- 3:16and Maddie Garrett. Hi, Hi, beauty, how are y'all? You
- 3:32don't mind if you don't mind, introduce yourself and in Madison. Okay.
- 3:39My name is Shannon Garrett. We are from Dallas, Texas. I have
- 3:46been a mommy of us Final Bit for the Baby for thirteen years. And
- 3:51this is my little she bro is what I like to call her. So
- 3:55I'm Madison and she so she's in eighth grade and she is a true girl
- 4:02teenager. So yeah, I know how that goes. Can welcome you,
- 4:09We welcome you, and we're glad to be here here with us tonight.
- 4:14Miss Don Ramsey, if you're there, if you could join us? Hello,
- 4:21can you all hear me? Yes, ma'am? How are you hi?
- 4:29And if you don't mind, miss Don, can you introduce yourself?
- 4:36I think her scream may have frozen. Can you hear us? Okay?
- 4:47Now I can hear? Yeah, Okay, can you introduce yourself? Okay?
- 4:54Sure? My name is Don. I have a channel called Ice Slave
- 4:59Spine of I'm from Chicago, forty two years old. I was born with
- 5:08mino meninge si spina bifida, and I'm just happy to be here, okay.
- 5:18And for those who don't know anything else you want to know, that's
- 5:25it right now. Spina bifida is a congenital defect of the spine in which
- 5:30part of the spinal cord and it's ninjas are exposed through the gap and the
- 5:35backbone, often causing paralysis of the lower limbs. It's not it's also considered
- 5:45the snowflake disorder because no two people have it the same. So, Maddie,
- 5:50if you would like to answer, how does spin up at your life?
- 6:01And if you don't want to answer, your mom can for you,
- 6:06like on a daily basis, oh so medicine. She also has the Malama
- 6:16nigail. Her effects are mainly her bladder about difficulty, so she does have
- 6:27to cathorize on a daily basis. We are on a bowel regiment. She
- 6:32fortunately she has heard all her mobility and she has been ool oval since she
- 6:44was I think two thinks she started walking at two and a half. She's
- 6:50had one, two, three, three surgeries that were geared towards finding biffita.
- 6:57So again most of her complications are but batter, bladder and vow.
- 7:00So she had a bladder augmentation actually last year, so we are a year
- 7:04into recovering from that, and then she also has the VP shunt. Fortunately
- 7:14we've never had any revisions to that. So for the most part, her
- 7:18biggest thing is just cathorizing stand on top of being independent in her inconsonence issues.
- 7:26So kay, and how does find a bit for the affect you.
- 7:36I have bladder control issues, vowel issues, I believe. Also it affected
- 7:47my vision and that's because I had a history of hydrocephalis. But I don't
- 7:59have a shunt. And I was walking. I was kind of like Madison.
- 8:07I was walking, but then as I gotten older, it's you know,
- 8:13my balance wasn't great and I couldn't stand to walk no more than five
- 8:22minutes. And I used to fall all the time too. But I did
- 8:28walk with leg braces and crutches. And also I've experienced pressure wounds and I
- 8:37lost a limb my left leg and this was recently. So yeah, that's
- 8:48about it. That has really affected my you know body. But I tried
- 8:54to take better care of myself, you know, and I do it if
- 9:00by myself, So which is the awesome thing. I did achieve that,
- 9:05right, So that's that's And I also have a learning disability. Okay,
- 9:15did you got questions? No, I don't have questions, but I do
- 9:18want to let Dawn know that I can kind of relate because I'm also currently
- 9:24now dealing with a foot author. Yeah, I agree because my parents was
- 9:35told, huh m hm, can you hear us? M can you hear
- 9:50us? I don't think she can hear me. She can't hear you.
- 10:00May you may have to go out and come back. Oh yeah, she
- 10:05definitely gonna have to go out and come back. Yeah, but yeah,
- 10:09no, I definitely can relate to what she's going through because who Maddie.
- 10:16Yeah, Maddie has gotten wounds and things on her on her feet that she
- 10:22won't even know that they're there. Yeah, because there's no feeling there.
