- 0:04And welcome to the live stream and let me get up on the screen
- 0:07for you. Thank you for being here.
- 0:09Happy Sunday. It's a big deal you're here.
- 0:12Friday was a catastrophic day for the silver price and the
- 0:16gold price. But we need to examine the
- 0:20catastrophic circumstances surrounding the US dollar right
- 0:24now. Big debt issues and massive D
- 0:28dollarization issues. I want you to think about that
- 0:31right? We've got a massive, massive
- 0:34debt problem right now in this country and we also we have a
- 0:381-2 punch right silver and gold they.
- 0:41Got hit, we got hit. Basement dwellers, we got hit on
- 0:44Friday 1/2, right? The Chinese government saying
- 0:48they're not, but they didn't buy gold for one month,
- 0:50coincidentally a month where gold hit an all time.
- 0:52High, but none the less we also got hit by the 2nd.
- 0:55Punch, which was great jobs numbers.
- 0:58Someone referred to that as Comic Relief, but nonetheless,
- 1:02the dollar, which is in the long run for you and me, way, way
- 1:08more important than any of the short term noise.
- 1:12The dollar is facing catastrophic circumstances right
- 1:16now. When we look at the debt levels,
- 1:18when we look at the de dollarization going on.
- 1:21We're going to talk about this June 9th is today, today's June
- 1:259th. Oh my gosh, I have to go to the
- 1:28gas station earlier. I wonder if they're going to
- 1:30charge me in Chinese yuan if I want to fill my car up with
- 1:34gasoline, right. If you heard that the big news
- 1:37out of Saudi Arabia, let's start.
- 1:40Let's just take a a start. Is this was this a last ditch
- 1:43effort by the powers that be to prop up the dollar to prop up
- 1:49interest rates? Some people think we are on the
- 1:51precipice of major catastrophic moves in the dollar.
- 1:56But it's interesting because last night I was watching some
- 1:59documentaries from like 2009, 2010, 14 years ago now.
- 2:04Isn't that crazy how time flies? But none the less, I saw
- 2:07interviews with Peter Schiff and with other people was a very
- 2:10interesting documentary about the Wizard of Oz.
- 2:15And let me tell you if you're a silver stacker and a gold
- 2:17stacker. We've all.
- 2:19We've all you've. Watched that movie The Wizard of
- 2:21Oz. Did you know that that movie is
- 2:23based on silver and gold? The actual book that was written
- 2:28that the movie was based upon the book The Wizard of Oz was
- 2:32all about silver and gold in the in the country going off the
- 2:36bimetallic silver. It's really a lot about silver.
- 2:39As a matter of fact, Dorothy's in the book.
- 2:42Her, her, her, her slippers are not made out of Ruby.
- 2:46They're silver slippers, but nonetheless.
- 2:50This whole documentary is about how we're on the things are
- 2:53worse now. OK, I'm going to show you
- 2:55something that's absolutely crazy.
- 2:57Let's first right They they use the excuse on Friday.
- 3:01To anything to prop up the US dollar.
- 3:04Let's look at the US dollar. This this is a chart of the US
- 3:08dollar on Friday dollar. That's a huge move up almost 1%.
- 3:14This is the DXY index. But guys, it's time for us to
- 3:19remember if we if we move this chart out to what would that be
- 3:241985, let's say 1540 year chart. Let us remember that where we
- 3:30are right now at 1:05, how how many times we were above 105
- 3:36there and we were above 105 for about, I don't know, two or
- 3:41three years there. We are in Nosebleed territory
- 3:45for the value of the US dollar. And this actually, I misspoke, I
- 3:51apologize. I want to make this real simple
- 3:52for you guys. This is the DXY index.
- 3:56This basically compares the dollar not against bread, not
- 4:00against silver, not against gold, not against oil.
- 4:03No, this is what all the big mainstream media, this is how
- 4:06they try to fool you. OK, fool me.
- 4:09This compares the dollar, the DXY index, to the euro.
- 4:14To the yen, to the couple other Fiat make believe crappy
- 4:19currencies. The DXY index, when you're
- 4:22looking at this and and this is we have to pay attention because
- 4:25that's what all the mainstream guys talk about.
- 4:27Gold and silver got clobbered. The dollar went up, right?
- 4:31The dollar skyrocketed on Friday.
- 4:33Gold and silver got clobbered, right.
- 4:36But what this DXY index is, it's like a used car lot.
- 4:39It's like the worst. Think about the worst used car
- 4:42lot in your city. And you go there and it and it's
- 4:45like comparing the three worst used cars on the lot, right?
- 4:49That's what this is. It's not comparing the value of
- 4:53the dollar against anything real.
- 4:56This is not the dollar versus oil, dollar versus the cost of
- 5:00housing, the dollar versus bread, the dollar versus gold
- 5:04and. Silver, no.
- 5:06OK. But but now nonetheless, when we
- 5:09look at this, let's go back, let's take a little trip back in
- 5:12time if you don't mind this. I showed you guys, gosh,
- 5:17probably 6 months ago, this is the DXY, the dollar index.
- 5:21There we are again at 1:05. OK, 40 years.
- 5:25This maybe I think makes. It a little clearer.
- 5:28We've only been this high for a handful of years out of the last
- 5:3240 years. So this could become right.
- 5:36I heard, I've heard many of the analysts say the dollar could in
- 5:39the coming years go down in that the DXY index down to like 80,
- 5:44right? That would be massively bullish
- 5:47for the price. And let's just take a quick
- 5:49look. Let's take a quick look at you.
- 5:52Hey, you're looking good. Thank you for being here.
- 5:54When you're in the basement, you, you love silver, You love
- 5:57gold, right? If you don't, you're probably at
- 5:59the wrong place. If you do and you love.
- 6:02Platinum, our friend Neil as well and all of you other
- 6:05people, others who love Platinum, this is live.
- 6:13Hey, you're in the right place. Thank you for being here.
- 6:16Please give it a thumbs up. You can subscribe to the channel
- 6:19that's free and super chats are always super appreciated.
- 6:23I'm going to put up. The banner so you guys can be
- 6:25distracted and read about our sponsors.
- 6:28OK, now let's go look at the 10 year bond yield.
- 6:31That's the other wrong one. Here we go, 10 year bond yield.
- 6:37That was the other reason why on Friday, right?
- 6:41Gold and silver got clobbered. Now, again, this is crazy.
- 6:45And this I want you. You really need to pay attention
- 6:47here because next we're going to go look at the US debt clock and
- 6:51I'm going to show you something that's going to blow your mind.
- 6:54OK, look here we are, 4.43% all right.
- 7:00See that little green line they put on there, right goes all the
- 7:03way across. I want you to notice something.
- 7:06The last time that that rates, they went above a little bit
- 7:10there, but really the last time that rates were higher, interest
- 7:14rates were higher than they are right now was all the way back
- 7:19in 1998. We can say.
- 7:21We can say comfortably 25 years ago.
