Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: In this look back episode, we're going to take a
• 0:08
Speaker 1: closer look at some of the people who were visiting
• 0:11
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein while he was in jail. So let's jump
• 0:16
Speaker 1: right into this article from CNBC and let's see what
• 0:21
Speaker 1: Brian Schwartz and Dan Mangan have to say. This article
• 0:26
Speaker 1: was originally published July 12th of 2019 headline Jeffrey Epstein
• 0:35
Speaker 1: jail logs accused child sex predator met with Alan Dershowitz
• 0:40
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's friend and alleged co-conspirators a decade ago wealthy
• 0:48
Speaker 1: financier pedophile An accused child sex abuser, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein,
• 0:54
Speaker 1: had a revolving cast of characters take turns visiting him
• 0:58
Speaker 1: in a Palm Beach County, Florida jail while serving a
• 1:02
Speaker 1: 13-month criminal sentence in July 2008, excuse me, in 2008
• 1:06
Speaker 1: and 2009, according to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: So look, what are you doing? visiting Jeffrey Epstein in jail.
• 1:23
Speaker 1: I mean, it is beyond the imagination why anyone would
• 1:28
Speaker 1: be visiting this guy in jail, unless, of course, he's
• 1:31
Speaker 1: holding something over your head. He has some kind of
• 1:34
Speaker 1: blackmail on you, or the flip side of that, you're
• 1:37
Speaker 1: in cahoots with him, right? Those are the only two options.
• 1:42
Speaker 1: Those visitors included Epstein's appeals attorney, Alan Dershowitz. That's, we
• 1:47
Speaker 1: would expect that, right? Alan Dershowitz has always had a
• 1:51
Speaker 1: built-in alibi for why he's spending time with Jeffrey Epstein,
• 1:54
Speaker 1: being his lawyer. So you kind of can look at
• 1:58
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz and shrug your shoulders and say, alright, I
• 2:00
Speaker 1: see why Dirty Dersh is there. Dershowitz, who showed up
• 2:05
Speaker 1: on New Year's Day of 2009... as well as Arnold
• 2:08
Speaker 1: Paul Prosperi, a college friend of former President Bill Clinton,
• 2:13
Speaker 1: documents show. Other visitors were two women who have been
• 2:17
Speaker 1: alleged to have been co-conspirators of Epstein. Now, what the
• 2:22
Speaker 1: hell was Paul Prosperi doing there? We all know him
• 2:26
Speaker 1: and Billy Boy Clinton were real tight, but why is
• 2:29
Speaker 1: he here visiting Jeffrey Epstein while he's locked up in
• 2:32
Speaker 1: the Who Scout? What sort of urgent business could you
• 2:35
Speaker 1: possibly have with Jeffrey Epstein that would necessitate you visiting
• 2:40
Speaker 1: him while he's locked up in this stockade. I would
• 2:44
Speaker 1: really love to hear some quality reasoning behind it. Epstein,
• 2:53
Speaker 1: also a former friend of President Donald Trump's, pleaded guilty
• 2:56
Speaker 1: in 2008 to a Florida state charge of procuring an
• 3:00
Speaker 1: underage prostitute. Instead of just saying Trump's name there, it
• 3:04
Speaker 1: should say friend of the so-called elite. Every single person
• 3:08
Speaker 1: who's ever rubbed shoulders and elbows together in these so-called
• 3:12
Speaker 1: hallowed halls of upper crust society. They're all questionable in
• 3:17
Speaker 1: my opinion. He now is charged by federal prosecutors in
• 3:25
Speaker 1: New York with sexually abusing dozens of underage girls from
• 3:29
Speaker 1: 2002 through 2005 at his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach mansion.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: Imagine when this article first came out, how little that
• 3:40
Speaker 1: they were, you know, releasing. Oh, yeah, just at his
• 3:44
Speaker 1: Palm Beach mansion in Manhattan. Meanwhile, this was happening not
• 3:48
Speaker 1: only over state lines, folks. We all know that it
• 3:50
Speaker 1: was happening. And if you want to talk about back
• 3:55
Speaker 1: in the States, well, the one place nobody ever wants
• 3:58
Speaker 1: to talk about is Zorro Ranch. We know it was
• 4:02
Speaker 1: happening there. No state investigation. People don't even want to
• 4:07
Speaker 1: talk about what happened there. Especially people who are, you know,
• 4:11
Speaker 1: hip to what happened there. People who live there, people
• 4:13
Speaker 1: who live through it, people who might have, you know,
• 4:16
Speaker 1: some kind of connection still to pensions or whatever. Nobody
• 4:20
Speaker 1: wants to, you know, kick that viper's nest at all.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: But the fact is, this was much more than just
• 4:26
Speaker 1: New York and Florida. Among his most frequent visitors in
• 4:31
Speaker 1: jail was Prosperi, who had become friends with Clinton when
• 4:35
Speaker 1: they attended Georgetown University together, where he ran Clinton's campaign
• 4:40
Speaker 1: for student body president. Records show that Prosperi visited Epstein
• 4:45
Speaker 1: at least 20 times. I mean, really? What are you doing, bro?
• 4:50
Speaker 1: An attorney who later raised funds for Clinton, Prosperi had
• 4:53
Speaker 1: his own criminal sentence for filing false tax returns, commuted
• 4:57
Speaker 1: to house arrest on Clinton's last day of office in
• 5:01
Speaker 1: the White House in 2001. Now, how funny is that, huh?
• 5:07
Speaker 1: How much money did Jeffrey Epstein allegedly give to Bill Clinton,
• 5:12
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's foundation, and the rest of it? So... Is
• 5:17
Speaker 1: Paul Prosperi there to make sure the image isn't tarnished?
• 5:22
Speaker 1: What's the conversation about? Why would you have to go
• 5:26
Speaker 1: there 20 times? Again, it doesn't make any sense at all.
• 5:31
  Speaker 1: While you're visiting a sex predator 20 times when it's
• 5:34
Speaker 1: known that you're one of Bill Clinton's pitchmen, one of
• 5:38
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's inside guys. You know, a dude who was
• 5:42
Speaker 1: rivaling Doug Band as far as access goes when we're
• 5:45
Speaker 1: talking about Clintonistas. A 1995 newspaper clipping uncovered by Snopes.com
• 5:54
Speaker 1: describes a dinner hosted by Revlon chief Ron Perlman and
• 5:59
Speaker 1: his wife with guests including Clinton, who was president at
• 6:02
Speaker 1: the time, Prosperi, and Epstein. Yeah, well, we know that
• 6:08
Speaker 1: Revlon and Ron Perlman specifically was a huge friend to
• 6:14
Speaker 1: Epstein and a big-time benefactor to Epstein as well. All
• 6:19
Speaker 1: of these people who were rubbing shoulders, all of these
• 6:22
Speaker 1: people who go to these art galas and yuck it
• 6:25
Speaker 1: up together in front of the bright lights with the
• 6:30
Speaker 1: poster board repeaters behind them. Every single one of these people,
• 6:36
Speaker 1: they were all connected. They were all hanging out together.
• 6:39
Speaker 1: That's why it's laughable when any of them act like
• 6:41
Speaker 1: they have no idea what was going on. Like this
• 6:44
Speaker 1: was a well-kept secret. Other guests at the dinner included
• 6:51
Speaker 1: actor Don Johnson, singer Jimmy Buffett, and Don Fowler, the
• 6:56
Speaker 1: then co-chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Boy, a who's who, huh?
