- 0:02This is a Ben Frank. Connection presentation.
- 0:27We are back with another 5 questions with ABJ here at the
- 0:30Worldwide Dojo doing a filming for High Tension Wrestling.
- 0:34Make sure you follow them as well as the Worldwide Dojo on
- 0:37YouTube. They have tons of great content
- 0:38on there. They're both of them putting
- 0:41shows out all the time. Go over that YouTube channel,
- 0:43hit that subscribe button and show them that support, and I'm
- 0:47here today with Erwin. Von Scharf brother and twin
- 0:51brother, especially of referee Stephen Scharf.
- 0:53I'm a. Fan of your brother, He's a real
- 0:55nice guy. He's a really nice guy.
- 0:56I think he's a real. I think this is a lot of stuff
- 0:59though. Most referees do.
- 1:00But he does. He tries his.
- 1:01Best yeah, at that. ADHD.
- 1:02It really distracts him, I thought.
- 1:03I, I support that. I I struggle with it as well.
- 1:06What is your current goal in life?
- 1:09Current goal is I have a timeline of about seven months
- 1:13until I actually deploy the United States Army.
- 1:15So right now it's literally just wrestle, wrestle, wrestle,
- 1:18wrestle, wrestle until that seven month timer hit zero and I
- 1:23go away for a whole year. Wow, what are you currently
- 1:26doing to achieve your current goal?
- 1:27Right now it's reaching out to everybody, training as much as I
- 1:30can, showing up to help out, ring through everything I can to
- 1:33get that network and everything going, especially with
- 1:36WrestleMania coming up in April, especially with the summer time
- 1:39where all the shows pick up. Yeah, What is currently holding
- 1:42you back or a distraction from your goal?
- 1:44I struggle with a DHDA lot like I have people always tell me I
- 1:49am Mr. ADHD. I'm always bouncing off the
- 1:52walls. It's hard to keep focus on
- 1:53things. And one of the things that
- 1:54people don't ever talk about ADHD is just how hard it can be
- 1:59to get out of bed. So just to get out of bed, go to
- 2:02training, go to work, stuff like that.
- 2:03It's just, it's sometimes it's like an insurmountable like
- 2:07challenge to do. No, I totally, I totally feel
- 2:10that more than more than you know who or what motivates or
- 2:14inspires you? I'm going to say my dad.
- 2:16I actually got the fortunate advantage like opportunity to
- 2:21wrestle in front of my dad for the first time in three years
- 2:23last Friday. It was probably the number one
- 2:26goal I set in wrestling. It's the person I've every
- 2:28single time I do anything wrestling, it's like all my
- 2:31dad'll think that's cool. And I finally got to retrieve
- 2:33that dream of wrestling in front of him and now get better and
- 2:37better and better. So every single time I wrestle
- 2:39in front of him, it's just going to be 10 times better than it
- 2:41was before. Nice, nice.
- 2:43What are you currently grateful for and are you happy?
- 2:46I am grateful for everybody I've met wrestling so far, Worldwide
- 2:50Dojo Cheeseburger especially. He's made me the first I am
- 2:53today High tension wrestling forgive me the first ever
- 2:56opportunity I ever had in wrestling and high tension
- 2:59forgive me the ability to not only wrestle twice today, but
- 3:02referee 5 matches, or rather my twin brother referee 5 matches
- 3:07so he's. Somewhere.
- 3:08Around I I saw him, but he left. He's, you know, Yeah.
- 3:11Big Timer. Where can people find and
- 3:13support? You they can find and support me
- 3:15and my brothers. We share social media at Sharp
- 3:18Bros PW. So that's SCHARF Bros PW on all
- 3:24the socials, Instagram, Axe, Twitter, whatever you want to
- 3:27call it. Awesome.
- 3:28Well, that's going to do it for five questions with ABJ.
- 3:29Catch you on the next one. Thanks for watching this
- 4:00presentation like share. And subscribe.
- 4:03For more. Scout I we're back here for the
- 4:14behind the scenes and post credit trailer or bonus
- 4:17question. So you said before you you're
- 4:20deploying soon, Yes. Where how has wrestling and and
- 4:23and deploying and serving your country when it comes to the
- 4:26training to physicality, getting your mind state ready, putting
- 4:29yourself in a situation where at any moment in a ring you can
- 4:33injure yourself severely or you're going overseas where
- 4:35anything can go on where it can. You can, you know, the worst can
- 4:38happen or the best things can happen, You know, I mean, it can
- 4:41go either way. How is wrestling and and the
- 4:42military are similar in those aspects?
- 4:45So number one thing that happens in the military is nothing
- 4:48that's ever planned ever happens.
- 4:50And the same thing will happen in ring.
- 4:51The same thing will happen at a show.
- 4:53I count the shows you show up to and everything is going wrong
- 4:57and there's a lot of panic and stuff.
- 4:58And having the ability to have that level head to get yourself
- 5:01together, to get everything you can together and just help
- 5:04achieve that end goal and succeed.
- 5:07That skill applies to both pro wrestling and to the military.
- 5:10And I try to bring that idea and that mentality, the shows I go
- 5:13to by just being a big go getter.
- 5:15How can I help? How can I assist everything I
- 5:17can do? So it just those abilities and
- 5:20those skills overlap between wrestling and the military.
- 5:24Awesome. Well, I appreciate your time and
- 5:25thank you for your service. I really appreciate you.
- 5:27Very much.
