- 1:44Speaker 1: We also have gotten a new review in the Agent
- 1:48Speaker 1: got it? I mean, like is the last one from
- 1:50Speaker 1: that turtle person? I believe, So I'm gonna look to
- 1:53Speaker 1: make sure it.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Actually works out because my case today is involves a turtle.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Yeah, riding on a turtle is the last is the life.
- 2:00Speaker 1: That's when we got let's go to Judge Jerry Judge
- 2:03Speaker 1: j is an important one, uh Jarl Jerald Joiner, Gerald
- 2:08Speaker 1: Joyner and Jerry Judge. Jerry Jarl Jordan.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Jared Jerald Joyner is suing his cousin Rikire Jones for
- 2:17Speaker 2: five hundred dollars big time for turtles and turtle funeral expenses.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Turtle funeral expense, okay, Uh, Jarl owned is Jarl or Gerald,
- 2:29Speaker 1: Jerl Jerald. I just thought you were saying Jerald, it's Jeral,
- 2:33Speaker 1: It's jeraldge Jarrell one al at the end it's two
- 2:37Speaker 1: rs one L Jerrell, Jarl Jarld say his name in it.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I'm sure they do.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I can't remember, but I when I see two ars
- 2:45Speaker 2: one L, I think Jarrill Jerrol Jarrell els makes me
- 2:50Speaker 2: think Jarrell.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Okay, interesting, I just just take whatever you started with.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Jerald Jarrold hey, Jarl, Jarl. Jarl owned two pet turtles
- 3:00Speaker 1: for six years.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Senior in a boom shock yeah og big range shout out,
- 3:06Speaker 2: boom shot, shout out. He loved these turtles. They were
- 3:11Speaker 2: a part of his life for six years. So his
- 3:14Speaker 2: parents decided they're going to move to Florida, and he
- 3:16Speaker 2: decides not to go with him.
- 3:17Speaker 1: He's going to live his own life, kind of do that.
- 3:20Speaker 1: He's twenty five, so good good on them.
- 3:25Speaker 2: He does want to go visit them, though, and so
- 3:28Speaker 2: one big hurdle, of course is turtle turtles.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Yeah, to take care of her, Senior boom shock O
- 3:36Speaker 1: big big Graham O g bigram O big. So he
- 3:40Speaker 1: uh wants to monster truck rally. Yeh, Senior read a
- 3:44Speaker 1: boom shock cage. They get points. How do they do that?
- 3:50Speaker 1: I don't know how much. I think it's just pure destruction.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I've never been to one, and I've never had any
- 3:55Speaker 1: desire to go to one. Almost took my boys to way.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I got free tickets. Yeah. I was about to say,
- 3:59Speaker 1: you did what? But I have it. I decided not
- 4:02Speaker 1: to you. I just don't know what the I mean.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I guess the draw is like seven year old big
- 4:07Speaker 1: truck fire. I think that's the But for me, I'm good.
- 4:10Speaker 1: They might love it. They might think it's too loud.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah, you gotta wear them. You gotta
- 4:15Speaker 1: wear the things. Oh yeah, noiseles noise cancels.
- 4:19Speaker 2: So he decides that he's going to go visit his parents,
- 4:24Speaker 2: and he decides that his cousin and best friend one person,
- 4:28Speaker 2: same two jobs.
- 4:29Speaker 1: One person.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Cousin and best friend decide, Uh, you're gonna a turtle
- 4:35Speaker 2: set for him?
- 4:37Speaker 1: How hard is it to keep a turtle? Question jar
- 4:40Speaker 1: for four days? Great question?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Jerry asks the same question, what goes into sitting for turtle.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Jerald says, basically, you just need to feed them. I
- 4:49Speaker 2: feed them fish. That's what I do. And so, uh
- 4:54Speaker 2: we see video of the turtles and these turtles are
- 4:58Speaker 2: in a big tank all water. So these are like
- 5:01Speaker 2: water turtles, swimming around, swimming around.
