- 0:26Well, hello, everyone, and welcome to the 10 Penny Files.
- 0:30I'm your host, Dr.
- 0:31Sherry Tenpenny.
- 0:32The Ten Penny Files has daily conversations meant to inform and educate, not just to entertain.
- 0:37I come prepared, and then we let the conversation unfold naturally with people worth hearing on topics worth exploring.
- 0:44If it matters to your body, your freedom in your future, we talk about it here.
- 0:48Each day I talk to authors, documentary filmmakers, and independent thinkers whose work challenges mainstream messaging.
- 0:56We cover a wide range of topics.
- 0:58So there's something here for everyone, every single day.
- 1:00We talk about government politics and history, astronomy, pets and travel, food, farming, and fitness, vaccines, health and health policy.
- 1:10And once a week, I talk to an author or a pastor about and have conversations about things they write about about faith and biblical principles.
- 1:19The goal is to introduce you to topics you've never heard of, or have conversations with about topics that you always wish you to you wanted to explore, but didn't know where to begin.
- 1:29We hope that our authors will show you the way and give you the tools that you need to explore these topics more in detail.
- 1:37Join me here every day, Monday through Friday at 3 p.m.
- 1:40Eastern time on the 10penny files to hear from voices that have often been ignored, silenced, or censored, but truly have something important to say.
- 1:50Now, before we begin this episode, please I want to invite everyone to become a 10 penny prime member.
- 1:55Prime members get an exclusive monthly white paper, a recorded presentation, and an ask the expert master class at the end of the month.
- 2:03Every month that we do these master classes, we always think it's the very best one until we do the next one.
- 2:08And then that was the very next one.
- 2:09You really don't want to miss this.
- 2:11It's part of your membership.

- 2:24Now with that, let's get started.
- 2:26Today's conversation is with a naturopathic doctor and entrepreneur, one of the more sought-after voices in the EMF space, Dr.
- 2:35Justin Franson, to talk about his unique technology to protect you from EMFs, the EMF rocks.
- 2:43Hello, Justin, good to see you again.
- 2:45Welcome to the 10 Penny Files.
- 2:47Great seeing you, Dr.
- 2:48T.
- 2:49Thank you for having me on.
- 2:51I think that most of my audience is familiar with the concept of EMFs.
- 2:55Um, we've talked about it on this show and on my previous podcast, we've talked about it on the five docs, we've talked about it.
- 3:02Uh, but I don't know, I but but I but I don't know that you necessarily have to start with that, but tell us how EMFs are from your world, because this is something you're you know in depth about, and what do they do to our bodies?
- 3:18Yeah, EMFs are electromagnetic fields or frequencies, and they can be native ones or non-native ones.
- 3:25And the non-native ones are the ones when we say EMFs that we're referring to that actually affect us.
- 3:31A lot of people call them EMRs electromagnetic radiation because they have a uh one directional polarizing vibrational effect on our body that disrupts our energy field, uh, which then affects the chemistry of our body.
- 3:48Um, what studies or resources are you familiar with or have you used to get you so deeply entrenched in this to support how what EMFs do to the body because it's a it's a um it's an area of much conflict.
- 4:02Governments say it doesn't exist, there's nothing to worry about, and then activists like you and and I have activist friends like uh Christian Oce that OSH that lives in Switzerland, and I have friends that live in Australia that have been fighting this for years, whether it be from re-EMFs from cell phone towers or from uh satellites or from cell phones or from our computer screens, and they all have lots of documented evidence that it's causing lots of harms.
- 4:30But our government would beg to differ.
- 4:34How do we sort out that information and what information do you lean towards?
- 4:40Well, I simplify it, Dr.
- 4:41T, and just knowing that we're electromagnetic beings.
- 4:46We have the energy field around us is called our biofield.
- 4:50We're just uh we're electric, period.
- 4:53But then when you introduce a different source of electricity that's not native to us and that's man-made, that's manufactured, there's gonna be some bit of a difference, right?
- 5:05And potentially uh you know an effect on our body when there's a different field.
- 5:11So I just baseline simplify it.
- 5:14And where I found out about it was about 12 years ago, I I've worked with professional athletes for almost 30 years.
- 5:24So I started athleticism.com.
- 5:27So about 12 years ago, one of the strongest fittest athletes comes in and said, Hey, Justin, I have pain in my wrist.
- 5:33And I said, Well, where?
- 5:35He pointed right to where his Fitbit was.
- 5:38And I said, Hey, do you know those are being recalled right now?
- 5:42They're emitting a lot of radiation, they're burning people's skin, they're causing uh nerve pain.
- 5:47I said, Why don't you take the watch off your wrist?
- 5:51So the athlete takes his watch off his wrist and his pain goes away.
- 5:56And that was the moment for me where I wanted to dive deeper into understanding it and understanding how we're made and how we with electricity and or and then how different these non-native waveforms are.
- 6:10And so it it's it's quite simple.
- 6:12They're polarizing their one directional, and we're just not made that way.
- 6:16We're made with waves that are unpolarized that distribute equally in every direction.
- 6:21And they there's a name for them, they call them a scalar wave.
- 6:23And so when you put a one-directional into a different waveform, it affects our body in a lot of different ways.
- 6:32So was it that one example of that pit on his hand that made you decide to get into EMF production products?
- 6:39That was it.