- 10:26So we have the experience. That's a good part. That's good. You
- 10:31don't really have areas that you should have it. We went on a vacation
- 10:37to Orlando and at a water park, I mean she's just running around playing
- 10:41and made it back to the hotel and before we knew it, somebody's like,
- 10:46somebody's bleeding and it was nobody knew. So yeah, but she's dealt
- 10:50with that a few times as well. Yeah. I actually stepped on the
- 10:54nail and didn't realize it and started and it started bleeding. It was like,
- 10:58okay, Well for me, I also have that same type of spinal
- 11:03difita with all the letters. And for me, I started walking about three
- 11:11or four. I went from from what I can remember, from crawling to
- 11:18pulling myself up on things and and going from there. I had to wear
- 11:26like a baby diaper until like maybe third yeah, third grade because of the
- 11:31incontinence and things of that nature. And it has definitely been a challenge.
- 11:41School has been crazy. So Shannon, my question you, does Madicine have
- 11:48to deal with being bullied and picked on because of her circumstances? Oh?
- 11:56So she hasn't in a while. I can recall in her younger grade years.
- 12:01I remember, I want to say, in kindergarten is maybe when we
- 12:05first noticed it and it wasn't more of like a bullying issue. It would
- 12:11be. I think one time a little boy like she was going up the
- 12:16letter to go down the slide, and a little boy like kind of pushed
- 12:20her out away and went in front of her because he said she was taken
- 12:22tomorrow. But you know, physically, it just took her longer to get
- 12:26up the letter. So things like that, I think her biggest things have
- 12:28been like Phil day has not always been fun for her, especially the field
- 12:33days where they give awards, and she had issues again in her early years,
- 12:43she used to wear pull ups to school as well, and some kids
- 12:46would ask her, why do you still having to pull up? I don't
- 12:48wear those anymore. So things like that, but not She was in a
- 12:52bullying incident in the sixth grade, but it wasn't spin. It was just
- 12:58young girls and and yeah, so it wasn't spinning a bit of related.
- 13:03But most of hers have just been because she does things a little slower,
- 13:07or when she did used to wear her pullups and things to school. So
- 13:13okay, since she had her surgery, you not have to wear those anymore.
- 13:20No, so she stopped wearing the pull ups to school. I would
- 13:24probably say second or third grade, or was the fourth grade? She's saying
- 13:30fourth grade. She probably would know better than I would, so no.
- 13:35So now with the surgery, nothing really changed besides how often she cathorizes,
- 13:46and she no longer takes the bladder medications that she were taking. Okay,
- 13:54so it seems like it helps out a lot of ways. Well that's good
- 14:00medicine. I want to say to you, you are a beautiful little girl.
- 14:07And you know life in itself is hard, but you have the capability
- 14:15of doing and becoming whoever you just desire to be. So you know,
- 14:20no matter what it looks like or even if you feel like you're different from
- 14:26everybody else, you're beautiful and disguise the limit for you. So I want
- 14:31you to take that and walk with it and keep your head up high because
- 14:39you're beautiful baby. Yeah, and remember remember always and this is what I
- 14:50used to quote to myself and I still do. But I can do all
- 14:54things through Christ Jesus. That strengthens me. Remember that that your final that
- 15:03does not define it, and it does not control who you are. I
- 15:13do have a question. Then you got a question? Yeah, I got
- 15:16a question for Shannon. How is it being a mother of a spina bit
- 15:22for the child from a mother's perspective? Who that's a lot of question.