- 7:25It's been 25 years since interest rates have been this
- 7:29high. So I ask you a question.
- 7:31Do you think they can raise interest rates much higher?
- 7:34The only way they can, and I've said this, is if inflation gets
- 7:38completely out of control, which it will, OK, which it will.
- 7:42But the only way they're going to be able to raise rates any
- 7:46higher at this point is if we have hyperinflation and we're
- 7:50inflating away the debt. OK?
- 7:52Keep it simple. Keep it simple, but let's go
- 7:57look at the US debt clock, because if you go back here to
- 8:00the last time that rates were really in this range, really
- 8:03higher, right, we're around the year 2000.
- 8:07Yeah, there we are about right here.
- 8:09Let's say if we go to the. U.S. debt clock, OK, there's a
- 8:14little difference, right? This time we have 35 trillion.
- 8:19We're going to round up $35 trillion in national debt, all
- 8:23right, but. But I want you to pay attention
- 8:25to this because if we go back to the year 2000, the last time
- 8:32that we had rates. Oh, oh, oh.
- 8:35Shoot. Hold on, everybody.
- 8:37I just dropped Susie. Hold on.
- 8:42Susie, You. You're broken.
- 8:47I'm sorry, guys. Oh, boy.
- 8:50Hold on here. We're live still.
- 8:52I think I'm still live. Are we still alive?
- 8:54Can you guys see me? OK, hold on.
- 8:57I dropped Susie. We're going to put her batteries
- 9:00back in. She'll say don't worry about it.
- 9:03But Susie is a very critical part of this channel.
- 9:06I need her support. And here we go.
- 9:11Hold on. Susie, can you hear me?
- 9:16OK? I'm sorry.
- 9:17I'm sorry I dropped you. OK.
- 9:26Susie's the best. So we're gonna put Susie back on
- 9:28her throne and attempt not to knock her over.
- 9:30Let's go back to the US debt clock.
- 9:32I digress. Thank you for sticking with us
- 9:34through this. OK, here we go.
- 9:38OK, look, we went back. This is the.
- 9:41Year in this day in the year 2000.
- 9:45OK, let me make sure I got this. Got you guys on there.
- 9:48Yes, we do. All right.
- 9:51What was the US debt back in the year 2005?
- 9:54Trillion dollars. And we thought that was crazy.
- 9:57OK, guys, we thought that was nuts, absolutely nuts.
- 10:01But what's, what's there's something about this you need to
- 10:04think about, All right? Back then around this time,
- 10:08interest rates were roughly where they are now.
- 10:11The US debt is almost seven times higher.
- 10:16Right now, so think about this, I'm going to give you an example
- 10:19of how of how crazy this debt level is becoming and how it's
- 10:23going to lead to absolute devaluation of the dollar and
- 10:27there's more going on there's June 9th if you want to fill
- 10:29your car up with gas. I think when you go to the gas
- 10:32station today, apparently they're not taking the Saudis
- 10:35aren't taking dollars for. Oil anymore?
- 10:37They may charge you in Chinese yuan, but we'll get to that
- 10:40later. Let's focus on this first. the
- 10:43US debt 5 trillion as opposed to 35 trillion.
- 10:46Now look six times higher. We'll say 6 to be conservative.
- 10:51Think about this. This would be like if you and
- 10:54your spouse significant. Other or just you as an
- 10:57individual had $100,000 in debt, credit card debt, mortgage debt,
- 11:05whatever. Your total debt was $100,000 and
- 11:08you're paying 4% interest. OK, so you're, you're paying
- 11:12$4000 per year, right? You're enslaved to someone.
- 11:17That's the reality. That's how this credit debt
- 11:19system works. That's America, right?
- 11:21Home of the enslaved. You're paying 4000 a year 'cause
- 11:25you have $100,000 in debt. Let's say what 24 years later,
- 11:32right, your debt went up by 600% by 6 times.
- 11:36Now your debt is $600,000, so now at 4% instead of paying 4000
- 11:44a year, which was kind of manageable, right now your debt
- 11:47is $24,000 per year, right? And that's a a line by line
- 11:55exact relationship between the US national debt and what it
- 12:00would be like on a personal level.
- 12:01But wait. Think about this.
- 12:04OK, so if your debt has gone up by 6 times, you're paying 24,000
- 12:10a year. What if rates go higher?
- 12:12What if rates go to 10%? Now instead of paying 24,000,
- 12:17you're paying 60,000 per year. So the US government can't.
- 12:21I mean, we're already paying. I know there's all kinds of
- 12:23crazy statistics out there. I can't remember all this stuff,
- 12:26guys, right? There's all kinds of crazy
- 12:28statistics out there about what are we?
- 12:31We're paying more in interest right now than we are for
- 12:33National Defense. Think about it, right?
- 12:37The dollar is in big trouble. So yes, Friday was catastrophic
- 12:42for silver and gold. It was a bad day.
- 12:44I don't remember many days where gold's down what, $80.00 per oz,
- 12:48silver down 2 bucks per oz, right, Friday was.
- 12:52But I'm telling you, if we we short term noise is what I want
- 12:58to say #1 number. Two, if we look at them, the.
- 13:00Long term, the dollar is in big, big trouble.
- 13:04Let's go back to the debt clock here for a second.
- 13:06Let's just check on silver. Hi, ho silver.
- 13:09So this is where you can change The Time Machine.
- 13:14I'm just curious, what do you guys think?
- 13:15The national debt was in 1993 trillion dollars.
- 13:21So from 1990, right? I was 20 years old.
- 13:26I don't know how old you were. Some of you weren't born.
- 13:28A lot of you may. But anyway, 1990 I remember 1990
- 13:31I was in college. Studying accounting, Just
- 13:34starting to learn about this. The national debt was 10% of
- 13:38what it is today. This is insane, right?
- 13:42Per Citizen 14,000. What about 1980?
- 13:46Let's go back to 1980. This is fun.
- 13:51We weren't even at a trillion dollars.
- 13:53Oh my gosh. Since 1980, the national debt
- 13:57has gone up by over what, 35 times?
- 14:01Oh my Lord, right. What was the US population back
- 14:05then? 226 million.
- 14:08Let's go to today. Oh, here we go.
- 14:11Let's go to 2028 and see what the debt's gonna be.
- 14:14Are you ready for this? Oh, brother.
- 14:17Oh, it'll be. This is projected $46 trillion.
- 14:22That means if you work look at this.
- 14:24This should make you mad. That's the US debt per taxpayer.
- 14:28That's, what, four years from now?
- 14:30This is crazy. The debt per taxpayer equals the
- 14:33US national debt divided by the number of US taxpayers.
- 14:37Go, go, Go figure. Right.
- 14:39That's easy to understand, right, Per Citizen, $132,000,
- 14:45what are they saying about silver?
- 14:47Dollar to silver ratio at that point will be $184 per oz.
- 14:53All right, let's go back to, let's go back to today and check
- 14:58on silver and we'll check on gold while we're at it, right?