- 6:40And I had other experiences growing up where I had a dorm room that had a little electoral transformer next to the wall that I had to re-ground myself that cost some health challenges.
- 6:53I used to talk on the phone, accorded phone when I was little, you know, talk to a uh guy as a teenager talking to a girlfriend for too long and the phone's glued to your head, and then two hours of that.
- 7:05I'm like, why is my ear feeling weird?
- 7:08This is you know, it's it's plugged in, it shouldn't feel that way.
- 7:11So I had I had a sensitivity to to EMFs uh or awareness of it before that.
- 7:18And then probably one of the other bigger things that I went through is I took an internship in college and at a commercial real estate firm, and they put me at an X-ray machine making copies.
- 7:30So I'd circle around the X-ray machine for uh weeks on end, and my fingertips would burn.
- 7:36So back then, the X-ray machines were massive.
- 7:39They were size of rooms, and they didn't uh know the amount of uh radiation that they were emitting on the paper.
- 7:48So it just supercharge it.
- 7:49So every time I'd pull a piece of paper off, my fingertips would burn, especially when I had pull stacks off.
- 7:55And so uh now years later, almost 30 years later, I have nerve pain in my fingertips from uh early on EMF challenges.
- 8:05So it's been a progression of a lot of different experiences that brought me to where we are.
- 8:13Why do you think some people are so much more sensitive to EMFs than others?
- 8:17I mean, I've known people literally uh personally known people, not just stories that are crippled by the effects of EMFs in their house, and they have to do like whole home Faraday cages, and they have to, you know, uh use every possible device and layers of devices sometimes to do what they can to protect themselves because they get splitting headaches or they get debilitating pain or their fatigue is just profound.
- 8:45And then other people, you know, just uh so what?
- 8:48I'm sitting in front of four computer screens right now.
- 8:50It doesn't really bother me at all.
- 8:52So what is what do you think the sensitivity difference is between people?
- 8:56Yeah, great question.
- 8:57I feel there's a few different answers to that.
- 9:00There are some studies that showed OH negative blood types were were not as sensitive.
- 9:06And I can see that in my wife, where she's not uh as sensitive to it.
- 9:10She'll you know, have a laptop on her lap uh and not even phaser.
- 9:16And for me, I'm I can't even have that thing near me.
- 9:19Uh you know, and even touching a touch screen, I I feel it.
- 9:23And that leads me to the second thing is if you had introduction of too much early on, then you feel it later on.
- 9:31So I feel in the next generation, the next 10, you know, 15 plus years, this next generation of kids and people using smart devices and their fingers, the stylists will start to have nerve pain just like I do on their fingertips.
- 9:46I feel if you're introduced to something too much directly for too long of a duration, we'll start to see more of that.
- 9:53And then the third thing is is if someone is more uh toxic and then
- 10:00They're carrying more.
- 10:01They might be more of a sponge.
- 10:02So what I've seen is when people hold on to more EMFs in their energy field and internally, if they're carrying extra voltage in their body, they're way more toxic.
- 10:15So with I I know we're going to get into our EMF rocks in our grounding bags, which is our answer to this whole challenge.
- 10:23But when we go through our tapping protocol with our grounding bags where you actually hold it and tap on it, what it does is it clears your biofield of any stuck EMF.
- 10:34So there's a secussion protocol that we use when we can clear that stuck EMF out of their energy field and recharge their body, they're not as EMF sensitive.
- 10:46And I've uh we met at Dr.
- 10:48Brian Artis' conference where you know I muscle test hundreds of people in a weekend, and I do that twice a month for the last half a dozen plus years.
- 10:58So there's so many people that come in EMF sensitive.
- 11:01When we clear them and recharge them, they don't have to leave the conference because they were there, they now can uh deal with the EMFs in them.
- 11:12So they're not as sensitive once we clear them.
- 11:14Um, you've probably seen there was a recent study that came out, probably within the last couple of months that showed that um infants and children like under the age of five that are constantly glued to cell phones and cell phone technologies that they now have documented proof by MRI that it stops the development of their frontal globe and the frontal lobe for the audience is the area of your brain up here behind your forehead where you have impulse control and inhibition and also emotions, and they've actually seen the in functional MRIs where it doesn't function as well.
- 11:52And also the amount of actual tissue is underdeveloped because of the constant exposure to the EMFs.
- 11:59What is the difference?
- 12:00You know, is there are they are there certain devices that have stronger EMFs that everyone should avoid, but particularly children should try to avoid.
- 12:10That's a great question.
- 12:11And what a subject.
- 12:12I mean, my goodness, that that is so true.
- 12:16And you think about it, and most people will say it'll be from the blue light.
- 12:20Well, that might be part of it, but the other there's two other components.
- 12:25There's the wireless signals that it's emitting that mess with us.
- 12:30And then you have the third component is the facial recognition, which I spoke on at Healing for the Ages, Dr.
- 12:37Brian Artis' conference.
- 12:39And you have 30,000 laser dots directly at you the whole time the screens pointed at your face.
- 12:45It doesn't turn off when the phone and the device turns on.
- 12:50So they're getting radiated at a certain level.
- 12:54And yes, when you don't have blood blame brain barrier fully developed, you're gonna start to see more of those developmental challenges because it's gonna dehydrate your fascia.
- 13:04It's gonna mess with your pineal gland, it's gonna calcify it, disconnect you from God.
