- 0:25Speaker 4: up and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible
- 0:28Speaker 4: for injuries. This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered,
- 0:32Speaker 4: but America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment
- 0:36Speaker 4: capital of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:39Speaker 3: It's time war war. Here's your host.

- 0:48Speaker 4: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 1:04Speaker 3: All right, Swayne A laruth u The Ruth Roots on Fire.
- 1:06Speaker 5: If you expect me to open the show talking about drones,
- 1:10Speaker 5: I will. I will, but it'll probably come in segment
- 1:14Speaker 5: number two because I have a lot to say about
- 1:17Speaker 5: the drones. A matter of fact, on My America's Top
- 1:19Speaker 5: Ten Countdown show on Real America's Voice TV on Friday
- 1:22Speaker 5: night and on Saturday, and then on Saturday night and
- 1:24Speaker 5: then on Sunday night, my number one story of the
- 1:27Speaker 5: week was the drones, and I record that show on
- 1:30Speaker 5: Friday mornings, so I knew as of Friday already it
- 1:33Speaker 5: was breaking out to be exploding, to be the biggest
- 1:35Speaker 5: story in America. And I made some guesses as to
- 1:37Speaker 5: what all of this means, and my guesses look to
- 1:40Speaker 5: be right now, look to be exactly right. So I'll
- 1:43Speaker 5: tell you about all of that in segment two. I
- 1:45Speaker 5: want to start the show with my commentary, which I
- 1:48Speaker 5: wrote at five o'clock this morning, and I think it's
- 1:51Speaker 5: a very important commentary, so let me do it. It
- 1:54Speaker 5: is titled I've studied politics since nineteen sixty four. Trump's
- 1:59Speaker 5: victory is much more than a landslide. It was a
- 2:01Speaker 5: miracle from God. Delusional democrats in the mainstream media claim
- 2:06Speaker 5: Trump's victory wasn't a landslide. They've been gaslighting us for
- 2:10Speaker 5: years with ridiculous lies, fraud, and propaganda, and this is
- 2:14Speaker 5: just another big, fat lie.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Trust me on this one.
- 2:17Speaker 5: I've been studying politics since I was three years old
- 2:22Speaker 5: in nineteen sixty four, in my father's arms, handing out
- 2:24Speaker 5: campaign literature for Barry go Water. Remember Alex Keaton, the
- 2:29Speaker 5: bow tie wearing Republican kid and the TV hit Family Ties.
- 2:34Speaker 5: That was me in real life in nineteen sixty eight,
- 2:37Speaker 5: at age seven, I was lecturing my liberal second grade
- 2:41Speaker 5: teachers about Richard Nixon. I understand politics. It's all I do.
- 2:46Speaker 5: It's all I study, it's all I analyze, it's all
- 2:49Speaker 5: I talk about. Twenty four hours a day, seven days
- 2:51Speaker 5: a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Need more proof that I understand politics.
- 2:58Speaker 5: I wrote the book Trump Rule, about the rules of
- 3:02Speaker 5: success that made Donald J. Trump the goat the greatest
- 3:06Speaker 5: of all time in business, sales, branding, real estate, celebrity TV,
- 3:11Speaker 5: reality shows, and politics. My book came out after Trump
- 3:16Speaker 5: lost the twenty twenty election, and after his reputation was
- 3:20Speaker 5: badly damaged by January sixth, some would say destroyed by
- 3:24Speaker 5: January sixth by the insurrection, they claimed. And so the
- 3:28Speaker 5: media laughed of my bad timing, and they thought I
- 3:31Speaker 5: was crazy, ignorant, or just plain delusional to write a
- 3:33Speaker 5: book about how successful Donald Trump is right after he
- 3:37Speaker 5: lost everything his reputation is brand, the election, and any
- 3:41Speaker 5: future chance at politics. So on my book tour, I
- 3:45Speaker 5: told the media, and this is a quote, the way
- 3:48Speaker 5: I understand Trump and the way I understand his rules
- 3:50Speaker 5: of success, Trump will become the greatest comeback kid. In
- 3:54Speaker 5: world history, win the presidency in twenty twenty four, and
- 3:58Speaker 5: be more popular, more powerful, and wealthier than ever before.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Had that prediction workout, I was right on every count,
- 4:07Speaker 5: And then throughout the late summer and fall of twenty
- 4:10Speaker 5: twenty four, I was the only TV radio host in
- 4:13Speaker 5: America who boldly predicted a massive Trump victory. My exact
- 4:18Speaker 5: prediction was a Trump electora landslide, a seven swing state
- 4:23Speaker 5: sweep in a two point popular vote victory.
- 4:26Speaker 3: All three happened.
- 4:27Speaker 5: That's called a perfect bull's eye.
- 4:30Speaker 3: So hear me when I now say President Donald J.
- 4:35Speaker 5: Trump's victory a November fifth wasn't just a landslide.
- 4:40Speaker 3: It was a miracle from God.
