19 Million Eggs Recalled Over Salmonella | Salt Lake City News
FDA just recalled 19 million eggs — the biggest recall ever — due to deadly Salmonella contamination. This Class One recall affects eggs from Midwest Poultry Services, distributed between June 6 and July 3, with sell-by dates up to August 17, 2026. Look for codes P-1950 or 0840962 and Julian dates 157–184. Brands include Kroger, Simple Truth, Brookshire’s. Already sickened 98 people in 17 states, 26 hospitalized.
