Richard Tomlin is the owner/operator of Apex Auto Works, located in Alvin, Texas. Sometimes.
Richard is one of these guys that is so busy, we have to wonder how he has time to do anything. In addition to being the Regional Executive for the SCCA, he is involved with the Pike's Peak Hill Climb organization, he builds/supports cars for a road race in Mexico, and he was just at COTA for the Global Time Attack where he was supporting some of the cars out of his shop.