- 4:43Speaker 5: This past summer, I got together with platinum selling Christian
- 4:47Speaker 5: singer songwriter Natasha Owens and we co wrote a song
- 4:52Speaker 5: about President Trump called The Chosen One. That song and
- 4:56Speaker 5: video have now surpassed one billion views on social media.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Why do I believe Trump's victory was not only a landslide,
- 5:06Speaker 5: but a miracle from God? Why do I believe Trump
- 5:10Speaker 5: is the Chosen One? First, let's look at the size
- 5:13Speaker 5: of Trump's landslide. Yes, size matters. Trump won the electoral
- 5:21Speaker 5: landslide with three hunder twelve electoral votes, and that's the
- 5:25Speaker 5: most for a Republican candidate in about forty years. Trump
- 5:31Speaker 5: not only won the popular vote, he won the most
- 5:34Speaker 5: votes of any Republican in history. Even more remarkably, Trump
- 5:39Speaker 5: increased his vote totals in all fifty states.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Trump is the.
- 5:45Speaker 5: Only president in the history of America who increased his
- 5:49Speaker 5: popular vote totals three times, from sixty three million in
- 5:53Speaker 5: twenty sixteen to seventy four million in twenty twenty to
- 5:57Speaker 5: over seventy seven million in twenty four In his three
- 6:02Speaker 5: presidential runs, Trump amassed more popular votes and electoral votes
- 6:08Speaker 5: than anyone in history. No president has ever received what
- 6:12Speaker 5: Trump received. He received over two hundred and fourteen million
- 6:16Speaker 5: combined popular votes and eight hundred and forty eight combined
- 6:20Speaker 5: electoral votes. No one's ever done anything close to that
- 6:22Speaker 5: in the history. That makes the most popular president in
- 6:26Speaker 5: the history of America by a mile. Trump won eighty
- 6:29Speaker 5: five point two percent of all the counties in America.
- 6:35Speaker 3: It was a sea of red.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Trump flipped seventy eight counties across America that Biden won.
- 6:43Speaker 5: In twenty twenty, Kamala became the first candidate in history
- 6:47Speaker 5: to not flip a single county in America. Not one
- 6:50Speaker 5: Trump county from twenty twenty was flipped by Kamala Trump
- 6:55Speaker 5: led the goped of victory in both houses of Congress,
- 6:59Speaker 5: a majority of govern ownerships, and a huge majority of
- 7:01Speaker 5: state legislatures. And here's a big one, because I'm big
- 7:05Speaker 5: on math, and I do a little math over the weekend.
- 7:08Speaker 5: If you subtract ultraliberal and ultra rigged California and New York, well,
- 7:15Speaker 5: then in the rest of America besides California New York,
- 7:19Speaker 5: Trump won the electoral vote by three hundred and twelve
- 7:24Speaker 5: to one forty four. Can you imagine if we could
- 7:28Speaker 5: just get rid of New York and California. Let's just
- 7:30Speaker 5: get rid of them somehow, some way, let them form
- 7:33Speaker 5: their own country, call it East and West Coast. What
- 7:36Speaker 5: used to be America now communist America. California, New York.
- 7:41Speaker 5: Trump won the country three twelve to one forty four.
- 7:45Speaker 5: And that's with me being generous, because I could have said,
- 7:48Speaker 5: take out California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts.
- 7:57Speaker 5: If you simply subtract those Northeast states, and that western
- 8:00Speaker 5: coast of the United States, then Trump wins. I don't
- 8:04Speaker 5: have it in front of me, but I got to
- 8:05Speaker 5: assume it's like three twelve to like sixty seventy. America
- 8:10Speaker 5: is now Trump Country. Most impressive of all, Trump dramatically
- 8:14Speaker 5: increased his vote totals with groups that historically vote overwhelmingly Democrat, Blacks, Latinos,
- 8:23Speaker 5: Union voters, young voters, Asian voters, Jewish voters. All of
- 8:29Speaker 5: that is remarkable. There is no more debate. Trump won
- 8:34Speaker 5: a landslide. But this is where the miracle comes in,
- 8:38Speaker 5: because that's not a miracle. Okay, Reagan won two landslides
- 8:42Speaker 5: and a miracle. No think of what Trump had to
- 8:45Speaker 5: overcome to win this landslide.
- 8:48Speaker 3: That's the miracle. The entire mainstream media was against them.
- 8:52Speaker 5: All the media headlines were against them, overwhelmingly negative towards
- 8:56Speaker 5: Trump and positive towards Kamala. The entire social media was
- 9:00Speaker 5: against him. Google was against them. Google is, of course,
- 9:04Speaker 5: one of the biggest companies in the world and so
- 9:07Speaker 5: important on the Internet. Google was against them. Hollywood was
- 9:10Speaker 5: against them. All the celebrities in Hollywood were against them,
- 9:13Speaker 5: many of them paid millions by Kamala for their endorsement.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Ninety five percent of public school teachers and college professors
- 9:20Speaker 5: were against him, and that's who brainwashes your kids all
- 9:23Speaker 5: day long. The entire federal government, almost all government employees
- 9:27Speaker 5: were against him. The DOJ, FBI, and CIA were weaponized
- 9:32Speaker 5: against him. Almost every union in America and their leadership
- 9:36Speaker 5: were against him.