- 15:30So, but a little backstory. When I found out I was pretty m
- 15:33manic. I was twenty one in college, so you're talking about I already
- 15:39feel like I screwed up because I'm in school, and then I find out
- 15:43four months later, like your whole life has changed, So of course it
- 15:48started out scary. I think the biggest thing for me is I've had like
- 15:52a very very good support system. But I think the early years were a
- 16:00lot harder because I just didn't know. So it's like every time we had
- 16:03an appointment, I felt like they were saying something else. I'm like,
- 16:07look, yeah, I can tell me this last time. Yeah. So
- 16:11I think I think her early years were a lot harder. But the older
- 16:18she gets, I don't want to say it gets easier. I think I
- 16:22just find a way to it just better. And you know, it's one
- 16:26of those things like I gotta stay strong if I'm worried, she's gonna work
- 16:30right. So uh and a lot of times I still freaku. I'm like,
- 16:34what what's happening, Let's go get your stuff, we gotta go to
- 16:38the doctor. She'd be like, Mama, I'm fine. So it's been
- 16:42it's been difficult, but there has been a lot of joyous times because I've
- 16:47been allowed to like see guide work, you know, in ways that I
- 16:52probably would have never seen had I, you know, birth this little miracle
- 16:56baby. So there has been a lot of difficult a lot of hospital stays,
- 17:03you know, a lot of blaming myself somewhere in her, you know.
- 17:11But I think for the most part, I've learned a lot from it
- 17:14and I'm you know, still learning. It's not over, so yeah,
- 17:18but it's it's been a lot of joy in her too. And the doctor
- 17:21likes to scare you too much, you know, they like it's not necessarily
- 17:26the truth, you know. And I'm glad that you were able to keep
- 17:30your child and see that God can do anything. And I mean, she
- 17:34is, she is beautiful. I love that girl. She's my sister.
- 17:40So it's like you just see God doing what he do and doctors everything,
- 17:45they don't know everything God knows. And like said, she can be anything
- 17:48or whatever you want to be, whatever she wanted to be, long as
- 17:52you put your mind to. My mom used to always say, as long
- 17:53as you put your mind to, when you can do whatever you want to
- 17:56do in life and can't nobody stop you. That's right, that's right.
- 18:03Yeah, Shannon, if you don't mind, could you explain the surgery that
- 18:08she recently had. So it was kind of bladder augmentation, but essentially what
- 18:15they did was they went in and took part of her intestines and attached it
- 18:22to her bladder to make her bladder larger. So before she had the surgery,
- 18:27I don't remember the exact numbers, but if I was to guess,
- 18:33I think she was only holding like her bladder was the size of it was
- 18:40still the size of like a two year old baby trying to hold yurine.
- 18:45So after the surgery and the way that they elarged it, now she holds
- 18:49three times more than the average okay, which can be a good badge because
- 18:56it can hold so much that she's fine. And six hours later it's like,
- 19:02oh crap, I forgot to go to the bathroom because it wasn't bother
- 19:04me, but to the surgery yet. So they took part of her intestines,
- 19:08they enlarged her bladder. She was hospitalized for a week. It was
- 19:15a six hour surgery, And I think that's that back to the question about
- 19:18being a parent's final b if. I think that's the hardest part of sitting
- 19:22in the waiting room trying to figure out what y'all doing back there to my
- 19:25baby? What is how is she doing? Can somebody come tell me?
- 19:26Can I just look through a window? So it was a six hour surgery.
- 19:32They kept her in the hospital for a week. She came home with
- 19:36drainage tubes and her belly and in her her ladder and she kept those for
- 19:45a week, and she also had staples that she kept for two weeks.
- 19:51So the way that they did the surgery is they ended up opening her as
- 19:53if she had a Sirian she has a bikini cut. They were going to
- 19:59do it the vertical way just because he said he needed more space to go
- 20:06in or you know, do what he needed to do. But they came
- 20:10out of surgery and said, we were able to do a bikini cut because
- 20:11by the time we put her on the table, she was so tiny that
- 20:15I can get in there and do what I needed to do. So yeah,
- 20:18it was like a bikini cut. But the main reason for the surgery
- 20:22was because she was having a lot of bladder leakage, getting a lot of
- 20:26uties just because her bladder was so small and it was holding on in so
- 20:30much bacteria that kept reflecting into her kid knees and she kept she had about
- 20:37three or four runs with sepsis and so final minutes actor said okay, so
- 20:41it's time. So yep, miss for like three years, so we finally
- 20:48said yes, missus Dunn, you said that you don't have a shunt.
