- 3:59Speaker 1: Um, I got a subscriber today to shout out and I just dropped another exclusive content for my subscribers.

- 4:14Speaker 1: I like creating content, I like telling stories, I like bringing awareness to shit.
- 4:19Speaker 1: So I'm going to keep the content coming.
- 4:22Speaker 1: But what I dropped yesterday was just a who is Jaguar Wright, giving people kind of more details about who the fuck she actually really is, her music, her talent.
- 4:33Speaker 1: You know I went into some of the controversies, of course, but I told a lot of musical, a lot of her career that people don't know about because she actually had a career.
- 4:42Speaker 1: A lot of people don't know that.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So, if you subscribe, check out my who is jaguar, right, which is part of the series surviving clive and diddy.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Uh, clive and diddy, um and uh, check that out.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So we're gonna get into this.
- 4:55Speaker 1: But I just want to make sure I got everything out the way.
- 4:56Speaker 1: I didn't want to fuck up like I did yesterday and do the whole show and not tell y'all that I am on YouTube live Every day.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I start at about 7, probably 7 o'clock Eastern.
- 5:08Speaker 1: You know that's early as fuck.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So I actually like doing it that early because I don't mind if a lot of people ain't with me while I'm doing it, but I also don't mind if y'all come.
- 5:18Speaker 1: So you know I'm an early bird.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So we're going to get into this.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Diddy got a new strategy and this nigga going to try every strategy he can think of until until the fuck to the trial time, and I guess you can't blame him when you're fighting for your, your, your freedom, shit, what can, what else can you do?
- 5:50Speaker 1: So let's get into this shit.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Let's see.
- 5:51Speaker 1: We're gonna go with the uh diddy first.
- 5:53Speaker 1: So y'all know it's a trafficking case with uh, some um the uh some brothers that got a similar case to diddy.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all saw it, but there definitely is a case with some brothers.
- 6:10Speaker 1: There's real estate, there's some trafficking, but long story short, they just got a ruling.
- 6:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna get into it, but Diddy is trying to use their ruling to switch up and figure out a way that he can get out of his jam that he's in, and I thought it was interesting, but it just broke this morning or late last night.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Let's get into it.
- 6:31Speaker 1: So good morning, good afternoon, wherever, whatever time you listen to this or watch this, because it will also be available.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Let me say that too, it's also available on my youtube channel period, so if you don't catch me at the crack of dawn with the roosters, you can catch me any time of the day.
- 6:49Speaker 1: It uh, it will be posted.
- 6:51Speaker 1: The episode will be posted on my youtube channel.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Tell your friends, because some people don't have apple and spotify.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Let them know they can tune in now.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Monday through Friday.
- 7:02Speaker 1: So good morning, good afternoon, whatever, wherever you at, welcome to the Flow Show no Filter, where we are always unpacking some shit that we might not have no business unpacking because they don't want the truth out.
- 7:19Speaker 1: But fuck, it is our motto.
- 7:21Speaker 1: That's a long motto, ain't it?
- 7:22Speaker 1: But it's our motto.
- 7:24Speaker 1: So now we areing this diddy combs and the alexander brothers, and how legal loopholes are shaping the outcomes of high-profile sexual assault cases.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Now, this is a story of power abuse and how the justice system is being used some say manipulated in ways that you won't fucking believe.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Now, if it's early in the morning, grab you some motherfucking coffee.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I don't care if it's from starbucks, I don't care if you made that shit from scratch, but you need to drink something because we about to dive in.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Because we about to dive in, so let's kick it off.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Let me give you some context.
- 8:11Speaker 1: We know Diddy is facing multiple sexual assault charge allegations spanning decades.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Uh, we're talking about cases that go back as far as 2003.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Most most recent lawsuit involves Crystalckinney, a model who says diddy drugged and assaulted her in the new york city studio.
- 8:30Speaker 1: We've heard it before, but here is where it gets interesting, guys.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Diddy's legal team is now referencing an entirely different case, and that case is the Alexander Brothers trafficking scandal.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Now, if you heard about that, these are the Alexander Brothers who did some real estate and did some bullshit on some females, some drugging, all kind of Mohawk Diddy shit.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So Diddy going to use their case to get off of his case.
- 9:11Speaker 1: So let's, let's go further.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Now.
- 9:15Speaker 1: The Alexander brothers are Oren Allen and Tal.
- 9:18Speaker 1: They were once high flying real estate moguls in Miami.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Y'all know the type Yachts, liquor Penthouses, promises of luxury and fame.
- 9:36Speaker 1: But behind all that glamour, these guys allegedly ran a trafficking operation for over a fucking decade.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Victims claim they were lured in, drugged with substances like GHB and psychedelics and assaulted.