- 13:09You don't get in a deeper sleep, it's gonna have create a lot of eye challenges, macular degeneration earlier than we've ever seen, dry eyes, cataracts.
- 13:19Like the list goes on and on with this stuff.
- 13:21So you're literally having a direct and energy weapon pointed at you.
- 13:25So you obviously less strength of a phone, like a 4G phone would be better turn off facial recognition always on that and never have it and then keep it further away from you, would be the some of the answers to that.
- 13:39But there's no reason a five-year-old should be on a device like that that close to them at all, nor having if it's a laptop and putting it over the reproductive organ.
- 13:49So, which is like a double hit because you get it over their lap and then you get it directed at their face because there's you know that that's where the the battery is is over the reproductive organ.
- 14:00So there's this is a loaded topic that uh we we're gonna keep the population replenishing and keep them healthy by creating proximity protocols with this you should use usage and avoidance protocols as well.
- 14:15What about, you know, I've seen people, I've done interviews with people and I have friends that wear those yellow orange glasses all the time when they're in front of computers.
- 14:24What do those do and how do they help?
- 14:27So those would be considered blue-like blocker.
- 14:30So when people talk about that, they're looking for their eyes literally to get in a circadian rhythm with day and night.
- 14:38And if these really bright EMFs and the lights from bright white and blue light from the LEDs in the computers on the screens, they mess with your circadian rhythm.
- 14:51They'll keep you up for several hours longer.
- 14:53If you're watching a TV and you're supposed to go to bed at 10 o'clock, you end up, you end up getting in a deeper sleep, not till you know one or two o'clock.
- 15:01They just it messes with your circadian rhythm, your natural uh regulation of when day and night is and when you're that internal clock of your body should start to sleep.
- 15:13And so those are really helpful for I I like to use them at night if I'm using any screen time because I it keeps my body into that rhythm.
- 15:24So when I hit the pillow, I'm out right away.
- 15:27I don't have to worry about uh not getting into that deeper sleep state right away because of the lighting in my environment.
- 15:36You know, again, I think that some people must be more sensitive to it than others because um it doesn't bother me.
- 15:43And I've I've got a set of those yellow glasses, and I wear them, and everything is so bright, it's super annoying.
- 15:51And when I take of them off, it's like I have a really hard time adjusting to just ambient light.
- 15:57Um, it's it and I am on my phone until I put on my alarm and go to sleep.
- 16:02And it takes me literally 10 minutes to fall asleep, and my sleep tracker shows me that I go into deep sleep for the first two hours of my sleep.
- 16:10So is it really true that it affects everybody the same?
- 16:15And is that why government officials uh say it's really like nonsense because it really doesn't help because they're only looking at the small subset of us like me.
- 16:25Yeah, it seems to affect.
- 16:27No, definitely.
- 16:28I mean, I think everyone is affected differently for sure, and different levels, the ages, predispositions to it, uh, all that will your own health, how how full your body is full of toxicity and how much more of a conductor you are.
- 16:44There's so many different reasons why more some people would be more susceptible than others.
- 16:50So yeah, it it's it's definitely a loaded question because uh in what I think it was 1996, our government set procedural levels of what's safe and not safe.
- 17:00And what they determined was is if something is ionizing, that's when it creates a thermal effect, like a microwave oven would do, it'll oscillate your cells and raise your temperature, and they're like, oh, that's too much.
- 17:13But if something is non-ionizing, then our bodies can assimilate it and absorb and you know, deal with it at a level that what they say doesn't break down.
- 17:24But what they're missing is is is since the uh the late 1990s, so much has changed in technology.
- 17:33It's gotten faster, stronger, closer, more prolific, and uh wearables have come into play, and and they're not taking into consideration all that.
- 17:44Uh and then plus they've they've missed out on you know, some of Dr.
- 17:48Martin Paul's work, which talk about just your your call it the voltage-gated calcium channels.
- 17:54Those are four big words for the gateway for your cells to derive energy, and those are uh disrupted.
- 18:01There's extra calcium enters in there and it causes oxidative stress and and it it's just a challenge for your body.
- 18:09So even low-level EMFs cause that vibration that affect our body.
- 18:14And I think the book that categorizes it the best is the invisible rainbow by Arthur Furstenberg.
- 18:23And he talks about everything on that bar graph has gone up since we put electricity under our homes, cancer, suicide, diabetes, Alzheimer's, cardiovascular disease, and uh infertility, they've all gone up.
- 18:38And the one common thread has been low-level EMF from electricity, and we call them homes, but they're really electrical boxes.
- 18:47You know, you make a distinction between native EMFs in nature and non-native EMFs.
- 18:55What is the difference and how do they differ?
- 18:58Yeah, so backing up, let's let's talk a little bit about physics because I love this because we can simplify this in the most common way that everyone will understand and then share it with everyone so we can all start to understand our relationship with with non-native EMFs.
- 19:18So again, we're built on waves that distribute equally in every direction.
- 19:25Non-native waveforms, we call them these scalar waves, they are the framework for our entire universe and every living organism on it.
- 19:34So we have an energy field in our body, it's called a biofield.
- 19:38You can see it through a curlean photography.
- 19:40It'll show you colors, our pictures through color.
- 19:43And it's incredible.
- 19:46Our colors, our chakra colors have the exact same order and color and spectrum as a rainbow.