- 9:38Speaker 3: Twenty to thirty million illegal aliens were against him, knowing
- 9:40Speaker 3: if he won, they would be deported. All the money
- 9:44Speaker 3: was against him.
- 9:46Speaker 5: Kamala Harris raised one point three billion, almost four times
- 9:50Speaker 5: more than Trump, and because Kamala had all the money
- 9:53Speaker 5: at their disposal, the overwhelming majority of TV, radio and
- 9:57Speaker 5: online advertisements were against Trump.
- 10:00Speaker 3: The world was a raid against him.
- 10:02Speaker 5: China, Iran, the Mexican drug cartels, the World Economic Forum
- 10:08Speaker 5: with Claud Schwab, the WHO, the World Health Organization, the UN,
- 10:14Speaker 5: the United Nations. They all hated Trump and hate Trump
- 10:18Speaker 5: and feared his victory.
- 10:21Speaker 3: And now the biggest one of all.
- 10:22Speaker 5: And in four criminal indictments to civil trials, a mugshot
- 10:26Speaker 5: scene around the world, two guilty verdicts, and two serious
- 10:31Speaker 5: assassination attempts. Twenty four hours a day, the media call
- 10:35Speaker 5: Trump a felon, a racist and a rapist.
- 10:39Speaker 3: And against all of that, how could Trump possibly win
- 10:42Speaker 3: a landslide? Against all of that?
- 10:45Speaker 5: How could he become the greatest comeback kid in world history?
- 10:50Speaker 5: Only God could have delivered this resounding victory. This is
- 10:54Speaker 5: the Red Sea parting kind of miracle.
- 10:56Speaker 3: This is God.
- 10:57Speaker 5: Sending a plague to Egypt kind of miracle. This is
- 11:00Speaker 5: a David defeating Eliath kind of miracle. This was biblical.
- 11:06Speaker 5: This was a gift direct from God. And yes, Trump
- 11:10Speaker 5: is the chosen one, chosen by God to save the
- 11:14Speaker 5: greatest nation in world history and make America great again.
- 11:20Speaker 5: Thank God for miracles, Thank God for miracles. So that's
- 11:24Speaker 5: my latest column. I've studied politics since nineteen sixty four.
- 11:28Speaker 5: Trump's victory was much more than a landslide. It was
- 11:30Speaker 5: a miracle from God. And I'm so proud and honored
- 11:36Speaker 5: that i was there in the middle all of it.
- 11:38Speaker 5: I'm Wayne Ellen Route. This is Wayne Alan Root run

- 14:53Speaker 1: Roots Show.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Please stay tuned. Wayne will be joining us shortly.
- 15:11Speaker 5: All right, Wayne, Larude, hope you enjoyed my opening commentary
- 15:15Speaker 5: on this miracle from God, which was Trump's victory. I'm
- 15:18Speaker 5: telling you it's just impossible. How could you win against
- 15:21Speaker 5: everything he was up against? And don't forget I even
- 15:24Speaker 5: mentioned this in the article. It's no, there was no
- 15:26Speaker 5: need to mention it. But most of the experts that
- 15:29Speaker 5: I know, conservative election experts, all said to me, oh,
- 15:33Speaker 5: poor Wayne, you're just gonna let all your listeners down
- 15:36Speaker 5: and all your viewers down when you keep saying Trump's
- 15:39Speaker 5: gonna win the landslide. These elections are completely rigged and fixed.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Trump isn't gonna win. You know he's not gonna win.
- 15:46Speaker 5: Stop saying he's gonna win a landslide. It's not possible.
- 15:49Speaker 5: Elections are rigged. And I kept saying, you don't get it.
- 15:52Speaker 5: I know they're rigged, but it's too big to rig.
- 15:54Speaker 5: They're not gonna be able to rig this one. And
- 15:56Speaker 5: they weren't, but they did. They were able to rig
- 15:59Speaker 5: sat in House races by counting votes for weeks in California,
- 16:05Speaker 5: weeks beyond the election until they find enough fake votes
- 16:09Speaker 5: to win. But they couldn't beat Trump, And so many
- 16:13Speaker 5: people thought the election was rigged, and there's no way
- 16:15Speaker 5: Trump could win.
- 16:16Speaker 3: And I prove them wrong too.
- 16:19Speaker 5: All right, so much going on in the news, and
- 16:22Speaker 5: of course the number one story is the laser of
- 16:24Speaker 5: the lasers, I mean, the drones. There's a lot going on.