- 10:01Speaker 1: And so far, over 30 women have come forward 30 women.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Now here's the fucking twist.
- 10:16Speaker 1: You know it's always a twist.
- 10:19Speaker 1: A civil lawsuit against them was recently dismissed.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Not because the allegations weren't credible no, no, no, no, no weren't credible, no, no, no.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Because of the timing.
- 10:32Speaker 1: The timing of this shit is what got them some leeway.
- 10:36Speaker 1: So judge lewis caplan ruled that the lawsuit was time barred due to conflicting laws about how long survivors have to file claims.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You hear that.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And this procedure ruling this is what Diddy's team is now banking on.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Let me let me break that down a little bit, make that a little bit more clear for you.
- 11:09Speaker 1: So, basically, the alexander brothers had the same exact accusations as diddy um drugging, trafficking, the whole nine yards but the alexander brothers were just able to get a lawsuit dropped because of a time technicality what is it the time of they have to file it?
- 11:42Speaker 1: The victims Well, they used the technicality to say they didn't file it.
- 11:45Speaker 1: The victims well, they use the technicality to say that they didn't file it within the right time.
- 11:49Speaker 1: And we're gonna go into that.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Now diddy's lawyers are pointing to judge caplan's decision to argue that crystal mckinney's case should also be dismissed.
- 11:59Speaker 1: You see where we're going with this now.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Mckinney filed her lawsuit under the new york city gender motivated violence act, but, like the alexander case, the adult survivor act imposes stricter time limits.
- 12:18Speaker 1: If mckinney missed the one-year window provided by SAA, her case could be thrown out as well, which means Diddy is a half a step closer to getting another case dismissed.
- 12:39Speaker 1: So let's talk about Crystal McKinney and her allegations.
- 12:43Speaker 1: She says back in 2003, diddy laced a marijuana joint with an unknown substance, pressured her to drink and use drugs.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Then the diddler allegedly assaulted her in the bathroom.
- 13:07Speaker 1: She's been open about this incident.
- 13:11Speaker 1: She says it derailed her whole life.
- 13:13Speaker 1: It totally screwed her modeling career, her mental health and everything.
- 13:21Speaker 1: These are all her claims.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Now her lawyer, michelle Keola, says McKinney filed this lawsuit because she felt a moral obligation after hearing about similar allegations against Diddy.
- 13:37Speaker 1: But filing this type of lawsuit comes with risks emotional, financial and legal legal, of course.
- 13:48Speaker 1: So now this isn't just about crystal mckinney or the alexander brothers in particular.
- 13:56Speaker 1: It opens a broader conversation, a conversation that shows us that we need to have Pay closer attention to survivor justice and how the legal system can work against people trying to come forward.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Now, procedural dismisses are a big deal, so think about it.
- 14:25Speaker 1: A case can be thrown out on a technicality, even if the allegations are true.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And when you're up against someone like Diddy, who has money, power and influence, those legal loopholes become even more powerful.
- 14:47Speaker 1: So even more powerful.
- 15:00Speaker 1: So this case also raises questions about that power.
- 15:02Speaker 1: The alexander brothers used their status in real estate to lure victims.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Okay, right, diddy accused of using his influence in music and industry to coerce and silence people.
- 15:16Speaker 1: These cases follow a pattern we've seen before people empower manipulating systems to avoid accountability.
- 15:29Speaker 1: But there's another side to this.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Y'all Diddy's team says they're just following the law.
- 15:35Speaker 1: If the law says these cases are time barred, they feel that's fair.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Now it's a tough debate, honestly, and it's why cases like this are so important for us to cover, watch and pay fucking attention to Because they set precedents for cases to come.
- 16:02Speaker 1: So when you are pissed off about what happened in a case, a lot of times you can point to cases before that of why said case went awry.
- 16:17Speaker 1: So you got to watch these cases now because they will affect cases later and we're going to be pissed.
- 16:25Speaker 1: So where does this leave us?
- 16:28Speaker 1: Well, for Diddy, this is do or die.
- 16:30Speaker 1: If he successfully gets these cases dismissed, it could set a precedent for other powerful figures facing similar allegations.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Now, for Crystal McKinney and the dozens and hundreds of others that are accused in Diddy, it's about more than just one lawsuit and the dozens and hundreds of others that are accusing Diddy, it's about more than just one lawsuit.
- 16:54Speaker 1: It's about being heard and holding the diddler accountable.
- 17:06Speaker 1: And just think about it.
- 17:07Speaker 1: This gives us a chance to critically think about how our legal system handles these fucking cases, and we're doing enough to support Are we doing enough to support the victims and the survivors, or are we just letting the powerful people off the hook with procedural loopholes?