- 5:04Speaker 1: They're in water all the time, and they have water.
- 5:05Speaker 1: They can go take a dip. All water, water all
- 5:09Speaker 1: the time. So that's a tough spot for a turtle
- 5:11Speaker 1: because they have to breathe. They can't, they can't. I
- 5:13Speaker 1: don't know what the deal with with these turtles. I mean,
- 5:15Speaker 1: sea turtles live in the water and they probably don't
- 5:19Speaker 1: have to be many of these are sea turtles, sea turtlemous.
- 5:24Speaker 2: The aquarium tank aquarium in a full aquarium tank, big boy,
- 5:28Speaker 2: big boy.
- 5:29Speaker 1: And there's fish flying all around them. I was baffled
- 5:34Speaker 1: by Sea turtles can hold their breath for several hours.
- 5:37Speaker 1: A resting turtle can remain under water for four to
- 5:40Speaker 1: seven hours. But still, I would say, harder to keep
- 5:42Speaker 1: alive than a land turtle. I would think so, but
- 5:44Speaker 1: he would apparently doing pretty good. He's doing pretty O
- 5:48Speaker 1: g ramhorn o, big ram, thank you.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Not or how they are you put some respect recipes obviously,
- 5:55Speaker 2: So basically you just got to feed them and they
- 5:58Speaker 2: will be They'll be fine. And so Rikierre says, yeah,
- 6:03Speaker 2: Jerald showed up with the turtles and a bag of
- 6:06Speaker 2: fish and didn't give me any instructions.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I was kind of familiar with him, but I didn't know.
- 6:12Speaker 2: I I assumed it was like a sprinkle, like like
- 6:15Speaker 2: fish fish food, but instead of fish food, fish are
- 6:18Speaker 2: the food. You know, when you have fish, you just sprinkle.
- 6:22Speaker 2: He was like, I assumed that that was how what
- 6:24Speaker 2: they ate, but they don't. They Apparently these ones eat
- 6:27Speaker 2: full full fish, a little goldfish and stuff.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:30Speaker 2: I felt I felt like I didn't like it anyway.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Uh So rakiir Uh is like, all right, I'm gonna
- 6:37Speaker 2: do the best that I can and uhudg Jerry is like,
- 6:42Speaker 2: did you ask what the fish for? Fort and he's like,
- 6:43Speaker 2: I mean, I figured it out. So Jerald gets home
- 6:47Speaker 2: and can immediately tell that something is wrong. The vibe
- 6:50Speaker 2: is off with your best friend and cousin, same person.
- 6:53Speaker 1: To go.
- 6:55Speaker 2: And so he's like trying to distract him and trying.
- 6:59Speaker 1: To keep from going into his room.
- 7:01Speaker 2: But when he finally does get to his room, he
- 7:02Speaker 2: sees big tank fish, no turtles, and rakire. When he
- 7:09Speaker 2: turns around, Rick Here has a shoe box and he
- 7:11Speaker 2: hands them the shoe box, and inside the shoe boxes
- 7:14Speaker 2: both turtles.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Let's take a moment, Senior read a boom shock. Wasn't
- 7:22Speaker 1: a turtle, Big Graham. Senior to boom shock, O g big,
- 7:26Speaker 1: big Graham. They deserve better. We hardly knew ye. Yeah,
- 7:31Speaker 1: so uh.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Jerry asked what happened with the turtles, and Rikkeer says
- 7:35Speaker 2: it was boring. Uh, I was just watching them. It
- 7:43Speaker 2: was I was just watching them and they weren't doing anything.
- 7:45Speaker 2: So I decided to take them out and race them,
- 7:50Speaker 2: which is something that he had seen Jerald.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Turtles to Dora.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Jerald has seen jer Jerald's like, yes, a fun It's
- 7:57Speaker 2: a fun thing to do with turtles is to race them.
