Season 3 Episode 30-Former Stormer Jake Karabela of the Ohio State Buckeyes

Eye Of The Storm: A Guelph Storm Podcast w/Ryan Drury · Apr 23, 2026 · 19m

Ryan welcomes back longtime Storm centre, Guelph native, and Ohio State Buckeye Jake Karabela to the pod. Jake gets into his first year in the NCAA, campus life, his courses, the differences between playing in the OHL and college, and his very successful freshman campaign where he had 37 points in 37 games and was named to the Big10's all-freshman team, ending the season with Rookie of the Week honours.

We will be doing the podcast throughout the off-season for the first time, with episodes coming out monthly until the season gets back underway in September.