- 19:51So we're just so one with nature.
- 19:54And these waveforms distribute equally in every direction.
- 19:58You know, when during the whole planet.
- 20:00Pandemic, they didn't say stay six to feet away from someone's uh six to eight feet away from someone's uh right ear in a straight line out there.
- 20:08No, it's a there it's all around us.
- 20:10We have this resonance all around us.
- 20:12And another great uh example for the earth is when I drop a pebble into a pond, the resonance of the waveforms go out in a circular direction in every direction.
- 20:24So why don't they go in a straight line?
- 20:27Well, that's just not how our universe is made.
- 20:30There, it's unpolarized.
- 20:32Same with the light.
- 20:33I I have a window right in front of me.
- 20:35You can see all the light behind it.
- 20:38It's waves that are unpolarized.
- 20:40They distribute equally in every direction.
- 20:42Now, to the contrary, all non-natives, Dr.
- 20:45T are one directional.
- 20:48They're manufactured, they're modified.
- 20:51They're one directional, or they don't work.
- 20:54So electricity, dirty electricity, wireless signals.
- 20:58It doesn't matter if it's AC or DC current, it's still one directional.
- 21:02Now, I know we rev more on a DC line, but they're still it's going in in a one-directional waveform.
- 21:10And especially alternating currents, there are one there, but they're coming back the other direction.
- 21:15So it's it's the drive, it's not the shape of it, it's the direction that the field is going that determines that they're one directional waveforms.
- 21:25And a prime example would be a cell tower panel.
- 21:29You have panels facing every direction.
- 21:32That's because they're one-directional waveforms.
- 21:34I already mentioned another one, a cell phone.
- 21:37It's a directed energy weapon, the facial recognition on it.
- 21:40It's directed right at your face.
- 21:41You turn the phone away from you, it can't read your face.
- 21:45It has to be pointed at you.
- 21:46One directional waveform.
- 21:48So super simple concept to understand the difference between how we're made and how they are.
- 22:20They talk about grounding and taking your shoes off and walking on the earth on the grass, on the uh if you live by the water, on the sand.
- 22:28Um, how does that help us coexist with all of these radio frequencies that are blowing around us all the time?
- 22:35Uh, well, thank you for asking, because that is the one thing that is the answer to all of this uh radiation in our environment is to get grounded by nature.
- 22:46And the the reason is it's because we pull electrons from the earth and it supports our electron transport chain, which gives us energy.
- 22:54It literally grounds us out when we're touching the earth or we're in nature.
- 22:59And it's just clearing our body battery of any stuck EMF outside in our field and then internally as well.
- 23:07And we can get that resonance from nature in a lot of different ways.
- 23:12We get it from the earth, obviously.
- 23:15We get it from the sun and the unpolarized light of the sun that distributes equally in every direction.
- 23:22Dr.
- 23:22Zach Bush talks about us getting from the air, breathing in your microbiome, breathe in your biome.
- 23:28And we get those ions from charged particles because in the air, it's our environment is waves or particles.
- 23:35It's air, it's ether, plasma, that waves and particles travel through it.
- 23:39So we can get that from the air.
- 23:42And then hopefully we get it from our food when we're taking in your great supplements that you sell and you know, for the micronutrients and and macronutrients and all the good foods that we get.
- 23:54And then the last part, Dr.
- 23:56T is we we get that conductivity doll from the water.
- 24:00So when we're missing any one of those five elements, our body battery gets decharged and depolarized, and that light switch goes off, and then we become a gateway for dis-ease to happen.
- 24:12So getting grounded by nature is the actual answer, period.
- 24:17That's how we learn to coexist with this stuff.
- 24:20We have to get more towards getting into nature.
- 24:23And when you're in a cold area like Ohio during the winter time, uh, it's tough to get grounded and be outside as much as I'm in Southern California.
- 24:32I literally was at the beach all day.
- 24:35Saturday and Sunday, I went free diving, I went for a stand-up paddle, I played beach volleyball.
- 24:39I was literally in the sun.
- 24:40It was like 80 degrees here, and then I was in the water for probably at least an hour each day, like getting grounded.
- 24:47So our environments are totally different.
- 24:50So uh I get a lot of the grounding.
- 24:53So for the colder climates, you can actually, you know, touch a tree, uh, touch a leaf, just get that resonance going.
- 24:59Uh, obviously, our grounding bags are the answer for being inside the EMF rocks grounding bags for being inside that have that same resonance because they're handmined crystals.
- 25:08But there are ways where colder climates can still get that a little bit of that light on you, and then touch trees or or something that uh you have direct contact with you that you can get grounded.
- 25:22Well, I think that sounds like a good solution.
- 25:24You know, we're coming into spring here, and all the snow's melted here in Cleveland.
- 25:29And right now, this week it's supposed to be rainy, but it's it's warming up.
- 25:33It's one of the ring things I have to say that I, you know, I love living in Ohio.
- 25:37I love the four seasons.
- 25:38I love I really love the four seasons.
- 25:41My least favorite month of the year is March.
- 25:44Because it's such a tease.
- 25:45You know, you warm up, you think you're gonna get an early spring, and then you get a snowstorm, and then you warms up, you think it's early spring, you get a snowstorm.
- 25:52But it right now it is a little bit warmer.
- 25:54So I like the idea of going out and even just touching a tree to get into nature.