- 15:02So the dollar to silver ratio today 157 'cause remember guys,
- 15:10this is growing again. This is inflation.
- 15:13The M2 money supply, right? That it was decreasing this
- 15:17number was 0 because this number divides the growth in M2 money
- 15:24supply and M2 money supply is just a fancy way of saying
- 15:27basically all the money in the economy, checking accounts,
- 15:30savings accounts, you know, the liquid cash, everything in the
- 15:33economy, it's growing again. That is inflationary, right as
- 15:38we're in the situation where the economy's slowing down.
- 15:41But but this number, let me slow down for you here, here.
- 15:46If you go right here, if you ever want to get the definition,
- 15:48you just put your yellow finger or whatever fuller, whatever
- 15:53fuller your color, I don't know, color, your finger is on that.
- 15:57And then you go up to the top, the top middle right there it
- 15:59says U.S. dollar to silver ratio.
- 16:01Now this was a big deal six months ago.
- 16:04People were making all these YouTube videos silver to 0
- 16:07'cause it was 0. All this is doing is the year
- 16:10over year increase in the USM two money supply.
- 16:14That's the growth in the money supply divided by the yearly
- 16:18world production of silver in oz, which we know is about 850
- 16:23million oz. So now, right, the money is
- 16:26growing at a rate that equals $157 per ounce of silver when
- 16:34you compare the growth of the money supply to the growth in
- 16:37the silver supply. OK, paper to silver ratio.
- 16:41Let's just look at that one real quick. 390, we'll just say 400
- 16:45to one, the number of quote, UN quote paper silver oz traded on
- 16:49the major world silver exchanges divided by the actual world
- 16:54production of silver. That means there's 400 ounces of
- 16:59paper silver traded for each one ounce of silver.
- 17:04That is that that is this. Well, there's some new stuff
- 17:07down here. G7 GDP to gold ratio, that's our
- 17:13gross domestic product of the seven member G7.
- 17:15Those are the United States and the other ones in dollars
- 17:19divided by their reported combined gold holdings.
- 17:23That's interesting, $72,000 per oz.
- 17:27Bricks 136. Wow, the Bricks countries are
- 17:30just growing like crazy. All right, let's get back here.
- 17:33Thank you, guys. This is getting crazy.
- 17:35So we're talking about debt problems, major debt destruction
- 17:39possibility. OK, We looked at the DXY chart.
- 17:43Trust me, OK? That's that's that's the that's
- 17:46that's those the. Dollar and the yen and the euro,
- 17:49they're all a big mess. We're talking about real value
- 17:53in silver and gold, right? Eventually the real value will
- 17:57manifest itself. Absolutely.
- 18:00OK. Oh, this is interesting.
- 18:02So the other big reason? Oh boy, we got some breaking
- 18:05news. From China, right?
- 18:07Breaking news. But you know, they used this
- 18:10whole Friday, this whole big BS story that this is such BS.
- 18:17Let's talk about this. Oh, the, the, the PBOC, the
- 18:20People's Bank of China, right, announced that they didn't buy
- 18:24gold for one month and it sent the gold price plummeting,
- 18:28absolutely plummeting on Friday here, let's just read this.
- 18:32I'll read. This to you?
- 18:35Don't. Don't trust me.
- 18:36Right? Trust Kitco.
- 18:38And here we go, Kitco. Let's see.
- 18:41Let's give credit to whoever wrote this.
- 18:43Ernest Hoffman, right, Wall Street throws in the towel on
- 18:46gold after Friday's route Main St.
- 18:49Optimism likely a pre sell off snapshot.
- 18:53OK, here we go here, right? The people.
- 18:58'S Bank of. China stole the spotlight in the
- 19:01early hours. This was early Friday morning
- 19:03when you and I were sleeping right announced at 4:00 AM
- 19:07Eastern Time that they'd broken their 18 month streak of
- 19:11sovereign gold purchases in May and sending metals prices
- 19:17crashing through multiple levels of support as algorithmic that's
- 19:25I can usually say that word stop loss orders were filled in rapid
- 19:29succession. Spot gold sank like a stone.
- 19:32Oh, and by the way, Ernest. We love Ernest.
- 19:35He puts out great material. But Ernest, you forgot to
- 19:39mention silver. If gold sank like a stone, well,
- 19:42silver sank like a silver bar, right?
- 19:44And when it fell out of your boat into a length into a lake
- 19:47Spot, gold sank like a stone, falling from 2374 just before
- 19:514:00 AM to 2343 only an hour later, with much of that move.
- 19:57Taking place in a matter of minutes.
- 20:00Because as you and I know, the Comex and the LBMA will take
- 20:03advantage of any opportunity they have to smash the paper,
- 20:08Unicorn fart dust, make believe, whatever you want to call it,
- 20:11price of gold and silver down to the ground.
- 20:15Because the Fiat money system, the banking system hates silver
- 20:19and gold. Because silver and gold are the
- 20:21are the kryptonite to the dollar.
- 20:23They're the antithesis to the dollar.
- 20:26Silver and gold are real money, so when they.
- 20:28Get a chance when they get a little window of opportunity,
- 20:31they push. They push it, baby.
- 20:33They give it all they got to kill.
- 20:35I don't remember. I remember.
- 20:37Do you remember the Sunday night Smash down?
- 20:39I was telling Susie? It was before Susie.
- 20:41Really. Got into silver and gold and we
- 20:43dropped the girls off at my parents on a Sunday night.
- 20:46They were spending the night with my mom and dad and we went
- 20:48to dinner and I pulled up. I got a problem.
- 20:51OK, maybe you can tell us in the deep, maybe you have this
- 20:54problem too. But it was Sunday night and as I
- 20:56often do on Sunday nights, I'll check the price of silver and
- 20:59gold. We were at dinner and gold was
- 21:01down like $100.00. So what happened on Friday was
- 21:05extraordinary. I mean, silver was down 2 bucks.
- 21:08You know, thankfully guys, we shouldn't have to deal with too
- 21:12many more of these crazy down days.
- 21:14But but I'm hearing OK and I. Have to be.
- 21:18Honest, I got a kind of got a feeling and I hope I'm wrong.
- 21:22Look, here's a little the, the, the Chinese markets are closed
- 21:26on Monday. Is, is the best that I've
- 21:28learned and been from the research I've been doing because
- 21:31of a holiday like boat day or something they call it, I don't
- 21:34know, riverboat Day. They could the Comex and the
- 21:36LBMA could be up to some monkey business again on Monday.
- 21:40But that's OK. We'll make it.
- 21:42We'll get through it. But they used this whole China.
- 21:46PBOC. The PBOC.
- 21:49Bback say it. It's fun to say.
- 21:50It's almost fun to saying Pimbex, right?
- 21:52Pimbex Pi MB EX If you want to get your hands on some silver,
- 21:57gold or platinum, do yourself a favor.
