- 0:33Speaker 1: Isn't just.
- 0:37Speaker 3: I'm a doing Yeah, I'm gonna.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Go on the way you made Bill Vegan copy.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Welcome, welcome, well come, It's the Sports Shock Show. I'm
- 0:51Speaker 4: the Sports Shock Wayne Gandy. Good morning to you out
- 0:54Speaker 4: there and listening land. If you know anything about the show,
- 0:57Speaker 4: comand you. Greg's four hours uh to wake up and
- 1:00Speaker 4: he's only on our number two. So that's a little why.
- 1:05Speaker 4: The bad Producer is late as usual. Big Kenny the
- 1:10Speaker 4: funny man himself in here upset with a couple of
- 1:12Speaker 4: comedians just sold for the record for you guys. The
- 1:16Speaker 4: bad Producer was over here trying to hate, you know,
- 1:20Speaker 4: it's his whole thing is hate. With the first pick
- 1:26Speaker 4: of the ninety four draft, the Los Angeles Rams select,
- 1:34Speaker 4: What part did I just say? The Los Angelus Rams select,
- 1:41Speaker 4: So the bad Producer come in here with his his
- 1:44Speaker 4: hater thun is just so high you need to get
- 1:46Speaker 4: out there with them, the monks, and walk for peace,
- 1:51Speaker 4: for peace, because he needs some peace. It's okay, man,
- 1:56Speaker 4: he's just gonna try to find something where I'm not
- 1:58Speaker 4: supposed to have this on. But I played more games
- 2:03Speaker 4: for the Rams then I played for any team.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Any team.
- 2:11Speaker 4: So somebody either hook him up with Wikipedia or something.
- 2:17Speaker 4: But for him to come in here, and he's only
- 2:20Speaker 4: been here three minutes now, three minutes, he got here
- 2:24Speaker 4: seven fifty seven. In that three minutes, he went down
- 2:29Speaker 4: a whole pipeline of stuff that had nothing to do
- 2:34Speaker 4: with the show. But just so you know, it was
- 2:38Speaker 4: Paul tag Leabu. He said, the La Rams. So whatever
- 2:44Speaker 4: category you're trying to cut the RAMS and individualize and
- 2:49Speaker 4: all that stuff you want to do, I would rather No,
- 2:52Speaker 4: you weren't doing it.
- 2:54Speaker 3: These two guys are my witnesses. No, I said that.
- 2:56Speaker 3: I was stating that, get you. I didn't forget. I
- 2:59Speaker 3: know you just said you are a Los Angeles.
- 3:02Speaker 4: No, you forgot, And if you have remembered that, then
- 3:04Speaker 4: you want to ask a question.
- 3:06Speaker 3: When I said what I was saying that everybody who
- 3:08Speaker 3: played for the Rams can only say that they played
- 3:10Speaker 3: for either Saint Louis or Los Angeles. You have the
- 3:14Speaker 3: luxury of saying that you play for the l A
- 3:17Speaker 3: Rams and the Saint Louis LAM.
- 3:18Speaker 4: It's a lot of guys can say that, because it's
- 3:20Speaker 4: a lot of guys left l A with me and
- 3:23Speaker 4: went I Lewis.
- 3:25Speaker 3: But I said Kurt Warner, he can't say l A Rams.
- 3:29Speaker 3: He can only say Saint Louis. Okay, that's all I
- 3:32Speaker 3: was saying. You say dirty bird, I can say rise up. Okay,
- 3:36Speaker 3: okay with the dirty bird. Y'all ain't ros y'all a
- 3:39Speaker 3: risen or whatever the word is. You just there. But
- 3:43Speaker 3: obviously you had a great weekend. Yeah, Christmas weekend. Oh,
- 3:47Speaker 3: we had a great, great weekend. I got to see
- 3:49Speaker 3: my guy. Okay, who is that? For the next two times, I.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Don't know who that is? Who is that?
- 3:59Speaker 3: Give them a litt bit of it, Greg, he know
- 4:01Speaker 3: the song? He said, he knows, he knows the song?
- 4:06Speaker 4: Oh, for next two times? The drug dealing gang banging
- 4:11Speaker 4: murdered two people. Got I don't know about murder? No,
- 4:15Speaker 4: I ready, I think we went over this one time, right,
- 4:17Speaker 4: I looked him up. Remember we went over his his jacket.
- 4:22Speaker 4: They call it right, excited about meeting the murdered criminals,
- 4:28Speaker 4: and then came in, what's up? You ain't from l
- 4:33Speaker 4: A homet you you you ain't from Saint Louis Caesar,
- 4:38Speaker 4: the bad producer, Good morning to you, But come on
- 4:41Speaker 4: to Greg. How was your Christmas? I had to work
- 4:46Speaker 4: so okay, that's not why you said so bad. A
- 4:49Speaker 4: lot of people work on Christmas. I like the trip
- 4:56Speaker 4: was open, wasn't it. People had to go the work racetrack,
- 5:01Speaker 4: Big Kenny, the funny man himself. You come and get
- 5:04Speaker 4: booked on Christmas?
- 5:05Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I would have loved to have been anywhere
- 5:08Speaker 3: on Christmas beside the house.
- 5:11Speaker 4: I got a lot going on to my house, so
- 5:13Speaker 4: have I If somebody just want to book me, I could.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Have hit one of the May I be back. I
- 5:19Speaker 3: got to but I got to look, I mean I
- 5:22Speaker 3: want to, but I got to. I got to go.
- 5:25Speaker 3: I gotta go.
- 5:26Speaker 4: A quick question, bad producer, Which team did the sports
- 5:29Speaker 4: job played more games for?
- 5:32Speaker 6: You?
- 5:32Speaker 4: Said the Rams. Okay, I just want to make sure
- 5:34Speaker 4: that we don't ever have to go down that road again. Okay.
- 5:38Speaker 4: I want to make sure we on that Monday night
- 5:41Speaker 4: football tonight, the l a Rams are here in Atlanta
- 5:46Speaker 4: to take on the Falcons uh the last Monday night
- 5:49Speaker 4: game of the year. The Rams are at this point
- 5:54Speaker 4: just playing for playoff position in a sense. Saturday, the
- 6:01Speaker 4: forty nine Ers and the Seahawks will battle each other
- 6:04Speaker 4: on Saturday Night. That game will be for basically the
- 6:09Speaker 4: team that wins the conference and has a buy But
- 6:13Speaker 4: if you're the Rams, you want the best record that
- 6:16Speaker 4: you can produce, so you can find yourself if somebody
- 6:21Speaker 4: gets upset in that first round that you maybe have
- 6:26Speaker 4: a home playoff game. So still something to play for
- 6:30Speaker 4: for Matt Stafford and the Rams tonight. The Falcons are
- 6:33Speaker 4: just kind of tuning up for the off season, getting
- 6:38Speaker 4: their drafts. That is right. Once again, it'd be interesting
- 6:43Speaker 4: if I've said that before. If the Falcons can keep bijon,
- 6:47Speaker 4: a lot of people gonna try to come and convince
- 6:49Speaker 4: them his star can be brighter in another city. He
- 6:54Speaker 4: is their best player and he's worth whatever some team,
- 6:58Speaker 4: you know, kind of like a Akwan Barkley kind of you know,
- 7:03Speaker 4: he's completely going to enhance a team and bad producing. No,
- 7:06Speaker 4: I'm not saying I want I'm hoping his love and
- 7:09Speaker 4: his roots are to stay here. But teams are going
- 7:13Speaker 4: to come sell him kind of that, come to a
- 7:17Speaker 4: bigger stage, come to the primetime game kind of, because
- 7:21Speaker 4: that's all they're going to have to use. Because the
- 7:23Speaker 4: Falcons are going to match the money, so it's not
- 7:25Speaker 4: going to be a money thing. They're going to be
- 7:27Speaker 4: trying to come get on this. You know, your social media,
- 7:32Speaker 4: it's all that stuff. Marketing is going to be bigger
- 7:36Speaker 4: if you come to or you come somewhere else to
- 7:40Speaker 4: the giants, you know, try to sell him that that's
- 7:42Speaker 4: all they're going to have. But I hope the Falcons
- 7:45Speaker 4: and he's loyal to them as his contract expires. But
- 7:50Speaker 4: Monday Night football is tonight, eight o'clock m at. This
- 7:54Speaker 4: out to expire already. Well, this was year three, so
- 7:59Speaker 4: he's atension. Yeah, so I imagine next year. Usually a
- 8:03Speaker 4: rookie signs like a four year deal. Yeah.
- 8:07Speaker 3: I was just that's gonna be take care of us.
- 8:09Speaker 3: That's gonna be takeing care of us. Stay positive, right,
- 8:15Speaker 3: Let's stay positive.
- 8:16Speaker 4: That's why I said stay positive. I want him to
- 8:18Speaker 4: stay here. Yea. And I just said I say that part,
- 8:20Speaker 4: or maybe I was just singing in my head. He
- 8:22Speaker 4: was going back over. How you ain't from la homeie, You.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Ain't from here? Where are you from?
- 8:29Speaker 4: Homie? The last week of the NFL is upon us.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Games will be on Saturday and Sunday. Still, as I
- 8:38Speaker 4: said with the Rams tonight, even next weekend. Uh, just
- 8:43Speaker 4: particular games will have wait. Like the Bucks and the Panthers,
- 8:47Speaker 4: winner keeps playing, wins the division. Loser go home in
- 8:54Speaker 4: that game. The same thing with the Steelers and the Ravens.
- 8:58Speaker 4: They put them prime time on Sunday night. So and
- 9:04Speaker 4: that same is sit similar to the Panthers and the Bucks.
- 9:08Speaker 4: The winner continues and the loser goes home. So in
- 9:13Speaker 4: those two games, and as I said, the forty nine
- 9:15Speaker 4: Ers and the Seahawks, that is for the team who
- 9:19Speaker 4: wants to buy, who will win the conference? Now, I
- 9:21Speaker 4: don't know where the AFC is. I think it's a
- 9:24Speaker 4: bunch of teams teetering on. Excuse me, this is a juggernaut.
- 9:29Speaker 4: What is that?
- 9:29Speaker 3: I mean that whole playoff situation.
- 9:31Speaker 4: With with the AFC. Yes, yeah, as far as determining
- 9:35Speaker 4: who's going to do yeah, when the division, I mean
- 9:38Speaker 4: when the conference over there, I don't think that's been
- 9:41Speaker 4: settled yet. So some things to look forward to as
- 9:45Speaker 4: the last week rolls upon us. As you may or
- 9:50Speaker 4: may not know, because college football continues, all these buys
- 9:54Speaker 4: and these long breaks, college football is still going on.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Bowl games pop up. I haven't watched one bowl game.
- 10:02Speaker 4: I have like zero interest, like zero, It's like watching
- 10:08Speaker 4: a w NBA preseason game. I have zero interest.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Wait wait, wait, wait, wait, sir White.
- 10:14Speaker 7: As a sports peurist, I'm unwilling to believe that you
- 10:18Speaker 7: did not do everything in your power to tune into
- 10:21Speaker 7: the going Bowling Military Bowl.
- 10:24Speaker 3: And you didn't watch the Snoop Dog Bowl.
- 10:27Speaker 4: No. I like the Snoop Dogg Bowls. I didn't watch.
- 10:31Speaker 4: I haven't I haven't even flipped to their channel.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Surely surely you were available for the Pop Darks.
- 10:38Speaker 4: No, you didn't watch. I've been sitting here while you
- 10:42Speaker 4: have wasted like three weekends not having this college football
- 10:46Speaker 4: playoff rolling. I don't understand. I know you keep trying
- 10:51Speaker 4: to sink everything up with the bowls, trying to keep
- 10:56Speaker 4: them alive. But you went to two weeks, then you
- 11:01Speaker 4: had a game, and you went two more weeks, and
- 11:03Speaker 4: now you're going to have a game. The championship game
- 11:06Speaker 4: is not until January to nineteenth. Wow, So you just
- 11:11Speaker 4: have decided to spread this thing out so far that
- 11:16Speaker 4: people are going to lose interest. You already lose people
- 11:18Speaker 4: when their teams aren't in it, and then you take
- 11:22Speaker 4: all this time and you spread it out. But that
- 11:24Speaker 4: starts with Miami Ohio State Wednesday night. And you know
- 11:30Speaker 4: how everybody wants to spend their New Year's Eve watching
- 11:35Speaker 4: Miami Ohio State. You know how that really works? Why
- 11:40Speaker 4: that game is on that night, I don't know. I
- 11:43Speaker 4: don't know what's going on with these schedule. A couple
- 11:45Speaker 4: years ago with Georgia, I don't know what they are
- 11:48Speaker 4: doing with the scheduling of these games a Wednesday, first
- 11:52Speaker 4: of all, on New Year's Eve for a bunch.
- 11:54Speaker 8: Of people in trying to keep up with that illusion
- 11:57Speaker 8: of tradition Z New Year's Day Bowl, that's when the
- 12:03Speaker 8: bull games happened.
- 12:04Speaker 4: So let's but that and the tradition of that was
- 12:07Speaker 4: that bowl games, as we go to break used to be,
- 12:11Speaker 4: it was Bowl week. All the bulls used to be
- 12:15Speaker 4: between Christmas and New Years. That's really when all the
- 12:21Speaker 4: bowl it was. It was Bowl week. If you if
- 12:23Speaker 4: you were in one of the weaker bowls, you played
- 12:26Speaker 4: on Christmas and all and all the bowls were ended
- 12:31Speaker 4: by the New year. But now you have them so
- 12:35Speaker 4: spread out. I have no idea even the scheduling. We'll
- 12:40Speaker 4: be back with more of the Sports Jock Show right
- 12:43Speaker 4: after this.
- 12:56Speaker 9: John Bowl, Wayne Born of the Sports John Hill with
- 12:59Speaker 9: Wayne Anthidius coming up next, are gonna go.

- 14:42Speaker 13: but I'll be proved wrong well.
- 14:43Speaker 4: A tornado approaching. I don't realize that I like a
- 14:46Speaker 4: wheelchair accessible shelter.
- 14:48Speaker 14: When the floodwaters rise on me up in the attic

- 15:47Speaker 17: Now it's time to present the Jock of the Day
- 15:50Speaker 17: on the Sports jocksh.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Just taken it to a completely different level this.
