- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: First, they told you it was a software glitch.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_00]: Then they said it only affected a few thousand people, and then they said, well, actually it affected several thousand, but nonetheless, don't worry, everything's fine.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: They said, they lied.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: They've been caught, red-handed.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: What's happening in New Jersey right now is in a clerical error.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's a preview of a much bigger fight over who controls the ballot box in America.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: And by the end of this video, you're going to understand not just what New Jersey Democrats are hiding, but what President Trump is doing to make sure this never happens anywhere in this country again.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor, you're to help you make sense of the madness.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: We're breaking news and analysis.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: So make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: On July 21st, New Jersey Democrat Governor Mikey Cheryl stood in front of cameras and told the public a story.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: a narrative she hoped would quickly disappear.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: She said that over 6,000 non-citizens had been improperly registered to vote through the state's motor vehicle commission, 6,600 to be exact.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: She admitted that many of them cast a number of ballots in elections.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_00]: She called it a software era, a tech snafu, and promised that it would be quickly rectified.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: She said she was pulling these thousands of non-citizens off the rolls, she was firing that tech vendor, and she was launching an investigation, and investigation we have, of course, heard nothing about.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: But she also made it very clear that the state would not pursue criminal charges against the non-citizens involved in that New Jersey, would actively and even financially shield them from federal prosecution, so a sitting governor, a Democrat.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: stood at a podium and announced in public that her state not only had illegal registered to vote, but that they would actually protect them.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_00]: They would protect the very people who illegally registered to vote from facing federal consequences.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: Not will fully cooperate with federal investigators, not will let the law take its course.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: The New Jersey Democrat machine would shield these illegals from any and all prosecution.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the problem for this factless pathetic excuse for a governor.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: Her story just collapsed like a house of cards.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: First and foremost, she blamed the vendor, a company called Edemia for the software error.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: Well, Edemia ain't playing along.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: company officials there are telling reporters that the data was never wrong at all and they have proof all 6600 records they say show these individuals these non-citizens clearly answering no to the citizenship question when they were asked point-blanker U.S. citizen at the motor vehicles and to their credit they all put no
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: and yet somehow they ended up being registered as yes as citizens when it came to the voter roles.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: Now that's not a computer glitch.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: That's human interference.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's human manipulation.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: There's no imaginable computer glitch where their registered know in one database suddenly turns
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: And even more so, company officials are saying that this Democrat governor, Mikey, Cheryl, she knew that.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: She had that information.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: It was always available to the state.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_00]: Bottom line, the vendor is saying here, our system worked.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: We flagged it correctly, not only do we have the data to prove it, but the state had the data as well
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: at no point was a non-citizen ever marked as a citizen in their database.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: So there was never a technical glitch that slipped through.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody somewhere in New Jersey's government had accurate information showing non-citizens, right?
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: Who claimed that they were non-citizens and could not register vote, they deliberately changed that information so as to allow them to vote.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's not a bug.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's a choice.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: And the question New Jersey voters deserve answer to simple, who made that choice and why.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now, here's where it gets even worse for Trenton Democrats.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: The Department of Homeland Security did not identify 6600 non-citizens on New Jersey's voter rolls.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullins sent a letter to New Jersey's Secretary of State, identifying no less than 35.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: thousand non-citizens registered to vote in the state.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: Cheryl, Governor Cheryl, disclosed 6600, but as far as federal officials are concerned that fall short of about 29,000 non-citizens that they have records for.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: And to this day, this reckless Democrat governor has never explained that discrepancy.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: She's not addressed it.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: She's not denied it.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: She's not acknowledged it.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: silence, crickets, nothing.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: And if ever silenced, we're deafening, this is it.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_00]: And none of this is limited to the database.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: When Republican candidates went to, they went door to door in Bergen County.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: They inducted an adorn found a green card holder, registered to vote, and she had absolutely no idea she was on the roll.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: She never signed up, nobody could tell her how she got there, and her registration may not even be connected to the 6600 motor vehicle registrations, which raises the obvious question nobody in Trenton wants to answer.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: How many other non-citizens are on the rolls?
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: For reasons the state has yet to even discover.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: because they don't want to because they're the ones who put them there, right?
