- 0:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we also ask that you check out mythical creatures around the world Facebook page.
- 0:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, we are nearing 98,000 if we haven't already hit that yet, um, and help us get to 100,000 followers.
- 0:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, so we do have a guest with us today, David Solomon.
- 1:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: First, before we uh turn the floor over to him, just wanted to give again, um, we've been giving a lot of shout outs to Senator Ted Cruz for multiple reasons.
- 1:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're not going to get into every single reason.
- 1:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, he is the 2025 Voices for Voices, Voice of the Year.
- 1:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, you can check out that episode, episode 316, where we were able to sit down, have a conversation with Senator Cruz and present that award to him.
- 1:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The one thing that you may or may not know is uh Senator Cruz is a constitutional attorney.
- 1:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh that's his specialty.
- 1:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and we know, uh and if we don't know, uh we're making it apparent that part of the Constitution in the United States of America for U.S.
- 2:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: citizens is the First Amendment, and that is the freedom of speech.
- 2:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, Senator Ted Cruz, we want to give a shout out to you.
- 2:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you for all you have and continue to do.
- 2:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh we we we support uh if uh if you decide to um make a run at the presidency, uh, or if uh uh well we'll just leave it there.
- 2:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you, Senator Ted Cruz, and the First Amendment I bring up because that's what we're gonna be talking about on this particular episode, where freedom of speech, where us as a show, as uh uh citizens of the United States, we are protected by the great constitution that I just referred to.
- 2:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh and so we're gonna now turn the floor over after uh saying thank you to Senator Ted Cruz.
- 3:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're gonna turn the floor over to our guest, uh David Solomon.
- 3:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So take it away, David.
- 3:10David Solomon: Appreciate you.
- 3:12David Solomon: Um so we have a lot of controversy on one of our guests that we had on Catherine uh Catherine Davi, yes.
- 3:25David Solomon: And the the thing I have to say is um we we support victims, we support people that have a story to tell, and clearly she has a story to tell.
- 3:40David Solomon: And clearly people are not liking it.
- 3:43David Solomon: Um, and so there's a reason people are not liking it.
- 3:47David Solomon: And when I came on the show uh long ago, there was kind of that same pushback for a while.
- 3:57David Solomon: Um, I'm one that likes to get to the bottom of the things to see who's telling the truth and who isn't.
- 4:05David Solomon: We have all sorts of people on this show.
- 4:08David Solomon: Uh we're not here to judge, we're here to give them a platform to tell their story, and that's what this is.
- 4:15David Solomon: Um it is a little ugly the comments right now, but I I think that will tame down once the truth comes out.
- 4:25David Solomon: And and that will happen.
- 4:28David Solomon: Um It's sad that all these comments like so much hate for someone that just told their story.
- 4:41David Solomon: I've only seen that with myself.
- 4:45David Solomon: I haven't actually seen that with another victim that's gotten so much hate, so much controversy.
- 4:52David Solomon: Um voices for voices protects the victims by letting their voice be heard.
- 5:02David Solomon: And right now, Catherine's voice was heard, and people did not like it because she presented some evidence.
- 5:12David Solomon: Now, some people are saying that's false, some people are saying it's not, and that is that is up for law enforcement to decide.
- 5:25David Solomon: We present evidence here, and you the viewers and and the people watching or listening to make your decision.
- 5:38David Solomon: And I think this situation is unique that way, where we just don't know what's going on.
- 5:51David Solomon: Um there was so much controversy last night over an episode that we prerecorded yesterday, and uh it just blows my mind, it blows my mind how much controversy we're getting over this.
- 6:19David Solomon: I just don't understand it.
- 6:24David Solomon: Um so for victims out there, you know, when you speak out, you know, you're gonna get controversy on it.
- 6:37David Solomon: We're not here for controversy, we're not here to create debates, we're here to let people have a voice on our platform, and I will defend that to the end.