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Got all of the big dogs there. All of the
• 7:05
Speaker 1: people that are going to tell you how bad you are. Remember,
• 7:08
Speaker 1: these are the very same people that are breaking bread
• 7:10
Speaker 1: with Epstein. And then you wonder why I don't take
• 7:13
Speaker 1: any of them seriously on either side of the aisle.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: I have no desire to listen to any of them, honestly.
• 7:20
Speaker 1: Both sides are ridiculous. You hear the nonsense they talk about,
• 7:24
Speaker 1: and then the people that go out and parrot that
• 7:26
Speaker 1: shit to continue to divide the communities, to continue to
• 7:30
Speaker 1: make shit harder on each other, I just don't understand it.
• 7:33
Speaker 1: But there's a whole army of these blue check marks
• 7:36
Speaker 1: out there. Oh, don't look at this one's behavior because
• 7:41
Speaker 1: of the other one's behavior. How about we look at
• 7:43
Speaker 1: all of their behavior and find it all disgusting? I
• 7:47
Speaker 1: don't care if you're talking Trump or Biden's son with
• 7:50
Speaker 1: the laptop. All of that shit's disgusting. You really think
• 7:53
Speaker 1: that's what we need as a nation running the country?
• 7:56
Speaker 1: These kind of people? You can find all these people
• 8:00
Speaker 1: to try out for American Idol. You mean to tell
• 8:03
Speaker 1: me we only have a handful of people who are
• 8:05
Speaker 1: qualified to be the president of the United States and
• 8:08
Speaker 1: all of them happen to be old as fuck? Stop it.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: I'm done with all of it. Clinton's spokesman has said
• 8:17
Speaker 1: that he cut ties with Epstein over a decade ago
• 8:20
Speaker 1: and has no knowledge of Epstein's alleged crimes. On Friday,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: a representative for Clinton did not return CNBC's request for comment.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: They never will. And when they do, we get that
• 8:30
Speaker 1: canned-ass statement filled with lies that the legacy media still
• 8:34
Speaker 1: isn't calling them on, by the way. So we'll keep prodding.
• 8:36
Speaker 1: We'll keep poking over here. But the fact is this.
• 8:40
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton has been less than truthful about a lot
• 8:43
Speaker 1: of things, but certainly about his relationships, Dershowitz spent much
• 8:49
Speaker 1: of the morning on January 1st, 2009 with Epstein, according
• 8:53
Speaker 1: to records. In a statement to CNBC, Dershowitz said, Now look, again,
• 8:58
Speaker 1: out of all these people, as much as it pains
• 8:59
Speaker 1: me to say, Dershowitz actually has a reason to be there.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: Dude was, he was his lawyer. Now, I'm not saying
• 9:13
Speaker 1: they weren't discussing other shit, they might have been, but
• 9:16
Speaker 1: he actually has a legit reason to be there, considering
• 9:19
Speaker 1: he was the lawyer on the case, or at least
• 9:21
Speaker 1: one of those lawyers. Later that same holiday, Prosperi came
• 9:25
Speaker 1: by to see Epstein, as did Joseph Pagano, who has
• 9:29
Speaker 1: the same name as a venture capitalist previously reported to
• 9:32
Speaker 1: be a friend of Epstein. CNBC was unable to reach Pagano. Again,
• 9:37
Speaker 1: you see what I'm talking about with the financial sector, folks?
• 9:40
Speaker 1: You see what I mean? You see why they're always
• 9:42
Speaker 1: in my crosshairs when we're talking about people related to Epstein?
• 9:48
Speaker 1: Without all of these people in the financial world, without
• 9:50
Speaker 1: all of these bankers, hedge fund managers, investors, all of
• 9:55
Speaker 1: these folks that are playing in the big leagues, None
• 9:58
Speaker 1: of this could have happened because Epstein, his money couldn't
• 10:01
Speaker 1: have pumped through the heart of the regular financial system
• 10:04
Speaker 1: without raising more than an eyebrow. And of course, you
• 10:08
Speaker 1: can't have everybody on the take, right? So you go
• 10:11
Speaker 1: get the big wigs on the take. Your boys like,
• 10:13
Speaker 1: you know, Jess Staley, your boys like Leon Black. get
• 10:18
Speaker 1: them involved with it, with the scam, with the plot,
• 10:20
Speaker 1: and then everything seems to take care of itself, doesn't it?
• 10:25
Speaker 1: Other notable visitors were two of Epstein's co-alleged co-conspirators, Nadia
• 10:32
Speaker 1: Marchenko and Sarah Kellen. Combined, the two made over 70
• 10:37
Speaker 1: visits to Palm Beach County Jail, record show. Now look,
• 10:41
Speaker 1: when it comes to Sarah Kellen Vickers, I have zero
• 10:44
Speaker 1: remorse for this lady. I don't think that She is
• 10:49
Speaker 1: somebody who's in a position to try and, you know,
• 10:52
Speaker 1: position herself as a victim here. She went into this
• 10:56
Speaker 1: with open eyes as an adult. You know, hey, look,
• 10:59
Speaker 1: you might have had a rough, a rough, bumpy past.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: You were a Jehovah's Witness, whatever. How many people have
• 11:04
Speaker 1: had harder upbringings? I know personally people with way harder
• 11:07
Speaker 1: upbringings than any one of these so-called rough go of
• 11:13
Speaker 1: it people as far as, you know, Epstein's co-conspirators here.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: You didn't have a hard life. Stop. Certainly nothing in
• 11:21
Speaker 1: your life that would okay you to engage in the
• 11:25
Speaker 1: behavior that you were engaging with Epstein. Of course, it's
• 11:30
Speaker 1: some of the most deplorable shit ever. But when you
• 11:33
Speaker 1: talk about Nadia, a little different, right? And again, we
• 11:38
Speaker 1: don't know the whole story yet. Very hard to, you know,
• 11:41
Speaker 1: find out what's fact and what's fiction. And so... What
• 11:46
Speaker 1: we have to go on is bad news. The fact
• 11:48
Speaker 1: that she was sold to Jeffrey Epstein at like 15
• 11:51
Speaker 1: years old, according to the reports. And that alone right there,
• 11:56
Speaker 1: it puts her in a different stratosphere than these other co-conspirators.
• 12:01
Speaker 1: At least in my opinion, anyway. Now, does it absolve
• 12:04
Speaker 1: her of all of her wrongs? Look, I'm not the jury.
• 12:08
Speaker 1: And I think that when you commit crimes, there's punishment
• 12:13
Speaker 1: that has to come. But what that punishment is, I
• 12:15
Speaker 1: don't know. Now, again, when we're talking about somebody with
• 12:19
Speaker 1: such a difficult story, you know, background, it's hard because
• 12:27
Speaker 1: she certainly was somebody who was groomed and victimized and
• 12:32
Speaker 1: probably had her whole entire thought pattern changed by this guy.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: Imagine being put into his clutches at 15, Ghislaine Maxwell
• 12:41
Speaker 1: and this dude molding you and branding you and making
• 12:45
Speaker 1: you be what they want you to be and normalizing
• 12:47
Speaker 1: this behavior after you come from wherever you come from,
• 12:51
  Speaker 1: a place that's, you know, war-torn or it's a developing
• 12:54
Speaker 1: nation or you come from an orphanage where your parents
• 12:57
Speaker 1: might have passed away and you come into this opulence
• 13:00
Speaker 1: and all of this luxury, you think that this is
• 13:03
Speaker 1: the normal behavior of people that live like this. And
• 13:08
Speaker 1: it's very unfortunate that something like this could even occur, honestly.