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: If the true number is closer to 35,066, 100, and obviously it is, then this is not a glitch.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: This is obviously not a, this is a systemic failure that the governor's office is doing everything it possibly can to deflect.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: But it gets even worse.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: The state is directing those 6,600 now, no non-citizens, registrants.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: toward $20 million in taxpayer funded free legal defense.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: This runs through the New Jersey Detention Deportation Defense Initiative.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's a program Governor showed doubled in funding, $20 million of taxpayer money for people who never should have been on the voter rolls in the first place and many of them should never even been in the country in the first place.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: Meanwhile, the same state budget cut property tax relief for seniors left school districts underfunded and told retire teachers and police officers they'd have to wait 25 years for cost-deliving adjustment.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: New Jersey families are being squeezed, while millions in public money flow toward legal cover for scandal, the governor still hasn't fully explained.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's not compassion, that's a political priority, a priority that's left New Jersey voters out in the coal.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: All 23 assembly Republicans have signed a letter demanding a special legislative committee in Trenton by partisan with subpoena power, witnesses testifying under oath, and findings made fully public.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats, of course, have been stonewalling that.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: Washington in the meantime is making its moves as well, Congress's open its own investigation and the Department of Justice has launched a probe of its own.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: but this isn't just a New Jersey story, this is a national one, and that brings us to what President Trump is doing to make sure this doesn't happen in any state, in any election ever again.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: When we talk about reclaiming our culture and building strong resilient communities, we naturally think about our families, our institutions, and the values that hold our nation together.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: But there's another part of that equation that most of us rarely think about our digital lives.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: Because the reality is an enormous amount of your personal information is already floating around online.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: Your name, your address, your phone number,
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: Even information about your family can be collected by data brokers and posted on people's search sites without you ever realizing it.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: And as data breaches become more frequent, protecting that information isn't just about privacy anymore, it's about protecting your family, taking greater control of your digital footprint and making sure your personal information isn't sitting out there for anyone to find.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: Delete me as a hands-free service that helps remove your personal information from hundreds of data brokers and people of search sites and what really caught my attention is that they've been doing this for more than 15 years.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: They're amazing.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_00]: They hand over the process for you.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: They verify your information before submitting removal requests and they keep working to get that data taken down.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now, when I saw my own Delete Me report, I
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: I was stunned.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, they found listing after listing connected to my personal information that I didn't even know existed and trying to track that all down by myself.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: It would have been impossible.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: It would have taken an enormous amount of time.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't sure what to expect when I started, but I got to say I have been genuinely impressed.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: So far, delete me has uncovered more than 3,000 listings tied to my personal information and the removal process is already underway.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: At a time when protecting your family, your privacy and your future matters more than ever.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: This is one practical step that you can take right now.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: Delete me, help you take back control of your personal information without spending hours trying to do it all yourself.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_00]: It's not just a one-time fix.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's continuous protection, and it works.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: So take the step that I took.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_00]: Go over to joindeleteme.com slash turly and use code turly to get started today.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's a simple way.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: to take greater ownership of your digital footprint.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_00]: Click on that link below right now.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: Back in March of 2025, President Trump signed the executive order entitled, preserving and protecting the integrity of American elections.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: This was the most aggressive, executive action on election security in modern history.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: And it went directly after the exact kind of failure we just saw in New Jersey.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: The order required the Election Assistance Commission to mandate documentary,
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: government issued proof of citizenship on the national mail voter registration form.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: It directed DHS, the Social Security Administration, and the State Department to actually share their databases with states, so election officials could verify a registrant's
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: citizenship and eligibility in real time, the exact kind of cross-checking that would have caught New Jersey's problem years earlier.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: It also authorized the Attorney General to prioritize prosecuting non-citizen voting using DHS records and coordinating directly with State Attorney's General.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: And it tied federal election funding to state compliance, meaning states that refused to clean up their roles risk losing their federal dollars.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Trump didn't stop there.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_00]: In March of 2026, he signed a second election security order executive order 14399 entitled ensuring citizenship verification and integrity in federal elections.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_00]: Now, this one goes even further.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: It directs DHS working through U.S. citizenship and immigration services and coordinating with the Social Security Administration to actually build a state citizenship list.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_00]: It's a verified list of confirmed U.S. citizens over 18 in each state pulled from federal citizenship and naturalization records, Social Security data, and saved the save database.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: And that list gets sent to every state's chief election official, at least 60 days before federal election, mandating a federally verified cross check automatically before election day.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: The order also directs the U.S.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service to begin rulemaking on how mail-in ballots are transmitted and verified and instructs the attorney general to investigate and wear appropriate prosecute.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: officials involved in issuing ballots to people who are not eligible to vote again.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: This is President Trump building the very infrastructure needed for safe and secure elections.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: Now, as many of you know, the legal battles are ongoing here.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: Liberal activist judges are coming in, they're striking down many of these EOs, and the SAVE Act has stalled in the utterly pathetic and worthless Senate.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: And so.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: This is where President Trump is, indeed, entertaining the idea of officially declaring a national emergency.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: National emergency declarations are unique in that they bypass both the courts in that they're not just dishable,
- 14:33[SPEAKER_00]: right, that's the technical term where they fall outside of the jurisdiction of the courts, and they can only be overruled by two-thirds majority in Congress, and good luck with that.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: And so since the courts have blocked a number of his election security orders, and since the Senate has stalled on the same act,
- 14:51[SPEAKER_00]: The president could instead declare a national security emergency over foreign interference in US elections, like he has the evidence that he presented a couple of weeks ago, and bypass both the courts and Congress.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: Here's why this moment matters regardless of how the legal and legislative fight shakes out.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_00]: For years, Democrats have blocked common sense measures, like voter idea at the state level, just like they did in New Jersey.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_00]: They relied on the Senate filibuster and friendly courts to keep those safeguards out of federal law.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: What Trump just signaled is that he's no longer content to wait on the Senate that won't act.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: He's telling his base and he's telling his opponents that emergency powers are on the table if Congress keeps sitting on his hands.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: And he's used those powers before and absolutely use them again.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: Whether or not that emergency declaration ever happens, the message is crystal clear.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_00]: This fight over election integrity ain't going away.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: And it is just happening in Trenton, it's happening in Washington and it's about to define how this country votes for a generation.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: So what do you guys think?
- 16:06[SPEAKER_00]: Should President Trump declare a national emergency?
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: Is that way way to go?
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
