Lynyrd Skynyrd just announced 10 new tour dates, with six this year and four in mid-2027—plus extra shows in September and November. Johnny Van Zant, who joined in 1987, initially resisted singing it out of respect for his late brother Ronnie—but Gary Rossington convinced him to take the lead, honoring Ronnie’s legacy.
