D.R. Horton is set to build one of Goochland’s largest residential developments yet on 265 acres in Rural Hill on the James, with 195 homes ranging from $650K to $850K — and riverfront lots hitting $2M. After five years of planning by local developers Kyle Yeatman and Adam Gregoire, the national builder stepped in to capitalize on regional land shortages and economic shifts.