• 13:13
Speaker 1: But when we talk about the core four, she's the
• 13:15
Speaker 1: only one where I have any pause whatsoever when it
• 13:19
Speaker 1: comes to harsh prison sentences. Kellen, according to court documents
• 13:25
Speaker 1: obtained by the Daily Beast, was one of Epstein's closest
• 13:28
Speaker 1: aides in the 2000s. She now goes by the name
• 13:31
Speaker 1: Sarah Kensington and is married to NASCAR driver Brian Vickers.
• 13:36
Speaker 1: Nadia Marcinkova is now a certified FAA pilot and flight instructor.
• 13:41
Speaker 1: Neither Kellen nor Marcinkova have been criminally charged. A non-prosecution
• 13:47
Speaker 1: agreement that Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in Miami in
• 13:51
Speaker 1: 2007 explicitly said that his alleged co-conspirators would not be
• 13:57
Speaker 1: criminally charged. And that right away sets off alarm bells, right?
• 14:02
Speaker 1: Who has a carte blanche kind of a non-prosecution agreement?
• 14:08
Speaker 1: where it doesn't even name the co-conspirators. It's anyone, basically
• 14:12
Speaker 1: anyone related to anything related to the case. They're covered
• 14:16
Speaker 1: by this plea deal down in Florida. Who the hell
• 14:19
Speaker 1: gets a plea deal like that worked out in their
• 14:22
Speaker 1: favor and then has the government sign off on it?
• 14:26
Speaker 1: It's unheard of. I've never seen anything like it ever
• 14:29
Speaker 1: in my life. Alex Acosta, who was U.S. attorney in
• 14:33
Speaker 1: Miami at the time, oversaw the deal. On Friday, Acosta
• 14:37
Speaker 1: resigned as Trump's labor secretary amid criticism of his handling
• 14:41
Speaker 1: of the Epstein case more than a decade ago. Igor Zinoviev,
• 14:46
Speaker 1: a Russian who was a former martial artist, also made
• 14:49
Speaker 1: his way to Epstein's jail cell. Now, remember, we did
• 14:54
Speaker 1: an article about Igor. He was an ex-MMA fighter who
• 14:58
Speaker 1: was Epstein's bodyguard. And he had some pretty interesting things
• 15:03
Speaker 1: to say in that interview as well. I posted that
• 15:06
Speaker 1: a while back. You can find it in the catalog
• 15:08
Speaker 1: under Epstein's Bodyguard. No one visited Epstein more than Story Cowles,
• 15:14
Speaker 1: who was reportedly his personal assistant. Cowles visited Epstein nearly
• 15:19
Speaker 1: 130 times. At times, Cowles signed in as a paralegal.
• 15:24
Speaker 1: His online profile says that he is currently an investment
• 15:27
Speaker 1: banker at Tobin & Company. Imagine that, another investment banker, huh?
• 15:32
Speaker 1: Story Cal's another less-known player on the stage. A two-bit actor, really.
• 15:37
Speaker 1: Nothing more than a gopher. An errand boy. Nobody, not
• 15:41
Speaker 1: a big shot in the whole entire grand scheme of things,
• 15:45
Speaker 1: but certainly somebody that was acting as a gopher. The
• 15:48
Speaker 1: question is, what was Story Cowles doing meeting with Epstein?
• 15:52
Speaker 1: What sort of information was being passed on? What was
• 15:55
Speaker 1: he gleaning from these trips? And then what was he
• 15:58
Speaker 1: disseminating after he'd go back and talk to whoever it
• 16:01
Speaker 1: was he was talking to? Epstein finished his 13-month stint
• 16:07
Speaker 1: in jail with at least 340 visits from a mix
• 16:10
Speaker 1: of about two dozen friends and colleagues and attorneys, among
• 16:14
Speaker 1: other associates, the documents show. Two process servers also visited Epstein,
• 16:20
Speaker 1: as did a psychiatric doctor. An attorney for Epstein did
• 16:24
Speaker 1: not return a request for comment. Dershowitz and Kals did
• 16:27
Speaker 1: not return requests for comment, while the other visitors could
• 16:31
Speaker 1: not be reached. Prosperi died in 2016. Well, that's convenient
• 16:35
Speaker 1: for everybody involved, isn't it? Epstein was arrested last Saturday
• 16:41
Speaker 1: on the new federal charges filed in New York. He
• 16:45
Speaker 1: is being held without bail, but is due to appear
• 16:48
Speaker 1: at a detention hearing on Monday. Prosecutors in a court
• 16:52
Speaker 1: filing on Friday said he is worth more than $ 500
• 16:55
Speaker 1: million and in recent months has made payments to potential witnesses.
• 17:00
Speaker 1: Of course he did. They were hush payments. And we
• 17:02
Speaker 1: know that he had all of that money on tap
• 17:04
Speaker 1: and on hand in the house, in the safe, so
• 17:08
Speaker 1: he can make these payments off. This is how he operated. Epstein,
• 17:15
Speaker 1: who ran his firm out of the U.S. Virgin Islands,
• 17:17
Speaker 1: historically has had ties to a few wealthy executives and politicians.
• 17:21
Speaker 1: Les Wexner, the chairman of L Brands, was known to
• 17:24
Speaker 1: be one of his clients before he was first sentenced
• 17:27
Speaker 1: a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered a 990 tax document
• 17:32
Speaker 1: showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner's earliest non-profit organizations. And
• 17:37
Speaker 1: the funny thing is, they won't go deeper than that,
• 17:40
Speaker 1: but the reality is, come on. You really think Epstein
• 17:43
Speaker 1: used his own money? Or was it recycled money just refunneled,
• 17:47
Speaker 1: less Wexner's money, into a charitable organization under another name
• 17:51
Speaker 1: so that they can get the benefits of it? We
• 17:53
Speaker 1: all know how this works by now, come on. He
• 17:57
Speaker 1: also was a top donor to Representative Stacey Plaskett, Democrat,
• 18:01
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, and she recently reversed course to give his
• 18:05
Speaker 1: contributions away to charity after outrage on social media. So again,
• 18:10
Speaker 1: with Denise George down in the Virgin Islands, maybe she
• 18:13
Speaker 1: should talk to Stacey Plaskett. What was Stacey Plaskett doing
• 18:16
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein's donations and why was Epstein so comfortable
• 18:20
Speaker 1: giving her all that dough? Maybe that's the question she
• 18:23
Speaker 1: should ask. All right, folks, that's going to do it.
• 18:26
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
• 18:28
  Speaker 1: at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
• 18:38
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The
• 18:46
Speaker 1: link that we discussed can be found in the description box.
• 18:50
Speaker 1: All right, everybody, until later on. So this article, like
• 18:53
Speaker 1: I said, is from CNBC. And the headline is, Jeffrey

Speaker 1: Epstein Jail Logs. Accused child sex predator met with Alan Dershowitz,
• 19:02
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's friend, and alleged co-conspirators a decade ago. Published Friday,
• 19:08
Speaker 1: July 12, 2019. The article was written by Brian Schwartz
• 19:10
Speaker 1: and Dan Mangan. Wealthy financier, pedophile, and accused child sex
• 19:23
Speaker 1: abuser Jeffrey Epstein had a revolving cast of characters take
• 19:26
Speaker 1: turns visiting him in a Palm Beach County, Florida, jail
• 19:30
  Speaker 1: while serving a 13-month criminal sentence in 2008 and 2009,
• 19:36
Speaker 1: according to visitor logs reviewed by CNBC on Friday. Those
• 19:44
Speaker 1: visitors included Epstein's appeal attorney, Alan Dershowitz, who showed up
• 19:48
Speaker 1: on New Year's Day 2008. as well as Arnold Paul Prosperi,
• 19:53
Speaker 1: a college friend of former President Bill Clinton, documents show.