- 6:48David Solomon: I want to point out some similarities with how Catherine is getting bullied, and then how I was bullied without taking sides on this debate.
- 7:02David Solomon: So when I came on, I was called a liar, hated, so much hate.
- 7:12David Solomon: Those are false, all of that, and within twenty-four hours, that's what happened here.
- 7:23David Solomon: And it's concerning.
- 7:29David Solomon: It's very concerning.
- 7:36David Solomon: So I'll keep it short on R today, but I just wanted to take this time to say voices for voices is not a place for vengeance, anger, or to have a vendetta.
- 7:51David Solomon: It's a place to have a voice, and our platform is a place where we can make a change in the world and make the world a better place.
- 8:02David Solomon: And to the people that are victimizing, you should not victimize people, and to the victims that are telling their story, well, we're trying to create a platform so that you have a place to tell your story and can be heard.
- 8:18David Solomon: Um Catherine's uh sister, uh who I'm not gonna say the name of, uh contacted me.
- 8:32David Solomon: Um I've never seen anything quite like this, except when I was hated on for coming out as a survivor.
- 8:45David Solomon: And so that that's what I'm gonna say right now.
- 8:49David Solomon: Um that's what I'm gonna say.
- 8:54David Solomon: I think voices for voices is a place where people can come together and listen and grow as a community and as people.
- 9:14David Solomon: Uh Justin, anything to add?
- 9:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, that's a that's exactly right.
- 9:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we are a platform for people to share their voice and uh all of our voices may be a little bit different.
- 9:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and so the whole judgment piece is uh coming from all different angles.
- 9:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We saw it even on a uh a TikTok live last night where uh boy did we saw so much hate.
- 9:57David Solomon: Ooh.
- 9:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah.
- 10:00David Solomon: So again, you know, there's always gonna be controversy on anything.
- 10:08David Solomon: And I say this again, let us not be the the the people that killed Charlie Kirk, let us be the change and not wish hate on anyone or death.
- 10:19David Solomon: Let's stop with this.
- 10:20David Solomon: Let the people have their voice and let the truth come out.
- 10:25David Solomon: And the truth is going to come out and and that will happen.
- 10:31David Solomon: But the the people who uh who victims are saying victimize them are the ones that are getting hated and going, Oh, you can't do that, you can't talk about that.
- 10:45David Solomon: I'm not trying to name names, but you should have not done it to that person.
- 10:50David Solomon: And that's not just Miss Catherine, that's other people uh that are victims as well.
- 10:58David Solomon: So there's there's a lot to cover here and there's a lot of hate and we really don't know um we really don't know what's going on and and that's how it is.
- 11:20David Solomon: So so we have guests on all the time on our podcast and um and they tell their voices and mythical creatures around the world is for voices in different countries, and it's to spread that light and that love and to bring life to countries, even dictatorships like North Korea, Russia, China, um, to name a few, Afghanistan, Sudan.
- 11:50David Solomon: These countries need hope too.
- 11:53David Solomon: So that's what we're here to do, and we're not gonna stop.
- 11:59David Solomon: Um there's always gonna be controversy.
- 12:02David Solomon: Someone's always gonna disagree with somebody else, and somebody's always gonna say you're wrong, you're right.
- 12:09David Solomon: That is not what we're here to do.
- 12:11David Solomon: We're here to give voices for victims a platform.
- 12:15David Solomon: And I cannot stress that enough as someone who was a victim and is now a survivor.
- 12:21David Solomon: So I thank you for your time and your effort and your energy in in this matter and your delicacy in handling these issues.
- 12:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, thank you, David, for for that.
- 12:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh we echo echo uh what David has shared, what he has spoken about, uh, and we just want to say uh whether you're a believer or not, uh, that God bless you in the United States, God bless you across the world, and we have nothing but love for you as individuals.
- 13:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We know that none of us are sinless, whether we think we are or not, uh, that's not the case.