- 16:27Speaker 5: I can't even keep up with it all, but the
- 16:30Speaker 5: drones are the big one. And in my Real America's
- 16:34Speaker 5: Voice TV show America's Top Ten Countdown, excuse me, America's
- 16:38Speaker 5: Top Ten Countdown that I film on Friday mornings. Then
- 16:41Speaker 5: it airs Friday night at ten o'clock Eastern, and it
- 16:44Speaker 5: airs Saturday morning at noon Eastern, and then it adds
- 16:46Speaker 5: airs four o'clock excumy seven o'clock Eastern, four o'clock Pacific
- 16:51Speaker 5: on Saturday night, and then it airs at seven o'clock eastern,
- 16:54Speaker 5: four o'clock Pacific on Sunday night. So it airs all
- 16:58Speaker 5: over the weekend, and it's such a popular show on
- 17:00Speaker 5: the weekends for Real America's Voice America's Top ten Countent
- 17:04Speaker 5: and I made it my number one story, even though
- 17:07Speaker 5: I was taped it on Friday morning when it hadn't
- 17:09Speaker 5: reached a crescendo yet. But over the weekend it got
- 17:12Speaker 5: bigger and bigger and bigger, as like a snowball going
- 17:14Speaker 5: down the hill. All anybody talked about was drones. But
- 17:16Speaker 5: on Friday I made it the number one story out
- 17:19Speaker 5: of my top ten. Good choice. And then I gave
- 17:23Speaker 5: you reasons, you know that I thought, maybe we're why
- 17:28Speaker 5: we're seeing these drones. And of course I said, it
- 17:31Speaker 5: could be foreign governments. It could be Iran, it could
- 17:33Speaker 5: be Turkey, it could be China. It could be their
- 17:37Speaker 5: spy drones like the spy balloons. It could be they're
- 17:40Speaker 5: going to open up one day and machine guns or
- 17:43Speaker 5: some sort of automatic weapon or some sort of bombs
- 17:45Speaker 5: or missiles will come out and suddenly Americans are going
- 17:47Speaker 5: to die by the one hundreds or by the thousands.
- 17:50Speaker 5: It could be them just twenty to us seeing how
- 17:52Speaker 5: we react in advance of World War three. And then
- 17:55Speaker 5: I said, the most obvious one is it's not Farign.
- 17:58Speaker 5: It's American drones.
- 17:59Speaker 3: This is our government.
- 18:00Speaker 5: These are CIA drones, and they are searching for radiation
- 18:05Speaker 5: because a nuke is in the United States. It's a
- 18:07Speaker 5: dirty nuke bomb. And actually I got the name wrong.
- 18:09Speaker 5: I said a smart bomb. I meant a dirty bomb.
- 18:12Speaker 5: On the show, I said a smart bomb, a nuclear
- 18:15Speaker 5: smart bomb is loose in the United States, and they're
- 18:18Speaker 5: sniffing for radiation. And that's what all these drones may
- 18:21Speaker 5: be doing, which makes the most sense, because how could
- 18:23Speaker 5: they be foreign? And the United States government doesn't do
- 18:26Speaker 5: anything about it, doesn't care, it doesn't shoot him out.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Of the sky. Even for Biden that that makes no sense.
- 18:32Speaker 5: And sure enough, what comes out today US Nuclear Regulatory
- 18:36Speaker 5: Commission releases report confirming radioactive material lost in transit shipping
- 18:43Speaker 5: container arrives damaged and empty in New Jersey. And then
- 18:47Speaker 5: the next headline, New Jersey receives report of radioactive medical
- 18:51Speaker 5: device lost in transit. So they are very possibly Again
- 18:58Speaker 5: still can't say that's absolutely what's happen, but the odds
- 19:01Speaker 5: are pretty good that all of those drones belong to
- 19:03Speaker 5: the United States government and they are sniffing for nuclear
- 19:07Speaker 5: In case there is a sniffing for radiation, I just
- 19:10Speaker 5: say that would pinpoint where the nuclear materials have gone
- 19:15Speaker 5: before someone shoots off a dirty bomb and makes an
- 19:19Speaker 5: entire city uninhabitable or large portions of a city uninhabitable.
- 19:24Speaker 3: So I was right in my guests.
- 19:25Speaker 5: As one of the reasons I don't know why I

- 24:10Speaker 5: He's our guest that he's an attorney, a political activist,
- 24:13Speaker 5: co founder of the Tea Party. Boy, I remember those days,
- 24:16Speaker 5: Wow Tea Party and founder of the Convention of States.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Mark Meckler. Welcome to the Wayne Alan Rout Show. How
- 24:23Speaker 3: are you.
- 24:24Speaker 4: I'm good?
- 24:25Speaker 6: Great to do you with you? Wayne.
- 24:27Speaker 5: So look, I will admit I know I always think
- 24:30Speaker 5: I know everything about politics.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I study it all day, twenty four hours a day,
- 24:33Speaker 3: seven days a week.
- 24:34Speaker 5: I have TV shows, I have radio shows at podcasts,
- 24:36Speaker 5: I have newspaper colmns, I have books out. The one
- 24:39Speaker 5: thing I know nothing about, and I've never known anything about,
- 24:43Speaker 5: is the Convention of States. No one has ever told
- 24:46Speaker 5: me about it, no one has ever explained it to me.