- 8:02Speaker 2: So Rick Here puts them in the middle of the room. Uh,
- 8:05Speaker 2: didn't think to put a barricade up or anything. Didn't
- 8:08Speaker 2: think that they would run too fast. Jerry's like, how
- 8:11Speaker 2: slow are you? They lost them and rick Here says, well,
- 8:16Speaker 2: here's what happened was I wanted to record the race,
- 8:20Speaker 2: and I didn't have my phone, so I went to
- 8:22Speaker 2: go find my phone, and I was gone three minutes top.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I come back.
- 8:27Speaker 2: I come back to the room and the turtles are
- 8:30Speaker 2: nowhere to be found.
- 8:31Speaker 1: So I'm looking all over the room.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I can't find them, And eventually I did find them.
- 8:38Speaker 2: One was under the bed, one was under the dresser.
- 8:42Speaker 2: They passed, they passed away.
- 8:47Speaker 1: And Judge Jerry says, you didn't check under the bed turtles.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Rick here is like I did check onto the bed.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I didn't see him there. I don't think he started there.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I think he ended there.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Uh.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Jerry then asked Jerrel about the funeral expenses. Jerald says,
- 9:04Speaker 2: I bought flowers, uh, two decorative boxes from Michael's, a
- 9:10Speaker 2: little headstone, yeah, a couple of other little things.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Uh.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Jerry has an idea, let's do a turtle race. Now
- 9:19Speaker 2: I thought this is this is uh mean spirited. I
- 9:23Speaker 2: thought that this was starting to sound like a case
- 9:25Speaker 2: you've like you've done this.
- 9:26Speaker 1: But I haven't done this before. It sounds like you've
- 9:28Speaker 1: done this.
- 9:29Speaker 2: He decides that he is going to Uh it's very
- 9:33Speaker 2: similar to a case that I did with coffee, where
- 9:36Speaker 2: he brings in coffee. Yeah, yeah, so I in that
- 9:40Speaker 2: same he's gonna do a turtle race with two dead
- 9:43Speaker 2: like this is he's not gonna do with the dead.
- 9:45Speaker 1: But you know, I don't know.
- 9:47Speaker 2: So I thought that this was gonna be to decide
- 9:49Speaker 2: the verdict, but it wasn't. It was just for fun
- 9:52Speaker 2: and to put your mind at ease. It was wind
- 9:54Speaker 2: up turtles. It wasn't real turtles. They were just little toys.
- 9:57Speaker 2: They were a little toys. There's little toys. So yeah,
- 10:00Speaker 2: Rakia wins. It's not for the verdicts.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Uh, Rikira has to pay this guy, like you did
- 10:08Speaker 1: everything wrong, You got bored, you raised them, you left
- 10:12Speaker 1: them alone. Maybe they're under the bet, like give give
- 10:16Speaker 1: the man his five hundred dollars, Give Darell his five
- 10:18Speaker 1: hundred dollars for the love of everything good and decent.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Uh, Darrell's gonna get four hundred what he Jerry says,
- 10:27Speaker 2: this was gross and negligence. You gotta pay four hundred
- 10:30Speaker 2: dollars for the turtles, nothing for the funeral.
- 10:33Speaker 1: That was a choice that you made, Darrell.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Okay to buy the decorative boxes and the headstone and.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Uh no, no how you treated those turtles.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Just give him whatever he asked four hundred dollars, four
- 10:48Speaker 2: hundred dollars for turtles, nothing for funeral.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Jerry rules seen you read a boomshock deserved better. He's obviously,
- 10:54Speaker 1: Dan take it. Well, this isn't nearly as serious as that.
- 10:57Speaker 1: But uh, let's go over to the personal injury coord
- 10:59Speaker 1: Shall he judge Gino into the legal sous the sous sauna?
- 11:07Speaker 1: Olivia Ryman is suing Veronica Harris ten thousand pass medical okay,
- 11:13Speaker 1: fifteen thousand future medical, seventy five thousand for the cost
- 11:17Speaker 1: of a wedding party, and one hundred and fifty thousand
- 11:20Speaker 1: in pain and suffering for two hundred and fifty thousand.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Great job, that's a great job too. Fifty out the door,
- 11:26Speaker 1: corner mill, tracking quarter mill, that's what we're going for.