- 17:26Speaker 1: So we're going to be watching this closely.
- 17:32Speaker 1: If Diddy is able To Get this case dismissed Because of a time bar, Then that could affect a lot of the other cases he could use the same loophole.
- 17:50Speaker 1: So the ruling that the Alexander brothers just got it's a big ruling for not only just Diddy but a lot of these cases, and so we need to watch out, pay close attention and don't take anything for granted.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Y'all don't be surprised if some shit come in the game.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I'm telling you now because when you got money and power, they gonna throw everything against the wall until it sticks.
- 18:29Speaker 1: But we're going to be right there.
- 18:33Speaker 1: We're going to get into Jay-Z.
- 18:36Speaker 1: It's a whistleblower that is telling all kind of shit about Jay-Z and R Kelly.
- 18:44Speaker 1: His name is Ronnie Bo.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I guess that's his name.
- 18:48Speaker 1: I don't know if that's his alias.
- 18:50Speaker 1: He going by because he don't want to get killed.
- 18:52Speaker 1: But uh, ronnie Bo whatever his name is has said a lot of shit and on top of that Tony Busby has came in.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Jay-z got a lot of heat on his ass right now y'all like seriously, and, if you haven't noticed, jay-z has been much quieter lately.
- 19:11Speaker 1: So we're gonna get into that.
- 19:13Speaker 1: But I gotta get into all this shit.
- 19:16Speaker 1: My ronnie bow said he talked about jay-z and r kelly's dealings.
- 19:20Speaker 1: He talked about shit that went on on the tour.
- 19:23Speaker 1: He talked about jay-z being with underage girls, just like r kelly damn near with r kelly.
- 19:30Speaker 1: So we're gonna get into that.
- 19:33Speaker 1: But before I get into that, I want to thank my subscriber of the day.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Subscriber of the day is sarah bennett.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Sarah bennett, thank you for your donation.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Uh, thank you for your subscription to the flow show no filter.
- 19:53Speaker 1: It helps, keeps the lights on and we totally, totally, totally thank you and appreciate you and hope you are enjoying the content.
- 20:02Speaker 1: So everybody give it up for Sarah Bennett.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Let me give you some real claps, claps, claps, claps.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Sarah, sarah, sarah appreciate you.
- 20:12Speaker 1: You are one of the reasons why this show continues and we appreciate you here at the Flow Show no Filter.
- 20:18Speaker 1: And when I say we, I mean me.
- 20:20Speaker 1: It's a one-man band.
- 20:23Speaker 1: I record it, edit it, market it come up with the show.
- 20:31Speaker 1: I'm a one man band.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I just do it all and I appreciate y'all.
- 20:35Speaker 1: It's hard work but I love doing it.
- 20:37Speaker 1: And, like they always say, it's hard work but somebody got to do it, so I'm going to continue to do it.
- 20:43Speaker 1: So let's get into some of this craziness that ronnie bow said and then we'll get into tony busby's um.
- 20:51Speaker 1: He replied to jay-z.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Y'all know jay-z had that has that case with the 13 year old as he's wrapped up in with the diddler, and jay-z made a motion for it to be dismissed and he kind of chewed up this, the, uh, the, the alleged victim and put all kind of chewed up the alleged victim and put all kind of holes in her story.
- 21:13Speaker 1: But now all of that shit is backfiring and for a second people was going with that.
- 21:18Speaker 1: People was like damn Jay-Z, shutting this shit down, shit.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Even I came out and was like damn Jay-Z.
- 21:24Speaker 1: He came out hard.
- 21:26Speaker 1: I had to give him credit.
- 21:27Speaker 1: He made the story look crazy.
- 21:29Speaker 1: But all that shit might have just backfired and we're gonna get into that.
- 21:38Speaker 1: So let's, let's get into this, uh, the jay-z drama and all this shit that just got exposed by this.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I might just call him ronnie bow, because I don't know if he don't really want his name out there or something, I don't know, but I believe that's what he's going by.
- 21:53Speaker 1: He was already shot at, uh, if you remember, yesterday I talked about it and he said the fbi told him tatai was involved, tatai's, jay-z's right hand man, blah, blah, blah.
- 22:04Speaker 1: It's a lot going on y'all, but anyway, let's get into this.
- 22:09Speaker 1: So he talked about a lot, so let's let's get into one of the things he talked about.
- 22:14Speaker 1: He talked about the alleged son of jay-z um rymere, the one that jay-z hasn't won't take the test for.
- 22:24Speaker 1: And it's been a mess.