- 21:59Check out Pimbex. You can go to their website at
- 22:01Pi MB E x.com. I'll never tell you what to do,
- 22:06but I will recommend that you may benefit from checking them
- 22:09out next time you decide to buy some gold, silver, or platinum.
- 22:14Group Medals online. Look, I worked with them before
- 22:18they sponsored the channel, all right?
- 22:20Best prices, great selection, and a company that I can trust.
- 22:25You need to find that out for yourself.
- 22:27You can go to their website. Also, if you ever get to a point
- 22:30where you're thinking about converting part or all of an IRA
- 22:34into precious metals, at least talk to the guys at Pembeks and
- 22:39see what they can do for you. I've always found with pembecs I
- 22:43get more quality metal for my money.
- 22:46Now back to China. China.
- 22:48Oh my gosh, right. Oh the P box, stop buying gold.
- 22:52Oh. No right, the number one number
- 22:56UMO numero Uno. Let's not forget guys, gold hit
- 23:00an all time high in May. An all time high, right?
- 23:05You know nominal terms. Do you know the difference
- 23:07between nominal and real? Nominal just means number.
- 23:11So whatever we hit 24. I should know this but I don't
- 23:142440. Five, maybe it was, depends if
- 23:17you're talking spot or futures and everybody gets all confused
- 23:20about that anyway, gold hit an all time high in May, right?
- 23:27But what about this point? But Pima, the People's Bank of
- 23:31China apparently wasn't buying any gold in May Think about it.
- 23:37And we still hit an all time high.
- 23:39So there's reason why the L, the LBMA, the London Million Market
- 23:44Association and the COMEX, those wonderful nice people in New
- 23:47York that trade silver and gold, the reason they used to kill
- 23:51silver and gold, right? It, it, it's, it's, it's just
- 23:54complete BS because we hit an all time high during the month
- 23:59when the PBOC wasn't buying any gold.
- 24:01You know why they're not buying gold?
- 24:02I'll tell you why they're not buying gold because their
- 24:04citizens are sucking it all up, right?
- 24:07Their citizens want it. All right, let's go, let's go.
- 24:10This is. Interesting.
- 24:11Our friend Shanghai. Shanghai.
- 24:13Wait a minute. Oriental or uh oh, what is that?
- 24:17All right. Let's go, let's go, baby, we
- 24:20got. More to We got more to cover
- 24:21here. There what?
- 24:29What? OK.
- 24:37I can't say Shanghai anymore. I have to say Shanghai.
- 24:40Comex silver plummeted. This is the Oriental ghost, OK?
- 24:45Says Comex silver plummeted. OK, while today in China's
- 24:50largest online, I think I'm in trouble with Susie.
- 24:52Oh man, I think I just heard the door locked to the basement.
- 24:55Comex Silver plummeted while today in China's largest online
- 25:00electronic business platform, JD.
- 25:02Dot. Comjd.com is like the Amazon.com
- 25:06of China. Now I'm all flustered.
- 25:09I need to make sure I still got you guys on there.
- 25:11There you go. OK, OK.
- 25:14The price of silver bars remained unchanged.
- 25:18No drop of 1/2 penny. Thank you Oriental Ghost for
- 25:22pointing that out. Now I did some math on this.
- 25:25It wasn't real clear to me. That's 800 and CN¥25.
- 25:29And when I did the math that's for 100 grams, I came out to
- 25:33around $33.00 an ounce for silver.
- 25:36But the point is that the price of silver on this massive
- 25:41Chinese, I mean, this is like their version.
- 25:43This is where a lot of Chinese people buy silver and gold.
- 25:47From my understanding, the price didn't drop a penny, right?
- 25:52And let's go down here and see what else.
- 25:56Let's go see. He had more to say about what's
- 26:00going on in China. And really, everybody loves this
- 26:04guy. Everybody follows him.
- 26:05Thank you, Orient. It's old ghost.
- 26:07OK, And where was it? The leopard pauses and blah,
- 26:13blah, blah. OK, here.
- 26:15He says right here. This is on June 7th here in
- 26:18China. Here China is just PBOC.
- 26:22Not buying for one month does not mean not buying in the
- 26:26future. Thank you.
- 26:28He says check TikTok. Tik Tok's huge in China.
- 26:31As you probably know, many ordinary people, ordinary
- 26:35Chinese people complain that the price has risen to quip quickly.
- 26:40He says most people have not bought yet.
- 26:43What will they do once a crisis breaks out suddenly?
- 26:47So think about. This guys think about this.
- 26:50The Chinese government, right? The Chinese government very well
- 26:55may have stopped buying gold because they know their citizens
- 26:58are sucking up all the gold that they can.
- 27:01What evidence do we have of this?
- 27:03Let's go take a look. Hold on here.
- 27:06I'm going to pull you, guy. I'll just let you watch as I get
- 27:09through this. Darn it.
- 27:11There. That's the evidence, right?
- 27:14800 see that 800,000 people line up after the one of their last
- 27:19festivals to buy gold. If you think about but you know,
- 27:23if let's say tomorrow that the that the the Comex and the LBMA
- 27:28are successful in beating gold and silver down some more, I may
- 27:32move in. I may be a buyer.
- 27:34OK. 'Cause I just think I haven't
- 27:37bought anything for a while. Last time I bought silver was
- 27:40when it was 22 back in February. OK.
- 27:43Is that as I'm pretty sure about that?
- 27:45Anyway if it. Moves back if they get silver
- 27:47down into that 2827 range. I may be in that line but that's
- 27:52800,000 people in China lined up to buy gold.
- 27:56Now this was granted I don't know, 6-8 weeks ago after I
- 28:00think their lunar festival, but what's going to happen if we get
- 28:03a big drawdown? I'm going to.
- 28:04Have a sip of coffee. I'll be right back.
- 28:10Let's check in with Susie and make sure we're OK.
- 28:13Susie, are we doing OK? OK.
- 28:22You want to say hi to everybody. Thank you.
- 28:24So. Much for thank you.
- 28:30Oh, where'd your hand go? I dropped your hand.
- 28:33Uh oh, oh, here it is. Yeah, yeah.
- 28:38Susie says hi to everybody. OK, maybe we'll get her
- 28:41commentary a little bit later on the gold price.
- 28:44Where was I on China. So, so that was their big reason
- 28:47that there there's there's 900,000 people, 800,000 people.
- 28:52I'm prone to a little exaggeration.
- 28:54Basement dwellers are the is the Chinese government.
- 28:58It's almost like, here's the other thing, here's the other
- 29:02thing, OK, that nobody's talking about, everybody talks about.
- 29:05But now, oh, I'm telling you, the LBMA and the COMEX took the
- 29:10little window of opportunity they had on Friday to kill the
- 29:15price of silver and gold. Hang in there.
- 29:18I think the long term, short term, long term, I think by the
- 29:21end of the year, OK, I, I, I believe we're going to have
- 29:25significantly higher gold prices and silver is could be in for a
- 29:30major slingshot move. I'm warning you, I think we
- 29:34could be in for some rough waters right the next.