- 24:48Speaker 5: I've heard Mark Levin talk about it. I've seen it
- 24:51Speaker 5: mentioned in Mark Levin's books. I know zero about it.
- 24:54Speaker 5: And that's why I was excited to get you on
- 24:55Speaker 5: the show, because you're the guy who founded the Convention
- 24:58Speaker 5: of the States, and I I want to know how
- 25:00Speaker 5: it can help us to save this country.
- 25:02Speaker 3: So first of all, tell us about your background.
- 25:05Speaker 5: How did you wind up co founding the tea Party.
- 25:08Speaker 6: Well, I'm completely accidental, or I would say in hindsight
- 25:11Speaker 6: that just God had his hand on my shoulder and
- 25:13Speaker 6: pushed me into the right place. And you know, I
- 25:16Speaker 6: was around when Rick Santelli did his now infamous rants
- 25:20Speaker 6: talking about a mortgage jailout and how frustrated he was.
- 25:23Speaker 6: And I hosted a local tea party in Sacramento, California.
- 25:27Speaker 6: Then I connected with a bunch of people who started
- 25:29Speaker 6: to do it nationally. We organized the April fifteenth, twenty
- 25:32Speaker 6: ten Tea Party and that was the one that went national.
- 25:36Speaker 6: Eight hundred and fifty organizations or eight hundred and fifty
- 25:38Speaker 6: groups around the country participated in that, and that launched
- 25:42Speaker 6: me into a political career. Like you mentioned, I'm an
- 25:44Speaker 6: attorney by training. I was an Internet privacy attorney. That
- 25:47Speaker 6: kind of destroyed my own privacy. I became a public figure,
- 25:50Speaker 6: and next thing I knew, I was engaged in politics.
- 25:53Speaker 5: It's funny back around that, you know, I'm not sure
- 25:56Speaker 5: it was that exactly you or not. But somewhere around
- 25:58Speaker 5: twenty ten, twenty eleven, twenty two, I remember I got
- 26:00Speaker 5: invited to address the I think they called it the
- 26:05Speaker 5: World's Biggest tea party. It was in Dallas, Texas, and
- 26:08Speaker 5: it was at like the JR. Ranch, you know, JR.
- 26:11Speaker 5: Ewing where they filled Dallas and there were like eighty
- 26:14Speaker 5: thousand people and I addressed them and it was just
- 26:17Speaker 5: I'd never seen a crowd like that in my life.
- 26:19Speaker 5: Was like being in a football stadium in front of
- 26:21Speaker 5: eighty thousand people. As while those were the tea party days,
- 26:24Speaker 5: I don't know where that all went, but it kind of,
- 26:26Speaker 5: I guess got eaten up by you know, Maga and
- 26:29Speaker 5: Trump and then the tea party went away and now
- 26:31Speaker 5: it's it's it's Maga and it's trump Mania. But in
- 26:35Speaker 5: any case, it was fantastic. It was a good time
- 26:37Speaker 5: to be around. We defeated Obama pretty badly into two
- 26:41Speaker 5: different midterms and won a lot of House seats and
- 26:44Speaker 5: Senate seats.
- 26:45Speaker 3: You did a great job. Great job.
- 26:46Speaker 5: So now tell me about the Convention of States. What
- 26:50Speaker 5: is the purpose of it? How can we use it
- 26:53Speaker 5: to help take back our country?
- 26:55Speaker 6: Well, one thing I realized that of all of that
- 26:57Speaker 6: Tea Party stuff was in twenty ten, we elected this
- 26:59Speaker 6: huge class Republicans took over Congress and nothing changed. And
- 27:04Speaker 6: I was really frustrated. I'd put a lot of time
- 27:06Speaker 6: and my own money into the movement, and so I
- 27:09Speaker 6: tried to study the problem, figure out, well, if it
- 27:11Speaker 6: wasn't just electing great people, then what was it going
- 27:14Speaker 6: to take. And I was introduced to a guy with
- 27:16Speaker 6: the name of Mike Ferris. He's one of the founders
- 27:17Speaker 6: of the homeschool movement in America, and he explained to
- 27:20Speaker 6: me that I was approaching the problem incorrectly. I thought
- 27:23Speaker 6: that we had a personnel problem in DC. Certainly there
- 27:26Speaker 6: is some of that, but it turns out, according to
- 27:28Speaker 6: Mike and I agree with them, now, that we have
- 27:29Speaker 6: a structure problem. We've broken the structure of our system
- 27:33Speaker 6: of governance. Mostly this has been done by the federal
- 27:36Speaker 6: courts in Congress working in congruence with each other. And
- 27:39Speaker 6: if we don't fix that structure, we're going to continue
- 27:42Speaker 6: to send good people to Washington, d C. And get
- 27:44Speaker 6: a bad result. So what the Convention of States does
- 27:46Speaker 6: That uses Article five of the Constitution, the second clause
- 27:50Speaker 6: says that when two thirds of states want to call
- 27:52Speaker 6: a convention for the same purposes, they can gather, they
- 27:56Speaker 6: can propose amendments, and those amendments go out to the
- 27:59Speaker 6: states for ratification. So what we're proposing it takes thirty
- 28:03Speaker 6: four states to call nineteen states have done this already,
- 28:06Speaker 6: is to have a discussion about term limits not just
- 28:08Speaker 6: on Congress, but on staffers and bureaucrats judiciary as well.
