- 0:01Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 0:02Speaker 1: Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm Dr Christopher Kevin Slayton, your host and the author of the Brain's Body Help to Improve Brain, body and Sense Events.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Now today we're talking about healing, and to talk about healing we have to lay down a foundation, and so we've been talking about pain, hurt and sadness.
- 0:23Speaker 1: And when I'm talking about those three emotions, I'm also talking about problem solving, because I'm telling you that energy, action and feelings are reflections of brain, body and sense events as they move through your human system.
- 0:43Speaker 1: So you go get the book and you're reading the book and it comes to you.
- 0:47Speaker 1: How you live through contact, how you learn through interaction, how do you think about cooperation, how you respond through participation, how you sense and receive energy, action and feelings to perform, those are the challenges.
- 1:03Speaker 1: So we're talking about healing and you cannot heal when you're hurt and you have difficulty moving through contact, social contact.
- 1:13Speaker 1: And because you're having difficulty moving through social contact, then environmental living is much, much harder because you have to live inside homes, schools, neighborhoods and workplaces.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Human Systems Research if you read the book, and so those places is where the experiences of pain, hurt and sadness emanate from past experience.
- 1:37Speaker 1: And then you, when you interact through someone or the environment itself and experience the affect or effect, and then you're enthralled in trying to figure out what happened, why did it happen?
- 1:54Speaker 1: And so I say human systems science because I had to figure it out.
- 1:59Speaker 1: So, human systems science, the brain is the body.
- 2:02Speaker 1: No, that's how you figure it out, because you can't solve the problem with the body.
- 2:07Speaker 1: You can't move through life through a body-mind and expect to solve problems that are occurring to you on the outside.
- 2:17Speaker 1: But you got to figure them out from the inside.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And if you figure them out using the body, then that's why you're physical and you're always getting in trouble.
- 2:25Speaker 1: No, it's the brain.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Body because the brain has to process the experience that is affecting your sense and receive path functions.
- 2:35Speaker 1: And so I'm saying to you take a minute, because the body, mind represents that social contact and that environmental interaction.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Mind represents that social contact and that environmental interaction.
- 2:49Speaker 1: It's the bridge to understand the crisis of self, because there's more to you than a sense of.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I mean, go back and look at brain talk.
- 2:54Speaker 1: And I'm talking about James Brown and what James Brown is talking about to me as I delve into his lyrics as a kid growing up in, and I'm saying to you wow, he was talking about not self-awareness, beyond self-awareness, he was saying this was impacting your self-esteem.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Your brain is under attack.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Go listen to the lyrics.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Go listen to the lyrics and you'll find exactly what I'm saying to have real meaning for you, because it lifted me up and made me begin to realize there's something inside of me that he was talking through.
- 3:30Speaker 1: He was aware that we have some of us black people have real brains inside our heads, bodies.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Getting them to work is what he was talking about.
- 3:40Speaker 1: So I'm seeing all these things.
- 3:42Speaker 1: To come back to the senses, are the metaphysical transformers of social contact, environmental interaction.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 3:52Speaker 1: I'm saying that the external environment and you're under attack because that social cognitive affect that moves through you.
- 4:02Speaker 1: As a sense of that means you are fractionalized by personality, attitude, character and behaviors that are being influenced by the environment.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So now you have a state of mind.
- 4:16Speaker 1: That state of mind is fixed and it's emerging as a static state because you can't solve the problem or what's happening to you and why you don't like yourself, why you look at yourself and not your brain to solve the problem.
- 4:32Speaker 1: What's happening to you?
- 4:34Speaker 1: We're talking about brain talk.
- 4:35Speaker 1: We're talking about the brain's body learning system.
- 4:38Speaker 1: We're talking about how do you stop yourself from hurting self because you don't like who you are, because of the way people on the outside lead you to feel about yourself on the inside, or your ability to solve these critical issues that you're confronted with as the experience being experienced, but as a sense of you, are not the experience being experienced.
- 5:07Speaker 1: You are experiencing the experience of someone else and they're doing the thinking for you, whether you realize it or not, because they have influenced your sense and received path functions, because you don't feel sufficient enough, competent enough to woman, man up and understand.
- 5:28Speaker 1: The brain must learn how to lead the body Through your sense of feel for self, through your sense of feel for self, because you have to feel self-care, which motivates you to move through the crisis of self.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Stop, wait, look, listen to what I'm saying to you.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Who you are, what you are, where you are, when you are, why you are and how you are characterizes your brain-body connections, which means that you are more than no.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Listen now, no, no, no.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Go back and listen to James Brown's lyrics You're more than okay and so if you're more than, then, hear this part.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Then then hear this part.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Personalities, attitudes, characters, behaviors that manifest as the physics of self-awareness under the influences of other people's environmental emotions, thoughts and reflections, bam the crisis of self, because you're not living through your own sense of feel, you're living through someone else's and you're stuck in a sense of search for personality that agrees with the influx of information that's moving through you, the crises, you, your states of mind.
- 6:45Speaker 1: There is no received path interaction, because it's being blocked by the hurt and the sadness.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That emotion is throttling the ability to channel that energy, action and feelings.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Long enough for you to experience a dialogue, I said it, an inner dialogue, where you begin to rashly look at wow, what have I done to me?
- 7:11Speaker 1: What have I done to me?
- 7:13Speaker 1: I'll say it a third time, but let's move on, because the experience in the experiencing of sense and received path functions listen here, level one, an information processor, you are.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Level two, a knowledge broker, you are.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Level three, a comprehensive learning system.
- 7:33Speaker 1: You are an analyst of what happened, you are and the evaluator of time.
- 7:41Speaker 1: You are a synthesis of self-research, because what are you saying?
