to break a window?
- 26:13Speaker 2: How do they do it?
- 26:14Speaker 8: No?
- 26:14Speaker 10: Actually I tried to break the windows. I couldn't do it.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that makes sense. But we appreciate you sharing this story.
- 26:23Speaker 1: This is fantastic.
- 26:24Speaker 2: We're glad you got out.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Unless you're still in there, is this happening as we speak?
- 26:27Speaker 2: Is it's unfolding right now?
- 26:28Speaker 10: Oh no, this happened about six years ago.
- 26:31Speaker 2: Okay, all right, thanks for sharing, buddy.
- 26:34Speaker 10: All right, thank you guys, love your show.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Oh, thank you so much. We love you. We hope
- 26:37Speaker 1: you have a great day.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Bye.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Sondra Nashville is on the line. Hi, Hey, thank you
- 26:47Speaker 4: so much. I appreciate it. It's so good to hear
- 26:52Speaker 4: from you, Sondra, tell us about the time that you
- 26:54Speaker 4: locked yourself out of your house or your car.
- 26:56Speaker 10: My boss and I we locked ourselves out of our
- 26:58Speaker 10: house and we stuff because I had no.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Extra quies and be like that.
- 27:02Speaker 7: But that day I happened to call the pet guy
- 27:06Speaker 7: because I had raccoons.
- 27:07Speaker 6: In my headache.
- 27:08Speaker 9: Oh and so the guy pulls out and we can't
- 27:11Speaker 9: go in the house.
- 27:11Speaker 7: He can't get into the attic because I said were
- 27:13Speaker 7: locked out. But he had his usual ladder on the top.
- 27:15Speaker 4: Of his car.
- 27:16Speaker 7: So he took the ladder, put it up to our
- 27:19Speaker 7: second story window, climbed through the window for us, and
- 27:22Speaker 7: came back down stats let us in ouse.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Oh my god, I know.
- 27:26Speaker 7: He was so sweet. And he came back the next
- 27:28Speaker 7: day and got the raccoons at my house too.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Oh my god, what a win, Sandra. That looks out like,
- 27:32Speaker 1: what a bad situation.
- 27:33Speaker 8: I know, We're good and doing the shirted.
- 27:36Speaker 7: He was the sweetest guy.
- 27:37Speaker 6: He was so nice.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Yet, do you let the raccoons locked you out? Like
- 27:41Speaker 3: when you guys left for the day. Did they just
- 27:42Speaker 3: take over and locked the lock all the doors?
- 27:45Speaker 7: I met he the Borosians, big raccoon too. No, it
- 27:50Speaker 7: was the scariest thing.
- 27:51Speaker 2: No, it did not.
- 27:52Speaker 9: It was us And you know.
- 27:54Speaker 3: That horrible feeling, yea.
- 27:57Speaker 1: And you turned him and you said, oh god, you
- 27:59Speaker 1: can't get back it.
- 28:00Speaker 4: Yes, is that immediate, like you feel it in your gut.
- 28:03Speaker 5: You're like, good, yeah, that's right, exactly, horrible feeling exactly.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Thank you for calling in, Sondra.
- 28:09Speaker 4: We appreciate you so good to hear from you.
- 28:11Speaker 8: Thank you, my dear, Bye, bye bye, Ricky, Zach and
- 28:15Speaker 8: Minnow in the morning.
- 28:16Speaker 3: I think we could all use, you know, a regular
- 28:18Speaker 3: reminder to be positive. You know, it's easy to get
- 28:21Speaker 3: negative with life and all the little menial tasks you
- 28:24Speaker 3: have to do. And this guy on Instagram just a
- 28:28Speaker 3: glowing sunbeam of positivity.
- 28:30Speaker 1: He really is, and he every time he talks about something,
- 28:34Speaker 1: he makes you smile.
- 28:35Speaker 4: Yeah, because he's so positive and his outlooks might seem
- 28:39Speaker 4: insane at first you're like, why are you talking about this?
- 28:41Speaker 1: But then by the end you're like, you're so right, dude,
- 28:44Speaker 1: You're so right.
- 28:45Speaker 3: In this video, it looks like he's maybe on a
- 28:46Speaker 3: hike or something, and he's just real, real jazzed on
- 28:49Speaker 3: the bench that he found here we go, Dude, you.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Know what actually just rips.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Not that I'm older, dude, it's just like like a
- 28:57Speaker 1: good bench dude. Like something about him that is just
- 29:00Speaker 1: like parking it on a short and wide.