- 29:37Four to six weeks. I hope I'm wrong.
- 29:40Sometimes I am wrong, OK, but. As we go into the end of this
- 29:44year, man, there's so much going on.
- 29:46Major bricks, The bricks, bricks, bricks.
- 29:49Remember last year, bricks was the big subject, right?
- 29:52Bricks, gold backed currency, right?
- 29:55Well, guess what? The bricks are having a big
- 29:56meeting later this summer. The bricks got a lot bigger.
- 30:00OK, we're talking about D dollarization, but let's finish
- 30:03up on China. China, stop buying gold.
- 30:07Oh my God. Oh, that's the reason why gold.
- 30:09It's not the only reason why gold went up.
- 30:11Come on man in the Chinese population is chomping at the
- 30:15bit to buy more gold. Are they going to take advantage
- 30:19of this beat Artificial beat down?
- 30:22The ad, right? Like like Shanghai Ghost said,
- 30:25Huh? Did we finish with him?
- 30:26Let's go back back to our friend.
- 30:28I keep calling him Shanghai Oriental.
- 30:31OK, Superjet. Hold on here.
- 30:33I'm going to take that off. Hold on, guys.
- 30:37Hopefully you're still here. I think we're still alive.
- 30:39Hello, I think we're still alive.
- 30:42Oh man, Super chance. Jay Lizard.
- 30:45Thank you. Oh my gosh, there he is, the Mr.
- 30:48Lizard man. There's our friend Jim.
- 30:50Thank you. Wow, $50 buy some silver.
- 30:54That's right. Hopefully I won't.
- 30:56Thank you Jim, by the way, but hopefully I won't be able to buy
- 30:582 ounces of silver for $50. I'm ready to only be able to buy
- 31:03one ounce of silver for $50.00 but I'll put it to.
- 31:07Good use. Thank you, guys.
- 31:09Thank you so much. Wow.
- 31:10All right, let's go. Let's go make sure that we
- 31:13finished up with the with the Oriental ghost and we all want
- 31:17to say thank you to this guy. He's on Twitter.
- 31:20OK, What does this mean? Oh, he had somebody had a
- 31:24question. Does that mean that China has
- 31:26already purchased enough? No.
- 31:29OK, he's Central Bank of China's.
- 31:33OK, it must be a planned purchase.
- 31:35And the Central Bank of China's gold reserves account for a
- 31:37small proportion of China's entire gold reserves, not even
- 31:42as much as a company's gold reserves.
- 31:45For example, Cheng Tong precious metals.
- 31:48So the key is to look at the gold import data.
- 31:51Thank you, Oriental ghost, right.
- 31:54He what he's saying is the Chinese government doesn't even
- 31:57relative to other gold hold held in that country by companies, by
- 32:03individuals. OK, the amount of gold here we
- 32:09go. The amount of gold held in China
- 32:12that by the central bank, it's significant, it's a big deal,
- 32:15but it really was overblown. Right.
- 32:17I mean, it's not the only reason gold went up in which what the
- 32:21Oriental ghost is telling you and me.
- 32:24Look at the amount of gold held by companies and individuals.
- 32:28Guys, it's a different world than what we're used to in the
- 32:32United States where almost nobody holds silver gold.
- 32:35India and China, it's a complete they're, it's, it's, it's an
- 32:39interwoven in their culture in China, right, The real estate
- 32:45market has bombed, the stock market has bombed.
- 32:49And guess what? Chinese people are smart.
- 32:52They don't touch, they don't trust banks.
- 32:54They don't trust digital currencies.
- 32:56What do they trust? Gold.
- 32:58And it's not just it's it's not just old people like us, right?
- 33:03I'm 54, I'm old. I'm old.
- 33:06Oh, yeah, I buy gold. No, I mean, the reality is it's
- 33:11the whole it's the young people are buying gold and silver in
- 33:16China. The darn government in China
- 33:18told the people six weeks ago. It was very clear, said gold is
- 33:23very expensive. Buy silver.
- 33:25Why would they tell their people that, huh?
- 33:28Right, because they're having a hard time importing all the gold
- 33:31that the people want. So now they're saying and
- 33:34silver's even a better deal. I mean, I don't know.
- 33:36Put the piece, Andy. Schechtman and Andy Schechtman
- 33:39didn't say any of what I just said, but what he does say is.
- 33:42Look at all the they don't, they don't whether you're talking
- 33:45about China or. The United States of America,
- 33:49they don't tell the real story right?
- 33:51You gotta take the crumbs and piece it together and piece it
- 33:55together. My final point on China.
- 33:58Then I will rest my. Case is that haven't we heard
- 34:01haven't we heard over and over and over for the last if you're
- 34:06in the are you a silver and gold stacker right, you've heard this
- 34:10you can't trust what. The P box says about how much
- 34:13gold they have or how much gold they bought.
- 34:15It's always like everybody's like it's that's not the real
- 34:19numbers. So could maybe the P Bock have
- 34:21said that because they want to buy gold cheaper?
- 34:24I don't know. I'm just throwing it out there.
- 34:26Take off my tinfoil hat. I don't know.
- 34:32Let's have a sip of coffee. OK, we're back.
- 34:41Baby, we got a little more to talk about.
- 34:43Well, we got a lot more to talk about.
- 34:45So the debt's a big problem in this country, the dollar losing
- 34:49its value just mathematically because of that debt, OK.
- 34:52But but but. The de dollarization is
- 34:55happening and today's June 9th and there's all this uproar.
- 34:58Have you heard right about today being the day when the Saudi
- 35:03Arabians potentially are going to officially stop the Petro
- 35:07dollar arrangement? Big, big, big, big deal, but.
- 35:10Why is that a big deal? A lot of you are confused about
- 35:15this and, and I'll explain it to you in very simple terms.
- 35:18It's a big deal because in 1974, whenever it was, and it's so
- 35:23interesting that it's right around.
- 35:25Did you ever notice this right around the same time when they
- 35:28set up the futures markets in silver and gold, right?
- 35:32Remember that document? That's when they set the futures
- 35:36market. That's which were set up to
- 35:38manipulate the price of silver and gold.
- 35:41There's not WikiLeaks documents. I can share it with you if you
- 35:45want. Right where they said, Oh yeah,
- 35:48if we set up a futures. Market we can induce massive
- 35:51volatility. Think back to Friday, right?
- 35:55Into the silver and gold market, and that will dissuade
- 35:59individual investors from buying physical silver and gold.
- 36:03It will dissuade Americans from buying silver and gold.
- 36:08And guess what? It worked 'cause remember what I
- 36:09talked about later? Just the old people buying
- 36:12silver and gold. The old people in America now
- 36:15they're in their 70s and 80s, they got bam.
- 36:17Most of them got completely brainwashed.
- 36:21OK, you ask? You ask your average 70 or 80
- 36:25year old here in the United States about silver and gold.
- 36:28OK? Not you, not me, right?
- 36:30We know we pulled our heads out of our boomers, right?