• 19:57
Speaker 1: Other visitors were two women who have been alleged to
• 19:59
Speaker 1: have been co-conspirators of Epstein. Now, why would Dershowitz be
• 20:04
Speaker 1: showing up there on New Year's Day? Does that make sense?
• 20:09
Speaker 1: He shows up for all of his clients? Did he
• 20:10
Speaker 1: show up for all of his clients on New Year's Day?
• 20:12
Speaker 1: Or was it only for his good pal Jeffrey Epstein?
• 20:16
Speaker 1: And don't even get me started on Paul Prosperi. Paul
• 20:18
Speaker 1: Prosperi was a dirtbag, a guy that was pardoned, I
• 20:22
Speaker 1: guess pardoned or his sentence was communed, whatever, either way,
• 20:26
Speaker 1: by Bill Clinton on Bill Clinton's last day in office.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: I mean, this is a guy that I've been aware
• 20:32
Speaker 1: of for a very long time, and I knew that
• 20:35
Speaker 1: he was, you know, friendly with Jeffrey Epstein, but I,
• 20:40
Speaker 1: you know... The circle is so small, folks, right? When
• 20:44
Speaker 1: you start looking at all of this, all of these
• 20:46
Speaker 1: people are connected, all of these people know each other,
• 20:48
Speaker 1: and it just goes to show you that this so-called
• 20:52
Speaker 1: polite New York society is anything but. It disgusts me, honestly,
• 20:56
Speaker 1: the way that they conduct themselves. We heard in an
• 21:00
Speaker 1: article we read a while back, I believe it was
• 21:02
Speaker 1: in the New Yorker, from a socialite who is part
• 21:06
Speaker 1: of that so-called polite society. And according to that socialite,
• 21:11
Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what you do. If you have enough money,
• 21:14
Speaker 1: you can buy your way back into polite society. And
• 21:17
Speaker 1: that's how they roll. They don't care. I mean, what
• 21:19
Speaker 1: do they care about any of our children or about
• 21:22
Speaker 1: the way we live or if we starve to death
• 21:24
Speaker 1: or whatever it may be? The polite society doesn't care. Oh,
• 21:27
Speaker 1: they'll let on like they care and they'll scream from
• 21:29
Speaker 1: their ivory towers. and talk about, oh, how dare you
• 21:33
Speaker 1: not help your fellow man. Meanwhile, when the shit goes
• 21:36
Speaker 1: south like it is in New York right now, they
• 21:38
Speaker 1: all run away to Montauk and to the Hamptons so
• 21:40
Speaker 1: they can hide. And that's typical behavior for these cowards.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: You know, they like to put on a good face.
• 21:47
Speaker 1: They like to put on a front. And then when
• 21:49
Speaker 1: the chips are down and when they need to live
• 21:52
Speaker 1: by what they preach and they need to stand behind
• 21:54
Speaker 1: their virtue signaling, well, all of a sudden they can't
• 21:57
Speaker 1: do that. All of a sudden it's run for the
• 21:59
Speaker 1: hills and leave all of the poor people to fend
• 22:02
Speaker 1: for themselves. The hypocrisy from so-called polite society in New
• 22:07
Speaker 1: York is... obvious, okay? You just see it over and
• 22:13
Speaker 1: over and over again, and this last instance of them
• 22:16
Speaker 1: running away up to Montauk and the Hamptons is just
• 22:18
Speaker 1: another example. We saw the worst of the worst when
• 22:23
Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, though. The way that they
• 22:26
Speaker 1: all looked the other way, the way they were all
• 22:28
Speaker 1: willing to welcome him back into polite society after they
• 22:32
Speaker 1: all knew what he'd done and what he was up to,
• 22:35
Speaker 1: and it all comes down to money and power for
• 22:37
Speaker 1: these people. consolidation of power and building even more wealth.
• 22:42
Speaker 1: I'm not talking about, you know, a couple of million.
• 22:45
Speaker 1: I'm talking about generational wealth. That's what they're all looking
• 22:48
Speaker 1: to build. And every single one of them is jockeying
• 22:51
Speaker 1: within their circle. And the rest of us, well, like
• 22:55
Speaker 1: they say in George R.R. Martin's books, it's us who
• 22:58
Speaker 1: suffer when the kings and queens play their game of thrones.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: And that's what we see from these people. They truly
• 23:04
Speaker 1: believe that there are aristocracy. They truly believe that there
• 23:08
Speaker 1: are lords and our ladies to rule over us as
• 23:10
Speaker 1: they wish. And, you know, you have to ask yourself,
• 23:14
Speaker 1: do you want to be a citizen or a subject?
• 23:16
Speaker 1: And they certainly don't look at us as citizens. They
• 23:19
Speaker 1: look at us as subjects. And you see the way
• 23:21
Speaker 1: it is. You just see how it is. These people
• 23:23
Speaker 1: that are like Dershowitz and this Paul Prosperi character, oh,
• 23:28
Speaker 1: they don't have any qualms about going to visit Epstein.
• 23:31
Speaker 1: They don't care what you or I think because they're
• 23:34
Speaker 1: buddies in high society. Well, they'll just welcome them right
• 23:37
Speaker 1: back into the club. Epstein's also a former friend of
• 23:42
Speaker 1: President Donald Trump's. Epstein, also a former friend of President
• 23:46
Speaker 1: Donald Trump's, pleaded guilty in 2008 to a Florida state
• 23:50
Speaker 1: charge of procuring an underage prostitute. No such thing. I
• 23:55
Speaker 1: hate when I always have to say it, but every
• 23:57
Speaker 1: time one of these articles pumps that out, I'm going
• 24:00
Speaker 1: to mention it. A child cannot be a prostitute. He
• 24:06
Speaker 1: now is charged by federal prosecutors in New York with
• 24:09
Speaker 1: sexually abusing dozens of underage girls from 2002 through 2005
• 24:14
Speaker 1: at his Manhattan townhouse and Palm Beach mansion. And it's
• 24:19
Speaker 1: funny that none of the Zorro Ranch wasn't mentioned in there, right?
• 24:24
Speaker 1: It wasn't mentioned in the complaint, not in this article,
• 24:27
Speaker 1: and neither is the Virgin Islands mentioned in this article.
• 24:30
Speaker 1: And I know for a fact 100% that abuse took
• 24:34
Speaker 1: place in both places. In Santa Fe, Zorro Ranch, I
• 24:41
Speaker 1: talked to my own sources down there who told me
• 24:45
Speaker 1: what the deal was going on, and we've also heard
• 24:48
Speaker 1: from numerous other people as well as the girls who
• 24:51
Speaker 1: were abused there. So I always, it's one of those
• 24:55
Speaker 1: things that just is up there with, you know, how
• 24:58
Speaker 1: the universe was created. You know, what comes first, the
• 25:01
Speaker 1: chicken before the egg. And that question is, that question is,
• 25:05
Speaker 1: why hasn't the Zorro Ranch been raided? It's one of
• 25:08
Speaker 1: those cosmic questions that nobody has an answer to, I guess.