- 11:29Speaker 1: That's a lot. That's a lot of money. Olivia Ryman says,
- 11:31Speaker 1: twenty years ago, my husband and I got married in
- 11:34Speaker 1: a courthouse. We had nothing, no money, We just had
- 11:37Speaker 1: each other. We promised ourselves if we ever had the
- 11:40Speaker 1: ability and the money and the wherewithal, we would do
- 11:43Speaker 1: a proper wedding. And that happened to be close to
- 11:46Speaker 1: our twentieth anniversary. So, man, this is interesting. Would you
- 11:48Speaker 1: consider that a vow renewal? Yes?
- 11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, so you wouldn't go to it.
- 11:54Speaker 1: In the That's this interesting situation because if they're calling
- 11:58Speaker 1: it a wedding, it's the celebration of their wedding. It's
- 12:02Speaker 1: not a vower renewal because they never did their vowels
- 12:04Speaker 1: in front of people. But they did do their vowels.
- 12:05Speaker 1: It's a very sticky wicket. But if they never had
- 12:09Speaker 1: a wedding to begin with, and I knew them for
- 12:10Speaker 1: twenty years, it would be like going to their first
- 12:12Speaker 1: wedding in my opinion, So I would make an exception
- 12:14Speaker 1: on my vow renewal policy to go, even though it
- 12:18Speaker 1: is a stand up. I know I'm doing the best
- 12:20Speaker 1: I can. So how about these two for their twentieth
- 12:23Speaker 1: anniversary decide to actually have a wedding. And they did
- 12:26Speaker 1: it up. I see the pictures. I mean they have
- 12:29Speaker 1: a horse and buggy to take them out. It's all wide,
- 12:32Speaker 1: it's outside massive tent. They really are going above and beyond.
- 12:36Speaker 1: And this is year twenty, year twenty. So Olivia's friend
- 12:39Speaker 1: refer her to Veronica, and it is, but it's the
- 12:44Speaker 1: first wedding. It is I'm not saying it's not. Yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 1: it's just like it is a renewal. But if I've
- 12:49Speaker 1: known you for twenty years, so let's did they just
- 12:51Speaker 1: suddenly come into money.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I don't know, because if the whole thing is when
- 12:55Speaker 2: we finally have some money, we'll do it like it's
- 12:57Speaker 2: it's wedding. You know, this wedding is twenty five thousand
- 13:00Speaker 2: dollars without blinking and eye. So like to have money
- 13:04Speaker 2: to do the wedding of your dreams, you really have
- 13:07Speaker 2: to save up. Yeah, so I'm just saying it, yeah, okay.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I would make an exception, but I'm not disagreeing
- 13:14Speaker 1: with you. It is about now, but I would make
- 13:15Speaker 1: an exception. So she said, my friend referred me to
- 13:20Speaker 1: Veronica and her reviews were amazing. But she was she
- 13:24Speaker 1: must have just done trailer park weddings. Oh so we're
- 13:30Speaker 1: back in Judge Jerry. This wedding was supposed to feature
- 13:34Speaker 1: It did feature two hundred people wedding family friends from
- 13:37Speaker 1: all over the world. We don't get any more details,
- 13:40Speaker 1: but Olivia says it was a disaster. Judge Gino goes
- 13:43Speaker 1: to Veronica. Veronica's like, listen, you're on I've been in
- 13:46Speaker 1: business over a decade. I have a stellar reputation. This
- 13:49Speaker 1: is why people come to me. You have to book
- 13:51Speaker 1: me over a year in advance. Olivia is lucky she
- 13:55Speaker 1: got on my calendar. Does she do only trailer parks
- 13:57Speaker 1: or she doesn't know? She takes very much offense to that,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and this wedding is definitely not at She's like, I
- 14:02Speaker 1: put a lot of time and love and effort into this.