- 25:58That sounds really good.
- 26:00Well, this is a really good break for uh place for us, Nick, to take a quick break to hear from our sponsors.

- 32:53Well, welcome back, everyone.
- 32:55Today we're having a conversation with Dr.
- 32:57Justin Franson about his unique technology to protect you from all this EME EMF stuff we've talked about in the first part of the show called EMF Rocks.
- 33:07But let me tell you first a little bit more about Dr.
- 33:10Justin Franson.
- 33:11He is a certified naturopathic doctor and athleticism performance coach.
- 33:17He founded athleticism.com almost 30 years ago to work with amateur and professional athletes on nerves and fascia to improve their conditions.
- 33:27He watched their health break from wearables and technologies, and that's what got him into uh looking into EMFs.
- 33:34And then he founded EMFrocks.com and grounding bags.
- 33:39The grounding bags literally look like a bag of rocks.
- 33:43They are the industry leader in the natural EMF protection.
- 33:46They also help people sleep up to 60% deeper.
- 33:50Justin, welcome back to the show.
- 33:53Now that we've talked about EMFs, what they are natural ones and we've talked about synthetic ones and the all the electricity and all about grounding that we can do.
- 34:01Tell us about EMF rocks.
- 34:03How did you come up with this?
- 34:05And are they literally just rocks or are they something that you have created?
- 34:10Oh, thanks, Dr.
- 34:11T.
- 34:12Yes, they are hand crystals.
- 34:15They are one of a kind.
- 34:17Each bag is one of a kind, and they're about one pound of crystals.
- 34:21Now, the difference between our crystals and some of the other crystals people know about for EMF protection, like shungite or amethyst or black termaline, is that ours have the exact same chemical makeup that we have.
- 34:34They have electromagnetic products, properties in them, and they have about 74% moisture content in them.
- 34:43So that's why we have to keep them sealed.
- 34:46We deploy them in inside of a few different bags, and you use it in this bag, use it as is and keep it sealed.
- 34:54There's no need to open it because when you open it, they'll oxidize and they'll dry out quicker.
- 34:59But we're the first to bring a natural EMF protection product of nature's resonance to your home to create coherence.
- 35:09And then we've established protocols for how to use it.
- 35:13So at least one bag on your bed, desk carcy, and then multiple bags for your home as well.
- 35:20And so it's a really simple concept that everyone else in the field of EMF protection, they're all attempting to replicate what nature does and what we already have.
- 35:37They're trying to make a scalar wave and embed it into a pen and sticker, uh, uh a metal plate and create coherence for you.
- 35:45No one does it better than nature, so we just went out and found the right source for it and are bringing it to you for your safety and allow you to sleep about 60% deeper.
- 35:56So are these mined rocks?
- 35:58I mean, do you get them from a mind source, or can I just walk down the beach somewhere and pick up a bunch of rocks and put them in a bag?
- 36:06What's the no?
- 36:07They're special mind crystals from a unique special source, and they're called colloidal crystals.
- 36:15They've been compressed from volcanic and underground water sources where they have moisture and magnetic properties just like we do.
- 36:24So it's a specific beautiful pink crystal that has properties that are that are unbelievably medicinal for EMF protection for us.
- 36:36Like literally, when you bring them in your environment and you go through the topping protocols, you'll up to 10 times increase your amount of energy, 10 times the amount just through the tapping.
- 36:48Your deep sleep will improve up to 60%.
- 36:51And these are tests that we've done from third parties with doctors.
- 36:54And you could track it on your wearable tech too.
- 36:57So everyone goes home and then they test it on their own.
- 36:59And that's where the uh the market spoken, because we're one of the leading natural EMF protection providers sold through doctor clinics from nature's resonance.
- 37:10Can you tell us where their mind, I mean, even as um, maybe like US versus uh other countries, where um you probably don't want to give away your source, but um, where do you where did you find how did you find this mine in what at least what country is it in?
- 37:26Yes, for sure.
- 37:27We don't disclose specific areas, but we do say it's in the western U.S.
- 37:30We hand mine our crystals in the western US.
- 37:33And the uh the way I found out about it was another doctor was using them, uh another uh there's a chiropractor using them to test and muscle test and test his patients and I am in Newport Beach.
- 37:48I would go into homes and meter homes and identify the stressors, the invisible stressors through EMF meters.
- 37:58And then I was using a different product when I first started, and so I developed a uh reputation, a name to help people with EMF protection as the signals kept increasing.
- 38:11And so I had people calling me from all around, and one doctor called and said, Hey, Justin, I have I have uh these products, uh what do you what are you doing for EMF protection?
- 38:22Let's let's kind of show each other what we have.
- 38:24His ended up being way better than what I was using.
- 38:27And so, but he was retiring at the tail end of his career, and so I asked him for the source, and and he offered it up and uh so I was the one that bring them to the market and with his permission, and here we are.
- 38:43So do these rocks um do they repel EMFs or do they absorb them to keep them from?
- 38:50I mean, if you said if they there was a sponge around you, do they absorb them from getting into you, or do they repel them away from you?
- 38:58I feel it's a little of both.
- 38:59You know, either there's the thermodynamics and the paeseelectric effect, like you you have this, and our bodies act like a capacitor where we're emitting and absorbing, and I feel nature does the same thing.