- 15:54Speaker 17: Year where we highlight an accolte that has taken their
- 15:57Speaker 17: game to the next level.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Welcome back to this spoy Shock Show. I'm this spoy
- 16:27Speaker 4: Shock wing Candy. Good morning to you out there, listening land.
- 16:32Speaker 4: The Super Bowl is about six weeks away for the NFL.
- 16:35Speaker 4: It will be out in the Bay Area. What a
- 16:39Speaker 4: great game last night between the Bears and the forty
- 16:41Speaker 4: nine ers. In six weeks someone will be winning a
- 16:44Speaker 4: Super Bowl on that same feel. So I had command
- 16:47Speaker 4: you Greg, for you lawyer listeners that like to tune
- 16:50Speaker 4: in and pay attention. Guys, you know we have people
- 16:54Speaker 4: who pay attention. We're doing a little Snoop Dog Bad
- 16:58Speaker 4: Bunny battle because after Christmas performance by Snoop, a lot
- 17:04Speaker 4: of stories I saw fans are calling and want Snoop
- 17:09Speaker 4: to perform the have time, which they can't change it now,
- 17:13Speaker 4: but he did a good job on I didn't get
- 17:16Speaker 4: to see it, but on Christmas, I decided, hey, to
- 17:19Speaker 4: have a little battle between those two. I don't know
- 17:22Speaker 4: any Bad Bunny songs right off hand. I'm quite sure
- 17:26Speaker 4: doing the show, Comanche will play something that might trigger
- 17:29Speaker 4: like oh okay, but that has been and that started
- 17:34Speaker 4: a couple of months ago when they announced Bad Bunny
- 17:37Speaker 4: to trigger a lot of people, especially in the US
- 17:41Speaker 4: of a feel like we've given enough of the Super
- 17:44Speaker 4: Bowl away. They feel like they should be able to
- 17:49Speaker 4: understand and recognize of the music that even though you
- 17:53Speaker 4: might be big internationally, if it's not someone they and
- 17:58Speaker 4: it's part of the USA brand in a sense, or
- 18:03Speaker 4: at least sound they had an issue with bad producer.
- 18:06Speaker 4: You had a question, uh the playoff.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Yeah, when we were talking about the two teams that
- 18:11Speaker 3: had a chance to clinch up, I just wanted to
- 18:14Speaker 3: just get your perspective because you being in the locker room,
- 18:17Speaker 3: you know, you got that week before the Steelers and
- 18:20Speaker 3: the Panthers had an opportunity to clinch their position in
- 18:23Speaker 3: the Playoffsers, and but now you have to get up
- 18:28Speaker 3: and you have to play your division rival and you
- 18:30Speaker 3: may not even have a chance to make it to
- 18:33Speaker 3: the playoffs. As a coach and the rest of the team,
- 18:36Speaker 3: what I mean, what is it going to take to
- 18:38Speaker 3: get you back up? If you wasn't up for that
- 18:40Speaker 3: that chance to clinch right this past weekend, you knew
- 18:45Speaker 3: you could go in. I got the I'm going to
- 18:48Speaker 3: the playoffs if I just win this one here. But
- 18:50Speaker 3: now you don't put yourself out here in a situation
- 18:52Speaker 3: where you got to really, did.
- 18:54Speaker 4: I put myself out here or the team I was
- 18:56Speaker 4: playing put me in the team? Yeah, I did play somebody, right, Yeah,
- 19:02Speaker 4: you played somebody, but you they did. They say they
- 19:04Speaker 4: were just gonna let me win. Hey, I know that
- 19:08Speaker 4: the Panthers played the Seahawks. That's not surprised that.
- 19:10Speaker 3: It's not the Seahawks one of the better teams in
- 19:13Speaker 3: the league. I do understand that.
- 19:14Speaker 4: But okay, the Bucks played Miami in Miami. Bucks have
- 19:18Speaker 4: belt with a lot of injuries, things like that. Pittsburgh
- 19:23Speaker 4: didn't come to play yesterday. It seems that the defense
- 19:27Speaker 4: did they really you know, Shukadure Sanders had a good
- 19:31Speaker 4: first quarter and then they just shut him out the
- 19:33Speaker 4: rest of the game. But the offense didn't show up.
- 19:36Speaker 4: So I'm asking, what do you mean, get up? I said.
- 19:45Speaker 3: When I say get up, I mean you now you
- 19:47Speaker 3: know that I'm in a dog fight again this weekend
- 19:51Speaker 3: or with a lot of players, a lot of teams,
- 19:53Speaker 3: once they know they're the playoffs, they can rest try
- 19:55Speaker 3: to get yourself to And you had the opportunity to
- 19:58Speaker 3: go ahead and clinch.
- 20:00Speaker 4: And I missed that opportunity. So I have to go
- 20:03Speaker 4: win next week?
- 20:04Speaker 3: Yeah you got to.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Well maybe sometimes because I knew I would have another opportunity,
- 20:10Speaker 4: I was relaxed. But that ship.
- 20:13Speaker 3: But then that's what I'm saying, That's that's really what
- 20:17Speaker 3: the where I'm asking, how are you not up for
- 20:20Speaker 3: that point? I mean, at some point or I know
- 20:24Speaker 3: that I can go ahead and I can solidify where
- 20:26Speaker 3: I'm gonna be at knowing where I'm gonna.
- 20:29Speaker 4: But that doesn't mean that the other team is going
- 20:31Speaker 4: to participate. See this is no, no, no, And this
- 20:35Speaker 4: is what's so funny comment Big Kenny. No no, no, no.
- 20:39Speaker 4: This is not a joke at him, No, this is
- 20:41Speaker 4: this is what you know. People ask me this question
- 20:44Speaker 4: all the time. I do a stealers thing called the
- 20:46Speaker 4: Pittsburgh Stealer Squad Show right after the game and this
- 20:50Speaker 4: similar kind of question. You act like everybody's in on
- 20:55Speaker 4: the joke, right right, Like, okay, Cleveland, we need eat this,
- 21:01Speaker 4: so surely surely you're gonna let us have this game. Yeah,
- 21:07Speaker 4: that's not how sports work. You're playing for nothing, because
- 21:12Speaker 4: I'm in the opposing locker room saying not today, not today.
- 21:15Speaker 3: I mean, but you ain't really playing for nothing.
- 21:17Speaker 4: No, yeah, I'm playing that you won't get in today.
- 21:21Speaker 4: Oh you won't get in today?
- 21:25Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, that's right.
- 21:27Speaker 4: You might get in next week. You could stop, but
- 21:30Speaker 4: you ain't gonna get in past me, So I don't
- 21:34Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying. It's really as simple as that.
- 21:36Speaker 4: You're you're saying it as though I have the right
- 21:39Speaker 4: to tell the other team that, oh, you're supposed to
- 21:42Speaker 4: let us win.
- 21:44Speaker 3: So I'm not gonna tell. I'm gonna tell my teammates. Hey, guys,
- 21:46Speaker 3: That's where I'm saying is in that locker room. Where
- 21:50Speaker 3: was that sense of urgency to come out here? So
- 21:52Speaker 3: to me, it seemed like there was no sense of
- 21:54Speaker 3: urgency from the Steelers the Panthers on yesterday to go
- 21:59Speaker 3: ahead and let as.
- 22:00Speaker 4: Much urgency as I could muster up yesterday was not
- 22:06Speaker 4: do a die. Do a die A lot of times
- 22:08Speaker 4: have a lot to do with your focus. And now
- 22:12Speaker 4: you won't do a die. Okay, But I mean you
- 22:14Speaker 4: could have been out what That's all I'm saying, right,
- 22:18Speaker 4: And I'm trying to tell you as a player, you
- 22:19Speaker 4: guys that are not playing, has this mindset that my
- 22:23Speaker 4: mind is something I can completely and always control. I'm
- 22:27Speaker 4: giving you a simple answer because I know I have
- 22:30Speaker 4: another shot. There's more concentration if this one shot right, yeah,
- 22:38Speaker 4: it's for a million dollars. There's less when I know
- 22:42Speaker 4: I have two shots.
- 22:44Speaker 7: I study better when I know finals is at nine
- 22:46Speaker 7: am and it's midnight.
- 22:49Speaker 4: When the teacher used to say, well, this test is
- 22:51Speaker 4: half of your grade, Oh yeah, it gathers your attention
- 22:55Speaker 4: more than it's just another test. So I'm not telling
- 22:59Speaker 4: you that's how to ass I'm saying sometimes sports is
- 23:02Speaker 4: about motivation. JJ Reddick called the King out and Luca out,
- 23:08Speaker 4: and now they went from down losing by thirty five
- 23:12Speaker 4: to beating somebody by just on one. Now that don't
- 23:14Speaker 4: mean it's gonna work the next game, right but for
- 23:17Speaker 4: right now, man, you call me, I'm real embarrassed. Right
- 23:20Speaker 4: now we know who it is.
- 23:22Speaker 7: Some people showing up and ain't playing Lebron Luca.
- 23:27Speaker 4: So you flip it on the same side, you're talking
- 23:31Speaker 4: as though, oh, that would have made it a difference.
- 23:35Speaker 4: But what about the team that has decided. Buster Douglas
- 23:38Speaker 4: had decided that Mike Tyson wasn't winning the day, just
- 23:42Speaker 4: like my Falcons.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Tonight, we're gonna do someone knock somebody around, make they
- 23:47Speaker 3: playoff situation, so we a're gonna lay down.
- 23:52Speaker 4: It's Monday, night for Well, the Rams already in the playoff. Well,
- 23:56Speaker 4: we're gonna put it. We're gonna put it in, put it.
- 24:00Speaker 4: I'm gonna annoy them. We'll be back. More Sports Don't

- 27:46Speaker 4: Wayne Gain deal a little bad bunny right there. For
- 27:51Speaker 4: what he was saying.
- 27:52Speaker 7: Before he went into the rabbit hole of the playoffs
- 27:55Speaker 7: and not knowing why you wouldn't just let me win,
- 27:58Speaker 7: I was gonna say that I was.
- 28:01Speaker 3: I am unwilling to believe.
- 28:02Speaker 7: That you didn't see the uh going bowling, uh military ball,
- 28:09Speaker 7: and that you you said you don't know any bad
- 28:11Speaker 7: bunny songs?
- 28:12Speaker 3: You mean you don't know.
- 28:15Speaker 21: You you you.
- 28:16Speaker 7: Tell me you don't know Lie Concion. You don't You
- 28:20Speaker 7: don't know that banger by Ca Dakiti. You know Dakeiiti
- 28:25Speaker 7: when they play it Dake that's my jam.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Take. No, I don't know any of those Military Bowl.
- 28:35Speaker 3: It was.
- 28:39Speaker 4: I think it was East Carolina. And no, I haven't
- 28:43Speaker 4: watched any Bowl game. I'm shot when I turn on
- 28:47Speaker 4: the highlight, I keep forgetting because that's what I'm saying.
- 28:49Speaker 4: Bowl games used to be placed to where you knew
- 28:52Speaker 4: it was this week, but they just come on on
- 28:56Speaker 4: all kinds of odd. It probably will be a game
- 28:59Speaker 4: on to day about twelve thirty and you will walk
- 29:01Speaker 4: and it is completely no advertising.
- 29:04Speaker 8: Well, we talked about last year Coastal Carolina. I don't
- 29:08Speaker 8: know if it was in the Bow, but it was
- 29:09Speaker 8: at their stadium. The game started at eleven am and
- 29:12Speaker 8: it was a Thursday morning.
- 29:14Speaker 4: So imagine, imagine, imagine that the other teams that are
- 29:18Speaker 4: not playing in the playoffs for the NFL, we're also
- 29:22Speaker 4: going to play some other games. If you're not a
- 29:26Speaker 4: fan of those teams, you're not gonna go and spend
- 29:30Speaker 4: time watching games.
- 29:32Speaker 7: Both sye that you can tell it's lost his luster.
- 29:34Speaker 7: When I get surprised by football, Like, listen, they got
- 29:39Speaker 7: a game on, like what is this and you start
- 29:41Speaker 7: looking for the date like as a pre ad, No,
- 29:43Speaker 7: this is live.
- 29:44Speaker 13: Wow.
- 29:45Speaker 4: And typically we've seen a landscape over the last two
- 29:48Speaker 4: or three years where that top player, if he is
- 29:52Speaker 4: a draft eligible kid, he's a lot of time not
- 29:56Speaker 4: even out there. So the guy, the one guy you
- 29:59Speaker 4: might know for that team, yeah, is either in the
- 30:02Speaker 4: transfer portal and headed to Texas Tech or something, or
- 30:09Speaker 4: just not playing and headed to the draft.
- 30:11Speaker 8: That happened at with the East Carolina who played in
- 30:14Speaker 8: the Military Bowl. They're running back. They took a break
- 30:18Speaker 8: for Christmas and he just never came back, and they
- 30:22Speaker 8: played with the military.
- 30:23Speaker 4: They played Pitt.
- 30:24Speaker 7: Yeah, Pitt, that's right, because I was surprised to see
- 30:28Speaker 7: not not that East Carolina isn't a hard working program,
- 30:32Speaker 7: but Pitt in a.
- 30:34Speaker 3: Going bowling military.
- 30:37Speaker 7: They were usually one of those playing for positions in
- 30:41Speaker 7: like the Rose Bowl something like that, and all of
- 30:44Speaker 7: this has seemingly lost this not even seemingly has lost
- 30:47Speaker 7: this luster.
- 30:48Speaker 4: Charles Barkley, the often outspoken Hall of Famer, says that
- 30:54Speaker 4: Roger Goodell in the NFL are Pigs says that playing
- 30:59Speaker 4: on Christmas is just basically the definition of capitalism that
- 31:08Speaker 4: they just came in and we've talked about this. The
- 31:11Speaker 4: NFL seemed to be the sports league, the four major
- 31:16Speaker 4: sports league used to have a little respect that if
- 31:21Speaker 4: you beat us to that day, we'll let you have
- 31:25Speaker 4: that day. The NBA lets the NFL have Thanksgiving to
- 31:32Speaker 4: where they don't schedule games. The NFL has decided and
- 31:37Speaker 4: has implemented and actually has put three games on Christmas.