- 36:36And wanted to learn about what's really going on.
- 36:38Watch these documentaries about the Wizard of Oz.
- 36:42I think the guy's name was Bill. Still, it's unbelievable.
- 36:46This has been going on since the 1800s where these big banks
- 36:50tried to take over, get rid of silver and gold because the
- 36:54banks want credit and they won. They succeeded.
- 36:57But there's like documents where these bankers are like, we need
- 37:00to scare people. We need to.
- 37:02I mean they're. Really.
- 37:03They really are evil, OK, I mean.
- 37:06Maybe you don't want to watch this stuff because I even got my
- 37:09eyes opened up a little more last night watching this
- 37:12documentary that talked about why the Wizard of Oz book was
- 37:16written because it was about silver.
- 37:18It was like 18 said the great, I'm not a guru in this, but like
- 37:21the great theft of the farmers, them and these bankers were
- 37:24like, we can, we can basically screw these farmers.
- 37:29We can take, we can buy half the farms West of the Mississippi
- 37:33for like $0.50 on the dollar, you know, and they did they
- 37:37these people suffered. I mean, it's really evil.
- 37:39I'm sorry, where was I? I digress.
- 37:43The dollar, the de dollarization.
- 37:46Oh oh. Yeah.
- 37:47So why I'm going to make this simple for you, OK.
- 37:51Why the Petro dollar? 1974 they make, they create the
- 37:55gold and silver futures exchanges.
- 37:57The dollars no longer based on gold because 1971 Nixon took us
- 38:02off the gold standard, OK? They needed the dollar.
- 38:05To have some value and it had no, no value, right?
- 38:08It's paper Unicorn fart dust. So what they do, they send Henry
- 38:12Kissinger over to Saudi Arabia and Henry Kissinger sat down
- 38:15with the Saudi royal family and from what I understand,
- 38:18basically said. You can either only sell oil in
- 38:23dollars or you may not like the other option.
- 38:28I guess it's basically what they said and and we'll.
- 38:30We'll protect you and you'll be our ally, Right?
- 38:34So for 50. Years oil was only sold in
- 38:36dollars. Now think about this.
- 38:38What did that do when oil was only sold in dollars and oil is
- 38:43the lifeblood of the world economy now and it's even more
- 38:48so back then, oils only sold in dollars.
- 38:51People needed dollars. It made the dollar more
- 38:53valuable, right? People needed.
- 38:55Dollars, dollars, dollars made the dollar.
- 38:58Valuable because to a certain degree it was kind of sorted
- 39:01back by oil, I guess you could say, but not really.
- 39:03Anyway, I digress. What did people do with all
- 39:06those dollars? Everybody needed dollars.
- 39:08They were trading in dollars when they made profit, they had
- 39:11excess dollars. They didn't know what to do with
- 39:14them, but they knew they held their value right.
- 39:17OK, in the United States with oops, sorry, it was over there.
- 39:21And said we got a great idea, we'll take your dollars.
- 39:24It allowed us to borrow way beyond our means.
- 39:27Here, Let me. Let me, let me, let me.
- 39:28Give you a graphic that will indicate to you what the Petro
- 39:33dollar allowed. The Petro dollar allowed this to
- 39:37happen, OK? It allowed your politicians to
- 39:40be irresponsible with your money, right?
- 39:43It allowed a lot of other bad things to occur, but this is not
- 39:48possible without the world needing dollars.
- 39:53And is that changing right now? So think about this.
- 39:57That made the dollar valuable. Now, now.
- 40:00Hello, metal sear. Yes, in the book The Wizard of
- 40:03Oz, Dorothy Shoes, guys, you got to you got to learn about this
- 40:06Wizard of Oz thing 'cause it is. If you're into silver and gold,
- 40:10it's kind of madding. You know, at the end of this,
- 40:14stick with me and I'll I'll, I'll bring you to.
- 40:17I didn't watch the whole thing, but there's like a 2 hour
- 40:19documentary about it. No.
- 40:20OK, thank you. Thank you.
- 40:21Metal sear. Let's put metal sear up there.
- 40:24There he is. It was his old, nice old car.
- 40:30So now let me paint a picture for you.
- 40:33The world is reversing course. We got the bricks right.
- 40:37And potentially a gold backed currency.
- 40:39Who knows what they're going to announce this summer?
- 40:41Who knows what they're gonna announce this summer?
- 40:45It's could be crazy, right? Bricks.
- 40:47Bricks plus, right? Brazil, Russia, India, China,
- 40:50South Africa, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ethiopia and the
- 40:53United Arab Emirates, right? But on top of that, they're all
- 40:57moving away from using dollars for trade.
- 41:00That means the dollar, when people don't need it, people
- 41:05don't need it. That means the dollar becomes
- 41:08less valuable, right? Dollars come home to the United.
- 41:12States we don't want your dollars, People don't want the
- 41:15dollar, right? And this is not gonna happen.
- 41:17I, I, I I don't. I don't necessarily.
- 41:19Agree that this is all gonna happen fantastically overnight.
- 41:23It could. Nothing's out of the realm of
- 41:25possibility. But what we do know, and even
- 41:28Goldman Sachs, even JP Morgan Chase, it, it all the top people
- 41:32are saying there's a massive dedolarization trend.
- 41:38Going on right now in this country so if we get a situation
- 41:42like if the if the Saudi if they do actually officially announce
- 41:46we're done with the Petro dollar right which is what some people
- 41:48are saying right there's there's here that will make the dollar
- 41:52less valuable dollar anything that becomes less valuable right
- 41:57That means since since you measure a lot of your life in
- 42:00dollars I'm sorry I do too right I wish I could say I have
- 42:03measure everything in ounces of silver and gold which I.
- 42:06Do. But we also live in dollars,
- 42:08right? The grocery store takes dollars,
- 42:11the gas station takes dollars. Unless they only take you on
- 42:14after the Petro dollar goes away.
- 42:17Just joking. OK.
- 42:18None the less is the demand for those dollars goes down, the
- 42:21value, the real value of those dollars goes down.
- 42:26What does that mean? That means prices go up.
- 42:29Measured in dollars. Food, fuel, silver, gold.
- 42:35OK, that's the reality of what? That's the big picture, the
- 42:40catastrophe for the dollar going on right now.
- 42:44We had a. Mini catastrophe on Friday, a
- 42:47last ditch effort right by these powers that be, right?
- 42:51To push down silver, to push down gold.
- 42:53It's real. You got to remind me to go to
- 42:55the Wizard of Oz and see if I can pull that up here at the
- 42:58end. OK, here, let's take a look at
- 43:03some of these and again, these are our unsubstantiated reports.
- 43:08I want to emphasize that, OK, this was on X from Mardy Pardy.