• 25:11
Speaker 1: You know, where's Atlantis? Was there really a Minotaur on Crete?
• 25:15
Speaker 1: You know, I have questions and nobody seems to have answers.
• 25:21
Speaker 1: Among his most frequent visitors in jail was Prosperi, who
• 25:25
Speaker 1: had become friends with Clinton when they attended Georgetown University together,
• 25:29
Speaker 1: where he ran Clinton's campaign for student body president. Records
• 25:33
Speaker 1: show that Prosperi visited Epstein at least 20 times. You know,
• 25:37
Speaker 1: it's funny to me that the Clintons have such close
• 25:41
Speaker 1: ties to Jeffrey Epstein. I am talking very, very close ties.
• 25:45
Speaker 1: Big time money bundler for them was very close to
• 25:49
Speaker 1: a lot of people who were big time Clinton allies
• 25:53
Speaker 1: and operatives. We're talking Doug Band, Paul Prosperi, etc., etc.,
• 25:58
Speaker 1: You know, this is something that should get more scrutiny.
• 26:00
Speaker 1: This is something that should be a story that the
• 26:03
Speaker 1: media is running with the same way we see the
• 26:06
Speaker 1: English media running with the Andrew story. And somehow this
• 26:09
Speaker 1: story has not found its legs here in America. Somehow
• 26:12
Speaker 1: people have not really sunk their teeth into this and
• 26:15
Speaker 1: went after it. We know that Clinton lied about being
• 26:18
Speaker 1: at the Zorro Ranch. We know that. We've heard from
• 26:22
Speaker 1: several sources, and I had someone confirm that to me personally.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: So we know that he was at that ranch. We
• 26:28
Speaker 1: know that he was in the Virgin Islands. We know
• 26:31
Speaker 1: all of this. And now I'm not saying he was
• 26:33
Speaker 1: involved in abusing anybody. No girls have come forward and
• 26:36
Speaker 1: said that. But what I am saying is he has
• 26:39
Speaker 1: a pattern of lying and they certainly have financial ties
• 26:42
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. And where did that money come from?
• 26:45
Speaker 1: Did that money that Jeffrey Epstein pumped into the Clinton
• 26:48
Speaker 1: Foundation or the Clinton Global Initiative, was that money... made
• 26:54
Speaker 1: through ill-gotten gains, and if so, that would make both
• 26:58
Speaker 1: of those organizations who received money from him part of
• 27:01
Speaker 1: this criminal conspiracy, at least under RICO laws. So how
• 27:04
Speaker 1: is Clinton escaping so much scrutiny in this case? I
• 27:09
Speaker 1: just don't understand. You would think that the media would
• 27:11
Speaker 1: be all over this, that people with big resources would
• 27:15
Speaker 1: be trying to bust this case wide open and see
• 27:18
Speaker 1: what Clinton's involvement truly was. Because if we're demanding that
• 27:21
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew be subpoenaed and testify, well, I think that
• 27:25
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton should definitely have to testify in this case, too.
• 27:28
Speaker 1: And everybody else brought up in court documents, including Trump.
• 27:32
Speaker 1: But to think that Bill Clinton isn't getting any pub
• 27:34
Speaker 1: in this, and to think that people are leaving him
• 27:37
Speaker 1: out of this story and focusing on, you know, other
• 27:40
Speaker 1: aspects of it, like Andrew, which is definitely super important,
• 27:43
Speaker 1: by the way. I approve of that 100%, 1000%, and
• 27:47
Speaker 1: believe that even more scrutiny is necessary. What I'm trying
• 27:50
Speaker 1: to say, though, is you see the scrutiny that's going
• 27:52
Speaker 1: on with Andrew. And in America, you don't see any
• 27:55
Speaker 1: of that with Bill Clinton. And I think it's a travesty.
• 27:59
Speaker 1: I think that Bill Clinton should definitely be under the
• 28:01
Speaker 1: microscope in this case. An attorney who later raised funds
• 28:06
Speaker 1: for Clinton, Prosperi had his own criminal sentencing for filing
• 28:10
Speaker 1: false tax returns, commuted to house arrest on Clinton's last
• 28:14
Speaker 1: day of office in the White House in 2001. Again,
• 28:18
Speaker 1: very close ties with Bill Clinton and Paul Prosperi. And
• 28:21
Speaker 1: Paul Prosperi, in return, visited Epstein 20 times while he
• 28:26
Speaker 1: was in prison. Now, I'm sure that Prosperi was passing
• 28:30
Speaker 1: messages back and forth for Jeffrey and Bill. We know
• 28:33
Speaker 1: that they were close friends. There's no denying that. There's
• 28:36
Speaker 1: no way to sugarcoat that. Just like there's no way
• 28:38
Speaker 1: to sugarcoat that Trump and Epstein were rolling together in
• 28:41
Speaker 1: the early 90s at the very least. There's zero way
• 28:44
Speaker 1: to sugarcoat that. Anyone who is trying to avoid that
• 28:47
Speaker 1: fact or those facts is playing games. And that's just,
• 28:52
Speaker 1: we're not going to do that here. So, as much
• 28:55
Speaker 1: as we see that, you know, Clinton had these ties,
• 29:01
Speaker 1: we can't forget that Trump also had these ties. And
• 29:04
Speaker 1: what it does, folks, right, it's not a, oh, well,
• 29:07
Speaker 1: a gotcha moment or whataboutism or anything like that. What
• 29:10
Speaker 1: it does is it just shows you how wide-ranging this was.
• 29:14
Speaker 1: and how people from all sides of the political aisle
• 29:17
Speaker 1: and from all bends knew about what was going on,
• 29:20
Speaker 1: and knew who Jeffrey Epstein was, and nobody did anything
• 29:24
Speaker 1: about it. So there's plenty of blame to go around
• 29:26
Speaker 1: to all of these major politicians and all of these
• 29:29
Speaker 1: supposed power brokers who were hanging out in Epstein's circles,
• 29:33
Speaker 1: who knew that he was hanging out with young girls.
• 29:36
Speaker 1: That goes for Trump, that goes for Clinton, and that
• 29:38
Speaker 1: goes for the rest of them, especially these donors like
• 29:41
Speaker 1: Doug Bandt and Paul Prosperi these guys are basically lobbyists
• 29:46
Speaker 1: if anybody has the ear of Clinton it's guys like
• 29:49
Speaker 1: this And for them to have this sort of access
• 29:52
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein and to think that they're not going
• 29:54
Speaker 1: back and reporting to Clinton or they're not being a
• 29:57
Speaker 1: go-between for the Clintons, it's naive at best, folks, okay?
• 30:01
Speaker 1: It's naive at best. A 1995 newspaper clipping uncovered by Snopes.com
• 30:08
Speaker 1: describes a dinner hosted by Revlon chief Ron Perelman and
• 30:13
Speaker 1: his wife with guests including Clinton, who was president at
• 30:16
Speaker 1: the time, Prosperi, and Epstein. 1995, folks. We know for
• 30:24
Speaker 1: a fact that Epstein was going to the White House
• 30:26
Speaker 1: and visiting Clinton as well. That's already been documented. So, again,
• 30:31
Speaker 1: there are serious ties there. And I'm not talking about
• 30:35
Speaker 1: from the sexual misconduct aspect. Let me be very clear
• 30:38
Speaker 1: with Bill Clinton. There's no evidence that points in that direction.