- 13:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Nobody is.
- 13:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh Jesus Christ is sinless, and I think that's the big thing that we all make mistakes, and so we learn from them, and we're uh we're we're we're not immune to that uh as human beings.
- 13:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We all make mistakes, uh, but not repenting, uh showing hate at every turn is not the way to go about things.
- 13:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'll say this, like I've said many times, that if you don't like the show, you don't like the guests, you don't like the content, there's thousands of other shows and podcasts out there.
- 13:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So just turn the channel, turn, find something that you you do uh you do associate with and it doesn't bother you.
- 14:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And lastly, if you're one of these individuals who somewhere along the way took advantage of a survivor, uh you know, shame on you for doing that, and because it may be exposed, that's not on us as a platform.
- 14:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We do have that First Amendment, as I mentioned, uh, that does cover us.
- 14:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we uh we don't wish hate on anybody, we're sharing information.
- 14:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh from us, we're seeing a lot of information, a lot of evidence uh on certain individuals from certain individuals.
- 14:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so just as a common sense human being, when we see that evidence, it's really uh it's again, uh, as David mentioned, it's up to law enforcement to make those decisions.
- 15:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh whether it's admissible and uh all the different things that go on, uh we're we're not part of law enforcement, so we're not gonna make those judgments.
- 15:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But if somebody has evidence and they're bringing it, which we have had a guest, uh Miss Catherine is is one of them who's brought a lot of evidence um and has received a lot of hate uh for just standing up for herself.
- 15:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we are we're gonna continue to stand up for the voices of everybody, whether they're here in the United States, whether they are a victim, a survivor of uh some uh awful activities, uh, and whether they live in a country that politically, that David mentioned, like China and North Korea and Sudan and and others and Russia, uh, that we we look at that as culture and and human beings.
- 16:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We don't look at that as politics, which uh sometimes is tough to think about because you know our mainstream media kind of kind of feeds us, you know, that that narrative.
- 16:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so with mythical creatures around the world, with voices for voices, um we've joined forces and we are here to help people, we're here to give individuals a voice where they may not have had one, uh, a voice that they may be sharing of somebody that they know uh that may be going through some type of uh some some type of uh I guess experiences, events, and they're unable to share that.
- 17:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's what we're here for.
- 17:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And frankly, that's why this episode is number 377.
- 17:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The odds are against us as we got started.
- 17:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Very few podcasts and shows make it past episode 100 or 200 or 300, and we're gonna be hitting 400.
- 17:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we know that there's so much love and support for us, uh, and we we echo that back to you.
- 17:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we have nothing but love for every single person, uh, whether they're our enemies, whether they've hurt us.
- 17:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we we just want to be that platform, and we are, uh, and given by how many episodes and who's watching and who's listening is really remarkable and it blows my mind every every time I'm reminded of that.
- 17:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so thank you for joining us on this episode and all episodes of the Voices for Voices TV show and podcast.
- 18:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh smash that subscribe button, give us a thumbs up, like, follow, share, uh, leave us comments.
- 18:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we we again we like to uh stay away from hate.
- 18:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if you have a comment that has hate, uh if you don't have anything nice to say, uh, we would recommend that you don't say it at all.
- 18:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and we want to say the same thing with mythical creatures around the world.
- 18:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're talking uh we're talking culture, we're not talking politics, and we recommend not just following and subscribing to the Voices for Voices TV shown podcast.
- 18:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We are also recommending that you uh follow on Facebook, Mythical Creatures Around the World.
- 18:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Help us get to that 100,000 follower mark and beyond.
- 18:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So until next time, uh, this is Justin Alan Hayes with guest David Solomon, and we uh hope that we can celebrate all of our voices.
- 19:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And until next time, uh we are praying for you, whether you're a believer or not.
- 19:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're praying for ourselves, we're praying for peace, that we can all get along, and uh God bless you wherever you may be.
- 19:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We'll see you next time.