- 31:43Speaker 4: Have decided that Christmas is their day, and for God,
- 31:51Speaker 4: it played a long time the only day we time
- 31:53Speaker 4: we played on if Christmas didn't fall on a Sunday
- 31:59Speaker 4: or Monday night, they didn't intentionally schedule a game. That
- 32:04Speaker 4: is something we've seen here in the last what three years,
- 32:08Speaker 4: it's the third year of it. I think, so, I
- 32:14Speaker 4: see Charles Barkley is right? Is where is he wrong?
- 32:20Speaker 4: Because this is a choice, this is not this is
- 32:22Speaker 4: this is a business decision. So I think he goes
- 32:27Speaker 4: I think his feelings are valid.
- 32:30Speaker 7: He's got valid feelings, but I think he goes wrong
- 32:33Speaker 7: at the capitalism bart like, how far are you willing
- 32:36Speaker 7: to go to capitalism or capitalism?
- 32:39Speaker 4: Well, how far are you how much agreed though there's
- 32:43Speaker 4: a limit? I mean that that that's what there is
- 32:46Speaker 4: for certain people, for Charles Barkley as okay, And that's
- 32:50Speaker 4: what I'm idea that how far do we continue? And
- 32:55Speaker 4: that's part of the problems in society is that we
- 32:59Speaker 4: have lost the idea of respect. You asked this morning.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Do people say good morning right or do they just
- 33:05Speaker 4: give you a nod? Or say what's up? What's good
- 33:08Speaker 4: with you?
- 33:09Speaker 3: Right now?
- 33:09Speaker 7: And what I'm saying is those things are Charles Barkley,
- 33:14Speaker 7: are people like myself trapped in our societal parameters now,
- 33:20Speaker 7: not that they are bad things. I'm just saying that
- 33:23Speaker 7: what the norm is. And when we talk about the
- 33:26Speaker 7: technical norm of this generation, of this level of capitalism,
- 33:31Speaker 7: there is no what I'm not willing to do to
- 33:35Speaker 7: make more money. They let Snoop Dog have his own
- 33:40Speaker 7: Bowl game and perform halftime for the inning.
- 33:43Speaker 4: That what he bringing a light of shining on that
- 33:47Speaker 4: how far are we gonna let money guide us?
- 33:50Speaker 7: And this is the thing, if you can sell it,
- 33:54Speaker 7: why not that we we're paying now to watch Jake
- 33:58Speaker 7: Poker fight.
- 33:59Speaker 4: Because and you selling it, then we end up where
- 34:03Speaker 4: we have no tradition.
- 34:05Speaker 3: Well, I'm saying this is the thing.
- 34:08Speaker 7: You look at, there used to be an NBA game
- 34:14Speaker 7: or two on Christmas on Thanksgiving.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Now they might have four or five games. So if
- 34:22Speaker 4: I can run that one day up.
- 34:24Speaker 7: You look at the Bowl games, there used to be
- 34:27Speaker 7: the three or four. And then even within the sport,
- 34:31Speaker 7: we started running up the bag, as they say, and
- 34:34Speaker 7: so people start to look and go, if there's money
- 34:37Speaker 7: to be made, why should I just stick to my
- 34:40Speaker 7: sport in my.
- 34:41Speaker 4: Day because I'll just have go. That's what I'm asking you.
- 34:44Speaker 4: I don't know if it's your opinion or not. I'm saying, well,
- 34:47Speaker 4: we can just drop everything. If we can drop that,
- 34:50Speaker 4: then we can drop Actually, we can drop the marriage
- 34:53Speaker 4: age down the thirteen. We can we can eradicate the
- 34:57Speaker 4: drinking age. We can draft guy when when they're fifteen.
- 35:02Speaker 4: Because money, it'll make more money. Where do you stop
- 35:05Speaker 4: if you just started rolling things based on money.
- 35:09Speaker 3: In sports, I don't know where that now you're.
- 35:12Speaker 4: Trying to just gauge it for sports.
- 35:14Speaker 9: Now.
- 35:14Speaker 7: What I'm saying, because this is what we're talking about,
- 35:16Speaker 7: Charles Barkley and the NFL being on Christmas.
- 35:19Speaker 4: We're talking about the owners being so greedy that they
- 35:23Speaker 4: decided to jump in on a day that's normally chilling.
- 35:29Speaker 8: But not not even normally on a day that like
- 35:32Speaker 8: the NBA that we they've played on Christmas for you know,
- 35:36Speaker 8: sixty seventy years, but I believe the first week, the
- 35:41Speaker 8: first time they did Christmas, the NFL is like, we're
- 35:43Speaker 8: going to play on Christmas.
- 35:45Speaker 4: Christmas is on a Wednesday or Tuesday. And I'm saying, wait,
- 35:51Speaker 4: wait a minute, Friday is no longer Black Friday. Yeah,
- 35:55Speaker 4: Christmas starts in July. And this is what we have
- 35:59Speaker 4: totally skipped over Thanksgiving all the way.
- 36:02Speaker 3: And since all of all the way, wait now, and
- 36:04Speaker 3: since all.
- 36:05Speaker 4: It's just it's mixed in there and no, no, no,
- 36:08Speaker 4: no no, because you got it, because you're gonna affect
- 36:10Speaker 4: because it shouldn't have been on the boat.
- 36:11Speaker 3: We shouldn't have been the wait wait, way got a
- 36:14Speaker 3: lminade produce too many people being nice? O, thanksgiv And
- 36:17Speaker 3: that's what I'm saying. You allowed all of these other
- 36:20Speaker 3: things to happen.
- 36:21Speaker 7: First, this is not the NFL didn't say, hey, money
- 36:26Speaker 7: is the master. You decided that it was cool for
- 36:30Speaker 7: these other things to happen first. If I'm gonna promote
- 36:33Speaker 7: Christmas during Halloween, so why not get me a Christmas
- 36:38Speaker 7: Day game.
- 36:38Speaker 3: The NFL is a private company, so I can't. I'm
- 36:41Speaker 3: just gonna leave up. But my thing. At first I
- 36:44Speaker 3: tried it when I saw the other day I was,
- 36:45Speaker 3: I said, man, the sports bars are really gonna make
- 36:48Speaker 3: some money tonight. Man, you got basketball and football. And
- 36:50Speaker 3: then I thought about everybody's closed on Christmas? So is
- 36:53Speaker 3: they They're like the Wild Wings, the Taco Max, the Hooters,
- 36:58Speaker 3: all those places. They're not capitalizing on this situation on Christmas.
- 37:01Speaker 4: Day, like they're concerned about the wing spot right here
- 37:06Speaker 4: behind my house. They were closed. That's what I'm saying.
- 37:08Speaker 3: So normally on the big game day like that, everybody,
- 37:11Speaker 3: I mean, you got fifty TVs, so you can't miss anything.
- 37:15Speaker 7: You would think that nobody nobody's thinking about your share
- 37:19Speaker 7: of it. I'm thinking about the big picture. It's thirty
- 37:22Speaker 7: two of us.
- 37:23Speaker 4: And if I can make extra money for me, That's
- 37:27Speaker 4: what I'm saying. We allowed all of this other stuff
- 37:30Speaker 4: to happen. Get it first, But big Kenny, I get
- 37:33Speaker 4: your whole We're gonna play Devil's advocate. Idea and talk
- 37:37Speaker 4: from the other side. But in that case, then all
- 37:43Speaker 4: civilization starts to fall. Nothing is really celebrated, nothing is
- 37:52Speaker 4: actually held to any accountability. I didn't watch any games
- 37:56Speaker 4: on Christmas. I didn't watch any of hell games on Christmas,
- 38:03Speaker 4: just me. But I still like that Chick fil A
- 38:08Speaker 4: is closed on Sunday. Everybody keeps talking about their mental
- 38:15Speaker 4: diss and mental that. Well, maybe where you need to
- 38:17Speaker 4: work needs to close. It needs to stop being seven
- 38:19Speaker 4: days a week that was everybody's.
- 38:21Speaker 3: Day, and get somebody and get your employees some mental
- 38:24Speaker 3: and they might not snap on you so much.
- 38:27Speaker 4: So we're just gonna fade out everything, Okay, but don't
- 38:31Speaker 4: think that it's the mindset nothing matters, then nothing will matter.
- 38:37Speaker 7: And and what I'm saying is we are seeing the
- 38:42Speaker 7: results of this is not a seed that has been
- 38:44Speaker 7: playing it. This is the fruit being born from that seed.
- 38:48Speaker 7: Where we've had this conversation before. I can get Thanksgiving
- 38:53Speaker 7: food any time of the year.
- 38:55Speaker 3: What you said, specially you said that at the beginning
- 38:58Speaker 3: Bowl week started Christmas Day time we saw a football game.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Christmas Day was a bowl game, the Sun Bowl. Other
- 39:03Speaker 3: than that, you was watching college basketball or NBA.
- 39:07Speaker 4: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after.
- 39:09Speaker 12: This've been down Long Beach Sun Phone our only rats with.
- 39:14Speaker 22: Much goals and I'm.
- 39:17Speaker 4: None of yo.
- 39:18Speaker 3: Right to the world called long Phone, New Rats, Madonna,
- 39:21Speaker 3: We've been down.
- 39:22Speaker 4: Comft in only vides.

- 42:06Speaker 4: to this boy shock shoe, this boy shock Wayne again.
- 42:10Speaker 4: D Big Kenny brought to us that four hundred thousand
- 42:15Speaker 4: dollars estimated of stolen lobster. I guess somebody caught the
- 42:22Speaker 4: train cart before it got the Costco.
- 42:26Speaker 7: It's like, uh, I think eighteen wheeler with now Now,
- 42:31Speaker 7: first of all, four hundred thousand dollars lobsters is expensive.
- 42:35Speaker 7: Now you never think about that, like a half million
- 42:40Speaker 7: dollars worth of fish.
- 42:44Speaker 4: But somebody you think it was intentional or they just
- 42:47Speaker 4: came up on it. This is now lobster falls off.
- 42:54Speaker 4: And I'm talking about we went to we went to
- 42:57Speaker 4: steal truck number twenty three. Right, we don't know what's
- 43:01Speaker 4: in it, but we want something and we we we
- 43:04Speaker 4: just caught a truck running and we got the truck.
- 43:07Speaker 4: Because I always think some sort of inside job, because
- 43:13Speaker 4: a half million dollars worth of anything, you are going
- 43:16Speaker 4: to make sure it's secure. You're going to have some
- 43:19Speaker 4: sort of safeguard for making sure that merchandise gets where
- 43:23Speaker 4: it's going, and just to for a whole truck to
- 43:27Speaker 4: not show up and then free, What are you gonna
- 43:30Speaker 4: do with a truckload of lobster?
- 43:32Speaker 3: Like, who if we did?
- 43:34Speaker 4: Just find a truck with you around home Depot and
- 43:38Speaker 4: Best Buy and just hope you find the manager side
- 43:43Speaker 4: willing to buy. You get the guys, Hey, I got
- 43:47Speaker 4: some meat, Okay, I got the stakes. Hey, hey man,
- 43:52Speaker 4: look at you. You go to bad Producer seafood house. Yeah,
- 43:59Speaker 4: and all of sudden he wanted to buy one hundred thousand.
- 44:01Speaker 4: He never running the lobster special.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Really surf and turf. Yeah, it's got to be the
- 44:08Speaker 3: smaller spot.
- 44:10Speaker 4: You can't go to, know what I'm saying. They go
- 44:11Speaker 4: to the smaller.
- 44:14Speaker 7: And I'm sorry, right right, this is but but there
- 44:17Speaker 7: has to be a net which makes me say there
- 44:19Speaker 7: it was planned because there has to be a networking
- 44:21Speaker 7: place for that. You can't just hold a stolen truck
- 44:24Speaker 7: of lobster till you eventually find somebody.
- 44:27Speaker 3: It's always a plan, because even with the lady that
- 44:30Speaker 3: got the chicken wings.
- 44:31Speaker 4: It was a plan when they was Remember they were
- 44:33Speaker 4: selling the chicken wings in Chicago school. She was doubling
- 44:37Speaker 4: up on the school in order to get up itself out.
- 44:41Speaker 3: Yeah, supervised me. I don't know if it's a well
- 44:45Speaker 3: she had.
- 44:46Speaker 4: It's just in case you go somewhere today and they
- 44:49Speaker 4: running to one lost the price that just in there questioning.
- 44:54Speaker 3: It's good, it's real.
- 44:55Speaker 4: All you can eat lobster for twelve ninety nine on it. Well,
- 45:03Speaker 4: they must have called a deal on this lot.
- 45:08Speaker 7: And then I'm I'm sure you're imagining if we did
- 45:12Speaker 7: come up on it. However, I got four hundred thousand
- 45:14Speaker 7: dollars worth of lobster. You willing to take it from
- 45:17Speaker 7: me for fifty thousand dollars? I got fifty thousand free dollars. Yeah,
- 45:21Speaker 7: it's all profit.
- 45:22Speaker 3: I'll give it to you.
- 45:24Speaker 4: We will see star defensive end Dylan Stewart. Who does
- 45:28Speaker 4: Dylan Stewart play for? A bad producer? Command? You greg.
- 45:35Speaker 3: That one team?
- 45:36Speaker 4: Nick Kenny, Dylan Stewart You mean.
- 45:37Speaker 3: The star defensive end Dylan Stewart?
- 45:40Speaker 4: Uh?
- 45:40Speaker 3: He plays football?
- 45:42Speaker 4: Yes? Yeah? What team?
- 45:44Speaker 3: The team NFL he signed with?
- 45:50Speaker 4: Dylan Stewart plays defensive end for South Carolina Lina.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Yeah college the NFL that's all I could make it good.
- 46:00Speaker 3: That was on the tip of my tongue.
- 46:02Speaker 4: He is in all this, you see linebacker. He expected
- 46:04Speaker 4: to be one of the top three or four highest
- 46:06Speaker 4: paid players in college I was just wondering when I
- 46:09Speaker 4: read it, had you three guys ever heard of Dylan Stewart?
- 46:13Speaker 4: That would be a DJ Duke question. He's the only
- 46:16Speaker 4: Carolina game you see.