- 28:13Speaker 6: We're talking about fiscal restraints on the federal government that
- 28:16Speaker 6: would include a balanced budget amendment, but also things like
- 28:18Speaker 6: tax caps and spending caps and imposing generally accepted accounting
- 28:23Speaker 6: principles on the federal government. And then, I think most
- 28:25Speaker 6: importantly Wayne, because we're talking about structural restrictions on the
- 28:29Speaker 6: scope and power of the federal government, returning the federal
- 28:32Speaker 6: government to something like the enumerated powers that they had
- 28:35Speaker 6: on the initiation of the Constitution. They only had seventeen
- 28:38Speaker 6: enumerated powers, So we could remove the power to be
- 28:40Speaker 6: involved in education, or energy or healthcare, all these things
- 28:44Speaker 6: that the federal government was never intended to be involved in.
- 28:48Speaker 6: It's big, it's ambitious, and we're going to get it done.
- 28:51Speaker 5: So how do you get it done. You said you
- 28:53Speaker 5: have nineteen states have already greed. You need thirty six
- 28:56Speaker 5: or something. Thirty four thirty four. Yep, how does the
- 28:59Speaker 5: state agreed? Tell me what that means?
- 29:01Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 29:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:03Speaker 6: So we work with grassroots all over the country. Over
- 29:05Speaker 6: five million people, almost six million people involved right now.
- 29:08Speaker 6: And you go into a state legislature, you find somebody
- 29:11Speaker 6: to sponsor. It's a resolution, not a piece of legislation,
- 29:14Speaker 6: and then both houses of that legislature have to pass
- 29:17Speaker 6: the resolution by simple majority. The resolution has to be
- 29:20Speaker 6: the same in every state, so that they do what
- 29:23Speaker 6: it's called aggregating, because they have to agree to those things.
- 29:26Speaker 6: They're going to go into convention and talk about those
- 29:28Speaker 6: three things and nothing else. So what we do, we
- 29:31Speaker 6: are primarily a grassroots organization. That's what I know how
- 29:34Speaker 6: to do. Going too the state, we organize, recruit and
- 29:37Speaker 6: motivate the grassroots, teach them to lobby their state legislature,
- 29:41Speaker 6: and that's how we get these things passed so far
- 29:43Speaker 6: in nineteen states.
- 29:45Speaker 3: All right, I get it, I get it. It.
- 29:47Speaker 5: It sounds interesting, but again it's hard to get all
- 29:50Speaker 5: these states because like as an example, let me give
- 29:52Speaker 5: an example, mark Nevada where I live.
- 29:54Speaker 3: I live in Las Vegas, and we just did vote
- 29:56Speaker 3: for Trump. Thank god. Trump won by about seventy thousand
- 29:59Speaker 3: votes our state.
- 30:00Speaker 5: But in the meantime, we're stuck with a crappy all
- 30:04Speaker 5: Democrat legislature. The state assemblies all Democrat, the state senate's
- 30:07Speaker 5: all dema. You could never get any of this passed,
- 30:10Speaker 5: and you can never get a resolution passed by all
- 30:13Speaker 5: these extreme ultra liberal I call them communists, certainly socialist
- 30:18Speaker 5: Marxists and some communist members of the Democrat Party who
- 30:22Speaker 5: run our legislature totally dominate the legislature.
- 30:25Speaker 3: It's terrible.
- 30:26Speaker 5: So Nevada would never fall into your hands for a resolution.
- 30:30Speaker 5: So you got to go get a lot of other
- 30:31Speaker 5: states to vote for Trump, but not Nevada. And I'm
- 30:34Speaker 5: sure we're not the only state that's like this with
- 30:36Speaker 5: an all Democrat legislature.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 30:38Speaker 6: Look, I think you know there are actually three and
- 30:41Speaker 6: a half states that we were going to have to
- 30:42Speaker 6: flip to get to the thirty four. I think Nevada
- 30:45Speaker 6: is flippable in the long term, and you're going to
- 30:47Speaker 6: have a unique situation there. It wasn't that long ago.
- 30:49Speaker 6: I remember I was there when Nevada was controlled by Republicans. Unfortunately,
- 30:53Speaker 6: the Republicans did a terrible job. They deserve to lose
- 30:56Speaker 6: the legislature of that.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Right they did.
- 30:58Speaker 6: But you've got an interesting thing developing there in Nevada,
- 31:02Speaker 6: which I really love, which is, as you know, the
- 31:04Speaker 6: state's decided by unions usually and by the union leadership,
- 31:08Speaker 6: and union membership is now trending away from their leadership.