- 14:06Speaker 1: And have you ever heard of the term bridezilla? Because
- 14:08Speaker 1: that over there is a bridezilla. She everything I wanted
- 14:12Speaker 1: to bring to the table, every plan I had she rejected.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And Judge Gina's like, but miss Harris, the customer is
- 14:19Speaker 1: always right. And then Veronica goes orange flowers, your honor,
- 14:24Speaker 1: orange flowers. And then Olivia is like, it went with
- 14:28Speaker 1: the color scheme. What's the big deal? And Judge Gina
- 14:31Speaker 1: is like, miss Harris, the customer is always right. What's
- 14:34Speaker 1: the big deal about doing what the bride asked you
- 14:37Speaker 1: to do? And Veronica's like, I was hired to do
- 14:40Speaker 1: a job. I was arguing with her NonStop. I know
- 14:43Speaker 1: how to plan weddings. This was a whole different level.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Everything was a problem, always, always, and judge. Gin's like,
- 14:50Speaker 1: this is what you get paid for. That's why you
- 14:53Speaker 1: get paid the money to do the job. And she says,
- 14:56Speaker 1: but her ideas were just tacky and not very plausible
- 14:59Speaker 1: or possible, and you hired me. From my professional opinion, Yes,
- 15:03Speaker 1: the customer is always right, but if if I tell
- 15:06Speaker 1: you this is a bad idea, you should listen. Now
- 15:09Speaker 1: at this point, you're thinking, I'm not great with that.
- 15:11Speaker 1: I think it's your job to just do whatever. The
- 15:13Speaker 1: bride says. It's about to get sticky. It's about to
- 15:16Speaker 1: get sticky, so Olivia says. Gina's like, well, what how'd
- 15:20Speaker 1: you get injured? And Olivia says, we're doing the first dance.
- 15:24Speaker 1: My husband and I are out there. They made it
- 15:26Speaker 1: through the wedding. All eyes are on us. It is
- 15:29Speaker 1: the most beautiful moment. And all of a sudden sharp
- 15:32Speaker 1: pain in my head out of the blue. I'm on
- 15:34Speaker 1: the floor, she begins to cry in the courtroom. I'm
- 15:36Speaker 1: on the floor. I look down. My head has bloodhole
- 15:39Speaker 1: over it. My my dress is bleeding. My dress has
- 15:42Speaker 1: blood on it. I don't know where any of this is. Like,
- 15:45Speaker 1: my head hurts h And Veronica is like you'r honor.
- 15:48Speaker 1: It was absolutely horrific. I ran to help her immediately.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Olivia's like, everybody saw this. My kids traumatized. You know,
- 15:56Speaker 1: we're not supposed to laugh. It's not funny. Disco ball.
- 16:01Speaker 1: There's a disco ball on the floor. I'm thinking I'm
- 16:04Speaker 1: going to die there. Somebody called nine one one and
- 16:06Speaker 1: they came to save me. Veronica's like, someone called nine
- 16:09Speaker 1: one one, shorty fire burning the dance floor. Whoa uh.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Veronica is like, I'm the one that called nine one one,
- 16:18Speaker 1: and then Olivia goes, yeah, thanks a lot, which is
- 16:20Speaker 1: a weird response. I thought at that point she could
- 16:23Speaker 1: have at least said thank you. Gino has a disco
- 16:29Speaker 1: ball in the courtroom. I don't know why. It's the
- 16:31Speaker 1: dumbest thing I've ever like, we know what a disco
- 16:33Speaker 1: ball looks like. It's a fifteen pound disco ball. You
- 16:36Speaker 1: need to know that for I don't know how other ones,
- 16:39Speaker 1: but it sounds that's what you say. Veronica's like, you're
- 16:45Speaker 1: on her. This whole thing boils down to her not
- 16:48Speaker 1: listening the balloons that she put and wanted in the facility,
- 16:54Speaker 1: or why the disco ball dropped. How so we'll get there, okay.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Olivia is like, why can't I have balloons at my
- 17:01Speaker 1: own wedding? I want balloons. I should get balloons. That's
- 17:03Speaker 1: a great question. And Verronka's like, it was going to
- 17:05Speaker 1: look like a circus. I didn't want it to look tacky,
- 17:08Speaker 1: but I submitted a design to her, the disco balls
- 17:12Speaker 1: in the middle of the floor. No balloons, She said, no,
- 17:15Speaker 1: I want balloons. Uh, and and and and I think
- 17:21Speaker 1: balloons are tacky. But you got to pick your battle.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Can I ask you a quick question? Yeah? So do
- 17:25Speaker 1: you get to see the design that she mocked up? Yes?