- 46:17Speaker 7: And this is what I'm this is what I'm saying
- 46:20Speaker 7: now if this is something on the heels of the
- 46:23Speaker 7: the NFL games on the Christmas Day, we have accepted
- 46:30Speaker 7: that these players quarterbacks are worth a half billion dollars,
- 46:35Speaker 7: that college students are worth three million dollars. Where these
- 46:39Speaker 7: people supposed to get that money from. That's all they're
- 46:42Speaker 7: concerned about. You want to see this, dude, I gotta
- 46:44Speaker 7: pay my half billion dollars. Where I'm supposed to get
- 46:47Speaker 7: that money from, Well, I'm supposed to get that. You
- 46:49Speaker 7: think I'm supposed to be concerned about what your box
- 46:52Speaker 7: office share is.
- 46:54Speaker 4: I gotta pay this due to half million dollars. And
- 46:56Speaker 4: he done sat on the bench for nine of sixteen.
- 47:00Speaker 7: So you know, Dylan Stewart is going to be the
- 47:03Speaker 7: highest paid college football player.
- 47:05Speaker 4: One of the top five, one of the top five.
- 47:08Speaker 4: Four and he's the defensive he's a linebacker. Linebacker, Look
- 47:13Speaker 4: at that the receivers. No, that's just the popularity. There's
- 47:21Speaker 4: a lot of defensive guys making huge money. You just
- 47:23Speaker 4: don't know. It's just like when the draft comes around. Yeah,
- 47:26Speaker 4: I mean it's not publish seven of the ten top guys.
- 47:29Speaker 7: Offensive lineman, the top three picks number one, number two,
- 47:35Speaker 7: and three offensive lineman or d lineman.
- 47:38Speaker 4: Yeah, some guy from Iowa State. You don't know the
- 47:41Speaker 4: right guard for Iowa State, Marcus los what.
- 47:47Speaker 3: With the first pick of the draft unless he comes
- 47:49Speaker 3: with some controversy and then they show the film of
- 47:52Speaker 3: him and all he's doing is.
- 47:56Speaker 4: That's all the highlight we have.
- 47:57Speaker 3: That's all the highlight we have.
- 47:58Speaker 4: That is all of it. Command you. Greg also brought
- 48:01Speaker 4: us a funny story about a barbershop where they were
- 48:05Speaker 4: doing some chicken fighting in the back some roosters. Yeah, uh,
- 48:10Speaker 4: there was a it was it downstairs. It was in
- 48:14Speaker 4: the shop.
- 48:14Speaker 8: There was it was the the only thing about that
- 48:19Speaker 8: may have made it a barbershop was the sign in
- 48:21Speaker 8: the front. But inside it's chicken fighting.
- 48:25Speaker 4: You know that that's a lot of there's a lot
- 48:26Speaker 4: of barber shops like. That's a lot of noise though,
- 48:29Speaker 4: but there was there's no haircuts going. But I'm saying
- 48:34Speaker 4: you they had it. They must have it at night
- 48:36Speaker 4: or whatever. In my life I've gone to a chicken
- 48:40Speaker 4: and sir, you intentionally just you're called in the limitations,
- 48:45Speaker 4: my friend, you're called in the logical mind. Oh no, no,
- 48:48Speaker 4: I'm talking about not intentionally. I didn't go with you
- 48:52Speaker 4: said you went to one. I don't want you to.
- 48:55Speaker 4: So I know you like to try to be as
- 48:57Speaker 4: clever as I am and catch me up if you
- 49:00Speaker 4: would have heard what I said, I didn't deny going.
- 49:03Speaker 4: I'm telling you that I didn't walk over towards mister
- 49:07Speaker 4: william House knowing they was fighting chickens. Right, I got
- 49:10Speaker 4: over there and thought they were fighting dogs, see, not going,
- 49:15Speaker 4: and they were in there fighting chicken saying nobody was going.
- 49:19Speaker 3: For the dog fight, not the chicken fight. You knew
- 49:21Speaker 3: they were doing, you thought they were.
- 49:24Speaker 4: No, I wasn't going for either reason other than that
- 49:26Speaker 4: I'm an eighteen eight year old boy living in a
- 49:29Speaker 4: little country town and about thirty people over there in
- 49:32Speaker 4: a circle, so let me see what's going on over there.
- 49:37Speaker 4: Gotta be dog fight, that's all we got. Gotta be
- 49:41Speaker 4: either fist fight or dog fighting. Rooster getting his neck,
- 49:45Speaker 4: so a fist fighter, dogfight. Got We'll be back right
- 49:51Speaker 4: after this. The boy want to catch me up in something,
- 49:54Speaker 4: don't yes make yourself you want to tell?
- 50:02Speaker 3: Come on, come on wood bossard up.

- 51:33Speaker 13: Brought to you by Feeding America and the ad Council.
- 51:44Speaker 4: And now back to the sports job. Wayne Gandy.
- 51:49Speaker 24: Center Court on Sports News Gossip blah blah blah blah blah.
- 52:00Speaker 4: Man, Welcome back to this Boy Shock Show. I'm this
- 52:25Speaker 4: Wy Shock Wing Gandeh. Anthony Davis Street closes out once again.
- 52:31Speaker 4: Has missed a lot of games already for the Mavericks
- 52:34Speaker 4: since the trade of him and Luka Dank Rumors are
- 52:42Speaker 4: the Hawks may trade for Anthony Davis. Anthony Davis went
- 52:48Speaker 4: healthy is a top ten player, but the win healthy
- 52:53Speaker 4: part has been about half of his career. It is
- 52:59Speaker 4: one of the win healthy to the point the win
- 53:03Speaker 4: healthy is so heavy now it could get in inter
- 53:11Speaker 4: fear with Hall of Fame and and what do you say?
- 53:18Speaker 7: It's it's like it's so sparingly Yeah, like you say,
- 53:25Speaker 7: that's all the tape we had.
- 53:26Speaker 3: We can't get a season's work of take put together.
- 53:30Speaker 7: We got that season that time, and we got them
- 53:32Speaker 7: a couple of moments when and I would wonder about
- 53:36Speaker 7: the the the rationale of the Hawks portraying for him.
- 53:42Speaker 4: Now I think there's I think whatever is going on
- 53:45Speaker 4: with Christoph or Zingets, it's more serious than the Hawks
- 53:52Speaker 4: have let on. I think he has some kind of
- 53:55Speaker 4: real health issue. It's not a actual make a man
- 54:00Speaker 4: or it's something going on with his health or something
- 54:03Speaker 4: in that kind of Venus Williams in the blood in
- 54:08Speaker 4: the blood or something somewhere he gets tired or something
- 54:12Speaker 4: that they have. And still I think some people have
- 54:15Speaker 4: been saying maybe he might have to retire because it's
- 54:18Speaker 4: something where he's not able to yeah.
- 54:21Speaker 7: And and so we're gonna we need to the Hawks
- 54:24Speaker 7: need to replace him, but with someone I would think
- 54:26Speaker 7: more serviceable.
- 54:28Speaker 4: But we can get what we can.
- 54:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right now, Anthony Davis is I mean you
- 54:33Speaker 3: could take a chance with that right there, with street clothes.
- 54:35Speaker 3: I mean I would, I would, I would take a chance.
- 54:39Speaker 3: I mean, he looked good, he was playing he's he
- 54:43Speaker 3: was playing good. Dallas looked real good. I was just
- 54:46Speaker 3: sitting there saying, Man, if they had Kyrie, you you
- 54:48Speaker 3: would think that they would go into it knowing that
- 54:51Speaker 3: this is a roll of the dice, I think.
- 54:53Speaker 4: But I think that's where But I think that when
- 54:56Speaker 4: I talk about the Hawks, that's where where they are
- 55:02Speaker 4: some kind of way they're going to have to take
- 55:03Speaker 4: the dice, throw them up against the wall and just
- 55:06Speaker 4: hope and pray it comes up seven on something, because
- 55:11Speaker 4: it doesn't seem like they're going to be able to
- 55:14Speaker 4: get that something just naturally. As I said, the one
- 55:19Speaker 4: thing about Atlanta sports, especially on the football and the
- 55:22Speaker 4: basketball side, it seems like it's not a destination.
- 55:29Speaker 3: Place.
- 55:30Speaker 4: It's not I got traded somewhere and this is I'm
- 55:33Speaker 4: reporting on it because this is one of the first
- 55:35Speaker 4: times where the Hawks were in the top three names
- 55:40Speaker 4: of someone that was rumored to be trading. Usually they're
- 55:44Speaker 4: not even in. You'd be like, well, Janni son Zakupo
- 55:48Speaker 4: is available, Hawks are not even in the conversation I'll
- 55:52Speaker 4: go anywhere except for Atlanta, you know. So they're going
- 55:55Speaker 4: to have to like the producer. And I've always felt
- 55:58Speaker 4: it's going to have to be because they usually they
- 56:01Speaker 4: get guys after they have missed that window of their prime.
- 56:07Speaker 4: Anthony David still is about thirty two, but you do
- 56:11Speaker 4: consistently worry about the injury part. But at least maybe
- 56:17Speaker 4: but at least if you get him and he can
- 56:19Speaker 4: kind of sell that it's okay to come to Atlanta
- 56:22Speaker 4: because that's almost what you need and to borrow a
- 56:25Speaker 4: superstar that makes it okay to go to Atlanta because
- 56:31Speaker 4: I mean to me, because it's funny, I get why
- 56:34Speaker 4: you might not. When Kad said he would retire if
- 56:37Speaker 4: somebody called him, did y'all read that? He said, if
- 56:39Speaker 4: somebody called him and told me they were trading him
- 56:41Speaker 4: to Charlotte, he said, he said to retire. He just yeah,
- 56:47Speaker 4: he was telling them I'm good. I mean, was when
- 56:53Speaker 4: we kind of got Carmelo in some kind of way.
- 56:56Speaker 4: But and then and then he was he was well,
- 56:59Speaker 4: he was out. But they send up a jersey anywhere. Yeah,
- 57:05Speaker 4: the same thing we did a day.
- 57:08Speaker 3: And that's what saying.
- 57:09Speaker 4: We almost have to take a gamble and almost take
- 57:11Speaker 4: a financial loss to get somebody to make it a
- 57:15Speaker 4: little like, No, it's okay to go play for a
- 57:18Speaker 4: little less icky the Hawks. It's okay to play for
- 57:21Speaker 4: the Falcons in your prime, Like it can be somewhere
- 57:25Speaker 4: that on your second contract, like you really looking forward to, yeah,
- 57:31Speaker 4: because you rather see that here and you rarely see
- 57:33Speaker 4: that here. And see, we either have.
- 57:35Speaker 3: To my thing, we have to get a high profile
- 57:38Speaker 3: coach to want to make that superstar want to come also.
- 57:44Speaker 3: But then when we had like Lenny Wilkins, we could
- 57:47Speaker 3: get some players be coach.
- 57:49Speaker 4: We had with but it doesn't even just want to come. Yeah,
- 57:53Speaker 4: we getting to that point now too.
- 57:55Speaker 3: Yeah, but I see a young man on that Golden
- 57:58Speaker 3: State staff for to be great here in Atlanta, and
- 58:00Speaker 3: I'm not even gonna say, uh, well, I'm gonna say
- 58:02Speaker 3: his name Stackhouse. I mean it would be a good opportunity.
- 58:08Speaker 3: I love to see him at Chapel Hill. But that's
- 58:09Speaker 3: all the story. But I just a lot of there.
- 58:13Speaker 3: If we could, like you said, if we could get
- 58:15Speaker 3: another either a high profile coach that's willing to can possibly.
- 58:20Speaker 4: First of all, let's go back m But we don't
- 58:23Speaker 4: have to whisper Jerry Stackhouse. We can say, you know,
- 58:29Speaker 4: who would be a good coach? Jerry Stackhouse seems to
- 58:32Speaker 4: be motivated, like like we tampering he had, Like we said,
- 58:36Speaker 4: no he had, Like he's introducing somebody we think don't
- 58:39Speaker 4: have the credential. Oh no, no, but I mean he
- 58:43Speaker 4: was a heck of a player. Okay, here he's played
- 58:46Speaker 4: here in Atlanta. Yes, he's been the head coach of
- 58:48Speaker 4: Van de Yeah, he's a mature you know. Keep talking
- 58:53Speaker 4: to keep talking to No, I'm talking about why you
- 58:55Speaker 4: over here? Well it's not I mean, well, and see that.
- 59:00Speaker 4: This is something that I wanted to ask. Do you
- 59:02Speaker 4: think a lot of what? Do you think a lot
- 59:05Speaker 4: of what lends itself to I don't want to go here.
- 59:09Speaker 4: Hush now you're gonna get us cut your thing. You're
- 59:12Speaker 4: gonna get us caught. They've been going along time, they've
- 59:17Speaker 4: been good to Usie. I ain't going nowhere. That's how
- 59:20Speaker 4: you're like, I don't want to say his name. Jar
- 59:24Speaker 4: a solid would be a solid coach. You can sit
- 59:27Speaker 4: there and be like, oh, he doesn't have he played.
- 59:30Speaker 4: They're high in guys that never coached coaches at least
- 59:33Speaker 4: he's played and coached.
- 59:34Speaker 7: And do you think that part of a player's decision
- 59:39Speaker 7: has anything to do with how they see the Atlanta
- 59:41Speaker 7: fans like, here's a guy who would legitimately be an asset,
- 59:47Speaker 7: and you're like.
- 59:48Speaker 4: I don't know. I think as we go to break
- 59:50Speaker 4: the the players and the coaches see Atlanta the same way.
- 59:55Speaker 4: It's not a place that players want to come to
- 59:59Speaker 4: right now. Right you know, most of Atlanta's stars have
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: been draft picks. You're talking about. The biggest get we've
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: gotten to me is Joe Johnson. As far as somebody
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: in their prime, a free agent in their prime, I'm
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: not talking about a guy thirty five, you know, jealous,
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: but somebody that was twenty six and ready to go. Yeah.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: But I think maybe the coaches somewhere, but I think
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: Jerry stack House will be I think that's why he
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: went to Golden State. That's just going to get another
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: college job. I think maybe he wanted to be a
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: pro coach. How hard for hold is he's in golden state.
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: Come out of.
- 1:00:55Speaker 9: Don't by Wayne Board of the Sports Josh Hill with
- 1:00:58Speaker 9: Wayne Gambias coming up next.
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: I ever tried balancing a dozen eggs in one hand
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: while hopping on one foot, or maybe juggling cats while
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: riding the unicycle. Sounds ridiculous, right, but guess what? That's
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: exactly what texting while driving is like. Your human brain
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: only has the capacity to focus on one thing at
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: a time, So when you're behind the wheel, give driving
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: your undivided attention.