- 22:26Speaker 1: And right mirror's mom was reportedly underage at the time, which is the reason why a lot of people feel like jay-z is playing uh, uh, keep away, he.
- 22:40Speaker 1: He dodging jay-z, dodging a paternity test, like dodgeball, like he won't take the test.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Ramir has been fighting for paternity for years.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Jay-z won't comply.
- 22:53Speaker 1: But to make things even murkier, ramir's mother died under mysterious circumstances after going public with the claim that jay-z was the father.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Now this is where we start getting into some of the darkness, and this is, let's not forget that Jay-Z's history, with Rumors and ties to young artists like foxy brown um whispers.
- 23:33Speaker 1: There's a lot of shit going on, y'all, which is why I talk about as much as I can on here, but if you go to my patreon I can say more.
- 23:43Speaker 1: It's literally no filter at all.
- 23:47Speaker 1: So but let's get into this right here.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Right the fuck now.
- 23:51Speaker 1: So let's shift gears to r kelly.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Now, we all know r kelly is a controversial figure, but there's more to this story than meets the motherfucking eye.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Now, while in jail, r kelly allegedly told his fellow inmates that he's being punished by the industry for refusing to comply with certain rules.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Now, this is the alleged witness, ronnie Bo, or whatever you want to call it.
- 24:21Speaker 1: So he was.
- 24:22Speaker 1: He served time with R Kelly.
- 24:24Speaker 1: So these are conversations that he claimed he had with Kells.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Now, while in jail, r Kelly allegedly told a few inmates that he's being punished by the industry for refusing to comply.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Now, what rules did he not comply with?
- 24:44Speaker 1: Well, let's get into that.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Now to r kelly.
- 24:53Speaker 1: The music industry operates like a secret society, with contracts signed in blood and sacrifices in order for you to be successful.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Now, r kelly even spilling the beans, according to this witness, that this is brand new info y'all.
- 25:12Speaker 1: This is not some old shit.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Re and re-dug this.
- 25:14Speaker 1: This witness is going around doing interviews on all the top youtube blogs right now.
- 25:22Speaker 1: So he even compared this situation to the biblical sacrifices, saying that if I had continued to do what they wanted, he would have never been in prison.
- 25:34Speaker 1: This is R Kelly telling the inmate.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Now, whether you believe him or not, it's clear he thinks his downfall was orchestrated because he wouldn't play along with the elites and powers that be.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Because he wouldn't play along with the elites and powers that be.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Now, does this not bring up a broader topic the alleged dark practices of the entertainment industry?
- 26:00Speaker 1: Y'all remember Cat Williams brought this shit out.
- 26:03Speaker 1: He was one of the first people.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Even before he said it, I was telling peopleiktok that the downfall of hollywood was coming, and my day ones, they will tell you.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I said it 2023, like the end of 2023.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Kat williams said it.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Kanye west says shit.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Many celebrities have hinted at the same thing sacrifices, secret rituals and a system designed to control its stars.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Now kat williams famously called out these practices in an interview, claiming he has he was blacklisted from refute but for refusing to conform.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Now, similarly, r ke Kelly and others suggest that the industry demands allegiance To certain agendas and y'all know those agendas, I don't have to list.
- 26:57Speaker 1: They got to do with your sexuality, violence and more Now.
- 27:07Speaker 1: This is, and more Now.
- 27:11Speaker 1: This is the point where if you step out of line, if you are Kelly, and you step out of line from these agendas, it can cost you fucking everything your freedom, your money, your brand.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Now, whether it's true, true or just a conspiracy theory, it's fascinating to think about.
- 27:34Speaker 1: It's fascinating to think about the level of control that these quote-unquote gatekeepers have.
- 27:42Speaker 1: And it's all getting spilt the fuck out now.
- 27:45Speaker 1: And I'm happy about it because we've been everybody been knowing about this shit for years.
- 27:51Speaker 1: People would talk about it, but it never really got legs.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Now, 2024 to 2025, people not going for that shit, no more.
- 28:01Speaker 1: And so we can't talk about the music industry's alleged dark side without mentioning your boy, diddy, and his connection to Jay-Z.
- 28:15Speaker 1: This is all coming from this interview by Ronnie Bowe.
- 28:22Speaker 1: The two have long been rumored to share more than just business relationship.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Some claim they are part of that same secret society brotherhood, and their rise to power wasn't by chance.
- 28:36Speaker 1: It was from these relationships.
- 28:39Speaker 1: So take, for example, diddy's infamous freak off parties.
- 28:45Speaker 1: People who attended said the vibe was strange.
- 28:49Speaker 1: They said it was weird.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Then they said those who didn't comply with the expectations Were immediately blacklisted.