- 17:27Speaker 2: Okay, so disco balls hanging I'm assuming yes? And are
- 17:31Speaker 2: where are the balloons? The balloons also hanging around? The
- 17:33Speaker 2: design she mocked up has no balloons, right, but and
- 17:36Speaker 2: so what actually the ballot? It's going to get crazier
- 17:39Speaker 2: and I'm so excited for this for you.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Olivia is like, I have a scar that's still on
- 17:44Speaker 1: my forehead. I'm gonna have to have get plastic surgery
- 17:46Speaker 1: to fix it. I sustained a concussion. I still have
- 17:49Speaker 1: migraines and nausea to this day. Gino talks about his
- 17:54Speaker 1: football days and how he remembers concussions, sins Gina, and
- 17:57Speaker 1: then Olivia says, I can't even be a part of
- 18:00Speaker 1: my kids' lives now, which is just fundamentally not true.
- 18:04Speaker 1: That is a false statement. I just I want to
- 18:08Speaker 1: be very clear. I am sorry. If you have migraines
- 18:11Speaker 1: and nausea and you had a concussion, you can still
- 18:13Speaker 1: be present in the room with your children. I don't.
- 18:17Speaker 1: And her children are like, I think they're older than young.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I mean, she brings the dress to the courtroom. It
- 18:24Speaker 1: looks like Carrie at the prom. There she's crying. Yeah,
- 18:28Speaker 1: it's her grandma's dress. She wanted to give it to
- 18:31Speaker 1: her daughter. So then Gina's like, Vernica, why are you
- 18:36Speaker 1: not responsible for this? And she's like, the balloons are
- 18:40Speaker 1: what caused the accidents. That is verified. I can't wait
- 18:42Speaker 1: to find out how she wanted the balloons to be
- 18:46Speaker 1: in the air above the dance area surrounding the disco ball. Okay,
- 18:54Speaker 1: they have a plasma situation where there's a cartoon that
- 18:58Speaker 1: they've done of the disco ball, and the streamers of
- 19:01Speaker 1: the balloons get caught in the disco ball and as
- 19:05Speaker 1: it winds tighter, it snaps the disco ball's chained and
- 19:10Speaker 1: the and it falls right and and and Gina's like,
- 19:14Speaker 1: so balloons in a disco ball they just don't jive.
- 19:17Speaker 1: And this is where I'm so happy that you're here
- 19:20Speaker 1: and we do this show. She goes, the balloons that
- 19:22Speaker 1: I had up would have been fine, but then her
- 19:27Speaker 1: mom showed up with even more balloons. So her mom
- 19:33Speaker 1: is in the courtroom. Let me introduce you to Irma Patterson.
- 19:37Speaker 1: I e fing love Irma Patterson. Irma Patterson says, Hi, Nope,
- 19:43Speaker 1: don't put your phone. Put your phone down. You need
- 19:45Speaker 1: to hear this in all of its glory. My name
- 19:48Speaker 1: is Irma Patterson. But people call me Mama Balloon. Why
- 19:57Speaker 1: do they call you that, Irma? People call me Mama balloon.
- 20:00Speaker 1: That's what they call me, Mama balloon. It's a family
- 20:02Speaker 1: tradition in our family in honor of my late husband.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Every event we have has balloons. Sure, every event my
- 20:16Speaker 1: husband laughing, No, they're very serious. Every event my husband
- 20:23Speaker 1: brought balloons. He was a balloon guy when we did.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Any event that we did, didn't matter what it was,
- 20:28Speaker 1: family get together in the park, balloons. So it was
- 20:30Speaker 1: his thing. And then we should have passed away. I
- 20:34Speaker 1: became Mama Balloon. I don't know. We don't get that information.