- 1:01:25Speaker 12: Don't drive distracted, A message brought to you by the
- 1:01:28Speaker 12: National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Project yellow Light and the
- 1:01:32Speaker 12: AD Council.
- 1:01:39Speaker 14: Enough serious, we hold the world ransom for.
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: Excuse me while I whip this out broadcasting live and
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: it led her to a jaze. This this is the
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: sports Ship with Wing gaining game showing me come so
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: far comes fame?
- 1:02:08Speaker 9: Get that comes to month?
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: Is it just.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: The game I'm gonna do?
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way you may vega.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: Welcome back to the Sportshock Show. I'm the sportshock wing
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: Ken t This is the last show of twenty twenty five.
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: We are moving into twenty twenty six, so we will
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: start now with a happy New Year's to you. The
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: last Monday Night football game is tonight the La Rams
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: at the Atlanta Falcons at eight fifteen. Is that game.
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: Falcons are eliminated from the playoff bud. The Rams are
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: trying to go out and win with only one game
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: left next week, and just try to their chances of
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: hosting a home game down the road if something happens
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: all right now, the conference excuse me, the division will
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: be won by either the forty nine Ers or the Seahawks,
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: and that game is on Saturday night, so the Rams
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: will have to go on the road. Most likely they
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: will be headed to either Carolina or Tampa in the playoffs.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: So that would be which is not bad weather. They'd
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: be outdoor, especially in Tampa, they don't have to worry
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: about necessarily being cold. It will be on grass. They
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: play indoors on artificial surface. Go ahead, baptus, two things.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: I was gonna just say. You just mentioned that Rams thing.
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: If they win and they find out they're playing in Carolina,
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: you think they'll just stay over here on the West coast,
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: East coast. It's just they had to play that next week. No,
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: they have a game, another game. Okay, okay, okay. I
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: was just thinking, because you know sometimes the Falcon's play
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: on the West coast.
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: No, they have another game Sunday. Okay, okay. I don't
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: know where they play, but.
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: It's probably right.
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: Yeah, that's fine, that's fine.
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: I was just thinking that.
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: That was my thought.
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: But it was so crazy. We talked about the Panthers.
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: I can say I got to meet as a Falcon fan.
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: I'm glad were inside because, I mean, yesterday I was
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: watching the Panthers fans. They just they like they were
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: miserable out there in that cold and that rain. And
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: I'm seeing the night and seeing so when you're getting
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: beat twenty seven to ten, you feel the cold. Hey,
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: But I'm just saying, you man, it's just like getting
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: trying to go sit the game. You can't put on
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: your fresh jay. That's one thing about you know, you
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: can't get fresh.
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: You gotta go.
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: You gotta wear cold weather year regardless win and lose.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: Outdoor. Why can't you be Why can't you You ain't fresh.
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: In a quick little world or dickies than the one
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: of the game. You're just going to be a fan.
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: I mean where you're going to where you're going to
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: be a fan watch the game. But aren't you supposed
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: to be going to the game as a fan to
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: watch the game? Like I said, I think were blessed
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: with the bands.
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: Well, I like playing football outside regardless of the temperature.
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: Give me an open stadium with grass. I don't care
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: if it's two degrees. I take that over a dome
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: and fashion so the fans can dress. Then you should
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: go to a basketball game we have.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: It's about the show. It's entertainment. We're gonna be it's
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: gonna be good. No, it's about the game. Yeah, the
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: game is the show. It's still entertainment if you.
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: Not in Atlanta. The show is a bunch of fans
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: walking around, stealing the Saints drum line, going and switching
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: over the Big Who Tiger and having a rapper from
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: the local somewhere come on stage. And it's all about that.
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: That's not really what's going on in Pittsburgh. They all
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: of the dealer fans. We want you to get on
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: your feet for Hello boosting Atlanta. Don't ever try to
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: fool these people. Atlanta does not have that for you.
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: People out there that ever move here is not a
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: die hard. And that's that's they sell you the show
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: so you can forget that you have a hoisted a trophy.
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: And that's that's what I was asking about the fan mentality.
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: There's some athletes that would probably think these people don't
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: even know what's going on on.
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: The court, Like who else comes to a bassketball? And
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: I've taken people like you're saying, bick Kenny, I've taken
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: people to games and they all say the same thing.
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: Nobody does what Atlanta does. Nobody invests in the whole show.
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: It's like who else came? It's just a byproduct. We
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: have good times. You got you got getting left mighty lost,
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: but we have got on thirty thousand dollars worth of access.
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: That's right.
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: We have a good time, yo, perse and you shoes
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: get personal more. But they have made them.
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: Louis Persons is clear just want you to come in
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: and burkins the c I'm just it's what you have
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: to do with winning. Nothing.
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: No the fan base, we got a good fan I'm
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: just saying we're the game to be and you don't
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: have a good fan base, it's it's going to get
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: to BC not to see the game. I told you,
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: out of the four teams I've played for, the worst
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: fan base was the Falcons.
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: And then you will come that. You will come to
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: the show in the other team's jersey. You go to it.
- 1:08:06Speaker 7: You come to a Commander's game, and it's more Commanders
- 1:08:11Speaker 7: fans that.
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: That don't work no more. It used to be like
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: that sometimes done. I went to we don't don't we
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: the Hawks game the other night we're talking about took over. Well,
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: that's always New York always do that. Come on, they
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: got the one, dude.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: I went. I went to the Stealers game. The Stealers
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: took over the bands, but they travel well. I went
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: to the Seahawks. They took over the the Seahawks. The
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: Seahawks take it over. The beds they took over yesterday.
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: I understand they took over Carolina. They all got a
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: good fan BA Lakers, those fans taking over. But the
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: Seahawks that that's that's speaking of fans. Three billion dollars
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: dome stadium, that's what they're building in Kansas. Yes, sir,
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Kansas is finally one over the Chiefs. They announce that
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: the Chiefs will move over to Kansas, which could just
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: be a border thing. I don't know particularly where this
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: stadium is going. Arrowhead has always been on the borders.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: Could Arrowhead Suriy side? Arrowhead is on the line of
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: Kansas and Missouri.
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: Like I have a cousin and she explains that there's Casey,
- 1:09:33Speaker 7: Kansas and Casey, Missouri, and so which right now is it?
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: Casey Mo? Where it is?
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: And then moving into Casey, Kansas, which is basically the stoplight.
- 1:09:43Speaker 7: You go to the left of the stoplight, but tax
- 1:09:48Speaker 7: dollars left stop it. This could be a four hundred
- 1:09:53Speaker 7: feet kind of thing.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: I'm saying, but the tax dollars, tax dollars is a
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: lot of money when you talk about three billion dollars
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: worth of so three hundred three billion. The thing that
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: stood out to me more was that it was going
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: to be domed.
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: Trying to Super Bowl. That's what that's my friends from
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: Missouri tell me they want to try to get.
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: Nashville is doing the same thing. It's Thoroughhead stop Nashville.
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: We don't know the name of this still they stadium,
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: but it's gonna be everybody Arrowhead is.
- 1:10:28Speaker 7: Yeah, but we're we're trying to get a super Bowl
- 1:10:30Speaker 7: and we're trying to get a college national championship and
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: we're trying to get it.
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: It's like Soldier Field. I can't believe. But y'all that's
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: not actual. What are y'all naming that out there? Anyway?
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: The place way that far from Chicago. If any of
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: these stadiums that are like thirty years old, like we're
- 1:10:53Speaker 8: trying to get, we need a new to see and no,
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: I know every thirty years that I know every thirty
- 1:10:57Speaker 8: years they do. That's how the wind. It's a twenty
- 1:11:01Speaker 8: five to thirty years. They're gonna switch the stadium, most
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: of them like fifty years. And well, I'm foolded to
- 1:11:06Speaker 8: get the money from well, I'm.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: Fused to get either they switch, That's what I was
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: gonna say, or they do like Chicago and Green Bay
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: have done, where they go play at a college for
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: a year while they remate. Right because green Bay Lambeau
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: is still Lambeau because they just keep when they need
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: to re restore it, they just go somewhere and play
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: for you. Chicago did that with their newest stadium, so
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: they could leave it at Soldier Field. That's what for me,
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: it's Arrowhead. Yeah yeah, yeah, but this this is capitalism.
- 1:11:42Speaker 7: Now.
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: We need to we need the dome.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: We need the dome where you can we can put
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: a Victorious secret in there now because I mean, you
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: ain't nobody going to Victoria's Secret when you can feel
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: the cold. But if we can get a climb in.
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: Control, I can put uh see everybody want to show
- 1:11:59Speaker 3: I put a Wi Fi? What an x Box store
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: in there? And yeah, but that's what and who are
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: you selling that to?
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: You're still the small market team that's dealing with the
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: same fan base, which which is different than I asked
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: all the time who.
- 1:12:17Speaker 7: Makes these decisions, because it's somebody just going with an
- 1:12:20Speaker 7: algorithm of this is what's popular now. So we have
- 1:12:25Speaker 7: to have this because a lot of these things, uh
- 1:12:28Speaker 7: just go to waste and end up closing down because
- 1:12:32Speaker 7: you don't have the demographic internally to support it. Now,
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: when we have a visiting team that travels well, it'll
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: make some sense.
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: But outside of that, we just got empty space. Yeah
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: that's yeah. They're more on the tune of a green bay.
- 1:12:47Speaker 4: The Pittsburgh, still a fan. They're just gonna let you
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: go so far. Yeah, because it's it's some stuff. Don't
- 1:12:53Speaker 4: even make sense to pay that much fun what that
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: much for a purse? Look at the size of it.
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: You can't fit none.
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: You can ain't even bring them in the game no more.
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: You know, they start thinking logically. But in Atlanta, fifty
- 1:13:04Speaker 7: eight hundred dollars for a clear Gucci bag clocket. It's
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: so interesting that this guy knew the price of it.
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: He did, I didn't know the back with more the
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: Sports Jock Show right after this, I.
- 1:13:25Speaker 4: Know you don't lose it.
- 1:13:26Speaker 12: Just no snake, Come on, baby boom, you got to
- 1:13:29Speaker 12: get into Wicks don't foot with the player with the
- 1:13:32Speaker 12: code WI Yeah, yeah, you know what mores.
- 1:13:36Speaker 9: Don't go away board of the Sports Jock Show with
- 1:13:38Speaker 9: Wayne gam Videos comming up next.
- 1:13:41Speaker 10: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:13:44Speaker 10: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:13:48Speaker 10: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:13:51Speaker 10: life insurance.

- 1:14:12Speaker 10: security no matter what stage of life you're in.

- 1:14:17Speaker 22: leave my family with bills or benefits.

- 1:17:07Speaker 4: fifty three. Miles Garrett of the Browns, as well as
- 1:17:11Speaker 4: thirty Stellers, spent too much time trying to keep him
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: from getting the sack record and seemed to forget the
- 1:17:18Speaker 4: playoffense yesterday, but he did not get the sack record
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: against the Stealers. Danny McBride, who I'm always surprised a
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: is younger than me, but he has a great comedic eye.
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: Forty nine years old is Danny McBride. If you've ever
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: watched East Bounding Down the Vice Principals, some funny The
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: Righteous jem Stones Choppingickanda is forty nine, Diego Luna is
- 1:17:50Speaker 4: forty six, Makai Pfeiffer is fifty one, Dallas Austin fifty five,
- 1:17:56Speaker 4: Tyron willing Ham seventy two, Barry Ava are still around
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: seventy nine, Cartson Wentz thirty three. Kenyan Martin, who seems
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: to have an issue with Raymond dream I always read
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: him having some issues with Draymond.
- 1:18:09Speaker 8: There was a game with the Warriors that Draymond and
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: Steve Kerr got into it on the bench, and then
- 1:18:17Speaker 8: Draymond walked off the court and came back.
- 1:18:20Speaker 4: Happened like a week ago, right, Yeah, Okay Martin?
- 1:18:25Speaker 8: Yeah, and even before as far as where's Draymond's, where's
- 1:18:30Speaker 8: he ranked? As far as power forwards all time? And
- 1:18:33Speaker 8: Kenny Martin's he can name one hundred or whatever forward?
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I know they frame it in a lot
- 1:18:44Speaker 3: of different ways, but that sounds personal.
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: Sandy Kofax Major League Baseball Legend is ninety, Andre Day
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: is forty one, Leila A. Lee is forty eight, Charlee
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: Raff sixty nine. Kristin Kirk from Smallville Actresses forty three.
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: She got caught up into that Canada, the Sex Coltet
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: the Nexium or something right? Well, no, was that her
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: actress on the show? Her and the other actress got
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: caught up into that forty three years old Tyres Getson,
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: Gibson is forty seven, Justin Combs thirty two, and two
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: of the modern Mount Rushmore, both of them s. I
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: didn't know they shared the same birthday, but two of
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: the four and I say modern day, so there's no argument.
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: And when I say Mardern Day, I mean in the
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: last since twenty twenty five, last twenty five years, my
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: Mount Rushmore, Tom Brady, Serena Williams and these two guys
- 1:20:01Speaker 4: whose birthdays are tomorrow Tiger Woods it's fifty and Lebron
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: James will be forty one tomorrow. I would say, those
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: four people in the last twenty five years. Could you
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: think of somebody who the buzzz who commanded the attention
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: more than those four? I can't since two thousand. No, No,
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: and still relevant today? You name anybody bad producer.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: From the two backs far to the Oh Kobe, that's
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: one he can be on that still relevant today? Yes,
- 1:20:45Speaker 3: still relevant, he's still relevant.
- 1:20:47Speaker 4: No, not in my opinion, he didn't he didn't command
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: the attention of the league like Lebron has in his time,
- 1:20:57Speaker 4: doesn't make him.
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: I've never, I've never, And now Kobe didn't play for
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: anybody but the Lakers. And that's why a lot of players,
- 1:21:04Speaker 3: that's why a lot of former NBA players and players
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: who played against him and players who have they say
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: that Kobe is that guy. He played for one team.
- 1:21:11Speaker 3: Yeah he got one three with Shaq, but he stayed
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: with his team.