- 20:56How how how did they go past not having to give you one? Or
- 21:06do you know? I really don't know, but I well, let me
- 21:11just explain. Because by my parents believing in God, they prayed about the
- 21:19situituation, you know, and that what they was telling my parents was I
- 21:29needed this shunt or else I was going to die in three days, because
- 21:33they gave me three days to live, okay, but they was explaining to
- 21:41them that, you know, as I grow, they're gonna have to you
- 21:45know, keep placing a shunt in, you know, and they was telling
- 21:49them about the side effects and all of that different kind of stuff. And
- 21:55my my mom just simply asked, God, you know, either hillo from
- 22:02that or take a home with with you, because I guess she just didn't
- 22:07want to see me suffer. And that's a lot on a child to keep,
- 22:15you know, going in and you know, placing shunts in their head
- 22:22as they grow. So, you know, my my parents just believed in
- 22:26God. They didn't want that to happen. And so my parents took me
- 22:34to church and they prayed over me, and there was no sign of hydrocephalis
- 22:41that even though they still say I do have like water in the brain,
- 22:47but it's not where it affects me where I would need an emergency surgery.
- 22:55It's like it's no build up, it's a little just a little. So
- 23:00and you said, okay, and Shanny, you said that Maddie also has
- 23:07a shunt. She has a VP shunt and she's had her since she was
- 23:11a week old. Okay, Yeah, I've had mine since since birth and
- 23:19I've never had to have a revision that I'm aware of. So and yeah,
- 23:27we've had some scares, but every time we get there and they do
- 23:32like a thorough check, it's like, okay, it's not this, She's
- 23:34fine here. So she's never had a revision. There was a point where
- 23:40they did think that it was time to remove it because they didn't show much
- 23:44usage. But I actually had her nerve surgeon that said, I wouldn't advise
- 23:48that she's you know, she told me she removed you know, a shunt
- 23:53and it just didn't go well for that particular kid. So she just said,
- 23:57if it's not bothering her, just leave it alone. And she she
- 24:02never had any issues with it. So I don't. I don't fully know
- 24:06if she's using it now. They do check it every year, but she
- 24:10hasn't. She hasn't had to have a revision. Okay, Diddy, there's
- 24:15a question I see that. I call on you because I know you have
- 24:22a brother that yes, so you may be able to. I mean,
- 24:29I don't know if it's prevalent in either or sex. But for my my
- 24:33background, because my family is from Haiti, and I think that it was
- 24:38a genetic thing for us because my parents had had me first, then they
- 24:45have my other brother who doesn't have anything wrong with him, and then they
- 24:49have another brother who has the same exact spine bit for that I have.
- 24:53So I think it's a genetic genetic thing. I really believe it's prevalent in
- 24:57Haiti, but I I don't know in other cultures if how prevalent it is
- 25:02for men or women. But I mean, being on social media, you
- 25:07see both. You see both men and women, you know, so it's
- 25:11not I don't think it's a high risk on any sex. To be honest
- 25:15with you, I don't believe. And I will say when I had my
- 25:19son, they wanted to have him tested for everything. But when I take
- 25:23her to her Spina Bit for the events, it's like equal across the board.
- 25:27There's just as many young is young girls, So that that's what I
- 25:32would believe. Yeah, okay, I think women just fact the events that
- 25:42you take her to, do you know that's everywhere or is that just spepecific
- 25:51for Texas. So the one that we are a part of it is called
- 25:56the Spining Bit of the Association of North Texas. I don't know if they
- 26:00have them anywhere else, but she's been a part of it, oh,
- 26:03since she was I think we went to the first event when she was one.
- 26:07They do Christmas parties, Easter egg hunts, they have a family camp
- 26:11that they do every November, but then they age out of the family camp
- 26:15and they go to the summer camp where it's just kids, counselors, doctors,
- 26:18and nurses. So they do a lot. They have a Spiny Bit
- 26:22to walk every year. So she's been doing all of that ever since she
- 26:26was too. Wow, that's awesome, that's really great. Yeah, So
- 26:33what I want to say to you now, Shannon, is there anything that
- 26:40you don't know about spina bit for the that either either of us could say
- 26:47to you that you know would help you along along the way with her.