- 39:11And so if you're walking barefoot, does it absorb it or does it, you know, clear it or change it?
- 39:16Like what does it do?
- 39:17It's the same question, and I feel it's a little of both.
- 39:21I feel that it changes your energy field because when we do which is really fun.
- 39:27I don't know if I got to show you at the conference, but we have a curling photograph photography app.
- 39:33So I could take a picture of your aura, and then we can have you hold the bag and even tap on the bag and then retake a picture or and your aura will turn purple.
- 39:43It'll get like really really connected to God.
- 39:46It changes right away.
- 39:48So we're it's a two-tiered effect, I believe, is it's clearing your energy field, which I feel is a second way to ground.
- 39:57The I have electroengineers.
- 40:00That I arm wrestle over this topic, and they're they're so uh one dimensional when it comes to electricity, but but our universe isn't like that.
- 40:11So I feel there's two different ways to ground.
- 40:14I feel you can directly can you know connect to it and and touch it, but then I also feel there's a grounding effect, like I shared with how our bodies absorb more energy through just uh our waveforms in our environment.
- 40:27And and we see it, I see it in that effect when we test your sleep, where I keep saying 60% deeper sleep.
- 40:36Well, what happens, Dr.
- 40:38T is when you're sleeping, your brain goes into a delta or theta brainwave state to get into the lowest and slowest brainwave state possible.
- 40:47And that let me quantify it in a wave per second.
- 40:51So we're all on the same page.
- 40:53So a delta theta, what that means is your brain waste state is in a really low and slow brain wave cycle between uh one or below one to eight hertz or waves per second.
- 41:08So when we're sleeping and we have Wi-Fi on us, that disrupts that brain wave state and and it takes us out of it so we don't get into the deeper brainwave states.
- 41:19And so we go in with what we call a twilight sleep.
- 41:22So you don't get that deeper stored sleep.
- 41:23When you have the grounding bags in your environment, it creates coherence for you.
- 41:27And it's the same with our athletes when they're in the flow state.
- 41:31Everything I do with athleticism when I'm not treating concussions or treating injuries and doing nerve and fascia work is to get them in the flow state to get them in that eight to 12 hertz or waves per second.
- 41:43And that's where we use Dr.
- 41:45Patrick Porter's brain tap and hit one of his first ones was mind spa.
- 41:49I don't know if you recall his one of his first early ones was mind spa.
- 41:52We were using that with professional athletes almost 30 years ago.
- 41:55So I was always working on getting people into that low and slow brainwave state.
- 42:00Now, why is that so important?
- 42:02Because what is 4G?
- 42:054G is four gigahertz.
- 42:08So four gigahertz is that that's those are that's 2.45 billion waves per second.
- 42:16A gigahertz is a billion wave per second.
- 42:20A megahertz is a million ways per second.
- 42:23So 4G is the lowest bandwidth of a polarizing one-directional waveform.
- 42:28That's 10 zeros faster than how we sleep revenue optimized.
- 42:32Four point 2.45 gigahertz, that's the lowest bandwidth that destructures water in our body.
- 42:39Now 5G is 16 to 90 gigahertz, 60 to 90 billion waves per second, and telecoms allowed to go up to 300 billion waves per second.
- 42:51They're allowed to go up to 300 gigahertz.
- 42:54We're at one to eight when we sleep, one to 12 when we're optimizing for performance.
- 42:59There is a massive over 12, you know, 10 zero delta on up of a polarizing one-directional waveform in our biofield.
- 43:08And that's why it's so important to understand.
- 43:10You know, you talk about that there's different types of um EMFs that we should avoid, like electric cars and smart meters and some of the wearable tech.
- 43:21Now, one of the wearable texts that we advocate for, and I have personal experience with that has really helped my body is the wave watch.
- 43:30Right.
- 43:31These uh really great frequencies, and there's a bunch of them to pay, I think there's like 1800 or something different ones to pick from.
- 43:37And they have there are certain things that I that they it has really helped me with.
- 43:42And we really um we had a special deal going.
- 43:45We still advocate for them, they're affiliate for us.
- 43:48If you used your rock, your your rocks at the same time as you were wearing something like a helpful EMF technology, would that interfere with it?
- 43:58It actually enhances it.
- 44:00You're gonna get better results, it cleans up their signal strength.
- 44:03So I'm a huge advocate of rife machines and those types of products for short durations.
- 44:09For EMF protection, there's no way.
- 44:12Like it's a futile effort to have something that emits a frequency to overpower the other frequencies that are emitted.
- 44:19Only nature can handle that.
- 44:21But when you're doing rife machines or sound beds or that those types of frequency machines or wearables for short durations, they're incredibly beneficial.
- 44:31But when you put in and when you put our grounding bags on you or in your environment while you're using them, it cleans up that signal.
- 44:39And the way I know that to be true is we had uh early on, I had a call of a guy that had an office adjacent to a cell tower, and he had a he had a landline.
- 44:50His landline was full of static.
- 44:52We loaded them up with grounding bags, it cleaned up the landline because it cleaned up the coherence from the tower that was directly across the street from them.
- 45:00So it it just it cleans up frequencies and signal strength.
- 45:04So no matter what you're using, PEMF, sound beds, I use bioharmonic technologies, Dr.
- 45:10Steven Schwartz's sound bed.
- 45:12I I have Paul Center uh as well.