- 1:21:15Speaker 7: And I'm saying, when we're talking about command the attention
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: of the league, he was the MVP. Unquestionably, he was
- 1:21:24Speaker 7: a champion. But when we talk about Lebron, this was
- 1:21:29Speaker 7: a man who had a whole prime time special to
- 1:21:33Speaker 7: announce where he was going next, and they superseded all
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: kinds of evening programming, set in stone programming that had
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: been carefully thought out for the fall season all and look, man,
- 1:21:49Speaker 7: we just want to know that bad across all the
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: channels wasn't just on one channel, across all the channels.
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: We're going to see where Lebron goes next. And then
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: people's top story was fast burning Lebron jerseys that he
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: had far more.
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: But I was I wasn't taking Lebron off of any say,
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: taking anybody else. I just said what y'all asked was
- 1:22:12Speaker 3: and I said Kobe, And I felt like Kobe had
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: gone to the attention from the league and outside the league.
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: He made a difference.
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: So if you're talking about fruit, but we're talking about apples,
- 1:22:25Speaker 7: that's what I'm saying. If we're talking about fruit, Kobe
- 1:22:27Speaker 7: can get in the conversation, but we're talking about apples
- 1:22:30Speaker 7: to apples, and Kobe doesn't come into that conversation.
- 1:22:34Speaker 4: Yure.
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: Well, like I said, a lot of the conversation I've
- 1:22:37Speaker 3: been hearing over the last two years, the admiration.
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: And the well that was because of the tragedy of
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: his death. I'm telling about and we can debate. And
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: I knew you were gonna say, Kobe, It's not like
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: I was gonna miss that. You what you were gonna say.
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: I'm telling you, Lebron James is a movement. He was
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: a pure movement. I don't know that he is not
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: the number one movement of the last twenty five years.
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: It was a thing. He has a Barbie doll. He
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: started as a thing and he's still a thing twenty
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: one years later. He just got the Barbie Doll couple years. Yeah,
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: he's he was like a Michael Jackson And did you
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: see him on Christmas Day? Showed up looking like the
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: Ken Doll, like his Barbie Doll. He was dressed in
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: the exact same type of outfit. He was an era
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: of basketball and still very relevant today. Again, so this
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: is not about whether you are who's good man, who's lovable?
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: I don't. I don't listen to Taylor Swift, but she's
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: a movement, a movement. I don't think Billy Eilish or
- 1:23:54Speaker 4: Lady Gaga, but they are movements.
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: Of Yeah, got gotta accept that.
- 1:24:02Speaker 4: Tiger Woods fifty years old, Lebron forty one.
- 1:24:05Speaker 7: And kind of clock in sure, Layla late clock claw out.
- 1:24:12Speaker 4: Float like a butterfly, Stephen. I'm gonna put that work
- 1:24:16Speaker 4: in on Leila. We'll be back to Sports show after this.
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: Can we come up shouting up me down, run up
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: on me like we ahad sounds like, hey, you do
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: what you do when we do we do?
- 1:24:34Speaker 9: John Boy, Wayne Bore of the Sports Josh Hill with
- 1:24:37Speaker 9: Wayne Gandydia is coming up next.
- 1:24:43Speaker 15: The more you listen to your kids, the closer you'll be.
- 1:24:47Speaker 15: So we asked kids. What do you want your parents
- 1:24:50Speaker 15: to hear?
- 1:24:51Speaker 16: I feel sometimes that I'm not listening to I would
- 1:24:54Speaker 16: just want you to listen to me more often and
- 1:24:56Speaker 16: evaluate situations with me and lead me towards success.
- 1:25:00Speaker 25: We're not adults, so just just be there and like, listen.
- 1:25:05Speaker 25: I just want someone to have to and I just
- 1:25:08Speaker 25: feel like I'll be fine. Like if someone just cares me,
- 1:25:10Speaker 25: talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and
- 1:25:13Speaker 25: talk and talk.
- 1:25:14Speaker 21: You're doing a really good job.
- 1:25:16Speaker 4: And I don't think so.
- 1:25:17Speaker 21: I don't know, and I know sometimes we get into it.
- 1:25:21Speaker 21: It's just hard on both of us. But I'll try
- 1:25:25Speaker 21: to understand me more and I'll try to do the same.

- 1:27:04Speaker 20: If you know the.
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: Number, yn't come Jong.
- 1:27:14Speaker 26: Selawi, Welcome back to the Sports Shock Sha The Sports
- 1:27:22Speaker 26: Shock Wayne Ken dec manch Greg big King, the bat
- 1:27:25Speaker 26: producer in the building with me.
- 1:27:27Speaker 4: Monday, the last Monday of twenty twenty five, last show
- 1:27:31Speaker 4: of twenty twenty five Monday Night Football Rams at the Falcons.
- 1:27:37Speaker 4: Bat producer was just talking about some of his friends
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: from Saint Louis. Those guys could have been Chiefs fans.
- 1:27:43Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I know, we moved to Saint Louis in
- 1:27:47Speaker 4: ninety five to bring the Rams back. They did have
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: a Rams there before, which moved to Arizona. But a
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: lot of fans in that twenty five year exodus, uh
- 1:27:59Speaker 4: had come Chiefs fans.
- 1:28:01Speaker 3: But I even told them saying, guys, y'all old enough,
- 1:28:03Speaker 3: y'all probably was Cardinals fans.
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: So so I mean that's yeah, well, teams moving, teams
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: move out, big Kenny.
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: We got any Uh yeah, we got some comments from
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: our loyal online listeners.
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: Uh. Starting at the top of the hour when we
- 1:28:21Speaker 7: were talking about keeping b Jhon Robinson, Elder Casey Huey
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: Senior said his contract has probably already been drafted. Yes
- 1:28:32Speaker 7: it has like so, but he's got about a year
- 1:28:35Speaker 7: left on the contract. You keep praying over Elder Casey
- 1:28:38Speaker 7: because we need it.
- 1:28:41Speaker 6: Uh.
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: He also, uh, I'm looking for the comment where uh
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: we were talking about the pressure performing under the pressure.
- 1:28:53Speaker 7: Uncle Charlie says some people can't perform under pressure at
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: Jake Paul and Uh. We also had Elter Casey say
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: he wrote some of his best papers on under pressure
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: and that he'll be in the Falcons game tonight, so
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: if you're going to be there a bad producer high
- 1:29:12Speaker 7: l at him. He also thinks that Atlanta is a
- 1:29:15Speaker 7: prime time place. He disagrees with you where players wouldn't
- 1:29:19Speaker 7: come in because he says, we got the World Cup
- 1:29:21Speaker 7: coming here. Now with that, I'd imagine that's a sporting
- 1:29:24Speaker 7: event for a short amount of time.
- 1:29:27Speaker 3: That's not a fan bind. Can I answer that?
- 1:29:31Speaker 4: Sure?
- 1:29:32Speaker 3: See, that's one thing we get caught up with events
- 1:29:35Speaker 3: that come here. We think that that's not the same
- 1:29:37Speaker 3: thing Casey. So I mean elder Casey, respect and plus
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: trust me, I believe. But I think the events because
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: we got the Olympics, everybody thought, oh we were just well,
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: we haven't got the Olympics. Olympics haven't came back. Haven't
- 1:29:52Speaker 3: been a talk about the Olympics come back. It's been
- 1:29:54Speaker 3: more to talk about all those buildings and everything that
- 1:29:56Speaker 3: was left after the Olympics and then but we always
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: won't to equate the events that came to the city
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: whether it's a musical event or a.
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: What do you call those outdoor events.
- 1:30:10Speaker 3: Those festivals, anything like that we want to create. We
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: we think that that's great for the city. But when
- 1:30:17Speaker 3: it comes to sports, though, it's something totally different. And
- 1:30:20Speaker 3: I had to agree with sports job man. I've been
- 1:30:21Speaker 3: begging for years for superstars like basketball, all the superstars
- 1:30:25Speaker 3: that came down last twenty five years. You trying to
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: tell me we couldn't get some of those superstars. It's
- 1:30:30Speaker 3: got to be something. And then at one point in time,
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: when we had Michael Vick, we was able to get
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: a Wayne Gandy and we was able to get a.
- 1:30:39Speaker 4: H Now I was traded here. Yeah, we was able.
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: So you didn't get me. I got traded. You could
- 1:30:44Speaker 4: have refused. Why I couldn't refuse. I didn't have a
- 1:30:49Speaker 4: clause in my contract.
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: That, Oh well, I ain't know. I wouldn't. I'm just saying,
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: I just it's a lot of great players that could
- 1:30:59Speaker 3: be here, But it's Michael was drafted that we could get.
- 1:31:05Speaker 3: What I'm saying is it's been hard to even get
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: people here. But once Vic started being who's seeing what,
- 1:31:10Speaker 3: we started getting players here. We started getting other trying
- 1:31:14Speaker 3: to come. At one point, even with Joe Johnson, we
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: got to Jamal Crawford. That was a great pickup. That's
- 1:31:20Speaker 3: probably one of the best pickups we ever got at
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: one point in time as a superstar that we could
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: say that came to play with Joe and if we
- 1:31:28Speaker 3: could have got just one more player with Joe and
- 1:31:31Speaker 3: those teams. But it's just tough. Though, it's tough. It's tough, Elder, Yeah,
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: and that's okay. So I had to tell him because
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: I know he's hard.
- 1:31:43Speaker 4: I desired. I didn't answer Atlanta. I didn't say the
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: city of Atlanta is not a prime time That's the
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: that's the quandary of the whole thing is that you
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: have a great city, right, but you have team got
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: too much other stuff. You have one of the ten
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: top cities in sports. As far as the city, it's
- 1:32:03Speaker 4: very interesting that the city does not seem to attract superstars.
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: They will jump over the Hawks and go to the
- 1:32:15Speaker 4: Heat before they land in Atlanta. The same name with
- 1:32:20Speaker 4: the Falcons of people seem to be and the greatness
- 1:32:24Speaker 4: of the city comes from draft picks, right the draft picks.
- 1:32:31Speaker 4: Julio was drafted Matt Ryan was drafted. You know these
- 1:32:35Speaker 4: guys Algae drafted, you know from throughout most of them
- 1:32:41Speaker 4: were drafted. Very few times. It's either you were traded
- 1:32:45Speaker 4: or you got in some trouble and you need it
- 1:32:47Speaker 4: somewhere to land.
- 1:32:49Speaker 3: And the last career and the last big free agent
- 1:32:52Speaker 3: we got in football was John Abraham. I think that's
- 1:32:54Speaker 3: probably like when you say a difference maker, though, that's
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: where I mean, that's where we stay infortunately.
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: And that so that is always the confusing part. You
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: do have a city to offer. I'm not asking you
- 1:33:08Speaker 4: to come to Cold Green Bay or Milwaukee, and I'm
- 1:33:13Speaker 4: not putting those cities down. I'm just talking about or
- 1:33:17Speaker 4: as where people travel. This city as the world's largest airport.
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: Very seldom do you meet somebody that hasn't come through
- 1:33:26Speaker 4: Atlanta at some point.
- 1:33:29Speaker 3: Maybe spund to hold on, bad producer, maybe spun well.
- 1:33:32Speaker 3: I'm coming back, so.
- 1:33:37Speaker 4: We will see. But yesterday the Browns beat the Stillers
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: thirteen to six. More surprising that the Stellers didn't score
- 1:33:45Speaker 4: a touchdown than it is that they lost in that game.
- 1:33:49Speaker 4: As I said, shadu Ur started off fast and then
- 1:33:52Speaker 4: faded there in the three quarters after that in that game,
- 1:33:58Speaker 4: but we'll see. I think lad he hasn't gotten injured
- 1:34:02Speaker 4: out there, and he does possessed the one thing that
- 1:34:06Speaker 4: Colorado taught him that is good for the NFL. It's improvising. Yeah,
- 1:34:14Speaker 4: he does have that in his pocket. I think he's
- 1:34:19Speaker 4: those two years of Colorado has kind of been his
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: rookie year. He got to get out of trouble and
- 1:34:24Speaker 4: figure out something. In those moments he show you, oh,
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: this is not new to me. Some quarterbacks it seems
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: like it's new. But he is used to having to
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: make something up, so that's always good for him. The
- 1:34:36Speaker 4: Patriots just destroyed your Jets. Just a couple of those
- 1:34:40Speaker 4: guys just started acting like they was hurt for the Jets.
- 1:34:44Speaker 4: I don't even think anything was wrong. They just wanted
- 1:34:46Speaker 4: it to be over it.
- 1:34:47Speaker 3: And then I saw we all transferring out your boys.
- 1:34:52Speaker 3: Sauce Goldener left and they were one to seven, and
- 1:34:54Speaker 3: then he went to the Coats and they went one
- 1:34:57Speaker 3: to seven.
- 1:34:57Speaker 4: So what he took that Jets luck with him. The
- 1:35:02Speaker 4: Saints beat the Titans. The Jags had enough to beat
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: on the Coats twenty three seventeen. Jags are pushing to
- 1:35:12Speaker 4: have a bye. I think if they win this week,
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: they will get the bye in the AFC. Surprising, and
- 1:35:19Speaker 4: everything have to come to Jvill Duvall, Duval. Miami beat
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: the Bucks two teams, surprising, but the Bucks just have
- 1:35:30Speaker 4: not bounced back from all those injuries they've had in
- 1:35:32Speaker 4: Baker Mayfield trying to make too much happen. It's been
- 1:35:36Speaker 4: throwing a lot of interceptions. The Seahawks just pushed over
- 1:35:40Speaker 4: the Panthers twenty seven to ten. I have no idea
- 1:35:46Speaker 4: of what happened between Arizona and Cincinnati, so I'm not
- 1:35:49Speaker 4: going to pretend Cincinnati no, I know they won. What
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: I'm saying they were out there throwing the ball to
- 1:35:55Speaker 4: the lineman like it was just sor senior day. That's
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: where they asked you in high school as a senior,
- 1:36:01Speaker 4: what position for a play would you like to play?
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: Because this is it, this is the last game. And
- 1:36:11Speaker 4: I played a couple of snaps of tight end, caught
- 1:36:14Speaker 4: the ball, and yes, I saw the linemen out there.
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: I'm like, what are y'all doing? They you know, it's
- 1:36:21Speaker 4: just playing around the Giants and the Raiders. I have
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: no clue why y'all over there fighting. Y'all should have
- 1:36:28Speaker 4: used some of that energy during the season. The Vegas
- 1:36:33Speaker 4: Raiders have a lot of work to do in the
- 1:36:35Speaker 4: off season. I'd be interesting where they fall in the draft.
