Our meditation today has the theme: Losing of Oneself. There is a teenage girl who has just celebrated her 17th birthday. She was very happy with the support of her family and friends. For her, the 17th birthday is the highlight of her life as a teenager. There were many hopes and advices expressed to her, which certainly supported and strengthened her.