- 45:15I have a beamer, I we have a ton of different, I use Patrick Porter's brain tap.
- 45:20We use all these different products with that have electricity in them, but I always use them with our grounding bags because they create more coherence for you and they clean up those signal strengths.
- 45:33Wow.
- 45:34That's that's really great news to hear uh about that because there are a lot of a lot of things that that are their frequency devices.
- 45:42You mentioned PMF and other things that are healing frequencies that they're not dirty frequencies like the other EMFs would be.
- 45:50You mentioned a couple of times about testing EMFs.
- 45:53If someone listening to this wants to test their home, uh what type of meter should they get and how should they use it?
- 46:01Great.
- 46:02The first one I love the most is go to Stetserelectric.com and Dave Stetzer is huge in this space and dirty electricity.
- 46:09You can get a plug-in meter and you can see the health uh of how the healthy wiring your home is, how healthy the wiring in your home is, like just by plugging that meter in.
- 46:19It should be probably about 100 or below on the they call it GS units, gram stater units, and that measures amps to volt.
- 46:27So get a statue electric meter, they're about 150 bucks.
- 46:30You can also get it on other you know online stores as well, but that's an easy one.
- 46:35People love milligoss meters for electricity.
- 46:38I know the so this is another thing is you mentioned your frontal cortex being affected with those kids in that child study.
- 46:45Well, what I've identified with athletes is the is the other side of the brain, the cerebellum is affected from EMFs.
- 46:55And we've seen it with the San Francisco 49ers.
- 46:58They're the most injured team in the NFL.
- 47:02And their practice arena is adjacent to a massively upgraded substation, electrical substation.
- 47:10And their levels of EMF on the farthest point away from that are about nine milligas constantly, which is nine times the allowable level of what a milligoss meter would read.
- 47:22So any simple milligoss meter will show that.
- 47:25But the to go back to the athlete real quick, the cerebellum, you can't have mechanics without neurology.
- 47:34You can't have immunology without neurology.
- 47:37Neurology is first.
- 47:38So if there's a disconnect from your cellar bellum to the endpoint, uh they're seeing a lot of Killy's tears, about seven of them, that is a disconnect.
- 47:49There's a gap delay response.
- 47:51Your anterior tip, you you'll have you know too much, you know, flexion and then not enough extension, and then there's a gap when you go to move.
- 47:58That's a mechanical challenge from uh a neurological gap in your cerebellum to the mechanics to the end point of what you're moving.
- 48:08So we not only see it with the front with the kids, but even at the strongest fittest professional athletes, we're seeing it in that level as well.
- 48:16So a milligoss meter is one to get, then you can get uh uh uh you and then we have the dirty electricity meter, and then you can get like a trifield or a cornet or a one-directional antenna-based uh acoustameter, which is a wireless meter.
- 48:34And there's so many of them out there.
- 48:36Safe living technologies is another one.
- 48:37They're all great, but I love the the ones that have a they're one directional that have an antenna.
- 48:43So when you point it at a phone, the thing starts screaming, and the sounds that the meter makes is the sounds that the phones emitting that our nervous system hears that most humans don't have the bandwidth to hear, but it's still affecting our neurology of our body.
- 48:58It's a it this is noise pollution, Dr.
- 49:00T at the craziest level.
- 49:02Then when you point it away, it drops that that down, and you don't you don't hear the noise.
- 49:08Then you point it back at the phone, and that's where I showed you know my daughter that I'm like, hey, this device you're holding, this isn't some security blanket that you want next to you.
- 49:17This is an energy weapon.
- 49:18Like this isn't great for you.
- 49:20And so now there's usage protocols for her that she's yeah, really it holds true to.
- 49:28And that's those are the meters are great ways for people to understand that.
- 49:33You know, I was listening to in preparation for another conversation I'm having later this week.
- 49:38Um, I was listening to a Senate hearing about exposures of kids to to EMFs and how much time that they're spending on laptops and um um desktops and their cell phones.
- 49:50And it's upwards to eight hours a day.
- 49:52Wow.
- 49:53Constant, you know, and they were talking about they the panelists that were on that um uh at that at that at that.
- 50:00Hearing, we're all talking about the detrimental effects of all of this.
- 50:03And now that they've got them in schools, and you know, kids, you know, they're learning their lessons on them, and they have to do homework on them.
- 50:10And it's just constant that they're constantly in front of uh some sort of a screen time.
- 50:16And they were talking about eight to twelve hours a day that these kids are sitting, you know, in front of a screen, not looking at anything else, and the detrimental effects in their, you know, so they are taking some steps to um at least acknowledge the problem, which is the first step of the solution, right?
- 50:35You have to acknowledge that this really is causing a problem before you can find a way to mitigate it or to cause a solution.
- 50:43Where can people get your grounding bags?
- 50:46Because we don't want to end the show here today.
- 50:48We've got about five minutes left for them to know where they can find you and get these grounding bags, and how many should they get for their house and how should they use them?
- 50:58Yeah, definitely.
- 50:59Thank you.
- 50:59EMFrocks.com is a really great spot.
- 51:02Uh and that we we have all of our curated health products on athleticism.com, spelled athletic, and then ism.com.
- 51:11But uh EMF Rocks is where most people will get the grounding bags.
- 51:15And you we have uh full size for your bed desk or car seat.
- 51:19Uh you need five uh per 2,000 square feet of a home.
