- 0:00Speaker 1: Let's talk about the bull market.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Is the bull market?
- 0:02Speaker 1: Here? Are we in a bull market? And if so,
- 0:08Speaker 1: how long will it last? Yeah, it's just something that
- 0:14Speaker 1: we should look at because I guess Michael Wilson of
- 0:17Speaker 1: Morgan Stanley states that his latest rally is a head
- 0:20Speaker 1: fake at forty two hundred level? Is he correct?
- 0:23Speaker 3: Or should we continue to buy at this level?
- 0:26Speaker 4: I mean I definitely wouldn't buy the S and P
- 0:28Speaker 4: five hundred and forty two hundred flat or above because
- 0:32Speaker 4: it's a little bit too high. I like to like
- 0:34Speaker 4: going back to the seven zel thing. I would like
- 0:36Speaker 4: to wait for discounts, but they're pushing us up higher.
- 0:40Speaker 4: I mean the SMP opened up this year at thirty
- 0:43Speaker 4: nine or nine. We're at forty two sixteen some change.
- 0:47Speaker 4: And this is why I always say, like regardless of war, recession, election, scandal,
- 0:54Speaker 4: false positives like extinction level events that are being predicted,
- 0:59Speaker 4: they are all gonna find ways for the market to
- 1:01Speaker 4: go up. That like I always say, the market is
- 1:03Speaker 4: rid to go up, and because if not, the number
- 1:07Speaker 4: of people that will leave hedgephons and banks are it
- 1:11Speaker 4: would bankrupt the country. So that they are gonna find ways. Now,
- 1:14Speaker 4: I don't like that there's only maybe thirty or forty
- 1:16Speaker 4: companies that are of incredible value to push this up,
- 1:19Speaker 4: and it's a lot of the mega caps pushing everything up.
- 1:22Speaker 4: But this bull market is here to stay now that
- 1:25Speaker 4: I always have said that the stock market is detached
- 1:28Speaker 4: from what's going on in the actual economy. There's two
- 1:31Speaker 4: different games. They're not a pure reflection of one another.
- 1:35Speaker 4: But yeah, the S and P is up. If I
- 1:37Speaker 4: look at NASDAK, NASDAK is.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Growing too.
- 1:42Speaker 4: NAZDAC opened up at eleven thousand, ninety where thirteen forty one.
- 1:47Speaker 4: We'll talk about the Japanese market, but the NK opened
- 1:50Speaker 4: up at twenty five thousand, nine thirty five this year
- 1:53Speaker 4: were thirty one thousand. We're clearly in a bullmarket now
- 1:57Speaker 4: will stay. That depends on a few things, and this
- 2:00Speaker 4: debt crisis is one of them. But for right now
- 2:04Speaker 4: we are up and as stuck right now currently stuck.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel like eight months ago we were talking
- 2:10Speaker 2: about what would twenty twenty three look like, when we
- 2:12Speaker 2: were talking about, well, we know that interest rates are
- 2:14Speaker 2: going to stop rising at some point, and I think
- 2:16Speaker 2: we might be there.
- 2:17Speaker 3: If we're not, this quarter will find it. At the
- 2:19Speaker 3: next FED meeting, we.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Saw inflation slow down, and I remember talking about earnings
- 2:25Speaker 2: and everybody was very skeptical about first quarters earnings and
- 2:29Speaker 2: second quarters earnings and how companies were losing money. And
- 2:32Speaker 2: we've pretty much seen a lot of companies. They didn't
- 2:35Speaker 2: They didn't lose too much. This episode is brought to

- 4:28Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 4:32Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 4:36Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 4:40Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 4:44Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 4:48Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christin Nohm, the United States
- 4:51Speaker 5: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 4:56Speaker 5: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, or one
- 5:00Speaker 5: hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you were
- 5:03Speaker 5: here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly one
- 5:07Speaker 5: thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will never return.
- 5:12Speaker 5: But if you register using our CBP home app and
- 5:15Speaker 5: leave now, you could be allowed to return legally. Do
- 5:19Speaker 5: what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws, border
- 5:24Speaker 5: and families will be protected.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Well, we got to be honest about that. They revised,
- 5:30Speaker 4: God even Apple, let me.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Apple, Well Apple has as well.
- 5:34Speaker 2: They revised, but they still made nearly one hundred million
- 5:38Speaker 2: last quarter.
- 5:38Speaker 4: That's true, right, So and if I put into the
- 5:42Speaker 4: like the iPhone sales data now like when you count it.
- 5:45Speaker 2: But even a company like Amazon, they did over one
- 5:47Speaker 2: hundred many. So, like when we're talked about a gross
- 5:49Speaker 2: pullback in some of these earnings data is because of
- 5:51Speaker 2: what inflation the impact that inflation had done in twenty
- 5:54Speaker 2: twenty one, and we're looking at it, Is.
- 5:56Speaker 3: It really as bad as we thought, it's my question?
- 5:58Speaker 2: Or did we over over try to anticipate something that
- 6:04Speaker 2: was going to be extremely negative and it's not looking
- 6:07Speaker 2: that way.
- 6:08Speaker 4: Well, I'm gonna give a little I won't say pushback
- 6:10Speaker 4: with feedback. I'm gonna go back to the earlier thirty
- 6:14Speaker 4: of San Francisco. Real estate is currently vacant. I haven't
- 6:17Speaker 4: got the numbers from New York, Chicago, and Miami. I
- 6:20Speaker 4: would assume New York is probably at twenty percent commercial
- 6:24Speaker 4: real estate. Yep, you think it's higher.
- 6:29Speaker 3: I think they said twenty.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I might might be more.
- 6:33Speaker 4: So in four or five major markets. That's correction territory.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Well, here's the thing. So the crazy thing is I
- 6:42Speaker 1: live across the street from I live across the street
- 6:45Speaker 1: from an office building, a mall and an office building.
- 6:50Speaker 3: You anybody in there? They're all vacant, even to anybody.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Do I ever see anybody? I don't think I've ever
- 6:58Speaker 3: seen like the one across from.
- 6:59Speaker 1: All its building it used to be once COVID came.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I don't think they never really reopened it. But so
- 7:04Speaker 1: that's three that's three commercial properties that are vacant.
- 7:08Speaker 4: So I mean, I think it's a reflection. I think
- 7:10Speaker 4: the economy is a lot worse than what they're saying.
- 7:13Speaker 4: But I think they're playing the three card Monte game
- 7:15Speaker 4: like they're they're taking the companies that are doing incredibly
- 7:21Speaker 4: well overinflating some of the games in the stock market
- 7:25Speaker 4: to make it seem as if everything is stable when
- 7:28Speaker 4: the overall economy is not doing incredibly well.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Yeah, the recession is secular.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Yeah, And now, I mean based on what you're saying,
- 7:38Speaker 2: so like, and this is what Dave girls are saying too.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Real estate is on the commercial real estate is on
- 7:44Speaker 3: the clock.
- 7:46Speaker 4: My graduates from my school being forced back drop drop, Mike,
- 7:52Speaker 4: drop back drop.
- 8:05Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 8:08Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 8:12Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:17Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:21Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:24Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States

- 8:36Speaker 5: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you

- 8:44Speaker 5: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