• 30:42
Speaker 1: My question is with the money. Where did this money
• 30:44
Speaker 1: come from that Epstein was pumping into these foundations? Epstein,
• 30:49
Speaker 1: we know that all of his money basically was received
• 30:52
Speaker 1: with ill-gotten gains. He was up to all sorts of
• 30:54
Speaker 1: money laundering and shit. We know that. So the money
• 30:59
Speaker 1: he was pumping to the Clinton Foundation and into Bill
• 31:02
Speaker 1: Clinton's pockets and into, you know, the initiative, where did
• 31:06
Speaker 1: that money come from? Because again, this all needs to
• 31:09
Speaker 1: be scrutinized. Where is the outrage over this? Where is
• 31:14
Speaker 1: the uproar? And I'm not just talking about from the public.
• 31:17
Speaker 1: What about from people in the Justice Department? What about
• 31:20
Speaker 1: people in the FBI? If we know this, if this
• 31:24
Speaker 1: article has been out since July 12th of 2019, and
• 31:28
Speaker 1: this information has been in the public view for that long,
• 31:33
Speaker 1: you mean to tell me that they don't know about this?
• 31:36
Speaker 1: The prosecutors don't know about this? How much more evidence
• 31:40
Speaker 1: do they need of what's going on here? And how
• 31:42
Speaker 1: much more evidence do they need, at the very least,
• 31:44
Speaker 1: to initiate a huge investigation? Because there's no signs that
• 31:48
Speaker 1: that's even going on. Well, I will say this, though,
• 31:51
Speaker 1: about that. If there is a huge investigation ongoing, the
• 31:55
Speaker 1: FBI is going to definitely play their cards close to
• 31:58
Speaker 1: their vest when it comes to that. We're not going
• 32:00
Speaker 1: to hear any declaration of that. So... This could all
• 32:04
Speaker 1: be being investigated as we speak, right? And in a
• 32:08
Speaker 1: perfect world, that's what would be occurring. But we know
• 32:12
Speaker 1: this isn't a perfect world. And we know we're not
• 32:15
Speaker 1: dealing with the most stand-up characters when it comes to
• 32:18
Speaker 1: the Justice Department and the current regime. So we can't
• 32:21
Speaker 1: really have faith that that's happening. So we have to
• 32:24
Speaker 1: continue to ask these questions until it occurs. We have
• 32:28
Speaker 1: to continue to bring this stuff up until it occurs.
• 32:38
Speaker 1: Other guests at that dinner included actor Don Johnson, singer
• 32:41
Speaker 1: Jimmy Buffett, and Don Fowler, and then co-chairman of the
• 32:45
Speaker 1: Democratic National Committee. Now, what I will say is this.
• 32:49
Speaker 1: That was in 1995, so it wasn't on record what
• 32:53
Speaker 1: Epstein was yet, but I will say this as well.
• 32:58
Speaker 1: It wasn't like this started overnight. So, even though Epstein
• 33:02
Speaker 1: wasn't on anyone's radar as a child abuser then, it
• 33:07
Speaker 1: doesn't mean that he wasn't up to that. And I
• 33:09
Speaker 1: have a sneaking suspicion that he was, considering what he
• 33:12
Speaker 1: did to Maria Farmer right around the same time. So,
• 33:16
Speaker 1: I have a hard time believing that even in 95,
• 33:20
Speaker 1: these people hanging out around him, they had no idea
• 33:22
Speaker 1: who he is. But, when we talk about just going
• 33:25
Speaker 1: to a dinner, I'm not going to say that Don
• 33:27
Speaker 1: Johnson or Jimmy Buffett or Don Fowler... were involved in
• 33:33
Speaker 1: any sort of trafficking or anything like that. We don't
• 33:36
Speaker 1: know that. But what it does, again, is it provides
• 33:39
Speaker 1: a bigger picture for everybody to see how Epstein was
• 33:42
Speaker 1: welcomed inside of this polite society for decades, even after
• 33:47
Speaker 1: his arrest. But even back then, everybody knew what he
• 33:51
Speaker 1: was up to. Everybody you talked to who knew Jeffrey
• 33:53
Speaker 1: Epstein knew that he had these sort of proclivities, knew
• 33:56
Speaker 1: that he was a pretty sick guy. Clinton's spokesman has
• 34:00
Speaker 1: said that he cut ties with Epstein over a decade
• 34:02
Speaker 1: ago and has no knowledge of Epstein's alleged crimes. On Friday,
• 34:07
Speaker 1: a representative for Clinton did not return CNBC's request for comment.
• 34:11
  Speaker 1: That's shocking, huh? I mean, wow. Clinton didn't return a
• 34:16
Speaker 1: request for comment? Of course he didn't. He knows. Clinton
• 34:19
Speaker 1: knows what's up. Look. One thing I will say for
• 34:22
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton is he is a political animal. The guy
• 34:25
Speaker 1: knows the deal. He's not going to step in it
• 34:27
Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew. There's zero chance that happens. If Clinton
• 34:31
Speaker 1: ever gets caught up in this, it's going to be
• 34:33
Speaker 1: because of good police work. He's not going to step
• 34:36
Speaker 1: in it. He's not going to make it easy for investigators.
• 34:39
Speaker 1: He's not going to make it easy for anyone sitting
• 34:41
Speaker 1: down and talking to him. The guy is sharp when
• 34:43
Speaker 1: it comes to politics, and there's no doubt about that.
• 34:49
Speaker 1: Dershowitz spent much of the morning on January 1st, 2009
• 34:51
Speaker 1: with Epstein, according to records. In a statement to CNBC,
• 34:56
Speaker 1: Dershowitz said, I always visit clients in prison. We discuss
• 35:00
Speaker 1: legal issues. It was not a personal visit. It was professional.
• 35:04
Speaker 1: Easy for him to say, right? Attorney-client privilege. Nobody knows
• 35:08
Speaker 1: what they were talking about. We're not privy to that conversation.
• 35:11
Speaker 1: And on January 1st, huh? I wonder if we looked
• 35:14
Speaker 1: at the records, how many of your other clients have
• 35:16
Speaker 1: you visited on January 1st, Mr. I-didn't-take-my-underwear-off-so-it's-okay Dershowitz? We're not
• 35:23
Speaker 1: buying your story, Mr. Dershowitz. Not here on the Jeffrey
• 35:26
Speaker 1: Epstein Show, that's for sure. Later that same holiday, Prosperi
• 35:31
Speaker 1: came by to see Epstein, as did Joseph Pagano, who
• 35:35
Speaker 1: has the same name as a venture capitalist previously reported
• 35:38
Speaker 1: to be a friend of Epstein. CNBC was unable to
• 35:41
Speaker 1: reach Pagano. Of course they were. Again, these people are
• 35:45
Speaker 1: all sick. And what'll happen is, when they get called
• 35:47
Speaker 1: on the carpet, their excuse will be, well, I had
• 35:50
Speaker 1: no idea what he was. I didn't know he was
• 35:52
Speaker 1: up to that. We didn't know. Come on, you can't
• 35:55
Speaker 1: hold us responsible. We didn't know. Meanwhile, they're all hanging
• 35:59
Speaker 1: out at parties with him. People don't whisper. People don't talk.
• 36:02
Speaker 1: We see how Jeffrey Epstein was, how brazen he was,
• 36:06
Speaker 1: how he talked to Bradley Edwards even. You think Jeffrey
• 36:09
Speaker 1: Epstein was the kind of guy that was keeping these secrets?