- 7:46Speaker 1: The brains and the lead of the body, and whatever happens goes through your receive path and is processed in the levels of reflection.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Levels of reflection that are responses to how you feel and as you continue to show signs of care.
- 8:05Speaker 1: That's cooperation that you're learning how to move through.
- 8:10Speaker 1: So the heavy lift is because you're lifting your brain up and you're saying brain on Body, body, I got you body, I'm going to start protecting you.
- 8:20Speaker 1: You can't protect me because of all this stuff that's being thrown at me from the environment and other people's interests, and I have to figure out how to compete from the inside out to protect you.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Hear what I'm saying.
- 8:34Speaker 1: You got that right, good Now.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Human-assisted research, a sense of feel for self.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I'm saying to you get the book.
- 8:43Speaker 1: When I began to study human-assisted research, I began with self-analysis and that led to my understanding of a sense of feel for self, the transformative variable that moves you from a programmed state to a processed state, where now the received path is in the lead of the process, information flow beyond a sense of self-discovery, because that's what everybody does, they want to discover.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But it's more to you than that.
- 9:19Speaker 1: But that's how you get locked in personality, attitude, character, behavior and you're studying.
- 9:26Speaker 1: How do I change these things when you're more than that?
- 9:31Speaker 1: You're more than that, you're undefined.
- 9:31Speaker 1: So look at these.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Well, you're more than that.
- 9:32Speaker 1: You're more than that, you're undefined.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So look at these great people that you're around, that you envy, and you're saying, wow, I don't get it, because they're more than that.
- 9:42Speaker 1: That is subscribed by behaviorism.
- 9:45Speaker 1: They're human beings and human beings change and evolve.
- 9:49Speaker 1: In the higher levels of technology that you can observe, I talk about it in the higher levels of technology that you can observe.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I talk about it in the book.
- 9:55Speaker 1: It's like, wow, they're in a zone.
- 9:58Speaker 1: They're in a zone and you know.
- 10:00Speaker 1: They're in a zone because they're doing something that's so spectacular and you're wondering how are they doing it?
- 10:06Speaker 1: And I'm talking to you about it through a sense of feel for self that transforms the energy, action and feelings emotion, thought, reflection, gravity, performance.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Since you received path research, bam, I'm talking to the brain.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Are you still listening?
- 10:25Speaker 1: See, received path awareness is very, very, very critical and that's what's left out when you send your kid to school.
- 10:32Speaker 1: They must understand, receive, have awareness.
- 10:37Speaker 1: They must be aware that they're in control of how they receive the flow of information and they must accept it so the brain can do its work to protect the body Through understanding what happened, what's happening and how to change right then and there, to improve the way you sense, feel and focus your energy, action and feelings, to respond positively or negatively.
- 11:06Speaker 1: You must respond because it's healing time.
- 11:08Speaker 1: It's healing time and how the body lives, how does the body live?
- 11:13Speaker 1: Well, before you go there, how does the brain learn?
- 11:16Speaker 1: See what I'm saying?
- 11:17Speaker 1: The brain has been lead because the brain learns you.
- 11:20Speaker 1: You know how, because you want to help your body live through the experience of self, other people and the environment, because you're under attack.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Listen to what I'm saying.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Go back and listen to James Brown.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Just go back and listen to James.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Say it loud.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Go back and listen to James Brown and you'll get this message I'm trying to give you right now.
- 11:42Speaker 1: This is brain talk.
- 11:43Speaker 1: How the senses feel things Wait a minute how the brain talks back.
- 11:49Speaker 1: That's brain talk, because as you begin to do sensory seed pad research, you begin to really listen and observe and begin to reflect.
- 11:59Speaker 1: And that's what you want to do to heal.
- 12:01Speaker 1: You want to reflect and when you reflect, you're problem solving because you've already accepted the negative experience and it's affected effect on you.
- 12:11Speaker 1: So now what you're doing is you're moving through the crisis of self, because self has removed, so that you can do the rest of the work.
- 12:19Speaker 1: And the rest of the work is now let's advance our technologies so you don't get caught up in the war.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Advance your intellectual competencies.
- 12:28Speaker 1: That I'm talking to you about.
- 12:30Speaker 1: And so here we go, as I close, get brain talk, learn the brain's body with Dr Slade.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Live my 2024 version, because it takes you to the next level.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Talk to the brain, not the body.
- 12:42Speaker 1: That's what we're talking about, but that's the practice.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Learn to talk to the brain, not the body, because what do you want to respond?
- 12:48Speaker 1: The brain or the body?
- 12:50Speaker 1: If you want the brain to respond, the brain or the body?
- 12:54Speaker 1: To want the brain to respond, you have to build trust, because you don't believe you have a brain, because society isn't teaching you that.
- 12:57Speaker 1: But you have a brain and the brain must be in the lead of the body and that is how you systemically learn discipline and self-control.
- 13:06Speaker 1: And when someone attacks you, you're calm, cool and collected and they're looking at you like but you know you're ready.
- 13:14Speaker 1: But that's what we're talking about being ready.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Because right now, when you're in all this hurt and pain and sadness, you may think you're ready.
- 13:23Speaker 1: You're ready to get yourself in trouble.
- 13:25Speaker 1: That's what you're ready to do.
- 13:26Speaker 1: But here we go.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Closing the brain talks back through your sense of feel for social contact, environmental interaction and neurophysics of self and the brain, now here in the lead of the body.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Listen to the last part Through a sense, feel, focus, process, cycle, self-leadership, self-leadership At the end of the day, that's what you want To be in the lead of self.
- 13:53Speaker 1: That's because everybody wants you to be on top of your game, because in America it's only getting harder to live, learn, think and respond in the best home, school, neighborhood, workplace, network.