- 29:01Speaker 1: One guest even shared how leaving a Diddy party early resulted in their career taking a nosedive because they left a Diddy party early.
- 29:17Speaker 1: This is the type of shit that people been dealing with that nobody believed.
- 29:21Speaker 1: So let me break that down to you.
- 29:25Speaker 1: You're artists, you're coming up and you up and coming in the game happy, you're getting signed, you're getting your name, people starting to know your name.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Then you go to a ditty party and you feel like, oh, this is uncomfortable and people got people is doing freaky shit.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Uh, let me get out of here.
- 29:43Speaker 1: So you leave and now your career is over.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Now you're getting blackballed because you didn't want to partake in freaky shit.
- 29:56Speaker 1: And this is how the industry is.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I've been there.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I know If you don't want to do that freaky shit, they don't trust you.
- 30:05Speaker 1: So you just got to say fuck y'all.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I don't have no problem saying fuck y'all, I ain't doing nothing strange for no change, with no freaky ass industry motherfuckers for nothing.
- 30:20Speaker 1: But everybody ain't like that.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Some people so thirsty to be somebody that when they go to that ditty party they gonna know like okay, if I don't do this, I ain't gonna be a star.
- 30:32Speaker 1: So guess what they do.
- 30:34Speaker 1: It can't be me though, so let's continue.
- 30:40Speaker 1: And then, okay, let's talk about the alleged feud between jay-z and r kelly, because, if y'all don't know, jay-z and r kelly been going at it for years.
- 30:50Speaker 1: At first they were cool, they went on tour together, all kind of shit, but nah, that shit ended.
- 30:56Speaker 1: So let's talk about A lot of shit people didn't realize.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Jay-z, this witness, went into.
- 31:04Speaker 1: I mean, this person, ronnie Bo, went into detail and a lot of stuff we knew.
- 31:08Speaker 1: But it's getting co-signed now.
- 31:10Speaker 1: It's getting confirmed now.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Did y'all know that when Jay-Z and R Kelly were on tour, jay-z allegedly went to crazy lengths to sabotage R Kelly during their joint tour?
- 31:26Speaker 1: One time Jay-Z even went as far as to have R Kelly pepper sprayed at Madison Square Garden.
- 31:37Speaker 1: I remember that shit.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I remember that shit, jay-z.
- 31:44Speaker 1: They had a tour and it was called the Best of Both Worlds Tour.
- 31:48Speaker 1: It was Jay-Z and R Kelly, and at first, when the tour first started, everything was fine.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Somehow some jealousy between who came out first or who ended the show.
- 32:02Speaker 1: It got crazy.
- 32:03Speaker 1: So then they start battling with each other, and I remember R Kelly getting pepper sprayed in New York and nobody knew what the hell, why, what, when, where you know what the fuck.
- 32:18Speaker 1: So, when you think about all this shit, where the fuck does this leave us?
- 32:24Speaker 1: Because we just getting all this information.
- 32:26Speaker 1: We don't know what the fuck to believe, but we know this shit is wild and we trying to make sure niggas are held accountable.
- 32:32Speaker 1: So, whether these stories are true or not, which I can confirm a few of them, the ones I know about, I'll confirm.
- 32:41Speaker 1: The ones I don't know, I tell you I ain't, I don't know about that shit, but they do shed light.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Whether they're true or not, these stories shed light on a system that seems designed to exploit and control its superstars.
- 32:56Speaker 1: As fans and consumers, we have a role to play now.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Do we keep supporting these powerful figures, whether questioning their actions or not, or do we demand transparency and accountability?
- 33:13Speaker 1: And let's not forget about the survivors, like people like ryan mere, who just want to know who their fucking father is.
- 33:18Speaker 1: I don't know if jay-z the father, but I know he won't take the test.
- 33:21Speaker 1: I know they got the same nose and ears.
- 33:24Speaker 1: I know the mother was under age, which would give jay-z motive to not want to be proven to be the father.
- 33:32Speaker 1: I know all that, but I can't say jay-z is the father because he won't take the test.
- 33:38Speaker 1: But I can't say Jay-Z is the father because he won't take the test and Rymere just wants the truth.
- 33:42Speaker 1: He's been fighting for paternity.
- 33:44Speaker 1: He has even lost a mother during this process.
- 33:49Speaker 1: He has literally lost his mother while trying to find out who his real father is.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Jay-z, take the fucking test, man Damn.
- 34:03Speaker 1: It gets to a point where it's like, all right, man, just take the test.
- 34:05Speaker 1: So now that brings us to tony busby, the lawyer that is suing jay-z and diddy, representing all type of lawsuit.
- 34:16Speaker 1: And freaky, freaky, freaky, freaky, tony Busby handling all these freaky charges.