- 26:53I'm sure there's a lot that I know. I think. Hm. My
- 27:06biggest don't know moments with her is how do you feel about it right?
- 27:11Even with school? Like how do you feel going to school? You know,
- 27:15do you feel different? Because Madison is pretty quiet and she will she
- 27:22to you every everything's okay, mama, you're doing everything right, and it's
- 27:26okay. I'm fine, I'm great, I'm happy, and that that could
- 27:30they could honestly be the case. But yeah, so I don't know how
- 27:34to break through to her to say open up. But I don't know.
- 27:41Maybe it'll come and do time. But Spina beff Spina Biffita specifically. Yeah,
- 27:47I'm a researcher and that just comes from being in school and then I'm
- 27:51you know, I teach at the school, so I research a lot a
- 27:55lot of stuff, and then I talked to a lot of people, you
- 27:59know, like you guys, and y'all know. I don't mind asking questions,
- 28:03but I can't think of anything. It's moment. A lot of my
- 28:07questions arise when something with her is different, right, and I'm like,
- 28:11we never had this symptom with this, Yeah, I know I'm text d
- 28:17D before and I'm like, the doctor said this, have you heard of
- 28:19this? You know, things like that. So a lot of minds come
- 28:22from when they present something to me that I've never heard. But I'm also
- 28:27a part of like a like the Spina Bitch from North Texas group here,
- 28:32they have a mom's group on Facebook and so moms will like just throw out
- 28:36questions or say I went to the doctor and you know they told me this,
- 28:40and so I learned a lot of stuff that that group too. So
- 28:42I honestly can't think of anything at its moment outside of how do I make
- 28:48sure my baby is okay? So as a mom, I will say just
- 28:57keeping the lines of communication open, being available when she needs you, being
- 29:07able to listen, not to answer to just be a listening ear. Yeah.
- 29:18Yeah, yeah, definitely. School for me was hard. Like if
- 29:22I could have been a third grade dropout, I would have been done.
- 29:26Yeah, And like you know, it's he is a cruel and these kids,
- 29:33you know, they're they're different, and you know it's it's not fair
- 29:40to go to school too, try to get an education, and you have
- 29:47to worry about if you're gonna have an accident or if somebody's gonna pick on
- 29:52you and see for me, I walk funny, so they so they tell
- 29:56me I don't so know. I've always had people like walking behind me,
- 30:04copying the way that I walk, and you know, you can't see that
- 30:08something's wrong because it's you, you know. So I'm like, I couldn't
- 30:15understand, for the love of God, why I had to get picked on
- 30:18so much. And I think that's yeah, I applied. I think that
- 30:26the mother that you are, thank you man. And I think that's one
- 30:33of my biggest things too. Is Maddie, Like if I don't tell somebody,
- 30:37she they don't know, right, and we're grateful for that, but
- 30:47I think sometimes it puts her like in a great area, right, she
- 30:49always becomes that outlier, so she looks just like you, but she struggles
- 30:56with these things, and so I'm hard on her in regards to her independence
- 31:03because I'm like, you know, you know the things that you need to
- 31:08do, and other kids they don't know and they don't care. So you
- 31:14know, you need to go to the bathroom and take care of your business.
- 31:17Go to the bathroom and take care of your friends business. Your friend's
- 31:19still gonna be sitting at the cafeteria table right when you get right right now.
- 31:25She's had gratefully. Maddie has had friends in fifth, sixth, and
- 31:29seventh grade who will whisper to her, I think you had an accident,
- 31:34and she'll go to the bathroom and take care of business. But that's not
- 31:37always the case. She's been to a birthday party and they in the bounce
- 31:41house and somebody's like, ooh, what's that. It's sinks in here,
- 31:45and she's had an accident, but they don't understand, and you know it
- 31:49doesn't bother her. But I'm like, stay on top of it because you
- 31:55know, I don't want you to be in that position. So I'm gonna
- 32:00support Maddie, and I'm gonna say, listen, I fully understand it,
- 32:05because you want to be as normal as possible. So I get Madison,
- 32:08I fully understand that you like, I don't want to be time to go
- 32:13to bath. You know, it's a struggle at at our young age.