- 31:11Speaker 6: So I think there's an opportunity there, and you know,
- 31:14Speaker 6: I'd love to talk to you about it. We will be
- 31:15Speaker 6: working heavily in Nevada and helped put that state. Another
- 31:18Speaker 6: state is Virginia. Virginia is on the margin in both houses.
- 31:21Speaker 6: I think that's going to be a red state in
- 31:23Speaker 6: twenty twenty five. That's in off year elections. That's another
- 31:26Speaker 6: state that we work in. A few other states like
- 31:28Speaker 6: that that are flippable. You've got Minnesota as a split legislature.
- 31:32Speaker 6: It's the only one in the country we hope to
- 31:34Speaker 6: flip to see in the midterms out one flip back
- 31:36Speaker 6: to Republican control. So there are three and a half
- 31:39Speaker 6: states we're going to flip to get to the thirty four.
- 31:41Speaker 3: In my opinion, got it, got it, got it.
- 31:43Speaker 5: The problem with the battle let me let me tell
- 31:44Speaker 5: what the problem is here is that you know, once
- 31:47Speaker 5: the Democrats got in, and I think they they jerry
- 31:50Speaker 5: mananagered the districts that you know, no Republican can win
- 31:52Speaker 5: in certain districts. And once the Democrats got in, then
- 31:55Speaker 5: they started passing the mail in ballot law.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Every horse in the stake, it's a.
- 32:01Speaker 5: Mail in ballot, whether they want whe or not, it
- 32:03Speaker 5: gets delivered to their home. And you've got all these
- 32:05Speaker 5: apartment buildings where you walk in the lobby and there's
- 32:07Speaker 5: ten thousand ballots on the floor, just lay in there.
- 32:10Speaker 5: And we have ballot harvesting, we have ballot drop boxes,
- 32:13Speaker 5: and we have no voter ID so anybody can lie
- 32:17Speaker 5: and steal and cheat and rig and that's what happens
- 32:20Speaker 5: in the state. And we were too big to rig
- 32:22Speaker 5: with Trump. But we lost everybody under Trump, I mean
- 32:25Speaker 5: everybody else lost.
- 32:26Speaker 3: So you know, it's not interesting.
- 32:28Speaker 6: There's an interesting way to fix that way that most
- 32:30Speaker 6: people don't talk about, most people aren't aware of. There
- 32:33Speaker 6: is if you look at the Elections clause in the
- 32:36Speaker 6: Constitution at the very end, you know it says that
- 32:38Speaker 6: the states can conduct their elections pretty much however they
- 32:41Speaker 6: want it, says or except as Congress decide, and so literally,
- 32:45Speaker 6: Congress could impose all those restrictions you want right there,
- 32:47Speaker 6: as bad as and all across the country. And I
- 32:49Speaker 6: think we need to get them to do that.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what we need. I agree with you.
- 32:52Speaker 5: I agree quickly. You got about thirty seconds to sum up.
- 32:55Speaker 5: What can my fans do? How can they help make
- 32:57Speaker 5: a difference?

- 36:35Speaker 1: Roots Show.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Please stay tuned. Wayne will be joining us shortly.
- 36:52Speaker 5: All right, Wayne Allen Roots Root is on fire.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Good things are happening. I'm telling you I feel good
- 37:00Speaker 3: about things. Trudeau.
- 37:02Speaker 5: Justin Trudeau, the communist Canadian prime minister that's literally destroyed Canada.
- 37:07Speaker 3: I mean wrecked it.
- 37:08Speaker 5: I mean you think things were bad last four years
- 37:10Speaker 5: in America, it's a paradise here compared to Canada. Trudeau
- 37:15Speaker 5: is considering quitting after the Canadian I guess finance minister.
- 37:20Speaker 5: I guess she's the finance minister unexpectedly resigns and he's
- 37:26Speaker 5: now considering resignation. The sources say, you've spoken to his cabinet,
- 37:32Speaker 5: plans to address the parliament later today. This comes after yeah,
- 37:36Speaker 5: finance minister, it said Finnman's I figured. Finance Minister Christia
- 37:41Speaker 5: Freeland resigned earlier on Monday, citing disagreements over how to
- 37:45Speaker 5: deal with terror threats from.
- 37:48Speaker 3: US President elect Donald Trump. If confirmed, it would.
- 37:51Speaker 5: Mean government collapse in four of the staunchest most developed
- 37:56Speaker 5: Western democracies France, Germany, South Korea and now Canada. As
- 38:03Speaker 5: for Trudeau, his odds of being true done just spiked
- 38:06Speaker 5: to eighty eight percent on polymarket. Odds that Trudeau is
- 38:11Speaker 5: out before April just hit eighty eight percent in a
- 38:14Speaker 5: stunning move that shakes the government. Canadian Finance Minister Christia
- 38:19Speaker 5: it looks like her name is pronounced Christia Friedland, has
- 38:22Speaker 5: resigned from Justice Judeau's cabinet after he tried to move
- 38:26Speaker 5: her to a different role. She's been the most powerful
- 38:28Speaker 5: person in Trudeau's cabinet for years. Was the point person
- 38:31Speaker 5: is strategizing how to counter US President elect Donald Trump's
- 38:35Speaker 5: threat to impose twenty five percent tariffs. So who knows
- 38:41Speaker 5: why they disagreed. Who knows what her contention was. I
- 38:45Speaker 5: really don't care right now. If she's in his cabinet,
- 38:48Speaker 5: she's probably a communist just like him, maybe more.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Radical than he is.