- 34:22Speaker 1: And he had been quiet for a while.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Jay-z had came out to get the 13 year old case with the 13 year old where they says him and Diddy raped her.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Well, he has.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Jay-z was trying to get that dismissed and Busby had went quiet.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Well, he's back speaking now, that dismissed and Busby had went quiet.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Well, he's back speaking now.
- 34:40Speaker 1: And this might, jay Z might, be cooked after this.
- 34:47Speaker 1: I'm telling you now, if you don't know, tony Busby is representing Diddy.
- 34:57Speaker 1: He's representing I mean not representing Diddy, sorry about that.
- 34:59Speaker 1: He's representing victims, alleged victims representing Diddy.
- 35:00Speaker 1: He's representing I mean not representing Diddy, sorry about that.
- 35:01Speaker 1: He's representing victims, alleged victims for Diddy against Diddy and Jay-Z.
- 35:09Speaker 1: So now let's get into the heart of that case.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Accused Jay-Z and Diddy Mohawk Diddy of sexually assaulting her in an incident that's supposed to have took place back in 2000.
- 35:31Speaker 1: This is some heavy shit job.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Tune in, lock in.
- 35:32Speaker 1: I need you to lock into this one Now, jane.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Jane Doe says she was 13 years old at the time and she was drugged and assaulted at an after party following MTV Music Awards.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Of course Jay-Z's team has denied it.
- 35:45Speaker 1: But here's the wild part Busby is accusing Jay-Z's team of using intimidation tactics, not just against Jane Doe doe but against his own law firm.
- 36:03Speaker 1: So busby says that people tied to jay-z have harassed his employees and clients and did anything and they can to derail the fucking case.
- 36:17Speaker 1: So let's talk strategy, because this case is like a high stakes game of legal chess.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Jay Z's team is trying to pick apart Jane Doe's story by pointing to inconsistencies in her account.
- 36:35Speaker 1: They've even brought up an NBC interview where she supposedly gave conflicting details.
- 36:42Speaker 1: But that ain't it y'all.
- 36:45Speaker 1: They came back strong.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Here's a key point that Tony Busby made.
- 36:53Speaker 1: To combat all that shit.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Tony Busby said when trauma happens, memory can be hazy.
- 37:01Speaker 1: He's leaning on the research of this shit and legal standards that allow for some discrepancies, especially in cases involving childhood abuse, childhood abuse.
- 37:15Speaker 1: So while Jay-Z's team is focused on these Childhood abuse.
- 37:20Speaker 1: So while Jay-Z's team is focused on these minor gaps, busby is keeping the spotlight on the bigger picture.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Now this is where it gets really interesting.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Busby team says they done their homework.
- 37:45Speaker 1: This is where it gets really interesting.
- 37:47Speaker 1: Busby team says they done their homework.
- 37:48Speaker 1: They've looked into the events of that night and they got evidence that they say backs up Jane Doe's story.
- 37:55Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, they have police and detectives that are backing up this young lady story.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Now, for example, they investigated the 2000 MTV Music Video Awards and Jay-Z's whereabouts that evening.
- 38:17Speaker 1: Jay-z's lawyers tried to use photos of him at an after party to discredit jane dole's claims.
- 38:24Speaker 1: But busby argues those photos don't cover the entire night.
- 38:29Speaker 1: Basically he's saying okay, jay-z was there at that time, but where was jay-z the rest of the evening?
- 38:37Speaker 1: And that's a valid question.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Now let me go back to that y'all.
- 38:43Speaker 1: So and this is this is what I thought when it first happened, jay-z and his attorney tried to use a picture at Jay-Z at a party as proof that Jay-Z was not at the other party.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Now when I saw that I'm like, oh up one picture from a 10 hour night or however long you were hanging out, one picture don't show what, that you were here and couldn't have been there.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Like I thought that was stupid from the beginning and that's why I say sometimes I feel like I'm an alien because it's like I'll be looking at stuff like this has to be common sense and don't nobody else be screaming about it.
- 39:26Speaker 1: So I'm like fuck it.
- 39:27Speaker 1: But then here go tony busby, bringing up the same point that I was kind of thinking at the time.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I mean, I don't have a dog in the fight.
- 39:35Speaker 1: I want I I speak up for victims, I bring awareness.
- 39:39Speaker 1: But if, if, a defendant isn't guilty, I mean I don't want nobody going down for nothing they didn't do.
- 39:46Speaker 1: But at the same time what Jay-Z was saying wasn't making no sense.
- 39:56Speaker 1: So they go on to the rest of the evening.
- 40:01Speaker 1: They got retired police and detectives co-signing this story.