- 32:15We know we're supposed to do it, but we want to be normal,
- 32:20you know, So it's kind of hard to like. But I mean,
- 32:22I understand you telling her, and she gets it. But she's like,
- 32:27why can't be normal type scenario? You know what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 32:29with you just stealing at her and talking to her, that helps her because
- 32:35for me, I always carry on like I'm good when in actuality I wasn't.
- 32:42Yes, So it's good that you're keeping that communication because nobody would have
- 32:45been able to tell for me, Madison is quiet. I was not quiet,
- 32:49you know what I'm saying. So everybody thought I was good when the
- 32:52actualety I wasn't. So I get what Madison is same way. She don't
- 32:57want I don't want to have to keep going with my friend. But yeah,
- 33:01she gets old that she's gonna realize I gotta do this and she's gonna
- 33:05set herself up. But I understand it. I get it. Yeah,
- 33:08I get it. At that young age, you just want to be like
- 33:10everybody else. Yeah, that's hard a kid. And yeah, bah that
- 33:21we started this thing a couple months back, just because I know she's not
- 33:25a talker in regards to stuff like that. And so I said, okay,
- 33:30so on a sheet of paper, write down everything you want to say
- 33:32to me, and you can give it to me and say, Mama,
- 33:36don't read this till you get to work or read this when I go to
- 33:37school, and I'm like, you know, it can be you know,
- 33:42the way that you said this to me made me feel like this, right,
- 33:45whatever you don't feel like you can verbally say to me, write it
- 33:49to me. So I think the very first letter had me interiors at work,
- 33:54but it was helpful, right. So we try to way to where
- 34:00you know, we can communicate. And I've noticed over the past few months
- 34:06like she started to verbally open up about some things that she wouldn't have last
- 34:12year. So I think we're getting somewhere. As long as you keep that
- 34:15line of communication open, she knows she can come to mommy, and that's
- 34:20ass and that's a blessing in itself. I'm not saying I didn't have that,
- 34:23but I, you know, didn't want to put that weight on my
- 34:27mom, you know what I'm saying, because she was already taken care of
- 34:30me and all the other stuff, So I didn't want to put that weight
- 34:34on her. But for you to have that communication on her is a blessing.
- 34:37I'm telling y'all both my sheroes both of y'all. Thank you. Absolutely,
- 34:43that's my girl. It's a blessing to have parents. It's a blessing
- 34:50to have parents that is very supportive family as well, you know, because
- 34:55I have a great support of family and honestly them the people that I trust,
- 35:05you know, especially when when you're dealing with bladder issues in my case
- 35:15I've had, I've been teased all my life, but it still goes on.
- 35:22And I'm adult, you know, people is just crueling and ignorant and
- 35:29that kind of makes me not one. It kind of makes me not want
- 35:34to date. You get what I'm saying because of that situation. I'm like,
- 35:40I'm cool. Let let Jesus Christ be you know. That's the type
- 35:46of attitude that I had on because I mean, you show me your attitude,
- 35:52I'm gonna show you man, I'm gonna trust God, you know.
- 35:58And so I'm still dealing with it. Yes, it's difficult to explain.
- 36:02It's difficult to have to explained because when you see me, you don't know
- 36:07the inner of me. So yes, right approach that situation of explaining,
- 36:12well, I have this I deal with, and I have this I deal
- 36:14with. That's a little that's that's a little hard to kind of do.
