Thea Bowman Leadership Academy just reshuffled its board after a tense 15-day deadline from its authorizer, Calumet College, who raised red flags over governance and academics. Two remaining members swiftly appointed five new directors — Anthony Manuel, William Outlar Jr., Karen D.