• 36:11
Speaker 1: Stop it. Not among his buddies, not amongst his fellow
• 36:14
Speaker 1: travelers in so-called polite society. Other notable visitors were two
• 36:21
Speaker 1: of Epstein's alleged co-conspirators, Nadia Marcinkova and Sarah Kellan. Combine
• 36:27
Speaker 1: the two made over 70 visits to the Palm Beach
• 36:30
Speaker 1: County Jail record show. 70 visits. 70 visits. Okay? Why
• 36:37
Speaker 1: were they there 70 times? What could they possibly have
• 36:40
Speaker 1: to talk about? And also, isn't it a thumb in
• 36:42
Speaker 1: the eye to the survivors to know that his co-conspirators
• 36:46
Speaker 1: were able to keep coming to jail and to keep
• 36:49
Speaker 1: being involved in the conspiracy to keep it going? That's
• 36:53
Speaker 1: what they were doing. We know that he picked up
• 36:54
Speaker 1: right where he left off once he left jail. And
• 36:57
Speaker 1: we even heard reports that he was up to the
• 36:59
Speaker 1: same shit while he was out on work release. So
• 37:02
Speaker 1: what were these girls doing there? What was Sarah Kellen
• 37:04
Speaker 1: Vickers doing there? What was Nadia Marcinkova doing there? They're
• 37:08
Speaker 1: not privy to lawyer-client privilege. Were those conversations recorded? If so,
• 37:13
Speaker 1: where are the tapes? Kellen, according to a court document
• 37:19
Speaker 1: obtained by the Daily Beast, was one of Epstein's closest
• 37:22
Speaker 1: aides in the 2000s. She now goes by the name
• 37:25
Speaker 1: Sarah Kensington and is married to NASCAR driver Brian Vickers.
• 37:30
Speaker 1: Marcinkova is now a certified FAA pilot and a flight instructor.
• 37:35
Speaker 1: Neither Kellen nor Marcinkova has been criminally charged. What a
• 37:39
Speaker 1: travesty to read that. It makes me mad to even
• 37:43
Speaker 1: read that. How they got away with it for so
• 37:46
Speaker 1: long is mind-boggling. The fact that these co-conspirators are still
• 37:51
Speaker 1: being afforded the same sort of protection that they had
• 37:54
Speaker 1: when Epstein was still out and running the operation, it's sickening.
• 38:02
Speaker 1: A non-prosecution agreement that Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in
• 38:07
Speaker 1: Miami in 2007 explicitly said that his alleged co-conspirators would
• 38:12
Speaker 1: not be criminally charged. That's Epstein living up to his
• 38:16
Speaker 1: end of the bargain. That's Jeffrey Epstein paying in spades.
• 38:19
Speaker 1: That's Epstein letting these girls know that you keep your
• 38:22
Speaker 1: mouth shut and I will keep you protected and I
• 38:24
Speaker 1: will keep that bank account fat. And hell, you can
• 38:27
Speaker 1: even go have offices in the building at 66th Street
• 38:30
Speaker 1: that my brother owns. That was all part of their package,
• 38:33
Speaker 1: their benefits. That's why they all kept quiet. That's why
• 38:36
Speaker 1: none of them talked. That's why they all closed ranks
• 38:39
Speaker 1: around Epstein. But now that Epstein's gone, now that their
• 38:43
Speaker 1: security blanket has been ripped away from them, well, it's time.
• 38:46
Speaker 1: Now is time, Mr. Berman. Alex Acosta, who was U.S.
• 38:51
Speaker 1: Attorney in Miami at the time, oversaw the deal. On Friday,
• 38:55
Speaker 1: Acosta resigned as Trump's Labor Secretary amid criticism of his
• 38:59
Speaker 1: handling of the Epstein case more than a decade ago.
• 39:02
Speaker 1: Now remember, this is an article from July of 2019.
• 39:06
Speaker 1: Igor Zyanovev, a Russian who was a former martial artist,
• 39:12
Speaker 1: also made his way to Epstein's jail cell. Well, we
• 39:15
Speaker 1: know that he was Epstein's security guard, and we heard
• 39:18
Speaker 1: what he had to say when Bradley Edwards penned those
• 39:21
Speaker 1: columns for the Daily Mail. So we know that Igor
• 39:24
Speaker 1: was definitely involved. Igor was his security guard. And according
• 39:28
Speaker 1: to Igor, remember, he does not... believe that Epstein killed himself.
• 39:34
Speaker 1: No one visited Epstein more than Story Cowles, who was
• 39:37
Speaker 1: reportedly his personal assistant. Cowles visited Epstein nearly 130 times.
• 39:44
Speaker 1: At times, Cowles signed in as a paralegal. His online
• 39:47
Speaker 1: profile says that he is currently an investment banker at
• 39:50
Speaker 1: Tobin & Company. Isn't that nice? He signed in as
• 39:53
Speaker 1: a paralegal, huh? I bet you he was doing that
• 39:56
Speaker 1: for one reason, folks. Attorney-client privilege. This is another guy
• 40:01
Speaker 1: that we have not talked about nowhere near enough on
• 40:03
Speaker 1: the podcast. Story Cows is another one of these shadowy
• 40:06
Speaker 1: figures that was brought in and was working as one
• 40:09
Speaker 1: of these assistants with Jeffrey Epstein. Another man who has
• 40:13
Speaker 1: not been questioned, subpoenaed, brought to heel, none of it.
• 40:17
Speaker 1: Still running around, having a fantastic life, I'm sure. Epstein
• 40:22
Speaker 1: finished his 13-month stint in jail with at least 340
• 40:25
Speaker 1: visits from a mix of about two dozen friends, colleagues,
• 40:29
Speaker 1: and attorneys, among other associates the documents show. Two process
• 40:33
Speaker 1: servers also visited Epstein, as did a psychiatric doctor. An
• 40:38
Speaker 1: attorney for Epstein did not return a request for comment.
• 40:41
Speaker 1: Dershowitz and Kals did not return a request for comment
• 40:44
Speaker 1: while the other visitors could not be reached. Prosperi died
• 40:48
Speaker 1: in 2016. Epstein was arrested last Saturday on new federal
• 40:53
Speaker 1: charges filed in New York. He is being held without
• 40:55
Speaker 1: bail but is due to appear at a detention hearing
• 40:58
Speaker 1: on Monday. Prosecutors in a court filing on Friday said
• 41:02
Speaker 1: he is worth more than $ 500 million and in recent
• 41:05
Speaker 1: months has made payments to potential witnesses. Yes, he has.
• 41:09
Speaker 1: We know that that's what he did. He spread that
• 41:11
Speaker 1: dough around. That was his M.O. That was the same
• 41:14
Speaker 1: way he got these politicians locked in at first. That
• 41:16
Speaker 1: was the same way he was provided with enough room
• 41:19
Speaker 1: to make sure that he was able to finesse his
• 41:22
Speaker 1: way around the legal system. And then you add the
• 41:25
Speaker 1: extra layer on top of that? The intelligence aspect of
• 41:29
Speaker 1: making sure that their asset, their golden cow, their big
• 41:32
Speaker 1: time information producer isn't caught up. Well, you have yourself
• 41:36
Speaker 1: the perfect storm and the perfect vehicle for this disgusting
• 41:41
Speaker 1: man to go about his devious, horrible way of life. Epstein,
• 41:48
Speaker 1: who ran his firm out of the U.S. Virgin Islands,
• 41:51
Speaker 1: historically has had ties to a few wealthy executives and politicians.