- 40:08Speaker 1: Now this is where things get extra spicy.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Busby is accusing jay-z's team of crossing the line from defense into intimidation.
- 40:18Speaker 1: He says they've tried to discredit not just jane doe but him and his entire firm.
- 40:25Speaker 1: And busby, he ain't playing that shit, he going in.
- 40:32Speaker 1: He's called their attempts factually and legally meritless and plain english.
- 40:39Speaker 1: He's saying y'all have no case and y'all fucking know it.
- 40:43Speaker 1: He also accuses jay-z's camp of using scare tactics to avoid discovery.
- 40:51Speaker 1: For those who don't know, discovery is the phase where both sides share evidence.
- 40:58Speaker 1: And if Jay-Z's team is so eager to avoid it, you kind of got to wonder why.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Why is Jay-Z's team so desperately trying to avoid discovery?
- 41:15Speaker 1: I'll leave that up for you to decide.
- 41:21Speaker 1: But for Jane Doe, what is at stake?
- 41:24Speaker 1: Well, this case is about holding two of the biggest names in entertainment accountable.
- 41:30Speaker 1: For Jay Z, the stakes couldn't be higher.
- 41:33Speaker 1: If these allegations stick, it could damage his reputation and legacy forever.
- 41:39Speaker 1: And for Tony Busby, winning this case would be huge.
- 41:44Speaker 1: It could damage his reputation and legacy forever.
- 41:46Speaker 1: And for Tony Busby, winning this case would be huge and it also would be a huge statement about the standing of power and privilege in this fucking world.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Now, this case, it's going to be big as far as the outcome of this case y'all, and for a lot of different reasons.
- 42:12Speaker 1: If these men are held accountable, then that signals to the rest of the holly weird that you better get your shit together.
- 42:19Speaker 1: But to the rest of us, we just waiting for the results.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Now, public perception of Jay-Z Now he has a lot of fans, and so does Diddy.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Some people think this case is just a money grab.
- 42:40Speaker 1: Some think it's just an attack on their legacy, but others see it as a critical moment For survivors and for justice.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Now, on the other hand, everyone deserves a fair defense and, on one hand, survivors deserve to be heard and believed.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Now the dance we do in between those two is what we do every day.
- 43:07Speaker 1: When we, when we evaluate these cases, we want to be fair to the accused, but we also want to believe the accuser, because we don't want people to be scared to bring cases forward.
- 43:23Speaker 1: And so as we look into these cases, we will continue to get to the bottom of it.
- 43:38Speaker 1: We have many whistleblowers who have come and go, but the fact remains justice doesn't come overnight.
- 43:57Speaker 1: For example, a lot of people paying attention to that luigi case.
- 44:04Speaker 1: If you don't know about luigi case the luigi magione case it's the one where he uh, where they say a man gunned down a CEO of United Healthcare.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Right Now, when it first happened, the very first day or the very first moment, everybody's like what the hell happened?
- 44:27Speaker 1: How did a CEO of a billion-dollar company just get destroyed, just get shot in the back?
- 44:38Speaker 1: But then you dig deeper and you see that the UnitedHealthcare is denied 34% of their insurance claims.
- 45:00Speaker 1: They actually even set up an AI software that was just designed to deny cases because they wanted to deny cases at a faster rate, and so there were millions of Americans who were denied.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Many, many, many of them end up dying.
- 45:20Speaker 1: That's a lot of broken hearts, right?
- 45:24Speaker 1: Next thing, we know your CEO is gunned down right in Manhattan.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Now, why did I tell you that story and why am I talking about it now?
- 45:38Speaker 1: Why did I tell you that story and why am I talking about it?
- 45:39Speaker 1: Because what that story shows is the American people, the public, me and you are only going to go so far before serious repercussions are coming.
- 45:55Speaker 1: So, while these big companies or big elites think it's fun and games, as they use their power to control, manipulate, do whatever it is they want to do to us, when, when lives are starting to be lost from the wealthy, oh, you getting attention, you getting their attention, and now CEOs of all of those health care companies are on notice.
- 46:26Speaker 1: Now they're saying they want to, they want to use more compassion in their policies and they want to figure anyone to figure out a way quote unquote to not deny so many people coverages.
- 46:47Speaker 1: But why does it take someone being killed for y'all to do the right thing?
- 46:56Speaker 1: Why does a CEO have to get blasted in the back of his back for y'all to realize, hey, we're fucking up the whole society and we're we're.
- 47:11Speaker 1: We're devastating lives, taking away health coverage and denying claims from people who've been fucking paying their shit.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Do you remember from yesterday, the podcast episode when I told you so far since that incident, unitedhealthcare has lost $63 billion?