- 43:15I don't know who Mardy Pardy is, but he said on June 9th, which
- 43:18is today, Saudi Arabia is expected to announce that it
- 43:22will cease all oil sales in U.S. dollars, marking the end of a 50
- 43:27year Petro dollar PAC signed on June 6th, 1974, which expires
- 43:32today, June 9th. This decision is a significant
- 43:36shift in global oil trade dynamics and could have
- 43:39wide-ranging implications for the US dollar's role as the
- 43:43dominant global reserve currency.
- 43:46And then people all comment like, yeah, it's catastrophic.
- 43:49Let's look at this. This is from Gazzara News.
- 43:53OK? I don't know who they are, but
- 43:56listen to what they wrote on. In June 2024, Saudi Arabia is
- 44:01expected to announce that it will cease.
- 44:03OK. The decision not to renew this
- 44:05pact stems from Saudi Arabia's recent invitation to join the
- 44:10BRICS and its move towards de dollarization.
- 44:13Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has informed the Saudi
- 44:17government that the country will no longer accept U.S. dollars
- 44:22for oil transactions. This shift includes
- 44:26considerations to accept other currencies, such as the Chinese
- 44:29yuan for oil sales, as reported by the Wall Street Journal on
- 44:34March 15th, 2022. Again, guys, there's a lot of
- 44:42speculation about this Saudi June 9th moving away from the
- 44:47dollar situation. We're going to have to see how
- 44:50it plays out, OK? We're going to have to see how
- 44:52it plays out, OK? Do you trust the Chinese?
- 44:59Let's go out and look. I want to.
- 45:00I want to bring you out. Let's go on a little trip
- 45:03together on the Internet and see if we can find quickly a look
- 45:13behind the scenes. Where am I?
- 45:15Here I am. Let's go see if.
- 45:16We can find this. I want to show you this silver
- 45:22related. Oh hey, there I am.
- 45:26OK, now let's see, I'm on the wrong channel and switch
- 45:32account, and my kids made hundreds of YouTube channels
- 45:37when they were like 7 years old. All right?
- 45:40Now, is that it? No, that's the wrong channel.
- 45:45Hold on. I have a channel called How to
- 45:48Ron Switch account. We're looking for the Wizard of
- 45:52Oz documentary. And there we are, Ron's
- 45:55basement. I'm I'm so used to doing YouTube
- 45:59on my phone that when I get on a desktop, it's like very
- 46:02confusing. Hey, there's bug guy.
- 46:05Is this the end of the gold and silver bull market?
- 46:08Hello, bug guy money. He's a good friend of our
- 46:10channel, a good friend of mine. Go out and watch that that video
- 46:14later and let me see if I can find this.
- 46:19Sorry, we're doing this all off the cuff.
- 46:21Where's my you? What's this?
- 46:24Looking. Here we go.
- 46:25I watched that. There's Ted.
- 46:27Oh, here it is. Is this it?
- 46:30The Secret of Oz? Yes.
- 46:34Hear this or not? OK, I think you can hear that
- 46:45this was a award-winning documentary, so hold on here
- 46:53hopefully. OK, the award award-winning
- 46:55documentary, The Secret of Oz with Bill still and it goes
- 47:01through all the stuff that happened that the bankers did,
- 47:05the hardships faced by the farmers, and but then relates it
- 47:09all back to the Wizard of Oz. I really recommend checking that
- 47:13out. Hold on.
- 47:15Let me go back here for those of you, it's called The Secret of
- 47:18Oz with Bill Still, that's easy to remember.
- 47:21This was on Ronald Coleman's channel.
- 47:26But man, it's very eye opening in terms of turn that off.
- 47:32Go back here. What they did back in the 1800s.
- 47:37It was the beginning of this messed up crazy system that we
- 47:41have right now. And it's heartbreaking to see
- 47:44what these bankers did to these farmers back in the late 1800s.
- 47:48And that's where the book The Wizard of Oz was written.
- 47:51And it all had to do with taking silver out of the money.
- 47:56And it had to do with England, with gold, because England was
- 47:59much more powerful then. And they, they kind of ramrodded
- 48:02the farmers and the silver to get it, take silver out of the
- 48:05money. And people really, really
- 48:08suffered. This is this has been and, and,
- 48:10and just to see and to read some of these memos that these
- 48:13bankers sent amongst themselves. They had no regard for the
- 48:17suffering going on by all these human people.
- 48:20Hey, I'm going to, I'm going to do another short live stream.
- 48:25Oh, hey guys, can we get 25 more likes?
- 48:27I'll stick around and I'll ring the gong.
- 48:29Can we get to 300? Hold on here, Susie.
- 48:34Did you say 25 more likes till the gong?
- 48:40Susie, what do you think's going to happen to the price of gold
- 48:43and silver this week? OK, Thank you for your optimism.
- 48:52All right, guys, she's going to let me know when we get there.
- 48:54We're going to talk later today, maybe a little bit later this
- 48:57morning about what's going on in Vietnam with gold, what's going
- 49:02on in Korea with gold, because we know what's going on in China
- 49:07with gold. So I may do that either later
- 49:09today or tomorrow morning. Don't forget these debt markets
- 49:14are king. Go out and watch that
- 49:17documentary about the silver being pulled out of the about
- 49:23silver being pulled out of the money.
- 49:25We got 300 likes. I got to ring the gong.
- 49:27Hold on guys. Gong time, the golden gong for
- 49:35us, gold and silver. Lovers.
- 49:36Here we go. Hold on.
- 49:47I don't. Know that you could hear that.
- 49:51Hey, Susie, Could they hear that OK?
- 49:58There's a little bit of a delay when I'm talking and what you
- 50:01guys are seeing. All right, hold on.
- 50:04We're going to fix that. Susie Audio.
- 50:07Hold on, guys, reduce background noise.
- 50:11Bong. OK, it's gong time.
- 50:13Let's do the real gong. Basement dwellers.
- 50:17All right. Here we go.
- 50:23This one's for you. Can't hear me either.
- 50:28Oh, OK. OK, hold on.
- 50:32Hey, guys. I don't think or Susie, I don't
- 50:34think they could hear you. Now let's see if they can hear
- 50:36you. Thanks everyone for hitting the
- 50:41right button, we really appreciate it.
- 50:45Susie, am I going to be allowed out of the basement even though
- 50:48I said Shanghai wrong earlier? Your.
- 50:52Timed out for about 10 minutes, Ron.
- 50:56Thank you. Yeah, Susie times me out on my
- 50:59own darn channel. I tell you what.
- 51:01What a what a life, huh? Let's go, let's go.
- 51:06Look one more time, one more time, basement dwellers, because
- 51:10you know what? The real value, the real value,
- 51:13right? Remember, nominal's just number,
- 51:15the real value of the dollar is in trouble.
- 51:19And I want to point out, I forgot to make this point with
- 51:21you earlier. This debt, Oh my gosh, it went
- 51:24up since we've been on only, you know, $100 million in debt.
- 51:28Congratulations. Right, you as AUS citizen took
- 51:31on an additional $3 in debt. While we were watching this live
- 51:36stream, the debt markets are king.