- 20:38Speaker 1: But it's a very big deal to like Papa Balloon.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Now we're doing this live. We don't even that's not
- 20:48Speaker 1: even in a second or third take. That's right now.
- 20:51Speaker 1: So Mama Balloon is trying to explain, like how big
- 20:53Speaker 1: a deal balloons are for her family, and Veronica's like, okay,
- 20:58Speaker 1: so make a balloon arrange, have balloons outside the facility.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Mama Balloon shows up with three hundred more balloons. Did
- 21:06Speaker 1: not tell anyone in advance. How many balloons did Veronica.
- 21:09Speaker 1: We don't get that answer, but it's not many. Three
- 21:11Speaker 1: hundred is a lot to add. That's a lot of balloons.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Makes me over the dance.
- 21:15Speaker 2: It makes me believe that there's a lot of space
- 21:18Speaker 2: left to be filled. Gino's like, Mama Balloon, you brought
- 21:20Speaker 2: three hundred balloons. Mold he does, and you didn't tell
- 21:24Speaker 2: anyone in advance, and Irma Patterson aka i E. Mama
- 21:29Speaker 2: Balloon says, uh, it was going to be a surprise.
- 21:32Speaker 2: This is the most magical event of my daughter's life.
- 21:34Speaker 2: I'm gonna surprise her with balloons. It's very impact. Veronica
- 21:39Speaker 2: is like your honor.
- 21:40Speaker 1: I didn't know about these balloons. You gotta, you've gotta.
- 21:44Speaker 1: At some point, you got to throw up your hands
- 21:45Speaker 1: and go, what am I supposed to do? She brought
- 21:47Speaker 1: three hundred balloons and just put them in there, like
- 21:50Speaker 1: I can't. There's nothing I can do about that. And
- 21:52Speaker 1: then we bring in a physics expert, Katie Lowley. This
- 21:56Speaker 1: is classic Gina. I just couldn't believe it, and she
- 22:00Speaker 1: explains energy transfer and how when the disco ball fell,
- 22:05Speaker 1: even though it was fifteen pounds, because it was fifteen
- 22:07Speaker 1: feet up in the air from fifteen times fifteen, it's
- 22:10Speaker 1: not exactly, but fifteen feet up in the air, there's
- 22:12Speaker 1: a mass velocity situation happening, and Katie Olivia's head was
- 22:16Speaker 1: fifteen feet from the disco equivalent of hitting her at
- 22:21Speaker 1: twenty one miles an hour upon impact, and two hundred
- 22:23Speaker 1: and fifteen it's equivalent of throwing two hundred fifteen pounds.
- 22:26Speaker 2: On top of her head, So it's a lot of pounds.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Is ready to rule, Okay, I feel very strongly about this.
- 22:34Speaker 2: This is not Veronica's fault. You cannot come in and
- 22:39Speaker 2: add three hundred balloons balloon and have the balloons be
- 22:44Speaker 2: the reason? Why are they are they disputing? Well, the
- 22:49Speaker 2: balloons cost it. They Veronica cannot pay her any money.
- 22:54Speaker 2: And I've already had it up to here with Gino
- 22:57Speaker 2: and his baloney.
- 22:59Speaker 1: If Judge Gino makes Veronica pay this woman and Mama
- 23:05Speaker 1: Balloon any money, I will never watch another. Judge Gino,
- 23:09Speaker 1: it is you cannot. You cannot.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Now if Mama Balloon never brought the three hundred balloons,
- 23:19Speaker 2: then it would it then be Veronica's fault. Yeah, you
- 23:22Speaker 2: cannot possibly make Veronica pay.