- 36:19Yeah, it is. Yeah, I get it. It is so with
- 36:25me. I I I deal with abandonment issues because I was adopted in things
- 36:31of that nature. So now when I meet new people, I lead with
- 36:39with everything. I have spina benefita, I have hydrocephalis, I had an
- 36:45ulcer on my gun and I had to have all my teeth removed. I
- 36:51mean, the only way you're going to get to know the real need is
- 36:54for me to be able to. I mean, here's the thing. If
- 36:59they're gonna run, they're gonna run, they're gonna say, they're definitely gonna
- 37:04stay, and nothing that goes on with you will make them run. So
- 37:08you know, I don't. I don't hide nothing from nobody no more because
- 37:12I mean I just don't anymore either. But I think what Billy come out,
- 37:20what really made me come out of my shell mm hmm is when I
- 37:28started this my YouTube channel. And uh so when I started, you know,
- 37:40talking about spina biffea and things like that. Now I'm very blunt,
- 37:45like, Okay, I have this problem because of spina biffea. And then
- 37:51I find ways to help others that is going through like leakage. You know,
- 37:55sometimes we can't find the hygiene products in the regular stories. We can't
- 38:00use that because it'll knock off our pH balance. So what can we find
- 38:07to help our pH balance in our hygiene? You know? So, I,
- 38:15you know, review different products, and now I found something that would
- 38:17that really helps me, you know so, And and then I show them
- 38:23what's in my bag? What do I carry in my bag? I know,
- 38:28right I may have to share that. I can share it right now.
- 38:39I can share it right now. Are you I use loon me Louy
- 38:45has helped me a lot. Oh wow. And it actually lasts for seventy
- 38:52two hours, even though I still take my showers. I'm not gonna test
- 38:55it, but from what I from what I've I've experienced with Louie. Wow,
- 39:06it's like twelve hours after I took my shower. I still smell good.
- 39:12Even when I start, you know, stelf capitalizing myself, I still
- 39:17smell good. Listen, say to pull it up. You know what I'm
- 39:22saying. Yeah, yes, you can use a lot of over the counter
- 39:34stuff because it irritates her or bacteria. So that's something I'm struggling with.
- 39:43Yeah, I'm trying. It worked, no problem because you know, I
- 39:49wear pull ups, you know, and when it gets hot outside and you
- 39:53know it's all sweaty and stuff, you can smell it. But lou Me
- 40:00has blocked that like it blocks the older. It doesn't hide the older,
- 40:04it actually blocks the older. And the person that evented evented that it is
- 40:10actually uh ob gang. So I was happy about that. I'm questioning that
- 40:23I thought about it. I'm in closing. I was gonna tell miss Done
- 40:35if you can. I know that you crocheted. Do you sell your work?
- 40:40Oh? Yeah, I sure do? Yes? How can people find
- 40:47you? How can people find you? I show my work on YouTube.
- 40:54I also have a TikTok that's I slay spinding it for that as well,
- 41:01and Facebook and also Instagram. I'm blessed seventy eight eight, so that's how.
- 41:15And you know I also tell it. Post your link, post my
- 41:23link in a chat. I don't know if I can do. Let me
- 41:30see if not. Right now, when we get yeah off, you can
- 41:36go back and do the comments. Yeah, and I'll tag you so that
- 41:43you're able to okay that. But yeah, I'll do that. And how
- 41:45can we not a problem? How can you? How can we help Maddie?
- 41:54What can we do to support Maddie. I don't know, man,
- 42:00what what? What? What? What can they do to support you?
- 42:08Can they like answer questions that you're not comfortable asking me? They were her
- 42:21regardless. Yeah, yeah, I would just say keep sharing because a lot
- 42:29of stuff, like I said, I learned through through platforms like this,
- 42:34because because she's young, so a lot of stuff I don't know yet,
- 42:37and it's it's good to know, you know what adultthood may be like for
- 42:40her. So keep sharing, keep answering all my questions. Even we got
- 42:45on on to know, I got you. We got you, regardless of
- 42:51whatever you want to know we got We don't have this type of system when
- 42:57we were growing up, so to have somebody else to give no, we

- 43:13it. Does not even matter, that's right. We absolutely adore you.
- 43:21And I intended to wear my my Maddy T shirt, but the weather here
- 43:27is delusion. But she grew out of her camp. If you sell more