- 51:24You need seven if you have solar on the home, seven if you drive an electric car.
- 51:28And uh so that's how long did if you get a bag, how long do they are well?
- 51:36Let me rephrase that.
- 51:37Do you need to replace them?
- 51:38And if so, how often?
- 51:40Yes, they do.
- 51:41There is a lifespan on their two to three year lifespan.
- 51:44So they until and or shorter if you're have them extreme heat.
- 51:49Uh, you might get a little more out of them if you keep them in a cool, cooler climate.
- 51:54Um, but when the moisture expires, they'll turn more from pink to white inside, and then it's time to replace them.
- 52:01So uh two to three years is the time you can recharge them every one to four months by putting them just outside in the lawn in the shade, just place them on the ground.
- 52:10That'll give them about five percent more uh for you.
- 52:14And we see it in the sleep.
- 52:16The sleep you'll get five percent deeper sleep when you re-ground them every so often.
- 52:21Uh the minis uh should be grounded more uh like maybe twice a month because they're a smaller amount there for a pocket for I put them in my carry them on pocket.
- 52:31What women carry it in the purse and the kids will carry it in a backpack for on-the-go protection.
- 52:35So you don't need the stickers or the pendants or stuff on the devices.
- 52:39You you this is a something you carry.
- 52:42It's a product that you would carry with you, or just place you know on your desk or car seat or at the head of your bed to get into that coherence with your environment.
- 52:52Do you have to keep them in the bag all the time?
- 52:54Or yes, please do.
- 52:56There's no need to open it, they're ready to go.
- 52:59It's just the amount of how much of nature's resonance in your home uh will create the coherence.
- 53:04So again, at least seven if you drive an electric car, at least seven if you have solar, five per bed if per per home, and then at least one per bed desk or car seat.
- 53:15And so it adds up, uh, but you know, potentially, but you can step up uh budget allowing, which is fantastic as well.
- 53:24So if they're in the bag, how how do you know the change of color?
- 53:28Um well, you you could take a look at them every so often and see.
- 53:31When you get them, open them up.
- 53:33We we hot seal them, they're they're in our inner brown bag that's hot sealed with a window, so you can see the crystals of them.
- 53:40So that inner brown bag is hot sealed, you never take them out, you can just see them through there.
- 53:44And then we put them in a silver static bag, which actually amplifies the the frequency of it, and then it double seals it to preserve them for longer, and then they're in that that decorative cloth, the moose lin bag, the the that you see in the you know on the camera.
- 54:01So they're they're deployed to last as long as we can preserve them.
- 54:06But if they go in the wash or they get into really hot sun or we keep them in a really hot car for too long, they'll expire a lot quicker.
- 54:14So when I put them out in the sun to recharge them, do I keep them in the take them out of the Muslim bag?
- 54:20And you no, you just you put them, you actually put them outside in the shade on the lawn, so not directly in the sun.
- 54:28And that's what will we recharge them.
- 54:30You don't need the sunlight directly on them because we want to keep them from drying out.
- 54:34We just need the nature's resonance on them to help clear them.
- 54:38Well, this has been a fabulous conversation, Justin.
- 54:42Thank you.
- 54:42So sweet.
- 54:43I appreciate it.
- 54:44It's been really important and um informative about the EMFs and to get for even those that know a lot about EMFs.
- 54:52It was a re-education and getting that back on our radar screen.
- 54:55But these rocks are really something special.
- 54:57And I took notes because all of these notes where you talked about uh where they will be, um, the EMF rocks and that will be in the show notes.
- 55:05So they'll be down below, and we'll be able to get your additional materials from your website from the EMF rocks website.
- 55:12But this is pretty cool.
- 55:14This is like it's such a cool way to um keep you safe without you know without a lot of technologies.
- 55:22So I really want to thank you so much.
- 55:24We've got one minute left, one minute left in the show before I have to close it out in one minute.
- 55:29What are your closing comments today?
- 55:31Well, first off, this is the number one stressor we're dealing with.
- 55:35It's we've showed it for over 140 years since we put electricity in our homes and it keeps getting stronger and stronger with satellites and electricity cars and wearables.
- 55:43So get grounded by nature because it's your nature.
- 55:47And uh, because this is a book uh talk to.
- 55:50I did write a couple books.
- 55:51I wrote one on EMF called Grounded by Nature, and that kind of goes over everything we spoke about on this conversation.
- 55:59And then for all the athletes out there, the athleticism is my other book that I wrote.
- 56:04Uh so but just get outside in the nature.
- 56:07It's free.
- 56:07Go touch a tree, hug a tree, get into bodies of water, get your body, you know, out into nature.
- 56:13And then when you're in in home in in your home, get your bedrooms to the resonance as low and as slow and as close to nature as you possibly can get and get get in that coherence and their rhythm with nature.
- 56:26So we turn the electricity off in our bedrooms at night, and then of course, we use the grounding bags for even more coherence.
- 56:32So get grounded by nature.
- 56:35That's your nature.
- 56:36So with that, we got to cut this really short because we're over time.
- 56:39So, Justin, thank you so much for being with us today, all of our listeners being here with us today.
- 56:44We will see you here tomorrow or the next time on the 10 penny files, right here at America Outloud.news and iHeartRadio.
- 56:51Have a great day, everybody.
- 56:52Goodbye and got this.