- 38:52Speaker 5: And now the German government collapses, just one week after
- 38:55Speaker 5: the French government collapsed. And I don't know how many
- 38:59Speaker 5: of you are aware, but the South Korean government is gone.
- 39:02Speaker 3: It's gone.
- 39:03Speaker 5: I mean, it's just a disaster over there, and they've
- 39:06Speaker 5: kicked their guy out. I mean, it's just the world
- 39:09Speaker 5: is collapsing. And who's collapsing establishment figures.
- 39:15Speaker 3: This is all Trump.
- 39:17Speaker 5: He's the biggest disruptor in the history of the world.
- 39:21Speaker 3: He is the bull in a china shop.
- 39:24Speaker 5: And you know, as Trump is about to take office,
- 39:27Speaker 5: the entire world is melting down. He really just one
- 39:32Speaker 5: week after Marine Le Penn precipitated the collapse of the
- 39:35Speaker 5: French government. On Monday, Chancellor Olaf Schultz lost a confidence
- 39:40Speaker 5: vote in the German Parliament, a defeat that ended the
- 39:43Speaker 5: increasingly unpopular government he has led since twenty twenty one
- 39:46Speaker 5: and ushered in elections next year. German lawmaker's voted to
- 39:50Speaker 5: dissolve the existing government by vote of three ninety four
- 39:52Speaker 5: to two oh seven. So look, these are all bad
- 39:58Speaker 5: people that want open borders, and we're getting rid of them.
- 40:01Speaker 3: We're getting rid of them.
- 40:02Speaker 5: We're saying, Sayonari, you bums, a bunch of bums. Look,
- 40:08Speaker 5: the drone situation is always near and.
- 40:11Speaker 3: Dear to you know my heart.
- 40:12Speaker 5: As far as what to talk about on this show today,
- 40:15Speaker 5: but everyone else has talked about this drone issue to
- 40:18Speaker 5: death right. I'd rather talk about Mitt Romney, you know
- 40:23Speaker 5: who I used to really like and then I hated
- 40:25Speaker 5: his guts. And he's the biggest rhino that ever lived.
- 40:28Speaker 5: He lives to hate Trump. All he's ever done is
- 40:31Speaker 5: hated on Trump.
- 40:33Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 40:34Speaker 5: The people of Utah elected this, this jerk, and now
- 40:38Speaker 5: he's retiring from the US Senate. He's going away. Mitt
- 40:42Speaker 5: Romney stepped stepping down, and all of a sudden, Mitt
- 40:47Speaker 5: Romney softens his stance on Trump and says that Donald
- 40:52Speaker 5: Trump deserves credit for turning the Republican Party into the
- 40:56Speaker 5: party of working class and middle class people. And he's right,
- 41:00Speaker 5: He's absolutely right. You know, it's funny because my dad,
- 41:04Speaker 5: the butcher. You know, I'm an sob son of a butcher.
- 41:06Speaker 5: My dad the butcher, David Root, all those years ago,
- 41:10Speaker 5: I mean back in the nineteen late sixties and early seventies.
- 41:14Speaker 3: So how many years ago was that. God, let's just
- 41:16Speaker 3: take a middle number.
- 41:17Speaker 5: Let's say nineteen seventy two, eighty two, ninety two, two
- 41:20Speaker 5: two two, thy twelve, twenty twenty two, so fifty three
- 41:23Speaker 5: years ago. My father said, hey son, you know, to me,
- 41:26Speaker 5: hey son, Wayne, they should start saying the Republican Party
- 41:30Speaker 5: isn't the party of the rich. It's the party of
- 41:34Speaker 5: anyone who ever wants to be rich. And my dad
- 41:37Speaker 5: was right, and that would make it the party of
- 41:39Speaker 5: anyone who's aspirational.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Isn't that? Am I getting the right word there? Aspirational?
- 41:43Speaker 5: You know, if you're someone who has a lot of
- 41:45Speaker 5: ambition in life that makes you aspirational.
- 41:48Speaker 3: You want to be something that's the Republican Party, and
- 41:52Speaker 3: it's happening.
- 41:52Speaker 5: We're now the party of the middle class and the
- 41:54Speaker 5: working class one hundred percent because the efforts of Donald Trump.
- 41:57Speaker 3: One hundred percent. It's fantastic.
- 41:59Speaker 5: And as I start the next hour, I will talk
- 42:01Speaker 5: about the drones. I'll get back to the drones because
- 42:04Speaker 5: there's lots to talk about, lots to tell you some
- 42:05Speaker 5: breaking news. Sponsor of this segment is a share Right.