- 1:36:39Speaker 4: I think they're going to have the first pick. Yeah,
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: because between that, whoever lost that game would be That's
- 1:36:49Speaker 4: why they would be. That's why they were fighting the
- 1:36:50Speaker 4: first pick. Okay, I thought the Jets were going to
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: have the first pick. No that the Jets have won
- 1:36:56Speaker 4: three games. Look, the Raiders have won two. Oh, I thought, okay, okay.
- 1:37:00Speaker 3: No, wonder they were going at a sports John.
- 1:37:04Speaker 4: You know we're trying to lose. Yeah, we're trying to lose.
- 1:37:10Speaker 3: To get the best man the Eagles.
- 1:37:13Speaker 4: Uh. Someone asked me a last night, did I see
- 1:37:17Speaker 4: the play where Buffalo went for two and they were
- 1:37:22Speaker 4: trying to win? And I asked him when do you
- 1:37:26Speaker 4: go for two? And they were answered kind of like basically,
- 1:37:30Speaker 4: you never go for two. You only go for two
- 1:37:33Speaker 4: to tie. And I said, well, I wouldn't want to
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: play for you. I want to play for the coach
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: that has decided this is it there. Make a play
- 1:37:42Speaker 4: and we go home, or don't make a play and
- 1:37:44Speaker 4: we go home. We're going home either way. We're going
- 1:37:46Speaker 4: the way we're going home. Wanted to go home, so
- 1:37:50Speaker 4: I got Josh Allen back here. We need to make
- 1:37:53Speaker 4: one play to win the game. That's who I want
- 1:37:56Speaker 4: to play for. I don't want to play for the
- 1:37:58Speaker 4: coach that just keeps tying the game and just on
- 1:38:04Speaker 4: and just keep playing on. I would want to play
- 1:38:06Speaker 4: for coach that goes for two in the first quarter.
- 1:38:08Speaker 4: They score a touchdown, we're gonna we're gonna be up
- 1:38:10Speaker 4: eight to nothing instead of seven. And as I said,
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: one of the better games of the year last night,
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: Chicago and the forty nine ers.
- 1:38:19Speaker 3: They heard I was coming home. Then you know, they
- 1:38:22Speaker 3: just trying to you, trying to bro you know, for you,
- 1:38:26Speaker 3: for fam, you.
- 1:38:27Speaker 4: Know what I'm saying.
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: I bet that man, I got a call for Chicago Jersey.
- 1:38:30Speaker 4: I think a lot. Both of these teams have had
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: a surprising season. The Bears eleven and five, the Niners
- 1:38:37Speaker 4: are twelve and four.
- 1:38:39Speaker 21: Uh.
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: Surprising that the Bears were able to turn it around
- 1:38:42Speaker 4: so quickly, and surprising that the forty nine ers were
- 1:38:47Speaker 4: able to win with so much rotation of availability. Everybody
- 1:38:55Speaker 4: has raised their hand like, now I ain't gonna be
- 1:38:57Speaker 4: able to play this week like they've had some lineups
- 1:39:00Speaker 4: where you just don't even know what's going on, and
- 1:39:02Speaker 4: they went out and won. Mac Jones. It didn't matter
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: if they held him down, it didn't matter who was
- 1:39:09Speaker 4: in there. They've only lost four games. I mean, come on,
- 1:39:12Speaker 4: so far, so twelve and four. Regardless of who's in
- 1:39:15Speaker 4: the lineup, you have to imagine that Kyle Shanahan is
- 1:39:21Speaker 4: the coach of the year, either him or Mike Rabel. Mike,
- 1:39:26Speaker 4: it won't be that. They'll consideration, but it won't be them.
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: I think it'll be the the Jaguars coach. Okay, I've
- 1:39:32Speaker 4: said I like that. Okay, I can go with that
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: one too. We wasn't expecting that at all. We'll be
- 1:39:38Speaker 4: back with more to Sports Shock Show right after that.

- 1:42:49Speaker 5: I'll see even very journey. Welcome back to the Sport
- 1:42:54Speaker 5: Shock Show. I'm the Sport Shock Wayne Canny. Good morning
- 1:42:56Speaker 5: to you out there listening Land Tom is a. It's
- 1:43:01Speaker 5: upset at Baylor.
- 1:43:02Speaker 4: The Baylor team has found a loophole signing James is
- 1:43:07Speaker 4: it Nige Nige to come and play for them. Different
- 1:43:16Speaker 4: stories floating around. Basically, command you, Greg Big Kenny bat producer.
- 1:43:22Speaker 4: What I have been talking about here in twenty twenty
- 1:43:25Speaker 4: five should just be what it is. Loophole basically is
- 1:43:29Speaker 4: creating this void in a nutshell where you can play
- 1:43:35Speaker 4: college foot I mean basketball, you can play college football.
- 1:43:40Speaker 4: As I said, just make it pro. James Nige was
- 1:43:47Speaker 4: someone who was drafted in the NBA or he went
- 1:43:51Speaker 4: to G League. Correct even when he played summer he
- 1:43:57Speaker 4: plays some summer league. All these kind of situation he's
- 1:44:01Speaker 4: been in the loophole basically has allowed him to go
- 1:44:07Speaker 4: and play for Baylor. And as I have been talking about,
- 1:44:16Speaker 4: when are we going to stop pretending that college is
- 1:44:18Speaker 4: college and just let it be in a sense a
- 1:44:23Speaker 4: semi pro league. He has not played in the G League,
- 1:44:27Speaker 4: but he's only played summer Europe.
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: Did he do the summer from my understanding, because he's
- 1:44:34Speaker 3: in the Charlotte Hornets. He got the two pictures in
- 1:44:36Speaker 3: the whole Hornets summer league program.
- 1:44:38Speaker 4: I know this Michigan basketball player. What is his name?
- 1:44:44Speaker 4: Tipton trying to find his full name. But Michigan has
- 1:44:52Speaker 4: signed a guy that was in some NBA games, Yeah,
- 1:45:01Speaker 4: there was some. He's he played like seven or eight
- 1:45:04Speaker 4: games his name, and now they're offering him to come.
- 1:45:09Speaker 4: He's back.
- 1:45:10Speaker 3: But I don't see why top coach Izzo is upset
- 1:45:13Speaker 3: and I don't want to say talk, but coach Iszo
- 1:45:16Speaker 3: is upset about because if he didn't sign a contract
- 1:45:19Speaker 3: or he didn't I thought, if you didn't sign a
- 1:45:21Speaker 3: contract with an agent, maybe that's only football.
- 1:45:24Speaker 8: But the thing is with with Naji, he was drafted
- 1:45:28Speaker 8: and numbers drafted by a team, but he didn't but
- 1:45:31Speaker 8: he didn't sign with an agent.
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: You could be not correct with football even if you
- 1:45:35Speaker 3: don't sign with the agent. Basketball, as long as you
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: don't have an agent, he comes back to the leade,
- 1:45:41Speaker 3: you can come back collegiately.
- 1:45:43Speaker 7: He was selected thirty first overall in the twenty twenty
- 1:45:47Speaker 7: three NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons, but his rights
- 1:45:50Speaker 7: were traded to the Charlotte Hornets and later the New
- 1:45:53Speaker 7: York Knicks. Now the words drafted and those team names
- 1:46:00Speaker 7: all NBA.
- 1:46:02Speaker 20: No, no, no, no.
- 1:46:03Speaker 4: But there's a rule, and there's a rule. Well that's why, why,
- 1:46:06Speaker 4: that's why they're saying they've just found the little loophole.
- 1:46:10Speaker 7: Because when I've never heard of that rule where anybody
- 1:46:14Speaker 7: who went to the NBA was on some you know what, Bruh,
- 1:46:16Speaker 7: I'm going back to la.
- 1:46:17Speaker 3: From if you're not if you haven't signed with the agent.
- 1:46:22Speaker 4: Yeah, but he would have taken it. But because that's
- 1:46:24Speaker 4: what producer, whether he signed with an agent or not.
- 1:46:27Speaker 4: If he had taken a contract and taken money, that
- 1:46:29Speaker 4: would have made him a professional player. Tom, you're saying,
- 1:46:34Speaker 4: you don't see where Tom is. Tom is from the
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: old school. He wants to play college basketball. No, I'm
- 1:46:41Speaker 4: not arguing that. His name is Trenton Flowers. Okay.
- 1:46:46Speaker 8: He was undrafted in the twenty four draft. He played
- 1:46:53Speaker 8: in Australia and then he signed a two way contract
- 1:46:56Speaker 8: in the G League. So he played forty games in
- 1:46:59Speaker 8: the G League and then he signed another contract with
- 1:47:02Speaker 8: the Bulls and he has played in two regular season
- 1:47:06Speaker 8: games like three weeks ago.
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: But he.
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: Can play for Michigan.
- 1:47:13Speaker 3: But Baylor drafted. But he's drafted, but he hasn't signed
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: the listen, sir, all I'm saying is.
- 1:47:23Speaker 4: This once you get to make sure I get it
- 1:47:25Speaker 4: for you said that mc kenny. It doesn't matter. The
- 1:47:29Speaker 4: agent part fades when you go and sign a contract
- 1:47:34Speaker 4: that that that now qualifies you as pro as a professional.
- 1:47:38Speaker 4: That's all I'm saying.
- 1:47:39Speaker 3: And all I'm saying he just if he gets drafted
- 1:47:41Speaker 3: as long as he doesn't sign.
- 1:47:43Speaker 8: I mean, you could be drafted as long as you
- 1:47:46Speaker 8: have to be to be draft eligible, you have to
- 1:47:50Speaker 8: go you have to don't. You have to sign something
- 1:47:53Speaker 8: or be to be draft eligible and something like that.
- 1:47:56Speaker 4: You have to declare.
- 1:47:58Speaker 8: But players, there is a declared and then they said
- 1:48:01Speaker 8: decided it. Yeah, but there's a deadline to change your mind.
- 1:48:04Speaker 4: And then they did not sign with a team. In
- 1:48:08Speaker 4: Nase's case, he signed with a team somewhere at some point.
- 1:48:11Speaker 8: And I'm saying, regardless that the team has his he
- 1:48:14Speaker 8: hasn't signed anything, but a team has his draft rights.
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: So what has he been doing for the last two years?
- 1:48:21Speaker 4: He's been playing in Europe on the European contract, Yes,
- 1:48:26Speaker 4: just like just like a lot of the mother European players.
- 1:48:28Speaker 4: But some European players can go play and into college.
- 1:48:33Speaker 4: So you guys draft because a lot of the guys
- 1:48:35Speaker 4: we are under like he was playing for Europe and
- 1:48:37Speaker 4: he was like sixteen seventeen, so he went, he got drafted.
- 1:48:42Speaker 4: He was in Europe playing, Yes, he declared for the draft. Yes,
- 1:48:46Speaker 4: he got drafted. Right, then he went back to Europe
- 1:48:48Speaker 4: to play. Yes, and now he is headed the Baylor right.
- 1:48:53Speaker 7: And if you don't see a problem with that, if
- 1:48:56Speaker 7: you don't see a problem with that, regardless of what
- 1:48:58Speaker 7: loopoles you can find, and if you don't see a
- 1:49:00Speaker 7: problem with that, then this is why I don't think
- 1:49:03Speaker 7: that anybody ought to be complaining about any sport on
- 1:49:07Speaker 7: any day, because we'll let you do anything now and no, bruh.
- 1:49:11Speaker 7: I mean, you could be surely you were a pro,
- 1:49:13Speaker 7: but you weren't fifteen years in the NBA Pro. You
- 1:49:17Speaker 7: weren't two years in the NBA Pro. But now you
- 1:49:20Speaker 7: can show ball out back because the best thing to
- 1:49:23Speaker 7: do is just let it be open season. If we're
- 1:49:26Speaker 7: gonna do it, give me the best team that you
- 1:49:29Speaker 7: can put together at Auburn. I don't Why does it
- 1:49:33Speaker 7: matter whether you went to the NBA and failed, went
- 1:49:36Speaker 7: to the G League, or if you're it and it
- 1:49:38Speaker 7: didn't pay out. I want the next best players. I
- 1:49:42Speaker 7: want all the players that couldn't make the NBA playing.
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: At my school. Why would not Why wouldn't you? We
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: don't really care whether they're in class or not. None
- 1:49:57Speaker 4: of these conversations we've had in twenty twenty five has
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: been a about grade point average or graduation.
- 1:50:02Speaker 3: We don't even talk about that.
- 1:50:05Speaker 4: Brings that up.
- 1:50:06Speaker 3: They still have academic All Americans.
- 1:50:09Speaker 4: We're talking about it still exist. This amount of money,
- 1:50:14Speaker 4: so is in the transferred portal. None of us have
- 1:50:18Speaker 4: talked about who graduated from where any of that got.
- 1:50:21Speaker 3: Now you're saying the academic All American is not real, Kenny?
- 1:50:25Speaker 3: Is that what I'm saying that nobody cares? Nobody cares.
- 1:50:31Speaker 3: Whatn't you academic all American?
- 1:50:33Speaker 16: That?
- 1:50:33Speaker 4: Uh didn't?
- 1:50:34Speaker 7: Along with being All Americans for the game, but what
- 1:50:37Speaker 7: he also played at the same school. All of the
- 1:50:40Speaker 7: years he was playing in college. And he also reps
- 1:50:43Speaker 7: that school steal. And he also couldn't leave in the
- 1:50:47Speaker 7: middle of the season or overnight like we went on Christmas.
- 1:50:51Speaker 4: Didn't come back, said James Madison, just lost the offense.
- 1:50:56Speaker 4: Their entire offense. Four of them for graduated, eight transferred
- 1:51:01Speaker 4: right East Carolina player win on holiday break and jen
- 1:51:06Speaker 4: never came back. Coach, don't even know it changed its

- 1:53:06Speaker 4: Oh no? Because what wou this? What shock some this whatshock?