- 23:25Speaker 1: You can't. Judge Gino's gonna make her pay. I'm one
- 23:28Speaker 1: hundred percent with you. I'm one hundred percent with you.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Judge Gino says he's smoking crack. I don't know what
- 23:35Speaker 1: his problem is. Judge Gino says, you're clearly were harmed
- 23:38Speaker 1: and your harm was caused by this disco ball from
- 23:40Speaker 1: the balloons. Uh, Miss Harris, you're the professional and they
- 23:44Speaker 1: should not have had balloons, but they insisted it's your
- 23:48Speaker 1: job to prepare for things like this. The evidence is perplexing.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Mama Balloon, you did admit you tried to surprise her,
- 23:57Speaker 1: and I find that you're responsible. Or her for her accidents,
- 24:02Speaker 1: but not the only one responsible for her accident. Miss Harris,
- 24:05Speaker 1: you're the backstop of safety, and you didn't stop this.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Mama Balloon twenty five percent responsible, Veronica seventy five percent responsible.
- 24:15Speaker 1: She's giving You're saying, Olivia one hundred and eighty seven
- 24:21Speaker 1: thousand dollars five hundred dollars. It's the worst ruling in
- 24:25Speaker 1: the history of personal injury court. Gino has lost his
- 24:31Speaker 1: would lose his license. It's unbelievable. When I heard it,
- 24:34Speaker 1: I couldn't believe it. Mama Balloon showed up with three
- 24:37Speaker 1: hundred bulls. Veronica supposed if it's a surprise, How is
- 24:42Speaker 1: Veronica supposed to know? She didn't you? Could you?
- 24:46Speaker 2: You?
- 24:47Speaker 1: If I was a wedding planer and this happened to me,
- 24:49Speaker 1: I would be like, I guess I can't wedding plane anymore.
- 24:51Speaker 3: You decorate, right, you decorate, and then you go, you
- 24:55Speaker 3: leave to go do the wedding, and in the in
- 24:59Speaker 3: the in the time that you live to wedding, Mama.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Balloon came in and put three three hundred balloons around
- 25:12Speaker 1: a disco ball. When is Veronica supposed to catch that?
- 25:17Speaker 1: How she's supposed to be the backstup of safety. When
- 25:19Speaker 1: it's a surprise, it's terrible. I'm so like I want
- 25:23Speaker 1: to contact him and be like, bro, you missed this one. Understatement,
- 25:27Speaker 1: you missed this one.
- 25:28Speaker 2: I don't know how he I don't know how he
- 25:29Speaker 2: can possibly and good good faith say that this is Veronica's.
- 25:33Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. The only thing I can figure is Veronica
- 25:41Speaker 1: putting any balloons.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Up there made Mama balloon and I don't even remember Olivia.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Olivia feel like balloons are okay. Any amount of balloons is.
- 25:54Speaker 1: I don't care. If the wedding planner decided I can
- 25:57Speaker 1: have the balloons and there aren't enough, nor are they
- 26:00Speaker 1: close enough to the disco ball to make a difference.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I put my stamp on this. You throw three hundred
- 26:06Speaker 1: more into the mix.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Yeah, but if she didn't communicate that, if she didn't communicate,
- 26:10Speaker 2: hey we have I can do some balloons.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I'm here. I'm not coming around it, just you know, but.
- 26:16Speaker 2: I'm saying, if Veronica didn't communicate, I will do the balloons,
- 26:21Speaker 2: but I can only do so many because she didn't
- 26:25Speaker 2: communicate that that I could see Mama Balloon being showing
- 26:28Speaker 2: up and being like this won't do no, this is
- 26:30Speaker 2: not balloon.
- 26:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna bring three hundred. That'll that'll fill it out.
- 26:36Speaker 1: That'll fill it out. Right. That's how we gabbled right there.
- 26:44Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe seventy seventy is crazy, Yeah, yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 1: backbone of safety. All right, we did it. We got
- 26:56Speaker 1: two more coming next time, so come on back, will you?
- 26:58Speaker 1: Until then, all guys, Yo, Gabble Gabbles of Bramble Jam