• 41:56
Speaker 1: A few wealthy executives, huh? Les Wexner, chairman of L Brands,
• 42:01
Speaker 1: was known to be one of his clients before he
• 42:03
Speaker 1: was first sentenced a decade ago. CNBC recently uncovered 990
• 42:08
Speaker 1: tax documents showing Epstein bankrolled one of Wexner's earliest non-profit organizations.
• 42:14
Speaker 1: I wonder where that money come from. I'm sure that
• 42:16
Speaker 1: money was all made legit. I'm sure that money wasn't laundered.
• 42:20
  Speaker 1: I'm sure that money wasn't ill-gained. I'm sure that money
• 42:23
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with the criminal enterprise. Nothing at all.
• 42:27
Speaker 1: He was also a top donor to Representative Stacey Plaskett
• 42:32
Speaker 1: of the Virgin Islands, and she recently reversed course to
• 42:35
Speaker 1: give his contributions away to charity after outrage on social media. Again,
• 42:40
Speaker 1: this is why the fact that Denise George thinks the
• 42:43
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands should get any of this dough drives your
• 42:46
Speaker 1: boy wild. That should not occur. That should not happen.
• 42:50
Speaker 1: The Virgin Islands had a top donor to Representative Stacey
• 42:55
Speaker 1: Plaskett was Jeffrey Epstein. And do you think that money
• 42:59
Speaker 1: was out of the kindness of his heart? He truly
• 43:01
Speaker 1: believed in her platform? He believed in her vision for
• 43:04
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands? Or was it to provide himself with
• 43:07
Speaker 1: a little more protection? Another layer of protection atop another
• 43:11
Speaker 1: layer of protection, etc., etc., etc., all the way up
• 43:15
Speaker 1: until he is completely insulated as if he was covered
• 43:18
Speaker 1: in whale blubber in the middle of the Arctic. That's
• 43:21
Speaker 1: basically what was going on, and that's what the money
• 43:23
Speaker 1: was for. That's why he was spreading it around so much.
• 43:26
Speaker 1: And that's why I believe Denise George is completely misguided
• 43:30
Speaker 1: with her jihad here to try and get that money
• 43:33
Speaker 1: for the Virgin Islands. There's nobody that's going to convince
• 43:37
  Speaker 1: me that that's okay. That's a stance and a position
• 43:41
Speaker 1: that I can't be moved from. Because anybody who thinks
• 43:45
Speaker 1: they're getting any of that money... Who is not one
• 43:47
Speaker 1: of the survivors... Is in for another thing. Because there
• 43:52
Speaker 1: is no way that money should be distributed to anybody.
• 43:55
Speaker 1: Anybody but these survivors. So again, we add more context
• 44:01
Speaker 1: here with this entry to the catalog. We see... how
• 44:05
Speaker 1: often and how many times Marcinkova and Kellen Vickers showed
• 44:11
Speaker 1: up at that court, right? To see him, I mean,
• 44:13
Speaker 1: at that jailhouse to see him. What were they doing there?
• 44:18
Speaker 1: If they had nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein and
• 44:19
Speaker 1: they just worked for him, what were they doing there
• 44:22
Speaker 1: while he was in jail? Wouldn't they be furloughed or
• 44:24
Speaker 1: maybe paid a retainer to maybe keep their jobs when
• 44:27
Speaker 1: they got back, slide back in the position? But no,
• 44:30
Speaker 1: they're coming to visit him in jail. They're, you know,
• 44:33
Speaker 1: who knows what they're doing there. Who knows what the
• 44:35
Speaker 1: conversations entailed? Like I said, did they have attorney-client privilege?
• 44:40
Speaker 1: If not, can we hear those tapes? Where are those tapes?
• 44:42
Speaker 1: They should be introduced to the public. I think that
• 44:45
Speaker 1: would be a nice step towards transparency, no? But I
• 44:49
Speaker 1: don't expect transparency in this case at this point. Barr
• 44:52
Speaker 1: has completely screwed everything up. He looks like he has
• 44:55
Speaker 1: zero idea what he's doing when it comes to this
• 44:58
Speaker 1: case especially. It's just an absolute, it's a shit show.
• 45:02
Speaker 1: And Berman, I want to get on board and give
• 45:04
Speaker 1: Berman some props and give him a clap and a
• 45:07
Speaker 1: couple of standing ovations, but the guy's dragging his feet.
• 45:11
Speaker 1: We need some movement here. We need some action. We
• 45:14
Speaker 1: need something where we can say, alright, alright, these guys
• 45:17
Speaker 1: aren't ignoring this. They are not ignoring a sex trafficking
• 45:20
Speaker 1: ring at the highest levels of our government. I can't
• 45:25
Speaker 1: even believe I'm sitting here on a podcast talking about
• 45:27
Speaker 1: something like that. Something right out of a spy novel
• 45:32
Speaker 1: or some crazy movie on HBO or, you know, something
• 45:35
Speaker 1: like that. At least it doesn't seem like real life.
• 45:39
Speaker 1: That's for sure. It doesn't seem like real life that
• 45:41
Speaker 1: I'm sitting here talking about this and that we've been
• 45:43
Speaker 1: here for 169 straight days talking about this. And yet
• 45:47
Speaker 1: there's no arrests yet. None of these co-conspirators are wrapped
• 45:51
Speaker 1: up and slammed behind the slammer. I thought Barr said
• 45:55
Speaker 1: that none of them should rest easily. Well, I'm sure
• 45:58
Speaker 1: they're all resting fine right now, considering that nobody's doing anything,
• 46:01
Speaker 1: that nobody's getting their door kicked in, that no SWAT
• 46:04
Speaker 1: teams are showing up to arrest none of these people.
• 46:06
Speaker 1: I'm sure they're sleeping fine, not missing a wink. We
• 46:08
Speaker 1: know Ghislaine isn't skulking around from hole to hole. We
• 46:11
Speaker 1: know she's not missing a wink. So my question is, Mr. Barr, Mr. Berman,
• 46:16
Speaker 1: anybody out there listening, are you folks ever going to
• 46:20
Speaker 1: actually go after these people? Or are we just going
• 46:22
Speaker 1: to get more lip service as you hope that this
• 46:25
Speaker 1: goes away? If you think that this is going to
• 46:28
Speaker 1: go away and you think that we're going to stop
• 46:31
Speaker 1: talking about it and we're going to stop bringing it
• 46:33
Speaker 1: up into the public conversation whenever we can, you are
• 46:37
Speaker 1: sorely mistaken because this will not be wiped under the rug.
• 46:41
Speaker 1: This will not be tossed away. And this will be
• 46:46
Speaker 1: something that you're going to be forced to deal with
• 46:48
Speaker 1: because the people demand justice. And that's it. That's it.
• 46:52
Speaker 1: That's your only option at this point. Keep dragging your
• 46:54
Speaker 1: feet and the criticism will continue to come. And remember,
• 47:00
Speaker 1: there's elections that are coming up, right? Elections have consequences.
• 47:04
Speaker 1: So all of these bureaucrats and these politicians better understand
• 47:08
Speaker 1: that elections have consequences and they better do their jobs.
• 47:15
Speaker 1: That's all I can say is they better do their jobs.
• 47:19
Speaker 1: All right, folks, if you'd like to contact me, you
• 47:20
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