- 47:37Speaker 1: I'm going to say that again.
- 47:41Speaker 1: United health care has lost 63 billion dollars ever since the luigi case, and that is why they are trying to pull that story from the media cycle.
- 47:59Speaker 1: This is huge.
- 48:06Speaker 1: See, they were going to blast that story when they thought everybody was going to condemn Luigi, because they said that he is the alleged shooter.
- 48:15Speaker 1: They thought the world would condemn him, right, but the world got behind him.
- 48:21Speaker 1: And that's when they said, holy shit, we got to kill this story, because not only the public supports luigi, the prisoners support luigi, the prison guards support luigi, and so that leaves them to say you know what?
- 48:51Speaker 1: How the fuck are we gonna get a jury to convict this guy?
- 48:55Speaker 1: The only way we can get a jury to convict this guy is we need to kill this story, make everybody forget about him and try to pull a set of jurors that will do what we think is right or what they want done Right.
- 49:10Speaker 1: But to combat that, the public has been keeping his name out there Because I don't care what's going on.
- 49:20Speaker 1: You deserve a fair trial in this world, and so we're going to continue to talk about cases like that, other cases, whatever.
- 49:33Speaker 1: I don't know what y'all decided about the DEI or target boycott, but that's another hot button topic right now.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Should we boycott target, which will also hurt minority and women businesses, or should we only spend with them?
- 50:00Speaker 1: Now I tell people, even if you go and target and only spend with the minorities, the women or the black or the brown companies, target is still getting theirs and the people who don't give a fuck about dei are still gonna spend that money with target.
- 50:16Speaker 1: So even if you go in there I'm just giving you some context on this boycott.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Even if you go and only purchase the minority companies and stuff like that, target steals make money.
- 50:33Speaker 1: So in my eyes, if you want a boycott, you gotta boycott the whole fucking store.
- 50:38Speaker 1: If you're not gonna boycott the whole store and not buy shit from in that store or online from that store, if you're not going to fully boycott it, then just go ahead and spend your money.
- 50:47Speaker 1: I'm just giving you context on if, whatever outcome you're looking for, I'm just giving you the context that that's going to get you there.
- 50:55Speaker 1: But to go in there and only spend with the black and brown and and and women while you could do that if you want to, I'm not saying don't do it.
- 51:06Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know something that they don't want you to know Target still makes money If y'all, even if y'all just spend with the minorities, because they still get a cut.
- 51:20Speaker 1: So I just want y'all to know that.
- 51:24Speaker 1: And so on this Taco, taco Tuesday, I don't know what y'all ordering, but I think I'm going to get a quesadilla today.
- 51:33Speaker 1: But I always have this question Am I really still celebrating Taco Tuesday if I get a quesadilla, or am I really still celebrating taco Tuesday If I get a case idea, or should I get a case idea and like a couple of tacos, just because I don't know?
- 51:47Speaker 1: But like I said, y'all, y'all can catch us every day.
- 51:52Speaker 1: I mean every day, monday through Friday.

- 52:41Speaker 1: But I think we're gonna end it there, y'all.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Uh, jay-z is in hot water right now.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Diddy is trying to get out of some hot water right now using that alexander brothers uh argument.
- 52:54Speaker 1: I will keep you posted on that also.
- 52:57Speaker 1: Uh, academics, if you don't know him.
- 52:59Speaker 1: He's a music blogger, youtuber, streamer.
- 53:02Speaker 1: He is in serious hot water right now for, uh, what they are calling grooming a 15 year old.
- 53:10Speaker 1: He was on chat saying some wild shit to a 15 year old, like sexually, and, and you could tell the 15 year old was uncomfortable.
- 53:18Speaker 1: Pay attention to that story also.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Um, asap rocky uh, some of y'all might not know him from asap rocky.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Y'all might know him as rihanna's boyfriend.
- 53:30Speaker 1: You know how this world is.
- 53:31Speaker 1: You know people from different things.
- 53:32Speaker 1: He turned down a plea and his and he's going to trial.
- 53:37Speaker 1: Uh, he turned on a plea deal he had accused of having a firearm and firing at his friend.
- 53:42Speaker 1: He turned down the plea deal which would have gave him, like, I think, maybe six months in prison and some other shit, but, uh, he turned that down.
- 53:51Speaker 1: He's taking it to trial and they can say they say now he is risking of being up to getting up to 25 years.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Um, 20 or 25 years.
- 54:01Speaker 1: If y'all want me to cover that asap rocky rihanna situation, let me know, but I'm just letting y'all know.
- 54:07Speaker 1: Pay attention to that.
- 54:08Speaker 1: That's a serious case.