- 1:53:12Speaker 4: Wing Gandy? I just asked the crew, you know, as
- 1:53:16Speaker 4: a as a reference, why be the tenth, ninth, tenth
- 1:53:21Speaker 4: player on the halt for league minimum? Because remember league
- 1:53:25Speaker 4: minimum for someone that's only been in the league one two,
- 1:53:29Speaker 4: three years it's probably about nine hundred thousand. We're not
- 1:53:33Speaker 4: talking about the guys that's been in for like a
- 1:53:35Speaker 4: decade where their minimum is like three million. Those guys
- 1:53:39Speaker 4: are just holding on. Why be big, Kenny. Why would
- 1:53:43Speaker 4: any of us be the ninth kid or the ninth
- 1:53:47Speaker 4: man on the Hawks for nine hundred grand when I
- 1:53:51Speaker 4: can go to North Carolina, or I can drive three
- 1:53:55Speaker 4: miles and go to Georgia Tech for one point five
- 1:54:00Speaker 4: and be the starter and get me a new balance
- 1:54:02Speaker 4: commercial and make money for the next eight ten years.
- 1:54:07Speaker 4: That ure sitting around here toiling just being a practice player.
- 1:54:12Speaker 7: Everybody asked me, hey man, grab my sneakers, which I'm
- 1:54:15Speaker 7: not an equipment person.
- 1:54:16Speaker 4: Oh yeah, why why is that? Why? We've seen.
- 1:54:23Speaker 3: We've seen.
- 1:54:25Speaker 7: I just mentioned and went from Georgia to Miami, Carson
- 1:54:29Speaker 7: Carson back. We saw boat Knicks go from Auburn to
- 1:54:33Speaker 7: Oregon to the Deniver Yes, now we've seen it.
- 1:54:40Speaker 4: We've seen it. Now.
- 1:54:41Speaker 3: If I didn't pan out in Denver, you know what, Oregon.
- 1:54:45Speaker 7: I know I was good enough for the NFL for
- 1:54:48Speaker 7: a couple of years, but I know I guarantee you
- 1:54:52Speaker 7: I could take us back to a national championship.
- 1:54:55Speaker 3: If you just let me play for Oregon because better
- 1:54:57Speaker 3: than all these dudes.
- 1:54:59Speaker 4: What's wrong with that?
- 1:55:01Speaker 3: I don't I don't see nothing wrong with it. I mean,
- 1:55:03Speaker 3: eventually it's gonna it's gonna go there. I should have
- 1:55:06Speaker 3: been done. I'm for the guys getting what they can.
- 1:55:11Speaker 3: Just make sure what happens to the high school student.
- 1:55:15Speaker 3: I mean the five star dude, Well know the high
- 1:55:17Speaker 3: school it's gonna tricker down because I mean, you just
- 1:55:20Speaker 3: got to make the right pretty soonilar the high school superstar,
- 1:55:24Speaker 3: you just got to make the right decisions and hope
- 1:55:26Speaker 3: the nl of money that he'll be receiving.
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: The problem with the high school kid becomes that will
- 1:55:32Speaker 4: you have her find his game because now his training
- 1:55:35Speaker 4: ground is getting thinner. We'll going to lower the well
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: you have to lower level.
- 1:55:43Speaker 8: But going to the group of five schools because like
- 1:55:46Speaker 8: we like we saw with the like with James Madison,
- 1:55:49Speaker 8: they're in a group of five conference. Those guys are
- 1:55:51Speaker 8: probably going to power conferences. Well that happened with the
- 1:55:57Speaker 8: high school athletes. They will go to group of five
- 1:56:01Speaker 8: or even maybe fcs.
- 1:56:03Speaker 4: So you got to get some training because being becoming
- 1:56:06Speaker 4: a pro is more than what people are trying to
- 1:56:09Speaker 4: make it out to be. Yes, we see the first
- 1:56:12Speaker 4: round picks and stuff, but if you ever noticed, it
- 1:56:14Speaker 4: still take them three or four years hopefully to even
- 1:56:17Speaker 4: become They're just doing it on the NBA dime. But
- 1:56:22Speaker 4: you know we're not seeing the best of those players.
- 1:56:26Speaker 4: We haven't gotten the best of someone like Zion Williamson
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: yet by Zion Williams yet because to me, he never
- 1:56:35Speaker 4: got his full training to become what he needed to become.
- 1:56:40Speaker 4: So but no surprise, and I get you, tom Izzo,
- 1:56:43Speaker 4: I would be upset too. That's why I'm illegal. That's
- 1:56:49Speaker 4: why guys like Nick Saban and a lot of coaches
- 1:56:52Speaker 4: just went on and got out of it, because it
- 1:56:54Speaker 4: just became a mess. And coaches are sitting there. I'm
- 1:56:59Speaker 4: doing all the trains, and then you're leaving, and then
- 1:57:02Speaker 4: the outside forces are just talking about the money. But
- 1:57:05Speaker 4: what about all the time I put in to try
- 1:57:07Speaker 4: to get you to be as good as you are,
- 1:57:11Speaker 4: and then you have no commitment. Right to me, I
- 1:57:15Speaker 4: spent the last when I got you, it was a
- 1:57:17Speaker 4: shell of a guy.
- 1:57:19Speaker 7: You hit the last second shot with that technique I
- 1:57:21Speaker 7: taught you and beat my team.
- 1:57:23Speaker 3: You went to my rival and then beat me with that.
- 1:57:26Speaker 3: We stayed up ten weeks in a row.
- 1:57:29Speaker 7: We got up at four thirty am to practice an
- 1:57:31Speaker 7: extra forty minutes before the team came in reverse.
- 1:57:34Speaker 3: North Carolina. What expirence that Caleb Love? You remember his
- 1:57:37Speaker 3: first year Carolina played, He killed, did what he had
- 1:57:43Speaker 3: to do, then stayed I think what another six months
- 1:57:46Speaker 3: and then he transferred.
- 1:57:47Speaker 4: To Yeah, that's what I'm saying with school, so they're
- 1:57:50Speaker 4: just going and going. At least in the pros, I
- 1:57:52Speaker 4: have you for a certain I know how long I
- 1:57:55Speaker 4: have you because we signed the deal, and if you
- 1:57:58Speaker 4: want to go, I still have an option to fill
- 1:58:01Speaker 4: your spot. Right So you don't just get to walk
- 1:58:04Speaker 4: out to doing I don't have a receiver, so you
- 1:58:06Speaker 4: get fair warm just like who was that? Just like
- 1:58:08Speaker 4: you said, East Carolina running back just kept running. He
- 1:58:13Speaker 4: never came back. You can run on and see what.
- 1:58:16Speaker 4: At least I should have the right to be Okay,
- 1:58:18Speaker 4: you want to leave, Okay, I'll use you and trade
- 1:58:22Speaker 4: you to get me a running back. Right now, I'm
- 1:58:24Speaker 4: just stuck with a hole that I got a hope
- 1:58:26Speaker 4: I can.
- 1:58:29Speaker 3: Require more agents than that. Then to get involved. When
- 1:58:32Speaker 3: you talk about trades and contracts and different things that
- 1:58:34Speaker 3: that's just gonna open up a whole nother floodgate.
- 1:58:37Speaker 4: Well that's another mess as well. I mean, most of
- 1:58:40Speaker 4: the kids agents are called their parents now because people
- 1:58:45Speaker 4: here two percent, three percent, four percent or whatever the
- 1:58:48Speaker 4: agents are calling. It's really no limit because there is
- 1:58:51Speaker 4: no players association. I'm gonna getting charged twenty percent. But
- 1:58:55Speaker 4: then the parents and their uncles and all that think
- 1:58:57Speaker 4: they can do it. And because it seems like that easy.
- 1:59:04Speaker 3: Just a little negotiating with the local car dealership and coaches.
- 1:59:08Speaker 4: And where is your information coming from? They max Prep.
- 1:59:15Speaker 3: Everybody thinks that exactly, that's the prayer they max Prep presented.
- 1:59:21Speaker 4: You know, that's like investing from the Wall Street Journal.
- 1:59:25Speaker 4: You're just in there with the financial paper. That's all
- 1:59:28Speaker 4: that's all you that's all the insights you had home
- 1:59:32Speaker 4: depot with pursuiticle is up today. That ain't no inside
- 1:59:38Speaker 4: source to know that opium has now decreased in some country.
- 1:59:43Speaker 4: You don't even know that kind of stuff. You're just
- 1:59:45Speaker 4: going about what they say today.
- 1:59:47Speaker 3: Say fifteen dollars a share? How many share can I
- 1:59:49Speaker 3: get for twenty three dollars?
- 1:59:50Speaker 4: People got upset with Booger Mafarland for being open about
- 1:59:55Speaker 4: him going to the Strip club here in Atlanta doing
- 2:00:00Speaker 4: In a broadcast last week when one of the games
- 2:00:03Speaker 4: Booger I think does a great job, he talked about
- 2:00:07Speaker 4: his first Bowl game here in Atlanta. He went to
- 2:00:10Speaker 4: the Peach Bowl a L. S U back in ninety six.
- 2:00:15Speaker 4: I got his per diem, went to the establishment, he said,
- 2:00:20Speaker 4: gave it all the way which we magic city. Oh
- 2:00:24Speaker 4: we all have.
- 2:00:26Speaker 3: If you ain't got to have you.
- 2:00:28Speaker 7: Played any game here in Atlanta and don't have a
- 2:00:31Speaker 7: magic story, you lang, you should have never got drafted.
- 2:00:34Speaker 4: You should have some good wings though. This the only
- 2:00:37Speaker 4: place that's lou William. This the only place where where
- 2:00:40Speaker 4: the food is just as good as entertainment. Everywhere else
- 2:00:43Speaker 4: is just no. We'll just watch the dances. Not here,
- 2:00:46Speaker 4: so l the casey. That's what they're coming here for.
- 2:00:48Speaker 4: That's what tell them for them, them blops to tell
- 2:00:54Speaker 4: so cheap. You wonder why am I echo? Is my
- 2:01:01Speaker 4: second bowl? I only went to two bowls in my
- 2:01:03Speaker 4: college career. First was the Hall of Fame Bowl, which
- 2:01:07Speaker 4: is now the out Back Bowl, which might be something
- 2:01:09Speaker 4: else by now, But when I went it was a
- 2:01:11Speaker 4: Hall of Fame Bowl. It was in Tampa. My second
- 2:01:15Speaker 4: bowl was in Atlanta. It was at the Peach Bowl,
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: but that was in County State ninety one. Back then
- 2:01:26Speaker 4: it was the Peach Bowl. It was at Fulton County
- 2:01:28Speaker 4: Stadium in the old Stadium. We played Indiana. I want
- 2:01:34Speaker 4: to say, I know we played Ohio State in the
- 2:01:40Speaker 4: Hall of Fame in Indiana in the Peach Bowl. I
- 2:01:43Speaker 4: did not make it the Magic City though. I think
- 2:01:46Speaker 4: I bought some rims from my car with the predem
- 2:01:55Speaker 4: another location with them to do something useful with the
- 2:01:58Speaker 4: mon oh let's let you heed where your money go?
- 2:02:04Speaker 3: Yeah, help like I like to actually see you want
- 2:02:07Speaker 3: to help school clothes?
- 2:02:08Speaker 4: You ain't want to help. No school clothes, no books. No,
- 2:02:11Speaker 4: I'm not giving. I wouldn't give a thousand dollars in
- 2:02:13Speaker 4: the script club today. So I definitely know it. In
- 2:02:16Speaker 4: eighteen nineteen, I don't know what bug it was doing.
- 2:02:18Speaker 4: But you know, Magic City limon pepper wings and we
- 2:02:22Speaker 4: are in the ocean.
- 2:02:27Speaker 24: The truth is he will throw your in the ocean.
- 2:02:31Speaker 24: It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Jug Show.
- 2:02:35Speaker 3: With Wayne Candy.
- 2:02:58Speaker 4: When you're the size of ocean, it gives us one shot,
- 2:03:01Speaker 4: just a minute to Vin, we'd like to thank you
- 2:03:02Speaker 4: for any time in twenty twenty five that you gave
- 2:03:06Speaker 4: us your listening year, for any comments that you ever
- 2:03:10Speaker 4: sent in any text message, any question of the guys
- 2:03:14Speaker 4: even after the show, any kind of moment that sparked
- 2:03:19Speaker 4: thought from the Sports Shock and the Sports Shock crew Comanchi,
- 2:03:24Speaker 4: Greg Big, Kenny Bad Producer, thank you for all that
- 2:03:28Speaker 4: you have given here in twenty twenty five. But for
- 2:03:31Speaker 4: you out there that listen, we greatly appreciate your ten
- 2:03:36Speaker 4: to remember. Monday Night football tonight Rams Falcons on Wednesday.
- 2:03:44Speaker 4: The college football playoffs kickoff that night Miami versus Ohio State.
- 2:03:50Speaker 4: The other three games are on Thursday, which will be
- 2:03:54Speaker 4: a new year. Whether your year went good or bad,
- 2:04:00Speaker 4: take the next three days, assess life and try to
- 2:04:03Speaker 4: make tomorrow a better day. There's always as long as
- 2:04:08Speaker 4: the sun comes up, and even behind the clouds, the
- 2:04:12Speaker 4: sun is up. Just get on a plane and fly
- 2:04:14Speaker 4: up there. You'll see it's still up there. So try
- 2:04:17Speaker 4: to make a better day, a better life. Be kind,
- 2:04:22Speaker 4: Try to affect someone's life in twenty twenty six in
- 2:04:26Speaker 4: a positive way. Go out of your way, to do that.
- 2:04:31Speaker 4: Go out of your way, break the mold, go out
- 2:04:34Speaker 4: of your way to do something that you didn't do
- 2:04:37Speaker 4: in twenty twenty five. To make somebody's life. And if
- 2:04:41Speaker 4: I could tell you, make it a stranger, see a
- 2:04:46Speaker 4: story on the news, or hear a story in your
- 2:04:49Speaker 4: neighborhood and just go and try out of blue, because
- 2:04:54Speaker 4: that is truly when you start walking with the angels,
- 2:04:58Speaker 4: when you just recognize is that a need is needed
- 2:05:03Speaker 4: and you try to help out with it. But from
- 2:05:06Speaker 4: the Sports Shop crew, as we always tell you on Thursday,
- 2:05:13Speaker 4: but since we're going into New Year, I guess it's
- 2:05:17Speaker 4: poetic that I said today from the Sports Shop show,
- 2:05:21Speaker 4: We'll see you in the future. Peace here