- 51:38Nobody talks about this. All right, So we need to review
- 51:41this quickly. The debt markets of the world
- 51:45are king. Everybody focuses on the
- 51:47mainstream media, distracts everybody with the stock market.
- 51:50Stock market. The reality is the debt markets
- 51:53are multiples higher than the value of the stock market and
- 51:56the debt. The debt markets are the king,
- 51:59OK? They are the keys to the
- 52:01Kingdom, OK, And they are out of control.
- 52:06When you look at this number up here, right, you need to realize
- 52:11that the United States is a zombie company country right
- 52:15now. Company.
- 52:16If it was a company, it'd be a zombie company.
- 52:19If it was an individual, it would be bankrupt.
- 52:22They wouldn't allow you as an individual to have these types
- 52:26of numbers. the United States is turned into a zombie country,
- 52:31meaning we need to borrow more and more money.
- 52:34We are nearing a spiral or are in a spiral where we need to
- 52:39borrow money just to pay the interest on the money that we
- 52:44already borrowed in the past. And that new money that we
- 52:47borrow adds to the overall debt level which makes the future of
- 52:51borrowing needs even higher. I can't explain it anymore
- 52:55simply. OK.
- 52:56This would be like you having a job making 100K per year for
- 53:01simplicity sakes right? And having, you know, $700,000
- 53:07in debt, right, and paying 10%. And so your, your, your annual
- 53:12interest expense is 70 K, right? You don't make enough after
- 53:16taxes to pay your interest on your debt.
- 53:18So you have to borrow more to pay that interest, which means
- 53:22then you have a higher debt level, which means you have to
- 53:24borrow even more. And it doesn't work.
- 53:26They wouldn't let an individual work this way.
- 53:29And in the end, it's unfortunate.
- 53:31I don't like it. I think it's horrible, right?
- 53:33We don't like it. I'm not in favor of it, but in
- 53:36the. Oh my gosh, we got a OK, OK.
- 53:44Susie, could you repeat that to everybody?
- 53:46Please come. On everyone hit that like
- 53:56button. Please.
- 53:56All. Right, put her back.
- 53:58Can you see? Her.
- 53:58Oh yeah. Yeah, she's on her chair.
- 54:00All right. If we get a few more likes,
- 54:01we're going to ring or we're going to blow.
- 54:04Don, the brains train whistle. I'm telling you, if this was an
- 54:07individual, if this was you, right, this, this, you'd be
- 54:13bankrupt. This is the other thing that
- 54:14gets me. I'll tell you one more thing
- 54:16that gets me. OK.
- 54:17The banks? Are insolvent.
- 54:19I heard Lynette Zhang say that I've heard like really smart
- 54:23people. I have a degree in accounting
- 54:25from a fancy. University the banks are
- 54:27insolvent think but this is what this this this will make.
- 54:32This is crazy. The banks are in trouble in this
- 54:34country, but they get to do Disneyland accounting, right?
- 54:38They bought, they have a bunch of commercial real estate that's
- 54:40worth pennies on the dollar. They have a bunch of bonds they
- 54:44bought that are worth $0.50 on the dollar.
- 54:47But they don't have to recognize their loss because they're gonna
- 54:49hold them to maturity. OK, This is my question.
- 54:53This is my question, right? The banks are able to do that.
- 54:58What if you had, let's say $100,000 US bond that it dropped
- 55:05by 50% in value, right, Just like the banks?
- 55:09OK, I think you guys let me know.
- 55:12Let us know. If you could hear Susie say woo
- 55:14woo, hold on a second. Susie, could you do the woo woo
- 55:18again? I want to see if people can hear
- 55:20you. Almost time to turn her off.
- 55:29OK, so you have $100,000 bond that you bought five years ago.
- 55:36Sorry buttercup, it's only worth 60,000 if you want to sell it
- 55:40now 'cause it's only paying 2% interest.
- 55:42It's called the inverse. That's a fancy.
- 55:44Way to explain the inverse relationship between interest
- 55:48rates and bond prices. OK, you bought the bond for
- 55:53100K, it's only worth 60K. Your bank did the same thing.
- 55:57It took a lot of the money that people deposited there and
- 55:59bought all these bonds, right? And, and, and now four years
- 56:03later, they're only worth $0.60 on the dollar.
- 56:06But the. Bank.
- 56:07Doesn't have to recognize that that's a problem all they.
- 56:11Have. To say is we're going to hold
- 56:13them to maturity, right? God forbid.
- 56:16Hold on. God.
- 56:20Forbid you show up and want your money from the bank is in the
- 56:23bank will be like, well, that's why the banks don't want to give
- 56:27out money. Well, we don't really have that
- 56:30money or, you know, it's going to take us a little while
- 56:33because if everybody showed up in one of their money out of the
- 56:36banks, I'm pretty sure all the banks would go belly up.
- 56:40That's, you know, that's just the math behind what's going on,
- 56:43but. If you you.
- 56:45Had bought as an individual that $100,000.
- 56:48I'm going to get to this very interesting point, Bond.
- 56:52And you as an individual went to the bank with your $100,000 bond
- 56:56that's really now only worth 60, and told the bank that you
- 56:59wanted to borrow some money and use it as collateral, right?
- 57:03And you can say, well, it's $100,000 bond.
- 57:05And the bank would say, yeah, but it's only worth 60.
- 57:09So we're not going to give you 100.
- 57:11Actually, we're only going to give you 40 because we need to
- 57:13protect ourselves in case that bond goes down in value, right?
- 57:17They wouldn't even give you what the market is.
- 57:19They would give you less than that.
- 57:21They'd be like, yes, it's only worth them.
- 57:22And then you would ask the bank the question like, well, then,
- 57:25well, if you get the value of the bond at 100, why don't I get
- 57:28to value it at 100? I mean, it's just absolutely
- 57:32double standard asinine. OK, any bankers out there want
- 57:36to prove me wrong, send me an e-mail and I'll gladly publicly
- 57:41apologize. But that's the how crazy the
- 57:44system is. We got to blow the train
- 57:46whistle. This has been a blockbuster day.
- 57:49Hold on here. Remember, this came from Don the
- 57:53Brain and on this train whistle it tells us what do you guys
- 57:59think we should do today? I think we're going to do
- 58:02station approach. Well, that's a pretty easy one.
- 58:07Let's do train departed. That's three.
- 58:19We're always having fun. Have a great day.
- 58:22OK. Remember.
- 58:24Right. Well, you don't have to like the
- 58:26fact that the dollar is in trouble.
- 58:29Yeah, sure. We had a devastating,
- 58:31catastrophic day on Friday for silver and gold.
- 58:34Let's call it what it was. OK, Monday could be hairy, but
- 58:38who knows in this day and age, right?
- 58:40But the long term fact remains the real value of silver and
- 58:45gold. We're going to folk, we're going
- 58:47to we're going to be positive, we're going to shift away from
- 58:49the dollar. The real value of silver and
- 58:51gold that you own is going to do fine.
- 58:54OK is going to do absolutely fine.
